Awesome, clean and accessible beach to visit in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This is my second visit to Montego Bay and I went to Doctor's Cave Beach the first time. Our driver at Kylie's Tours recommended this beach and I was so glad she did. We had fun and made great memories.

10/10 Highly Recommend coming to the Blue Waters Beach Club if you have the opportunity. We came as part of a cruise excursion this past week and it did not disappoint. The locals are amazing to say the least. Everyone we met was so welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks were fabulous. The view and the beach were gorgeous. Photos do not come close to showing the beauty I saw in person. Money well spent and I have no complaints. I did not want to leave and will definitely visit again in the future God willing. I did not take a lot of photos as I wanted to be present and enjoy the day.

The beach was beautiful and the waters were very clear, but we want to give a special shout-out to the staff at the beach club today especially MARK M. for helping us locate a lost wallet. It ended up being in our own backpack so we felt dumb, but before Mark was able to read the message we sent saying that we ended up finding it, he told us he had gone back and swam into the water after his shift to keep looking for the wallet. Even though we found it, we are amazed at the kindness and hospitality of the people in Jamaica. Thanks again! 🇯🇲💙

Fantastic excursion! Great atmosphere, staff, food, and drinks.

We joined the RC cruise excursion ‘Blue Water Beach Transfer’ and found the staff to be pleasant. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. I wish we can stay longer but it was cut short due to the excursions 3 hour limit. Do your research on how to get here so you don’t rely on the excursion.

Great service, very clean and youre attended to often by staff. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing day by the beach side.

Excellent space for a large group of persons. The fact that food could be brought unto the property is a great benefit. The property has sufficient cabanas, lounge chairs and umbrellas, however the bathroom facilities were not consistently kept cleaned. The depth of the water surprised persons as it is very shallow, even when the rope boundary is passed.

Upon arrival, you're a bit skeptical about what you're entering. Then, you step into the hidden gem that is Blue Waters Beach Club. It's absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. The cost of admission is very affordable. They have an assortment of drinks and food on the menu. Our attendant, Marj, was so pleasant to speak with and to order from. They accept cash, credit, and debit. It's definitely a 5 out of 5 for this piece of heaven.

Traveled here from RC cruise excursion with my family last week. I would recommend filtering and looking at the photos and reviews as the negative ones are spot on. The beach is overcrowded and not family friendly. I have attached true views from the cabanas that are $80 and of the ocean, the dark areas are seaweed patches, the sand goes from 2ft of water to 5 and back again. While the people are friendly and the food local it is just not as described on their site or by the cruise. It you are looking for watered down drinks and overcrowding then you might enjoy this but it is certainly not relaxing. The line to get back to the ship started an hour in to the four hour excursion, I think that speaks for itself.

This place was amazing , the beach is beautiful and clean , the service was great $10 dollars per person and that includes a beach chair ! Food was algo great And delicious ! The bathroom were clean and the prices were ok ! 👍🏽

The beach is well-kept, and the surrounding greenery is lush and beautiful. 🌴🌺 You can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and snorkelling to your heart's content. 🏊‍♂️🌞 And don't forget to try the mouthwatering jerk chicken and sip on fresh coconut water from local vendors. 🍗🥥 The only downside is that it can get a bit crowded during peak tourist seasons, but the sheer beauty of the place more than makes up for it. Whether you're travelling solo or with family, Blue Water Beach is a must-visit destination for a taste of Caribbean paradise. 🌞🌴🏄‍♀️

Had an interesting time in Falmouth, Jamaica on a Royal Caribbean trip to Blue Waters Beach Club. Spoiler alert: it's not exactly a postcard beach. Trash and seaweed gave it a unique touch – imagine foot acupuncture with surprise thorns. The bar staff? Let's just say they're not in the customer service hall of fame. Cocktails tasted like someone's wild experiment. The employees wouldn’t do anything if it wasn’t for a tip. The view? Well, it definitely wasn’t paradise, complete with barbed wire. Also, a neighbor found a syringe. Royal Caribbean, your excursion choice didn't exactly hit the high notes. Skip this "Blue Waters" adventure – you’ll never be able to relax because the extremely loud music.

Arrived from Oasis of the Seas on an excursion package that included drinks and lunch. Had some good laughs with our driver, arrived at the beach and were shown to some chairs in the shade to spend the afternoon. Our server (I hope I don't get her name wrong) Celine was great: very kind and friendly. We had some nice coctails and a couple of pails of beer. My wife got a relaxing massage from a skilled masseuse on the beach. The lunch that was provided came with vocal entertainment: some really nice songs. Food was very well prepared, very flavourful: tasted like home cooking. It was just what we needed. My son and I enjoyed the waves and sand. In all, was a great value and we left very satisfied and happy. I would recommend this excursion. Great staff, great value, great way to spend the afternoon and experience a bit of Jamaica.

