Cocoa Village is a charming destination nestled in the historic downtown area. It's known for its inviting atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings. Visitors can indulge in an array of delectable treats, including hand-rolled pastries, homemade ice cream, and wood oven pizzas. The village also boasts a selection of home-roasted coffee, refreshing salads, and satisfying sandwiches, ensuring there's something to satisfy every palate in a laid-back setting.
The CVP, established in 1924 as a community theater, showcases an array of theatrical productions including musicals, comedies and dramas. The small and cozy venue boasts talented local actors who deliver outstanding performances. The recent production of Westside Story featuring high school students was exceptional with their professional demeanor and evident enjoyment on stage. It's rare to see a heritage building being utilized for its intended purpose, so it's heartening to see the CVP thrive.
We have seen several plays here and really enjoyed it. It a a small intimate theatre with local actors that are excellent! I was very happy to see it very close to capacity both times. The production of Westside Story with the local high school students acting most of the parts, was really amazing to see their professionalism and enjoyment of performing! If you are in the area when a show is scheduled, you have to go.

Buying tickets in advance can help you get a better seat according to your preference, but many times you can still find a seat coming last minute unless it's the first or the last showing. The actors are superb and so talented with singing, dancing, and much more. The live orchestra will have your whole body and spirit feeling the show straight through your bones right to your soul! The sets are exquisitely designed. The audio and lighting are always top quality and add so much depth and character development to each and every show. This playhouse is amazing. Thank you to all the people who make escaping reality possible with the historic walls of the Cocoa Village Playhouse!

Its nice to see a historic building being put to use in the way it was meant to be used. I hope it continues to stay open and I encourage you to see their performances!

What a beautiful piece of history and unique experience. Watched a play here and it was fabulous. The playhouse is intimate in size.
Bathrooms are very clean.
Intermission you can go upstairs and grab snacks and beverages. However when you have 500 people doing that at the same time, and the space is small where the refreshments are, I passed on dealing with the chaos in a tight spot. If you have never been here to see a performance, I highly recommend you do. They constantly have things going on and performances that meet so many age requirments.

This year we went to see Guys and Dolls and the Playhouse Playboyz. Both performances were excellent, really top notch entertainment. The acoustics are first-rate and there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Beautiful! The acting, music, dancing, staging are consistently fabulous - like Broadway.
Feb '23: You could not improve on the fabulous presentation of Music Man! The actor who played Harold Hill was better than the movie. Marion sang like a bird. Performers all perfect.
Music, correography, costumes, sets all superb.
OKLAHOMA!
Just saved a trip to (yuck) NY.
Broadway is here in Cocoa Village! This show could not have been better. What a cast! What music!
Don't rent the movie, it doesn't equal this. Packed house for this last performance.

I used to do their kid's program, STARS, and absolutely loved it. Sadly, the next show was during covid so I quit, but I'd love to start again.

Wonderful Historic Cocoa Village Theater!!
Opening Night of Cinderella!!
My Husband and I flew in from Minnesota last week to stay at our Timeshare in Cocoa Beach and I looked up things to do in the area and it brought up the Plays that were performed at the Cocoa Village Theater and so we booked the play Cinderella a week ago and we went to see it tonight and it was Fantastic!!
The Decor was great in the Theater, they had special Candy and Chocolate treats made up to sell and they had Drawings for a Cinderella Basket filled with Mementos!!
Half of the monies raised would go to The Theater and the other half to a lucky person whose name was drawn!
Everything was so special and the Play was just excellent, it was a large cast and the Performers reacted well with each other! The Colors and the Themes that they painted the Scenery and the Designs of their clothing was Awesome!
Everything was just Fantastic...
Wonderful job!!
Some of the future Plays look Wonderful also... A White Christmas will be put on at Christmas time and The Sound of Music will be put on later In the Spring!!
I feel like booking another flight down from Minnesota to come and see these Plays!!

I have enjoyed live theatre for 70+ years. The venues ranged from Midwest intimate community theatre-in-the-round to Broadway.
It was a pleasing experience to watch the Cocoa Village Playhouse cast perform a Broadway-worthy rendition of Oklahoma!
Every member displayed extraordinary talent that came from a sincere love of the art and the nurturing of the directors.
If Gordon MacRea and Shirley Jones had been in the audience, they would have shown the same respect as I did—a standing ovation!

