Big lawn in the outfield. Shaded seats all around in the upper sections. Kid's play field. Lots of food and beer options! Lots of parking on site.

This is the Spring Training home for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres and a great facility for baseball! There is plenty parking and I was surprised by how easy it was to get in/out! The parking was also free which I was surprised by. That being said, the concession prices were not so affordable. I guess I'm spoiled being from Seattle where craft beer cans can be purchased at T-Mobile Park during Mariners games for $6 but I thought $15 (plus tip) domestic tallboy cans were a thing of the past. Guess not! Lemonade will set you back $8... The staff was overall pretty nice. There was one older gentleman that made a sexist comment to my partner which we didn't care for, but I guess that's Arizona? Or maybe he was just a jerk! Overall a great facility, I just wish it were more affordable to visit as a family outing more often.

My family and I had a fantastic time during the 4th of July celebration. We were impressed with the organization, the attitudes of the workers, cleanliness, and especially the presence of many police officers. Thank you Peoria Sports Complex, for the impressive, fun, and safe evening. Great Job!

Very cool Baseball park. We unfortunately didn’t make it to a game here for spring training but we had to see the mariners home stadium and watched them practice. Also visited the team store. It was free to park there before the game. Got to watch the players practice and quite a few stopped to sign my son’s baseball. Lots of people there wanting autographs. Very cool experience!

Nice park for a spring training game. It should go without saying, it's in Arizona and it's hot. If you can afford it, spend the extra few bucks on the seats that are in the shade. Otherwise, it's a very nice and quaint stadium.

Little older than most of the other sports complexes I have been to, but still a good one. They have a nice little play ground for kids, and even a small splash area. There is a seating area with misters to keep you cool as your kid runs around. Not the best selection of food, but a lot of concessions were closed, likely due to staffing issues. This is the Padres and Mariners complex, for those that don’t know.

Overall this is a great place to enjoy spring training. However I know many people who work at the concession stands(via temp agency)and they would like the community to know that when you tip them they never receive any of the tips,and if you leave them a cash tip..well they get kicked off the job. I think this isn't fair and just who is receiving the tips, the partner who brought them on..? It's bad enough that if you attend one of these events expect to easily spend 50.00 on each person and if you decide to reward someone for good service and a great attitude.. someone else will be pocketing their money. Other than that great way to bring in America's past time and relax and enjoy a game

Decent space to catch a spring training game. Food options are plentiful. The only downside is the seats are a bit tight and there isn't a lot of shade to be found. Beyond that excellent. Nice closeup feel for the fans.

Nice baseball park. Too bad it rained most of the game. All staff and vendors were super helpful and friendly. Fresh Sam Adams was tasty.

Went for 2024 apring training workouts, not games. Facility was very open and inviting, good contact with players. Good for kids and others to get autographs. If they could only do something about overbearing Profesional Graphers, some guys might sign more. Same with all work out fields

Nice enough place. We like this area. Close to Honey Hive Farms. They are open on Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm so we go pick up local raw honey and then hit the park.

Oddly enough, I was here as a wedding photographer for a couple who tied the knot! I was really surprised to see what a great space this is, not only as a neighborhood park, but for events such as weddings. It was spacious, accommodating, and really pretty. Ample, private area for the bride's getting ready room, great lighting for hair and makeup, large outdoor ceremony space and even pretty surroundings for after ceremony bride and groom photos! They also had fabulous accommodations for the reception space. A real hidden gem!

Beautiful park with great trails and playground. My husband ran a half marathon here. Well organized.

Love this fitness facility. Very nice workout area on second floor, with plenty of cardio and strength training machines. They have the Lysol type wipes to clean the equipment after use, which I like. Nice, clean bathrooms right by workout area. An indoor walking/running track also on second floor. We live around a mile from this facility, and get the silver sneakers program through our work.

