The standard for college are so low. Overpriced over rated. They don’t even give you the decency of having free Parking. There are some amazing teachers but they are hard to find here. The majority don’t teach, have their ta’s do the majority of the work, and never answer emails. If the teacher is bad the majority of the class fails and you wasted time and 2000 dollars. This university is failing me and so many others. It seems the only thing they focus on is trying to include minorities, which is great and everything but they lack actually teaching.

A great Uni at in least as far as I am concerned in branch of Literature. The profs are amazing.🌹👏🏻 Happy to be a member of this Family. Also, YouTube Videos are really Helpful ❤️❤️

Loudest place in Oregon. Constant construction. Helicopters flying over. Planes all the time. Library is a mess and full of sleeping kids playing candy crush. Stuff isn't on the shelf like it's suppose too. I should of gone to UO.

Unfortunately, the student account services admin staff are extremely rude and not helpful. Both times I’ve called to ask a question, the lady who answers acts very irritated. Not friendly at all. We are used to the more courteous approach the private schools offer, I guess. Customer Service is not OSU’s strong suit.

Great campus with adorable robots!

The most enjoyable part of our experience was watching a basketball game at their arena. Lot of school spirit! Had the pleasure of meeting the assistant coaches for men's soccer. Great guys!

Rec center is awesome. Athletic programs are reasonably priced. Campus is wide open and easy to manage. Student store is nice too

This campus has grown a lot since I attended here just 20 years ago. Some major new buildings and renovations, I would have thought would require much more time to complete than the two decades since I once studied, strolled, and declared a new major every term it seemed trying to find what was right for me. I like this campus, and it can be ominously quiet at night.

Very peaceful, beautiful campus with well-maintained facilities. People are nice and Corvallis is a good college town with free public transit.

I went OSU in 2016 Good place for studying. People are nice and welcoming.

We bought jams, apples, cider, veggies and baked goods. All so good. We ended up buying three varieties of apples. Some for drying and some for fresh eating. Our favorite jam was the sour cherry, plus the sunshine. Bring a rolling cart so you can bring all your goodies home or to your car.

I look forward to this every weekend. Amazing quality on all products and friendly people. I buy all my fruit and veg from here when its open during the year.

Amazing fruits and veggies. People where nice. Great verity of mushrooms (actual mushrooms) family friendly venders and it’s held in such a beautiful plaza. Parking seems full but actually it’s always in motion. Loved the location since there where other stores not only venders, nice siting areas and shade for the people. 10/10 will do again.

I'm a vendor here too and whether you be vending or attending, it is a great place to shop!! They even accept snap & offer double the value of your food bucks. Amazing!!

Fantastic market. Biggest challenge is not buying everything because we cannot eat it all. The fresh fruit in the summer is particularly spectacular, peaches and berries.. I have been to several farmers market in Los Angeles, this is not a small market. Fruit, veg , dairy , meats, poultry, fish, bread pastries.

We love the Corvallis Market! Such a great way to spend a Saturday morning rain or shine. Let’s go get treats to eat as well as so many fresh locally grown vegetables and greens. There are also options to source your meat locally here as well. From rabbit to salmon to beef, all options should be tried at least once! Excellent breads and honeys here as well. Fresh sourdough and honey by the gallon! Dog friendly! (On leash)

Wonderful farmers market in cute downtown Corvallis! Fresh produce, beautiful flowers, local honey and pastries... Was fun and relaxing.

I love this farmers market they actually care about the community vs the Newport Farmers Market. To be a vender there you have to kiss butt, be friends with the members or other vendors influence other shops eligibility. So the same old vendors over and over vs this one has something new and stands for everyone.

It's lovely! My first time here! Just flew in from CA to yesterday and was not expecting to see a farmer's market until Saturday (today is Wednesday). Besides the fresh produce, a nice variety of artisanal jams, jellies, breads ... I will be back on Saturday!

A nice but small farmers and crafts market. There are also crafts from the college as well. They have meat and fish, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and some terrific pastries

We love our local farmers’ market! The produce is always so fresh and delicious, the honey stand is my go-to (we just got a giant tub to last is through the winter!) and the people are so kindhearted!

