The Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association (MVCMA) is a non-profit organization that aims to preserve and exhibit the history of the American "campground" religious movement from the early 1800s. The MVCMA comprises colorful "gingerbread" cottages and a central tabernacle where weekly services and Bible studies still occur. Visitors can explore the cottage museum, which portrays life in the campground during its early days.
Such a fun spot!! The history is interesting as well— definitely Google beforehand to understand the Methodist roots of the area

What a great summer place. The houses are all decorated wonderfully. A great place to raise kids. It's nice and shady to walk around.
Mary Farmer — Google review
This place was pretty neat but not really worth spending a lot of time on. I drove through the area and was able to see everything within about 5 minutes. There really wasn't much parking available, so I didn't have a choice. I guess they have events during the busy season but the pavilion was closed when I was there.

Beautiful to walk around the circle of these historic gingerbread homes in Oak Bluffs. Very shady nice area also just off the main drag of shops and eateries.

Family first came in 1964. Again in 1968. Dad bought a cottage in 1969. Been part of the community ever since. It is a place of historical spiritual Revival and community. A tranquil and peaceful place away from the crowds. Summer activities, concerts, church services, even high school graduation in the Tabernacle. A historical, architectural, religious community since 1835.
Cary Calls — Google review
I recommend walking off of the main circle. You can get up close the the houses and you can even see inside some if the people are on the porch with the door open. You can also see that these houses are somewhat modern with propane tanks and power transformers.

Lovely place to look at beautiful homes. I think it could get a bit crowded in summer.

The history museum is closed now, but there's lots of awesome gingerbread houses around this area, which is always good to take a walk : )

Totally one of it's kind attraction with cottages of all vivid colors... !! Do not miss the smallest circular path of all the circuits.
Also, remember this is a quaint residential area so no cars, scooters or biking (walking your bike is ok) allowed here.

Flying Horses Carousel a Vineyard Preservation Trust Property
The Flying Horses Carousel, located in Oak Bluffs, is the oldest operating platform merry-go-round in the US. The antique ride features 20 stationary horses painted with vibrant colors and intricate details. Visitors can also try their luck at grabbing iconic brass rings as they ride. This attraction is not just for kids, but also a fun afternoon activity for adults who can appreciate the hand-carved beauty of the horses. Come experience this magical piece of American history that has delighted visitors since 1884.
Our wait was short...under 3-5 minutes, and during which we watched others. The cost was $4 per person per ride, or $35 for 10 rides. The kids (and adults) love the thrills of grabbing rings on the outside or inside and the possibility of getting the brass ring which wins one a free ride
Maria Breuninger — Google review
They have FLYING horses... I mean, come on. It's historic. I always go here when in town. I am not beneath giving the kids money, in exchange for their horse rings, just so that I can be the flying horse winner, just sayn. Not sorry. 😁

Best carousel I have ever been on. Fun mini game with rings while riding keeps both kids and adults entertained!

WOW 😳...I happened to be scrolling by to show my grandkids where I went to summer camp at...When I seen the horse carousel 🎠 it brought back memories from the 1960s playing endlessly day after day on the horses... when you got a gold ring it really made you feel special...I can't believe they are still in business... Thanks for the GOOD memories...🥰

Very fun! Get the brass ring and get to go again for free! A little expensive but historic!

What a treat to experience the oldest platform carousel ride in America! Give little ones a heads up that the horses are stationary - unlike today’s amusement park horses. Plus, don’t miss out on the ring game. Try to win a free ride by grabbing a brass ring! This little gem of a spot is worth stopping by for family fun!
Karyn Martin — Google review
It was so much hot and humid inside the building that I didn’t want to stay there, but kids were so excited about the carousel. Kids had great fun , however I couldn’t stand the tiny hot place with so many people.
Jitender Bhati — Google review
This was a cute and quick stop. It's the oldest carousel in operation.

