Went to see the original rock band Chicago concert and guys gave an outstanding show. It was Fantastic! But the acoustics in The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center were absolutely horrible. We were in the Dress Balcony and had great seats but like I said, the acoustics were so bad that I will NOT go to another concert at the PAC.

Amazing show and amazing staff! Never waited in a line for drinks for more than 5 minutes and the prices were better than concerts. Had an absolutely amazing time

We had a great time at Cats. Wonderfully done. Such extensive stage production. The actors were talented but it is clear that stage management is just as talented. I really enjoyed our view from the second level balcony. We ordered drinks through the app to be ready for pick up at intermission. That worked out really well.

Beautiful place, very well organized admission, drop off & parking process, friendly ushers, very clean and upscale prices. We went to see "Clue" . Unfortunately, we and those around us had trouble hearing at times and understanding the conversations. We sat in the Orchestra rows under the balcony. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the price of the tickets. In comparison, we had recently seen "Anastasia" at Appleton North and had no trouble hearing clearly. Their sound system was phenomenal. Their performance was also phenomenal.

I have seen some amazing Broadway shows in this hall, and I have never had a bad seat. I have been back stage with students performing or attending a class here, and everyone is very helpful. It's a treasure foe the community.

We really enjoyed Cats at the PAC! Thanks to Lucky Seats we got second row tickets for $40 each and it was amazing! We appreciator how kind and helpful all of the ushers and staff are every time we visit!

Saw Hamilton here for the first time. I was very impressed with the performance, although the seating was a little uncomfortable. Also drinks are on par with any venue so bring some extra cash.

Ain't too proud to beg. This show is amazing. I cried. I laughed. I danced. Love love loved everything,,,the song, the story, the dancing, the orchestra. The whole dang show!!!! Best show!!!!

This place is super cool. So beautiful and can accommodate big crowds. I liked the red carpet all over.

Amazing theater. They have high quality productions there and the prices are sort of steep, but you tend to get what you pay for and not much different than going to a Packer game in terms of cost and entertainment value.

Pros.. beautiful facility, good production. Saw Les Miserables. A little tough understanding the lyrics, but a great job on everything in general. Cons...... You have to pay 10 to $20 for parking unless you want to walk a half a mile. They don't have enough bartenders to get you a drink quickly enough. The second you get your drink, they announce it's time to go back in. But for next to $3 they will sell you a sippy cups so you can bring your a drink in the theater. What a racket!

First time at this venue, & the Killer Queen Experience was an incredibly amazing show! Only negative was the endlessly long rows of seating (we were directly in the middle, front row, 1st balcony section). It was a long way to inch through the multitude of people seated to get to our spots. Once there, we didn't dare try to get out, so we were stuck for the duration, unable to leave for a drink or bathroom break. Very clastrophobic feeling. Never again, would I purchase tickets in similar seats. A break in the middle area for access out would make show-goers much safer & more comfortable.

Fabulous performance by Derek Hough and troupe. Perfect venue to watch the performance!

Note to self - the nosebleed seats are not for anyone that might need to have any leg space for over 2 hours. If a bathroom is what you need, there isn't one on the 4th floor. It will save you the hassle of looking for half the intermission. The refill discount drink service you can opt in for is them preparing the drink before intermission and leaving it out on a table without an attendant expecting you to know that it's there. This will save you the other half of intermission not waiting in line to pick up the refill. Maybe knowing what to expect can help your first experience here. The show was great easy in and out at the door and the parking garage was not too much of a nightmare. They also offer valet for $20.

6 stars, amazing historical house. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the home. According to her, the first place in the world to have electric lighting. All the Christmas decorations still up. A wonderful experience

You have to ring the bell and someone will let you in. $10 ea person. You are given a tour guide who takes you thru each room. Lasts about 2 hrs, at the end you are allowed to roam in the basement to check out some hands on activities. Was disappointed the third floor and servants stair ways were closed off to the public, but still worth your time if you love history and what beautiful woodwork throughout the house.

This is a gem of a museum. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the historic architecture and learning about the history of this home. The docins were super knowledgeable and the basement area was a blast to explore. The original woodwork and furnishings are incredible. It was our first visit, but apparently they are constantly changing the theme and hosting special tours so we can't wait to go back and learn more!

Absolutely loved our visit! The home and artifacts are absolutely stunning and shockingly well preserved; and the history is very intriguing! The individual who gave our tour was so passionate About the information and we were absolutely absorbed in the way he told the history and stories! 10/10 would visit again!

