Left Hand Brewing Company is an exceptional independent brewery that offers a wide variety of microbrews, including stouts, IPAs and barrel-aged options. The tasting room features a patio and daily food trucks, with ample outdoor space for social distancing. Knowledgeable staff can assist with organizing flavors for tastings, and fair prices make it accessible to all. Visitors can bring their dogs along to enjoy the large lawn area near the main taproom.
Excellent independent brewery! Enough options that a flight is likely warranted even if focusing on a particular category (stout, IPA, barrel-aged, etc.). Knowledgeable staff can help match/organize flavors for it. Food trucks nightly. Heated outdoor space, good for social distancing. Many, many options to go at fair prices.

My friend wanted to try a beer at this Brewery for a while and since we were layover 24 hours why not?
Upon arrival, you had to wait for hostess to open the door as they're accepting only a certain capacity of customers at a time. The gentleman up front was extremely nice! We decided to sit outside as Colorado weather was perfect for outdoor seating.
Menu's are through scan code so perfect. They offer a variety of beers on tap to pick from as well as can ones. I decided to go with a flight of beer which includes 4 samples. I picked Good Juju (if you love Ginger then this is your type of beer, loved it!), White Russian (if you're a fan White Russian cocktail then flavors are on point and it will be your perfect beer), Milk Stout (it felt like a triple double espresso; if you're a coffee lover then this beer it's just for you) and Raspberry Milk Stout (my second favorite - loved it!).
We asked for food options and the waiter mentioned they had an agreement with two restaurants. Options were either Mexican or BBQ and off course we went with BBQ. Delivery time was extremely fast and their BBQ especially their Ribs and Briskett were to die for!
Super knowledgeable employees, extremely clean establishment, free parking in the front lot of the brewing, and best of all upon check in through Yelp you get a free pint of beer of your choice with what's available on the tap options.
Highly recommended!

Top notch brewery!
Beers are fantastic, service is off the hook!
Seriously a great place to enjoy a few drinks.
We’ve enjoyed a selection of their brews from afar and became a bigger fan after paying them a visit.
Great merch and a great selection to go!

Whether you are inside or outside in the huge garden area, the vibes at left hand are always good.
This past Monday we had a awesome bartender who gave us all kinds of tidbits. We could tell he cared about the beer he was pouring and the stuff he drank!
The juniper pale ale was spot on

If you know anything about Colorado Beer then you should know about Left Hand. Their Nitro Milk Stout is a classic.
I recommend visiting this taproom if you're into beer and wanna visit one of the Colorado OGs!
Great options for indoor and outdoor seating!

We had a family visit to The Left Hand Brewing Company yesterday in Longmont, Colorado. What a great experience it turned out to be. We sampled several of the stouts as well as a few others. We bought a pack of White Russians to take home. Bartender was very welcoming and helpful in choosing some of the beers. A great treat to visit for all beer lovers. Nice little fire-pit outside too.

Delicious Beer and awesome staff. They allow dogs which is amazing and they have a large lawn area that is not far from the main taproom. We come for the IPAs but always end up getting a delicious stout as well. Also the Irish guy behind the bar is super cute. I think his name might be Cody.

Great atmosphere with friendly and knowledgable staff. Their beer selection is decently sized and there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Stumbled across it and ended up staying for Wednesday night trivia. A great time!

Beers were...OK & decent, guess. I sat inside at the bar to get a tasting & it was very stuffy (no air flow) & extremely loud. Really wanted to love it, but sadly I did not.

We love it here! Between the tap house and Biergarten, left hand is always a good time! We’ve been a bunch of times and it never disappoints. Recently we popped in with our toddler to enjoy my husbands birthday and they were so awesome! The outside area at the tap house is great and lots of fun seating areas! All of their beers are delicious but I really enjoyed their Oktoberfest this visit!

Some of the stouts where good. The ones with an adjunct, such as the French Toast had a very "fake" taste. The other beers where subpar. The staff didn't seem to like their jobs. The bartenders where short with you and I ran into a grey haired individual that was rather rude, I'm assuming he works there. Overall not a good experience and don't see a need to go back.

May have a national handprint but the trip to where it all happens explains why it’s national. Amazing that after winning GABF 2022 that there’s seat at the tap, hospitality and a atmosphere that no one is resting on its laurels or hops. Favorite start with Dry Irish Stout.

Fantastic beers with a full board of limited releases at the taproot. They have several heated outdoor shelters for cold weather enjoyment. Awesome brewery!

Great brewery. Lots of unique brews. Canned cocktails for non-beer drinkers. Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor patio has a fire pit. Outdoor beer garden hosts musical guests; some events are free. Nice gift store with Left Hand products and handmade art crafts.

If you get the chance take the brewery tour... its fantastic. I've been on several brewery tours across the country. This is in the top 3. Especially if you are a microbrew nerd and like to talk beer. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the process and the final product.
The tasting room has a great atmosphere. Almost reminds me of "Cheers" where everyone knows your name even if you are from out of town. We checked in at the bar for the tour and we started chatting with the guy at the end of the bar.

Ron Stewart Preserve at Rabbit Mountain Open Space
Ron Stewart Preserve at Rabbit Mountain Open Space is a natural sanctuary that offers hiking and biking trails, with a picnic shelter and an overlook. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views while exploring the information boards scattered throughout their hike. The trails are not too long or difficult, but some portions have rough and rocky terrain. Parking can be limited on busy days, but roadside parking is available as well. It's important to stay vigilant while hiking as mountain lions have been spotted in the area recently.
Love these trails. Short, not too hard. But terrain is rock, literally, and uneven. For one trail at least. We got there at 8 am on a Saturday and by the time we left around 11am parking was full. There were some spots on the road to park though.

Hike and bicycle paths for everyone, not experience needed. Very nice views. Wear hiking boots. Pet friendly. There are restrooms in the area and parking lot.
You can see Boulder and Berthoud areas.
Nice for a sunny morning.

Recently relocated. I was a little sad because I used to live right off the nature center and the Platte trail in Littleton and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find close trails when I didn't have hours to explore up the hill. These trails are great for not only a morning dog run but short mountain bike ride when you don't have 3 to 5 hours.
Jennifer Young — Google review
Great hilly hike. Good views when you hit top. Clean bathrooms at trail head. Covered picnic tables.

