This is a giant park and sport complex. Tennis 🎾 courts, basketball 🏀 courts, soccer ⚽️ courts, baseball ⚾️ fields and stadiums 🏟. Playground and multiple parking spaces around the complex and is free admission. There is even a balloon ride that is free, but check the times.

Wonderful Great Park! There are 24 or even more real size fields for different games! Huge parking and numerous walking paths. There are a lot of playgrounds for kids. You can find Farmerse market there. A must see and visit place! Highly recommend

Orange County Great Park in Irvine is the site of a former military base that has been transformed into a beautiful green park of approximately 1,300 acres (526 hectares). Take a ride in the park's large helium balloons for views up to 40 miles (64 km) on clear days.

The place is GIGANTIC. Facilities for so many sports all in really good condition. Parking near field is really convenient. Signage helps you find the different fields. Playgrounds for kids and an old time carousel. Hot air balloon rides (tethered) and room to just run around. It's also next to a water park.

A fantastic place to spend a day. There's some great history here as it was built were a Marine Corp base was (my husband served on that base for awhile). In fact, some of the original flight tarmacs, hangers and buildings are still there. There are so many walking and bike trails, plus multiple sports fields.

Fantastic facility on the old El Toro Marine Base. Great fields, well thought out parking, plenty of trees and benches and nice bathrooms. We were there for a soccer tournament and it couldn’t have been a better facility!

A beautiful place for all different sports. Baseball fields, soccer fields, water slides. A hot air balloon, ice skating rink, sand volleyball courts, plenty of parking and great security. All round wonderful place for any family event. Great staff, wonderful food from the food trucks, and even carnival for the kids.

Great Park in Orange County, California is a fantastic destination for sports enthusiasts, and it's also pet-friendly. The softball fields are particularly impressive - they are well-maintained and offer ample space for players to perform at their best. The fields are well-lit, making them suitable for games and practices even at night. There is also plenty of seating and shade around the fields, which makes it easy to watch the games and stay cool on hot days. The restrooms are clean, and there are vending machines around for snacks and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend Great Park for anyone looking to play softball in a top-notch facility or to watch a game with your furry friend and comfortable seating.

This place is huge and super clean. I went here today with my dog, they allow dogs as long as they are on a leash and you clean after them. There is so much to do in this park, I went to walk around the circumference of the #18 soccer field, they have multiple soccer fields and baseball fields. I was just here for a little amount of time but I want to come back for sure! They have a lot of picnic table and the grass is so green, their landscaping is also in super tiptop shape, manicured to perfection, there were a lot of maintenance people when I went there around 9am today. The playground looks so fun too!!! I definitely wanna play in it next time, there were no signs that says there's an age limit, maybe just on the baby playground but the bigger playground looks sooo sturdy and super fun for all family members. I've been to the five point amphitheater for a Jason Mraz concert and that place is huge. There is a visitor center it wasn't open when I passed by. They also have vending machines all over and even have signs where the snacks and restrooms are at. The highlight for me is that you can ride the big orange balloon for free, I wasn't able to go because I have my pup with me, but I definitely want to ride it next time. There is also a pretty carousel near the entrance of the orange balloon, it looks fun too.

This was a fun little park to go to. There was a zipline in the park area and a place to buy drinks and snacks. The carousel was $3 each kid or $10 for.the day. The balloon ride is free, you just have to sign an online waiver and wait until you get a text. We waited almost 2 hours, but we did the carousel, playground and saw the garden while waiting. The garden (food lab) has a banana tree! That was awesome. They also.had a little free library, so my boys were able to pick put books.

This is a very big "Great" park that lives up to it's name. Vast expanse with lots of sports fields. Relatively flat with minimal trees. Wonderful carousel. The play areas for the kids do have trees and some shade cover. Nice place to walk, teach the kids how to ride a bike, skateboard or skate. Some covered tables and chairs to sit and eat.