My husband and I stopped in for a tour and WOW - this surpassed all of my expectations. I love history, especially old buildings and homes, and this was one of the coolest things I’ve seen. The gentleman who gave us the guide, George, was incredible. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about this home and all the history connected to it. I learned more in this one hour tour than I ever could have expected. George made me feel genuine excitement moving from room to room in that home. I plan to go back around the holidays to experience the old-time Christmas feel surrounded by the decorations enveloping that historical home. Truly makes you feel like you’ve gone back to a place frozen in time. Take this tour and support this museum! Thank you especially to George for the truly impressive tour!

I love touring old estates. Our tour guide was very informative and answered our many questions. This mansion has been meticulously restored.

Definitely recommend during the holiday season. The decorations were beautiful. This year's theme, The 12 Days of Christmas, was fun because we tried to spot all the items from the song that were in each room. It was clear the museum staff was passionate about the home's history. Be aware that this is not a place for young children, and is not handicap accessible.

Kris did an AMAZING job giving us our tour. She spent about 1.5 hours with us & we thoroughly enjoyed it. I brought my 2 younger brothers (ages 13 & 16) & they LOVED it. It was a beautiful tribute to history & we all learned a lot. I highly recommend the tour to people of all ages! 😊

Very cool house. We went right as they opened and got a private tour. The basement is really cool and you get to interact with the exhibits. We want to come back at night for the holiday display.

Loved the visit to the Hearthstone museum, worth every minute I spent there! The decorations - Victorian style Christmas - amazing and I want to point out all the volunteers, who helped to make the experience even better. Would like to visit again - for a tour of the house during non Christmas time! P.S. I just thought I would add the photo of a doll that was in front of the Christmas tree downstairs)))

Super detailed, fascinating tour. Absolutely beautiful museum. Still in the process of being restored, so don't be shy about letting them keep the change after you pay the $8 entry fee. Staff is all volunteer, and their live and respect for history is glowingly obvious. At least 1 of the volunteers is from one of the families who owned and lived in the house. The community's appreciation for the foundation's work to save the house is also evident; almost none if the furnishings are original to the house. All of the incredibly valuable filler pieces were either donated or sold to them at below cost. Truly a magnificent way to spend a few hours!

Beautiful home with fantastic craftsmanship. We spent about an hour on the tour with one of the sons that used to live there. It's awesome that a home in Wisconsin was the first to be powered by electricity, have central heat, and indoor plumbing in the entire country. Worth a visit to learn a little history (like why people say "turn" on the lights), and see some really great architecture. We recommend it!

Who doesn't enjoy a night at the ballpark?! It's a great entertainment option for children and adults alike! Put down the screen and enjoy a game! Very entertaining and super friendly prices!

Attended a networking event there in February. Facility was excellent for the event with a main area and breakout rooms. Bar and food service were both very good. Great sign exposure for our group.

A comfortable stadium with many amenities! The Timber Rattlers had what seemed like non-stop action in between the innings and an engaging game. Weather didnt deter enjoying a fun night at the ballpark!

I really enjoy attending events here. The entire operation is well done. The staff is family friendly and professional. Everything from parking to concessions to bathrooms flows smoothly and without long waits. This could be a model for how it should be done.

Really nice stadium. I'd recommend sitting on the third base side in the evening or hot afternoon. Sun isn't in your eyes and early shade. Right field line is great for small kids. Room to run, sand box, and inflatables. Overall very enjoyable

What a great experience! Went on a Saturday night for family night. Lots of food and drinks to decide from. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Players interacted with the fans and free items were tossed in the stands throughout the night. Fireworks at the end were an added bonus!

We went for Donald Driver Green Bay softball tourney. This was a great experience at the stadium! And our seats were excellent. This place was fun, sweet staff, clean and well maintained bathrooms, great vendors.

We had the best seats in the house of the stadium while it was raining/misting. So glad the fireworks 🎆 still went on. The food from all the shops tasted great! We went with our girl scout troop. Always a good time!! Lots of fun!!

Nothing like a beautiful ballpark to watch a game. My wife & I were visiting our son in Appleton and found this little ballpark tucked alongside the highway. We got tickets for opening day and it was great! Love the old time feel of aluminum bench seating near the outfield. It was fun to see some up and coming MLB stars of the future. The place was spotless and everyone working there was so friendly. Best experience at a sporting event. Bought tons of memorabilia at the team store. So much to choose from. Even the food was fantastic. It got chilly towards the end and they even had hot chocolate. So going back.

