The ruins of Tughlaqabad Fort, located in Delhi, India, date back to the 14th century and are a local landmark. The fort was built by Ghiyas-ud-din Tughlaq and later occupied by the Mughal dynasty. Today, the fort is partially reclaimed by jungle and is slowly being encroached upon by villages. The gardens around the fortress offer a great place for a stroll.
Like many other monuments in Delhi...the Tughluqabad fort is pining for attention and conservation from the authorities. As a resident of the city, its quite sad to see how the invaluable heritage is ignored.
Having said that.....the fort, even in its ignored state is worth a visit with a small area under conservation offering a glimpse of what it was.
The boundary walls runs far and most of the area is encroached upon or ignored....but even then, the fort contains a certain character and a rustic charm that is more than enjoyable.

Tughlaqabad Fort is a majestic piece of history that transports you back to the 14th century. Its imposing walls and sprawling ruins make it a captivating destination for history enthusiasts and photographers alike. While the site is awe-inspiring, some visitors may find the lack of amenities and informational signage disappointing. Nevertheless, exploring the fort's rugged beauty and imagining its storied past is an experience not to be missed for anyone interested in Delhi's rich historical tapestry.✨

Situated at the outskirts of New Delhi, one of the historic forts of Mughal era. It is spread across quite a large area and one can get view of the city from the top of this fort. It has been in ruins since long time and hence most of the structures are not maintained well.Never the less the cost of ticket is very cheap considering this is an ancient relic.
Ticket:₹20

Best months to visit : November to March
Carry your own food and water
Great spots for social media reels.
The government needs to pay attention to its maintenance. It needs a lot of TLC

Run down and poorly maintained but a peaceful getaway from the city. It is a little shady so I would recommend tagging along a male friend. A guard was kind enough to give a short tour of the place detailing whatever he knew of the place. Quite fascinating to see history from 7 centuries ago still exist so casually within the city. the tomb across the road is more well maintained.

Ruins of an Ancient fort near South Delhi. Amazing views of Tughlakabad Forest (and village) from the Citadel. A large part of the fort is inaccessible (due to forest). Beware of the money's. Also, no food is allowed

Overall, Tughlaqabad Fort is a must-visit for anyone interested in history or seeking a unique and atmospheric experience. While it may not be as grand as some of Delhi's other forts, its ruins hold a captivating charm that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

I think this place is very underrated but highly recommended. The view from the fort was quite amazing. Everyone should visit this fort once. The only problem we faced while going there was while booking an online cab no drivers were accepting our request from the metro station so we booked an auto. At the end you won't regret going to this place.

The entry fee for this archeological sites is cash 25rs and online 20rs for indian citizen. This place good for couples.

It's a nice historical place but not easily reachable and could rarely find any tourist inside the fort, which was a little scary. And unlike other forts in Delhi, which also have lots of tree cover, there was hardly any greenery here and it was unbearably hot.

This fort belongs to Tughlaq dynasty which summarised culture, tradition, living style used by ruler in that era. Fort ensembles with rich stones ,granites and marble which beautifully defines it's durability till date.

The place where u can find peace. U can see old archeological building how it was constructed at that time. Nominal charges of Rs.25 per person.

Many say, this fort is cursed, but honestly, the stories make the place special. It gets closed at the time of sunset.
The location on Google ends a few metres away from the main entrance, do not get confused if ur booked cab ends its trip near a broken wall of the fort, just ask the driver to drop you near the gate.
Beware of monkeys - do not tease them, do not be playful with them, Be humane, be gentle.

Tughlakabad Fort, nestled in the heart of Delhi, near the nearest metro station, offers a captivating journey through time and history. During my solo visit, I was greeted by the allure of this ancient fortress, which provided not only a glimpse into the past but also an enchanting view of the sprawling city of Delhi.
The fort, standing tall as a testament to the craftsmanship of yesteryears, exuded an irresistible charm. Its architectural grandeur, dating back many years, spoke volumes about the prowess of the kings who once ruled this land. As I explored the intricate details of the fort, I couldn't help but marvel at the historical significance encapsulated within its walls.
One of the highlights of my visit was the panoramic view of Delhi from the fort's vantage points. The sight was nothing short of breathtaking, as the city sprawled out before me in a symphony of lights and colors. The soft, natural breeze added to the charm, creating a serene atmosphere that made the experience truly enjoyable.
Venturing into the fort's jails, I delved deeper into the historical narrative, imagining the bygone era when these structures were witness to the ebb and flow of power. The connection to our rich cultural heritage was palpable, and I found myself immersed in the stories of the kings and their creations.
The affordability of the experience was another pleasant surprise. With an offline ticket priced at ₹25 and an even more budget-friendly online option at ₹20, Tughlakabad Fort opens its doors to history enthusiasts without burdening their wallets.
In conclusion, my visit to Tughlakabad Fort was not just a sightseeing expedition; it was a journey through time and a celebration of the rich history woven into Delhi's fabric. The fort's magnetic appeal, coupled with the mesmerizing views and reasonable ticket prices, makes it a must-visit destination for those seeking a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.

Ticket to this fort is 20 ra if u do UPI, else 25 if in cash. As we know the fort is ruined. But still it will give a good vive to spend time. One problem is no such food option nearby. I will not recommend going in summer, it would be very difficult.Else November, December, February is the best time to visit.
Shubhranjali Mishra — Google review
Its a beautiful beautiful ruin of a fort located in a green area in the ever crowded New Delhi. The location however on google is not rightly marked. The entry is from the main road, and you need not take right turn. The fort area is huge and will be difficult to explore when its too sunny. You will need to do a lot of walking so carry your water bottles. The ruins will form the perfect backdrop. We visited this place on a weekday and there werent many people. Some uncle were jogging inside the fort and thats it. Buy ticket online to save Rs 5 per ticket. Also no washrooms or food stalls inside the fort premises.

This holy temple is dedicated to Sai Baba and has important aspects of his life in Shirdi replicated in his memory. The temple is located on a quiet hillside and is popular with spiritual seekers.
This temple has a very calm and quiet environment. It is well maintained, and has a lot of devotees looking after the idols. It is not at all crowded, and has a grand seating available for elderly. It is well marked and has clear instructions. Soothing chants are spoken all around through recorded casettes, over speakers at a low volume, to provide a nurturing and peaceful place for devotees.

It is one of its kind temple in India.
The ambiance is beautiful and the energy of the place is calming.
A heaven for Sai devotees.
The cave is adventurous for kids.
Very neat and clean temple.
The staff, priests, and security are well trained.
Five stars for the temple complex.
Zero stars for the path leading to the temple. There are two paths to reach the temple, no road. Both the paths are in miserable conditions. Big pot holes filled with dirty water, very risky to drive. The cars tyres may be stuck in both these dangerous slippery paths. Very uncomfortable drive. There is one good road also, but it's restricted for local residents. The temple authority should raise funds to build these "roads".
Jai Sai Ram 🙏

Great place for peace lovers... The ambiance is very spiritual the music the essence sticks smell etc will give you peace of mind.. specially for Sai Baba devotees it's a great place as it's a kind of replica of Shirdi Sai Baba... And other gods are there too like Hanuman ji, Ganesh ji n there is a small cave type temple also for the feel of pahado wali mata ..
Photography is prohibited inside the temple. N being a responsible person I didn't took any just one from the outside where we kept our shoes..
Prasaad tokri contain
1 garland 1 nariyal n 2 Essence sticks @80
And to light a candle @10 each
We went on Thursday after 4pm and still there was not much of a crowd. There is ample parking space from where we reached because it has 2 gates.
Finding this place was a bit tough but somehow we made it & it was worth it...
I'm not giving 5 stars just because of the difficulty to find the place otherwise it deserves 5 stars.

If you are looking for a quaint place, Sai ka Aangan temple is the best place to be. After searching for a long time, we decided to visit this place. It is indeed a very serene temple which is maintained equally well inside. All Thursdays are busy as Sai Palki procession takes place.
There's a souvenir shop inside and a homeopathy doctor sits who sees 25 patients in a day. There are no visiting charges, but if one wants to meet her, they need to come at around 10:30 am and collect a token as after that token finishes considering the large number of visiters.
Overall, it is a well maintained place, though the road to reach is not in a good shape and one has to struggle due to dust and bumpy ride.

One of the best religious temple in DELHI/NCR. One must visit this to see and feel it personally. This temple tries to recreate the Shirdi temple feel for people who aren't able to go to Shirdi. It's a good place to spend your day because you can find a lot of stores their for shopping, eating, gaming, electronic gadgets ans many more. So many big brands have their stores in this mall like KFC, Dominos, Mc Donald, Pizza Hut, Gaming Zone, Baskin Robins, Samsung, Barbeque Nation, Croma, Burger King, Reliance Mart and many more big brands. One of the main reason why people of delhi visit their is INOX due to this cinema hall many people from delhi came here. Inox's ticket price is very less if you will compare it with PVR that's why a lot of cinema lovers visit their for watching movies. If you will compare the amenities offer their with delhi's mall then it's not up to the mark but parking space is sufficient according to the crowd.

It's a vast building. The sanitary conditions are good, some lavatories might need slightly better maintenance. There's lots of good clothing n' lifestyle brands present. Paid parking is available, but does become a hassle during the evenings on the weekends due to messy parking and large crowds. The food arena is jam packed with good chains as well, the MC Donald's does get flocked with a seating issue at times. Baskin Robins and Turkish Ice Cream are apt. to satisfy the sweet tooth. Elevators and escalators are available for all the floors and are pretty convenient to use [ Never seen them break down so aren't halted for servicing or repair quite frequently I assume ]. The big make up store [ Not the pop up stations of a specific brand ] houses way too many employees [ Apologies for acting like a Karen, but you'll see my point if n' when you make a visit ] who ignore the customer's requests at times to solely push on an unnamed brand which they most probably have a commission agreement with and hog the customers preventing them from browsing freely which is highly inconvenient for someone like me who likes to browse and roam around and especially intimidates the introvert in me who finds it hard to voice their needs. I had to evade one of the employees to buy from a brand I like and was forced into buying a lip pencil and even though they might've won, I've vowed to literally never set foot there again. The toy train is annoying at times, given that the passage is really narrow to accommodate it, but it's not all that much of an inconvenience. All stores are air conditioned, have good lighting, customer service and most clothing stores provide good beverages which are a great help while browsing the whole mall. Pretty decent place to hang out all in all. Worthy of being included in weekend plans👍🏼.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Crown Interiorz Mall, and I must say, it was a truly majestic shopping experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by the mall's grandeur and elegance.
First and foremost, the mall's architecture is simply breathtaking. The intricate designs, high ceilings, and luxurious interiors create a regal ambiance that sets it apart from other shopping destinations. The mall's attention to detail is evident in every corner, making it a visual treat for visitors.
Crown Interiorz Mall boasts an impressive range of stores, catering to various tastes and preferences. From high-end fashion brands to home decor outlets, there is something for everyone. The mall's collection of designer boutiques is particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of trendy and exclusive items.
One of the highlights of my visit was the food court. Crown Interiorz Mall offers a diverse range of dining options, from local delicacies to international cuisines. The food court is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy a delicious meal. The variety of food choices available ensures that every palate is satisfied.
The mall's amenities are also worth mentioning. The restrooms are clean and well-stocked, and there are ample seating areas throughout the mall for shoppers to take a break and relax. The mall's staff members are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist visitors with any queries or concerns.
Parking at Crown Interiorz Mall is convenient, with ample space available for vehicles. The mall's location is easily accessible, making it a convenient destination for both locals and tourists.
However, one area where Crown Interiorz Mall could improve is the availability of more affordable stores. While the mall offers a range of high-end brands, it would be great to see a wider variety of options for budget-conscious shoppers.
Overall, my visit to Crown Interiorz Mall was a delightful experience. The mall's grand architecture, diverse range of stores, and excellent amenities make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a luxurious shopping experience. I highly recommend this mall to all shopaholics and those looking for a touch of elegance in their retail therapy.