Amazing farmer's market. The variety and quality of the produce, meat, cheese, fungi, berries was impressive. Especially unique are the 'grain' guy from Junction City, the waterfowl eggs, and crepe stall. You will also find local crafts, a knife sharpening stall, and several musicians. Wonderful!

Lots of vendors to choose from. There’s everything from freshly baked breads to jewelry to veggies and so much more. Loved seeing all the doggies too

Great series of trails through varied habitats. A great place to see birds year round

Absolutely stunning views and so much wildlife. I especially enjoyed seeing the egrets and wooly bears. I would definitely classify the paths as more of nature walks instead of hikes, and therefore very easy to navigate with little to no hills. ***If you're visiting the reserve in autumn, be sure to take extra caution and watch your step for uneven ground on the trails that might be covered by leaves.

Nice drive around the loop and there are places to pull over. Road are a bit dusty as they are mostly gravel but well maintained. Lots of birds and a few mammals. Visitor center is currently closed but usually has bathrooms, nice talks and tiny gift shop. Trees around the building often have woodpeckers and phoebes in fall. We saw (April) quail, bluebirds, herons, egrets, Canada geese, osprey, green-wing teal, shovelers, pintails, mallards, ring necked ducks, coots and a nutria. Lots of trails and a couple areas for picnicking. Also saw pelicans in fall.

Bird watching paradise. Beautiful rain or shine. Great hiking trails. You might even see some elk.

Away from it all. The boardwalk feels otherworldly and emerging by the lake is as taking a deep breath. All trails here are easy and beautiful.

I walked 5 mile hike to pigeon butte

This place is so cool! I came here to "watch" the eclipse; I caught a glimpse for about 2 seconds! Darn weather. But afterwards, I stayed in the refuge to check it out. I walked the Campell Marsh/Hoffman loop and enjoyed it! The boardwalks are in really good condition. I also visited the little store they've got and it was so cute! The whole area around it was recently renovated and is a great hub (with flush toilets!). Lastly, I did the Woodpecker Loop hike and was glad I did: short, simple, but quite the looker! I look forward to visiting here a lot more in the future.

Really cool place! Saw a lot of birds out and about. Also a good place to go herping! They've recently updated a bunch of the boardwalks and trails, so definitely come check it out if you haven't taken the chance yet.

Beautiful place to explore! So many birds! And if you go at sunset, you may be able to catch a large elk herd as well.

It's a great place for long walk, flower, wildlife and bird watch! The trails are very well maintained. Clean bathroom and a small store in the visitor center area.

Always a joy to explore this area. It is a popular meander area with some slightly steeper inclined loops you can mix in. Wildflowers are blooming and it's a pleasant place for a decent little workout.

Favorite Hiking spot! Plenty of trails ranging from beginner to more advanced. Good parking, picnic table area, beautiful scenery and a lovely pond.

We did one of the 3-4 mile hikes. The grade was good for our kids.

Great hiking trails for all skill levels

Beautiful trails and wildlife! Saw some wonderful birds and a native douglas squirrel! There are some great informational plaques and detailed maps around the area. Well maintained trails, not extremely wheelchair accessible, but apparently the groundskeepers are investing grant money into improving that. Looks great for all ages!

Very beautiful park and lots of hiking and walking trails.

My only complaint about Peavy is the lack of water filling stations. The few places / parking lots I’ve parked at I haven’t seen a water faucet to be able to fill water bottles. Luckily I brought over 2 L of water and went through most of it walking 5.25 miles in 80 F weather.

Beautiful and detailed park with a very unique history! Amazing collection of giant sequoias, coastal redwoods, and 2 majestic dawn redwoods. The trees are well marked and some signs have QR codes with links to additional information

Excellent hiking in this part of the state. It was easy to find parking on a December weekend. Entry was free and the trails weren't crowded at all. I felt safe the whole time and the entire place had fantastic signage. There were two families hiking with their kids and other people had dogs with them. I saw several trash cans in the parking lot but not sure if there are water fountains.

This park had so many trails for all levels I had a hard time deciding which way I wanted to go so I went a little ways on multiple trail. There were informational pieces about the land throughout the hiking trails. I went very early and I was nearly by myself, as the morning wore on there was an abundance of people. The park was easy to find and there was ample parking.