We did a mid-morning hike along the Eagle Wind Trail, which is a 2.5 mile loop. It is a moderate hike with a 159 ft. elevation change. Beautiful views of the front range on the western half of the loop and sweeping views of the flatland and lakes on the eastern half of the trail. The day we hiked, there was a nice breeze blowing from the east which made that half of the hike more pleasant, as it was a fairly hot morning.
We took our time and stopped a lot to take photos and enjoy the views, so out total time on the trail was close to three hours, but I'm sure we could have done it in a shorter time than that if we had kept up a steady pace.
Spotted a mule deer on the western half of the trail, but it saw us and quickly and quietly disappeared into the trees and underbrush. We also saw a raven hanging out in the top of a pine tree as well as many other birds that we couldn't identify. We're not really bird people. But we do like to observe them.
This is one of my favorite hikes along the front range. There's something about these big, open spaces and the mountains that really make this robot happy.

Always a fun hike. Close to home (Longmont/Lyons). A loop trail roughly 4 miles and an out and back trail maybe 1.5 miles. Both trails start out at the parking lot. When it splits, west is the Little Thompson out and back, east is the Eagles Wind longer loop.
Kevin Stenson — Google review
I love that there are different types of trail terrain to walk on: flat, clear path loops and also rocky/natural incline paths to walk on. Beautiful views! There were lots of people on the trail with Longmont being close by. Definitely family friendly hiking!
Stephanie Perriello — Google review
Well maintained, quiet on a Friday morning. Did the loop with the 11 and 7 year olds. About 4 miles. Not too much complaining. Not much shade but the temp was in the 70's so that was nice. Good parking.
Paul Galloway — Google review
Well maintained trails lead to great views of the front range and surrounding plains! It’s a bit sad seeing the sprawl, but at least this place will preserve open space for generations to come. The parking lot is well laid out but always full when the weather is nice. There’s no sign on the bridge but don’t park there or you’ll get a ticket, rangers visit regularly! Dogs are not allowed off leash, and be sure to clean up after yours if you bring them. Friendly furries only, please! No one likes a trail scuffle, so don’t be that owner- you know who you are!

Boulder County Farmers' Market - Saturday Longmont Market
This has got to be one of my favorite farmers markets. Logistically, it has ample and free parking, making it easy to get to. It also has a great variety of produce plus all the other wonderful vendors that are there regularly. You could literally hit this up every week and never need to go to the grocery store. And I love that it supports local producers.

I drive to the Longmont Farmer’s Market from Boulder because the Longmont one feels more laid back and the parking is plentiful and free. Can get all the things I’d get at the Boulder market at Longmont.
There are vendors selling vegetable plants to plant in your garden, asparagus, greens, chocolate, salsa/sauces, hard cider, coffee, popcorn, gluten free bread and lots more. Also there are food trucks.

Great place to get local produce. They also have local breads, pastas, cheeses, meats, hot sauce, etc.
They usually have someone playing music and a station for kids to do something fun.
Finally, they have some good local food pop-ups 5o grab a bite to eat. Great way to spend Saturday morning.

I love a good farmers market and whenever I’m out on my travels I always seek them out. I’m telling you this one did not disappoint! If I lived here I would come every Saturday. I think the sign said every 4th Saturday they have craft vendors. Well today was the Saturday for them. Which was an extra bonus. They have beautiful organic fruits and vegetables and salsas and honey and oils and dips and cheeses and bakery and the list goes on and on. They even had a band playing. If you’re in the area on a Saturday this is a must stop!

Also, the BCFM Team are special humans and great to interact with! Thank you BCFM!!
The City of Longmont Museum is a small but impressive museum that showcases diverse exhibits with a regional focus on history and art. The museum offers all-ages interactive programs, including activities for children, classrooms, an auditorium and office space. One-half of the museum's space is dedicated to these facilities while the other half displays interesting artifacts from local history. The collection includes an intriguing picture in their history section that resembles Yoda from Star Wars.
A really well-done history museum with interesting displays and a clear narrative. And there are lots of old-school interactive elements that are great for kids. (I liked the one where you divert water to where it needs to go.)
The "Duality" gallery curated by Gregg Deal is really amazing - contemporary works by indigenous artists. Definitely a must-see. Then for kids, there is a treehouse play area up in the tower that's a lot of fun and had great views.

This thoroughly modern museum and cultural center provides an engaging multi-media look at life on the high plains, just 35 miles north of Denver. It covers all bases, from the Plains indigenous people, the agricultural boom of the 19th to mid- 20th centuries and the role of factories and railroad. The challenges faced by Hispanic/Latino residents and workers, WW1 and WW2 are acknowledged, along with local “low-riders.” A knowledgeable local staff and archives are on-site to assist. COVID safety was observed (as of Aug. 2021)

What a really cool camp called Surviving in the West. Z learned how to make a fire (with bow drill, flint and matches), shelter, spear making, crawdaddy fishing, made a drum, made yarn out of Alpaca, made root beer, ice cream and butter. Also met new and old friends.
Now I know he can survive in the wild or go on the show Survivor. 😂

Our Family went to the Sunflower Farm this past Saturday! I really didn't know what to expect. Once there it was a beautiful farm well organized and friendly staff. To see all the amazing animals, airplane, go sledding down a huge mountain of hay says it all! There is plenty of shaded areas, tree houses, places to have a nice picnic. There was a family celebrating a child birthday what a great idea! All guest were respectful of the animals and self distancing. We truly had a great time and will definitely go again! As a childless adult, I love the sunflower farm. Every time someone visits me in Denver, I’m sure to bring them here for a fun couple of hours petting the animals, exploring the paths, and taking in the peace of the property. This place is always a vibe, no matter the season. I’m sure it’s fun for kids, but even adults have plenty to see and explore.

This place was so cute, plenty for little ones to stay active and happy! All the animals are well taken care of and they look happy and spoiled. The staff was the friendliest staff I've ever encountered, I loved getting to stand and chat with one of them during our visit. 12/10 recommend!!

I am long past due writing this review of Sunflower Farm. This place is a treasure! From the incredible kids' birthday parties we've had there to the delightful summer music events, to visiting the well-cared for farm animals, my entire family adores Sunflower Farm. I've only had a great experience with the staff, and my kids love running around and playing on the airplane, swings, and sliding down the hay bales. We can't wait to go back!

My kids and I used to love to go when we were still living in Longmont (a few years ago). We decided to go back today and were very disappointed. The things we loved best (the huge treehouse, rope swing, really tall tree swing, zipline, horseback rides, shed filled with corn to play in like a sandbox) are no longer there, and though there were signs everywhere saying you could feed the animals, the feed was nowhere to be found, and the woman who had checked us in at the front office (who said we could come ask her if we had any questions) was also nowhere to be found. The kids still had fun seeing the animals and playing on the hay bales and in the silo, but it is DEFINITELY not worth the steep price of admission anymore.

