An awesome Historic place to visit any time of the day. This tunnel was built in 1906 and it was part of the old railroad from Montenegro 'till Caxias do Sul, that nowadays doesn't exist anymore. This place is recommended to the family in general and also for the sports lovers like Cycling, Hikers, and Motocross because there are trails that take you under the road where you can pass through other two small tunnels.

(Translated by Google) This tour surprised me, because from the photos it seemed like a simpler place, but it is very beautiful. The tunnel is short and you need to be careful when passing by car, as it only has one lane. It is necessary to wear closed shoes when traveling in the area, as there is a lot of mud. Take a walk nearby, there is a waterfall and other tunnels nearby. The stretch of dirt road is short and reasonable.
(Original)

(Translated by Google) A very good experience, as the passage is only one, you have to go slowly, pay attention to the bar before the tunnel entrance and the waterfall after the passage

(Translated by Google) It's worth visiting, peaceful and beautiful place
With streams,
It's a shame that some visitors who go don't take care of the environment (I noticed some drink bottles/cans on the floor) which end up polluting the environment but nothing else to complain about...
(Original)
Vale a pena ir visitar, lugar tranquilo e bonito

In the heart of Garibaldi, I highly recommend visiting the essential Vinícola Armando Peterlongo, a century-old winery and the creator of Brazil's first sparkling wine. Open every day of the week, this establishment offers guided tours and has a museum to explore. An interesting fact about Vinícola Armando Peterlongo is that it is the only winery outside France authorized to use the term "champagne.

Starting with the service (typical of the south) it needs no comments.
The guided tour is very cool, they are very attentive.
The only one in the world outside the Champagne region (France) that can produce a drink with that name.

They are the only ones outside the Champagne region that can produce a drink with that denomination, so that alone is worth the visit! Ah, the “silver foam” can is super delicious, if you go there, be sure to try it.

(Translated by Google) The visit is cool....nothing experiential like others in Vale do Vinhedos.....but what drives the guy CRAZY, not to say anything else...is buying at the factory store after paying 70 sticks to visit and win a mini mequetrefe cup.... pay a box of sparkling wine R$ 64.00 each.... then You arrive at the market around the corner from your hotel and the same sparkling wine is R$ 55.90.... .is to make the consumer of 🤡.
So at least they don't charge for visits or give discounts on purchases.....
What saved it was the Guia, who knows everything about the place and explained the entire history of the winery very well.

(Translated by Google) I gave it 5 stars, but in my opinion it would be 4.5. The place is beautiful, very tasteful, well maintained, fair price and good service! For all that, I gave it a '5' and not a '4', however, the only thing that wouldn't get full marks for me is the fact that in the barbecue area (on both sides of the lagoon) there are no taps for We wash our hands (imagine, preparing meat and having nowhere to wash it) and utensils after use. You can wash your hands by going to the bathroom (which isn't that close), but you can't wash your utensils. I suggest you consider installing at least one station with a tap and sink on each side for better customer hygiene! I believe there is plenty of water coming down from the hills on the way back!
Keep in mind that the restaurant does not open every day, however, there is also a kind of warehouse on site, which is still a convenience!
(Original)

Absolutely a deception in regards of presentation and expectation. Perhaps my expectation was really high, but I definitely was expecting much more of a vineyard like Miolo. I love the scooters collection. But the person presenting the history and the wine fabrication was so robotic and not passionated about the products, productions and the history itself. A pity! Hope they can improve.

Years ago I used to come quite often.. I did the tasting, visitation etc. this year I went just to buy one specific wine (Lote 43). I wanted to try other wines (specifically the pinot noir. For my surprise they told us they don’t do more tasting of single bottles and you have to do the paid tasting. They would allowed me to do to the tasting without the visitation, but when I asked which wines were included they would not tell. But basically pinot noir would not be one of them. So what’s the purpose? You go to a winery to try the flavour and then buy a bottle. The staff it is nice the place ia beautiful but the wine purchase was disappointed and then after coming here before definitely not coming back

