Celebration Bike Rental is a great way to get some exercise and see the community while you're at it. They have a 7 mile bike trail that is perfect for leisure biking.
Ten out of ten experience! The family that owns and operates this company are exceptional people . We ran into a snafu when a few bikes with trailers had been kept overtime by some other rude customers. We waited quite a bit of time to be able to use the bike we needed to fit my son, after the customers who had them failed to return them at the designated time. They ended up comping not only mine and my sons bike but all five members of our party for a two hour ride. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and couldn’t be more kind and friendly. It was such a beautiful ride and a definite highlight of our trip. We will be back and we will be recommending to everyone we know that visits Orlando.

A bike rentals in a great location close to a bicycle path. While I didn't rent a bike there but i did bring my trike bike and I did talk employees that work there and they were very knowledgeable of celebration. They also gave me a map which they also give do the bikers as well and it shows a trail that they plotted out and is about 7 miles long and it takes you to the wooded areas around several ponds and wooden bridges and some beautiful houses. The trails are wide enough to accommodate one bicycles in each direction. You could also use a map to create your own trail and experience. Can't wait to Walter again and run the trail again. This time I'll have pictures the go with the experience.

Had a great experience with Celebration Bike Rental. Mary, one of the owners took good care of me. I hadn't ridden a bike in 20 years. She was patient and kind and went at my pace. It was a lot of fun getting back on a bike. Thanks Mary and family!

I had a mostly negative experience. Safety issue. It was self service and I chose a bike out of many (they all looked the same). I paid by phone and got out on the trail. The right hand brake did not work and left brake worked marginally but always had a loud, high pitched squeak when brake was applied. I was afraid to go downhill, should the one weak, squeaky brake fail. After taking an hour to find the location, and figuring out the way to pay and unlock bikes, we did not want to restart the process with another bike so we made do. They should check and maintain safety of bikes before offering to the public. These bikes are very heavy and clumsy. I am a fit year-round rider, and it was hard for me to pedal up small hills on the easiest of the 3 gears.(only 3 gears offered). Sorry, I do not recommend these bikes, although the town and trail was nice to ride through. To the credit of the business, they did answer the phone when we could not find their location.

If you like leisure biking and are in the Orlando area consider Celebration Bike Rental. Staff are great. Bikes are very nice and sturdy. They have a 7 mile loop bike trail to follow which takes you by residential areas and in "wilderness" areas. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect day to do the bike trail using the map and instructions from the rental personnel. Digital art is my rendition...we rented 2 bikes for 2 hours for $43. (40+3 tax)

A great way to spend a couple of hours. A 7 mile cycle ride around Celebration. Easy to navigate with the map and information given from the rental station. Superb and knowledgeable staff who give you all the information you need and more. They will fit and adjust bikes for you and supply everyone with ice cold water ! Highly recommended and will visit again !

We had a great time on our ride! Our girls aren't quite out of training wheels so we opted to pull them in tagalong trailers and they loved it!
Conveniently located right at the trail ways, the mapped route is super easy to follow with GPS on your phone. The boardwalks and pathways are very well maintained.

Gold Mobility Scooters of Orlando LLC is a top choice for scooter rentals in the Orlando area, especially for those visiting Disney World. Customers have praised their excellent service, reasonable prices, and punctual delivery. The company's proactive communication and on-time delivery ensure a smooth experience for customers, setting them apart from other rental companies. Overall, Gold Mobility Scooters stands out as a reliable and customer-focused option for mobility scooter rentals in Orlando.
I will never use another scooter company again. Gold Mobility’s service is the best in the business, and their equipment is top notch. They also deliver on my schedule, not in a delivery window!
I just ordered a scooter for August that I only need for three days. Gold Mobility’s 7 day flat rate for 7 days is just $25-30 more than I would have paid for any other company, but their service is worth it!

I was extremely pleased and impressed with my GM Scooter rental on my recent trip to Disney World. The scooter was conveniently dropped off and picked up at my hotel at the time of my choosing. The price was reasonable and I took advantage of a sale when I booked as well. The most impressive thing was the longevity of the scooters battery. I was told I might have to recharge while in the park but I never had to. The battery lasted full power until we got back to our hotel, and we were in the parks for 6 days! I would definitely recommend Gold Mobility Scooters to anyone, and definitely plan to use them again myself. Thank you GM Scooters for a memorable Disney World trip. 🥰

Gold Mobility Scooters of Orlando was exactly the service and the equipment I needed! Just one week before a planned trip to Disney World and I had pain in my knee that ended up needing a Cortizone shot. The simplicity of reserving a scooter, and especially the convenience of Gold Mobility leaving the scooter with the bell hop at our hotel, and picking it up from the hotel, was amazing! The scooter itself was like new, and in excellent condition. The battery and power was enough to easily last the full day in the parks. I charged each night and started fresh each day with confidence that it could carry me as a large woman, It would have power and not be sluggish…and last all day! I had no problem, loading the scooter on and off the bus with help from the driver. I did have the extra basket on the back which was easily removed each time I got on or off. Overall, extremely happy with Gold Mobility, and would absolutely recommend them and rent from them again!

I have recently returned from a Disney World trip after renting a scooter from Gold Mobility Scooters for the first time. I was more than impressed with their excellent service. They not only provided a top of the line scooter at a very reasonable price but they were in communication with me before arrival and before pick up. The scooter arrived at my hotel exactly on time and an agent was there providing a tutorial which I appreciated. When I used a different company a few years ago my scooter didn’t arrive until the next day and put me in a very negative mood ruining my first day after having to rent a park scooter for the day. With Gold Mobility Scooter’s great communications I believe that would never happen. Again, I highly recommend them.

Gold mobility scooters saved our big vacation! I realized partway through our trip, that my blisters had blisters, and I couldn't walk, and would have to stay at the hotel if I volunteered get a scooter. I searched several scooter company websites, but Gold Mobility was the only one that had quick availability. I reserved a scooter on Sunday night, and it was delivered to me early Tuesday morning. Their staff was kind, and the pickup and drop off at the resort was easy. Their price is quite reasonable! Thanks for being there so I could actually enjoy the latter half of my vacation!

We had the best trip at Disney. I got this scooter for my parents to use at the parks. The scooter was great, never lost a charge, and was very dependable! We will definitely book again on our next visit.

Gold Mobility was the best choice we could have made. When we got to our resort it was there waiting for us and when we left they came and picked it up from the resort. The scooter worked great. We charged it at night and it lasted all day in the Disney parks with no problem. My mom is 80 and was able to drive it very easily. We got the extra basket which was nice to hold the extra waters we needed and sunscreen. Thank you so much and we will definitely use Gold mobility again when needed.