Such a beautiful playhouse! My children and I went to the 101 Dalmatians play and it was so adorable!
Highly recommend going to a play here!

It's difficult to convey in a limited space all the totally amazing aspects of the Cocoa Village Playhouse. You will be hard pressed to find finer talent anywhere, not just at other community theaters, but anywhere, seriously. We have been attending performances at CVP for over 30 years. Both of my children grew up in the Playhouse and it was like their second family. They were both in the 'Stars' performing group for children and also performed in numerous main stage productions. Each time we attended one of the shows we were blown away by the talent of so many of the performers. Each production is a work of art and you leave the auditorium with a sense of wonder as to how so much talent can be in one small area and how each performance flows flawlessly. Spectacular is a good word to describe the overall experience you derive each time you step into the Cocoa Village Playhouse! It is unrivaled in every aspect of the performing arts.

Highly recommended play "The play that goes wrong". The theater is very nice. Some seats may have difficulty seeing the full stage. Overall, this is a must-do/must-see while in Cocoa.
Wow, Penny and her staff were fantastic, kind, and helpful. Our daughter was married and had her wedding reception on the Indian River Queen on March 19, 2022. The wedding had a New Orleans flavor/style to it. The venue was incredible, the food was fabulous, the photographer was wonderful, flower arrangement was perfect, the DJ was great, and the captain was amazing. We had guest from all over the country from Key West to Maine to California to Idaho. Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Thank You, Penny

My Husband and I were very impressed with this venue and the staff involved in creating the most beautiful atmosphere for our wedding. The flowers were phenomenal, the catering delicious, from the moment we said our vows to the last dance of the evening our wedding guests were happy. We could not have asked for a better experience on our wedding day.

We had our first ride on the Indian River Queen Friday, was so impressed! From the moment we boarded, service was phenomenal. We had our pic taken when boarding, which was ours to take home when we disembarked. The entertainment was outstanding, the singer has a lot of talent and played all the best songs. Crydermens dinner was very good. My only complaint was the price of the alcohol, a beer and a glass of wine $16, so be prepared. The staff are so polite, happy and helpful. Truly an awesome experience, definitely looking forward to doing this again!

Nothing to brag about, good dinner but not a classy group of musicians. No music to dance with my wife, probably will not pay the money for that again. Basically a dinner on the river!

We had a great time on the dinner cruise. The food was great, the staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make the cruise very special. Cruising on the Indian river at night was truly spectacular. We would definitely recommend this dinner cruise to those that may be interested.

Had a sunset wedding on the boat and everything about it was simple, perfect and turned out absolutely beautiful. And the staff aboard is AMAZING! I have never seen people work so hard to make sure everyone’s needs were met. I did hire my own local cocoa beach baker and local cocoa beach florist because the referred ones in the wedding package was not very professional nor communicated well but they aren’t apart of the Queen River Boat staff. Penny, Peter and ALL the boat staff was beyond awesome and gave us a night we will never forget!! 🥰

I can’t say enough great things about the Indian River Queen experience! What makes it extra special is the amazing staff. Penny helped plan every detail of our event and was always available and easy to work with. Linda and Ann were so kind and fun - and excellent bartenders! Jimmy, with food service was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. And the food! The food was so much better than I dreamed of. Everything was delicious! There are many other staff who made the experience phenomenal, and I wish I could recognize them all by name. I highly recommend booking a special event on the Indian River Queen. It will be a night to remember, and the staff will make sure of it. What a wonderful team! Thank you for a perfect evening!

Beautiful boat, staff are all soooooo nice. Was a great night on the water. The night ended with an awesome rocket launch too. Only downside was n
ot knowing they were serving food and we almost missed all the food as we were on top deck. My only suggestion would be an announcement that food serving had started (we didn't realize it started pretty much right after taking off from dock) the photo we got to take home with us was such a nice surprise! Again did I mention how great and friendly the staff were? Top notch bartenders who deserve to be tipped high!

Very relaxing cruise. We saw dolphins and the breeze was beautiful on the whole trip. They have a good selection of drinks and cocktails to purchase. The three levels allow you to flow from air conditioned comfort to thier top deck with chaise loungers to just watch the world float by.

I loved the boat I felt like 6hrs was too long to be on the boat at once felt like it should leave at 7pm come back at 10 or 1030 & then maybe take a end crew out until 1 or 2am. 6hrs is a very long time for someone to be out on a boat drinking & gambling. It's fun but its usually not ok for those that have a drinking or gambling issue. Other than that it was a pleasure.