This park is good if you are planning for a picnic with your family or want to spend some time lonely or with your loved one. It has an open gym, games for children, beautiful fountains and pretty flowers everywhere. You will definitely feel good visiting this as I did.

Very well maintained lawns, trees, flower plants. Good place for botany students to identify & see live exotic plants.
Every year there is a flower show in this park in February, that's a must visit time. Outside the park there is a huge parking that can accomodate a 100 cars anytime.
Excellent place for a morning or evening walk.
Nice place to take the family out for a day.
Good place for shooting, cameras are allowed inside.
AapnoGhar is an ethno-modern resort hotel in Gurugram with a water park and amusement park. The property offers 65 well-furnished rooms and is ideal for a family vacation.
Kind of my first review for Google on a place, but this venue deserves it hands down.
Pros:
Everything starting with hospitality, ambience, rooms, staff and location deserves
5 stars for an ultimate day with family.
POINTS TO NOTE:
It has pretty decent pools and couple of water rides. Good enough for chilling with kids and enjoy. Don't expect a full fledged water theme park. Has some simple land rides too.
Food cost if you buy from their restaurant apart from your package inclusion is slightly overpriced.
A definite recommendation for a chill day out or weekend getaway.
Peace out.

Pros -
Neat n Clean rooms and place.
Service is prompt and supporting staff.
Location is on highway.
Good n safe for family stay.
Food is nice to have.
Water park is available to spend a day with family or along with children.
Cons -
Little expensive.
Water park facilitate shouldn't separate. Of booking resort or staying it should cover.

Food and place is awesome. Water park is also good. What isn't good is the amusement park. They have no safety measurements in place to prevent injuries during rides. Rides available for adults are really dangerous and one should avoid taking these rides.

Booked this place for a small family outing, turned out to be better than expected, big cozy rooms, plenty of open space and decent service.
If you are traveling with kids, look no further.
The water park is a small but definitely much much better than other big ones, it's clean, it's safe and along with amusement park a great place to hang out and have fun.
Will definitely visit again.
Thanks aapnoghar for being amazing

We had a great family vacation at a kid-friendly resort with nearby activities. Although the rooms were satisfactory, there's room for improvement. However, there was an incident where the main power was turned off at 5 am, causing discomfort due to heat and mosquitoes. Despite our complaint, the staff didn't apologize or offer compensation. Also, be prepared with mosquito repellent as they get dense in the evening. Nevertheless, the location is convenient to all amenities and city facilities.

We visited this resort last week, the stay was plesent. Here are some points I would like to mention
Pros
1. It has beautiful garden with swings, though it's not very big but if you have small kids, they will definitely enjoy in that, you can play football or cricket they also provide few games though we have not availed .
2. The water park and amusement park cost were 1800 for adults and 1600 for kids , it seems to be bit high, as the water park is not that big, but they provide breakfast lunch and snacks drinks throughout the day in that amount only, so amount is quite justifiable. Food was really good. Amusement park was decent and has many good rides for kids.. even they had few games like shooting archery . The pool was very clean, even washrooms n changing rooms were also very neat n clean.
3. Kids can enjoy pottery kathputali dance which is very rare in city . it's a different experience for them.
4. Room was decent and clean. staffs were polite. Good balcony .
5. They serve only veg food, taste was good but I find it bit costly. However they allow you outside food.
Cons
1. If you book this resort from outside through any online portal , it will be reasonable however it is costly if you get direct reservation.
I have paid extra for the breakfast , here I would like to mention, they are bit reluctant to share the right information, they didn't mentioned that food is already covered in water park fee, however they made us to pay extra, it's not about the money it's about to building the relationship with their customer.
2. Food was costly , but taste was good.
As mentioned earlier they allow you to bring food from outside, first day I ordered food from outside n asked for plates , they said it's chargeable it was quite surprise to.me.
3. They could make bed little more comfortable and quality of sofa bed need to be checked. Even the dinning table was bit uncomfortable to use (may be it was not set properly).
Definite visit if you are looking for relaxed and quality time with family. We had good quality time there, good break from daily hustle.

We stayed there for two nights with family. We booked 1 family suite and a luxury room.
Main Sofa cum bed in the suite was broken, back side ply was completely out of the place. Moreover, sharp nails were coming out of that broken furniture because of which I got my finger hurt. The other Sofa Cum bed was not even in a position to be used as bed. When I complained about it, even their maintenance team could not open that. When I asked them to provide me some other sofa cum bed for the night they suggested me to change the suite which was not possible for me with family having two small kids. Therefore, we had to spend that night in folding bed and to my surprise nobody even bothered to fix the problem for the next day stay. Also, the attitude of the marketing team guy was not pleasant, he was not at all co-operative towards us. It was always us who had to cooperate inspite of booking suite and luxury rooms.
However, location of the property is fantastic, it is really a very very nice place to be with family and friends and the water park with rides is cherry on the cake. Mr Pant, the Restaurant Manager was very helpful and courteous. He really helped us in providing food as we requested for two small kids. Overall the place is nice with some very courteous people and some less.

Visited with family here, overall experience was nice. But in my opinion, the price is quite high: 1799 for adults and 1499 for kids above 33 inches. The food provided inside is average; I didn't find anything interesting in the food. The rides are good but very limited. The water park is a good place to spend your hot afternoon, but there are a couple of things to take care of, like carrying your swimming costume and wearing sunscreen for sure.

I booked two rooms for our my family of 4.
As expected it's a waterwark, we were not allowed in pool area. They were asking extra tickets charges for that.
Why we spend money for staying there if we stay in same city.
They fooled us.
Also the food is not good there.
Will never recommend anyone.
From restaurant area I saw the pool there is not any good ride in pool area.
So try to visit any good real water park.
Don't waste money here

I am reviewing both the resort and waterpark/amusement park areas
1. Resort is a decent clean place with well appointed rooms. There is a kettle and tea bags etc available along with 2 half litre water bottles. The only issue is proximity of the resort to the highway. There are rooms which are very close to the highway and sleep will be very disturbed if you end up in those rooms. Otherwise there were no hiccups with the resort itself. There is live musician in the evening as well. The restaurant service is however very slow. They do ask to order 45 minutes in advance for any food order. This can be a very long wait specially if you are coming with kids. Food itself is decent, nothing out of the ordinary.
2. Waterpark is very nice, lots of slides etc to keep everyone busy right from babies to adults. There is a locker available at extra cost of Rs 200. They serve snacks and drinks like aam panna, lemon water and jaljeera. This is unlimited once you buy the park tickets.
3. Amusement park has a lot of options as well but seems deserted. There was only a potter and a Jyotish inside, all other advertised things were not available.
Overall a good place to spend one day with kids, can surely be improved and maintained better.

Disappointed- if you are not gonna have hotel food but still need cutlery then be ready to pay Rs. 100 extra.
No matter how much you spent in hotel but for the small cutlery you need to pay additional.
How pity
Rooms are fine - nice play area
Not good food with water park tickets- don’t get it’s not worth it.
Tea is good - coffee is worst
One thing didn’t like that people were having alcohol in open garden where other families were sitting even.

An amazing place - just what you need for spending sunny afternoons in winters or cool evenings in summers - for everyone, be it kids or adults who refuse to grow up. A huge ground with rides, a water park and some desi touch with rustic experiences. The resort has huge rooms and looks almost like a green paradise in the middle of the concrete jungle of Gurgaon. Service is prompt, food is delicious, though only vegetarian, and huge parking space. Spend a weekend or just do a day-time picnic, it's worth your time.

It's a small outing place with a small water park and a small amusement park. Entry fee includes unlimited food and entry to both water and amusement parks... there are three small pools with few slides which work efficiently if u wear proper swami costume or nylon/lycra clothes... water is clean in the pools.. on a weekday the place is not crowded much so you get to enjoy to the fullest.. rides in the amusement park need a little maintenance... food was OK.. snacks and refreshments were OK too.. it's a one time go place for people who wish to enjoy water park on a sunny day. Ticket charges are 1300 for kids below 4 ft. Everybody else gets charged 1600..

We recently had a family outing at this resort and it was a delightful experience. The ambience was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the small family water play area was a hit with the kids. The entertainment rides added an extra element of fun.
Few recommendations - While the rooms were comfortable, a renovation to make it from very good to ultimate wow factor -Rethink on room setup and if possible bring sitting area close to windows, New fashioned front doors and Plush matteress would elevate the overall experience.
However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They consistently greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable manners. Special thanks to Anil from the Sales team, and Deepak and Ankur from the Restaurant for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We'll definitely be back!

Good location far from main city yet within reach to travel up and down of you live in delhi ncr region.
Big well maintained rooms. Rooms where we stayed had a double bed and a sofa-cum-bed. Still there was room enough for extra bedding and movement within the room.
The suite room is really big to have a get together of 20 25 people.
Food was good, service was also good.
Lot of open space, well maintained grass and ground.
Marriage ground is also big and we'll maintained. Decoration was also nice.
They have water park as well.

Great place.. was here for a wedding . Where stayed for a couple of days. Nice clean rooms, spacious lawn and great food. A bit milder for my taste but tasty. Staff is both courteous and prompt. The only downside is the constant noise of vehicles passing on the highway nearby which can take away the silence of the nights.

Pathetic food.. Room service is bad. Also if you are staying at night thinking of a peaceful stay then remind you that the place is booked for marraiges oftenly (at least the day I checked in) and they do not have a separate garden to do this event.. therefore it is not at all peaceful. Room is also below standard.

Recently, for the second time we went to Apno Ghar Resort Gurugram, and stayed for 2 nights. But this time the quality of food at their amusement park was so bad, and their vendors did not even want to serve anything. Food incharge said that everything was finished. MSX Mall, located in Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, is one of the oldest malls in the area. It offers a wide collection of clothing stores featuring both national and international brands as well as a movie theatre. The mall also houses popular brands like Haldiram and Domino's along with smaller shops. With free parking available, it's a budget-friendly outing destination.

Thus mall is good but there is no care of the building all where dust, all the floor are closed, there is no proper cleaning and hygiene. All escalator are closed not working, only 1 are having lift and working slowly. Only 3rd floor is clean just because there is movie screen. This mall having 5 screen. Came to know about the mall from social media and planned to visit but disappointed after reaching. As the place was dead due to the location of the mall even though the ambience of the mall is so beautiful and nicely planned but due to less footfall no big brands in the mall. No standard of crowd wearing chappals all around. You can imagine the standard of the mall from that even in their food court they don’t even have McDonald. Big yes for ambiance else big no for any other reason.