While passing through Oak Bluffs we read an article about a woman retiring from working at The Flying Horses Carousel named Robin. After lunch at Lookout Tavern (amazing lobster rolls) we walked over to the Horses. They were just past closing but we popped in and were fortunate to meet Robin and she shared the history of the carousel and it’s 150 years of entertaining so many. What a treasure!!
Blake Thomas — Google review
I did not ride the Carousel, but it was unlike any one I've seen. Riders tried to collect as many meatal rings they ciuld and whoever collected the most, received a free ride! Neat concept and Oldesr Carousel in the US :)
April Dupree — Google review
I totally tried to win at the ring toss game. If you want to get good pictures, go towards the back of the arcade near the photo booth. The door is open and you can take pictures of the carrousel unobstructed by people.
Alex Alapatt — Google review
So fun to have this nice little piece of history! Our 4 year old loves it!
Rebekah White — Google review
Beautiful antique carousel! We went during the off season (late September) so it's only open for rides on weekends, but they had it open for a few hours for photos on a Wednesday which was great.
Mandee F — Google review
Very interactive. It is not your typical carousel, where you just sit and ride the horse. While riding, the goal is to pull some rings, out of a sleeve. These rings grant you free rides. I thought it was very entertaining. Plus, it is the oldest operating carousel! How cool is that!
Yasmin Sanchez — Google review
Always so much fun! However I believe today has beat my record of the most times I’ve gone on without getting off a hourse @ all! Which was absolutely no complaints from my 2yr old. Contributing to my multiple rides was either my self or two-year-old won a free ride by getting the brass ring. If your not familiar with the flying horses, then it allows you to stay on the carousel for a free ride, or option of receiving a “golden ticket” to use in the future for free! To sum it up, I personally don’t visit MV without having the flying horses @ the top of my priority list of activities to enjoy while visiting the island.
The Island Alpaca Company is an excellent venue for those in search of fun and unique activities to do on Martha's Vineyard. The farm, which functions as a working alpaca farm, provides an opportunity for visitors to engage with these delightful and fuzzy creatures up close. Additionally, the onsite store offers various cool souvenirs related to alpacas.
Reasonably priced entry. Easy to find if driving. Also, on the local Bus route from Vineyard Haven. Ample Parking, great serene ambiance and a gift shop. Oh.. and.. did I mention that there are friggn ALPACAS here!! 😁 Awesome! Loved it! Accommodating staff. Just a great experience.

I adore this site! The alpacas are so entertaining to watch, the people that work with the alpacas are hard working and amazing. I have yet to visit the farm but I hope to do that sometime this year. I have purchased from their gift shop over the holidays. This is a pic of my favorite alpaca "Lilliana"! She is funny, goofy, and charming! Looking forward to meeting her some day soon!

Fun cute little farm to visit and watch the alpacas.
You can pet them only if you book the walking tour else its just you trying to reach over the wooden fence. They won't allow inside be cause they're sense strangers as a threat.
Interesting animals.
Mixed genders and colors at the farm.
They also have some llamas at the time I visited.
They have whole Alpaca store with obviously everything Alpaca related accessories, clothing etc... in the back and also another small area with another group of alpacas and a couple of llamas.
Friendly staff.
You'd spend about an hour here.
Overall it's worth it if you're interested in watching and learning about the Alpacas.

For those seeking an exceptional and distinctive experience on Martha's Vineyard, the alpaca farm presents a delightful opportunity. Easily accessible by car, with ample parking available, the farm provides a convenience that is matched only by its charm.
Upon entry, visitors are greeted with a serene ambiance that sets the stage for a tranquil and pleasurable experience. The reasonably priced admission offers access to an array of attractions, but the highlight is undoubtedly the alpaca walk. Guided by knowledgeable and engaging staff, this unique encounter provides an intimate connection with the alpacas, creatures whose grace and beauty are sure to captivate.
The presence of the alpacas themselves cannot be overstated; their gentle nature and endearing appearance are a central feature of the farm. Their presence adds an undeniable allure that is both memorable and enchanting.
Moreover, the farm boasts a well-curated gift shop, stocked with a fine selection of alpaca-themed souvenirs and products. It serves as an excellent reminder of the visit and allows guests to take a piece of the experience home with them.