The staff from the time I booked the scooter were great! They reached out to me to let me know the original one I got wouldn't break down to fit in a car as easily as the Victory pride would. I was appreciative of that. We were quite impressed at how much they come apart to fit in the back of our SUV. I had chose to pick up and drop off the scooter, at both times the staff was very friendly, and helpful. Thank you for having a convenient company to help make our vacation great!
These scooters have a fan, phone holder, and charging spot for your phone.

We rented 3 Scooters and had a blast!!! It's so hard on your body to walk around all 4 Disney parks. Plus with the scooters, you can bring a cooler backpack for food and drinks. Always have a nice cold drinks anytime you want. First time going to Disney and I didn't feel worn out by the end of the night. The Staff here was great. Definitely will rent here again.

My husband underwent emergency brain surgery in August and we had to cancel our Disney trip so we’re excited to be able to reschedule a week out in early January. We knew he would not be able to put in the miles of walking that DisneyWorld demands so were grateful that Gold was able to accommodate our last minute request. The scooter was delivered and picked up on time at two different resorts and worked like a dream! He said it was THE way to do the parks and because of the scooter had the energy for complete days in the parks (with a daily nap, of course!). After figuring out some early alarm beeping with the help of Gold’s FAQ videos, we had zero issues. Battery was almost fully charged for a full day, never ran low and it got us just about everywhere. We were a bit concerned that there was no support after hours (>7 pm) but there was no need for us to reach out after that first incident (which no one responded to but we managed). The scooter was excellent, clean and had great included accessories. My husband said the captains chair was incredibly comfortable the full 6 days we were there. And I was happy not having to carry our bag and drinks! Thanks, Gold, we will definitely order from you again in the future!

Was referred to this company by my brother who had used it a few times This was first time and I thought the price was great and the scooter performed magnificently. There were only two days where I used more than 2 green bars of energy. There was plenty left. Not bad getting into the Disney buses. Even had 3 different bus drivers tell me the scooter was fast. My family kept telling me to slow down. I would then run it a little slower. I would definitely rent another scooter from this company.

Scooter was exactly as described and worked perfectly in the park. We were able to do most of our trip on one charge which was 3 park days! The baskets were phenomenal and ease of use was 10/10. Deliver was super prompt and return process was a breeze!!! Pic of how we set up is attached. My hubby just had his gallbladder out and this was perfect to get he and our son around!

The scooters were great! We were shown how to transport if needed, provided ponchos and one for the console, and pick up was right on time. We chose a cane holder and used it as an umbrella holder instead of carrying them around. Three wheeled were easy to maneuver through lines in which they were allowed at Disney. We didn’t have any issues. I compared the prices for the week and they were actually cheaper than other companies I researched. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Great experience with Gold Mobility Scooters. Drop off and pick up was super easy from Pop Century. For drop off, they were actually early which was great since we were already waiting. Staff is super friendly & answer questions readily. I had no problems with communication at all. The only issue was a small one, which was the transmission on the ECV didn't want to grab quickly, but it never gave us any other issues. Battery life was excellent & this rental had all the bells & whistles. This has just become our go-to company for ECV rentals. Thank you GMS!

First time using a scooter at Disney because of a leg fracture. So glad I choose Gold Mobility. They delivered and picked up right on time. The scooter was fantastic! I rode it all day and still had full power! Never once had a problem. The scooter was clean and seemed new. Loved the fan, phone and cup holder. I would highly recommend Gold Mobility!

When I had to have back surgery before my planned vacation to Disney World, I was extremely worried about the idea of having use an ECV or wheelchair. I found GMS online and I'm so, so grateful I decided to rent from them. Not only did they offer the most for the price, but their service was exceptional. One of my biggest concerns was comfort having to sit in this chair all day, with a back injury, in the Orlando heat. The seat was very comfortable with great lumbar support AND the scooter had a fan attached to keep me cool. It also came with a free accessory, so I chose the rear basket for all the extra souvenirs I knew I'd be buying. My personal favorite feature was the phone holder on the handle. I had my phone easily accessible for a quick picture or to check the Disney app for wait times, food, etc. They also provided ponchos so I could make sure to protect myself and the scooter from those Florida storms. The biggest plus was the battery life. After using the scooter for a full day at Epcot (8:30 AM - 9 PM) I forgot to charge it! I panicked the next morning as I headed for another full day at Magic Kingdom (8:30 AM - 11 PM). The battery not only lasted through 2 full park days, it was still at over half power when I got home the second day. I cannot recommend this company enough. The scooter speaks for itself but their communication and efficiency really put them over the top.

I rented a Scooter from Gold Mobility of Orlando it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Service was great, in fact I accidentally gave them the wrong address and they delivered the scooter there. I called and explained the situation and they graciously brought it to the correct address in a timely fashion, after hours and same day! I will highly recommend this company to Family & Friends. The scooter was clean, charged and ready to go, I especially liked the cane holder it was very handy. Thank you Gold Mobility Scooters for your part in a fabulous vacation!

Highly recommend Gold Mobility. First time using a Scooter and the experience could not have been better. From excellent communication to timely drop off and pick up, picking this company was the right thing to do and all at a great price. The 3 wheel Scooter was in perfect condition, held charges longer than expected and the overall experience was better than we expected. I would pick the 3 wheel over the 4 because of the turning radius. Easy to get on and off Disney transportation. We will use next time we return to the Magic Kingdom.

The Pride VICTORY10 3-Wheel scooter saved my trip. No way that I could have walked the distance needed at the WDW parks due to my health condition. I rented for 12 days and had no issues. The battery life lasted from rope drop to close of park for most days. When I wasn't moving, I would turn off the machine to conserve energy. If I had a break in the day, I would plug it in about 30 minutes just to verify that I would have all day battery life. Good power and speed. I could keep up with my walking friends. I especially liked being able to make sharp turns throughout the park que lines and at night, turn on the undercarriage lighting system. I received text messages prior to both delivery and pick up times, which were both on time, and done at the POP Century Resort. The delivery lady explained how to use the scooter and answered my questions. They also provided a cane holder to the back of the scooter. I was pleased with my experience and would be willing to rent from again.

Gold Mobility made our trip possible! After one full day at Disney, we quickly realized one of our group members wouldn’t be able to fully enjoy our family vacation without a scooter. Even though it was extremely last minute, gold mobility was able to accommodate us and get a scooter out to our hotel the next morning! They were very professional and helpful throughout the whole rental process. The battery lasted all day without any problems and was perfect for getting around using all the different modes of transportation around Disney. We are extremely grateful for their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need for their next trip!

The Gold Mobility Rental delivery service was perfect and on time for delivery and retrieval of our Pride scooters. My wife has had several back surgeries and I was pre surgery for a new hip. Thank you GMS for a great week long service that you supplied at a really reasonable price.