This place has a nice view and good structure. Visited it there with my family and it all started bad with the cashier, who also seems to be the manager there. She was extremely rude when we were picking the items we wanted and inquired about the extremely high cost of the wine glasses (yes, you have to buy the glasses).
Luiz Hartmann Dequi — Google review
Went here for a wine tour during the week. Did several other wine tours in the area over 1,5 weeks before. The company has become a typical example of a company growing too fast. Amongst other things this made it lose its authenticity. The tour guide sought no connection with the crowd and talks in a way someone would give a presentation in a primary school. Other employees are just at the company for work and do not really seem to care about their customers. It almost seems that the company scale increase made it lose just that which allowed it to grow: a good story; passionate people; a company that is actually working on a product instead of providing models "showing" the proces; and a tasting with a build in flavors instead of a mix. If you just want to be informed on a factory proces and taste some wine: go here. If you want to be guided through authentic companies by passionate people who do what they love: go elsewhere. There a plenty of companies in the area around Bento which are worth a visit. This could be on the same road, or in other areas like Faria Lemos.

The place it is really cute. A chateau style building, we stopped just for the store and look around. We wanted to taste a few wines. Asking the sales lady about their best wine, she mentioned the marsellan grape. We tried this grape in another place and we didn’t like at all, but here was a nice choice, but I still would not buy. We bought the Casa Madeira cabernet flavour jam, but the price was BRL 6 more than in the actual shop. So a bit

At reception we were well attended to and I can tell you that to see the museum's collection you need to pay R$ 2.00. Nothing much more than expected. Very well organized and clean. Maintaining great care to preserve the museum’s pieces. With several rooms spread throughout the building, the museum holds a lot of the city's history and objects from ancient times, where it was far beyond today's technologies. Showing a lot how the world has evolved, such as photo cameras, video gaimers, typewriters, time clocks, among other work tools. It is allowed to take photos and videos without touching the pieces ✋. It's great to go and see what things used to be like in the past. It's a pleasure to see how easy things are nowadays. The best thing to do is go without the kids so you can read the stories of things calmly, here's a tip. Right at the entrance there is Mr Olívio Otto's cane, used for a long time. Wax sculpture that, with the help of acquaintances, he bought for the collection and still stands today. Dracula, mummy, soldier of war among others. History also of. Clube de Carazinho for winning the football championship. Atlético Carazinhense and the Gloria team, both with trophies that are in the museum.

Mantendo todo o cuidado pra preservar as peças do museu.

Despite of the terrible and awful roads conditions it's really worth the visit.
The place is very educational and it includes 3 main events.
1st the vehicle ride thru the mine, 2nd the Museum with amazing stones collection, 3rd the self guided tour thru a "minery" (mine+wine) with wine tasting.
And yes, there is also a beautiful gift shopping.

Had to register in the website and pay minimal fee, R$20~. Went here around 11AM. From the gate of the park, have to drive around 15km more to the parking lot near the salto. There are 2 trilhas, Trilha Salto do Yucumã (around 500m to the salto itself) and Trilha da Onça (1.5km around/back to the parking lot).
The water was a bit high in the salto, could barely see the falls since it just rained and the dam released some water.

The excursion navigated the falls was not good, there is a long wait until you finally get on the boat and the duration is very short. Practically nothing is explained during the experience, you simply navigate and after about 15 minutes you return. Unfortunately it is the only way to access the jumps and honestly it is an experience that needs improvement if you want to compare it with what the Iguazú National Park offers.

(Translated by Google) The place is nice, the cabins comfortable and with privacy, the view from the pool is very nice. I found the price-quality ratio very bad, both breakfast and dinner are scarce for what you pay (breakfast is cold toast with coffee and a couple of jams, butter, and a glass of orange juice, basically, (while in other lodges that I went to in that order of price they offered you much more variety), dinner too, scarce although it depends on the day was rich (The menu is unique, you have no choice). The pool is small and apart from that, if you want to walk the trails you have to pay separately and go with the "guide" (to get to the creek it's just like that, you don't have access on your own), the same with the kayaks. times for hours and they did not have a generator (again, for what they charge they should have at least that.) We went with the idea of paying expecting a good service and we left with the disappointment that they did not differ at all compared to other places more economical.
(Original)