I had the best time at Island Alpaca! It’s super cute and very easy to get to. We took an Uber from Oak Bluffs and spent a few hours hanging out with the Alpacas. It’s only $5 a person to walk through the small farm area that is set up. At first I thought there’s wasn’t going to be enough to do (as we had planned out a few hours to be here) but next thing I knew time had flow by! They have a very cute gift shop with everything from hats and gloves to toys all made from alpaca fur. It’s a little pricy but totally worth it for a fun and unique gift!

Definitely the most unique thing we did on Martha's Vineyard! They had lots of alpacas and you are allowed to pet them (they are so incredibly soft!) I could have stayed all day watching them! We learned lots of interesting facts about the alpacas from the employees. They do have aplaca walks and yoga if you want to get even closer. But its 100% worth the trip and the $5 entry fee

Great, relaxing experience! The alpacas are adorable and we were lucky to see 2 babies.
I wish there was more interaction as their photos show. We watched and briefly interacted with the alpacas through a wooden fence. I would say it’s worth a 20 minute visit!

A very unique experience with these cute animals when visiting Martha's Vineyard. You will be tempted to take one of alpacas home with you. If you wait for the next set of walking tours you might even hold one of them and walk with them. Definitely a fun visit especially with kids.
Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a two-mile sandy beach located in Martha's Vineyard that gained recognition as one of the primary shooting locations for the movie "Jaws." It stretches along the Nantucket Sound shoreline and Sengecontacket Pond, offering safe swimming conditions due to its gradually sloping shoreline. Anglers can take advantage of excellent fishing opportunities during warmer months, catching striped bass. This public beach has soft white sand with shallow waters and is popular among locals and tourists alike.
Easy to get to. Parking nearby unless it's packed, then you'll have to drive, it's accessible by bike and bus Vineyard Transit Authority or if you want easier access take a taxi. No dog's are permitted on the beach, restrooms are the Oak Bluffs Steamship, no restrooms on the beach.

A very nice and enjoyable beach in the well known area of Martha's Vineyard. Great for swimming, sunbathing, picnics, wave boarding or a nice long walk. Very clean and well maintained. Close to "Jaws Bridge" that is a must! A parking lot would be more beneficial in the area. Lots of tourist in the summer. Highly recommended to all to visit. A must see and experience.

Inkwell Beach is a slender, sandy public beach with a lifeguard and dock that offers vistas of the ferry terminal. It's situated between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown on Marthas Vineyard's eastern side, and it's renowned for its beauty. The waters are placid and shallow enough near the lifeguard post to walk far out into them.

Inkwell is a lovely and serene beach in Oak Bluffs, MA. When we went in mid-August , the water was clear, warm and breathtakingly calm. Went for a 7:30am dip with the "Polar Bears". A perfect start to your day, for your mind, body, and soul. And all are welcome, even nonswimmers like myself. If that's not your thing there's also morning beach side yoga.
Come and hear the days events and meet people from all over the country. The beach goers are a very diverse and friendly group, I felt instantly welcome!

It's nothing special... Just another beach. There are much nicer beaches on the island if you're willing to travel! I do, however, like the fact that there is a boardwalk/sidewalk along this entire beach so when walking on the sand isn't an option, you may walk along the road.

East Chop Lighthouse, a historic landmark situated on a bluff with breathtaking views of Vineyard Haven Harbor, is only open to visitors on Sunday evenings during the summer. It is an iconic East Coast lighthouse worth visiting, and easily accessible by foot from Downtown Oaks Bluff through scenic neighborhoods. Originally built in 1878 and managed by the Coast Guard for a while, the lighthouse fell into disrepair due to unforeseen damages.
Rode our bikes over here around sunset and it was beautiful! Not too crowded.

A mile walk along the ocean from the docks in Oak Bluffs, but well worth it. The view and lighthouse are incredible. There are a few benches there, and it would be a nice place for a picnic lunch, though there are no trash cans, so please be sure to take your trash with you as you leave.

Outstanding lighthouse opportunity. East Chop lighthouse, on Telegraph Hill, offers a park like setting complete with grassy grounds, benches and cliff side views. The light is the classic short white, brick lined, cast iron light you think of when you think New England lights. We chose to go to Martha's Vineyard during the off season and while many of the shops and restaurants were closed, there were no crowds to speak of, so we were the only ones on the grounds of the light and had ample, undisturbed time and picture taking opportunity. Lighthouse fans would love going during this time snd taking in what it could have been like, being the light keeper on Telegraph Hill.

