Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu Ski resort is a top-notch, all-inclusive ski destination that offers a range of activities and amenities for visitors. The resort boasts numerous shops, eateries, snow parks, and hiking trails for summer adventurers. On a perfect day, the snow conditions are excellent with no long lines to wait in. Renting equipment is an easy process thanks to the friendly staff who are always ready to lend a helping hand.
Best powder snow in Japan. The weather was not great on the day we got here. Many lifts were closed due to strong wind. However we still enjoyed the course. My advice is plan your play a head by checking weather n current lift status on website.

Powder and lots of of it! Worth a visit and feels like something everyone should experience if you're seeking deep lines of powder.
Things I wish I knew before: Runs are short compared to North America, restaurants are very crowded, rentals are okay, and there is a free shuttle that is available throughout the town. Lunch options on the hill are awesome and much better than most resorts in North America.

This ski resort deserves the world wide fame it gets, snow is amazing, views are amazing and the terrain is amazing. It is on the expensive side compared to other Japanese resorts but it’s the most famous so they charge what they want.
The little villages at the base are amazing but it’s way more expensive, food and drinks are double what you will pay in other places.
First day we were stuck in just HIrafu as the wind had the top of the mountain in hold.
Night riding was an incredible experience and it started snowing just as the sun went down.
Second day was 5-10cm of fresh snow and the riding was incredible. Hiked to the summit pf the resort and ride fresh lines on the return.
We can’t wait to come back to Niseko.

Fresh powder, and amazing slopes. The food at the restaurants were pretty good too. Getting rental equipment was easy and the rental shop staff were very nice and helpful!

Very good location and nice setup. This is a great place for those who love skiing and snowboarding. They have areas with all kind of skill levels. Niseko area is known for one of the best ski resorts and this one won’t disappointed you. Parking can be difficult at times but you they have staff that help directing the traffic.

Amazing powder! Hirafu is the largest of the 4 mountains it seemed and the most to explore. Some trees. Still smaller than US mountains in UT, CO. It is fairly easy to navigate despite minimal signage. Often snowing (visibility can be tough momentarily if it's windy). Hirafu is connected to one other mountain in the set of 4, the other 2 are a 15 min drive. Above the tree line is accessed by a single lift with a small back at both Nisseko and Hirafu. It was easy on and off even for the kids (8, 10). Vegetarian food is limited even at Hirafu. Some food can sell out even on low volume days.
Nadine Wilches — Google review
Variety of groomed runs, tree sections all offer the best powder snow I've seen anywhere.
If the weather is kind to you, you'll wake up to a morning with the slopes coated by fresh snow, often more than 20cm and then the bright sun offers such spectacular views!
If the weather reminds you it's winter after all, the snow is still there in abundance, but it can get blustery at the mid-top mountain.
A winter wonderland!
Must visit place for all those enjoying skiing/snowboarding.

Excellent snow on a perfect day. No lines when I went, base camp restaurant has pretty good lunch food too.
Rental equipment staff were helpful and friendly.
The higher up lifts actually have windshields installed on the chairs which is surprisingly convenient too.

