Shoal Bay is a picturesque bay that boasts sandy beaches, water sports and regular dolphin sightings. It features an idyllic stretch of brilliant white sand, sprinkled with tiny crushed shells and remains remarkably free from any blight. The area offers small-scale resorts and villas as well as laid-back beach bars along the sand.
One of the BEST beaches. Soft powdery sand consisting of pink coral specs and white seashell flakes. Amazing turquoise pristine waters. Cannot get enough of the beautiful views.

Atmosphere was nice, Diversity String band was great. The food was horrible! I ordered steak medium well … I got a well done and chewy steak! I brought it to their attention and a discount was given. Lesson: don’t order steak at a beach bar!

This was our favorite beach on the island when we visited for the first time. Although a beach this beautiful shouldn't be secluded, that's exactly what it was. It was like we had the whole beach to ourselves. I walked all the way to the point and east to a part of the beach where there was no one. The clarity of the water is perfect and the colors of blue, amazing. Beach restaurants were available as were beach umbrellas and chairs. A great place to go to relax and get away from it all.

Shoal Bay East is a world class beach! It is a magical and uplifting place. The sand is silky white and incredibly soft and smooth. The water is incredibly clear and clean. We were and still are blown away by this beach. We were greeted by "Ray" once we got there and he was Awesome and Kind. He owns beach rental items and they are very affordable. I believe two beach chairs and an umbrella were either 10 or 20 bucks only for the day. There are two restaurants right on the beach that are very clean and the food was outstanding and the service was great.

Meads Bay Pond is a significant bird habitat in Anguilla, serving as an important area for breeding of least terns. It is a wetland area with clear and warm waters, and beautiful granular sand that exhibits wonderful shades of turquoise and blue surf. The beach is home to some of the top resorts on the island such as Malliouihana and Four Seasons, which offer great service and excellent food.
Watching the sun set at Meads Bay Pond is breath taking . Whether you are waddling in the waves or twirling your toes n the sand, thisbeach provides the best location to watch all phases of the glorious sun as it sets upon the waves in the distant horizon.

Maundays Bay is a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, offering visitors a variety of water activities and nearby dining options. The beach is especially popular for swimming and taking long walks along the mile-long shoreline. This stunning bay boasts crystal clear blue waters that are sure to take your breath away, making it a true paradise destination.
Shallow turquoise water, wide white sandbar, the beach I liked the most in Anguilla, no joke Four Seasons is there. Beach is public, chairs and umbrella are for hotel guests there is a big public area where you can set your stuff and enjoy the whole day. Good restaurant at the end.

Locals claimed the water was dirty because the waves were rolling. This still may have been the best beach I’ve seen in my life. The water was so clear with the different hues of blue. Prickley Pear Cays is an unpopulated island situated near Anguilla, known for its pristine white-sand beaches and opportunities for snorkeling. The island features an underwater cavern located 6 miles northwest of the mainland that offers excellent diving experiences with sightings of nurse sharks and barracuda swimming through rock formations as well as several sunken shipwrecks.
Must do!!! We used Jenice tours with Warren and Dean, they are the best. This island is amazing. They have a restaurant there you can eat at, but we decided to hike around instead to make most of our time there. The views are immaculate. Untouched sands other than my own footprints and glass like water. It’s the perfect day trip. It’s about a 25 minute ride from Sandy Ground where they pick you up. You can also see little Prickley pear from the tip of the island.

We’ve spent 7 nights here in an upstairs room, and it is heaven. We have drove around the island, each day exploring the various beautiful beaches of Anguilla, but we are in the perfect location on the island. There are restaurants within walking distance, but rent a car so you can go to Embers, Blanchards, Straw Hat as well. Breakfast has been great and ties us over to dinner. The people in Anguilla are so sweet and helpful. The staff at Rendezvous Bay Hotel are incredible. We will definitely be back.

Oh we love these people! The Location is sheer perfection, cleanliness, food and drink. It's quiet, all you hear is the ocean unless you want to put on some music. We had visited Anguilla and Fell in Love in 2015 - stayed at La Vue and really loved THOSE folks and the location, but drove around the island visiting every beach. Rendezvous Bay would be a Bucket List place to stay on it's own merit and you Can Stay in the 600+ dollar per night spots and be "Just off the Beach," at the other end of the bay. Here, it is Very Affordable, Very Clean, LARGE Rooms with a nice kitchen and plenty of storage for luggage etc. It's like having your own place, your own sweeeet patio, maybe a dozen steps into the water. The Sunsets are Phenomenal, bottom is sandy and service is excellent. Nice little walk down the beach for breakfast gives you another little walk AFTER breakfast and you always arrive back with a happy belly. The food and drink is Always Great! We will be back soon! At Rendezvous Bay Hotel, We found our Paradise! (Don't tell TOO MANY People!)