Not to impressed with our first time here. Wanted to do some fishing and ended up finding a very weak, young and injured duck, he was taken to a wildlife rehab. Fishing here was not great. Only caught one tiny fish that was returned. The ponds edge design made it very hard for younger ducks to get out. There was one other one that could not get out but we were unable to catch it. Not sure we will venture back to this fishing spot.

Nice camping area in State Trust land. Lots of people but not packed. Roads are a bit bumpy.

This place is really amazing. Views and bird life! I really love the trees and all the different gazebos and trails it has. The river and ball fields really round it out.

Rio Vista is within walking distance of our home so we love to visit. Recently the playground was redesigned! Throughout the week, the fields are busy with school aged sports, including soccer, football and softball. There is a skate park that is almost always busy, and a new cafe which we haven’t had a chance to try yet. We used to be members of the rec center which has great racquetball courts and a nice gym. We love walking around the lake. Lots of ducks and geese and occasionally a crane. Overall this is a wonderful community park.

I love the lake, and walking around here, but the gym was a waste of time and ended up getting so frustrated I left. Of course, when you sign up you sign a 12 month contract, so you end up paying for it for months and they just simply don't care. Let's talk about why I got so frustrated: For weeks last year every time I took my daughter the child care was closed. Then the lady behind the desk literally tried to gaslight my wife and tell her "it's never closed". There are signs on the track that say faster traffic on the outside, and slower traffic to the inside, but there is almost always a group of old ladies walking together at the speed of smell that won't let you pass. The staff does nothing. There is only one squat machine, and chances are some old guy is using it for the next hour inappropriately will tell you that he is holding it for his friend who is also going to use it for an hour. My wife literally got shoved off the leg press by some old man because she wasn't getting off the machine fast enough. Staff doesn't enforce rules if your over 60 but if your under 60 you are responsible for all the rules and whatever rules the guy over seeing the weight area decides are the rules that day. The guy who over sees the weight room doesn't wash his hands after using the bathroom.

A good place to bring the kids to do a lot of fun activities! A big playground, fishing, a splash pad, and the rec center offers both educational and fun classes to attend.

Very well maintained. Very popular, extremely busy. You must have patience for parking because of the amount of people. No complaints, wish that there were more places like this.

Very clean, family friendly, and tons of ducks to feed here. Little to no fishing here but the pond supports what it can do. Also there are tons of Pokemon here to catch, green grass and lots of trees. Best part is that the New River Trail runs directly next to the park, perfect for a mid-stop break.

We are certainly fortunate enough to have this performing arts space in the downtown Peoria area, they've done a beautiful job in the construction and design of it and they offer really amazing performing arts productions like theater, musical theater and live music. Global Sounds are free concerts of numerous global musical styles and artists who also apply education within their 90 minutes programs. It's fabulous!!

We saw James and the Giant Peach in the afternoon. It was a nice production and the young lead actor did a great job. He is only in 3rd grade and was so professional. The play was executed well and there was some standout scenes. Good Job to all! The theater and the staff were great. The parking was hard for me because I needed a handicapped spot and they were all taken. There is a drop off area if you need to drop off someone that has a disability so that shouldn't stop you from going. Enjoy!

Saw Matilda! The show was fantastic!so much talent. So much fun. The theater is perfect. We were in row F, easy to see and hear everything. Someone else told me there is not a bad seat in the theater. I look forward to going back

Theater Works always makes for a great experience. Whether it be a date night or night out with friends, or just checking out what they have in store, it has always been great. The staff here is always super kind and friendly, especially the house manager Chris and bartender Courtney. Love checking out their shows and other events they host.

Beautiful facility including a large foyer, a snack bar and a bar with craft beer, wine, prosecco and mixed drinks at a reasonable price. Every seat is a good one and large space for wheelchairs or walkers. Enjoy!