We just had the best time at Sunflower farms the whole family really loved this place.(My kids are 2,7,8) While they do go over all the rules when you first get there I am glad they did since it was our first time and it really is for our safety and the safety of these incredible animals. Took about three minutes to go over and they gave us a nice rules list as a reminder for feeding animals, other ground rules etc. I recommend getting there early and staying as late as you can they close at 1pm( lots to do). We will be back next year maybe make an annual thing until the kids get too big. Thank you for the amazing day! 😎

I took my 4 kids here last summer and we had an absolute blast.
Only reason we didn't give a 5 is because we won't be able to go again this summer due to the change in their open hours which is a shame since our weekends don't allow for an hour and a half drive to Longmont.
We're hoping next year there will be more days open to go.

St. Vrain State Park, located in Northern Colorado, is a popular destination for nature enthusiasts due to its various trails for hiking and camping facilities. Additionally, the park offers fishing ponds that attract visitors from all over, including those who enjoy ice fishing during the winter months. Safety measures are in place with rescue rings available in case of emergencies on the ice. The park also provides ample parking and vault toilets for convenience. Overall, St.
Nice park with tons of trails and plenty of lakes and ponds to enjoy. I have the state park pass so I didn’t pay directly for entry, but I think it’s worth a visit just to enjoy some nature in relative peace (not a ton of people around on a beautiful 70 degree day).
It is near the highways though, so car noise is a thing but it wasn’t too bad overall. A nice place to spend a few hours.
Bernard Jeremy — Google review
Close to major travel corridors so an easy on/off. Can frequently hear I-25 traffic, although not terribly loud.
Plenty of camping spots for tents and RVs (several loops; some closed in the Winter).
Decent collection of trails around the numerous ponds. Lots of birds frequent the area, including multiple species of ducks, geese, cranes, egrets, herons, wading birds, pelicans, gulls, and bald eagles. Ponds are frequently stocked with various species of game fish with plenty of year-round fishing opportunities (ice fishing in the Winter when the ice is 4+ inches thick).

We drove up from Southern Colorado to do a little ice fishing. This is the only place I've ever seen rescue rings in case someone falls through the ice. There is ample parking and vault toilets and lots of ponds to choose from. Happy fishing!

Bikers beware! Not sure if this a seasonal issue but three of my children's bikes had flat tires the second day. I replaced tubes and sent them out, only to have two more flats. Closer inspection I found tiny thorn like objects stuck in the tires. Multiple pinholes in the tubes. I decided to go for a walk along the pond side trails for investigation. After returning I found thorn like seeds stuck in my sandals. They appear to be from water side flora. As i said, maybe it's a seasonal thing where the seeds are shedding. All the bikes are mountain bikes but a few with crossover tires. Sticking to the main dirt roads would probably alleviate any issues, but then you're missing the views!
The overall location of the park is right next to I25 and another major highway. There was traffic noise and you can see multiple gas station and convenience store signs looming above the tree line. This doesn't necessarily bother me, but it certainly didn't match the usual state park setting I'm accustomed to. I think other sections of the park would be less affected and more secluded.
Beyond that, it's a large park with multiple stocked ponds/reservoirs for fishing and boating. We stayed in an RV on the coot pond loop. We had a spacious site with full hookups, great water pressure and a picnic table. The "sun" shade built around the table hardly did anything for us. it isn't oriented correctly to block the sun. It appears that the sites were built as a cookie cutter design.
J Holmes — Google review
The Denver area is surprisingly lacking in the number of RV parks. Our daughter lives north of Denver and when we come into town with our RV this is about as close as we can get and it’s a 30 minute drive. 40-45 minutes to Denver.
The full hookup sites are on the south side of the park and there are no trees for shade and it lacks grass. The north side, where we stayed this time, has shade trees and grass but there are no full hook up sites.
The park is clean and well maintained. There were a lot of people fishing in the ponds.
The staff working at the gate were friendly and the pricing is fair. You do, however, have to pay $10 extra, DAILY, to even be in the park (on top of your RV rental cost).

Very pretty area with all the ponds around it and quiet for being close to i25. Not much for hiking, but for someone who struggles with elevation changes this would be a great area to walk. Personally, I wish there was a little more to do, but worth a visit and a repeat stay for sure.

It’s an okay State Park. I been to a better State Park. I gave it a 3 star because it’s a good place to be under the tree nature watching - the lake, different birds, fish (wish I brought my fishing pole). If you like fishing and camping it’s a place for you. The smell of the fire wood is very calming even in a 90 degree weather. It has trails too, but not in a hot weather, too open.
Lots of site for the RV’s.
The side (where the RV’s are) is too noisy, from all the cars from the highway. The side after coming in the entrance (on the right) is quiet.
It has a lot of ponds, lakes but not a big place.

Great place. Nice ponds. Great camp sites. Close to the highway. Not in the mountains. Can get warm. But awesome location to see Boulder, Fort Collins, and Denver. Rangers nice.
(The proximity to the highway is the only reason I might go 4/5 stars. But consider, that may be the reason to stay here - if you want to get out on the way elsewhere).

I stayed at a nice level site on Bald Eagle Loop 14 days. Large sites with paving right on the water is a big plus, but mine had a western exposure so avoid that for a summer stay. The only negative was the noise pollution from the highway, which could be addressed. I wasn’t even that close to it but it was still loud.

Nice place for a day. But right along a hwy. Noisy, but great for getting back on the road & for a pit stop. Not great for a vacation spot. Public bathrooms were really dirty for only being early afternoon. Went last year & that is a change I saw this time. Much cleaner last year.

Nice and relaxing spot for kayaking. Just try to ignore the noise from Hwy 119. Somehow, the birds manage it!
Upd - 7-27-23: Still as wonderful as last year. We were only there for a one-day pass. The campgrounds were full, and there seemed to be a little more noise than last time (makes sense). Pelicans, blue herons, and even a big old turtle who made a quick disappearance. Still love the place, though!
Jo Burnish — Google review
Above average RV sites with a lot of space between sites and quite a few sit right on a pond. Trails are plentiful and the park is very clean. No visitor center and no dog park that we saw. My rating is due to the constant road noise from I-25 which is literally in your “backyard” and it’s 24/7/365. It nullifies the beauty of the location. If you’re looking for RV sites to access Denver try Cherry Creek or Chatfield State Parks. There is some road noise at both however much less than at St. Vrain State Park - and we can say this having been at both, camping, the past two weekends (Sept of 2023).
M Payler — Google review
Great place to bring any type of RV. There are a large number of electric sites and a few with full hookups. The majority of electric sites have a water spigot (not for hooking up to). The many ponds are perfect for kayaking. An endless variety of waterfowl abound. The stocked ponds contain a handful of different fish species, though fishing rules and licenses apply. Additionally, the picnic tables each have a metal roof. We stayed at Site 22, which was perfect. Site 22 is especially nice for kayakers as there is an unofficial launching area next to it. However, it is pretty close to Interstate 25, so if noise is an issue, it would be a good idea to camp farther into the campground. For $36.00 a night and less than an hour from Denver, this is a fantastic bargain for anyone seeking a flatland camping experience east of the Rockies.