We stumbled upon the light house luckily during the small window it is open. Friendly guides with lots of information. Great sunset views from a tiny, cute lighthouse. Highly recommend!

When visiting the area, it's highly recommended to stop at each lighthouse along the way as they are truly worth seeing. Oak Bluffs Town Beach, also referred to as Inkwell Beach, is a family-friendly beach situated in the heart of Oak Bluffs near Ocean Park. The beach boasts calm waters and smooth sands, making it an ideal spot for families with young children. However, visitors should exercise caution as there are no lifeguards stationed at the site. The shoreline offers breathtaking views of Chappaquiddick Island facing northward toward Nantucket Sound.

Not impressed with this beach. I have wanted to visit Inkwell Beach since the movie. Just a sliver of sand, mostly shells and rocks when getting in the water so be sure to bring aqua shoes if you come. There was trash on the beach which is unfortunate. There is a lifeguard on duty. While I have been to the Vineyard many times, 2019 was the first time we have stayed in Oak Bluffs. It has such a wonderful and unique vibe. That extends to its beach.
The town beach is just a few steps from the heart of Oak Bluffs, it still has that “remote” feeling all the best beaches do on MV. Because it’s shallow enough to walk a ways out and has gentle waves, it’s a great family beach.
You may want to have water shoes or flip-flops because when entering the water the first few feet tend to be rocky. However, the rocks are smooth and there’s a little chance of injuring your feet.

Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association Cottage Museum
The Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association Cottage Museum is a charming 19th-century house that features period furnishings and historic artifacts. It is also home to a souvenir shop. The cottage is a part of the original "tiny house" movement that originated from 19th century Methodist campouts, serving as a reminder of people's yearning for simplicity even 170 years ago. Visitors will be greeted by knowledgeable and kind employees at this must-see tourist attraction in Martha's Vineyard.

Don't waste your time here. I was expecting to experience what it would be like to live in one of these historical Gingerbread homes, but this walk through was far from it. There are 2 rooms of random, unimpressive artifacts and the upstairs was restricted. The 3rd room is a gift shop. Admission is $3 per person, save it.
Beach Road is a sophisticated American restaurant that offers locally sourced seafood with water views. The food served in this establishment is so amazing that it's hard not to be impressed by the flavors and presentation of each dish. From the mini corn bread loaves to the gnocchi, everything on their menu is perfectly done and bursting with flavor. Some of their popular dishes include toast, halibut, crab appetizer, and garganelli which are all known for their delicious taste.
We had a great time at Beach Road: the view is spectacular, the service is attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is good. We got the rather filling focaccia and the top-notch tempuras which was served piping hot, fresh, and light. A delight.
For the main course, I got the bouillabaisse, which has light - but tasty - broth and some mussels, lobster, a langoustine, and some clams. I wish there were fish, as the marseillais serve it, and fewer mussels (nice but not upscale). The soup came with a tasty toasted bread creatively spread with rouille. The rouille itself lacked some zinger but I did enjoy the dish which brought back some memories from home.
My date got the pasta and lobster. Although the lobster and pasta were reportedly very tasty, the sauce was super garlicky which forced her to get some maalox later on. It was also a particularly generous pasta serving, we could not finish it. After that, there was no room for desert. Next time.
For drinks, I thoroughly enjoyed a grapefruit thief and a decent rosé provençal. My date got the aligoté which was fine. Some prices are absurd, such as $52 for a bottle of 2021 Muscadet, a well known bad year for a wine which is known as being cheap and cheerful.
Anyhow, we got a great time and we’ll definitely be back.

My four friends and I went to the restaurant for our first meal at Martha’s Vineyard. We were greeted and seated. After we received water, a gentleman came to the table and asked if we had a reservation? We replied we did not and he apologetically said he needed to ask us to move because he thought we were the party with the reservation. We were never asked if we had a reservation, we were just seated. We left the restaurant, the same gentleman came running behind us to say he has a table for us. We were seated, again and place our order for dinner (the waitress was great). Three of us ordered the Blue Swimmer Crab, which was described as lump crab, there was one piece of lump crab in the dish, it had more fillers than lump crab and the shrimp tempura was just okay.
On our second day in Martha’s Vineyard we went to Martha’s Vineyard Chowder Company and the food was superb from the starters, the cocktails and the entree. Simply delicious! My recommendation is go to Martha’s Vineyard Chowder Company.