Top knotch experience with Gold Mobility Scooters! Arrived on time delivered to the porch of my short term rental in Kissimmee. I choose the Pride Victory Mobility 3 wheel Scooter & it was a really great scooter. Lasted dusk to dawn with plus size rider, full basket, and a heavy backpack on back of the seat. The captains chair was very comfortable. It would rotate and recline with optional arm rests. The console was adjustable as well. I loved that the key had a coiled wristband to keep it from getting lost while on rides. It felt like the caddilac of scooters. It had a fan and phone holder included! In years past, I have rented scooters day of at the parks. This leaves me not having the device outside of the parks in the parking lot or at any other attractions without scooter options. We decided to rent one and it made getting into the parks much easier & saved us about half of what it would have cost at the parks. The best part was there is no loud beeping when backing up. It literally was the best scooter I've ever rented and helped me to keep up with my family or zoom ahead. It had a large range of speeds and stopped on a dime. The only downside is that to charge it you have to take a large portion of the unit inside and the heavy batteries in order to charge. If there was a way to charge the batteries without needing to bring in the main base it would be helpful. This however wouldn't deter me from renting it again however. My son & husband could take it apart, lift the pieces, & put it together. It took up the back of the minivan we rented. We just needed to put down the 3rd row. The videos linked online of how to assemble & disassemble was very helpful. I would 100% rent this scooter again from Gold Mobility. The other 3rd party rentals we saw at the parks just didn't seem as nice as this scooter. I was so glad we went with Gold Mobility. Their communication was excellent and they were very accommodating.

Corpus Christi Catholic Church is a stunning place of worship where God is honored. The parish is well-maintained and reflects the love and pride of its priests, deacons, volunteers, and congregation. Masses on Saturdays at 4 pm and Sundays at 5:30 pm are well-attended with an excellent music ministry. The church offers soul-inspiring messages that leave you feeling fulfilled. Come early to secure a seat during Saturday's mass, as it tends to be full.
This is a beautiful house of worship to honor God. I have attended mass on Saturday and Sunday, and it feels like family. Corpus Christi Catholic Church is a well maintained parish. You can see the pride and love its priests, deacons, volunteers and congregation have by how well the the place is kept. The mass at 4 pm on Saturday is well attended, so come early. The 5:30 pm mass on Sunday is also quite full and has a wonderful music ministry. I loved to hear America the Beautiful sung at the end of the service. But what's truly best is hearing the word that feeds and inspires your soul. Thank you, Corpus Christi Catholic Church.

I went on Ash Wednesday 2022. This is an interesting one... The Church itself is pretty enough, but the cantor was a bit much. The music selection was rough and she would have been much more at home in a Disney production than a Mass. Very dramatic and over the top... But she could sing.
The Priest seemed very "spirit of V2" minded, but it's hard to say from one Mass.
If I lived in the area, I'd probably have to drive elsewhere for Mass, but it was okay in a pinch.

Beautiful Cold Church. It seems like all the efforts were put on the structure and not on the heart.
Ushers will open the door for you and, most of the time, homily will be touching but be ready to pay up to $300 family fee (after September 1st) to register your child/children to Religious Education. I suppose the volunteer teachers are highly paid.
If you want to suggest or contribute with something to the community, don't talk to Ushers after Mass they won't really care to listen and will quickly refer you to the office - it feels like Corpus Christi Ushers are there to only find you a sit and possibly open doors.
One more (important) thing: Don't get too excited to volunteer in RE because Annette needs to sit down with you and see "if you could be a good fit" to teach God's word. Seriously?
Well, I feel like at the end of the day Corpus Christi Catholic Church is really focused ONLY on "building the Four necessary buildings in order to spread God's word".
We are definitely going to find a real Catholic Community.

I love to go to this church. It's a peaceful place, and the community is very welcoming. I used to live around there, but I moved. Although, go from time to time to celebrate the Holy Eucharist there.
Don't get me wrong, I only give it 4 stars because I wish they at least had a mass in Spanish and thus help the extensive Hispanic community that comes to the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in their faith.

Beautiful church; it’s God’s castle here on earth. He’s truly present there.
We were visiting the area from out of state, and attended mass for the first Friday and Saturday there. I’m so grateful that they allow the laity to receive Jesus in the mouth(vs another parish we went to) but the priest sat while giving out communion and the only ones giving communion were the ministers. I’m not sure why that happened and it made me kind of sad but I’m very grateful for the mass and priest.

Father Richard was warm, humorous and engaging. We really enjoyed his homily. This is my first time rating a Catholic Church but I felt compelled to review this one! We attended the 5:30 pm Sunday mass and were blown away by the music. Absolutely amazing band and vocals. Wish this church was in our home town

I saw this church being built, it was quite a sight seeing the progress. I use to sit in it quietly (not necessarily during mass). One day I went during choir practice and as soon as I arrived home I told my family we needed to attend Sunday mass, and so we did and it’s the best we’ve attended till date, a decade later. Also, we gather annually on their lawn for the pet blessing (Oct 4), all types including snakes, parrots & fishbowls. If you’re in town and would like to attend an awesome service, I encourage you to visit Corpus Christi in Celebration, Fl.

A beautiful neo-classic building with lots of pews and high ceilings. There is a chapel for adoration behind the main sanctuary. The community was vibrant and very liturgical. Music was excellent and well planned. The stain glass collection is exquisite and inviting to pray.

We have been members of the parish for two years. Very welcoming. The pastor welcomes visitors every Sunday. There are so many places to volunteer. St Vincent de Paul Society is very active helping the needy throughout Osceola County. The Knights of Columbus and other groups in the parish encourage fellowship and service. There are a myriad of classes for children’s Faith Formation as well as teachers who volunteer. There is a building campaign going on y add to the campus because it is s growing faith community.

As a visitor to Orlando from Minnesota, I was absolutely delighted to find the church packed with worshippers--even though it meant I and many others would have to stand for the entire service. Everything about the Sunday Mass and church community was laudable, and I could feel a strong sense of being welcomed by all the helpers at the service. I was so touched by the devoutness and warm smile of one remarkable lady who helped with collections and Communion facilitation that I wanted to and did personally thank her for her inspiring love of serving God and others with so radiant an inner joy. And I loved being reminded of the universality of our Church, as I witnessed the uniformity of the Mass and the inner light of all the clergy and the helpers. And the beauty of the church's structure enhances one's sense of worship. What a great place to worship!