We booked a cruise for the 4th of July based on our cruise from last year which our group enjoyed. This years cruise the food was great, still put off having to pay for ice tea and soda when paying $85/person. Our biggest complaint from our party of ten was the terribly LOUD music and not being able to dine together on the mid-deck as we did last year. Sorry to say, this will be our last cruise.

Excellent evening out on the Indian River Queen. I brought a group on board for the Fourth of July fireworks. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. The live band on board was very good too. I highly recommend this for a group event or a nice evening on the water.

Bookings say there is no need to arrive early, that boarding is at 6:30, but we were there 10 minutes early,-just in case, got checked in and we’re told that there was a big party on the dining level, so there was only a few tables set aside for the other bookings. We found that the two non-reserved 6 chair tables we could sit at already had people at them with only one of the tables having four seats left which meant we’d have to all sit beside each other in a row. We were referred to the second level where there was four-top tables, where we sat. On that level we received no notice when the dinner was ready, so after the 3rd time going downstairs to check, found a line of people getting food, with some in line for second-helpings. By the time we got to the food, there was no salad left and a short supply of some of the other sides. As a person counting on the salad as my main course, this was very disappointing. Needless to say, our 1st experience left us feeling like our 4 bookings were not regarded the same as the large party, since the level we were left sitting in had less heat (one of the portable heaters ran out of propane) our seating was that of being on the partying level and of course the inability of knowing when the buffet was ready. Why wouldn’t large groups be seated on the second level since that is where the DJ is and they all ended up there anyway after dinner to talk and dance to the music? My booking was a gift for one member of our party and I spent most of the evening apologizing to him for what was a negative experience. The date of our cruise was Friday, December 29th.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but we had a really great time! The staff is fantastic. The Cryderman's food was delicious, and the entertainment was wonderful. Even though it was cool and rainy, we were able to get to each deck. The heaters on the second deck were much appreciated. Would definitely do this again.

It was a beautiful afternoon and a delightful experience. You add a few very nice touches that most dinner/brunch cruises don't have. An unexpected pleasure to be served when not sitting on the dining floor level. White table cloth and fresh roses. Fun and live entertainment. A complimentary souvenir picture. And, your staff is attentive and polite! Thank You!

My dad, sister, and I had a wonderful time on the Indian River Queen! I had always wanted to see what it was like on board and it's a beautiful ship. Penny and her crew were very welcoming and just came across as very happy and personable. We each had a delicious Bloody Mary while listening to the narration of the history of the area. Perfect morning!
Bridget Reed — Google review
Everyone was friendly and we basically had the boat to ourselves. It's a pretty far walk from the parking area so if you have limited mobility, take heed. The address does not come up correctly on GPS so everyone looped around the city for a few laps. My only complaint for the cruise was the audio. The recorded narration was painful to listen to, literally as it skipped like a a scratched record the entire time. We would have rather just listened to the engines.

Highs - Very Friendly and Qualified Crew. Deck hand was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with all requests and questions. Captain’s ability was excellent and his docking of this large rectangular shallow drafted vessel on a windy and drizzly day was superb.
Neutrals - Decent recorded messages about the area. Free coffee.
Lows - Length of cruise too short (1 hour total and departure and return to dock takes about 1/3 of that time). Really not much of historical interest to see. “The Queen” is aging and not gracefully. Everything just looks and feels worn and used.
William Kovack — Google review
We took our 3rd Grade class on a field trip aboard the Riverboat Queen and the kids, chaperones, and teachers had the best time! The historical audio playing in the background was a great learning experience, the staff and crew were wonderful, and the snack bar was a huge hit! I highly recommend booking a field trip or private party aboard this fascinating boat!

What a terrible venue for Willie Nelson! Getting through security was a breeze! We arrived for the warm up player. Because of the rain, we stayed on the raised concrete deck. It seemed ok until we realized you have to be on the lawn to hear anything. The warm up act sounded good but we could only see her head and shoulders. The speakers were blocking the view of the rest of the stage. So when Willie came out, he sat down and the photo shows my view of him. So you could only see him if you bought the VIP seats in the center of the lawn or went to the back of the park. I do not recommend the venue for such events. We won’t do that again.

A unique museum covering local history. While the exhibits are older in style they are still very good. The significance of the history they cover is notable. One exhibit covers an extremely unique archeological site and you do not want to miss it!