The Grand Venice Mall showcases an exquisite Venetian-themed architecture, but renovation is imperative to restore its grandeur. Despite this, it lacks a diverse brand lineup, limiting shopping options. While existing stores offer varied products, expanding the brand repertoire could elevate its appeal. The scenic gondola rides and themed ambiance add charm, yet revitalizing the mall's infrastructure and incorporating more brands would undoubtedly rejuvenate its allure, enhancing the overall shopping and entertainment experience for visitors.

The mall is full of exceptional beauties from Venice like the architecture and the boat ride is quit famous. You can find famous brands and may have a great shopping experience as there is decent crowd all the time because the mall is so big that it does not seem crowded. The exterior architecture of mall will amaze you as one will feel that they have reached to the country itself. It’s is so beautifully designed and everything was perfectly organised. As for the parking, it will cost around ₹60 and the cost of fun activities are feasible as well. I had great time with my friends and I guess everyone must visit here once as it’s a one of a kind experience because malls are same everywhere but the architecture of this mall will not be available everywhere .

My wife and I recently visited the Venice Mall in Noida, enticed by the captivating photos and positive Google reviews we had come across online. The mall's Venice-themed design, with its water canals, seemed promising. Despite the challenges of commuting, including two metro lines and a distance of almost 50 kilometers from New Delhi, we made the effort to visit on our last day in Delhi.
However, upon reaching the mall, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The first thing that struck us was the lack of proper lighting, which failed to showcase the intricate details of the mall's architecture. With the exception of the lights at the main entrance, the rest of the mall was dimly lit, overshadowing the grandeur and charm of the old palace-inspired exterior we had witnessed firsthand.
Additionally, it was evident that the mall suffered from poor maintenance. Many areas appeared neglected, with a significant number of empty shops, contributing to an overall sense of emptiness. The absence of popular brands further detracted from the experience, leaving us questioning why such a promising space was unable to attract more businesses.

"I didn't enjoy going there; there weren't too many options for kids, adults, or food.
The mall, labeled as Venice Mall, attempted to match the theme in the middle, featuring boat fun along with a song. However, the boat ride was very costly at 300 rupees per head for a 5-minute ride, which I believe is a complete waste of money. I also had arguments with the ticket lady because she wanted to see my 4-year-old child to exempt him, and I was telling the truth that he is indeed 4 years old. I would recommend bringing Aadhar cards for kids if you plan to go on the boat ride.
There is no option for a full-fledged restaurant within the mall where you can enjoy peaceful food. While they do have a food court, the service is not good. However, you will find seating at pizza shops if you like them.
Masti Zone offers many options like arcade, kids' adventure, and trampoline, but it's also very costly compared to the timing and service they provide. For example, the trampoline costs 400 rupees per person for 30 minutes, and there isn't much to play there, making it a risky choice. Kids' adventure costs 250 rupees per child for 30 minutes, which is somewhat good, but timing is an issue. There is another adventure park that was closed, possibly due to missing safety standards. The arcade was also too costly; within 10 minutes, I was charged 1000 rupees, and most of the machines were not functioning.
Most of the shops within the mall are closed or not functional.
Valet parking charges 100 rupees."

The architectural brilliance of the mall, with its Venetian-inspired façade, intricately designed bridges, and gondola rides along the artificial canal, creates an enchanting ambiance that captivates visitors and sets the stage for an unforgettable experience.
Unfortunately, the mall is not in a good shape due to very less footfall and most of the area being vacant.

Visiting this mall was an absolute delight! The diverse range of shops, from high-end brands to unique boutiques, catered to all my shopping needs. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with enticing aromas from the food court, created a sensory-rich experience. Ample seating areas provided moments of relaxation. With convenient parking and a plethora of entertainment options, this mall is a must-visit for anyone seeking a well-rounded shopping and leisure experience."

The Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Faridabad is a popular tourist attraction located on the Badkhal-Surajkund Road. The temple, covering an area of 3 acres, is made of beautiful marble and is believed to be a place where visitors can find peace and blessings from the kind and bountiful God. Devotees often visit the temple on Thursdays to seek the blessings of Sai Baba.

I visit this place every Thursday. From Old faridabad red light you can take a left if coming from delhi or badarpur area and take a right turn if coming from Faridabad or Mathura. Parking space is an issue so please park your vehicle few meters away from the temple. Also, it would not take you much time to roam around the temple as it is not that big but yes if you have faith then Sai Baba ji would surely bless you with everything. Keep trust and faith. The open air museum NeverEnuf Garden Railway in Gurgaon is a 1-acre landscaped park with interactive scale model railroads and towns. It is perfect for one day trips from Gurgaon, and features miniature trains, remote controlled boats, board games, painting easels and other DIY activities.
Excellent place to be, you can see the hard work and passion all around. Fine details, too much of planning and nice little mechanics and electrical finishes to the setup is really good. The evening light show is awesome.
Great place to sit and relax with family. Maggi, tea, coffee and coke are included and you take your food along, a complete picnic and day well spent with kids. We would visit again soon.

Never end Garden Railway is a great place to get away from the concrete jungle. My nephew had a great time playing with toy trains. He also enjoyed the cricket, netball, table tennis and the painting. Very delicately setup place with lots of love. Had the chance of meeting up with the owner and he was very nice, wise and friendly. You could see the love and passion of trains in his eyes and his talk.
This place also brought out the kid in me and allowed me to learn more about trains.
A nice drive away from Delhi and a day worth spent.
I highly recommend visiting this place.

A delightful, first-of-its-kind experience with a miniature garden in India.
This place has a scaled set up of elaborate rail networks, going through towns, bridges and popular sites. The scaled models of houses, roads, trains and the landscape are very accurate and mimic how they would be in real life. Complete with rail sounds, lights and things such as railway crossings, railways stations and so on, everything seems very real.
Everything seems even more magical in the late evening once the dusk lighting is turned on, there are very detailed lighting in each attraction, making it even more life-like.
You get to operate the trains and boats yourself, along with several other activities, such as cars in a model town, circus set up and so on.
It is clear that this place has been built through terrific and sincere passion and it is done with immense attention-to-detail, to ensure you can enjoy it whether as an amateur or as someone who is interested in this hobby. The hosts are very warm and enjoy talking about how they came up with this idea and the thought behind each scale model set up.
There are several activities you can do apart from the scale models: board games, garden games such as badminton, so kids and adults alike can thoroughly enjoy themselves.
Overall, a very enjoyable visit. It is heartening to see such a set up in India; hopefully it brings together those with similar interests and furthers this hobby.

Visit once place definitely -- take your family along as well. The garden is built by a retired engineer and has working model trains, which you can drive with a push of a button. He is the one who has built all the models in this garden. They also have some other activities for children like chalk modelling etc. Which can keep your children occupied for some time.
They also have a small canteen that serves Maggie and coffee. The roads are not wide where this place is located so parking can be an issue on weekends, but they do have a watchman who helps with the parking.
The lady did not sound very friendly to me -- i had called her a couple of times for directions, maybe that was what she got annoyed with.
But the place is a must visit once along with your family and especially kids.

This place is great for people who follow their hobby passionately. Nice place for picnic as well. Well maintained. The collection of miniature models are huge. The interactive models are eye catching. The efforts behind making this garden railway was clearly visible.

It's a very nice place to visit, somehow it was hot today but still manageable. Reaching there was also easy, Google baba helped.
Lot of things are there for learning our kids. I meet with owners, talking with them was very much enjoyable for us.
I would definitely recommend for this. I will be visiting again in this year winter surely.

Good entertaining place for kids away from mobiles and gadgets. They will be amazed by the miniatures. Well the grown ups will be amused to see the detailings. Also being away from city chaos, it gives you a good breather. A good place for weekend outing. Only the approach road is a little bit poor.

A stunning place that emanates love for modelling. Abundant in curious things having that old-time charm. It was like stepping into Neverland. Once out, we took a while to shake-off the fantasticity of it all. Glad some one took their hobby this far so that we could be party to it. Kids even got to make some fridge magnets. A day bit less sunny, would be perfect to spend numerous hours in the garden. We will visit again on a good day to stay through the evening and witness the dusk lighting too.

This place was just amazing!! My 2.5yo daughter had a lot of fun playing with the buttons and making trains and other things move. So, if you're expecting a typical play area with a ball pool and slides and stuff then this is not where you would want to go. But, if you want to take your kids to a place for a little family picnic where they can play safely, run around, learn a thing or two about how railway tracks work, hydroelectricity is produced by watching miniature farms working, then this is absolutely your go to place! My daughter is too young to understand the technicalities but it still caught her attention and she absolutely loved the miniature fire station, zoo, haunted railway station and hydroelectricity park! Also, there's a sand pit, you can do kite flying, play badminton or chess, have a little picnic with family. And at dusk time, the place just transforms into this beautiful light and sound garden! Must go if you're bored of taking your kids to typical play areas...great place to go with family (including grandparents and/or friends)

Never Enuff' is a moderate sized garden on the outskirts of Gurgaon which is quite unique. The garden has been painstakingly planned and contains hundreds of intricate miniature working models, mainly of trains, but also other things like circus, spooky buildings, airports etc. There are also a number of small activities, board games etc for passing your time. The miniature, working models are really fantastic and have been gradually added over many years and are inspired from the world over. Some fascinating details are there such as a chimney which actually has a smoke generator.
There's a small cafe in the park which serves food items such pizza, sandwiches, kulcha chola, maggi, samosa, pakoda etc.
The only downside is the approach since the road for the last 3 kms or so is not good ( no fault of the park, really) and the huge number of flies in the park.
Overall, a great day trip for children and adults alike, specially if you like miniature models. Also, a good place to have family get togethers, birthday parties etc.

A unique concept where the owner has converted his hobby into a professional model of trains.
Kids will definitely enjoy the train models and they can run the trains using on/off buttons.
However I feel the ticket price is slightly on the higher side

The NeverEnuf Garden Railway is a charming escape for a weekend outing. At ₹750 per person, it's a bit on the expensive side, but the attention to detail and creativity in the miniature landscapes make it a worthwhile visit. Spending a few hours here is a delightful experience, and it's perfect for those looking for a unique and peaceful getaway. The owner’s passion and knowledge add to the overall enjoyment. While it's a bit pricey, the memories you'll create, and the joy of your inner child coming to life, make it a worthwhile visit for anyone seeking a smaller-scale adventure.

The Heritage transport Museum is an excellent place. Must visit for kids to learn about the evolution of the transportation system. The place also has a decent café along with Souvenir shop. Headphones for Audio Commentary both in Hindi & English are provided along with Handset to change the number (Written on walls) for better understanding of the transport you are viewing. Kudos to the management for maintaining the museum so well, very neat and clean. We had a great time here. Roads are decent right till the Museum.

A place very far away from gurgaon. That can be a good and a bad thing since very few people reach there even on weekends.
It has everything ranging from bullock carts to cars to boats to airplanes. Basically the evolution of transportation. They give you an audio guiding device which is easy to use and a bit helpful to know about things a little deeper.
There is a canteen but is a bit expensive.
It has 4 floors so you should go there with enough time on hand to explore all of the museum since they close at 7 and start pushing people(not literally) out after 6:45. Definitely worthy of a visit.

We were returning from Dharuhera to Gurgaon and this place was falling on the way. Some of us decided to visit this place and enjoy some quality time here. The ticket price here is INR 400. You will we provided with a manual, a headset for listening to recordings and description of the transports displayed at that place. The area is huges featuring all the transports right from the invention of wheels to current day transports. There is a small cafe here where you can grab some food but recommended to have outside as there is nothing nearby as the place is situated near highway. It was overwhelming to see some of the car bikes that were used in previous decades that are obsolete now. Good for one time visit.