Good dinner spot in Vineyard Haven with some creative dishes. I would highly recommend the focaccia, lamb meat balls (they have a little spicy kick), and Brussel sprouts (similar to a momofuku preparation). The charred cabbage was alright but seems like an after thought to the delicious broth it is served in. Squash soup was more of a curry soup and needed some serious salt added. Front of house staff were lacking. Beautiful setting with great views across lagoon pond.

The food here was so amazing, not a single one of us stopped to take a picture. From the corn bread (read: whole mini loaf) to the gnocchi, my meal was perfectly done and so full of flavor. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was absolutely wonderful for the whole visit!

We were very disappointed in the food. We had dined at this restaurant 3 years prior and had an excellent meal. This time, the food was sub-par - overly salty, poorly presented. We were especially looking forward to the butterscotch pudding for dessert. It was barely thicker than soup and the butterscotch could not be tasted. And it’s pricey. My entree was $52 dollars. I was expecting amazing and got mediocre.

Overall the best library system I’ve experienced in a beach town. Great book selection, fun events, and summer beach gear available to borrow. My family checked out beach chairs, a cart, tent, lawn bowling set, etc. It helped to make our summer vacation the best ever!
Michelle Flowers-Taylor — Google review
The library itself is a nice facility with a great selection of books. However, I will not bring my children here any more because the staff in the children's room are utterly rude, give judgmental blank stares, and act so annoyed at the sight of children being children and having fun. It’s like they are upset at children playing with the toys that they have put out for them to play with. It’s strange. Especially when you are respectful and clean up after your children. People that work near children should enjoy children. Seems the librarians in the children’s room aren’t a great fit for their jobs and maybe would enjoy working around adults only. It’s disheartening. I wasn’t surprised to find another review saying the staff will look down upon you and act like you are a bother. The vibes at this library are bizarre and off and I recommend West Tisbury Library where they are more kind to mothers and children and don’t expect you to be a robot.

Giving 3 stars because the library itself is a great library … until you are “Cat Called” and followed in by this man, (the one with his back towards us in the photo) who was not actually entering the library to get books. He crowded me and my kids, without a mask and pretended to hold the door for us. He was close enough to grab my hand if he wanted to, and actually said out loud, “This is my family.” While he followed us inside - totally creepy. I told the man, “You are not actually going to stay with us. We are trying to social distance.” Meaning get lost buddy. And as I hurried to the elevator. I saw him collect free disposable masks and tissues by the door. Later the librarian told me, “oh he’s harmless. And is here everyday.” Harmless, excuse me - as a woman being “Hollered At” and followed, plus with little children this behavior is not harmless. Writing this review to bring awareness. I’m hoping this is just a one time experience for me and that it doesn’t happen to others.

That's me stretching on the Gazebo frame! I witnessed the cat-calling and fake door-opening and I'm always disgusted by losers such as him. On behalf of men, I am so deeply sorry that that was your experience at the local library. I want you to know that I dedicate my life to putting to rout such behaviors in our youth. As a romantic at heart, nobody deserves that experience. I am truly sorry that he exists. Also, as a community it is difficult to manage such youth. If it were me I would establish an involuntary public library to educate and reprogram these unwanted behaviors of harassment. I already have a difficult time with other men not respecting my space and hetero-status; I find my rights as a citizen infringed upon constantly by these losers. I hope the church continues to stand tall to example the youth we wish to see in our day-to-day enjoyment of life. The resources at the OBL are above standard and I am excited to see how their model is replicated across the nation. I read a book called 10,000 words talking about the importance of stuffing as many words into a child's brain from the get-go... it would be through facilities such as the OBL to accomplish great leaps in our public education system and private family welfare. Once again, I apologize on behalf of all men for your experience. I hope we can make up for it and prevent it from ever happening again.
Happy holidays (+)