It is a very nice museum dedicated to Brevard’s history
The Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science requires you to drive through the edge of a subdivision to get to this site. It has a large parking lot and a fence to separate the lot, building, and trails from the surrounding neighborhood. They have a website and a Facebook page but neither of these do them justice. According to their website, they are, “Home of the Johnnie Johnson nature trails which provide a network of both improved and unimproved hiking trails connected to both Travis Park and the Brevard Museum.” The museum is inside a building that has meeting space, and several exhibit rooms with displays related to Florida and Brevard County's natural history. The building is located on 3.23 acres and has the trails listed above. They have a children's playroom, 2 large full dinosaur models to the left as you enter the building, an Indian display to the immediate right, and an entire wing devoted to the Space program and the Windover Excavation to the far right. The museum may be a little dated but it has wonderful volunteers who are friendly and very knowledgeable. It is free, clean, and has a lot of great information and artifacts about our area. We did not get a chance to try any of the trails but plan to visit another time to see more. They have a scavenger hunt that we read about and saw several people trying to complete while we were there. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit and an experience that I recommend for any visitors.

This museum is a gem and the volunteers are amazing. Geologist Bob donated 3 hours of his time to share his vast knowledge of the Ice Age, FL mega fauna, FL paleo Indians, and the Windover burial site. My 6 year old had a blast doing the scavenger hunt that got him a gem and a photo of an astronaut. He also enjoyed the interactive exhibits that allowed him to touch human bones and fossils. Then we walked the nature trails around the museum and found a lot of gopher tortoises and native wildflowers, we crossed a boardwalk over a beautiful swamp. What an amazing day!

Neat, free museum about Florida history in Brevard County. We especially enjoyed the immersive experiences for children with my girls being able to drive the trains, science play area, and scavenger hunt.
Really enjoyed the nature walk that branches off of the butterfly exhibit with another entrance/exit by the parking lot. We saw a bunch of butterflies during our walk. No tortoises this time, but they are around.
Staff were nice and informative about the exhibits as they were available throughout. For the most part it was self-exploration.

The Brevard Museum of History in Cocoa FL is an amazing find. It is tucked away within a quiet neighborhood, and it offers a surprising array of intriguing artifacts that span the Prehistoric Era through the Space Age. It is the home of the Windover Archeological site, which is a Middle Archaic archaeological site and a National Historic Landmark. The Brevard Museum also manages the Johnnie Johnson Walking Trail at Clearwater, a paved trail that exposes 3 ecosystems and warns of potential alligators, coyotes, and snakes. The amount of information and the array of artifacts could take hours, if not a full day, to go through. Great for adults and kids; highly recommended.

The butterfly garden in the back is a quick walk but everything was blooming and it was beautiful. The nature walk outside (to the left of the entrance) was absolutely STUNNING. The Space Coast, located in Florida, is a region known for being home to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. It's a popular destination for space enthusiasts as all orbital launches from American soil carrying NASA astronauts have departed from these locations. The area is also home to families who have deep roots in the community and run businesses like Village Food Tours, offering visitors a taste of local cuisine.
The Porcher House, a charming and significant property in Cocoa Village, offers an exquisite setting for various events. This historic home has been transformed into a versatile venue that can be rented for special occasions. However, the lack of accessibility to power outlets and limited communication options have caused inconvenience for some guests. Nevertheless, by reaching out to nearby commercial buildings, alternative arrangements were made to ensure the smooth progress of events.
This historic house is an iconic stop located in the historic district of downtown Cocoa Florida. Built in 1914 by Edward Porcher, a local fruit grower, the house is a great example of classical revival architecture. The house and estate are beautifully maintained and open to the public, available for events and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Beautiful historic home in Cocoa Village. Was here to officiate a wedding and when I arrived, the DJ had been here for an hour trying to find where to plug in for power. The house was supposed to be open in case it rained to move the ceremony inside but it was locked and no one in sight. No number to call to figure out what to do or anything. Luckily we called the number on the commercial building next door and were able to meet a park maintenance worker who allowed us access to the power plug inside the building next door so we could proceed. I appreciate that so much! The bride and groom weren't very amused with having paid $400 for a pretty front lawn though...

There are signs warning of the gators but it also says dogs welcome, it's still terrible to see an for the family of the dog. Now my daughter has seen a gator with a dog in it's mouth an now the dog body as well.. great other than this.