We visited this place on Irvine Global Village event day. Vast park with 7 parking lots. They have 2 attractions, the main one is the great park balloon and a carousel. You need to scan a QR code and submit waiver form to ride these. Balloon is free ride but has long queue, so check-in early and ensure you submit details with the staffs , you will get a notification when it's your turn. I have uploaded pic of balloon timings. Carousel is $3 for single ride and $10 for full day pass.

My son loved it, just hated that we couldn't stay longer. It was busy, but not crowded. We got to do every station and play around for a bit. You can't get stuck in one place for tooo long, or you will run out of time. They do have plenty of toys or props for everyone, the only problem is parents to help return the items their kid took.

Pretend City was a blast for my 6 year old son! I had never gone before so this past Sunday was our first visit to the museum. I wasn't quite sure if my son would enjoy it because most of the reviews mention that it's good for toddlers but I did see a few other yelpers say their 6 year old had a good time so I figured, why not? Let's see if my son enjoys it, I am happy to say he loved it! We went during their evening hours (2-5pm) and there was a line out the door when we arrived! I was a little nervous because we had not purchased tickets online prior to going but they had no issues with being sold out or anything. I'd say the wait time from when we got in line to when we were entering Pretend City was less than 20 minutes. They are currently requiring any visitors over the age of 2 to be wearing a mask so keep that in mind if you visit! Admission isn't to bad - $14.95 per adult and/or children. Military members and their family get in for a bit of a discount at $11.95 each. I'd say their pricing is pretty fair for the amount of time you get to play and all of the different exhibits they have for kids. They have so many! There's an art studio, library, Trader Joes market, UPS Store, KBBQ Restaurant, Doctors office, Police Station, Auto shop, Gas station, Play house, Construction area, Garden, Yoga studio and a Concert Stage. Everything is located in a huge warehouse so there's plenty of space for the kids to run around. It started getting a bit crowded around 4pm when we were getting ready to leave so I'd suggest getting there right when they open so you can have the run of the place for a little while before everyone else starts coming in. There's also a small area with tables and vending machines if you or your kiddos are hungry for a snack. Pretend City was such a fun time with my family I'd definitely come back! I know my son loved playing in the different exhibits and I also thought the different set ups were so cute! 5 stars!

My daughter (3 years old) was IN LOVE. All of the things we do as adults, but for children. She loved the grocery shopping, the mail office, everything! This place is also completely wheelchair accessible and I love that so very much. To top it off, they are so smart with the ending "parade" when it's closing time. Because your children will most likely not want to leave, they had a parade that leads up to the exit door, so your child has no choice but to leave (in a fun way). Oh and let's not forget the dinosaurs! But, I don't think children over the age of 7 will love this place as much. It's literally pretend city and older kids might not find the "fake things" as appealing.

It’s $20 per person, over 12 months is also $20. They have a yearly membership, $350 for 3 people. The hours are from 10am-12:30pm and they reopen at 1:30pm. It’s an additional $5 dollars if you want to return when they open at 1:30pm. This place is totally worth it if you have a toddler at home. They get to pretend without restrictions and make a mess and parents don’t have to worry about it. Staff cleans after the toddler mess and are friendly.

Wasn't my cup of tea. Kids had an okay time. It's super busy and there isn't enough stuff to keep all the kids occupied, so there were some struggles over resources. Most of the children there had guardians to watch them, but the school field trip groups had many fewer adults per kid, and the less supervised kids took over each space they occupied, naturally. In terms of whether the offering is unique, I'd say there's a certain novelty to the overall concept, but in terms of execution I've seen it done better in places that are not even ostensibly about pretend play. Most indoor play spaces incorporate some element of this into their offering, and with better results by and large. I wouldn't normally compare a museum to a play space, but since this costs almost $20/head (they charge full price for adults, too), it costs roughly the same as private play facilities and are therefore inviting the comparison.

We have been going to pretend city for over 2 years now. The place is absolutely great for kids 16mo to 9. It's a scaled down city. They constantly bring in new things to do and have lots for the kids to touch and play with. One of the added bonuses about this place is that it's a nonprofit organization, so it's also tax deductible if you plan on getting the membership. They also close the building for a little bit to sanitize the building halfway through the day. Some of the things they have: Auto shop Farming/agriculture zone Library Art studio Meditation/yoga room Construction zone Grocery store Mail delivery store Soba kitchen ( restaurant the kids can "work" at) "specialized" room (they change this up depending on holidays, education, etc. it's been things like a dinosaur walk through, camping, Halloween decor, etc ..) Etc...