For thrill-seekers, there are cliffs that provide the ultimate adrenaline rush through cliff jumping.

This is a great place to snorkel. We took Calvin's Boat Service from Crocus Bay. He dropped us off, asked us when we wanted to be picked up and left. There were alot of people there to start off but they all left not long after. There was fish to see and the turtles were out. There was people jumping off the rock, paddle boarding, and just swimming. The bay is very sheltered so the water is calm.
Calvin came and picked us up on time and chatted with us all the way back. He's not to badly priced either.

Dolphin Discovery Anguilla St. Maarten is a picturesque and oceanfront center that offers swimming packages and dolphin encounters. The dolphins are entertaining, but their enclosures are not very large compared to other centers in Curacao. However, Dolphin Discovery seems to take better care of the dolphins than other places. Guests can enjoy activities such as riding through the water or being pushed by feet, which is great fun.
Did the Royal Swim on June 28th 2017 an amazing experience our group has 8 people. We were able to do the Foot Push twice since we got though all the other activities pretty quick.

Closed. The owners abandoned the place after the hurricane and left total mess behind. They took profit but now they do not care. (It is almost half a year since)

The dolphins are good fun, although their enclosures are not that big.
Compared to another one in Curacao we could do a lot more with the dolphins, but they seemed to take better care in Curacao.
Riding through the water or being pushed by our feet was great fun.
The pictures are expensive for sure. I bet more people would buy them if the rate was lower.

Great excursion. Waters can be rough, we were in at least 10' swells with the dolphins. Don't take any jewelry, glasses, ....... If you have sandals or wet socks, wear them......they have you standing on a grate-like fence, and it does not feel good on the feet!!!
....worth it. Great people!

Amazing experience, the trainers and tour guides were really friendly and fun. The dolphins were really well looked after and so good to swim with. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing dolphin experience. Highlight of our honeymoon cruise.
Richard Fellows — Google review
It was a sad experience. The dolphins are slaves, working against their will to make money for big business. The environment they were in was a fenced in prison. Our dolphin, Penelope, was underweight and never once opened her eyes. I would never do this again....cannot support this type of business. Also, we were not allowed to take photos, had to buy their poor quality, cheesy touristy pictures, for a ridiculously high price, if we wanted some. Disappointing all around.

My mom and I were on a cruise with Holland America, and because of the only 6 hours of time we would be docked in St Marteen, and the fact that the Dolphin Discovery was not on the excursions lists, we thought it wouldn't be possible have our desired dolphin experience on the trip. Still we badly wanted to find a great dolphin experience with the 6 hours we had on the island. We went to the info desk and asked about what we could possibly do with the time we had and still get back to the ship by 2pm. The super helpful girl behind the desk made a phone call and got us set up with the dolphin experience (minus the dolphin swim and lunch on the beach they offered -we just didn't have the time for all that). They even pro-rated it for us so we were not charged for the things we would miss. An hour later we were in a group of people on the way to a ferry to then get transportation to the Dolphin Discovery Anguilla. They were so accommodating for us. Since we did have less time then everyone else (who had all come from other cruise ships) they made sure we were handed off to each person in charge each time we moved (from the info desk in St. Martern to the ferry, from the ferry stop to the taxi stop, then at Dolphin Discovery. Also, all the way on our way back they got us a private taxi and put us on a speed boat so we'd get back on time!). When we did get to Dolphin Discovery they gave us a few minutes to get our life vests on (go potty, too) and went over the hand motions we needed to know for the dolphin experience. We were in and out of the water in about 20 minutes with plenty of time to meet and get to know Paris, a five year old male dolphin. It was such a wonderful experience that my mom and I will never forget! Thank you so much Dolphin Discovery for going WAY out of your way to help us make one of our dreams come true! And we were at our ship with time to spare, with a cd of all our pictures and souvenir tshirts, too! :-)