The Baseball Game was awesome! Great Seats! The Concessions were delicious! 10/10!

We rented the cage/ pitching mound. The boys loved it. Staff was great in greeting us, making us feel welcome and getting us set up right away. Go Timber Rattlers!

A nice museum, though very small. The exhibits are brief and do not take long to get through. All in all plan to spend 30-60 mins total depending on how fast you read. Houdini is the exhibit still that has the most appeal, the rest are fairly dull and simple. Based on the price of admission, we were expecting much more as compared to museums throughout the rest of the state that charge the same. $10/person means a family of 3 (2 adults 1 child). Came to $27.50. The engagement and interactions you truly get are minimal. Mostly posters with facts, a lack of artifacts etc. If the price were still $5 as others have mentioned, I feel that would be more appropriate for the time and experience you get here. Times are tough etc I understand, but that means put forward some more into your museum and fill in many of your empty rooms with more for us to enjoy then you can justify charging double.

Based off of others reviews online, I was under the impression that there would be 3 levels to explore. My family of three paid full price for admission, but one level was completely closed off. We were not warned about this beforehand. I’m very disappointed and feel this is unfair. The 2 floors we did check out were very fun. The Houdini exhibit is especially interesting and very hands on for kids.

We went here on a whim to kill some time while in Appleton. The museum holds a Harry Houdini exhibit on the third floor of what was once a Masonic Temple, which of course, was interesting in and of its own right. The museum also had a traveling exhibit if DaVinci and replicas of his recovered drawings some of which you can manipulate and some of which are off limits to handling. It was neat to see some of his drawings come to life. The Houdini exhibit was neat and very hands on but I wanted to see more original pieces and relics from his life. It was cool to see how he did his tricks.

Kind of disappointing. Cost $10 for kids & $15 for adults. Of the very few interactive displays some didn't even work. The DaVinci set up is cool....but again....it all fails to be interactive...this is cool stuff...it should've been set up to allow kids to use it and get to understand it better. The ABC of Fox Valley display in the basement...was very very disapointing. I didnt even really understand the purpose of it...only neat thing, was some free post cards the kids could color...lol. Over all...id say not worth the money. Dont think i will be taking my grands back for another visit.

One of the smaller museums we have visited. They were a little skimpy on exhibits. Our favorite parts were the Houdini hands on exhibits and the architecture of the building. It was worth the price of admission for the fun we had here. We only spent about 30 minutes here. We expected more based on how big the building appears on the outside.

It was a good time for kids in the Hudini area. It was informational very hands on. We had fun picking locks and finding out how some tricks were performed. Great exhibition for the whole family. The other exhibits were a bit disappointing. I enjoy history deeply but at the time we visited all the history was just presented in text. Large banners and walls filled with words. The kiddos and young adults did not engage with the content presented in this manner. The information contained in was fantastic but not delivered well. That part was disappointing. The building itself was beautiful and probably my favorite part of the whole visit.

Nice little museum. Limited of course given the size of Appleton, but everything exhibited was very well done and informative. We especially liked the Harry Houdini exhibit and it was very extensive and interactive. My grandkids loved performing some of the magic tricks! They even explained how he did some of most famous tricks. That exhibit was worth the price of admission!

This place was fun. It was a very small place way smaller than we thought by the size of the building. But we also didn't look into it before hand. But we were happy. The Houdini exhibit was great to see and learn about. It was nice because we went when there was not a lot of people. We would go back here most likely.

The artists should pay rent for the space and utilities, since their art is something that a 10-year old could create better. Don't waste your money and talk to the local government so they don't waste their/your money supporting this garbage. Tell them to bring in real talent. If art students don't have artistic talent, they should find a new profession and not count on the government to support them. They surely couldn't sell this stuff.

If you are intrigued with Inventions ahead of their time and the physics of how things work, the da Vinci traveling exhibit at the History Museum is for you! It's fantastic! Some of the exhibits are hands on. Two floors of exhibits and copies of his artwork. Wonderful and informative placards throughout. Definitely worth the cost ...plus you also have access to the Houdini museum!