As a lone traveler, I attended a 4 PM Vigil Mass on the second-to-last Saturday of October 2023. I arrived straight from the Orlando Airport with my three bags. I took a Lyft to get to the church from the airport, and the ride was just over $40. I got to the church about 20 minutes early, and I was glad that I did. I found a large pillar in the second grouping of pews to stash my luggage behind, which kept them relatively out of the way. By my standards, the Mass was very well attended for a typical Mass in Ordinary Time. Be expected to have others share your pew with you and for people to be in the pews behind you and in front of you. Afterwards, I requested a Lyft from the church to Dinsey's Caribbean Beach Resort, which was where I was staying. That ride cost about $15.
The Mass itself probably only lasted about 40 to 50 minutes, even with hymns being sung.
Because of the convenient location relative to Disney, and the 4 PM Anticipatory Mass, I would recommend. At no point did I feel unwelcomed.

Easy to find & very friendly Catholic church. The priest we had was hilarious, he was waving at the congregation during the open & closing precession. It was cute ❤️ parking lot is small so I recommend going to Mass early to get a spot in the lot rather than on the street.

The most amazing Catholic Church I've ever been to. The parishioners are friendly and welcoming, the music is uplifting, and all of the priests leave you deeper in faith when you leave than when you came. Their homilies touch your heart, soul, and mind and fill you with hope, love and longing to be a better disciple of God. When we are away, we livestream.

I attended a wedding here as a guest. The wedding coordinator woman with red hair was one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I have encountered. I had been told that Catholic Churches were welcoming and joyful- this experience was the exact opposite for such a beautiful occasion and did not make a great impression for the faith.

Celebration Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course located in the town of Celebration, originally developed by Disney as a planned community for Mickey Mouse fans. The club offers a well-designed and challenging course, with multiple tee options to suit all skill levels. A classy clubhouse and eatery are also available, with happy hour specials on offer. The golf club retains much of the charming character of the town it's located in after being sold off from Disney.
By far the nicest course I've played on. In great condition. When you pull up the cart guys get your clubs from your vehicle, put in a cart, and get the cart ready while you pay. After playing, they take your clubs and clean them for you. Also, the food is excellent, and for florida residents, you can't beat $49 with lunch.

IMHO l think this course is a 3.5-4 star course. The staff was fine. The cart was comfy, quick, USB, coolers on both sides, but no GPS. Then there’s the driving range. Horrible (pictured). No grass at all, just thin weeds. Putting and chipping greens were fine. The course: too many of the tee boxes are sad. All chopped up (pictured). The fairways are fine for the most part. A couple patchy spots, but it really didn’t affect the play. The greens were wonderful. Fast. One observation - they never seemed to break as much as they appeared they should. Staff meets you after the round if you want your clubs wiped down. Nice restaurant and bar as well. And their were little touches that were nice like a bucket of water at the start to wet a towel. All in all l really enjoyed the course. Nice variety of holes that never seemed boring. I would definitely return. It’s just the driving range and tee boxes that really took away from the day.

The day that I played, the pace was cripplingly slow! The Marshall did help, but the course was packed. I will play this course 1000 times again. Very nice note was that lunch was provided with your tee time reservation. It was a really nice touch. I highly recommend this golf

I really enjoyed my day. The greens are at a good speed, the design is challenging, a great choice of tees and it's a beautiful environment. The price was right and it included lunch which had a great selection. They also sell non alcoholic beer which is very rare in Orlando area golf courses. I will be back.

We’ve been playing Celebration for the last 8-9 years on our annual golf trip. We were there last week and it’s in terrible shape. The greens have weeds all over them. The tee boxes are muddy and rough. The fairways have some areas that are muddy too. At the end of our round we spoke to the manager Ryan and asked for a refund of 135 each. He said maintenance is aware of the issues but would only offer us a rain check. Yea no thanks. We will never be back. There are too many awesome golf courses in Orlando that are same price point and in much better shape. Super disappointed in the condition, the price, and the managers decision to not refund us.

Greens are in good condition; so are the fairways and bunkers. Very challenging course since water hazards are in play in at least 16 holes, unless you’re playing from the white tees.

I have gone out 2 times in the past 6 months and they have really put some work into the place and it shows. The course is the best I've ever seen it. Greens putt true and pretty quick...which is so nice to see on a Public course. The staff they have there now is top notch. Everyone I spoke with was in a wonderful mood and extremely friendly. If you have not been out to play here in a while you really need too! I added it back to one of the top 3 places we play now. Thank you for a wonderful time yesterday!!!

Top notch golf course. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Went for a golf outing and it was put so well together. I recommend this place beyond many others in the area. The course was fantastic, tough holes and a lot of water and trees. The greens were true and fast. I cant wait to get down there again and play!

Played here yesterday. The course was cart path only. Not really enjoyable as the course was water logged. Lost quite a few opening drives to fairway plugs. I will be back to play the course hopefully when it is not cart path only. Greens and tee boxes were in good shape. One bizarre thing that happened on the course was it was being watered while it was raining. Stamina is required for this course. 18 really is quite a finish!

Great course in great condition! One of the few courses that overseeds in the winter to keep conditions lush and green.
Ranks as one of my favorite courses I played in Orlando. I would highly recommend for anyone in the Orlando area

Our favorite round of golf of three played over a weekend in Orlando. Course if fun and in excellent condition. Good variety of tees for all skills. Facilities (restaurant, pro shop, driving range) are all excellent. Pace of play was good.

Golfed this course 2 times during the week with a group of 20. Course was very well kept and held up to a lot of rain from the day before. Also got to see my first live gator!

I've spent over two decades exploring the Orlando area. I almost never have to lower ratings for a place I've visited before but I was surprised at how much less friendly the staff at this course have become. Unlike previous visits, this time I got the impression if you are not part of this club then you are not welcome. Additionally you can no longer buy buckets of balls for the driving range unless you are a member which also seems out of step with a club that used to bill itself as public and part of the Celebration community. I guess times even change at Celebration.

Course is in phenomenal shape! Tee Boxes/Fairways/Greens are incredible. Course is very challenging and the Starter means it when he says play/plan your shots smartly. I personally took a long iron off many of the sub-400 yard Par-4s as trouble lurks in the 250-280 yard range. Pin placement with very hill-y greens will have you exercising your putts very carefully. Water on 17/18 holes and some hazards you can’t even see until you drive away from the tee box. Staff was great, super friendly, helpful, and very helpful. Only negative was the pace, took us 5 hours to finish our round. The shortest Par-3, scorecard is incorrect (from the Champ Tees it says 156, but it’s closer to 205 yards). We teed off at 2:30pm and we were able to finish. I wouldn’t tee off much later than that. Big alligator on the Par-5 12th hole too.
This beautiful lake is a great place to enjoy a nature walk or bike ride. There is a path around the lake that is about 0.7 miles long. It's a great place for walking and biking. In addition, it's a great change of scenery from the busy parks in Orlando.
Fantastic change from the busy parks with amazing scenery, ice creams, coffee and all you can want. You have to try this at least once, you will not be disappointed. We absolutely loved it, became one of the highlights of our holiday. Will be back