Beautiful garden. The wildlife is always chirping. It is a great hub of trails with a map. My time in Oregon led me there and it was a soul stopping moment. Thank you for the experience

Very easy hiking trails. Lots of beautiful views of you take the Banzai trail. The Section 36 and Powder House trails have gorgeous views as well. Not many people in the summer time.

Pretty nice place. There are tons of small secret road you can go die for. You can always change your mind to make your trails shorter if you want. Doesn’t really crowded and it can goes about an hour or so to complete the trails.

Great area for walking and family bike rides. Lots of poison oak along the unpaved trails. Quite a few people and dogs on nice days. Don't leave valuables in your car. There are frequent thefts in the parking areas.

I had a wonderful experience at Bald Hill, a small yet stunning hiking spot. The sights were truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking tranquility and scenic views. Bald Hill is the perfect option to unwind and reconnect with nature.

It's a great place to go for walk, run or a hike. I enjoy the trails, I mainly come here for my runs. People are courteous, and a friendly reminder, make sure that if you're running or riding your bike, be courteous enough to notify the people for your own safety and theirs.

It was a very nice one mile hike into the barn from the south side. Lots of well maintained trails. Great place to clear your brain and get your blood pumping.

I love the Bald Hill area! There are lots of trails around and several access points, such as Oaks, Reservoir Rd, and the Fairgrounds. The area is beautiful at all seasons, and there is a lovely view of Corvallis from the top with some benches to sit. There are horse trails and off leash areas too.

What a beautiful trail system. I never see trash, they keep it pristine. And I said hello to everyone I saw. Friendly people. Really popular for dog walks, and running. And there are lots of options. Beautiful.

What an amazing place . You can have a picnic. Walk your dog 🐶 Take a bike ride . Climb the hill . Go for a walk . Bird watch. Or just relax on one of the many benches. On the walkway. What ever your indulgence is . You will have an amazing time.

Good place to take a walk with opportunity to ascend to the top of Bald Hill (highly recommended). There are three parking areas to access Bald Hill. The Benton County Fairgrounds to the East, the NW Oak St. access, and the SW Reservoir Ave access. All 3 are connected by a paved walkway that leads to the base of Bald Hill. The walkway is multiuse; bicycles are frequently using the path, too. Keep your ears and eyes out for them. There are various trails that connect to the walkway which allows for a nice walk depending upon what you want to do. You can walk partly around the base, or even walk from SW Reservoir to NW Oak street and back. There is an old barn at the Northeast base of the hill. There is an off leash dog area hat is marked near the barn. A portable toilet is located there as well. A trip to the summit is not difficult and doesn't take very long. The West side of the hill near the top has a bench with a great view of Mary's Peak and the Fitton Green Ridge. There is also a bench at the summit near the summit marker that gives a decent view to the Southeast. An important note: Stay on the trails. Private property surrounds the entire area, and in a number of places, the trail crosses a portion of said property. The property owners granted an easement to the county for all to enjoy, so the rules are pretty simple...leave no trace and stay on the trail.

I'm glad this place is not a housing development and that people in Corvallis value open spaces like this... Over all though kinda bland but good to get out so close to Corvallis... The murkey Creek trail is a good addition and I hope to see more in years to come...

I love love love this space. Ample parking at trail heads. Paved trail for walking, running, bikes, strollers and wheelchairs. There is a port-a-potty along the paved trail. There are unpaved trails as well for those wanting to hike to the top of the hill. Stunning views from all areas!

Great place for a morning hike even in the rain!

Trail 11 minutes from Corvallis, it is an excellent place for a short walk in the forest. There is an old-growth hike worth exploring.

This place makes me feel at home! I had Silver Creek Falls in my back yard and this place is very similar of course without the falls, but close enough.

A moderate, hilly trail with some nice views. A great place to spend some quiet time in nature and get a nice workout.

Great place to enjoy on a weekend ir whenever else. Nice roads and trails with nice views of mountains and valleys in between!

Great place for a hike! Wide logging roads masks for easy social distancing. Bring your mask and leash your dogs when passing others. Most everyone is considerate, and we would love to keep it that way!