A very good place to chill out the whole day. People come with their family and friends. It's the place where you can explore the journey of transportation from the first wheel 🛞 to the reaching space 🚀. There are 4 floors where we can know about land, water and air based transport with their history. They provide us 🎧 which can tell us short and detail story in hindi and english whichever you want. Also, don't forget to watch a 42 minute documentary on a journey to space in a mini theatre.
Apart from the above, you can also enjoy a simulator 3D based ride. I found it very interesting.

Heritage Transport Museum is one of the most innovative museums I have ever seen in my life. As the name suggests here you can find a ton of the most spectacular and beautiful old vintage cars, bikes, rickshaws, train models, airplanes, and much more. The museum is well designed and lit and once you enter the building you will feel like you are in another world. You will also get a headset with a radio which you can use to listen throughout your visit to the museum. Each spot has a designated number and when you tune that number in the radio you will be able to listen to a brief history of it through your headphones. The languages in the audio are available are English and Hindi. There is also a virtual simulator there where you can experience the next generation reality of technology. There are a total of 3 floors in this museum that is a basement (vintage cars), the 1st floor (boats, airplanes, and bikes), the 2nd floor (autos), and the ground floor(canteen, train replica, coins, old handpull rickshaws). There is also a movie which runs at 3 pm and explains the breakthrough journey of the history of the aviation sector. It is one of the best things. The ticket price is Rs 400/- per person but it is worth the experience that you will get here. There is also a beautiful canteen located on the ground floor where you can enjoy tasty snacks at a nominal price. As this museum is located a bit far from gurugram you need to plan your travel to here accordingly. Remember it takes 3 to 4 hours to enjoy this beautiful place. It is open on all days from 10 AM to 7 PM except Monday.

The Heritage Transport Museum is a must visit for all age groups to gain a fair understanding of the evolution of the different modes of Transport. The facility has collections of some classics in cars and bikes and they fill you with nostalgia. The property is under the good care of courteous staff. It is maintained well and all spaces are kept clean.
I was worried to see the lower footfalls on the day of my visit, which happened to be a weekend. On inquiry at the reception, the employees informed that the average visitors during the week days is around 40-50 while it goes up to 150 on weekends. A facility of this nature must draw more people and the administration ought to find ways to get people to the property. I fear that the distance from Delhi, Gurugram and the national highways could be a matter of concern.

Lord Krishna had given darshan to Shani Dev by becoming a cuckoo ( Koyal ), here Shani becomes a boon.
Kokilavan pilgrimage is located in Nandgaon of Mathura city. An ancient temple of Shani Dev is built here. It is believed that in Dwaparayuga, Shani Dev came to Nandgaon to have darshan of his adorable Lord Krishna as a child. Shani was stopped by Nand Baba, as he was afraid of his crooked vision.
Then to console the grieving Shani, Krishna sent a message that he should do penance in the forest near Nand village, where he would appear to give darshan. Then Shani did penance at this place.
After that Lord Krishna appeared to him in the form of a cuckoo. After that, by the order of Lord Shri Krishna, he started living in Kokilavan Dham.

This temple is dedicated to Shani dev. Shani Dev, also known as Lord Shani or Saturn, is a significant deity in Hinduism associated with discipline, justice, and karma. Worshiping Shani Dev is believed to mitigate the effects of Saturn in one's astrological chart and bring about positive outcomes. Devotees often worship Shani Dev on Saturdays, considered auspicious for him.
Ways of worshiping Shani Dev include:
1. **Shani Shingnapur:**
- Shingnapur in Maharashtra is famous for its open-air temple dedicated to Shani Dev. Devotees believe in the deity's protective powers.
2. **Saturday Rituals:**
- Saturdays are dedicated to Shani Dev. Devotees fast, visit temples, and perform prayers to seek the deity's blessings and alleviate the impact of Saturn in their lives.
3. **Hanuman Chalisa:**
- Reciting Hanuman Chalisa, especially on Saturdays, is believed to appease Shani Dev. Hanuman is considered a devotee of Lord Rama, and this prayer is considered powerful in mitigating the influence of Saturn.
4. **Offerings and Charity:**
- Devotees offer black sesame seeds, black cloth, mustard oil, and other items associated with Saturn. Charity, especially to the needy and the poor, is also considered auspicious.
5. **Mantras and Vedic Hymns:**
- Chanting specific mantras and Vedic hymns dedicated to Shani Dev, such as the Shani Gayatri mantra, is a common practice to invoke his blessings.
It's important to note that the methods of worship may vary, and individuals often tailor their practices based on personal beliefs and cultural traditions.

After that, by the order of Lord Shri Krishna, he started living in Kokilavan Dham

This temple of Shani Dev is situated a short distance from Vrindavan. Pandit ji conducts the worship of Lord Shani very well here. Pooja items are available next to the temple starting from Rs 500. There is also a nearby Navagraha temple, but when we went there, the temple was closed.

History: It's one of the 2 Shani dev shrine mentioned in vedas and old holy scripts. Kokilavan was the place were Shri Krishna invited Shani Dev to come and stay with him.
Second one is in Maharashtra near Shirdi.
Visited the Historical shrine on way back from Taj Mahal trip with a colleague.after a gap of 10 years it is nice to see the place has developed so much.
It should be promoted more and yes basic amenities should be increased and maintained.

Kokilavan, a place where you can feel the AURA of Lord shandi. First you go for parikrama of kokilavan, then go for Darshan. You can go for Darshan bare hands, or perform Pooja and other rituals. On the exit there is mandir of bankey bihari ji. You can sit in premises and meditate. Amavasya and Saturdays are busy day. 24 hours open. जय शनि महाराज

The Shri Radha Rani Shreeji Temple, Barsana is a 17th-century palatial temple dedicated to Goddess Radha. It is situated on top of a hill and offers breathtaking views of the entire town. Though one needs to climb several stairs to reach the temple, it's absolutely worth it as the aesthetic beauty adds up to the divine environment. The temple location is cozy and charming with an overall peaceful atmosphere that emits positive vibes.
Although you have to climb up 200 staircases. But worth it! Absolutely worth it. And even you can take a break from walking to enjoy mouthwatering glass of lassi. Radha Rani is believed to be the Goddess of Brajwasis. She is believed to be the secret power of Lord Krishna. For Brajwasis, Radha Rani is not just a consort of Krishna, but the ultimate source of his prowess. Due to her eminent character, she is the only worshipped Goddess of the Braj region. The Radha Rani Temple in Barsana is believed to be the place where Shreeji is always omnipresent and is believed to be blessing every pilgrim visiting the temple with unending devotion.

Legends believe that the Radha Rani Temple is 5000 years old. Before King Vajranabh (Krishna's great-grandson) constructed it, the temple was lying in ruins. Narayan Bhatt was a student of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Raja Veer Singh, in 1675 AD, erected the temple. Later, Narayan Bhatt, with the assistance of Raja Todarmal, one of Akbar's governors, did the current temple edifice.
Interestingly, the temple is also tied with popular mythology. According to the story, Krishna's father Nanda and Radha's father Vrishbhanu were good friends. Nanda was in charge of Gokula, and Vrishbhanu was in charge of Rawal. However, fed up with Mathura's king Kansa's abuses, both of them and their people relocated to Nandgaon and Barsana.
Nanda chose Nandishvar Hill as his permanent abode, whereas Vrishbhanu chose Bhanugarh Hill, which later became Radha's residence. There are mediaeval temples dedicated to Radha and Krishna on the peaks of Nandishvar and Bhanugarh hills in both the twin cities of Barsana and Nandgaon.
While people call the Nandgaon temple the Nand Bhawan, they call the Barsana temple the Radha Rani temple and Shreeji temple.

This place is awesome, you have to climb almost above 200+ steps to reach top. Half of the steps are flat type means of less height so easy to climb, last leg of steps in main temple is normal steps, temple is open so crowd looks dispersed compared to Bankey Bihari ji temple. Try to leave this place before 7 PM. If returning to noida , don’t follow google map blindly it will take you to very poor roads almost 30 km to connect to Yamuna expressway. Follow longer route through Mathura or old highway to Delhi.

If you arrive here via Public transport, City Bus From Vrindavan (Electric) will take 75Mins, they will drop you to Bus Stand from where you can take E rickshaws to Reach the Temple arena.
Now you have to walk for like 600m and 300Steps which takes around 15minutes. Or you have Bike riders asking 30-50Rs and they will drop you uphill.
It's heavily Busy at the time of opening in evening at 4:30, avoid that time and visit around 30minutes later. Half rush will be gone and you will have a Good Darshan.

Nice place. Private car auto will not go to the temple. 1 km path either you have to walk or you can hire bike. For walking you must know that it is very steeper. To go to temple bike takes Rs.50 per person. You have to leave the bike. For coming back you have to hire another bike. But this time they will charge you Rs.25 per person. I suggest, hire a bike. Rope is in its developmental process. The temple is very attractive.

It's not just a temple for devotees of Shree Radhe Krishna; it's a place of divine energy. When you take darshan of Shree Radhe Rani, your soul gets connected with them. There are many stairs in the temple; every upward stair takes your soul close to Ladlee Shree Radha.A beautiful view you find from the temple because it's located on hillside means you will get the perfect view for your pictures. May your mind get calm and your eyes be filled with tears when you get darshan of Radhe Krishna.Every one is chanting there in a single voice. What was it? Undoubtedly, it's radhe radhe. There is one piece of advice from my side: don't ask anything from Radhe Rani; she knows everything about your problems and about you as well. Believe in your karma and always believe in the philosophy that you should help others, but don't aspect anything in return, because when you aspect something, it means that you didn't help them because of their situation but for your own fulfillment.
May you visit Radhe Rani Temple as soon as possible, and may Radhe Rani help you achieve the goal of your life. If you find this review helpful, don't forget to reply to Radhe Radhe.

I'll never travel to Bharatpur without this trip planner again
Hindu temple with carved pillars & domes, set in gardens with fountains & illuminated at night.
No words can describe this place. This place is so beautiful that you will forget about everything else.
We went here on Saturday evening and the place was superr crowded. There are a lot of exhibits to see here and the main attraction is the temple.
It is advisable to go here in the evening as they do a light show and they also do a grand musical fountain starting from 7:30 to 8pm daily.
They have a CANTEEN also here where you can find few things to eat and it is not expensive
There is NO PARKING place here and evenings are super crowded so it is advisable to not drive here at all. It is better to walk and take a rickshaw.
They don't charge entry fee anywhere, you will have to pay only in the canteen for what you eat.

It's more like a religious entertainment centre than a temple of worship. We came around 7:30pm and experienced their fountain show. It's huge, there's a lot to see but the focus is definitely on the fountains, displays etc. No bags allowed + thorough checking even with stampede level of crowd.

Very beautiful temple, this is my first visit to this temple I have heard about but it is really amazing in real. The temple is very beautiful all this design and style is amazing, all the life events of Lord Krishna beautifully crafted on walls of temple.
There is also a theme park arround the temple where some stories of Lord Krishna a shown.
To really experience the beauty of this temple one has to visit in the evening time when the light show and fountain show started they make this temple more beautiful.
The crowd management is a lack from temple management they have to make more efforts in handling of the crowd.