Powder snow and breathtaking sights make this ski resort amazing. Lots of people travel here because it has some of the best snow in the world.
A 5 hour pass / full day pass is recommended when you are able to ski well. It can also get particularly crowded on the beginner slope with people sitting around.
Royce Ho — Google review
Stunning resort with amazing skiing. A must, and the powder when it snowes is amazing Village is nice as well, with many shuttles going around (though they are very crowded). Would recommend staying on the hill or renting a car if you can because of the crowded buses.
Mackenzie Johnson — Google review
The slopes were amazing. Powder day was incredible.
Staff at the Annex rental store were lovely and so helpful (best to know some basic Japanese though, as some of the staff aren't English speakers).
Over-priced food for Japan at least at the cafe/ restaurant ($25 for a beef burger and wedges). Knowing this, buy food at the Lawson convenience store down the road from the Annex rental shop and save yourself heaps of money. Just don't go to the Lawson after a day of skiing (>6:00pm) and expect there to be food left. Massive lines and most of the food gone. Save yourself the trouble and buy it in the morning before you head up to the mountain.
Facilities are plentiful. Lots of info desks, toilets are easily accessible, lifts are very easy to catch, ski passes and rental stores are easily accessible/ easy to purchase on the day. Places are nicely heated and comfortable to rest in after a few hours of skiing/ snowboarding.
A few down sides. The place is absolutely overrun with tourists (specifically Aussies and Americans). I'm an Aussie so no prejudice here. Some of us can be a bit...much, especially when drunk, which is a frequent occurrence here. The problem is that the Japanese staff that operate the buses and convenience stores have to put up with this, day in and day out, so expect some staff to be snappy or even yell at you if you step out of line, even a smidge. I asked a bus driver in Japanese if the bus was going to a particular stop. He death stared me for about 3 seconds and suddenly started yelling at me, waving his arms around. He obviously wasn't having a good day. Not a big deal, just be prepared for it.
Some buses just don't arrive, are full of people and so you can't get on or in some cases, just don't stop in one rare case.
Overall, a great experience. Just tailor your expectations, so that you're not surprised by an ocean of tourists, lack of restaurants that don't require a reservation or angry bus drivers. Otherwise, an amazing time. (Take the gondola up to the green King run).
Luca Moschenski — Google review
Excellent runs and good tree area. Many different runs has views of Mt. Yotei which is magnificent. You can easily spend few days just explore this area. The runs are super fun for snowboarders. The only bad thing is way too many people here. Nieseko area had been getting so popular that getting to lift is long wait. When we were here 6 years ago, it was so quiet. Big portion of beginners are at the lower area, I saw someone got ski over and broke her arm. It become a bit chaotic. This is the reason I gave this area 4 stars. If you are advance skiers/ riders, spending all your times in tress area, this is less of problem. But again, you still need to deal with insane amount of the people at lift.

Excellent snow condition, fresh powder everyday. A large variety of runs.
Good food.
The night session is super fun, it's not cold. Don't miss it!
My only complaint: stickers and magnets price are too high and only limited selections.
Leo Shi — Google review
Even when the forecast calls for limited or no snow, there’s still powder to be found.
The hikes are amazing. Be sure the pack your beacon and ride with a friend, but you can’t beat the back country access.
The town itself leaves a lot to be desired. Impossible to get in anywhere without a reservation, so you really have to script your trip.
Very touristy, so if you’re looking to experience Japan, this is not your resort

Fabulous place for skiing and snowboarding! The gondola is amazing, great food, some shopping but mainly aimed at snowboarding and skiing. One little souvenir shop above a restaurant called Tozanken that was so popular the wait was up to 2 hours but highly recommend the wait! Had Christmas lunch there and it was delicious!

I'm so grateful.
It was about a 2 minute walk from the temporary parking lot.
The rest depends on the manners of the people using it. Even though there was a sign posted telling them not to park on the road, they were parking on the road, and there were footprints in the moss phlox at the bottom (I'm just imagining it, but I think they stepped on it to take pictures).
There were several groups of people from overseas, but when I went there were 90% Japanese, elderly couples, middle-aged couples, couples with children, couples, riders, and a variety of other people.

Hanazono is popular again after Park Hyatt Hotel opening in 2022
Thanadit Raktabutr — Google review
(visited as a ski resort in February)
Like the rest of Niseko, Hanazono benefits from amazing snow conditions, and seems to mostly piste their runs well. The lifts are by far the most modern (and expensive looking) but seem poorly planned. The 8 man gondola goes honestly nowhere and the 6 man chair lift has awful heated seats (I would assume everyone is dressed properly and getting cooked on the way up the lift is just uncomfortable if you already had properly insulated clothing for skiing). The "park" is a joke with 4 medium jumps that are often closed and a couple rails/boxes at the bottom. The jumps are not marked off properly and you will frequently see people standing around in the landing asking to get killed by anyone trying to use the features. The food is excellent with a lovely cafeteria at the base of Hanazono.

Great place for anyone, from family to black trails and jumps, easy links between lifts and trees. Might be better to offer more choices of food at the footcourt though.

