Q&A about Jerusalem District

I’m so envious- what an incredible trip!!! Well, I suggest Wadi Rum and Petra is a must. Also Dead Sea though the big resorts right in the water will be pricey. I suggest for that area to contact Mohammed who owns Sunset Camp in Wadi Rum. Plan a stay there and ask him for the contact of Mohammed the driver who lives in Taybet and could take you to Petra, Aqaba Port, and Dead Sea. https://m.facebook.com/pages/category/Tour-Guide/Wadi-Rum-Sunset-Camp-407473845980437/ I travelled solo there each time and felt very safe. Even slept in the desert camp alone and never worried. In fact, I wanted to sleep outdoors so he set up a bed for me in the pickup truck since I felt uneasy to be directly on the ground. He can organize canel treks, rock climbing, etc.