Deeg Palace is undeniably a sight to behold - its grandeur and impeccable maintenance are praiseworthy. However, it's disheartening to see that both locals and tourists don't seem to take care of the place as they should. One particular eyesore is the pond, which has been filled with plastic, causing distress upon sight. Despite this, the overall beauty of the place is undeniable. It's worth a visit for its architectural splendor, but it's crucial that we all do our part to preserve its charm.

Accidentally we found this place can be visited while reaching Bharatpur or on way back to Gurgaon via Mumbai expressway. So no need to come here separately from Bharatpur, just while returning from Bharatpur use the maps to reach here. It will take couple of hours max and then carry on your journey back. What a place! What a creation! Something beyond imagination. What heritage we have in India and how thoughtful and creative our ancestors were!
This is a must visit place for one and all. But the heart breaking scene was maintenance of the lake / pond surrounding which made us really feel pitty thinking the Raja who made this would not keep this ponded boundary in such shabby condition. And for this only govt can't do all as the local people also have to take the initiative of keeping it clean and dirt free. Packet of chips, bottles and what not were scene inside that black water! I request all the visitors to please keep this in mind that this place belongs to us, the Indians and we can't ruin it this way.
If get a chance, shall visit again. Photography inside the museums are not allowed hence posting pics of outside areas. Rs. 50 for adults and no ticket for kids below 15 years age. Definitely visit and enjoy the beauty.

According to historians, the prison cell, popularly known as 'Garbha Griha' ( Sanctum Sanitorium ) , in the temple premise is the exact place where lord Krishna was born. The stone walled cell is reminiscent of the cruelty of King Kansa. Many statues and sculptures of the bygone era were found on excavating the site. This is one of the most holy places I have visited in Mathura as it is said to be the birth place of our lord Krishna. Near about 5000 years ago lord Krishna born there in the jail to Vasudeva and Devaki Maiya. Later he was transferred across the Yamuna river to mata Yashodha Devi and Nanda and brought up by them.
So, the Sri Krishna jonmo bhoomi place is basically the place where lord Krishna is appeared on earth. We have visited there in the evening. We can't carry any electronic gadgets like mobile, camera etc inside the place, so we have to submit them in the booths with minimum charges. There are separate gents and ladies booths. After that we have to wait for a while in the checking booths for security check. Then we entered the place.
It is no doubt a peaceful place. The inside area is a little chilly. When we roamed through the jail area I literally had goosebumps. It is such a good fortune of me to see that place in person. Other than that the whole place is quite beautiful and maintained. I have enjoyed my journey there.

But do keep in mind, that No mobile, smart watch, camera of any type are not allowed in premises..safe locakers are available, Ladies and gents separate system..but do carry lockable bag, if you're Group..to put all belonging in one place.

Best place there are 2 temple near to near no mobile phones available in side temple gate. You will get many auto cars to go there. The Krishna Janmasthan Temple Complex is a group of Hindu temples in Mallapura, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. These temples are built at the location where the Lord Krishna was born, and is adjacent to the Shahi Eidgah mosque built by Aurangzeb!
The prison cell was gradually turned into the present beautiful temple. Lakhs of devotees throng the temple during Janmashtami.

One of the really large and one of the oldest temples in Mathura and always crowded with devotees both residents and from outside Mathura.
In its present form the temple was developed by the Scindias of Gwalior. Here Sri Krishna is worshipped as Dwarkadhish & Radha as Radharani.
The pillars are richly & colourfully carved are are the ceilings.
In spite of the crowd and the presence of touts as in every temple in Mathura & Vrindavan, one can steal a few quiet moments in a corner and pray in silence.

Radhe Radhe! This is one of the most visited temples of Mathura Vrindavan. Lord Krishna resides here in form of Dwarikadheesh (Kind Of Dwarka). The temple is beautiful with intricate carvings and Rajasthani architecture. It is located on the banks of river Yamuna and opens at 6:30 am. Visiting this divine temple was a truly transcendent experience, deserving nothing less than a five-star rating. Steeped in history and spirituality, the sacred site holds a unique charm that captivates both the heart and soul.
According to the rich traditions, the original temple, attributed to Krishna's grandson Vajranabha, stood as a testament to the sanctity of the location—the very residence of Krishna. Despite historical challenges, the temple's resilience shines through, having weathered the storm of destruction inflicted by Mahmud Begada in 1472. The subsequent rebuilding efforts in the 15th-16th century, adorned in the Māru-Gurjara architectural style, have resulted in a breathtaking masterpiece.
The temple's aesthetic beauty is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Intricate carvings and divine sculptures create an atmosphere of profound spirituality, making every corner a visual delight. The ambiance exudes serenity, inviting worshippers and visitors alike to bask in the divine aura that permeates the sacred grounds.
The meticulous reconstruction showcases a harmonious blend of historical reverence and architectural brilliance. Each detail tells a story, weaving a narrative that connects the past with the present, fostering a sense of continuity in the worship of the divine.
In conclusion, this temple stands not only as a testament to religious heritage but also as a beacon of architectural excellence. A visit to this sacred haven is an enriching journey, leaving an indelible mark on one's soul. It's a place where history, spirituality, and architectural marvel converge, deserving of the highest accolades.

My visit to the Dwarikadhish Temple in Mathura left me with mixed feelings and was marred by overcrowding and a lack of organization. One notable issue was the absence of a designated area for shoe/sandal removal outside the temple complex. This meant that visitors were left to find makeshift solutions, resulting in clutter and confusion at the temple entrance.
Despite these shortcomings, the temple's architecture and spiritual ambiance are undeniably impressive and a must visit place.

Amidst the bustling streets of Mathura, 500 meters west of The birthplace of Lord Krishna lies a 2 km road which leads to The Dwarkadhish. Here, Lord Krishna is worshipped as the "King of Dwarka"
You have to line up to meet (him) behind the curtains. 10 minutes before the curtains are drawn, you hear rhythmic beats of drums and the chanting, creating an atmosphere charged with palpable energy and devotion. The drums make you feel the divine presence of the king.
Perfect setting for spiritual contemplation.

Wildlife SOS - Elephant Conservation and Care Center is a facility dedicated to rehabilitating rescued elephants. The property is expansive, and visitors can take guided tours after reserving their spots online. To catch a glimpse of the elephants, it's recommended to visit around 3:30pm when they are taken out for a stroll. One notable elephant in the center is Suraj, who has the largest tusk.
It was an eye opening experience! Very warm and hardworking staff! They have a lot of information about treatment of elephants and the issues. There are volunteering opportunities for people who want to learn more or contribute. I’ll be back.

Let me start by saying 3 Cheers to Wildlife SoS (NGO/No for Profit Org.) for the amazing work that they do in their centers!
Had the opportunity to visit their Elephant Conservation & Care center @Churmura (Near Agra). It comprises of Elephants rescued from different levels of Human cruelty - some forced to beg on the streets of Mumbai; some performed in
Circus; some used as a symbol of Power & Royalty & many more.
Thankfully Wildlife SoS takes very good care of all rescued elephants & works hard to educate the younger generation about letting wild animals be wild and not using them for human entertainment & needs!
They also take very good care of all the rescued elephants.
Kind Note: This is not a Zoo or Park but a rescue center- all visits are permitted only with permission from the Wildlife SoS office & with a token donation that keeps the rescue work going.

On my son's birthday, we visited SOS Wildlife centre for elephants. Located near Mathura, it was an eye-opening visit for us. How can man be so cruel towards the biggest mammal on earth, the elephant.
The visit started with the educator explaining the motive of the ngo to rescue elephants and how they keep them in the rescue centre.
Thereafter, we were taken inside the rescue centre near the elephants and were told stories about their pasts. It was a sad affair to see their injuries of past, soe were blind, some had broken knee, some had their ears chopped off and the list goes on.
This was all done previously before rescue by humans obviously for commercial gains.
But that is one side of humans, the other is the people working at this NGO, people working 24 hours taking good care of these elephants now so that they are fast on the recovery mode and do not develop hatred in their minds for us the humans.
The visit was a memorable experience for my family and my small kids Shaurya and Jeevesh who loved the whole trip.
We had the opportunity to bathe this largest mammal with our own hands and feed them too.
Appeal to everyone to encourage, motivate and help these NGOs in whatever manner we can !!!!

We were delighted to visit this elephant conservation sanctuary and see how much the lives of these majestic animals have improved. It is great to see how much happier the elephants clearly are here, compared to some of the awful conditions that they have been previously kept in. It is easy to see that everyone there has a lot of love and respect for these elephants and cares about their wellbeing. The staff at the centre were knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, knew each of the elephants by name and clearly loved explaining all of their different personality quirks! If you love animals, 10/10 recommend a visit (I'd also recommend a visit to the sloth bear sanctuary, run by the same organisation, which is inside the bird sanctuary on the way from/back to Agra). Visits are easy to arrange - we just emailed the centre and heard back within a few hours.

Please pre book before visiting this place.
Donation of 1500 per person is mandatory for this place.
You must email them before visiting.
If you reach there without emailing them then they will not allow you to enter.
They have not mentioned this on their website. I don’t know when they will do it.
Visitors feel fool when they reach at the destination and they are not allowed to enter.
Basically they are trot make it a commercial activity.

Climbing shoes will be the most important thing that you purchase, so we recommend that you try on several different pairs to get the best fit. Climbing shoes are designed for climbing, not walking so they’re not as comfortable as approach shoes. They need to fit tightly around your toes to give you the support you need to stand on small foot holds. How long will your shoes last? It depends on how good your footwork is and how often you climb. hotels in bharatpur

Keoladeo national park is named after Keoladeo Mahadev, This ancient Shiv temple is 350+ years old and was built by Maharaja Surajmal.
There is an interesting story is associated with this temple. Priest of the temple told us that in ancient time nearby farmers and people used to come to this place to graze their animals and everyday and a farmer”s cow used to stand under banana tree and start giving milk. This incident was seen by farmer and he later informed Maharaja Surajmal about this. After digging the place under banana tree a shiva lingam emerged. End of the shivling could not be found after continuous attempts of digging and was later established in same form and a temple was built which is known as Keoladeo Mahadev temple.

It is around 350 yrs old as per Mandir Pujari. A small cute temple. Has a Shivlinga of that old time. Built by Maraja Surajmal. Its almost at the end of Keoladeo Bird sanctuary Bharatpur when you go cycling till last. It also has a very nice lake infront of it along with a canteen and a high view point. Quite good experience of being there. Enjoy!!

Its an old temple located around 6km from the starting point. This National park was originally known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. But it has been renamed after this temple and is currently known as Keoladeo National Park.
We spotted a pair of owls sleeping on one of the trees just outside the temple.

Excellent temple inside the Bharatpur bird sanctuary. The sanctuary is named after this temple only.
It's approx 5 kms from the main gate of the park.
Can and quiet temple. Surrounding is superb. All lush green trees, continuous sound of birds that help you relax and enjoy.
Adjacent to the temple is a small canteen where one can get tea, coffee, child drink etc.
Clean toilets available
A place where one can relax during the exhausting park visits.

