Came here for dinner around sunset and had a lovely experience. The whole restaurant is open-air, and you have a wonderful view of the ocean wherever you sit. A friend and I a decided to share a few small plates instead of entrees, and we weren’t disappointed. We had the poke, the sweet potato chips and the pork won tons. The poke was alright, but the other two were so good! We also tried the Lava Flow and Caroline mocktails, with the Lava Flow being the favorite.
We had booked dinner here on a day when I knew we would be too tired to drive anywhere after our day of activities, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The view was gorgeous since it was right on the beach. The food was very fresh, and what I would expect from a Michelin recommended restaurant. I knew it was a good place when I saw a couple locals I recognized from the bakery I frequented having dinner here as well. You may be booking a reservation for the view or because it’s convenient, but you will be most delighted by the food here.
The food here was INCREDIBLE! Best we had on the island, and honestly may have been the best food I’ve ever had. Our server was incredibly gracious, friendly, and attentive. There was 8 of us celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary and we all received a complimentary glass of champagne to toast with. The server also waived their dessert cost. It was very windy while we were there and he did everything he could to make sure we were all comfortable, including bringing us several blankets and propping up an umbrella to block the wind. We all walked away in awe of this place and our server. Thank you Oasis for an unforgettable anniversary dinner for my grandparents.
Loved the ambience of this restaurant. The staff were super friendly as well. All their ingredients are sourced locally and they have their own fisherman who brings them fresh catch everyday. I had the Taro burger, which was delicious. The tomato was really good as well. I added some of their hot sauces to the soup, which added a bit of heat (in a good way).
To start, the ambience was incredible—eating right on the beach. They had some clear wind blockers to the sides so you could still view the ocean, but not get too cold while you were enjoying your meal.
Our server, Henry, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He seemed to know the menu very well.
We were lucky enough to have uku, which is Hawaiian snapper. It was amazing! My husband had the grilled catch, and I added the uku to my veggie curry. The curry was amazing, perfect amount of spice, and I loved all of the vegetables. We also ordered the poke appetizer and salted vanilla gelato which were delicious as well! Overall, an excellent experience.