Currently here now at the museum. They say geared for children 7 and under. Meanwhile they have what look like teenagers running around wild. The little kids can't even enjoy it. The big kids are on top of the tongue hitting the ceiling. They are inside the block net with the claw. All places they probably should not be. No supervision and none of the workers are saying anything to these kids or parents. I have 2 5 year olds that can't enjoy and do things. Won't be staying long.

Great visit with kiddos ages 5,6, and 9. All had a blast! We have visited numerous childrens museums across the country, and this one competes with the best of them. Impressive size and variety of exhibits. The bank, the crane, and the semi truck/shipping/receiving exhibits were favored by the kids. Adults were impressed with the giant Rube Goldberg machines and top notch water exhibit. Exhibits were clean and staff was friendly. We would definitely return!

We have been to this children's museum many times over the years since we are members of Discovery World in Milwaukee that includes free entrance for me and my family. We realized while traveling this weekend for the Calumet County fair which is close to Appleton that we have not been there is a few years so we decided to give it a go! We were pleasantly surprised to see some new options for playing and they completely ripped out the gift ship to make room for a Schneider Truck and fuel station as well as a mechanic and dock sorting area which is amazing for a truly hands on experience and quite engaging for their imaginations. They also have updated their water room to include a couple new water stations so all in all this was a great new experience for an old great!

The Building for Kids has been a generational staple in Appleton, and it continues to innovate and bring hours of entertainment to this day. We have stopped into many children's museums across the state, and the Building for Kids is one of the most interactive and educational places we have ever been to. We have a six-year-old who has been going since he was two, and I think he will still find it fun for a couple years, yet. Thank you for being so awesome!

Fantastic learning center disguised as a large two story playground. There are numerous areas of activities for all ages. Our visit was the first time attending a birthday party at the Building For Kids, and it was a wonderful experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean, neat and well organized. Don't hesitate to bring your kids here for a fantastic and fun learning experience.

Clean and nice staff. Same exhibits all year round, other than the innovation lab. Which can be explored in 30 min or so. Membership is affordable and has nice perks when traveling, just not worth it for the museum alone as the kids get bored after a few visits.

Great place I suppose, I just can't wrap my head around being charged $11 FOR MY 20 MONTH OLD 😵‍💫. $33 for a family of 3 to enter... Yikes.. I'd go back if they adjust their prices. 🤷‍♀️ Until then I'll go to the free splash pad down the road.

Historically great experiences there, even when I was a child. Biggest issue is that the weekday hours are highly discriminatory of school age children. It would be a fun after school activity for young school age kids, but the hours of them closing at 4 pm makes being an after school activity impossible. If employment is an issue, hire more people. Stay open till around 6 pm. That would make more sense.

Attended a family night corporate event - so much fun. Families got to run around and have so much fun.. a great way for the company to grow relationships and family bonds. The great variety of activities made our 2 hour event fly by.

Excellent adventure for young kids. Especially the Water Gallery.

Building for Kids has so many ways to incorporate real world situations for the kids. They were accommodating for our youngest one making a donation.

My Kirsten use to love going to this place 20 years ago when it was the Children's Museum! Great and super fun.

Very clean, energetic/fun staff, tons of interactive play for a wide span of ages, have taken kids from 18 months through 10 year olds here and all had a blast. A bit pricey to have a birthday party, but we found it hassle free and let us enjoy the party as much as the kids!

The student body is mostly composed of individuals who possess “a holier than thou” attitude while at the same time, are not afraid to stab you in the back. The faculty will either support you, or do seemingly everything in their power to dim your inner light. If you enjoy life and are looking for some good vibes, pass on this one

An amazing liberal arts college with so many great opportunities and amenities

Such a fantastic school! I loved my time there. The professors are fabulous in the classroom, advising in their offices, and they'll even spend some quality time getting to know you in social settings. The cafeteria is great. The students are all interesting and fun people. I highly recommend this school and hope my sister will attend soon!

Great school, awesome services, love the community and the professors are the best, very demanding but always available and very helpful. Food is good, they have variety and a lot of ethnic foods (I am not a fan) but I can't complain, the chefs will adjust to your dietary needs.

As parents, we came to Lawrence as often as possible to see performances and plays that our son wasn't even involved with. We still drive 1 1/2 hours to visit on occasion. Superior college experience and education.

Small classes, undergrad research, critical thinking skills, rigorous curriculum, and a top notch music conservatory defined my experience here. I can't recommend Lawrence enough!