Saw Newsies today, Saturday @ 2 showtime. Purchased a single ticket for lastweek but was hospitalized n couldn't make original showtime. Theater was so courteous, friendly & professional in getting back to me, twice! 1st call was to issue me a credit for my ticket amount & a 2nd call to book me a seat for today's show. But I had a plus 1 with me and we now needed 2 seats, last minute with an almost sold out show. I inquired about the upper section known as the louge section as I noticed 2 seats together. I was booked on the RL= right louge seats 1 & 2, closest to the stage. He mentioned those are discounted seats because view is limited, it was VERY LIMITED! Not a bad seat in the house but ours. The theater was clean, cool in temperature, attentive staff with a great bar selection of something for everyone; beer, wine, water, candy & souvenirs. Staff was friendly & helpful in ushering everyone to seats. The show was outstanding. Overall, glad we could actually make it. Will be back for other shows in different seats.

I have always been a Sondheim fan and have attended many of his Plays in Chicago as well as in New York. When I received an email advertising a tribute to him and his songs, I ordered Four tickets not Knowing what to expect. We were surprised and amazed at the show. The singers, the staging, the dancing were excellent . These voices were as wonderful as any I have heard on stage singing his beautiful songs. If this Production is any example of the works at this theater, we will be back. Great artists! great show! So glad we came. Please congratulate all of these performers on their fabulous jobs singing his beautiful tunes.

I've seen quite a few shows here, and they've all been really fun! They obviously put a lot of with into the show & scenery. During intermission, there's food & drinks available to purchase. All of the staff is helpful & friendly. Today I visited for a prop sale! So cool to see things from the shows & be able to support the theater while getting an awesome deal!

We saw A Christmas Carol and were blown away by the high caliber production and acting! By far the best live theater bargain we've ever seen! Can't recommend this theater high enough! We'll attend often and make the Christmas Carol an annual tradition.

I'd never heard of this place before, and now I've discovered a hidden gem in our Valley. Comfortable atmosphere, every seat in the house is great, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The concert I saw was fabulous, too. Check them out!

What a great smaller sized venue that I had no idea even existed! Went to see a musical there and really enjoyed the venue. It's nice and clean, with great acoustics and ambiance for plays or musicals. There's ample parking to accommodate a sellout crowd, and a small bar serving alcoholic and a non-alcoholic beverages. I will definitely be back!

I had the privilege of seeing The Hunchback of Notre Dame last weekend. It was incredible and is a must see production. The quality meets or exceeds some of the touring company productions that I have seen. While this was my first time attending Theater Works, I can confidently say with more productions like this, I'll definitely be back! Second production at Theater Works last. The only problem is that I couldn't see this production more than once. The cast and choreography are absolutely stunning. I spent my drive from Peoria calling people to arrange my group for the next production, Mary Poppins! ☂️ If you love theater, live music and dance, due yourself a favor and go on over to this precious gem in Peoria

I went to see A Christmas Carol. I had never been to Theater Works, and from the outside, it doesn't look very appealing. Boy, was I wrong. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was directed to Will Call. Paul greeted me and was very pleasant. The lady who helped me retrieve my tickets was extremely pleasant, and I thought to myself - what nice people. I have to say the production was outstanding!! You are made to feel that you are actually in the town where Scrooge is. The actors were great, and the way the lighting and special effects were done is hard to put into words. You just have to go and see it. After making this visit, I plan to see more Productions at Theater Works.

I've been going to theater works for about 9 years now. It started out seeing a show called Rag Time(very good show) and now I am fortunate enough to have attended the annual fundraising gala for the last few years. This place is amazing! They do great shows and they are VERY involved in the community. There are youth programs and that have begun to reach out to local schools to extend the arts further into the community. It's a great venue and they are doing wonderful things for the city of Peoria.

We saw "Something Rotten" last night and it was outstanding👏👏👏 Actually it was so good I could see it again. This is one of my favorite venues. It is small and intimate. Not a bad seat in the house.

