Tangamanga Park I is an expansive green space that boasts of various amenities, including walking and biking trails, sports areas, a zoo, BBQ spots, theaters, playgrounds, gardens, trails with art pieces and statues. Moreover,it has a water park known as Splash and a children's museum. The park also offers animal recovery protection programs and bike rentals for those interested in outdoor activities.
Hands-down, one of the most beautiful parks I’ve ever visited. I usually travel so that I can have outdoor running time.
This park ranks up there with Central Park and Hyde Park.

Tangamanga Park is a huge and amazing place where you can spend a good time with your loved ones. Being a familiar place you got the opportunity to do a lot of things such as playing soocer, basketball, tennis, cycling even swimming. But don't worry It's not all about working out or having fun by doing physical activities, you also can come here to get relaxed making a barbecue or even having a birthday party.
It's opened almost the whole year (just closed on holidays) so you can enjoy it whenever you want, if you don't want to deal with a crowed place avoid coming on Sundays ;)

The Centro de las Artes San Luis Potosí is an art center located in a restored 19th-century gaol. The complex houses a museum in the former cells as well as sculpture displays. The spacious facility includes multiple patios and gardens, all meticulously maintained and serene. Visitors can enjoy the constant fresh breeze while exploring the many different areas of the center. This beautifully transformed former prison is a must-see for anyone interested in art and history.
Absolutely magical! The refurbished former prison has been turned into an art center. Probably the most beautiful place I've seen recently, the transformation is a must see. Walk around the many different gardens and visit the museum.

From the videos and reviews that I have seen and read, they make little justice. First, the place is ENORMOUS. You really can't capture it until you see it for yourself. From outside one can't tell. There's many patios and places to explore. Everything is kept extremely clean, quiet, serene, just beautiful. To top it all a fresh clean breeze runs constantly. And this is just the outside. MUST SEE MUST VISIT.

I attended mass here although it's all in Spanish. Very solemn and I like the atmosphere inside. It's really like the church of the old days. Amazing. I noticed that there are beggars sitting at the back as well as around the vicinity of the church. There are tourist buses outside if you want to tour the city. It's also close to shopping areas, pharmacies and government buildings.
The Museo Laberinto de las Ciencias y las Artes is a modern museum boasting innovative areas and interactive displays showcasing the fields of science, technology, and art. It offers an enriching experience for visitors of all ages at an affordable price point. The staff are bilingual and provide helpful explanations in either English or Spanish. While it may not be considered the absolute best museum in its category (as some prefer Nemo in Amsterdam), it is definitely one worth visiting.
Great museum with lots of activities wheelchair accesible, several themes very entertaining! The have a Japanese exhibition which is beautiful totally recommended

A great place for children. But ... I had to pay for an 8-month-old baby who didn't even walk and play even less. I took photos at birthday party and they wanted to charge me for 10 minutes of being in the room; at the end of the fiesta, I came to photos, they wouldn't let me in until I paid - very bad :(

Great place and area, about 20% of things don't seem to work which isn't too bad but kind of awkward as you try to figure things out and nothing happens and then you move on.. staff are nice. Very cruel they disabled the water fountains because of covid when they don't even sell water ?! Is making children dehydrated better for their health especially in a post-covid 2023 world?

Plaza de Aranzazu in San Luis Potosi, Mexico is a notable square featuring an 18th century convent, stables with arches, and a beautiful fountain. Considered as one of the best places to visit in San Luis, it offers fewer crowds compared to the city center. The plaza boasts several restaurants serving good menus and is also known for hosting weddings almost every weekend. One can also take advantage of the opportunity to explore museums and buy interesting items near the church.

It was a wonderful experience to explore the rich history of the railroad system in San Luis Potosi. The museum showcased a wide range of exhibits, but my personal favorite was the remarkable train model village. I highly recommend visiting during weekdays as you can also enjoy a train ride. Moreover, this museum is perfect for families with children as it provides kid-friendly facilities and even has an elevator for easy accessibility. Although the cafeteria was closed, there was a vending machine available.
The museum is an easy walk from the center of the city. The building is a beautiful Art Deco style that has been kept in excellent condition.
There is an amazing model train display.

Inside you will find pieces from the pre-Hispanic period, to the arrival of the first Spaniards, life during the viceroyalty and an impressive religious temple that in its beginnings had restricted access for the population.
Architecturally speaking, the place is very beautiful, in the Novo Hispanic style.
