Potsdam

Potsdam is the capital of the German state of Brandenburg. Located immediately Southwest of Berlin, Potsdam was a residence of the Prussian Kings and German Emperors. The major sights are situated around the terraced vineyards of the "Park Sanssouci" area, north-west of the center of Potsdam. In addition, the famous park itself is located a short commute from the New Garden ("Neuer Garten") and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Palaces and Parks of Potsdamer Landscape.