Evolve Bicycles and Ebikes is a store in Florida that offers electric bikes, accessories, and riding apparel for sales and rentals. Customers can rent a comfort bike for four hours at an affordable price and explore the scenic bike paths of Celebration town. The shop provides excellent customer service with friendly staff who are helpful to their customers' needs. Additionally, they offer wheelchair tire replacement services seamlessly for those who need it while out in Orlando.
I recently purchased a new bike from Evolve and could not have been more pleased. The shop was filled with a great variety at almost every price and feature level. After explaining what I was looking for, we found a model that was perfect - and on a good sale - but was a frame size too small. They located an XL frame in the same model (and a better color) at another location. I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to offer the same sale price as the original, in-stock bike. Within a few hours they had it ready for me, and had installed several accessories as well. Never felt like I was being “pressured” or unsold. Everyone in the shop from my sales person, to the guys in the back work area, to the owner were super friendly and helpful. All were obviously very knowledgeable about their products and business, and all were very friendly. Overall great buying experience and I look forward to having my bike serviced there in the future.

I needed a quick cheap bike. This place was 25 minutes away from champions gate (Davenport). $25 a day for their standard adult comfort bike. It was a cool little shop with a cool couple guys. The manager or owner pumped the tires up extra because I’m a big guy. He also loaded it into the trunk of my rental car without me even indicating I needed any help. Great service, great price, and the most important thing - really cool bike. An Electra Townie, the thing was smooth as butter! The shifting was spot on, tires were trued, not tubeless hard rubber tires but classic tube tires, the thing was an absolute pleasure to drive on the sidewalks and neighborhoods around Davenport. A very well maintained bike, I may look into purchasing one. The shop was charming! 10/10 experience.

The best thing we did in Florida was rent bikes from these guys and tool around Celebration. For about the price of a mouse kingdom burger we got a comfort bike for 4 hours, plenty of time to explore the bike paths and lanes of Celebration and grab lunch. These guys were funny, helpful, and super friendly. Probably the best service I’ve ever received at a bike shop.

Looking for a break from the Disney crowds, I took a Lyft ride to the Publix Market to pick up some things. After a short walk, I stumbled upon this place. Within minutes I was on rented bicycle riding thru downtown Celebration. What a great, unexpected, and totally unplanned way to spend an afternoon. Thank you for the very fair deal and friendly, courteous customer service. See you next February!

Celebration, Florida Evolve Bicycles and Ebikes -showed up to get some air for my two bikes at 9:45am and the person with a red shirt told me to wait until 10:00am when they opened (maybe sales person Valentino). On 3 separate occasions I was able to get air in my tires at the same time of 9:45am with manager Renee. This morning, however, Renee was visibly perturbed and uncomfortably agitated - as if he was unduly inconvenienced and disturbed. I dealt with the owner, Roger, and Renee multiple times and they were very nice, but this morning Renee dismissed all previous encounters while pointing to a sign that stated they were no longer accepting new repairs (which now I have to hope my $4,000 investment does not break down). I would have never bought from this place if I knew they wouldn’t fix bike issues should they occur. Renee explained to me hostily that he cannot help previous customers in lieu of jeopardizing his 10am open to serve new customers. WOW! It took him 2 minutes to add air to our bikes and at 10am - no customers. I wonder why? Don’t come here expecting good customer service, especially when it is a few minutes prior to opening or if your new bike breaks down.

I have been a customer of Evolve for 12+ years now. I use them for purchases, repairs, and routine maintenance. I have been very happy and satisfied with their service. I have never had a bad experience. I drive over an hour one way to get to the owner, Roger and his team, because it is well worth my time to have the best people working on my ride. They make it run, ride, and operate like it is brand new. A great bunch of guys there who know and love their bikes and enjoy making their customers happy and satisfied.

Just finished up a 10-11 day road bike rental with Evolve Bikes and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and service. Their team was extremely responsive and beyond helpful from start to finish. Speaking with Renato over the phone regarding the rental process along with Roger during drop off and pick up was very easy and went smoothly. The bike itself was very nice and helped me with the two triathlons that I was in town for. Pricing was on point and the option of the local pick up and drop off was a nice perk. Would highly recommend using Evolve Bikes and would definitely utilize them in the future if/when I need to.

We got a flat stroller tire on the first day of our Disney trip. Called the shop minutes before their posted closing time to find out if they could fix it. The Celebration Farmers Market is a great place to find local produce and crafts. The setting is beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of interesting vendors to explore. Parking can be a bit hard to find, but it's worth the effort.
Amazing market, tons of vendors. Right in the heart of the city. Plenty of areas to park if you're looking for a spot for your vehicle. The train station is very close by as well if you are going via SunRail. Plenty of food and beverage tents and trucks. All kinds of crafts, plants, produce and other goodies you can imagine finding at a farmers market. Definitely one of the better markets in the Central Florida area.

This is a good quick experience if you’re looking not only fresh produce but also freshly made pastries, desserts, breads and other foods. On top of that, there are local artists with their wares, clothing, jewelry and other items. The market just reopened recently due to the coronavirus and is on its third open day. This spa center was great. The staff was helpful and super understanding after I had an emergency in the parking lot. Was attentive to my problem areas and guided me through how to handle stronger pressure when it was needed. I only wish they were closer to my home. But I will definitely be back. Getting regular massages from someone skilled like Jazz will have long-term positive effects. The front desk staff was very efficient. It felt like they were expecting me, and I was welcomed warmly. The checkout process was smooth as well. Thank you and see you soon.

Worst gym I have ever been to for the price open for less than 12 hours of the day and costs almost $50 a month. They don’t even compensate with adequate amenities with a tiny weight room with only 2 benches and 2 squat racks. It’s also one of the few gyms that will require you to wear a mask. The only reason this gym can stay in business is because it’s the only option in the area. As soon as a new gym is built it will be out of business. It lacks the excuse of being a small business they simply just cut corners in every aspect of this establishment.

!!NEXT!!! ~ Choose a different Spa - maybe Disney Spas nearby?
I went for a procedure at Celebration/Advent Health Day Spa, of which is to include use of the Spa facilities on the same day as your procedure (...of course, as with most Spas, that's common) and also it's according to their website. So after my procedure -
I asked the front desk staff how I do utilize the Steam Room?
May I have a towel for it please?
Front staff clueless - zilch customer service - they commented sorry this was a part-time job for them - so they really don't know exact rules. I then asked, and had to talk to a Manager - who was going to give me a locker key - if I wanted it -- (as this is where Spa towels actually are kept locked up) - but proceeded to explain/justify that most persons who do "clinical" procedures, like me, don't use the Spa facilities after. But they could make "an exception for me". ....Say what??
I didn't see on their website a category for my procedure?
O.K. people...this sounds like bad excuses to me.
+++Too confusing + combined with
++ bad customer service + makes this a = "NO GO Spa"
I gave up
didn't get to use the steam room after all. ; (
CIAO!