I came here a few days ago for joining the tree trekking. It was fun and I had a great time. Staff are professional and helful.
Though I didnt take photos for tree trekking, I would like to share the sky bus bus route here.
I travelled on my own and did some searching about how to get to Hanazono resort in summer time. Online search result (including google map) didnt shows about the sky bus. I thought there would be no public transport to get there at all and was planned to call a taxi if necessary.
I found sky bus until I get to Kutchan. Though it's only running for a limited period of time, it provides a great help for single traveller like me. Hope this information helps.
I had a great time and the staff were very friendly!
At the end of the ride I realised that I had lost my phone along the way… The guide immediately turned back to look for my phone in the snow and the staff even delivered it back to my accommodation 😅. I’m really grateful for the help, they really went the extra mile and were still really nice about it :’)

They are the vendor for Skye Niseko hotel. The person who made this possible was kind enough to take pictures for us each time we request. He speaks English somehow and looks like a smiley Jacky Chan :) He picked us up at our hotel and drove around Asahi, Kutchan. We had a chance to spot lots of rabbit foot trails and an orange fox lurking around the trees.
They will provide the helmet. If your clothes are not warm enough, you need to rent. I had to rent a pair of waterproof pants for 1,000 yen.
We had a great time because our instructor was really good.
Lastly, they said that they will refund if the snow is enough during our scheduled tour.
Kat Es. — Google review
Who is this tour for?
Beginner to novice riders who want to sightsee the backcountry.
I’ll preface this review with the fact that your tour may vary greatly depending on your group.
When I booked, they said they only had the small sleds available, but there were only 3 people on the tour including me—perhaps they gave me a small sled because that’s what the rest of the group booked. The small sleds are quite dated… the description on their site is pretty accurate.
The tour was extremely slow paced, and we basically did an out-and-back. The map on their site implies they would cover a lot more ground for the 60-minute option.
I will say that the staff were super lovely and accommodating, and the sights were amazing. Pickup and drop off were seamless, and they even dropped me to a different location in the area. And they were able to accommodate me on short notice, so I thank the staff for that.
If you’re looking for a more exhilarating powersports experience, you may want to look elsewhere or ensure that you book the bigger sled.

This gallery features works by Shu Ogawara (1911-2002).
Shu Ogarawa is from this area. He majored in fine art at the University of Tokyo's College of Fine Arts and is said to have moved back home to avoid the chaotic social atmosphere after the war and continued his art work.
There is an audiovisual room where you can watch a video briefly explaining the world of work, and the palette and easel used by Shu Ogarawa are also on display.
The quality of the work is excellent. The colors are pretty and the pictures are powerful.
It was an artist I didn’t know about, but I immediately became a fan.
I wanted to buy a poster, but it was disappointing that it was only about the size of a post card.
I was envious of the level of Japanese culture that even such a small village could have a gallery belonging to a master.

Please note that it will be closed from January 15 to January 26, 2024 due to renovation.

Best value skifield for a half day if you want to get your ski legs back after a long time away from the skis. the 1000 yen 11 trips lift pass is a quaint cardboard tag you wear on your arm and they punch it each time you go past. The lift is a pair lift and from the top there are two easy runs to the left back to the ski lift ( or if you schuss at the end you can ride to the ticket office without needing to walk); and, if you turn right off the lift, a steeper (30 degree??) slope thats the most visible one from the roaad, to do some drills on technique. Across from the skifield and road is a big field that has a XC ski circuite going around it. From the top of the lift you get a pretty expansive view of Kutchan. Last visited Feb 2023

This is my favorite roadside station in Hokkaido.
A short drive from Niseko Station.
At roadside stations, you can buy not only fresh vegetables, but also dairy products, processed meat products, local sake and wine, and more.
There are several shops that offer light meals right next to the vegetables.
There are several restaurants such as soba restaurants on the other side of the parking lot.
Although it is outside the premises of the roadside station, there is also a bakery baked in a stone kiln on the other side of the road.
I always buy locally grown porcini mushrooms from the vegetable section.
After returning to the campsite, I make pasta or saute it and eat it as it is.
All the vegetables are very fresh and delicious, and the prices are unthinkably cheap in Tokyo.
If you are looking for vegetables, we definitely recommend going early.

The Kutchan Museum of Natural History is an excellent museum that provides valuable insights into the unique natural environment, history, and development of the Kutchans region. The exhibits are informative and easily understandable, even for beginners in Japanese. It offers a great opportunity to explore various cultures in Kutchan. A small admission fee of only 200 yen per adult is required. If the weather is unfavorable or if you need to keep kids entertained, this museum is a perfect way to spend an hour or two.
I had a really good time at the museum. I was the only one there. The wide variety in its collection painted a really vivid picture of Kutchan, from nature to history and everything in between. I really learnt a lot from this museum. The staff were incredibly nice too. There is also a library, and I hope to return again to read some of the exciting encyclopaedias.

