Ringwood Brewery is a local institution and well known for their craft beers. They have a range of different products which are all made with care, and the brewery has an interesting history which you can learn more about in the shop. The bar is quaint and the shop well stocked, making it a great place to visit if you're looking for some delicious craft beers. However, we feel that they could do with offering tours so that even more people can experience their amazing facilities!
Great experience. Had a lovely few pints in the bar today with my husband who loves Ringwood Beer. Such informative ladies in the shop, who knew so much about their product. The bar is quaint and the shop well stocked. Can’t understand why they can’t do tours yet though that’s disappointing!

What a gem! Beautiful little bar inside and a well stocked shop. Can take away freshly poured beer. Great traditional brewery with delicious ale!

Poped in while on a weekend break.
Great spot for a pint or two and some local info.
Had a great time and will definitely do the brewery tour next time (without the little ones).
Big thumbs up.

Great bar, truly amazing beer and wonderful staff. Let's hope they start the tours again soon

Great tour, very charismatic and likeable. Good beers and everyone seemed to find something they liked even the baby! Lots to see and definitely one for wet windy day, maybe not ideal on a hot summers one! (Warm in some of the rooms)

What a pleasant little pub with a great atmosphere. It's quaint, cosy, the staff are super friendly and the beers taste amazing.
It's my new regular spot for a quick pint on the way home from work.

Great place to get local beer from a local business. It is an especially good place if you need a large amount of beer for a summer party or large gathering. Boondoggle seems to go down really well.

Love popping in and stocking up on beer. Great way to spend a lunch break. Fairly priced without a loyalty card, really good if you are a member
It's a real shame that the tours don't happen any more. Hopefully some new owners will reinstate this.
Always feel a bit cheeky going in and only buying the non Ringwood beers, bring back the XXXX Porter or the original strength Old Thumper, in my view those were head and shoulders above the other Ringwood branded beers.

What a fantastic experience! Some brewery tours feel like just a tourist attraction, but Ringwood Brewery is the authentic real deal. We tasted the malted hops and how the 'chocolate malt' was discovered - and so much more about the history of ale in general. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about the art of brewing, or anyone who just likes beer in general!

Closing this brewery is a tragedy. A sign of the decline of our country. Ringwood brewery has been incredible, and won't ever be beaten.

Great place. Absolute sacrilege Carlsberg are closing it down. I hope it rises from the ashes one day

Outstanding place to visit. Get some fresh ale as it should be consumed. Order your takeaway ale at the counter freshly made and have a pint at the bar while you wait.

Whenever I get the chance I pop in to refill my 4.5 pint jug with fresh beer from here. Popped in today to refill with Boon Doggle and it’s just so fresh. Really nice little shop with a selection of ales, wines and spirits, friendly staff and really reasonable prices for the quality you get. 4.5 pints for under £8 is brilliant value and I’ll keep coming back for more as you really can’t beat having proper fresh beer straight from the brewery. I keep the jug in my van just incase I ever happen to be passing.
The Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum is a world-renowned motorcycle museum that is filled with some of the most exotic bikes ever made. The museum was founded by former championship rider and 11 time British Champion Sammy Miller. The collection includes over 350 bikes spanning all different eras and styles of motocross racing. If you're a motorcyclist yourself, it's definitely worth ▲▼▲ visiting!
Well worth a visit for anyone that’s into motorbikes and also for those that aren’t. An amazing collection to wander around. Ranges from very early bikes, sports bikes to very rare one of a kind. Also on display are the original bikes raced by Sammy Miller. If you love bikes then go visit but only downside will be you cannot take any away with you 😁😁

As a life long motorcyclist I've always wanted to visit this museum but never got around to it, this year I managed to combine an open day for adventure motorcyclists with a look around the museum. It more than surpassed my expectations with an astonishing collection of vintage and classic motorcycles. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic Museum, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The range of bikes is astounding, so many styles and eras that any bike fan will find something they love. the range of collectables and memorabilia including Sammy's trophy case could take you days to get through. The Tearooms were great though we didn't have food on this visit so can't attest to that.
The animals were all showing off and very vocal, while the donkeys were quiet but thankful for an ear scratch. Definitely recommend.

Great museum for all things about the motorbike. Really well laid out. Interesting to read about the history of the bikes. A lot of Sammy Millers' bikes there, as well as great many of his trophies! There are about 500 bikes exhibited.
Great tea room there too. (Including cooked breakfast). Spaces inside and out. There are a couple of small art/craft shops too. Kids can enjoy looking at the various animals near the entrance (Goats, alpaca, sheep, ducks, budgies etc). Would definitely visit again one day.