The women who work there all look down on you as if your a huge bother coming into the library.
ATTENTION IMPORTANT ABOUT INTERNET SERVICES AT THIS LIBRARY:
If you do not have a library card (a.k.a: A CLAMS CARD from the library in Oak Bluffs Edgartown or Vineyard Haven (a.k.a Martha's Vineyard) in general, then you are only allowed to use the 15 minute computers ( this is a table of 4 computers that let you browse the Internet for 15 minute segments & then automatically shuts off.... If you have done anything that you needed to print, file, save &/or anyting else you are screwed and your work is gone without warning!!! They shut down no matter what...
Now, if you do happen to have your clams card with you however, you can use the one hour long computers.
BUT: just like the 15 min. timed computers that automatically shut down, after the hour these ALSO automatically shut down the computer.
whether you are (or have) finishing your work or able to save all of your work etc.
The Edgartown and Vineyard Haven Libraries are not so strict with being online for more than a hour, weather you have a clams card or not, you have all*** the free time to surf the web.
*** I would say the only exception would be as if they were extra busy and a lot of people wanted to go online at the same time, & in the summer it sure as heck can get that busy.

Excellent bus service, great way to explore the island. I recommend to my friends that want to I to the beach to use the VTA transportation.
M Ferrick — Google review
vta is good and reliable, although it gets 4 stars since on routes 3, 4, and 5 during the summer season should be every 30 minutes, and labor day should be the end of the summer season as frequencies dont go down in the middle of august, also the blond hair bus driver was super nice

Not sure if this is for the ferry service but this review is based on that. It's tough to get a smile out of those that work there. (note to manegement, not sure, but your ticket taker did not scan my ticket but he took it and proceeded to go into the ticket building. an old trick they used to do at the movies and resell the same ticket when paid for by cash like I did. Then they split the money. Then again, maybe he just needed the bathroom and since no walkons were coming he figured its a good time to go.

Lillianna, from Texas, was the most courteous, helpful, pleasant bus driver we ever had. She said she has been here only 1 week, but she knew the Island and routes as if she grew up here! We stayed on the Island for 5 days and solely traveled by bus so we were always glad to see her because it would be a very pleasant trip😊

We used the bus all day Monday to get around Martha’s Vineyard and it was great! Still have to wear masks on the bus, which is fine because there isn’t any social distancing since they fill the bus up. I was comfortable riding the bus, everyone on it was respectful of each other. All the bus drivers we had were very nice! It’s a great way to go around the island if you don’t want to rent a car or a bike, or walk. $8 for a day pass- can’t beat that!

Rude driver. Odd pricing. Take a cab. Going from oak bluffs to Edgartown apparently is 2 stops.
Stephen Trimble — Google review
The irony is not lost on me. The drivers were on strike for higher wages on July 1st when we rode the bus. So the service and schedule was compromised due to the reduced work force....but here is where the irony comes in. They implemented a fare increase on the very day that they were delivering a compromised product. I love the thought process that says "we are not going to pay more, but you can.". We paid $32 for a family of four (two adults and two small children) to ride from three miles and we got to stand in line twice and the bus was packed. Good luck with encouraging guest to the island to ride public transportation.

VTA NO CASH NON REFUNDABLE CARD I BOUGHT DIDNT WORK AND DRIVER DECIDED HE WASNT GOING TO ALLOW MEVON THE BUS EVEN THOUGH THE CARD WASNT WATERMARKED AS USED. BUSSES NEED TO RUN NOT ON SCHEDULE WITH THE DOCKING OF BOAT BUT TO GIVES THE PASSANGER TIME TO DISEMBARK IN TIME TO CATCH THE BUS SUGGESTED TIME WINDOW ATLEAST 10 MINUTES.

Finding the stop in oak bluffs was easy to get on and pay. My problem was getting back. Even though the bus makes stops between each town to let people off, they would not actually stop to let people on! No bus signs as well. I flagged down the bus when it wasn't slowing. They saw me but kept going. Nearly missed my ferry off island. Would have been a disaster. They need to be more reliable than that.