I was truly amazed by the museum. I decided to visit the museum purely out of the blue, as the sudden raining sky interrupted my skiing plan. While waiting for the rain to stop, I looked for a place to kill some time and that’s how I discovered the gem.
It’s a small museum located in the Kutchan town, a bit further from everything else. The small museum has a wide range of collection covering the nature landscape, floral and fauna in the area as well as the cutrual heritage of the local community. The abundance of animal specimens and household tools the small museum collects is surprising. What I like the most is the living scenario based exhibition. The museum sets up many rooms to restore the various aspects of local’s life in the Kutchan area, from skiing gears, train station, typical household to classrooms.
An amazing little museum and I truly appreciate all the effort the local community put into it to preserve and show case such rich cultural and natural history.

The EdVenture Niseko summer camp is highly praised by participants of various ages, including 8 and 13-year-olds. Both the summer and winter programs have been enjoyed by many for several years now. The overnight camp option, which allows parents to join in on the fun, has also received positive feedback. Led by Jack and his excellent team, the program offers small classes where kids can truly learn how to ski. Furthermore, their office staff is also incredibly friendly.

Kutchan Catholic Church is a petite and enchanting place of worship where services are conducted in Japanese. What sets this church apart is their willingness to assist with translations of the most important parts into English. At this church, one can truly experience the tranquility bestowed by God and engage in heartfelt worship. It is indeed a privilege to have such a divine establishment located in Kutchan, offering solace to its community members.
A small charming Catholic Church, the service is in Japanese but they offer help translating the most relevant sections into English. The most important thing is that by attending to this church you can experience the peace of God and can worship God. It is a blessing to have this church in Kutchan.

On July 19, after 9:00 a.m., the ascent of Nitonupuri began. The climb proved to be more challenging than the previous day's Iwaonupuri. Descending and maneuvering down cliffs required roping, navigating fallen trees, and occasionally encountering large steps in the rocks. It took approximately 60 minutes to reach the summit via a straightforward and easily identifiable path. Due to limited climbers, encounters with others were scarce throughout the journey.

The Hilton Niseko Village is a well-appointed hotel nestled in the mountains, boasting numerous amenities such as restaurants, bars, and a spa. The location also provides ski-in/ski-out access for avid skiers. The staff are exceptional and play a crucial role in guests' enjoyable experiences at the hotel. Although there are too many outstanding employees to name individually, they collectively contribute to making visitors' stays unforgettable.
Our stay was wonderful. The breakfast here is absolutely worth it. The restaurants in the hotel serve amazing food. The staff was amazing and friendly. Learn the bus schedules and getting around town is no problem. It is hard to get a taxi but the receptionist told us this at check-in so we just took the bus. Many of the restaurants in the area are reservation only and fill up fast so book early.

The location is the major draw. The staff are friendly, helpful, and well trained. It’s English friendly. The food was good. The rooms are ok , a bit outdated, but have a nice view. The onsen was kind of disappointing. It’s small, could use resurfacing, and only has 2 pools. One indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor pool is undercover and only open on one side.

The Hilton hotel is not very convenient if you don't have your own transport because it can be very hard to go out for dining. The nearby restaurants are at least a 5-minute drive away. The room is a bit old but is bigger than usual.

I can only give 2 stars to this hotel. The rooms are dirty, there was black mold in the window frames, Window screens have dust; the carpets are super stained and dirty, and everything is super outdated. The TV barely works and is from the 90s, just overall dirty and needs some love. when you’re paying what they’re asking there are some basic standards that should be in place. The thing that we enjoyed was the location. It’s very conveniently located at the base of the mountain. Nice to have a ski in ski out.

We stayed for 4 nights here but were disappointed in most aspects.
Hotel is far from village center and shuttle bus is extremely infrequent (every 2 hrs during peak hours in the morning). We also had an experience when the hotel bus departed earlier than scheduled at the village center bus stop - not ideal considering how infrequent their buses operated.
Apart from hotel restaurants, there are very few food options within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel in room dining also stops at 10pm.
We sat at the hotel lobby to relax but were "kicked out" at 11pm (they turned off all lights and stopped the music).
When asked about nearby services (we were trying to seek medical help), hotel staffs were unable to understand and kept asking if we wanted our room to be made.
We were also interrupted during our sleep by hotel staffs ringing our door asking if we called to have bedsheets changed (which we didn't).
The front concierge staffs were quite slow and typically have to wait for a long time before someone attends to you.
However, room was nice and we had a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good.
Overall I would have expected more from the Hilton.