This should be called dolphin prison. These beautiful, social and highly intelligent creatures are caught in the wild, ripped from their social unit and forced to live the rest of their lives in these tiny cages. All this is done just so you can swim with them. This "industry" is vile and everyone that supports it should be ashamed.
The Heritage Collection Museum in Anguilla is a remarkable private collection curated by Mr. Colville Petty, featuring historical items from the island's past, including artifacts from the indigenous Amerindians to modern-day memorabilia. Mr. Petty's dedication and extensive knowledge make the museum a must-visit for anyone interested in Anguilla's history.
Mr Colville Petty has curated a fantastic private collection of historical items from Anguilla throughout the ages, from the indigenous Amerindians through to modern day. His dedication to showcasing this remarkable island’s history is commendable, and he is extremely knowledgable about each era and piece on display. With Mr Petty having personally experienced Anguilla’s revolution in the 60s and 70s, this section of the museum is filled to the brim with wonderful anecdotes and memorabilia from such an important era in the island’s history. We learned so much about Anguilla from visiting the Heritage Collection Museum and were more than happy to pay the $10 entry fee to support his endeavours. Would recommend a visit to anyone planning a trip to Anguilla.

The Devonish Art Gallery is a charming destination for shopping, offering an appealing selection of artwork by local artists at reasonable prices. This gallery boasts a diverse collection of prints and other works, showcasing the talent of various Anguilla-based creatives. While some visitors may wish for more unique souvenir options beyond magnets and mugs, the gallery still holds appeal for those seeking beautiful artwork to enjoy or purchase. The friendly staff and welcoming environment add to the overall appeal of this top art destination on the island.
It's not a big place, but it was where we got the vast majority of our souvenirs on Anguilla. The gift/souvenir room is in the same shop as the art gallery, and it was nice to see both. The lady running it was friendly too.

Captain's Bay is a stunning beach destination that requires some effort to reach. Visitors can drive in a 4x4 or walk down the unpaved road, which is not too taxing. The secluded beach is ideal for those seeking solitude in a pristine environment as there are no facilities nearby. While swimming may be challenging due to the rough waves, soaking up the sun on the sandy shore provides an unparalleled experience with breathtaking views.
Need a 4x4 to even get near this place. I walked from our rental in Island Harbor for my morning walk. It’s beautiful. BIG waves on the day I came. Ironside on the left portion of bay. Totally private. Beautiful deep white sand. No sargassum. Feb 2024.

Found this beach while exploring the island with a local I met (who's never explored this part of the island either). It was quite a little adventure to find this beach. I followed the GPS as close as I could which ultimately terminates on a private road with dirt roads/paths continuing on. I parked my car since I didn't want to try driving in the rental on the unpaved roads. After 15 minutes or so of wandering down the dirt paths, it spits you out here. My biggest regret of my trip was not bringing food/drink and my folding chair and just hanging out longer. We ended up hiking the rocks near the hotel, and exploring the other side of the peninsula to watch the waves explode on the rugged coast. Still awesome, but boy is this a once in a lifetime beach. It's hard to get to, but that's a good thing. It means you will likely have the beach to yourself and a very nice reward for the driving/exploring/hiking you will need to do to discover this beach.
Adam Goldstein — Google review
I tried to get here in a rented Nissan March but had to park half way down the unpaved road and walk the rest. It’s not too far of a walk and can be done in flip flops, although trainers might be a better option. You can probably drive the entire road in a 4x4. The beach itself is just beautiful. We were the only people there and it was like a slice of heaven. I attempted to swim but the waves are quite rough, so wouldn’t recommend for snorkelling, but a quick dip might be ok. But sitting back on the sand, with only your own footprints around, is really quite something. Take your own water and food as there are no amenities in the vicinity, but totally worth the trip!

Rendezvous Bay is a popular bay in Antigua that features sandy beaches, hotels, restaurants, and spas. It is one of the loveliest beaches on the island and can be reached after a 90-minute walk through the rainforest. The beach is secluded and usually quiet due to its remoteness from main areas.

Anguilla water sports answered the phone and were willing to deliver a kayak for us to Crocus Bay to paddle to Little Bay. We had a great time since there are so few tourists, had the place to ourselves all day. Great customer service. Also, renting a kayak to visit Little Harbor is a great activity. It is only accessible by boat or kayak and it is a protected area of the island. The water is crystal clear; we saw sea turtles; and the snorkeling was really good. Check it out. It’s worth the drive.

Quiet, empty little beach town with trees and very small amount of buildings there. If you want a $15 boat ride to little bay there’s a guy named Calvin you can rent from. He’s always there. Next to the right is Katouche Bay. I heard there’s a couple non-native monkeys that live there that drifted ashore from another country during a hurricane.

Cove Bay is a renowned destination among both natives and tourists for its beautiful shoreline of fine-grained sand. The beach is accompanied by an entertainment hub, which encompasses a bar and eatery featuring live music performances.