Some of the equipment is pretty outdated and wish they had more space and weights for Olympic lifting / CrossFit style workouts but overall great gym with plenty to do. Tons of classes and very friendly staff. So many great amenities.

I really wish. There were more yoga and zumba classes in the evening, as I go to the gym right after work. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. There are always fresh towels if you forget to bring one, Facilities are always incredibly clean, and everyone's incredibly respectful of the equipment and others around them.
The instructors are very patient and kind, I took advantage of a military discount for my monthly membership, They just offer too many great benefits.
For someone not to sign up would be crazy. I took a tour, and that was it for me. They say first impressions are everything, and the staff impressed me enough to join my first gym. The women's locker room and the men's have a steam room and a sauna and showers, plenty of lockers and bathroom stalls always clean. They also have shampoo and conditioner if you need hand soap and lotion and blow dryers! There is indeed a spa within. However, you really need to put in 2 weeks in advance to be able to get anything done there, unfortunately. More than likely, because there's not enough spa staff. The spa is not included in your monthly membership. However, I believe you two get a discount if you have a membership to the gym.
There are staff within the gym as well. ,. If you need assistance with using the equipment or guided stretching in the stretch area. There are plenty of treadmills on both sides for everybody, definitely plenty of weight lifting equipment, and a great selection of classes throughout the week for everyone, especially if you have a flexible schedule.
I really haven't had a bad experience at all since joining. There is literally no downside. Advant help as officially set my standard for a gym.

Ive been a regular at this place for my last few summers.
I recommend coming before 11am or its swarmed by high schoolers and frat men that come in groups of 4-6 people. It gets really annoying if you need a bench or a certain machine.
I have had a creepy experience or two- recently an older man sat across me on the only other erg. Takes a picture of me, and gets off the machine. I was dumbstruck. I didnt know what to do.
Not a very comfy place to come if youre a singular woman.
For a student or military/veteran it is 55 dollars a month on top of a 75 dollar annulment fee (thats one of the cheapest deals)
That being said, there are nice machines here but some still have yet to be fixed. The facilities including steam room and sauna are really nice.

I had a 10/10 experience with the Day Spa. I went in to schedule my facial and Caitlyn was able to fit me in and do my facial at that moment. The facial was amazing. I told her what ingredients I am allergic to and she made sure to check every product she used. She told me step by step what she was going to do for the facial and explained to me what products she was using. She tailored the facial to my own needs and skin type. She even gave me product recommendations as well as healthy skincare routines to follow. My skin felt renewed and hydrated following the facial and I had a great experience overall!

Recommended: an all-in-one gym with a pool and spa. Pros: not overcrowded, plenty of exercise machines with no queues, great group classes, sanitizing stations with towels, lotions, and all the hygiene essentials, as well as a parking garage. Friendly staff - a shout-out to Shibani and Kevin at the front desk; they, along with others, are always so helpful. I do wish they had a stool bar to sit on, similar to the chairs at the main entrance's reception. Cons: While the gym has many positive aspects, there are areas that could use improvement. The men's dry sauna works for a week, and then it remains broken for a month while waiting for the heating element. They claim it's due to people pouring water on the heater, but they fail to put up a sign about not pouring liquids; there are only signs about overheating above the heater. The overall cleanliness is not as good as it could be considering the location and price, particularly in the wet zone and ventilation areas, which definitely need more attention. They read Christian prayers on the speakers, which is kind of weird to hear in a gym instead of a church. I imagine it's also uncomfortable for atheists and people of other religions. They sometimes close the pool when it's cloudy, even without a single thunderstorm. The presence of large people's duffle bags scattered around the gym looks dangerous in our times. Overall, it is a well-maintained, beautiful place, and I am grateful to the team working there. Thank you!

Had a massage and facial gift card for my birthday I had 1 year to use. I am a procrastinator and ofcourse waited for the last month before I moved, but I wish I had done it sooner so I could keep going back.
My masseuse and facial was done by Jasmine, and she was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time ever having a Swedish massage, and there were things I wasnt too familiar with. She made me feel so comfortable, was calm, patient, and reassuring explaining the process. I have never felt more relaxed and in amazing hands. Afterwards I was able to use the steam room. I think I also had access to the gym, but since I felt like I was rejuvenated and had the facial second with product on my face, I wanted to go home and take the day off. Best birthday gift ever

The men’s locker room and showers are in desperate need of repair. They are 16 Shower stalls out of which only five are somewhat functional. However, it’s a guessing game if there’s going to be hot water in one of them. This has been going on for over six months.

The Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes in Orlando is a tranquil retreat that boasts an 18-hole golf course, four pools and numerous activities for children. This property, previously owned by Diamond Resorts, offers guests spacious accommodation with fully-equipped kitchen and dining areas as well as a washer-dryer combo. Overlooking the beautiful lake and golf course from building 10, this resort is conveniently located near all of the attractions of Orlando.
Property wise I believe this is one of the best properties Diamond resorts had in Florida, now run by Hilton. We were in building 10 which overlooks a nice lake and the golf course. We had a great enclosed patio area that I couldn’t get enough of, and no worries about bugs. The room was more than spacious enough 2 bed 2 bath, full kitchen dining and living area with a pull out and washer and dryer. The main pool Dunes pool hosted a number of games for the kids and the pool was refreshing. There was also a basketball court, 3 other pools, mini golf an activities center and more. I’d recommend visiting here every time, the location is also super convenient and close to everything.

When booking your accommodation make sure you get a room that is in the newer area.
We were in the old, original buildings. Very dated. Bring your own pots and pans and utensils if you plan on cooking...the ones provided are insufficient for cooking. Poor air movement as there is only one ceiling fan in the entire unit. BRING YOUR FAN!
The staff is abundant except in the restaurant.
I was especially confused when I received a text message that the pool was closed due to inclement weather yet it was sunny and nice outside. The golfers outside my window were loving the weather. My sister called me and asked me why I wasn't at the pool....so the pool wasn't closed after all. I wonder who screwed that up? For the money spent....this resort was barely worth it. Had we been in the new buildings it may have been more impressive.