I stayed for a solo birthday trip and when I tell you the staff here was the BEST I mean it! Although I was by myself they assisted me with everything and were so friendly and accommodating. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful but there was a nice Italian lady I think her name was Katia. She was amazing! Also the restaurant manager Karen made me feel like I was so welcomed and helped me so much. The room itself was nice nothing fancy just a nice normal hotel room that I would expect. The Onsen was great. The food breakfast, lunch, and dinner was so good! The only thing I wish was that you didn’t have to go a town over just to get more stores and etc but it’s not far (the taxi is expensive). The ski lift is literally right next to the hotel so I had a blast trying out skiing for the first time. Overall I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I would mostly stay here again because of the amazing staff members who made it so special!

I’d advise anyone reading this to stay elsewhere. Aesthetically, the hotel was outdated (small, plastic bathrooms with no mirror and 70’s fixtures and design throughout.) Logistically, it is far from the main town with restaurants / shops and the staff do not care at all about helping you call cabs or access transportation - the buses run fairly sporadically, there are often no cabs, and if you miss the last bus back to the hotel from town, you’re basically out of luck. The staff won’t have any solutions for you. There are few restaurants or activities nearby other than what’s in the hotel.
And what’s in the hotel is disorganized and haphazard at best. If you call the room service number, no one answers - I had to call five separate people and once I placed my order, the food took an hour and a half to arrive. Nothing runs smoothly, lines are long, and again the staff is pretty unconcerned. The spa only seemed to be open two hours a day and none of the staff seemed to know how to make reservations there. It’s incredibly difficult to find a seat almost anywhere in this hotel (likely because no one can leave to go to town).
The only pro is that it’s easy to access the mountain and ski in / ski out - though I understand that’s also the case at other hotels in the area.
I highly recommend staying in Hirafu or at least a different hotel.

Very nice hotel, grand and good facilities in general. Helpful and friendly staff, quite good breakfast spread. But not giving full marks because, on the night we arrived there was no one to help us with our many luggage and there wasn’t even a large group being served or anything. But the check-in staff was quick and efficient, good in English.
Than when we called in to say the body lotion bottle was empty, after 1 day still didn’t refill and had to call again before it was filled. Stayed during the period 13-15 mar 23. Also didn’t provide bottled water till then second day. Asked and was told to drink from the tap. A bit strange but otherwise still good.

Booked Hilton for ski in its early season.
It’s beyond my expectations in many ways.
1. Although it’s not new hotel, the room is well maintained and has astonishing view of MT Yotei. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the room.
2. Onsen and breakfast are both amazing. Enjoying the onsen after full day ski is of a great delight.
3. The staff are welcoming and flexible to help your request whenever you have. Good value for the money.
Highly recommend this hotel in Niseko.

So glad the tour agency chose Hilton Niseko for our stay even though it was just for 1 night. The hotel lobby was so welcoming with the Christmas vibes. Spacious lounge to chill out with a drink. The ski terrain is just outside. Room was great. We got a room view of the ski terrain. But just that we always get corner rooms. Comfy beds, with bath tub. Feels so comfortable here. They have hot spring facility too. Buffet dinner spread was delicious and the staff were friendly and they aren't just japanese but also from other countries to serve international visitors. We top up additional for a Japanese sake which was good, spicy taste not too overwhelming. Breakfast spread was good as well. Had a good time sledding the next morning after breakfast. Really a good experience for the 1st time staying at Hilton.

Great hotel, great location, and the best staff. The Hilton has everything you need and the location is great to ski everywhere. What made the trip for me was the staff. Katia was an amazing concierge and assured us everything was taken care of well before we even arrived. Even fighting the weather and travel issues, she helped us every step of the journey. Nishitani was also amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. These two were critical to us enjoying our stay, yet there were so many more that had a part in it as well. Too many awesome staff members to name but the Hilton team alone made the visit wonderful. Highly recommend to others.

This should be an amazing hotel but it's not. First, you can't beat the location as base camp for skiing. Gondola out the back door and ski valet (included) yards away from the lift line. That's about the end of the good. The rooms are small and out dated with plastic one piece molded showers in a bathroom not big enough for a sink (it's in the entry of the room). They didn't have the AC on (or it doesn't exist, never got an answer) and the doors are paper thin. Only two restaurants were still open in early April - the buffet restaurant was mediocre at best and the other required reservations 1 or 2 days ahead of time. The "village" had already shut down for the season so these were your only choices without a bus ride. The bus was an option but route times were inconvenient and spaced out so you had to plan your day around their schedule. It is a drive from everything else and so far away that taxis would rarely come by. The interior is outdated, the spa was open at random times and the convenient store on-site was very limited. Overall, just not up to Hilton standards and we won't be back.