I took my kids December 30 2021 to the pretend museum. I would like my money back. The staff was so excited and nice. The staff was great. There weren't enough toys for the kids. We legit waited at each store for kids to drop the toys so my kids could play. and imagine you're not the only one waiting. It was the worst ever. 45 dollars for what? It was terrible. I won't bring my kids back. My kids are 3 & 7. My 3 year old was to big for stuff and my son was bored & ready to go. This place is ideal for toddlers only ! The concept is great but not enough materials. Oh and they didn't sanitize at all ! That's probably why they are closed January 1-5th.

This place is every kid’s dream! You can literally pretend everything that’s kid size. UPS store for shipping, Trader Joe’s for grocery shopping, Gas Station, Farm, Theater, cafe, dentist, construction, water area, Garden, and so much more! So many activities and toys. Very educational and the kid can run around. There are paint workshops, cooking classes, and story time. A special area for ages 2 and under. It’s cost effective to get the membership package and so worth it if you go more than once. It cost $19.95 per child and adult. That’s already $40. Membership starts at $250 for a child plus adult and you can add an adult alternative. You break even after going 6 times. The best perks of having a membership is being able to go in one hour before the general public at 9am. No reservations is needed. When the doors open for the public at 10, this place can get crazy busy especially on raining days. This place is clean and always has staff available. They close an hour each day for break and sanitation. Every parent is chaperoning their child and everyone is friendly. There’s an area where you can park your stroller and a gift shop area.

We had a wonderful experience with our 2 year old. There are so many options and activities that kids can go back time and time again. Only reason I didn't provide 5 stars was due to the eating area off to the side near the activities - tempting for little ones with allergens to go near toys. As a food allergy family, it would be nice if the eating area was in a different room or up front along with a hand washing station.

My son loved it! Keep telling him My wife and I how much fun it was and how much he enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it for parents with young children

Very fun! Met my sister and 2yo niece and our friend who also had a 2yo (they wouldn't let me in without a kid which I thought was a nice security measure). Overall very fun, lots of staff to keep the place clean and as tidy as possible. The kids had a great time and everyone was very nice. It was overall a great experience just very expensive.

The ticket is kind of expensive We try to use the membership of the Association of children museum but if don’t work out. The staff gave us a 20% discount which is still nice. This is a very crowded space - a lot of children. We wouldn’t come back here again. There are a lot of activities for children for sure. However there is nothing that I feel the equipment can stimulate children’s creativity and imagination. This is like a big playground.

We went for our first time today. They had a special event for kids 18 months and under. Our boy had a blast. He was running around checking out everything and playing so much. It was definitely worth the money.

Great idea of little town for kids, very entertaining. BUT this place needs a hard clean up. The dust is everywhere, it’s even has a dust in the air, I smell it all the time, so I was glad to finally go outside after. I mean, why would I and my 2yo take off shoes in the toddler area if the floor is that dirty.

Great for todlers and young kids. They enjoy it a lot. So many things to pretend and play with. There's also story time and a parade. Pretty nice play. Absolutely recommend.

This is a great place for kids, but there are just too many people and kids. There were so many people on Saturday that my kids couldn't even move around or use any of the toys or exhibits. In one exhibit, I counted 50 kids in a 10 x 10 space its got to be a fire hazard.

I like taking my granddaughter because she just loves it there. It's a cool place to take your kids. They pretend that they're at Trader Joe's, the library etc. There's a resting area were you can eat. There's a microwave and vending machines.

We enjoyed our time here but felt that it was pretty pricey. We paid for the attraction pass but could only use one of the attractions. We felt a little ripped off.. they should have disclosed that 4 of the 6 attractions would have been closed. The batting cage is not part of the attraction pass, and the arcade is a bit expensive. The go-cart racing was fun and we very much enjoyed mini gulfing. Good experience overall, just make sure all the attractions are available before purchasing the pass.