I am an avid supporter to businesses with excellent customer service and I will say that this is the first Hilton property in a few years that has exceeded my expectations! This is the main reason I’m giving this property 4 stars. Be prepared to be ambushed after check in to attend their time share presentation by being referred to the “concierge” desk for your parking pass. I DID NOT APPRECIATE this tactic as my husband and I were on a rare opportunity for us to get away for a few days and relax. Even after numerous “no thank you” attempts we accepted their preview. If you do not want to waste an entire day of your trip for their 120 minute time share tour go in prepared with an adamant NO! This is one of the recently acquired HGV properties from Diamond resort so that being said it is in transition remodeling. Some of the layouts of the rooms are not made for peace and quiet. The few issues we had during our stay were quickly resolved. The amenities are nice for the resort fee like the miniature golf and the 3 pools, one even had a small water slide. The restaurant makes pretty good food and the housekeeping does an above average job in our post pandemic era. I would I have rated the experience 5 star had it not been for the ambush at check in. Thank You for the excellent customer service and if returning to Orlando I would consider staying again.

Our stay at Hilton Mystic Dunes was fine for the most part. The room was large, mostly clean and even though they only provided housecleaning once a week, it felt clean for the most part. The pools were very nice and we enjoyed the openness of the resort.
The only reason I'm knocking down 1 star is due to the check in process. It took us roughly 45 minutes from arrival until we were given our room keys and there were only 3 guests in front of us. Part of the reason is due to the sales pitch to see their timeshare presentation. The person trying to sign us up for the timeshare process was nice up until we said no thank you. That person should learn better manners when ending a conversation so to leave a good memory instead of having the guest at the hotel remember this one negative. Simply saying, "thank you for your time, and I hope you enjoy your stay," would be better than abruptly turning around and acting like an immature child who didn't get his way.

My wife and I recently stayed at Mystic Dunes and I am writing to share my feedback on the experience. Initially, my visit began positively with a warm welcome that set a hopeful tone for our stay. However, several aspects over the duration of our visit did not fully meet our expectations.
The room, while clean to a satisfactory level, was missing several basic amenities, which impacted our overall comfort. Additionally, it came to our attention that certain activities such as a presentation were offered to other guests but were not communicated to us, leaving us feeling somewhat overlooked.
The dining experience, however, was a highlight of our visit. The food quality was commendable and met our expectations, contributing positively to our overall experience.
Regrettably, the process during checkout did not mirror the initial service standard. Due to medical reasons, I requested an extended checkout the night before our departure, which was not accommodated until the following morning and only after an early morning disturbance by housekeeping.
Consistency in service and communication appears to be an area needing attention, and how these aspects are managed could influence my decision to stay again.
Despite these issues, the staff were generally courteous, and their readiness to assist was appreciated. I hope this feedback will be used constructively to improve guest experiences moving forward. Enhancing these areas of service would not only meet but could exceed the expectations set by your establishment's reputation.
Thank you for considering my perspective. I look forward to seeing how Mystic Dunes addresses these challenges in the future and hope it will align with the high standards anticipated by your guests.

Enjoyed my visit from arrival to departure. Check-in was easy. I was upgraded to a bigger room. I was not harassed by timeshare. Only four pool with no hot tubs. Gets crowded in the bigger pool but enough space for everyone. The recreational activities are pretty bland and not a lot of anything. This property is not walkable. Drove everywhere but it was not bad. Not noisy. Prices were reasonable. Wish they had a hot tub and closer amenities in the resort. Will be back.

I myself am a gm of my own motel. There are some amazing staff members here. Some may need a little retraining. Nathan at the dunes bar is a gem. He made the highlight of our trip every time my family ordered. He remembered our names and made us belly giggle. I wish we were offered a tour. My daughter is in a wheel chair and I am almost certain that was why we were not offered. When we went to get our parking pass she was seizing. I know that they thought it would have been harder on us. We extended multiple times so they didn’t ask anytime we were there. We will be back as this is likely our new family trip spot ❤️

The resort was really nice and cleaned. The rooms are nice. The only thing is the smells, is horrible. Smells damp and the lighting in the bedrooms are dark. The bikes also need to be service and they need new sofa. Our was old and dirty. We stood in one of the studios.

Me and my family were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are really nice and comfortable with plenty of great amenities like kitchen and laundry in case you need to refresh your clothes. There are plenty of activities you can do if you are not going out the hotel like pools, mini golf, basketball, tennis or if you just enjoy a nature walk. I am definitely returning for a third stay.

For a Hilton I expected more, but it was still nice. Rooms are clean with standard amenities. This resort caters to the golf crowd, but has nice pools children will especially enjoy. It is very well located to access all the local amusement parks, attractions, and restaurants Orlando offers. One small clubhouse restaurant was good but not great.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your resort. My family and I stayed at one of your properties and encountered a series of issues that have left us feeling extremely dissatisfied and disrespected.
Firstly, upon arrival, we were forced to wait for over two hours to receive our room keys. This lengthy delay was inconvenient and exhausting, especially after a long journey to reach the resort. Such a long wait for something as basic as room keys is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency and organization of your staff.
Furthermore, upon finally gaining access to our suite, we were shocked to find it in a filthy state. The bathroom was dirty, and there were visible signs of neglect throughout the room. This lack of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and does not meet the standards we expected from a reputable company like Hilton Grand Vacation Club.
Additionally, during the timeshare presentation we attended, the sales representative displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude towards us. When we raised concerns about the cleanliness of our suite and the poor service we had received as an objection to purchase, we were informed that as non-members, we did not matter. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also incredibly offensive and made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests.
As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. We deserve accommodations that meet basic standards of cleanliness and service that is efficient and attentive. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take steps to ensure that all guests are treated with the respect and care they deserve, regardless of their membership status.
I would appreciate a response to this letter and a resolution to these issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
****** This is a letter I prepared after our stay.

The entire property is beautiful and all year you have lil lizards and geckos all over the resort (For those not local) the vegetation is well fed and full of life as well. The Dunes pool is by far the best pool even though the terrace looks out to their ponds and fountains. I had a 1 bedroom Deluxe which came with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a dining area, and living room!! The bathroom was split with the toilet, shower, master sink, and vanity in one section then another sink and the gorgeous soak tub in another~ The staff was very polite everywhere you went as well. The only reason I'm giving four star is because I didn't pay attention to time and the presentation ended up being 5 hours long because I didn't end it and lost the chance to do Adventure Island. Not their fault but it hindered my stay for a bit~ Other than that I loved the stay!

Wow, first of this was our first time staying here and I must say it won’t be our last. It may sound like the price for a hotel like this is too good to be true but we were blown away. The room was big and very clean. We stayed for 6 days my kids enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of things to do without going out of the resort. There are 3 large separate pools, mini golf, basketball and tennis court, golf course and restaurants inside the property. Also kudos to all the front desk employees always helpful regardless what time of the day weather morning, afternoon, night even super early morning. Supplies are well stocked they even give you detergents if you wish to wash your clothes. Restaurants employeee are also top notch. Also all of our pots/pans, utensils/flatware are clean even our toaster and blender seems like it was never used cause it looks very clean like brand new. We also feel very safe because only guests can get in and out of the property, they have a guard house up front and has security gate that you will need either your keys or stop by the guard to get in and out. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ easy!!!! Thank you!