I grew up in Longmont and had never been here before. I took my 2-year-old to the old tractor show out front and decided to head into the museum afterward.
I was expecting just to see a bunch of old farm implements, but I was surprised to see musical instruments, historical firearms, and some pretty neat carriages.
For $8 for an adult, you'll also get a booklet that details most of the items inside. I was surprised to see how many items are related to the history of Longmont and the surrounding area. For example, Longmonts' first firetruck is here! This is a great compliment to the other historical and cultural centers in Longmont.
Overall, I would definitely bring my older two here next year. Although, I would enjoy information on all the items in the museum to be in the booklet. (I had to read the book afterward as monitoring a 2-year-old in a museum is a full-time job)

In addition to this, there is also a community rose garden that blooms in spring and summer every year.
Nice, quiet community park. Very dog friendly. Open space in the middle of the park for dogs to romp. Small covered picnic area for rental events. Includes public grills. Park has many trees that are lit up beautifully during Xmas time. Ice skating rink during winter (entry fee). Children's playground with newish swing and climbing things. Walking distance (2 blocks) to downtown Longmont shopping and restaurants. Ice cream available immediately across the street.

Lovely park in the city center. Well maintained and safe. Very family friendly. The city opens a skating rink in the winter and there is a short circular walking path around the vast lawn area. In the spring and summer the park boasts a spectacular community rose garden. The city senior center is located in the park as well as one of the recreation centers. Large picnic area with a playground for kids. Highly recommended.

Nice city park right off the Main Street in Longmont. What really elevates it is the rose garden in the back. Worth a stop if you are in the area!

Big open space for kids to run around. A lovely rose garden. A really cool bronze of a giraffe figure with a unique story to share! And right across the street from Sweet Cow ice cream. Who needs more than that!?

The park is always well kept, lots of grass, walking path walks like a track in a loop, play ground, kids swimming pool, shelter for eating or parties... Rose garden is always very nice to walk through. Large Pavilion for events. City turns it into an ice skating rink in the winter... Love all the lit up trees at night.

Christmas festival is totally worth it! Great family atmosphere with lots to do for the kids to enjoy. Free hot chocolate, great music that was able to be heard all around the park with traveling characters for three kids to enjoy.

The Rose Garden is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could be there in a week or two. There were so many buds getting ready to open! There were also plenty of roses to see.

This park is great, not a park really to hang out but during summer there are various events belts from Cinco de mayo to many to October beer festivals, Hispanic heritage celebration in Spetembwr, food truck events, family events and then you also have the skating rink during the season.

I love this park; I use the paved walking trail for daily exercise. Other regular trail walkers are always friendly, and (so far, anyway) the park is sparsely populated during the day. It is well situated, with a beautiful view Long's Peak and the flatirons of the Rocky Mountains.

This is my favorite city park I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. Obviously Longmont is not a huge city but this park has so much going for it! I absolutely love the lights in Winter and the skate rink. I don’t skate but having the crowd there at night means it’s very safe and well lit to walk around the grounds with a cup of hot tea or cocoa even after dark. In the warmer months the rose garden just never fails to be a great time. I love going here with my dog and the rest of the fam to walk and lay on the grass. I went once at night before the rink was up and did have a sketchy experience so be careful. I won’t do that again but during the day and in the evening when the skate rink is operational it’s a great fun time and safe. I think the restrooms are usually locked up unfortunately just to let anyone know who would need to be concerned with that.
GABF gold winner and Wine Enthusiast top location. Art - colorful and bargain-priced. Scale - huge. Beer - mild, possibly hard to differentiate, but also widely drinkable. An important part of the Longmont scene, and purveyor of the more difficult lager styles to create.

Let me preface this with I use to love Wibby. My family would play in the corn hole tournaments and we used to love hanging there. But for the past several weeks I tried getting a hold of someone to reserve a space for a birthday party. No one ever got back to me. I emailed several times (the email on their website is wrong) and called several times along with my husband. So we thought okay we will just get there early and get a spot. We did and found a great spot but were told we can only hang there for a few hours since a private party rented out the space. Okay fine no worries. We weren’t in that spot for more than 20 minutes before a lady told us we had to move now because the party was here early (an hour and a half early) and she was very rude about it. But we moved and she told us we could move to these larger tables and we were luck because there was a concert tonight and the tables were close to the music but didn’t require tickets! So great okay whatever we moved. Then right before the concert the same lady comes over and tells us we have to buy tickets or move. We were very tacked aback considering she told us 1. We didn’t have to buy tickets and 2 she was the one who asked us to go there. We pretty much said no worries we are leaving anyways because of the horrible customer service we had. We had a large group with 20+ people all drinking and wibby especially this woman seemed to go out of their way to consistently move us and not be sorry at all. So disappointed in wibby.

Well isn't this a little hide-a-way slice of pleasant.
A place that doesn't try too hard to get your attention and at the same time the staff works hard to make sure you enjoy what they offer.
Businesses like this are the reason Longmont is the next "I'd like to live there" location in Colorado.
Well done team.
Oh, and the beers are good too.

Hi there,
I had the opportunity to meet up with my husband to have him try your beer. I have been attending Wibby for a while but it’s been our usual spot for Boulder County employees for happy hour about 15-20 people sometimes more. I have to say after the bad customer service I received today, I’m thinking of not coming back. Which saddens me because I love the beer, vibes and that it’s close to our office.
I grew up in Longmont and I am proud to serve this community through Boulder County. Here at Wibby you all have something really great going, but the employees are ruining your prestige.
A gentleman named, Tristen, that’s what he said his name was on 6/24 @4-6ish helped me and my husband start a tab. He lied to us and told us the only food options were the food truck out back. I knew that was a lie because I’m a regular, then when I asked what options you had my child (non alcoholic options) it was too much of a task giving us options and told us lemonade was it. Then, I ask him for a straw and that was too much of a task for him too, so the customer behind me, a nice man, had to grab it for me.
I am a women of color and I tell you that the disrespect has happened my entire life, but the level of lazy-ness, lack of customer service and overall disrespectful demeanor is not a good luck for your amazing Brewery.
I never write reviews or take the time to do these sort of things, but this one really hurt me, because I really enjoy Wibby and that interaction made me want to leave and not come back. But my husband and I stayed and we decided to order with our phones instead.
I know you are all so busy and times are hard, and I’m just one customer but I hope you are aware of the workers that are representing your brand and who are face of your business. I feel you guys could have better representation.
Here is a picture of your employee representing your business, drinking on the job

We went for an ad we saw for a celebration of best brewery party with live music, giveaways, and special pairings at 5p. We arrived shortly before 5p. We tried a sample that was delicious. We waited until 5:45p enjoying the atmosphere but never saw any live music set up, no giveaways, and did not find any information about special pairings. Found it odd that the flyer mislead us into expecting something it wasn't.