Great place to spend with the family. It has a lots of options to choose from for each of your family. We were there for a birthday and after party. The kids have a blast and the parents too. The games inside are not that good as Dave and Busters but have a good options to play.

I haven’t been here since I was a kid myself. I took my niece and nephew here and it was their first time. Things have changed. They offer a lot more things. They have an arcade and also a good variety of food. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We went just for Mini golf. There was a very long line for tickets, 20 mins wait. Mini golf looks a little tired and needs cleaning up. However it is a fun place.

I’m so happy we celebrated my daughters 11th birthday here. The children had a blast. The wings, chicken tenders and fries where a hit . We had an amazing host named Angie. Who was very hands on making sure we had everything we needed. And that are table was clean. We look forward going back, soon and booking future parties.

I went here with a group of friends after a few rounds of bowling next door. Firstly, we were surprised that the cost to play a round of mini golf was $27 person, as the cashier would further explain that it was the charge for their “Winterfest.” We definitely had fun pointing out the various things that were added to the golf course to make it a “Winterfest.” I guess they wanted to charge extra to account for the additional electricity used for some inflated decorations and lights. One of the cool things to point out is that one of the golf balls had a Grogu design on it.

Mini golf was fun, but some of the holes have an uneven surface around them or a lip around the edge of the hole and it kicks your ball out. Big variety of video games. Clean bathrooms, fast service.

We’ve been going here for years and recently through my son a party here. By far the best bang for your buck. Pizza/drinks/arcade games/unlimited rides. It had something for everyone. 10/10 would book again.

Good entertaining place, lots of fun, and a good workout if you do the laser tag. Mini golf and go cart are available, arcade games and other fun games

Batting cage was fun, though the first one we tried are our card yet didn’t provide any balls. The go kart wait was over an hour but not because so many people are in line, only because most of the go karts were broken so they only had a few to use at a time. Hand sanitizer was empty. Seems like poorly managed…

We had a great time for a group activity. Boomers offers miniature golfing, batting cages, arcades, laser tag, outdoor rides, race cars and an on premise food court. This place needs a deep clean, but was great for a night out and we would go back.

Lots of things for the kids to do here. Clean and spacious. The restrooms needed to be tended to but for the most part this place was clean. There was arcade games, mini golf, rides, go karts, bumper boats.

This place isloud. Kids running around everywhere. We were in a side room reserved for birthdays, etc. so that helped to cut down the noise and the kids almost running into you. Food is decent, not too expensive. You have to be very scheduled here because when you pay for a ride you have to be available or they will skip you and call other people. You may have to wait hours for your name to be called.. For the little kids they got an award for for best Racer. And there's some photo ops to take advantage of. Staff was friendly. They serve red wine, white wine, beer and food. You can drink wine & beer in the reserved room, but other than that you have to stay in the bar. I had a burger it was pretty good. Our party used the little kid racetrack and our older kids used the racetrack for older individuals. They enjoyed both. Good place to hang out with family though a bit pricey if you're on a budget. Ladies bathroom was clean. Bigger person track: race positions are on a scoreboard. Kid track: they give each kiddo a print out with all the racers names and positions on it. For the older person track I paid over a $120 for 4 races but you can use them at different times they don't have to be used all at once. For the kid track with the party room it was about $99 per child (includes several pizzas and drinks). You only live once!

I’ve been to other locations but this one is one of the better ones. It’s much larger— 2 large tracks. Younger folks will do “junior racing” in smaller and slower cars, while adults can go in the faster ones! There is a good place to sit and hang out, fun arcade area, as well as a little cafe/food area. Only complaint would be the wait time. We came at a random Sunday afternoon and there was about a 1 hour wait for a party of 4. Not sure what can be done about that but just a heads up.