One of the best collections of motorcycles in the world, mainly from the earliest days at the turn of the century through to the early eighties, over 400 of them. Features many one offs and factory specials. Even saw Sammy Miller himself, after a quick chat at 88 I can assure you all the bearings are still in place! Allow at least 3 to 4 hours to get round all the halls.

Great place, worth more than one visit.
Lots of information, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Suitable for both the well informed as well as beginners.
Get up close with great pieces of motoring history.
Good literature is for sale as well if you want to bring some high quality reading with you home.

Superb place to visit especially if you are a Motorcycle petrol head. Rows and rows of immaculate two wheeled machinery and artefacts galore, a definite must place to visit. Sammy Miller, what a Legend he is and such a lovely person. Raced on roads, tracks and trials courses.

Really great museum showcasing bikes from the early days right up to modern.
Sammy's trophy cabinet is something to behold of his achievements over the years.
We were lucky enough to meet the great man on the day we visited and what a gent he is.
Highly recommend a visit.
There's a coffee shop on site too.

This place is simply incredible. If you're a motorcycle enthusiast, you really must visit.
There are so many machines to see; I don't think they could squeeze many more in to this already substantial building.
The place is well laid out and the exhibits range from machines barely more than bicycles with engines to more modern bikes (though not machines you would regularly see in the roads today).
The highlight for me was seeing a Honda CD 175 identical to one I had as a teenager more than 4 decades ago. That bike was special to me and it was a little emotional seeing it in showroom condition.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy working there. And why wouldn't they. The bikes are lovingly cared for and the whole place is spotlessly clean.
There are toilets there but no onsite refreshments - although there is a delightful tea room across the courtyard.
There is (own risk) helmet and m/c jacket storage just inside the entrance. Parking is more than adequate. There is a very small gift shop that isn't actually a shop as such.
I went on bank holiday Monday and I can highly recommend the place. I'll be back.

Started in Cafe. Well worth a visit even if you're not going to the museum. Museum is brilliant even if yr not especially interested in bikes. Other exhibits too, old sewing machines for e.g. Good value for the money. There are aviaries outside too. You could spend a few hours here with lunch/coffee. Thoroughly recommend.

If you love motorcycles then you'll love this place. There are nearly 500 bikes, ranging from some of the earliest motorised bicycles to the more modern machines. Apparently all the bikes are in working order too!
You can also watch machines being fettled in the workshop, often by Sammy himself.
The staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
You can easily spend many hours here and there is a cafe across the courtyard and toilets, so a longer stay is possible.

Went to 2 Stroke Sunday here.
Great day out if it has been at any location but holding the meet here was like the icing on the cake!
Amazing place, great day out.

What a fabulous museum. Been on my bucket list for ages. Amazing collection way back to 1898 and still growing - and everything so shiny and they all work. What a tribute to our marvellous champion- apparently Sammy’s still riding. Thanks to collections manager Tracey for making my day special! Dream job!
Don’t rely on Google for opening times. Check the museum website or phone.

Absolutely wonderful place, Sammy Miller, in his workshop at the age of almost 90, is quite a sight! He has accumulated quite the collection and had an epic career. I took my husband for his 40th, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We even managed to see the same bike his Granny used to race on, A Douglas Speedway. The staff there were so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They have wonderful gift shops, a nice tea room on a lovely setting surrounded by Llamas, Sheep, and ducks.

Excellent museum. So many bikes to look at.
I took my 5 & 7 year olds. They had lots of fun looking around.
Outside before you enter the museum there are donkeys, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks and birds to look at.
In the courtyard there is a couple of craft type shops and a tearoom.
Upon paying entry to the museum we received a sticker to allow us to leave (go out to the tea room or courtyard area) and return if we wished.
There were teddy bears placed around the museum for the kids to spot - mine were very happy when they found them all.
Staff were very nice and welcoming - esepcially the lady on the reception desk!
Realistically I think 2 hours here was plenty but if I was more knowledgeable about motorbike’s I’m sure I could have stayed longer.
The kids each bought something small from the gift shop area.
The tearoom sold Tea, Coffee, cakes, ice cream; egg rolls, bacon rolls etc.
Parking is free on site.

A great museum and I have been twice. I was lucky enough to meet the owner and he lived up to all I had heard about him. The best thing about this museum is that virtually all the bikes here run so it is a living museum.

An absolutely amazing collection. Just when you think there can’t possibly be any more rare, unique and/or historical bikes to see, you turn a corner and find another room filled from wall to wall. A must see for any rider or motorcycle enthusiast.

Absolutely fantastic! So much more than expected, could easily have spent hours more there. Staff were great, welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous. Will definitely be back.