So much fun! The actors put on a fantastic show and you could tell they worked their behinds off to entertain the audience! So much talent!

The Audio was terrible. I could not sit through serval films. Volume was not the problem, the sound quality it self was terrible. I’ve have been doing audio professionally for 8 years and the audio quality at this theatre is terrible and needs some serious adjustments. The highs are boosted so badly that all vocals sound very screechy and they boosted the bass to the point where it drowns out the mids and makes every thing sound muddy, this is a hot mess. There is absolutely no separation of anything, all the audio feels like it’s coming from the front. There is no separation of left, right, forward and back, or up, down. I will not be returning to this theatre until some serious reworking are done.

I go to only Harkins Theaters. Normally, there are no issues, 5 stars. This location, on the other hand, I will never come back. Popcorn and drink lines took forever. Normally, I do not mind waiting, but we got there 25 minutes early and barely made it into the movie. It was starting as we walked in past the previews. The theater was sold out, but it was empty at the beginning, and it's because everyone else came in late from the food as well. The popcorn was stale and tasted old. The sound quality in the theater room was poor. The voices were quiet, the background noise muted. Seemed something was wrong with the system. You could hear everyone in the room over the movie. My speakers at home are better. I normally love Harkins. But this location either needs some upper management help or funding from headquarters for more staff and building/system updates. All the service was okay. They could have gone quicker, but for the most part, I think there were lots of people for an opening night and short staff.

We love and are extremely loyal to Harkins theater, however it’s definitely gone from a 5 star movie theater to a 4 star theater simply because of the slow concierge service. It’s extremely slow, it didn’t used to be this slow but it definitely is now and it makes us miss all the previews as well as some of the movie on many occasions. This is even when it’s a slow day, for example the day we last came it was only us and one other couple in my theater, on a Thursday, only 1 line at the concierge and they gave that person no help and didn’t open another line when the line started backing up. Service needs to improve

Wife and I went on a Friday at 4:30. Bought tickets on line. Very relaxing,. Was not busy, ( yet ). Theater was clean, cool and well staffed. When we came out of movie after 2 hours the place was definitely busy.

I have to say that this location isn't bad. But there are better Harkins not very far from this location. They have yet to have the renovations, that other location have with the better seating. The staff was friendly and trying to be fast but the line to the snack bar was out of control. It was crazy busy and there are no dividing the lines so people just cut and do what ever they want. Then when you get to the front of the snack line. All the sodas were flat and full price.

Comfortable clean theater, Service at the snack bar is terrible, very slow very slow very slow. I spoke to the manager to see if he could get them some help and he said that he was going to look for some and walked away without doing anything. Beware the popcorn is extremely salty- so salty we threw it away. A bag of popcorn and a drink is about $18 bucks so bring some cash, they have to make the money somehow.

Atmosphere and brews were great! Garlic fries are a must. Stay away from the chicken tenders. They were way over breaded and over cooked. The Cider POG is super delicious!

I moved to Peoria and have been looking for a place to get good food and flights of beer. I think I've found the spot. I enjoyed the beer as they have a good variety of styles. We ordered a app sampler with Onion Rings, Garlic Basil Fries and the Brussel Sprouts. All were good but the Garlic Basil Fries could have had a little more seasoning. My fiancé had the Grilled Cheese that she was craving. She mentioned the only thing that would have made it better is a couple of slices of meat like ham. Her Fried Pickle Chips surprised both of us since we do not normally like them. She cleared her basket and I was happy stealing a couple. The were thin and crispy unlike others we've tried elsewhere. I had the Philly Cheesesteak. It's not a "Philly" cheesesteak but was a very good cheesesteak and that's ok. The pretzel roll was soft and chewy, great cheesesteak texture, the meat was strips of steak and were tender. The flavors worked well together and the veg was not overcooked. I will definitely be going back and bringing friends.