The location is quite far away from the city, but the room is cozy and the size is comfortable for 2 people.
The night view is awosome while taking the hot spring outside which is closed to the pond, then you would feel relaxed to see the mountain view and moon during the time to enjoy hot spring.
(If you want to take hot spring outside in the morning, the sunshine would be too shiny.......it is better to enjoy the hot spring at night)
Besides, the shower space is big and each open showering cube is seperated, and no need to worry about the shower water will splash other people.
By the way, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided and put in each showering cube, which is convinent to enjoy the bath without taking any cleaning products.
After taking shower, there is a cozy area for people to wash face, put make up and dry hair, then the toner, lotion and cosmetics pads are provided on each dressing table, which is designed with sink.(very convienient)
Don't forget to bring your own towel and wear clothes they provided to enjoy the moment.

A very mixed bag overall. The hotel itself is very nice and the setting is exceptional. But the room falls completely short of what is expected of a 4 stars hotel.
Some of the service is also questionable. We ordered room service and were very surprised to get it delivered to us in craft takeout bags with carton boxes and low end wooden forks and knives.
I believe the room experience is still the core business of a hotel.
Thus, I can’t see myself walking into a Hilton again anytime soon after this experience.

Amazing Hotel… ski resort… golf course… Melt Restaurant has amazing breakfast… shuttle bus to Kutchan station and local shops… we had panoramic room looking over ski resort… views to Mt Yotei 😜

Not near good restaurants. Poor transportation to other resorts and Hirafu. The restaurant for late night served us food that probably had been under a heat lamp for 4 hours. Although there are perks to the ski in/out there are numerous better places to stay.

One of the best ski in and ski out hotel. Super convenient if you love the mountain. We visited right as the spring season started. Less shops open which was a small trade off to a very awesome experience. Less crowded.

Food in hotel is pretty bad and not worth the value . The hotel is secluded and the convenience store is far. The the chair lift is very old and fast. Service was lacking compared to there prices. The good side is that they clean the room everyday and they have shuttle bus

Cannot stress enough that I do not recommend nesiko Hilton. If you reserve a room they will raise the rates on you when you check out. As a Hilton honors member they will not let you use points and the benefits are different here than what honors usually promise. The hotel is old and outdated. Honestly recommend to use someone different besides these guys.

Overall a decent place. You can tell the staff are tired of dealing with tourists (and I can't blame them, listening to some conversations). The views and lobby and hotel grounds are beautiful, and worth the stay. I'm giving 2 stars because of the transportation to and from the hotel. This Hilton needs more shuttle services or transportation options. There's only two buses running in a circuit between all the resorts (so they're very crowded), and Hilton is the last stop. It's about an hour long bus ride from the station to the hotel, with about an hour between departure times. The buses also aren't a very reliable option; my wife experienced getting skipped by a bus. You also have to pay for the bus (which isn't too expensive). Taxis are not easy to reserve, and they're expensive. 4K Yen from the hotel to the train station, and we were lucky to get a taxi at all. Nearly missed the train which would've left us stranded there.

Rooms very small but the proximity to the gondola and the amazing staff made up for it. Food was average, and lots of the restaurants were shut due to it being near the end of the ski season.

Would have rated 5 stars if only they offer in-room dining services 24-7; nonetheless, this is still the best place in Niseko for ski-in and ski-out. Glad they have more options for food. The view from the outdoor onsen and from their rooms is just magical. Love the breakfast buffet!
We’ll definitely be back next year.

I had a very happy 5 night stay at the Hilton Niseko Village. The snow is fine and powdery, suitable for skiing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, combined with Japanese-Western style, suitable for the price. The hotel has an outdoor onsen, perfect for relaxing your sore muscles after skiing. Excellent service staffs. Will definitely come back to stay again.
(Translated by Google) This beer is aromatic, has a good texture, and is quite delicious.
I often think that craft beer doesn't have good value for money, but this beer has good value for money.
I would definitely buy again if I come to this area.

There were 2 main buildings; one brewery and one office.
It looks like there is no beer being retailed. The place was shut today.

There is a signboard for Route 5, but be careful as you don't know if you can tour the factory or if there is a store.