This place was way bigger and fancier than I expected for a brewery I've never heard of.
They have huge seating areas outside, including a very big screen they were showing sports.
There seemed to be a shortage of chairs though. They need to get more chairs.
The beers are mostly German style. But very weird, they didn't have a hefeweisen, which is my favorite style.
The beers we did try were good representatives of their style. The double dunkel was especially good.
Parking is extremely limited and difficult.

Love this brewery! But their core beers are not my fav. Their specialty beers are what I wait for. But that is just my taste preference. Removed one star for that . The location itself is 5 star. Great inside and outside. Very dog friendly and well behaved dogs! This location is especially great on a nice day. Their outside are is huge!

Just walked over from Dave's BBQ. Visiting from Texas. Large facility with plenty of seating. We just parked uptown and walked over. Trying the Dunkel Bock. Will try more later. You can order from your table using you smartphone from the Pavilion. Very nice. Going to try a flight of 8 to get a good idea. I am sure it will be good. The brewery had won at the Great American Beer Festival. They even drew clouds on the underside of the pavilion.

LOVE this place for so many reasons! Went to watch a friend’s band play and got to enjoy the amazing pavilion at night. So many different places to sit from inside to the patio, by the pool or of course the pavilion. The lighting at night alone makes it that much more special. Great adaptation of an industrial area! I’m not a beer drinker, but my husband and friends are, so I especially appreciated options other than just hard cider or subpar and expensive canned wine - I’m speaking about the frozen G&T! Thanks for providing a great, outdoor community gathering space!!!

Lagers are their game, and they have the high score so far! If you are a fan of this style and are in the Denver area, make the trip up! Their patio is huge, hospitality is second to none, and an awesome place to pick up a 6-pack to chill in your home or hotel room.
Be sure to watch what is fresh on the menu, and take care to do some samples to find what you like!

Stopped by out of curiosity and I'm glad I did. The faculty is huge with plenty of seating. As for the beer, I thought the Helles was one of the best I've had in that style of beer. My stay was limited due to obligations but I want to go back and spend an afternoon there.
The Union Reservoir Nature Area is a recreational destination that offers various outdoor activities such as picnicking, fishing, dog beach, sailing club with weekly racing, day camping, sand volleyball, swimming and playground. It also provides rentals for SUP and canoe through RMP. This reservoir is very peaceful and ideal for kayaking and SUP enthusiasts. Unlike Boulder Reservoir that has ridiculous rules, this place has affordable entrance fees.
Hands-down, one of the most beautiful places in the greater Front Range area. The off-leash dog beach is incredible! $10 for the whole day, which is a great deal. The views are stunning from every angle - the mountains, the lake, green space. Very well-maintained and plenty of parking, at least on the weekdays. I hear that the weekends get crazy-crowded, but I still think it's worth it. Enjoy!

The dog beach here is fantastic!! The water was clean, there were probably 20 dogs out when we went but there is enough room for everyone to spread out so we weren't all on top of each other. I have kayaked out here before as well and really enjoyed it. I think I am going to get a season pass this year so I can take the dogs more often. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is parking. There is basically one lot and if you want to go down to the dog beach, that lot is not close. So if I go by myself it would be difficult for me to bring my kayak and my dog (with life jackets, etc) because the walk down is too far and I couldn't make it all in one trip.

Really nice to have this place close by. My only complaint is the price to get in. $2 to walk in and additional $5 per float? A little high in comparison to just going to other reservoirs

The reservoir itself is very nice. The kiosk staff ditto. The rangers varied from very heavy handed to reasonable. The instructions from event staff didn’t match the rangers on the water, one of whom delighted in making wakes for the paddle boarders. We also had terrible experience with the Conccessionaires for the paddle boards. Don’t rent on site. Rude , entitled and burned out teenagers. Rent before you go.

Had a great time at the dog beach with our pups on a hot day. It has gotten much more expensive to hang out here, so that's a bummer. We did also have a lot of fun on the swim beach, floating around in our inner tubes. All in all it was a fun day!
Valerie Miller — Google review
This is a great place to bring your paddle board or kayak. The reservoir isn’t usually too busy during the week, but weekends can get busy pretty early.
The dog beach is currently closed because of covid. Also worth noting - the dog beach is not fenced in so this wouldn’t be a good place to bring your pup if they don’t stay close by.

The beach and Lake look nice, but being a low-income family, we have been searching for clean beaches and lakes to swim in, and we spent our entire Labor Day weekend saturday, driving around to a different lakes and rivers, trying to find a place to swim. We finally found Union beach, and they wanted to charge us around $12 per person for a family of four, that is very difficult on low-income. These cities should not be charging for swimming holes, it is highway robbery!

Can be busy at times, but it is a gorgeous lake to fish close to I25! We have caught Rainbow trout, LMB, SMB, Perch, and Walleye in this lake, right off the shore. Sunsets over the mountains make it a picture perfect lake to enjoy evening fishing or just a nice evening walk.
One of three distilleries in Longmont along with Copper Sky and Dry Land. This place utilized wood, steel beams, and amber lights to give a calm nature to the benefit of man. Their best product is their House Bourbon, which can only be found at the distillery itself. Very smooth, sweet, and absolutely enjoyable by itself. I then discovered that they will add more food options and beer in the future. I also wrote to them a big index card full of beers for consideration. I hope that at least some them might be chosen. And, may we all pray that the expansion goes well.

Was in Longmont for vacation and sampled the whiskey at Abbott and Wallace for the first time, after visiting the cidery next door. I am a professional distiller and can confidently say that they are making great whiskey here. Samples were poured in appropriate glen cairn glasses for proper nosing and tasting. Dark amber color, floral nose with slight honeysuckle. The oils drip down the glass forever like waterfalls. It might be young in age but tastes fully mature. I was a bigger fan of the single barrel straight bourbon that I tried over the house blend due to it losing the uniqueness of flavors from the still here. The Rye was equally as good for its respective category. Music was loud though. Was able to sit outside on a nice day to avoid as much noise. Nathan was super helpful and kind. Will hopefully be able to come back.