The course is well-maintained, with clear signage and helpful markers that make it easy to navigate your way through the course. The variety of holes and terrain makes each hole feel different, ensuring that you'll never get bored or feel like you're just going through the motions.
One of the highlights of this course is the water holes, which add an extra level of excitement and challenge to the game. These holes require accuracy and strategy, and it's always satisfying to make it across the water without losing your disc.
The wooded areas of the course offer some of the most challenging holes, with tight fairways and trees that can make it difficult to stay on track. But with a little skill and a lot of practice, you'll be able to navigate these holes and come out on top.
Overall, Burton is a fantastic course that offers a great balance of challenge and fun. It's perfect for both beginners and experienced players alike, and the beautiful scenery and peaceful setting make it a joy to play. If you haven't checked it out yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Came and played disc golf in the 5th Annual RW Classic tournament. Park is very well maintained and course is also. Parking was easy and the facilities are clean. Great place to come and enjoy.

This park is mainly for disc golf people. There's lots of land, ponds, trees, there are some bathrooms, a playground, and many picnic benches.
Lee Wenner Park is a spacious and well-maintained park situated on the south side of SR 520, offering a range of amenities such as picnic pavilions, play equipment, boardwalk access, and boat ramps. It boasts ample parking spaces for both cars and trailers with a wide boat ramp split into four separate ramps and docks parallel to each other. The park also features a pleasant walkway along the water with stunning views across the Indian River.
Cocoa village is a Great little area very walkable from Lee Wenner Park! Boat ramps & docks, & free parking. Busy on the weekends but quiet during the week. Lots of restaurants, bars, & shops within a mile. Dog friendly!! Has public bathrooms, water fountains for kids to play in, & events on the weekends- very family oriented area. Lots of sailboat anchored out & friendly people all around. Sometimes people are sleeping/living in the park but seemed harmless. Police do patrol the area so nothing negative really to say about the homeless/house less people.

As of 2/28/2022 the boat ramp and parking is closed. Would’ve been nice to see this on Google maps since we are not from this area. That was a waste of time and gas!

Very nice public park and boat launch.
Watch the river activities and take a stroll through the park.

After the hurricane boats are left abandoned and tore up the little floating docks the city paid a couple million dollars to build. The boat and all the damage and debris is a terrible eye sore. Just one derilck boat amongst many

Always rebuilding it but great for concerts and close to all the restaurants and bars

This is a very nice park in downtown Cocoa Village, Florida. Walk along the riverfront and watch the boats. Boat launch area. Playground for the kids. Open areas to stroll and picnic. Nice restaurants and bars 🍸 should keep you happy 😊. Art galleries and nice shopping in the area.
I highly recommend this place.

Great place to grab a seat and watch a sunrise. Easy to get to and usually no one there. I'm a local photographer find me on Instagram for more @zech.browning.75 and there is a link to my website for prints.

Great place for launching boats.
This is located along the south side of SR 520 as you are travelling west and reach the mainland. It is a fairly large park. It looks to have about 60 spots for vehicles with trailers and another 40 for just cars. It has a wide boat ramp for launching and recovering boats split into 4 ramps and docks parallel to each other. There is also a nice walkway along the water. At the East end of the park there is a place to walk under the bridge. The area was clean and well kept when I visited and it is obviously right on the water at the foot of the bridge so has lovely views across the water.

All sports arenas are very well maintained. All restrooms and concession stands are clean, operational. The Sports Complex is the place to hold your event. While spectators can watch in comfort.

The playground needs improvement. There were open bottles.
And the playground equipment has rusted over rubbing onto hands . I didn't feel comfortable letting my 1 year old on the playground.
There also was no shade or age differential in playing. I thought it would have been similar to the park off of Fay since they have similar extracurricular activities to participate.

Playground is average but nice has a canopy! That trail's nice. Be careful. You might get lost lmao. Not really if you know you're bearings well 🤣💯

I went to meet my sons evaluator there one day and the people inside said he couldn't use playground equipment because he wasn't enrolled in any of their programs. Not a public park in my opinion.

Travis Recreation Center offers a volleyball court, indoor and outdoor basketball court, covered playground, small covered pavilion, and a pond with walking path. It's a shame that it's views include a dilapidated planetarium and neglected former YMCA building and now underutilized Olympic-sized pool.
Travis also offers summer and winter camp!
I teach Zumba Fitness classes there and we love the space, air conditioning, and clean bathroom facilities.