(Translated by Google) Mixed sensations! The owner (very polite and friendly) strives to offer homemade breakfasts daily but it does not include fruits or juices. For dinner, the price is a bit ostentatious compared to other accommodations in the province of similar quality offering a single menu without drinks. You are limited from leaving the complex to have dinner since it is 30 minutes from the town of El Soberbio. It seems that they are taking advantage of the low supply of food in the area.
A separate chapter is the kayak excursion: the idea is fantastic, the duration is appropriate (just over 1 hour in the water), and being able to do it by stream to the Uruguay River with direct access from the location is good, but the price is Paying 25 USD per person seems excessive to me. Even more so when you have to help lower the kayaks through a ravine and after the excursion you have to return along a path full of stones barefoot (so you get on the obvious boat) uphill to help store the life jackets and paddles in the nursery (getting away from the way to return) it seems to me that a guest should not do it. I understand these are things that can easily be improved. The quality of the construction of the cabins stands out, separated from each other, there is parking within the property, it has a generator set in case of power outages, cleaning is adequate, there is an Igui pool on the property with towel service. They help you schedule the day with excursions and visits to waterfalls, walks, etc...

Sensaciones encontradas!

Guided tours of a precious stone mine, with a souvenir shop & a park themed around Guarani myths.
We are from the United States and really liked the mine tour. One of the guides speaks English which were were grateful for. He gave us a really nice tour. The shop is very nice with items at all price points. We hired a taxi from Puerto Iguazu who drove us to mine, waited, and returned us to Puerto Iguazu.
Greg and Susie Johnson — Google review
The mines were OK. It takes about 5 minutes to go through the mines. You are told about the different rocks originating from the mine by the guide. There are food shops and a touristy souvenir shop close by. If you want to get cheaper souvenirs, without the touristy inflation, try going just outside the mines, the locals sometimes have stalls and sell things cheaper.
Alena Leychenko — Google review
Interesting place. You can access the mines that are only at floor level. Nice collection of geodes.
The are a nice restaurant close.

This was one of the first places we visited on our trip, and it was worth the drive. Gonzalo the tour guide, was incredibly patient with our son and did his best to include him throughout the visit. The gift shop at the end is lovely, if a little bit pricey considering we were at the mines.
Nathalie Molina — Google review
Beautiful and the guide was super friendly. Only 800 to get in (probably like 2k when you read this thanks to arg inflation) and a tip for the guide is optional. So pretty cheap. Definitely recommend

Interesting and informative tour. Nice guide. Do not let the "Minas Terra Colorada" people outside the entrance redirect you to their "mine". It is not the real deal.

Iguazu Falls is a picturesque tourist attraction surrounded by trails where visitors can spot wildlife and take a train through the jungle. The falls are located in Parque Nacional do Iguacu and can be accessed via bus to Belmond Hotel das Cataratas, where the main waterfall observation trail begins.
Incredible and definitely one of the natural wonders of the world. In the summer it can get hot but it's not too much walking compared to some national parks.
The best option if you can afford it is to stay at the Belmond hotel in the park as you get access to the park even when it's closed. We had the sunrise and sunsets all to ourselves - amazing!

Absolutely outstanding! Must see!
Both the Brazilian and Argentinian side are wonderful. All my wildlife photos are from the Argentinian side though.
The Brazilian side offers a beautiful panorama - where the Argentinian offers more walks, views and the feeling of being inside Devil's Throat (incredible!).
I would recommend both - but the Argentinian side was my favourite. Glad to have spent two days there 🥳

Mother nature's beauty at its finest!
Just a reminder: bring a raincoat (something similar) or wear something waterproof, light outfits are much better as you'll probably get wet at the main viewpoint.
Be sure to have an insect repellent spray.
There are several stops before the main viewpoint, there's 3km (with an optional tour), 1.5km (you'll have to walk from here up to the end), and the main stop.
As for the tickets, you can buy it at the entrance (100 Brazilian Real) and from there you'll have to take the bus to reach the stops.

What an amazing place! You can visit the falls from both the Argentinian side as the Brazilian side. In my opinion the Argentinian side is the best. Taking a stroll through the whole park takes around 2-3 hours. The route is easy and very walkable. You could also take a train if you don’t want to walk.
Its quite crowded here, make sure to go early in the morning if you want to avoid queues. The parking is free when I went.
Definitely recommend to visit this place!