I absolutely loved this place. We got into one of the newly renovated rooms and they were absolutely amazing and spacious. The staff was super helpful. Patricia was very nice and helped me know what to expect and also they were very accommodating. I loved the fact that it’s like a one bedroom apartment and they had laundry in room as well. The only downside is to Universal, it was about a 30 minute drive with traffic but that’s to be expected with an Orlando. There’s a Walmart close by and lots of restaurants I absolutely love this place.

I booked this at the last minute because our go-to place has a problem with our reservation. The room smelled quite a bit. It was aa sour smell. I used a ton of air freshener and mopped the floor with scented floor cleaner. It's been fine since then. The rooms are large with lots of space. The main pool area is a great vibe. Music playing on speakers, and even some love steel drums. I would come back.

We never left the resort !! The rooms are HUGE! Clean and nicely decorated. We went to 3 of the 4 pools. All of them beautiful and well maintained. Of course our favorite was the tiki bar and waterfall. Staff so friendly. Highly recommend this resort!

I booked for Jan 19 to 22 2024. Was allocated to building 19 first floor. Slept well and room was clean. However, next morning Jan 20 a large spider was on the living room tiles in which I almost crushed, I don't know if it was verminous however, I immediately requested to change rooms. Was informed that no second and third floor was free, requested a refund. Was told no due to hotel policy.
Mentioned that response perhaps required a legal review or interpretation based on customer safety. Immediately was informed that no more services were provided.
Thus decided that best course of action was to leave the hotel despite no reimbursement.
Very discouraging behavior's and business ethics. I will defer to customers to make there own analysis.

The pictures below are what you could possibly find in a room here at Mystic Dunes. The room I rented clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on the ledge of the shower. A nasty old hair brush in one of the dresser drawers and filthy upholstery. The bathroom smelled like urine.
I contacted customer service and their solution was to offer me a new room. Halfway through a vacation and fully unpacked. The last thing I want to do is spend time during my vacation relocating to another room that was cleaned by the same crew that overlooked all the issues with my current room.
Currently management is refusing to refund my money. I’ll edit this review if they finally agree.
I spoke to someone in customer service and the person insinuated that not all points are touched when staff clean a room and she didn’t seem to be surprised about my complaints (almost as if this is a common complaint here and not handled with care).
This has definitely changed the trajectory of my vacation experience and put a damper on the good vibes a vacation brings. Always had good experiences with Hilton (and Diamond resorts) up until this point. I’m a Hilton honors member and I’m seriously contemplating cancelling my membership.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit during Spring Break to go to Disney World. We really enjoyed our stay!! I was very hesitant after I booked because of all of the reviews that I read, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was not bombarded at the check in process to take a tour or attend a presentation. They asked once and I declined and I didn't hear anything else about it. We arrived at 3pm hoping to check in early and our room was ready. We were in our room around 315p! Room was VERY clean and updated from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. We sat out there most evenings watching the squirrels and birds. We ordered room service from Kenzies two nights. Our kids loved the pizza. The pool with the waterslide was a bit crowded the two days we got to go during our trip, but we had fun! The location was excellent. About a 10-15 min drive to all of the Disney parks. We got a great rate for the week for what would have been triple elsewhere for the service and until size that we had. We will definitely be staying here again for our future trips!

The rooms are spacious and well equipped with supplies for laundry, dishes, etc. The property is clean and quiet, and beautiful to walk around.
The reason I took off a star is because of the fact the smoking location is directly off the main elevator in building 12. An ash try is literally sitting right outside the elevator doors as they open. It is extremely unpleasant to have to walk right through a cloud of smoke and smell that any time we go anywhere, especially with a small toddler. Please rethink this for the health, safety, and comfort of your guests.

On 1st appearance great looking resort. Clean. 3 large pool spots and ample space. But....rooms were not ready at check in until 6pm ! 2hrs passed check in time. Told us to enjoy the amenities but never gave us a card to get access. Asked for late check out given the dilemma and told no due to full capacity.
Paid over350.00 for 1 night checked in finally after 6pm and check out at 10am. At 930 they knocked on our door and put out clean linen in a bag by the door ready to kick us out.
Room.service took over an hr when we ordered
only 1 pool deck had drinks and food yet theu opened at 8am.....nothing available when we left at 1pm.
They Offered for us to use the amenities after check out ..that was nice and we did use but left after we couldn't get a bottle water or food to eat after stopping at the second pool deck
Rooms were big and spacious...that we were thankful for!
Dissapointed in the service

We had a nice vacation at this resort. Rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped. The pool area was beautiful and pool was heated. The restaurant and pool bar had delicious food and we enjoyed the adult beverages. I also felt the prices were reasonable. Service was outstanding. All our needs were addressed immediately. There is a shuttle to take you around property, although most areas are a short walk. I highly recommend this resort and we would stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying here and the rooms were clean, spacious, and access to pool was easy (and the pool by our building had a bar so that was a bonus). Service was pretty good. Ketsia at the front desk, in particular, was very responsive to our requests and very polite, helpful, and professional every time I reached out to her.

We have stayed here several times since 2016 even during pandemic times and have found it to be clean and comfortable. The apartments are spacious with everyone having privacy
. The furniture is clean and strong. Bathrooms are humongous and clean I have used the resort amenities as well and we have enjoyed them. I recommend it to anyone. The cost is affordable every time and parking is free.

It HORRIBLE was not pleasant and the dirt we notified when we were in the room we found glass on the kitchen floor. They didn't mop it then in the guest restroom there was a horrible smell . Kitchen plates had a roach. She came hours up later. I was already mopping since my little one was running around in the picture I would post pics with how the floor was . When she got there she just mopped the floor . They said no house keepers were in since it was late check in they would provide me a housekeeper the next day. I was thinking everything was going to be alright when the housekeeper came I left the room so they could do their job when I came back they changed my sheet to some stains The pillow case looked like a period 😭 stain I am very upset couldn't enjoy my vacation with my family. I asked if they could change my room and always kept their excuses . The only good thing is the location!

We stayed 4 nights and rate based on what we paid. There is a golf course, but we are not golfers. Did not seem to matter, but I believe this helps the property be one of the spacious resorts land wise we have stayed at. This is more a value resort, so we rate based on what we pay. It is nice that the buildings are spread out so as to not feel crowded. The room was not as fancy as other Hilton resort, but very adequate. There are 4 pools and never found them to be overcrowded. Customer service was friendly, and I enjoy the ability to communicate by text at these Hilton resorts. The main disappointment was that there are no hot tubs at any of the pools.