Keoladeo National Park
National park
Nature & Parks
Nature & Wildlife Areas
UNESCO-listed national park & former Maharajah's hunting ground known for its abundant birdlife.
Heaven for bird lovers. You can spend as much time as you have in the park. Normal people 3-4 hrs. Bird lovers even 10-12 hrs is less.
You have to take rickshaw to view the park (150/hr) or cycle (150/day).
On foot it will be difficult as its 5-6 km one way. 100’s of species of beautiful birds are there including migrating birds which are not easily seen elsewhere.
I spend 8 hrs and came out as i ran out of camera battery. Rickshaw 150*8 = 1200rs but it was worth as rickshaw owners are well knowledgeable and hence no requirement of extra guide which is 250 per hour. Entry is 111 rs. Food options are limited. Two-three canteens which serve chips n drinks. So u can carry your food to help u through out the day.
Pelicans, python, ducks, geese, spotted deer baby were some of the highlights of my trip.
Will go again as it gave lot of freshness and peace away from crowd and hustle bustle of city life.

One of the best bird sanctuaries of India. The Climate was soothing for cycling. One can walk or talk a cycle or hire an e-ricksaw within the premises. Various varieties of birds can easily be traced out. Best time for visit would be in Dec & Jan as one can find migratory birds on a large scale.

Good place for bird watchers. Only those interested in bird watching and travelling with required cameras will enjoy and not everyone. Best time to visit is from Jan to Feb.

Beautiful and peaceful place. If you are interested in bird watching then you should go there because there are many migratory birds in winter. Bicycle rides and rickshaw safaris are also available. You can spend a whole day inside the park. The timings are from 6 am to 5.30 pm. If you are from outside Rajasthan, there is a government guest house inside the park where you can stay for cheap rent.

An amazing place ,teeming with gorgeous nature sights, like the wetlands containing myriads of birds like cranes, storks, ducks.
And that's just the start of the trail. The most straight forward trail is almost 13 km long, with several shorter trails branching out.
Its best to reach early morning, 6.30am-ish so one can Bird watch peacefully. After, 8.30am the park gets full of families with idiots screaming "look look ,there is Bird" without knowing what Bird and scaring the birds away in the process.

Absolutely breathtaking, must visit it 2/3 times across the various timings ie early morning, afternoon and evening. Also great if one can spend 2/3 days here. One day to observe, click photographs etc basically letting the excitement settle, and then one entire day just watching everything. It's a wonder of nature.

We saw so many unique birds everywhere like blue robin, fruit bat, babblers, black headed ibis, painted stork, kingfishers, snake bird etc
The best season to visit is in the winter season, and the best time to visit is in the morning.
You can walk, or travel by e-rickshaw or cycle rickshaw.
It is divided into 2 regions, the dry area and the wetlands.
It was a very good experience, if you are in Bharatpur then this place is a must visit.

Sanctuary has different kinds of vehicles facilities like cycles of two types, e-rickshaws, Jeeps till a point etc. The whole route is around 4-5km and the same for return as well.
Hope this clears some queries. 😊

Though the sanctuary is very big and can be a great destination for nature lovers, maintenance and facilities are not at the par. One need to rent either cycle or rickshaw to cover around 10kms area, which will cost rs. 150 and 600 respectively. The entry tickets are of rs. 125 for indian adults, kids of age till 4 yrs are free. Inside the sanctuary one will find only 1 canteen and 1 or 2 water areas.

On November 17, 2024, we visited Keoladeo National Park, traveling by car from Agra to Bharatpur and arriving in the afternoon. We hired both a guide and a battery car for the excursion. While they claimed that a guide was mandatory for those using a battery car, we noticed many individuals exploring without one. Nevertheless, our guide proved to be quite knowledgeable. He brought along an optical lens that allowed us to observe birds up close.
The optimal time to visit is during the winter months (November to January), when numerous birds migrate to the area around October. The park exudes tranquility and serenity, providing a relaxing experience for visitors. Overall, it is a highly recommended destination.

I witnessed a completely natural environment here, least touched by humans. Praise to management that they haven't hampered with natural setting of the place. It's a very beautiful and serene place where you can see what wetland. Lots and lots of bird species, beautiful and rare, migratory and native. The core area is mind blowing where you can see breeding area of birds. It was mind blowing to see numerous types of nest there. Saw kingfisher hunting fishes also.
There's a very beautiful lake also where you can do boating, and it's unlike any other lake you may have seen in hilly areas. It's completely different, so serene and so beautiful lake covered with green / pink algae. It looked like heaven to me .
I fell in love with this place. Will visit again soon.

Just finished exploring Keoladeo National Park, a #UNESCO World Heritage site and protected bird sanctuary. While the park is home to 350 species, I was fortunate to encounter around 150. Witnessing the coexistence of migratory and indigenous birds was truly fascinating. My standout moment was observing the Bar-headed Geese, the only birds capable of flying at 30,000 feet. They embark on an incredible journey from Mongolia to India, crossing over the Himalayas, including Mount Everest. Birds, as the surviving dinosaurs, continue to thrive, and it's awe-inspiring to witness their resilience.

Avian Extravaganza:
The park boasts over 360 bird species, including migratory birds from Siberia, Europe, and Central Asia. Witnessing the vibrant flocks of painted storks, darters, egrets, and even the elusive Siberian cranes is an unforgettable experience.

While the birds are the main attraction, the park offers more. Spotting mammals like sambar deer, nilgai, and even pythons adds to the diverse wildlife encounter. The serene water bodies and lush vegetation create a picturesque backdrop for your exploration.
Exploring the Sanctuary:
Cycling, rickshaws, or even electric carts are the preferred modes of exploring the vast park. Hiring a knowledgeable guide is highly recommended. Their expertise in bird calls and hiding spots will significantly enhance your birding experience.
Things to Consider:
Best time to visit: The winter months (November to February) witness the peak migratory season, offering the most diverse birdlife.
Accommodation: From budget guesthouses to luxurious stays, Bharatpur caters to various preferences.
Accessibility: The park is well-connected to major cities like Agra and Jaipur, making it easily accessible.
Overall, the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique communion with nature. The breathtaking birdlife, coupled with the serene atmosphere, makes it a truly enriching experience.

As an photography enthusiast, keoladeo national park was in bucket list from long time, but its actual experience was more than just watching birds. cycling on the tracks in natural environment, watching how different birds behave, the scenic beauty, feeling the nature so close.
✓Cycling is for sure a must to experience the park closely without any timings restrictions.

It's Paradise for bird lovers. It's also open for routine tourists too. Guides, bicycles, and e-rickshaws are available at an entry gate on rent to traverese in the national park. If you like nature walks or wildlife, you would love to visit this place. The park is a mix of woodlands, grasslands, wetlands, and lakes. You can spot thousands of water birds in the marshy area of the park. Though recent government norms have changed the rate card, and it might be a bit of an expensive nature trail. Hence, I will definitely suggest checking out the fare before finalizing your plan. If you are alone and can ride a bicycle, then it's pretty cheap to move into the national park.

Itmad-ud-Daula, also known as the Baby Taj, is a stunning Mughal-style mausoleum made of white marble and adorned with semi-precious stones. Built between 1622 and 1628 by Nur Jahan for her father, Mizra Ghiyas Beg, it is often considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal. The mausoleum features beautiful towers and a distinctive square top, set amidst luxurious gardens and composite buildings.
It is a historical monument quite beautiful but sadly not maintained at all. Agra Tourism Department and ASI which charges tourist should really do some serious maintenance work. This is open from sunrise to sunset. It is made up of white marble so some say it as a mini Taj Mahal and it has four doors. Back door is facing Yamuna river and the view is beautiful. You can sit here and enjoy the view. The art work on marble is beautiful and amazingly well done. Inside this, there are 4-5 graves are there which are present in four different corners of this monument. Rest this place is beautifully maintained by authorities.

The Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daula is dedicated to Mirza Ghiyas Beg, the father of Nur Jahan. Itimad-ud-Daula was his title. This mausoleum situated on the banks of river Yamuna was constructed in 1626_28 AD. There are many things in this mausoleum, known as Baby Taj, which were later adopted while making the Taj Mahal. People say that at many places the carvings here look more beautiful than the Taj Mahal. Another attraction of this mausoleum is its dome made in the Central Asian style. The gardens and paths here enhance its beauty even more.
This mausoleum is the first mausoleum built in India which was made entirely of white marble. Pictures of trees, plants, animals and birds are engraved on its walls. Here and there the pictures of men can also be seen which is a strange thing because in Islam it is forbidden to use human beings as an object of decoration. Because of its beauty, this tomb is known as the Jewel Box.

Itmad-ud-Daula, often referred to as the "Baby Taj," is a gem of Mughal architecture nestled along the banks of the Yamuna River in Agra, India. This exquisite mausoleum holds historical significance as the tomb of Mirza Ghiyas Beg, the grandfather of Mumtaz Mahal, for whom the Taj Mahal was built.
You must visit this place whenever you are in Agra. Most of the people forget to visit this place. If you are a photo lover, you must take some time to take videos and photos.

Itimad-ud-Daulah, otherwise known as the Baby Taj was very good for gentle scroll.
This was the first Mughal tomb to be built entirely of marble. Gentle walk by a large garden make you think about both mouseleums.
Baby Taj was built by Nur Jahan and completed the construction of the building of the Tomb of her father in 1628 AD, nearly 7 years after his death.
Taj Mahal was built in period of 1632 to 1648.
Shah Jahan's favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal, was the niece of Nur Jahan,. Mumtaz Mahal. died suddenly in 1631, after giving birth to the couple's fourteenth child. She is buried today directly under the center of the great dome of the Taj Mahal. in her memory by her deeply grieving husband.
Hmmm.....makes you think.......
Definitely worth visiting.

The Taj Mahal was inspired by Itmad-ud-daula , 30rs ticket. Along with the main building, the structure consists of numerous outbuildings and gardens. The tomb, built between 1622 and 1628, represents a transition between the first phase of monumental Mughal architecture primarily built from red sandstone with marble decorations, as in Humayun's Tomb in Delhi and Akbar's tomb in Sikandra – to its second phase, based on white marble . Located on the eastern bank of the Yamuna River, the mausoleum is set in a large cruciform garden criss-crossed by water courses and walkways.
The tomb is a must visit , less crowded, parking facilities available.