Went here with my Best Friend and her grandchildren, it has changed some since I used to take my kids there some 20 years ago. It's always nice to visit the places you used to frequent when ones kids were younger.

This place could offer so much but the coordinator never lets any programs happen. It’s a shame the two boys who worked there when I took my kids up there Kyle and Julian i believe, they were the nicest and always made sure my kids had a good time. However The rest of the crew I can’t say the same...

very good outdoors. The hall needs to have acoustic panels to dampen the echo sound. besides it is very good place indoors and outdoors
Awesome facility under new management. The fields are in great shape and an indoor training facility with batting cages are available for rental. 4x youth baseball fields, 4x youth softball fields, a gorgeous stadium baseball field and a multipurpose field that can prob fit 2 regulation football fields. I think the stadium holds around 4k spectators. Worth a look for your next event of almost any kind to be sure.

This place could be spectacular! It's a hidden gem in Cocoa and is such a massive facility. One side of the big building has 6 lined tall lanes/batting cages to work in for batting, pitching, etc. In addition, there's 6 individual batting cages with automated ball returns and projectors that will show you a pitcher as the ball comes out of the hole (currently not functioning). On the other side of the building there's a huge working area for your team to practice drills. What a wonderful place for teams to practice. Unfortunately it needs a lot of work and no one has visibly put money into it in a while. Still, great potential and you can use as is when inclement weather presents itself.

We come here for our granddaughters’s softball games. The fields are wonderful, but the bathrooms are disgusting. Papers all over the floors and no soap or paper towels to dry your hands. Their janitorial staff is sleeping on the job.

This baseball complex has one of the cleanest bathrooms that I’ve ever seen in one of these ballparks. The fields had a nice grassy area for the kids to play as their sibling was playing ball. The backstop of the actual field (SB1) was definitely a bit different. Usually these are backed with chainlink fence but this one was using a large net that allowed a good view of the entire field and it was a great field. The umpire on the other hand… hahah.

It's been a little while since I've been there and I'm sure things are changing all the time. But I was wondering which things are open to the public. Is it just for teams or can individuals go and use the batting cages and the other things that you have on the premises. It's a beautiful place and it looks like a lot of things have changed there for the best. Can't wait to go check it out again. Thank you, Victoria

Beautiful, quiet park by the lake. Pavillion has 4 trash cans, 1 grill, and 11 large picnic tables.
There are 3 docks to walk out on and fish or gaze at the water.

Great place for fishing, playing with the kids on two large playgrounds or simply taking in the scenery and watching incredible sunsets.

Beautiful, nature park. There is a playground on both sides of the park. Nice walking trail by the lake and a couple of docs to look at the turtles. There is a boat ramp, but there are alligators. Nice open field next to one of the playgrounds perfect for playing ball. We always see a turtle when we go.

The water areas are not as spacious as they portray online. Playground is adequate but lacking actual play space in comparison. Picnic tables are at a minimum. Overall it seems like a friendly neighborhood, though.

Big pavilion, electric and water, right there. Restrooms close by. Nice playground for the children. Even one year old went down slide. We had a large group of 35 for a get together. Things were clean and we'll maintained. The dog park is walking distance away, didn't take the dog this time but checked the dog park out. Really nice dog park, many people were there enjoying it. We were there on a Saturday.

Stopped off on a drive south on 95 to catch the sunset. This lake was picture-perfect. Restrooms on site, too.

Great local park with a great view. They have 2 playground areas and two large, covered pavilions. There are bathrooms and lots of parking. The park is around Fay Lake, so there’s a single boating doc and several fishing docs. Whether you’re bringing your kids to play, or just wanting to get outside, this park has plenty to do.
This park also has a fenced in dog park. Dogs are not allowed outside of the fenced dog area, but they have plenty of room to run around in there.

The chapel is a unique jewel and wish more knew about it. My daughters wedding was everything hoped for. They guide you through seamlessly and you honestly feel relaxed and know they truly care. Thank you over and over, for making that morning so special and memorable for all. Our visitors from England also commented on how perfect the Derby Street Chapel was.

Everything was clean and neat albeit very cold in the rooms. Parking is always an issue in Cocoa Village but I managed to park in the old TDC lot and was not ticketed! They could REALLY use a water bottle refill station though!!
Nice small private park. Only residents have code for the gate.