This place is really, really good! I had the fish and Cajun fries. Fish was super crispy and flavorful! The fries seasoned perfectly and crunchy. Doug had the mac n cheese with jalepenos/mushrooms/bacon. He said its the best mac he has ever had! The portions are big, we both took leftovers for supper. They have a huge menu for beverages. We had to play the pin ball machines! We will definitely be back! OH we got the pretzel to go and guys SO good! Staff I'd very friendly!

There are some breweries in town that will charge you $16 for a burger plus another $4 for fries. Throne has taken the reasonable approach of charging a normal amount for a burger, which includes chips, or you can upgrade to fries for just a few dollars more. It comes out hot and fresh and looking like it came from a swanky steak joint. And you get huge portions. Plus the beers are good.

Best bar food in Phoenix. Great chicken tenders, perfectly battered and fried. The beer batter fries were some of the best I've had. The BBQ bacon burger on a pretzel bun was delicious! Really good brews and mead from Superstition Meadery. If you like spicy, try the ghost pepper fries!

Decent place with a decent vibe. Probably the first brewery i visited where I could order a flight of meads! So flavourful options! Loved their cajun wings and garlic-basil fries. Service was good too, Will be back again!

First time in - We came in right at opening and Kyle greeted us instantly. We ordered some drinks and chose some grub. I had the chicken wings and wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Beer was delicious she got one of the IPA's. Food was hot and prepared perfectly! The wife found a sweet shirt and I played some pinball. The only odd thing was the music being played was wonky like the speakers sounded really weird Kyle turned off the system and we all had a laugh otherwise the vibe was lunch time brewery vibe super chill. I'm sure it's hoppin on a night or weekend tip. We will be back 🙂

The beer was excellent and the food was well presented and tasty. Nice to see a place still honoring Happy Hour and having a few darker beers on tap, but was told they change them out a lot so no sense in listing them here or you might be disappointed, but they have flights so you can sample. Their Chicago style sausage made by local company was not only presented perfectly with all the fixings but the pretzel bun was perfect for it. My friend had the Spicy Gorgonzola burger which was another work of art and also with the pretzel bun that raised it to the next level. The home made chips were a tasty and crispy accompaniment and perfect for dipping in the unique beer condiment. Was interested in possibly playing a game since they had a wide assortment, but all the parts were coming out of them and it looked like there would be little chance of finding all the pieces. What really diminished the experience was a particularly loud and foul-mouthed drunken woman sitting at the bar who lowered the entire experience from a congenial Cheers-like venue to a low-class dive--and not a dive in a fun nostalgic way. I trust that's not a sample of their usual clientele and I hope the help can work on some strategies for reining someone like that in so the dining experience isn't ruined for others. TBC is a frequent stop when in Phoenix / Glendale. The brewery scene here in Glendale is weak, and the beer at TBC is a nice stop for a few. Sours, IPAs and Porter/Stouts all available and quite good. The food is pub food. Wings, fish and chips, hamburgers, etc. It is all passable with some items like the spicy wings really enjoyable. Beware they have a good kick to them. Nothing fancy here but I come back each visit for the beer and a snack. Salud and provecho

Another great dive brewery. Nothing hoity-toity. But, great food and beer. The hamburger bun was deep fried and delicious.

We had so much fun here. The atmosphere was great, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our server Nicole gave excellent beer option. We got fried pickles, a pretzel, Brussels sprouts, chicken tenders w/ onion rings and sliders w/ Cajun fries. Everything was really good. My favorite was the friend pickles and pretzels. The sliders on the pretzel buns were good, the bun was super soft on the inside and the meat tasted fresh. The only thing is I could do without the cheese sauce on the Brussel sprouts but it wasn’t a deal breaker. And I can say for the amount of food/ drinks we ordered it was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

Great food and friendly staff. They always have a variety of brews on tap, including some options like cider and kombucha for non-beer drinkers. Full bar. I love the healthier options they have added to the menu, like roasted veggies. Kids love pinball machines.