Itmad-ud-Daula in Agra, often referred to as the "Mini Taj Mahal," is a true gem. Though smaller in scale, its intricate architecture and delicate details rival its famous counterpart. The serene ambiance and historical significance make it a must-visit for anyone exploring Agra. This hidden treasure offers a more intimate experience, allowing visitors to appreciate the artistry and history in a quieter setting. A delightful addition to the Agra itinerary, especially for those seeking a glimpse of Mughal splendor on a smaller scale.
Shahi Jama Masjid in Agra is a grand mosque built by the Mughals, featuring a rectangular open forecourt constructed in 1648 A.D. The stunning architecture combines Iranian influences with red sandstone and white marble. It took 6 years and 5,000 workers to complete this masterpiece. Designed by Sheikh Salim Chisti, it follows traditional mosque layout with a central dome and large courtyard halls.
I recently had the privilege of visiting the iconic Jama Mosque in Agra, and I am still in awe of the majestic journey through history that this grand mosque offers. As one of India's most significant architectural marvels, the Jama Mosque is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring Agra's rich cultural heritage.
The first thing that struck me as I approached the mosque was its sheer size and grandeur. The imposing red sandstone walls, adorned with delicate white marble inlays, create a mesmerizing visual spectacle. The mosque's impressive central dome and the elegant minarets that flank it make for an unforgettable sight against the azure sky.
Stepping inside the mosque, I was captivated by its symmetrical layout and the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of its design. The spacious courtyard, surrounded by imposing archways and stunning domes, exudes a sense of tranquility despite the bustling atmosphere of Agra outside.
The mosque's prayer hall, with its intricate marble jali work and beautiful calligraphy, is a sight to behold. It serves as a reverent place of worship for both locals and tourists, fostering an atmosphere of unity and devotion. Witnessing the prayers in this historic setting was a truly humbling experience.
Exploring the various chambers and courtyards of the mosque was like taking a step back in time. The exquisite Mughal architecture is a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of the artisans of that era. Every nook and cranny of Jama Mosque seemed to have a story to tell, connecting the present with the past in a seamless blend of art and history.
The mosque's location near the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal makes it a convenient stop for tourists visiting these iconic landmarks. It provides a deeper understanding of Agra's cultural heritage and its significance during the Mughal era.
In addition to its historical importance, Jama Mosque is a lively hub of local life. It is a meeting place for the community, fostering a sense of togetherness among the people of Agra.
In conclusion, visiting Jama Mosque in Agra was an enriching experience that left me with a profound appreciation for India's architectural heritage. Its awe-inspiring beauty, historical significance, and spiritual ambiance make it a must-visit destination for travelers seeking to immerse themselves in the grandeur of the Mughal era. Whether you are a history enthusiast or someone seeking a moment of introspection, Jama Mosque in Agra is sure to leave a lasting impression on your heart and mind.

I walked for 20 minutes from Agra Fort to this mosque, said my prayer, cooled off and enjoyed the beauty of this rather less visited mosque. It was evident from the current state of the mosque that it gets less attention than Delhi Jama Masjid. But to me, it is equally beautiful, the ambience of the area, the little kids reciting the holy Quran at one corner, the shade of mosque in the scorching heat of the sun gave me such relief! But the interior should be maintained properly, the prayer mats were full of dust, flies were everywhere.. The concerned authority can look into it.

Jama Masjid at Agra also known as 'Friday Mosque' is a seventeenth-century structure and is one of the largest mosques built by the Mughals in India. Constructed under the reign of Shah Jahan in 1648, Jama Masjid is dedicated to his favourite daughter Jahan Ara Begum. This splendid monument is visible from the Agra Fort with the Agra Fort Railway station right between the two structures.
The Jama Masjid is built mainly of red sandstone and white marble that stand as a testimony to the magnificent Mughal architecture. It has a fountain at the centre and is supported by four kiosks in the courtyard. The interior walls have scriptures in the Persian style praising for Shah Jahan and Jahan Ara. The inlaid panels of work here are quite similar to that of Taj Mahal and are common to all the monuments and structures built by the Mughals in Agra. Every Friday, special prayers are conducted at this mosque which is attended by thousands of devotees. The Tomb of Salim Chisti is a part of the mosque compound.
Architecture of Jama Masjid
Jama Masjid is the second most visited place after in Agra after the Taj Mahal. A few steps high, it has various domes, out of which the prayer dome is the largest. Buland Darwaza is forty meters high and is built of red sandstone. It is semi-octagonal in pattern and contains three massive domes at the top. These domes are followed by three smaller domes and twelve tiny domes at lower levels.
The impressive arches at the courtyard are supported by pillars covered in red sandstone. The domes are decorated by an inverted lotus and are ornamented by a Kalash at the top. The designs on top of these domes are made of alternating stripes of marble and red sandstone. There is a Madrasa in the central courtyard, where small kids are taught Islamic language and culture. The interior walls have been made up of white marble singing the praise of the ruler in Persian inscriptions. Entry to the Jama Mosque is possible through five entrances. The gateway is embellished with small layers of sandstone. The Iwan (a rectangular hall walled on three sides) has a central arch with several geometric patterns.
History of Jama Masjid
The Jama Masjid was built by Shah Jahan for his favourite daughter Jahan Ara Begum. Its construction began in 1648 and took six years to complete with the efforts of five thousand workers. The mosque had a large open area in its front, known as the Tripoli Chowk. This octagonal chowk existed between Jama Masjid and the Delhi Gate of Agra Fort. However, this Chowk was destroyed during 1871-1873, to give room to Agra Fort Railway Station. The gateway otherwise known as the "Buland Darwaza" to the mosque was added after Shah Jahan's comprehensive victory in the Kandesh military campaign. A lot of the engravings are in Persian.

I visited this place on a late afternoon. Very less visited and less crowded place. Mosque is quite big, neat and clean. There was peace and positive vibes when I entered here. People were offering prayers, small kabutar Khana was there too.
Definitely a beautiful place. But this is located near to station and a local market. Area is over crowded. So visit during morning to avoid market crowd.

Built by Jahanara Begum, this mosque must have been a sight to behold from the Agra Fort in its heydays. Today flanked in front by the railway station, it has been surrounded from all sides along the boundry wall by shops. This kind of heritage is expected to be better looked after than this.
It is a fully functional mosque even today.

Agra Fort is a stunning red sandstone fort complex with intricate decorations and double ramparts. Located near the iconic Taj Mahal, it boasts impressive monuments within its walls. The fort's semi-circular design adds to its grandeur, making it a must-visit destination in Agra.
One of the great and huge historic monument. It would be better if you take a guide because there are many historical buildings inside this fort, which he will be able to explain better.
At least you need 2 hours to visit this fort. Morning time is the best for visit here.
If you are a bird lover you will get to see so many parrots.

A historical fort having incredible architecture and ambience. A vast area of fort is with Indian Defence.
Better to visit the fort with a Guide who can explain the historical aspects of the fort. The entrance, ambience, Courtyards and other structures are really grand. The red stone and marbles used for construction of the fort, give a royal feeling.

Agra Fort is one of the largest forts in India. We are only allowed to explore 20% of the area. And yet, those 20% are already big enough for us to explore, which is remarkable 🤩
And yes, it's a very nice place for a photo shoot 📸
We booked a tour guide in advance, and it was worth every penny as they told us the story and history of the Agra Forts and more.
Tips: Do wear comfy shoes, t-shirts, bring small towel and mineral water. Avoid visiting in the afternoon as it will be getting hot there.

The Agra Fort is one of the biggest forts in India. While the exterior is impressive, there isn't much to see inside. However, the walls and rooms are in good condition and well maintained. If you're interested in learning about the rich history of this place, you can hire a guide available at the entry gate. Tickets can also be purchased online for your convenience. Exploring the fort with a knowledgeable guide will enhance your experience and appreciation of its historical significance.

We went on a weekday in the evening and it was very crowded, it take more than 20 minutes to enter completing the ticket checking. The fort is beautiful and huge. Once you enter you get to take beautiful pics, considering it's huge, people scatter quickly and we get a peaceful view but don't expect too much of peace 😂

Because the fort of Agra is very big, so during its journey you may get very tired but you will also have a lot of fun.

One of the best fort in India. The architecture of the fort is very beautiful due to presence of red rocks. We have to walk for 40-60minutes to cover entire area inside. The places is very well preserved. You might not need a guide if you read about the place beforehand and keep a map of the fort handy. Keep an umbrella if you’re visiting in summers, it gets really hot. Tickets are cheap, like ₹40 or something. Beware of Auto-rickshaw-wallas, they’ll try to trick you into paying a lot if you aren’t careful.

But only take government authorized guide.

The red fort of Agra is just amazing as it was shown in movies. The story of Red fort will just kept you bound. The beauty of this monument is mesmerizing. The fort is so big, it is divided in to multiple sections according to the kings name. Every little corner is actually designed so calculatively. If you see a single pillar, then also you will feel the art and work they have done over here. If you are visiting it, then you should go for guide also. They will tell you the details of every single corner. It was an amazing experience.

No need to describe this place for anyone. The sheer massiveness of this place and the story attached with it is enough to make you visit this place. It's a wonder how people with no modern technology built such huge forts and it's still standing. The fort is open everyday. You can visit the fort at any time. The fort opens at 6 in the morning. You can buy an online ticket before hand if you like. But this place doesn't get that crowded so you can choose to opt for buying tickets at the counter also. It's rs 50 per person for Indians. If you want to know about the place in detail you can opt for guides. But bargain with them as the rates can be very steep at times. Being there makes you think about the historic events that have happened there.

The Khas Mahal palace in Agra Fort is a historical place that was once used as the summer palace of the Mughal Princes. It features glittering mirror-glass mosaics and water features in landscaped gardens.
The luxurious medieval bathroom of the world 'sheesh mahal' is situated near angoori bagh in Agra fort. There were so many reflectors used to be fixed on the walls and roof inside Sheesh mahal but people put a large number of mirrors out of it unfortunately goverment banned the entry, Sheesh mahal has been a centre of attraction ever itself you can still taste the juice of this creative genre from the outside.

Shish Mahal, which translates to "Palace of Mirrors," is a stunning architectural feature found within various Mughal-era buildings, including palaces, forts, and mosques. Here's more information about Shish Mahal:
1. **Design and Architecture**: Shish Mahal is characterized by its intricate mirror work, which adorns the walls, ceilings, and sometimes even floors of the structure. The mirrors are often set in colorful floral or geometric patterns, creating a dazzling effect when light reflects off them.
2. **Symbolism**: The use of mirrors in Shish Mahal is not merely decorative; it also serves symbolic and functional purposes. Mirrors were believed to reflect the stars and create an illusion of a starlit sky indoors, symbolizing the cosmos and the heavens. Additionally, the reflective surfaces helped to enhance the natural light within the space.
3. **Historical Significance**: Shish Mahals were often used as private chambers or audience halls by Mughal rulers and nobility. These luxurious spaces were where the elite would entertain guests, hold court, or engage in leisure activities.
4. **Examples**: One famous example of Shish Mahal is located within the Lahore Fort in present-day Pakistan. The Shish Mahal in the Lahore Fort was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century and is renowned for its exquisite mirror work and beautiful frescoes.
5. **Other Instances**: Shish Mahals can also be found in other Mughal monuments, including Agra Fort and Red Fort in Delhi. While not as elaborate as the Shish Mahal in Lahore Fort, these structures still showcase the Mughal love for intricate decoration and architectural grandeur.
Overall, Shish Mahal represents the pinnacle of Mughal craftsmanship and artistic expression, showcasing the fusion of Persian, Islamic, and Indian architectural styles.

It was got constructed by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a part of his Summer Palace.
Its walls and ceiling are inlaid with glass mosaic work, that flows in the dark and produces a surreal twinkling and glittering effect in the semi-dark interior of the palace.
It is locked and inaccessible to the public as on date...

Sheesh Mahal is one of the architectural wonders inside the Khas Mahal in Agra Fort. It was commonly used as the Summer Palace by the Mughal princes as it was structured in such a way that it kept the Mahal cool from Agra’s heat. Water devices were installed with fountains and a waterfall inside the Palace. It was originally adorned with the finest glass pieces imported from Syria in order to reflect sunlight into the thick palace walls.

Sheesh Mahal is one of the most fabulous structures inside the Agra Fort. Located on the western side of the Musamman Burj (an octagonal tower lying in close proximity to Diwan-i-Khas), it is an incredibly beautiful sight to come across. This structure was one of the many additions made by Shah Jahan. Built between 1631-1640 AD, it also served as the imperial bath of the Emperor. The Mahal is also famous for having extra thick walls which were built to keep the interiors cool and pleasant.
But it was close , no one could allow to enter in, only you can see is by the close net door with the help of your phone flashlight.