Asshats of the bus drivers on Route 13 will not stop for you. At 5:15pm from Edgartown, Driver clearly acknowledged me and drove right past me. Bus was empty and he had enough space and room to stop but he didn't. Fire these guys already!
Came to Martha’s with no plans other than walk around. The gentleman here was basically the perfect tour guide! Set us up with bikes, lunch, drinks, and places to walk/see. Can’t say thanks enough! (I think his name was Peter)

Objective information about Oak Bluffs and Martha's Vineyard
The Eisenhauer Gallery exhibits contemporary artwork from over 40 artists and also features live seasonal music. The gallery is renowned for its stunning and one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces, which have received much praise. Elizabeth and Amy provide excellent customer service to their clients who enjoy the unique art pieces displayed at the gallery. Overall, Eisenhauer Gallery is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in contemporary art and beautiful jewelry.
Elizabeth Eisenhauer’s much sought after collections are bold and colorful ! Her antique jewelry case is filled with terrific pieces too! My husband covets the oversized gorgeous schooners occasionally

Eisenhauer Gallery is in my top 3 favorite galleries to visit when I am "on island" visiting annually in October. I was crushed this year to miss my visit due to a medical condition. The upside is, I am on their email list and frequently get updates on the artists and their latest works. This brings me back to the island an uplifts me until the next visit - whether virtually or in 2023!

I have had the opportunity to visit Eisenhauer Gallery the last three summers on Martha’s Vineyard. I love the art there, but I’m mainly a jewelry-crazed person. They have some of the most beautiful and unique pieces. I’ve purchased 3 necklaces, a bracelet, and a pair of earrings. When I wear one of these, I always receive compliments. I’ve enjoyed working with Elizabeth and Amy and hope to buy more jewels in the future. 😍

I bought the ready made roast beef sandwich. Two pieces of roast beef on the sandwich.
Plenty of lettuce and tomatoes etc. I paid $10.99 . I will not do it again.

Great fast food menu. Simple and can’t go wrong with anything you order.
The service is always like s*^#! I can’t count how many times already i have ordered and got the wrong food, or even worse, you don’t get your food at all because it’s missing from the order.
It’s a shame but more than 3 stars wouldn’t be fair.

I used to go here 2x/week to get things like bread, frozen meal or two, and some premade chicken salad.
One summer later and new owners have the audacity to try to charge $12-13 for a premade sandwich made by some highschooler? I can go to a legit sandwich place and spend $2-3 more for something handmade with quality ingredients.
Drop prices and add selection again or
I may take off my “see ya at Tony’s” bumper sticker

I gathered my purchases and arrived at the counter with no wait. The staff 3 of them were sitting and talking and ignored me for about 30 secs before I had to say "excuse me I would like to purchase these items" I then asked if they knew of any other stores that carried a selection other than just beer or wine in the area. The young woman coldy responded "no I don't". Provided me my total then began speaking to the other ladies before my transaction was completed, in another language about me. I understood them and let them know that's rude to treat customers that way and I could understand what they were saying to their surprise. I won't visit this store again when visiting the island. Do better.

Great neighborhood market. Happened to be walking distance from the
middle school where we had a basketball tournament. Walked there a couple of times that day. Fresh and delicious sandwiches and other deli items. If we lived in the OB, I’m sure it would be a regular stop.

Amazing customer service. I live near Tony's and every time I go the staff are always nice and attentive to my needs. Morning, noon, or night they always find time to put on a smile. They have everything I need and more. If you are a first timer looking for a good meal I would recommend their steak and cheese.

I have to say there's a couple really rude cashiers who work there. There is this one in particular, I stop in and grabbed a couple sodas and as I put it on my debit card sher rings it up. I said thank you and good night and she ignores me as she crumpled up my receipts without asking me first and tosses it in the rubbish. Very rude indeed....

Horrible customer service every single time, for years. The cashiers don't look at you, or talk to you, or treat you with any respect at all. They ignore you as long as they can. Every single one has headphones on and only speak to each other, not to me, the customer. I am simply an inconvenience to them. I'm thinking all these amazing reviews are paid for...because I don't get it.

Everything gets more and more expensive. Items get smaller. 6.99 chicken is now 8.99 for less. As with everything else in the hot area.