Updating to 4 stars due to owners kind response.
Update 3/27/24 - tried to stop by again today. Checked Google, checked their web site, and even looked at the front door. All three said open 4-9. I waited until it was 4:15 and they were not open. I know 4 may be considered early for this place, but generally I think a place should should be open during their posted hours. If it said they were open at 5, I wouldn't be writing this.
I enjoy their spirits, and their cocktails are usually outstanding, but their hours really leave something to be desired.
3 times in the past 4 months I have headed to Abbot & Wallace during their posted business hours, and all three times they have been closed. Today the door was unlocked, but an employee said they were closed until tomorrow. Online their hours now say they are closed Wednesday, but their door clearly says Wednesdays 4-9 PM.
The previous time I had 5 people with me and we had literally planned on Abbot & Wallace as our main activity for the night. It was a Tuesday and they were completely shut down. Nothing posted on the door, just not open.
I want to love this place, but I feel like I keep getting burned by their hours.

The bartender and the owner were super nice and were able to answer our questions about the drinks and shared a lot of stories. Our friends visiting from California had a blast! Strawberry basil gin and tonic...AMAZING...quite possibly my new favorite drink replacing the old standby of captain and diet coke...I just need to see if I can make it at home. Definitely put it on your must drink list at Longtucky-Abbott and Wallace distillery. Added bonus...it's beautiful! The other drink pictured is the Garden Gin and Tonic. I liked it too though slightly less sweet.
Very neat cidery that boasts over 30 different varieties including 11 made in house. The in house ciders have super interesting flavors from floral to clean. Many of the varieties tend to be on the dry side. I had the Balaton cherry which was clean and crisp.

We just got in from East Texas and wanted to try St Vrains Cidery. Talked to the owner I think and he was great. Trying a flight of their Ciders. St Vrains had over 30 ciders all from Colorado on tap. Trying the Blackberry Botanical, Dry Ginger, Dry Chokeberry, and Pink Guava. All good! They is so much to try this may take some time. The pros: Neat concept for a tap house, some cool flavors too! A majority of the customers are loyal and super friendly!
The cons: I DO NOT recommend seeking employment here. Tips are stolen at will by staff and management(owners)..... Inventory and merchandise are also taken at will by staff and management. My own personal belongings were stolen by a staff member. The owners fight with, swear at and scream at one another in front of staff. No professionalism whatsoever! This is a TOXIC work environment for your spirit and mental health! You can find a better job.... Don't do it!
I personally would never support or invest in a local business that doesn't operate above the boards, has absolutely no integrity and perpetuates such loathesome behavior.
But this is merely my opinion. Good luck!

Nice small ciders that has tons of taps. The entrance is on the east side of the old times call building so you go in through the alley. Dean and Cindi run a wonderful tasting room! The only Cidery in the area, their huge number of taps feature many of their own brew, as well as other regionals.
There is outdoor seating and a regular food truck schedule. Live music and friendly crowds with games on the shelf. And there are community events as well, pics are from Startup Longmont/New Tech Meetup.
The entrance is around the back from Terry Street, you can go through the alleyway(s) to get back there, parking also accessible from Coffman St.
Check the hours to make sure you know they are open, they close for production for Monday and Tuesday.

What a wonderful place! They have many of their own hard ciders, plus lots more. I think they have just about every local cidery on tap. Best of all, their menu really helps you find your next favorite, with great descriptions, taster size options, and by ranking them from tart to sweet. My husband doesn't typically like hard cider, but even he loves St. Vrain Cidery!
Lagerman Reservoir is a 115-acre body of water that provides both shore and boat fishing opportunities. In addition, visitors can enjoy multi-use paths and a spacious picnic shelter. The park offers an easy loop for short walks, making it an ideal destination during the winter months. While there are no trees in the area, Lagerman Reservoir is known for its exceptional water bird watching opportunities, including sightings of eagles, ospreys, ducks and more.
Such a beautiful location tucked away in the back roads of Longmont. I was so surprised when I stumbled upon this location, beautiful views of the mountains near Longmont, Colorado. Lagerman is perhaps the premier birding site for waterfowl observation in Boulder County. Spring and fall. Half of the facility is closed during nesting season (1Apr-30Aug) as there are breeding ospreys, killdeer, American avocet, ruddy ducks, redheads, and earkill deer, who nest close to the path in the closed zone.
Boulder County has made a number of improvements to the limited facilities in the last few years but as multi-user sites go, this is pretty basic. And that's good...it's seldom crowded. Apparently the nefarious blue-green algae is back again this year. Blue green algae is toxic to dogs and can be dangerous for humans. It's probably best NOT to get in the water right now (dogs, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Sad to say, these algae blooms has mostly killed off catchable fish...so probably not worth wasting time trying. But if the "worst day fishing is better than the worst day working" ... then go wet a line!

Great, quiet little body of water for paddle boarding! My boys and I got there at 9:00 am and stayed untill about 12:00. It was like having a private lake all to ourselves! Beautiful view of the front range and some sweet and interesting waterfowl. Very serene for me, but if you have teenagers they might want a busier spot! ;) There is also no swimming allowed, as with most reservoirs in Colorado, and fishing is not recommended due to low oxygen levels in the reservoir. Beautiful, unfussy place for moving meditation.

Have been to this place 2 times and we love this place. It is quite a drive for us but we don’t mind. Lol. It’s reservation based. It’s $3 a person and their big bag to collect apples is $12. They have a good variety of apples to pick from. The staff was friendly and nice. They had 4 doggies and they were so friendly and awesome.
The 1st time we went was in 2018 and they took us to the other side of the farm which was bigger and we rode on a tractor. They had apples pears grapes and plums to pick.
This year it was different because of COVID but you will have a great time. The area is a bit smaller so you can easily walk to all the trees. You still can see all the animals and feed the horses and donkeys.
When you go here make sure you get their apple cider donuts. They are freshly made and so yummy. You should warm them and have it. It’s delicious. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

This is the cutest, sweetest little farm! It is charming and delightful and we were smiling so big the whole time we were there. There are beautiful flowers (you pick), delicious apples, and farm animals to visit. The farm store has so many handmade products: apple cider, apple cider vinegar, apple cider donuts (to die for!), honey, jam, salsa, etc. The prices on apples are extremely reasonable and they’re from the orchard out back. Note: They have “U Pick” apple orchard but you have to make reservations in advance. I like that they do that to ensure there are enough apples and it’s not overrun. Everything else you can see/do without a reservation. The teens working there are so friendly and kind. You can feed the donkeys and see horses, chickens and peacocks. A perfect Sunday afternoon!