We were the only ones there at our time of visit which was fine for me as the tour felt more personalized. The property has crocodiles, turtles, snakes, birds etc. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and polite. He did a great job telling us about the animals and the James Bond movie that was shot on location about 50 years ago. All in all a great time. I didn't give them 5 stars only because the place needs a little tlc, especially the entrance but I believe with more visitors they'll be able to do that. We recorded the entire experience. Nice place, educational and good place to include on your holiday outing. Kids enjoyed it and Pepe the monkey was entertaining.

If you are a James Bond fan and you are in Jamaica this is a must see. See the real James Bond island where the running over the alligators stunt was performed by the real life Ross Kananga and not Roger Moore. You will be able to see some alligators that were alive during the filming.

A great place to see Jamaican crocodiles in their natural habitat. A few scenes from the James Bond 007 movie Live and Let Die was filmed here.

Very nice tour. Site of the James Bond movie "Live and Let Die" Will go back again when the bird avery is repaired.

Jamaica Swamp Safari is a thrilling experience if you are an avid animal lover. Lots of crocs, including Sammy B (the largest in Jamaica), also the largest snake in Jamaica, a green Anaconda. There are also monkeys, wild boars, rabbits, birds etc. Some scenes from the 1973 James Bond movie "Live and Let Die" were also filmed here.

This was the best experience that I had in Jamaica. The rastaman tour guide is very good at what he does and you can tell that it is more than just a job to him. Not only did he show us the animals, he had so much knowledge that I have never heard of. I appreciated this tour.

Very clean shopping area geared to the cruise ship traffic. Take an excursion to really see Jamaica. I got rum cakes from Amazon when I got home cheaper and no duty hassle and hauling it home. Good place for souvenirs

Nice place, lots of shops, just check prices they can vary a lot from shop to shop, for the exact same item. If you leave the gated area, be super cautious. Only do this as a group. There are plenty of items to choose from for souvenirs and clothing hats liquor etc.

Nice Port on the tip of Jamaica. Shopping area was clean and most stores were open with numerous selections. The only thing we did not like was the pressure to buy when you got near or entered a store.

Entry and exit were easy. Local music and stores were located near the ship. It was a beautiful Port. You must visit White River Calypso Rafting and Tubing and also Dunn's River Falls. Opt out of the video at Dunn's River. It was poorly done, save your $40 but enjoy the experience. Jamaica was IRIE MON!!😉

The Port of Falmouth Jamaica was a nice place to visit while on the Radiance of the Seas cruise. The people in the shops were friendly and helpful. For those interested there were free coffee samples from Blue Mountain coffee growers and also free rum tastings. Unfortunately the trolley tour has been canceled and it looked like a good way to see the sites in town. Many people went on excursions by Chukka Adventure Tours which operate in five countries of the Caribbean including Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Belize. While we were sitting in the shade enjoying a cool drink we were able to hear nice Jamaican band play music and sing.

We were on the Disney cruise ship and decided to get off at the port for a few hours. People were friendly and not to pushy towards us purchasing their items. It is a tourist spot so expect to be asked to look and buy items from $1+ Cheap beer and liquor can be purchased here as well as cigarettes and cigars ranging from $5-15. Grounds were clean with security. We felt safe inside the port gates.

Nice port to walk around and explore while on a cruise to Jamaica. Great Jamaican food spots to get a quick bite, gift shops to buy items, and the scenery is gorgeous too.

Not much to really say it was a port not much to do but spend money at the shops or the small market of wood carved stuff. Some of the locals were a tad pushy and would get a slight attitude if you didn’t buy something when looking at it. Also beware as some shops would tell us one price then scan it and charge us a whole different price!

Great shopping . Diamonds are a girl's best friend. Same goes for Columbian Emeralds. Pretty location. Stayed in the market/ mall area.

Nice stop, lots of local shop owners selling souvenirs. Good local food to try and always a live band or other musician playing until the sun goes down.

One of the most exciting, energetic, colourful and culinary excellence of Caribbean food places on the earth... A MUST if not visited before...

I really enjoyed myself at this port the people are so fun and happy and always singing and smiling and dancing! Prices were slightly high but to be expected in a port but not unreasonable and definitely not enough to discourage me from going back. I'm all the island itself wasn't the most beautiful I've been to it's resilience and the people make it incredibly beautiful! It's one of the few places I've traveled to where the people despite everything they've been through make you feel like family and welcome and they're so proud of their island and that translates into everything that they do for the tourists definitely fell in love with Jamaica people!

The development and expansion of the port have not only brought economic prosperity to the region but have also enhanced its overall charm and appeal. In the past, this port primarily served as a local trade center, with fishermen bringing in their daily catch and local merchants exchanging goods. However, as time went on, the port started attracting attention from neighboring regions, leading to gradual growth and modernization. One of the most remarkable changes is the physical transformation of the port itself. What used to be a simple dock now boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, including multiple berths capable of accommodating large cargo ships and luxurious cruise liners. The addition of modern storage facilities and advanced loading and unloading systems has significantly increased the port's efficiency and capacity. Alongside the physical development, the port has also experienced a remarkable shift in its economic landscape. Nice port area. Lots of shops. Clean and safe. The pharmacy is super expensive but they do not have some stuff on the ship so you are stuck paying.