It was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan as a part of summer palace. Its most distinctive feature is glass mosaic work done on its walls and ceiling. These glass pieces have high mirror quality which glittered and twinkled in thousand ways in semi-dark interior. The glass was imported from Haleb of Syria. Shahjahan built glass palace also at Lahore and Delhi, but this is the finest of all.

In the past, this was an imperial bath. Mirrors were used both in its walls and ceilings. When illuminated, they would sparkle the entire hall.
However, now, the majority of the mirrors are no longer there. Also, there is a metal barrier so you can only see the hall's interior from outside.

Sheesh Mahal, in Urdu language, literally means 'Crystal Palace'. However, with its pietra dura decorations and intricate mirror-work inlaid into the white marble walls and ceilings creating gleaming effect, the lavish room has come to be known as 'Palace of Mirrors', and sometimes the 'Hall of Mirrors'.Declared a World Heritage Monument by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco), 75 per cent of the area of Agra Fort is in possession of the Indian Army, closing it for the tourists. In the remaining 25 per cent part, a majority of the monuments have been cordoned off by the ASI now.Within the Shalimar Bagh, Shah Jahan constructed "Sheesh Mahal" (crystal palace). The Shalimar Bagh had witnessed events of historical significance such as in 1658 AD the coronation ceremony of Aurangzeb took place at Sheesh Mahal.

Mehtab Bagh, located in Agra, is a partially restored Mughal-era garden that offers stunning views of the Taj Mahal. This tranquil park features symmetrical landscaping and ample green space for visitors to enjoy. Originally built by Emperor Babur as part of a series of 11 parks along the Yamuna River, Mehtab Bagh fell into disrepair before being reconstructed in the 1990s.
Overall: as others said, garden could use some work but there were still pretty flowers (I went in May). But that's not why you go. You go for the beautiful Taj Mahal views which were great and it's possible to get pictures without any people in your shot, something not possible across the river at the Taj Mahal.
How to get there: we took a Taxi, organize it with your hotel or the taxi driver himself to take you both ways and wait for you while you're there. Taxi/car/bus parks in parking lot and can't go right up to entrance so mist stop about 1.5 km away. Tuk tuks are there to take you further to entrance (we paid 100 rupies round trip and he waited for us) or you can walk it. Entrance was 300 rupies cash (no card available at that time) for *foreigners* (a lot cheaper for Indian citizens) and we paid right there. Other reviews said buy online but we just walked up and paid.

Translated as 'Moonlight Garden' it is located across the Yamuna river directly opposite to the Taj Mahal.
It's construction has been attributed to both Babur & further beautified by Shah Jehan.
When I visited in March 2017, the flowerbeds were being readied for planting.
Very few if the available plants & trees were flowering at that time, but one can imagine what the garden would be like in full bloom.
Both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are visible from here.

A beautiful well arranged garden and a great romantic spot to watch and admire the beauty of tajmahal from the banks of yamuna. I went in winters and hence river was all dried up. And there were no flowers. In the season m sure, it would be spectacular. Loads a loads of amla/indian gooseberry trees are here. Ticket is 20₹ and no food is allowed inside. If you carry any food, they will keep it in with them and will return it once you leave the bagh.
From the parking area, no car is allowed to go further. It’s 5/10 min walk. Battery rickshaw also works which charges 10₹ per head.

Great views of Tajmahal. The place where a black Taj Mahal would’ve been constructed if Aurangazeb didn’t imprison Shah Jahan.
Agra Development Authority has constructed another View point, both have the same views.
The parking is little far from the Garden and tickets are available online until 45 mins before sunset.
The park is closed after sunset. The area is little shady afterwards. So better plan your logistics beforehand.
I luckily got an auto but otherwise it would’ve been riskier.

Recommended Visit if you are in Agra. Mehtab Bagh (also called. 'Moonlight Garden') is a charbagh complex in Agra, North India. It lies north of the Taj Mahal complex and the Agra Fort on the opposite side of the Yamuna River. The garden complex is perfectly aligned with the Taj Mahal on the opposite bank. During the rainy season, the ground becomes partially flooded. Beautiful and less crowded view of Tajmahal and not to miss the Birds all around. Must visit if you are a nature lover. You can even sit back and relax on ground and mesmerize the beauty of TajMahal.

The normal entry ticket costs 50 per head, whereas to the podium it will be 150. Of course it's worth visiting and look at the artworks from close eye distance. Keep your token handy, as it is required while exit.

As expected a truly incredible experience. It was magnificent and worth hiring a guide to explore the entire area. Recommend using the restroom before entering the grounds as they are very limited there and not great. Make sure to look at the detail
In the marble with all of the exotic stone inlays (by hand) in the dome.

Always a stunning place to look upon, with a mesmerizing and breathtaking view, no matter how many times you have visited. Recently, a main mausoleum ticket has been introduced, costing ₹150. For those visiting for the first time, they might consider buying the ticket, but I suggest not to. There's nothing inside worth spending an extra ₹150 for , the main entry ticket is for ₹50 (also don't buy those shoes cover outside, you can get them for free at the main mausoleum entry and you only need them for main mausoleum )

How can you not visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World?! This palace is simply amazing and beautiful. I have no words for this beautiful structure. Beyond its beauty, there is a powerful story of the history, involving family, murder, imprisonment, death, and memorial after death. Despite seeing a lot of other visitors there, it didn’t feel crowded. And once you entered inside to see the replica of the tombs, you entered in single file that seemed to move along quickly. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and overall it was fairly clean. Getting back was a trip! Waiting for the golf cart transport with the other visitors, there was no proper order or manners-so you gotta be quick if you want a seat on the transport back!

No matter how many times you have visited this wonderful monument, every time it feels so different and so amazing and it really would be a monumental regret of your life to not have visited this monument once in your lifetime.
It's like this monument has a life of its own and you too will feel it when you are near to it.
No wonder why many dream of visiting this wonder everyday.
I wish I get a chance to visit this beauty again!

No doubt it's one of the 7 wonders of the world. Spectacular, Beauty created with great architectural skills. Hire a guide there and you will get so much more to know. It will take around 1hour 30 minutes for a full tour with a guide. It has been created so thoughtfully ages ago that you can't imagine. The symmetry in architecture, the 2D designing giving 3D illusions, the carvings of gems and the way they glow in light, I was so amused to see all that which I didn't know earlier. I admire the beauty but more than that the architectural skills. Must visit atleast once in a lifetime..

Well managed but for the first timers, it can be tricky to take autos from the car parking as autos are only allowed till a certain point. It is best to take government run battery buses from parking to entry point. From there just a 2 minute walk and one can buy entry tickets before getting in the queue. A big racket and ruckus about shoe covers, so please buy them in advance !

Very nice maintained world heritage monument. Recommended to arrive at Taj early morning from 5:30 - 6:00 am when the queue is not there. Wheelchair are available free. Battery cars take you from the parking for a nominal fee of Rs 20/- per person.

Historical Monument of India and one of the seven wonders of the world. It is still charming though many years have passed. There is brilliance and accuracy in every portion of the monument. The area is taken care very well. The garden is Maintained well. There are plenty of visitors visiting each and every day from different places and countries. Thanks to the authorities for the timely maintenance and protection given to it.

Nice and impressive building. We couldn’t make the most of it due to the fog during the 2 days we stayed in Agra.
So crowed.
The access to the building from the city is a chaos. This should be considered and improved for one of the wonders of the world.

It’s a must visit destination in india
It is an architectural marvel and an enduring symbol of love. Its stunning white marble facade, intricate carvings, and symmetrical gardens attract millions of visitors annually. While some may find it crowded, its historical significance and breathtaking beauty make it a must-visit destination. However, preservation efforts are essential to maintain its grandeur for future generations.
I would recommend hiring a guide as it will help you in entry and will click your good pics as they know the trending pics also

Very nice place feeling is good.
Absolutely stunning and marvelous; must-see in your lifetime. Even if the journey is long for you (40 hours for me to get here from Florida) it is worthwhile getting to see this fantastic structure. I highly recommend you pay for a guided tour as it will be educational and efficient. The great photography was a bonus! Indescribable the setting and the architecture as well as the love story here. Hire a local photographer for their digital copy then you don’t have to worry about getting nice photos. They know the nice shots for you. You could get a paper copy as a choice. Go to the other side across the river as well to see from a different view. It looks different depending on the time of day.Spectacular! Great history and amazing architecture! Must see whilst visiting North India. Absolutely loved it. Although if you are non Indian tourist, you have to be careful with local tour guides and shop owners not to try to charge you few times more for services and items.

Title: One of the seven Wonders of the world.
Reason: It's epic construction and the detailing done on it.
Suggestion: Must go in your lifetime but it's worthwhile for a one time visit only.

A very nice location with good vibes. It is one of the greatest locations in the world, and you should see it at some point in your lifetime. Even if the journey is long, you should consider taking a guided tour. It is an amazing structure to see. The great photography was an unexpected bonus! The location, architectural design, and the love story are incredible. You can hire a local photographer to obtain high-quality pictures. They will help you take pictures of your choice. You can also purchase a hard copy. You can look at it from another perspective by crossing the river. It is different at various times of day. It is an amazing history and an amazing structure! It is something that can be appreciated while visiting North India. It was marvelous. While it may be hard for non-Indian tourists to find local guides and shopkeepers who will not try to overcharge them for services and items, it is very worthwhile.

One of the 7 wonders of the world for a reason and that reason can only be experienced and not explained. This was my 2nd visit and once again got mesmerized by its beauty, salute to efforts put into carvings. the gems and stones used glitters in sunlight even after 400 years. Must visit place. Highly recommended!!

Lived up to it's expectation as a wonder of the world. The story behind the mausoleum is very sad but demonstrated a different world. We went on the anniversary of the kings death which meant we could see extra things and this was lucky for us! Stunning!

What can I say, it's the most amazing place I have ever visited. The story behind the Taj Mahal and the craftsmanship is incredible. I went as part of a tour, I would definitely recommend getting a tour guide as they can tell you all about the history.
We got there just before 8am and there were no wait times at all and this was a Saturday. There are photographers who will take your picture if you want them to but otherwise your tour guide will know all of the best spots to have them. I truly hope I get to visit again!

It's a beautiful place and a beautiful structure. The view of yamuna is amazing on the backside, properly maintained and garden view is also great. A must visit place with friends or family. Just one thing which was not okay that washrooms are not properly maintained other than that it's a great area and great place. I really enjoyed being there 👍🏻

Don't hire photographers and guides. Service not good.
They'll eat your money.
Instead take your own camera.
Peta sweet is very famous here but again bargain. Ask rates in 3-4 shops and then buy.
Of course an iconic place. Enjoy

It is just phenomenal when you look up-front...... It is even more beautiful when you look up close. The pictures can never define it's beauty. It is truly one hell of a wonder.... And we went at the golden hour .... The sunset made it look even more magnificent....
Ps: Don't visit on Friday as it remains closed on Fridays

Visited my first ‘7th Wonder of The World’ and I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful it was. We had a guide who was very knowledgeable about all aspects.
There are a lot of vendors who try to sell you items which are probably not authentic.
Don’t fall for the photographers too who will charge you an arm and a leg.
A must see!