Fall favorite for apple cider donuts, fresh apples, and home made products that are perfect for gift giving! Perfect family outing to see the beautiful fall foliage.

Very cool Farm/Orchard! Make sure to book your U-pick experience WAY in advance as they do not take walk ins. Shop was very cool and had a ton of fresh homemade apple products available. As a New Yorker who needs his fall apple fix, I will definitely come back next year!

Very happy we decided to stop here! Missed apple picking by a few weeks but still had an enjoyable time. The cinnamon & apple donuts are to die for!
Best part of the experience was getting to meet Peanut Butter. She promptly greeted us in the parking lot and asked for some pets

Great place to enjoy the fall fruit and flowers. The orchard was closed but was well worth the drive. Apples were incredible. Nice day and a great setting!

I grew up eating fresh apples from southern Pennsylvania orchards, and somehow their gala apples are even better than back home! Very nice little farm, super friendly, lots of things to do for families, animals to pet, fresh sweet apples, donuts, canned fruit, cider, etc. Amazing place and will definitely be coming back for more!
We had a great time celebrating here and there was ample space and restrooms. The place was clean and eclectic 💕

By far the best park around to me. I passed through this park probably a thousand times on my way to work on my bike in the course of the past 8 years. It's quiet and peaceful most of the time it does have a concrete hockey rink clean restrooms a play area for the kids and a nice little creek to sit by has picnic tables and a covered area for guests.

Rented the barn for our sons wedding rehearsal dinner...could not have been any happier! The barn was perfect for our theme and all the essentials were there from the tables and chairs to items in the kitchen that we forgot to pack ourselves! The fact that we could bring our own food and alcohol was a plus (not many places let you bring your own alcohol we found out!) Great value...thanks so much to Kim and his team!!

We were so lucky to find this gem at the last moment and keep our original wedding date. We had our reception here a week ago and it was wonderful. The barn is beautiful! Great sound system and plenty of tables and chairs for use. You can also bring in your own food and alchohol. We can't say enough nice things about Kim the owner and his family, they are really exceptional. I would highly recommend D Barn.

We just had a wedding at the D-Barn last night and have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place. Ever since we started planning our wedding, The D Barn stood out to us because the owner, Kim, was so easy-going, honest, and helpful. He let us swing by on more than one occasion to see the venue before hand, and then on the big day, he was nothing but a helping hand. He was there to help us setting up, checked on us during the reception to make sure everything was running smoothly, helped us out when we were cleaning up, and was over all more than helpful! Not only was he helpful, but so kind. I’m so glad we chose a venue where the man running the show was so personable. He gave us some great advice on how to set up our venue and also some great advice on marriage itself!!!
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We had so many guests who said it was the prettiest venue they’ve been in and the atmosphere that surrounds the barn in just fun! We had the greatest night of our lives. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!
Thanks to Kim and all those who help run The D-Barn! You all are phenomenal! This barn will forever hold a special spot in our hearts!

We just had our annual fundraising Gala at D Barn and everyone loved it! The place is rustic and fun and the owner, Kim, couldn't have been more accommodating. We had a sit-down dinner, with an open bar and a band for 130 people. Kim put our minds at ease as we discussed the details of the event and it went off seamlessly. I highly recommend this place, not only because the venue is great, but the owner is terrific to work with.
The tasting room is approachable and inviting with beautiful woodwork and modern simplicity, and then the beverages steal the show! I appreciated the background shared in writing on each liquor option, and the way the staff worked professionally as one unit. Sit at the bar…it’s truly a top knit head performance watching them work cocktail magic. The gin, cactus (that aligns with the flavor of mezcal) and the whiskeys are something special. I wish the Dry Land spirits were offered outside of the immediate Front Range region, but there’s also something truly special about the boutique nature of the current setup. Also, the branding is beautiful. If you’re ever near Longmont, you must go!

I'm going to be keeping my eye on Dry Land, the projects they have in the works are very interesting and support local agriculture. They have a unique line of spirits that focus on grains that "make sense" for Colorado whiskey. From their mezcal esc cactus spirit to their mellow and smooth heritage wheat whiskey. They have a good array of products and drinks to go with them. Definitely excited to see where this company goes!

Sipping on this sage gimlet evokes the tranquil essence of a leisurely stroll through an enchanting forest. The gin presents a delightful palette of nutty hues, weaving a complex tapestry of flavors. Meanwhile, the fragrant sage adds a layer of sophistication, creating a harmonious blend that is as aromatic as it is delicious. Love the staff. Love the atmosphere. So lucky to find this fabulous place!

Best rum and Coke I've ever had in my life they make their own coke. I was never aRum and coke person! Until I had Dry Land Distillery in Longmont Colorado. They have a lot of choices. They are spot-on. I suggest you go there if you would like to drink for the price and a good time. Love it!

I love this place. Everything about Dryland is incredible.
The spirits are amazing.
The cocktails are perfectly crafted.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and great to talk to.
I live every visit I make here, and cannot get enough of them. This is by far one of the best places I’ve been to.

Meet Nels & Glen, the owners of Dryland Distillery here in Longmont Colorado. They are very humble gentleman. They have the best homemade drinks, pretty much the organic version of mixed drinks. Very vintage and woody place. Definitely a place worth checking out if you are in Longmont Colorado. Glen loves to chat in depth about the brand. Good guys

Can’t believe it took us this long to discover Dry Land! Everything is made in house and the cocktails are so unique and tasty! The atmosphere is a vibe and the decor is on point. This is by far one of our fav spots in town.
My personal fav cocktails are the Dry Thai or Apple Crisp! But, if you’re into smoky flavors, you’ll want to try their cactus spirit! 🌵
If you don’t drink, they do offer some non-alcoholic drinks too and a house made cola which are both delish!!

A gem nestled in downtown Longmont. Our group got a private whiskey tasting and tour from Matt and Nels and we were all blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into each Dry Land spirit. I highly recommend checking this place out!

From the atmosphere to the drinks, from the perfectly designed menus to the very friendly staff.. this place is a must! I ordered the best mock tail just because the ingredients looked yummy and I was not disappointed. I got to taste some of their gin and ooh la la. The watermelon cocktail is amazing, so is that Smokey cactus mezcal mule.

Great atmosphere and fantastic service! We live far from family so our toddler is usually with us for any fun things we do and they were so sweet to her as my husband and I enjoyed downtown Longmont and popping into dry land distillers on his birthday. The cocktails and whiskey are delicious, definitely go and experience a flight! Ask for Jasmine she was wonderful!