First time going to a K1 Speed track. Loved the track and the race was a lot of fun. My wife enjoyed racing as well and hopes to go back again. We were on track 1 and joined with the arrive and drive package. The only problem we had was being told it would take 1 hour and 20 minutes to get on the track and we ended up waiting almost 2 hours and 10 minutes. This is why I docked a star. The race marshals are attentive and we felt pretty safe the entire time. The helmets were cleaned between every session and they have a locker to store your belongings while you're on track. Would highly recommend and will certainly return.

We had a blast! Really fun time with a buddy. It's kind of expensive, only 2 twelve lap races for $50.00. Sign wavers, and the initial membership fee is about $8.00. The carts go pretty fast, though, and lots of bumping and spinning out! Right off the 91 just past the 57. Easy to find and lots of pasrking!

Fun place. Pricey but legit kart driving experience. 1 race is 12 laps or less if you slow. Fun. The process after registering and getting your helmet on and buckled in the kart at times took along time and it appeared staff struggled with walkie talkies or with the loud speaker connection. Also has a small arcade with huge games at regular arcade pricing. Didn't eat from their menu as was there for an event. A definite must do.

K1 Speed is the place to fulfill your urge for an adrenaline with high speed Go Karting. Both Adults and Kids can have lots of fun with 2 Tracks to choose from. They provide the racing statistics after each round and the Drivers know their personal performance. Birthday parties with 8 or more can enjoy as a group. A good selection of of finger foods in the cafe but is bit pricey. Overall a great place to enjoy car racing.

My experience with K1 has been terrible. I have never experienced a terrible sales team in my life. I was trying to book a certain day to hold my sons birthday party here. Nick was the sales rep who helped me & was terrible and so unprofessional. He argued with me, hung up the phone on me, lied to me and did not communicate the correct information. I ended up dealing with Courtney because my son wanted to have his birthday at K1. Otherwise I would never come back again with such terrible unprofessional sales team. I could never get someone on the phone to speak directly with. Nick did not respond to my emails quickly enough and when he did my time slot was given to someone else. Nick has terrible social skills and should never interact with customers. Courtney was friendly and was able to help the first time. My 2nd experience with her was just ok. Nick was very argumentative and showed no respect. I would never work with someone like that again. A person like that does not represent the company well at all. After all the time trying to plan this birthday party I ended up having the party at K1. The team on the day of the party was courteous and friendly. The pizza was good and my son's party was nice. The experience at K1 was memorable for my son and his friends.

We booked a party package to celebrate my sons 8th birthday and it was the best experience we’ve had at a public venue to date. We had a group of 8 kids all with varying degrees of the autism so the flexibility provided by the team hosting us was very much appreciated. Many of the parents thought their children would have never been able to experience an activity like kart racing before this event so I think you guys will have a few returning customers. Thanks again for giving us an amazing experience, money well spent!

So fun for kids and adults!!! My youngest is 9 and he absolutely loves this place. He can’t get enough. Racing builds his confidence and gives a sense of independence he can’t get any other way.

This place is a whole experience in itself. Earlier, I thought that the speed would be less but then I was satisfied with the speed that the car was able to go. Would definitely like to come again and experience on a longer track.

Really fun place for families, adults, and kids. Could be a cool place for a date night. Has a full bar and arcade. The race track is huge compared to other locations.

Lots of fun! There are 2 indoor tracks, one bigger than the other. The big one seems to have the faster karts and has longer straightaways. The smaller track has more curves and bends. The smaller track also runs two sizes of carts, one for small kids and one for larger kids/adults. Note: they do not allow the track to mix large and small karts so if you have kids of varying sizes it’s possible they cannot be on the same track at the same time. Minimum 48” tall to drive the small kart. 58” for the larger one. Your ticket gets you one race which is 12 laps. The smaller track alternates between big karts and little karts from race to race. To keep things clean, you need to purchase (or bring one of your own) head cover/sock that you wear under the helmet. That cover is yours to keep. The ticket prices are pricey but it’s definitely a fun experience. I can see how it would be fun for parties or corporate events. We came on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t crowded at all. Kids even had the small track to themselves for a couple races. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place was organized and clean. They have food and beer at the bar. Family friendly with small arcade and bathroom in the back.