The falls are breathtaking and amazing from both sides. If possible, spend a day on each side to fully appreciate the beauty of the place. There is so much to see that it would be difficult to fit everything into one day. By far the best place I visited in Argentina. No need to buy the ticket in advance regardless of the stuff you read online. You can buy on the day without a problem sonic the weather doesn't suit do it another day. Wear sensible footwear because it can be slippery. Devil's Throat closed off December 2023 ongoing but you see that part, just from a different angle, a different place. The little train runs only a short way but is still available and enjoyable.

We visited after several days of rain. The falls were roaring loudly. The water spray was light at first. The closer we got the wetter we became. We took and used rain ponchos and were still very wet! It was a hot day. It didn't take long to dry off. Although my shoes are still wet the next day. I would recommend wearing sandals. This was a beautiful place to visit. I wish we arrived earlier to see more. I would highly recommend this place.

Easily this is one of the most impressive natural areas I've ever been to! You'll be blown away by the beauty of the falls, but also the wildlife, rainfoe, and rainbows you're sure to see.
The Argentina side is better for spending a day. There are tons of trails, restaurants, and amenities. The trails take you into a great view just above the falls and on a lower walkway where you get a great view from the front. A public bus reaches the main entrance but you have to pay cash for the bus. You them walk to the falls, or the park train can take you slightly closer. Plan 4-5 hours there. The Brazilian side has a park hosted shuttle bus that takes you from the entrance to the falls. You'll be put almost directly in the biggest waterfall! Water WILL spray you walking near them. The falls will be so close to you that you'll feel like you can touch them! Plan only 3 hours or so on that side.
Both sides offer snacks, souvenirs, and cheap water bottles. Restrooms are also available for free. You can't possibly have a bad time here!

The Iguazú National Park on the Argentine side of the magnificent falls is an extensive park that offers numerous attractions, including a visitor center with exhibitions and train rides to the massive Iguazú Falls. Visitors can either walk or take a half-hour train ride from the entrance complex to Cataratas station, which marks the start of waterfall walks and Garganta del Diablo. Walking along Sendero Verde path offers a chance to spot capuchin monkeys.
5 stars is for the nature. Infrastructure is less impressive with ridiculous prices, bad food and less than pleasant staff. The circuits take about 30 minutes each, maybe 1 hour with a lot of downtime, 2 hours no way. So don't plan too much time. Can bee done easily with the Brazil side in one day, no rush (but start in Brazil).

Majestic! Must see if you’re in the area. Definitely take a raincoat because the mist will soak you. We went on a beautiful day. It started off chilly and raining and as soon as we arrived, it cleared to blue skies and multiple rainbows. It’s humid as well, so it feels warmer while you’re there. The walk is nice-it will take an hour give or take depending on how often you stop for photos. There are tons of plant species that are only found here as well. Take the time to notice them! God’s fingerprints are all over this place. A wonder for sure.

A must see in Argentina. Easy hike over, around and under the falls. Should you dare to take the boat ride, Expect to get drenched, but well worth it. The falls are immense but extremely accessible. Restaurants and rest areas available within the park.

Amazing place with a lot of waterfalls and butterflies. It was quite hot though. We walked through the yellow and blue trails and they were both very pretty. There were tons of butterflies and they will sit on you. There is 1 drinking eater tap each at the start of these 2 routes. We also took the route that is 3.5 km long (passes through the rail crossing) and were super disappointed as the water fall was quite small, and there were tourists in the water pool below the falls (There was a board that said not to enter the pool). Unfortunately, the devil's circuit was closed when we visited. But overall, it was a very good experience.
Subash Jagadeesan — Google review
Definitely a great experience. Well managed park. Lots of wildlife, just open your eyes and take your time. I recommend doing the devil's lookout at the end of the day as last, there won't be as many people.

Unmistakably one of the most beautiful places in the planet. The upper devil's throat was closed due to some flooding damage but there were so many trails to wander and explore. The crowds weren't too bad and there were so many butterflies everywhere!!! They really should call this butterfly national park.