Would ld not have come if not in brewhop & WON’T GO BACK. 1sr impresn, bartender yelling, b4 we are in the door/in front of the whole bar, “if you’re coming frm brewhop, you’re here for 1 drink”. LOL! Nice welcome to our establishment new customers. I think tableside “hey guys, our drinks are heavy so we can only serve you each one”. And then
12 ppl in our grp- only 1 liked their drink.
It was fine they didn’t want our $. Our sweet server was awesome!!! Blue skirt, blue sweater - fabulous and I think a little embarrassed by the bartenders lack of professionalism.
We stopped on the weekend and had a really excellent visit. The staff on duty in the main house showed us around and gave us a lot of interesting information about the family that lived there in the different artifacts. The walk around the property was really fun—; there are lots of old farm tools and machines. The barns are beautiful. Seeing the animals was a real plus – – they’re awfully cute and sure to be a big hit with the kids. The highlight was catching an art installation in one of the smaller barns. I’ve included information about the artwork here.

A great place to spend a couple of hours! It's run by the Boulder County Open Space division and one of their employees met us out front and took us through the 1909 built farmhouse that has been fully restored with period stoves, furniture and household items. Was very thorough in telling us about the history of the farm itself and the various owners. Then there's great things to see for the kids (or without kids) out on the farm itself. The two pigs performed well. They came out of their shelter and promptly went into the mud hole and appeared to have a great time rooting around. Brand new calf, miniature horses, goats, sheep and chickens and more! A great place that everyone of any age would enjoy!

This place has a lot of potencial to become a great tourist destination but it is very concern that on day that, it is 92 degrees, the animals have their water on a metal container under the sunlight. Who wants to drink hot water on a hot day?! Also Those animals look sad and the manager of the place not even care about us, we were taking the tour on our own and he just said: “we are closing in 20 minutes”. It looks like they don’t care about this place, the animals and the visitors.

This was a nice quiet alternative to the busy commercial pumpkin patches and farms this time of year. My preschool girls enjoyed chickens cows, donkeys, goats, and sheep, learning about farming practices through the years, and playing in the interactive exhibit set up in the barn. We ate a nice picnic lunch on one of the provided tables. Beautiful setting too. I rated this 5 stars because it was free and good for my younger kids. Not sure someone with older kids would rate it similarly.

Great working farm with classes for kids on various animal husbandry and environmental topics. There’s also pretty neat museum exhibits for kids on farming (past and present). Schools have field trips here so it can get somewhat crowded if you go at the same time.

Heart felt employees. The place was actually closed when I traveled there for the season but was preparing to open up a week later.
Stephen Day Park is a recreational haven with a range of sports facilities, including basketball and BMX areas, as well as an off-leash dog section. Visitors can enjoy picnics at the covered area or play on the large grassy field and small hills dotted with shade trees. The park also boasts a striking climbing tower made from rope, a wood chip area with play equipment, and a sizeable splash pad.
This place was lots of fun! We went here for a baby shower. The pavilion that the family rented was wonderful. It was very well up-kept and clean. Our pavilion was right next to the children’s play area, and that made it even better. They had a lot of things for the kids to run and play on.

Our grandson is 30 months old and he loves taking his strider bike to the hills at the BMX park at Stephen Day. It’s a very nice park with lots of grass, skateboard and bmx areas. Always a fun place.

This is a great little park for my 7 year old to practice riding her bike, her roller skates & her scooter. It also has a playground with a small zipline, a jungle gym & some things to spin on. There's a few of sets of picnic tables & a bathroom. It also looks like there's a water splash pad for the summer time.

Large grass playing field, small grassy hills with cement paths and shade trees. Large splash pad, large wood chip area with small play structure and only 2 bucket swings but a cool climbing tower thing made out of rope. Covered picnic area that is available for reservation, fenced in dog run, basketball court, 1 bathroom, small concrete skatepark and a not very well maintained dirt pumptrack thingy for bikes and RC cars.
What's not to love?

This is a nice park for multiple uses. There is a large field for sports (there were soccer nets on the field when i visited), a playground with a fountain feature that kids can turn on and run through, a small skate park and an off-leash dog park that has a doggie drinking fountain that dogs can activate themselves to get a drink.
When I visited (August 28, 8:30 AM), people there were friendly, dog friendly and the park was well used with about 20-25 people there.
Google maps advises you to go through the parking lot of the nearby elementary school, but if you try, you will reach a chained-off area and have to turn around. I went there for the dog park, and had to park my car on the opposite end of the park by the soccer field and walk across the grass to get there. Of course, my 4 month old golden retriever puppies had to potty as we were crossing the soccer field to get to the dog park, and even though I clean up after them, it is probably not a spot you would want to have contact with for a while.
After you pass the fields, you get to the state park and playground then the dog park. I wonder how many other potty spots are between the parking lot and dog park. I saw two and cleaned those up as well.
Four stars because the placement of the soccer field between the parking lot and all of the areas the people want to access and the pkacement of the dog park seems to me to be ill-advised. That being said, it is still a wonderful little park and well worth a visit.

Stephen Day Park has something for everyone! There's a dog park, basketball court, playground, BMX bike area (for beginners), skate park, sand volleyball, walking/biking paths, and lots of grass for soccer, football, or frisbee! There are also pavilions and picnic tables and a water park during the summer. The park is clean and well taken care of.

Love this park! Always looks so nice! Variety of fun. I always brought my kiddos when they were younger. One loved the splash pad and other would practice skate moves. In great neighborhood. Absolutely Love the vibes here!

Nice park. Paved trails for kids' bikes, small skateboard area and bmx pit (about 50'x30').
Water spray fountain area.
Not much in the way of slides and swings for elementary ages.
Pretty good walk from parking lot (annoying if you have picnic goods).
Best for little kids on a hot day, especially if they have bikes.
Lance Touve — Google review
No parking close to splash pad/playground so you need to carry a toddler maybe 100 yards to play. The splash pad has buttons to incite the fountains but the bigger kids blast them all the time so there’s no breaks for littles to get in the puddles. Drainage is poorly designed, like the budget went to the pretty constellation decorations instead of considering how gravity works, not many shady unswampy places to set up for the family. The playground is for little kids but the splash pad is 5+, it’s not very considerately designed. The fields do look nice though.

It's located next to Fall River Elementary school. Parking is located on the west side of the park. There is a large soccer field and plenty of grass. There is a dog run, a small skate board park, a small dirt bike run, a sand volley ball pit, and a basketball court. There is some jungle gym stuff for toddlers, and some baby swings (no swings for teens or adults). There are even a couple of large covered picnic areas.