Great clean port, lots of shopping and pretty much that’s it. It is gated. We took a bicycle rickshaw tour from a local man who was very knowledgeable and took us out of the port and showed us how locals are living, how they grow food and how much has been damaged or replaced after storms. There are so much poor people on the other side of the gate, and damaged roads compared to the port which is made to look perfect for the visitors.

Typical cruise port stop. If you only are there to walk off the ship, beware of pricing games from one store to the next. Don’t buy anything until you have gone through all the stores first.

We had a shore excursion from Royal Caribbean. A great Air conditioned Bus about an hour ride from the port. A forty-five minute tour of the property. Our Tour guides explained the process of making Rum really well. We tasted over proofed Rum for the first time. It was way too strong for Me, but they did add lime and bitter after to help complete the drink. It was a great experience.

Absolutely great time! Loved the brief history lesson, it's super informative but they keep it interesting. The tour of the distillery was fascinating; their process and adherence to tradition is something to be experienced! Finishing the your with a tasting was perfect! Our tour guide did a great job guiding us through the flavors of the rum.

Our tour guide, Steve, was amazing! He was fun and knowledgeable. This is one of the best tours we've been on. You get a full understanding of their rum-making process, great food, and rum tastings at the end. Would definitely recommend. Note that getting from Falmouth port to the estate can be difficult - a lot of taxis will be hesitant to take you because the roads are rough. The whole experience with transit time was just over 5 hours

I attended this place today our tour guide was a lovely young lady she started off by giving us rum punch , she gave a wonderful history lesson about the estate and it was quite interesting. I cannot say how lovely the tour was to see the old workings of a rum distillery was fantastic. The inner workings of the mill looks quite old but I guess that adds to its uniqueness. And to top it off the rum tasting was nice even though rum ain’t my drink I enjoyed it especially the dark aged rum.

Loved my guide Steve! The grounds are beautiful and the rum factory smells divine, even through my mask! The rum tasting at the end was also delicious. I tried both the overproof (anything over 51% alcohol and thus over 100 proof) and the exported gold bottle neat (without anything in it). Loved the gold bottled rum, smooth and full of flavor with depth to be enjoyed neat. The overproof needed mixers for me. Fascinating history lesson of the country and its people thrown in for free too! The tour of the factory was so interesting and I needed to buy some at the end of the tour too. Remarkably reasonably priced for the tour and the bottles for taking home.

Steve was amazing! This tour was amazing and very informative. I truly enjoyed the rum,the information and the food. When traveling back to Jamaica I will return.

A wonderful place with history. It was a very interesting rum tour with tasting. Highly recommended and not so crowded.

Absolutely amazing experience. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. Good to see historical places being preserved and cared for. Steve was our tour guide and he was excellent, very knowledgeable and an absolute asset to that company. I learned so much that even as a Jamaican I didn't know. Very thorough tour. Every sense was awakened at that place, so many different scents throughout the tour. The Food was good at the end and the rum was 👌🏽. I would definitely recommend and even revisit. The one thing I will say is it wasn't the easiest to find so double check the route Google tells you by asking locals.

Excellent tour. I booked in last minute (couple of hours before) and was accommodated by Mosi and warmly welcomed when I arrived. The tour was fantastic and really interesting with many years of history. Of course the rum tasting at the end is a highlight. Lovely Rum and a great place! Thanks everyone.

This rum tour was one of the coolest distillery experiences we’ve ever had. It’s simply incomparable to any other tour experience we’ve had(Carlsburg, Heineken, Tullamore Dew, Bushmills, Jameson, etc). The tour guides are so friendly and interested in their guests. The lunch & tasting were highly personal with awesome information about the history of the estate. Steve knew the science behind distilling so well! We stayed at the Iberostar in Montego Bay which was about 1 hour from the estate. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride through the Jamaican countryside— but it’s SO worth it!!

Very cool experience. Not very touristy but even more into the real production of rum. Beautiful location but quite a ride from Negril. In my personal opinion, Hampden is better than the others ;-)

I like to see the local culture and local architecture, but this was the first place where I left the port that I actually felt unsafe. Some creep was following us, and then followed us again. I think he had the intention of robbing us, but decided against it when they were two of us. Definitely makes me weary of venturing out of the cruise ports again if not on a tour. Too bad as I’m sure the local town would appreciate tourists and our dollars.

Water square is the center of Falmouth town, its a nice spot to chill and hang out with friends and family. You are surrounded by food and drink vendors also you will see a lot of stores selling electronics