On the border of three countries, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, there is a national park and one of the wonders of the world, the largest waterfalls in the world, Iguazu. You must come and visit, enjoy the view of the power of nature and feel that power on your skin. Before you come, google info about this national park. You will not be sorry. After a speedboat ride under the waterfalls and a walk in the national park, you will go home satisfied and fulfilled.

Excellent! Argentina side of the park. The Devils Throat trail and train is closed due to Oct 2023 rains. Rest of the park is open to enjoy. 6 hours in the park total with the Adventure boat ride, and the other circuits and lunch (decent sandwich and 2 bottles of water USD$10). Didn't go on a busy season or day, but by our can get online tickets or get them there.
Tip: fun to get your passport stamped at the visitor centre.

Spectacular natural wonder of the world that is a must see in Argentina or Brazil. We took a day-trip from Buenos Aires (long day with two flights) but completely worth it. We booked a private company to drive us to both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls. We felt the Brazilian side we slightly more impactful given the panoramic views of the falls, but both are impressive!

Beware, the main waterfall Devil's gate that you have seen on pictures is off limits. A lot of sight seeing locations are off limits too because of recent events. In short, you will see just 40% of the park that you can walk in 1.5 hours. If it rains and it rains often here, then Macuco route, tour boats and rafting will be unavailable too.
Entree costs are 20 usd in January. Food ranges between 5 and 30 usd. Boat tour costs 50 usd.

Beautiful park with magnificent waterfalls. If you’re planning to do the 3 hikes+boat tour+have a lunch, you won’t be able to finish all in one day. You can come next day using the same ticket and you’ll pay half price for entry. Bare in mind that in the boat tour, you will get completely wet as they will take you right under some waterfalls. The park has 3 restaurants (buffet, by weight and fast food) along with an ice cream shop and other small shops for snacks and beverages. We were lucky to encounter some animals.

Beautiful park, with many views of the falls from different angles, allowing for creati e photography. It has many many hiking trails, and you can spend the whole day wandering about. I got lost a couple of times. The trail directions are a little confusing, and it's a little hard to ask if you do not speak Spanish like me (my fault, I should try harder). I skipped the boat ride, as I had already done one other Brazil side...should have waited,I could have saved money as the Argentina one is cheaper. The Devil's Throat was closed due to damages caused by recent floods, so, if I had to compare, there were better views on the Brazil side. But all in all, these falls are out-thunders by the mighty Victoria Falls.
Max Dondo — Google review
This is easily one of the more beautiful parks you can visit in the world! The falls are obviously the main attraction but a lot more is offered. You'll be able to find good food and drinks inside. There's a trait to get you around the admittedly huge park. There are two expensive hotels inside the park if you want to stay inside. There are many many trails that are engaging on their own. Even the lesser visited visitors center is worth a stop to enjoy the exhibits and learn about the falls.
The best view of the falls is probably from the lower (inferior) trail. The upper (superior) trail is more popular because it puts you right above the falls but the views aren't as nice. Plan to spend at least 5 hours in the park. You can get a Río Uruguay bus to leave the falls but you can only pay with cash. Coordinate your bus or driver before you arrive!
Michael Barton — Google review
Beautiful!! Simply a must see. I prefer the Argentinian side of the falls but you have to see both. We did all the trails in one day, it offers free WiFi so we could easily communicate with our taxi driver.
True gem of nature.

I visited on a rainy day and it was very slippery. Be aware!!!!
Beside this little mention, the park, the views and the feelings which come up, are very powerful.
Very enjoyable.
By the way, there is no need of guidance. They take a lot of money ...

I loved it all! The walk, the views, the interpretation signs translated in English, the staff.
I like the exhibition in the former hotel that nobody goes to.
I saw a lot of wildlife: coatis, monkeys, lézards and butterfly.
I think the boat ride is overpriced at around US$65, unless maybe if you've never been splashed by a waterfall in your life. I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything was amazing and very well organized. Booking your ticket online is suggested in order to avoid the queue. It's possible to do the whole tour in one day, it will take approx. 5-5,5 hours if you also stop for photos (like me)😅
The macuco path was really nice and there is a big possibility to see many animals on your way. It's a bit tiring though, because if the sun is up, the heat is too much. There is a small waterfall at the end when you can also have a refreshing dive, as an exchange!
🌈Spectacular experience overall.
