We had a great experience at the, Bistro On Main. All the staff were friendly, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was very comfortable. If you'd like a relaxing evening with wonderful food, excellent shops downtown, you can't go wrong with the Bistro in Lexington, VA.
We went to bistro on main for a birthday celebration. Our server and service could not have been better however The meals had a bit to be desired. The New York strips were tough and a bit overcooked and my shrimp and grits lacked flavor. The appetizers were very good. A bit overpriced but a nice experience. I would encourage that others give it a try and arrive at your own conclusion.
Absolutely delicious. I had fried calamari as an appetizer with the Gumbo as the main course. My wife had the Lobster Bisque, rich and creamy as an appetizer with Butternut Squash Ravioli for her main course. We both had Ceasar salads. All were excellent. Service was top notch. We brought home two slices of chocolate cheese cake for dessert. Definitely will be going back.
