Westfield Topanga & The Village is a large shopping mall in the city of Los Angeles. It features 210 stores and 57 restaurants, making it one of the most popular malls in LA. It also regularly hosts events, such as concerts and exhibits. Parking is available around the mall, and WiFi is free.
Now this is a mall. You have a variety of stores inside this beautiful mall, anything from Louis Vuitton, Lego, Fashion Nova to some yummy restaurants. Plenty of parking all around and the inside is beautiful as can be. You might want to pay attention as you can easily get lost of how big it is. Highly recommend but you might want to plan a trip as it will take you a while to walk around if you aren't familiar with the layout of this mall.

Nice place. Due to pandemic and online shopping, malls are usually quieter than the way it used to be.
I’ve always liked Westfield as it carries a lot of youth memories for me.
The mall is still good, parking is easy, less crowded or noise, the food court is still busy and good.
I hope to see malls revive again to the way it used to be.

As a mobile ad agency, we specialize in crafting campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Our recent partnership with Westfield was a venture aimed at enhancing their visibility and attracting shoppers. Our Rolling Adz LED truck definitely caught the attention of shoppers during the holiday season. We can’t wait for our next campaign with Westfield.

This mall is very spacious and the décor both inside and out is very beautiful! Filling each scenery with ton of lights everywhere! On every tree and in every corner of the mall. I loved walking around and checking out all the stores. The Christmas music playing in the background just adds to the touch of this place. Stay safe out there people! Pandemic or not, keep washing those hands! It just makes good hygiene sense!

This is one of the best malls in Southern California in my opinion. Lots of great shopping options and great places to eat. It’s location is great right outside of Ventura county. They have an Apple store here. Lots of designer spots. All the basic mall spots too. It’s clean and outside. Very few abandoned spots inside. Tons of parking. I definitely recommend coming to this mall to shop and eat if you are anywhere close by.

Huge Mall with a excellent selection of stores and soon to open stores as well. First time there and definitely felt more upscale than other malls closer to my home area. Gotta check out the Topanga Social for sure! Really awesome vibe to it and you can order from any of those food options from any self service kiosk or even through an app. Make it really easy to find something for any occasion 👍🏻

This was my first time here and I love the atmosphere of this place. Parked up front of valet parking is Rolls-Royce, Porsche, range rovers, and Ferrari. Happy sounds of laughter and bizziness was contagious

This is a spectacular mall. There are many different stores and let’s not even start to talk about the dining options. The Topanga social is a food court like no other. This is a definite must go to

This is a nice mall. It is a big and it has many different places to eat. It has a new arcade that is fun and the staff is nice, but the place is not big enough for the area that it serves. The mall has a movie theater and plenty of shops. They have a target, lots of jewelry stores,up scale shops like Gucci, and many others. We went for lunch and then went over to the arcade. The mall once had a merry go round ,but it is now gone. During the week it is not busy but on the weekends the place is packed. I think this is one of the best malls still around.

As mall-looking as you can get, this enormous space is home for some of the most recognizable brands in the world and here you can find literally anything you want. The new food court, called Topanga Social has delicious restaurants and is definitely worth checking out. Parking is not an issue.

I've been coming here for atleast 12 years (since 2011). I even was once working in one of the resto inside (used to be Sorabol Korean BBQ in 2011). My favorite parts are... Game Stop, AMC, the food court, and Target.

Westfield Toganga is a modern upscale shopping mall with not one, but two great food courts.

The mall is huge and has a large collection of branded clothing. The first thing that catches the tourist's eye is the many security guards guarding expensive brands. I really want California to finally put an end to this chaos and become people’s republic …

I love Westfield Mall. But this location is not what I had in mind. I do like the beach bus that is close by though. Cheap ticket if you're looking into a hassle free no traffic ride to Santa Monica beach. It's a very Bumpy ride so make sure you hold on!

The Westfield Topanga Mall and Village, located at 6600 Topanga Canyon Blvd in Canoga Park, has every shop you can imagine plus more to come.
This place has 150 stores, from high end designer brands to trendy clothing, or unique gifts…you’ll find it all here. And we’re talking luxe stores like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Jimmy Choo.
But they’ve also got our mall musts, like Sephora, Lululemon, and the best (according to them) Zara. Oh yeah, this place is a fashionista’s paradise indeed. And hey, we all love a good department store to find a really good deal. Macys, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom are here too, plus…wait for It… there’s a Target! Again, you can literally spend the whole day here shopping and picking up essentials.
Ok, now across the street at The Village , you can grab some sushi at Katsuya or Wokano, or try the best Mexican food at XOC Tequila Grill, or get a steakhouse vibe at JOEY. Casual dining experiences include Cava, Veggie Grill, and Sweetfin. And to wrap things up In one sweet bow, go to Sloans. They’ve got a wide selection of ice cream and candy.
Viel Spaß!

Really nice shops and people, and the place is beautiful!
Parking during the day is usually a problem and will soon get worse due to new residential building and new residents.
As our Boomers are aging, most of the Disabled Parking fills up, making it difficult for seniors with disabilities to find parking.
Maximizing income from rental property and losing parking spaces will encourage residents to shop online, especially the elderly.
I used to spend time at the Commons, eat out, shop... but I'd rather shop online and have food delivered than deal with parking at the Commons. It will get much worse.

One of the newest shopping malls in Beverly Hills and Hollywood
areas.
Different selections of
international brands, such as Chanel, Cartier, Hermès, Louis Vuiton, Tiffany & Co, Gucci, H&M.....
American brands, such as Macy's, bloomingdales, Neiman, Nordstrom.
It has one of the biggest cinemas in the area, AMC.
Amazing selections of restaurants in the food court/ dining terrace.
It's a place where you, members of family and friends, can spend a whole day shopping, eating, having coffee or watching movies

LUXURY!! My, how this mall has changed. High end, luxury labels that could once only be found in Beverly Hills have landed in the valley. Some of the new stores aren’t open as of this review but most are.
The new Topanga Social area is a great addition and really adds to the space. Lots of options for food or snacks, even a couple of bars to grab a cocktail at.
Overall a great shopping destination with plenty to see and do.
The Getty Villa is a museum in Southern California that showcases ancient art from Greece and Rome. The museum is located in a replica 1st-century Italian villa and the grounds include lush gardens, courtyards, and peristiles. Highlights of the collection include statues, frescos, marble sculptures, and ancient glassware.
Amazing attraction! So much history and multiple tours available to learn more. We participated in the architecture tour with Betty. She is very knowledgeable and personable!
I would love to come back in September when there's outdoor plays in the amphitheater. Next time, I will want to arrive earlier in the day as well. We were here for 4 hours and it didn't feel enough.
Admission is free and tickets can be reserved two weeks in advance of the date. Parking is $20. Totally worth it for what you get to see and experience!

Amazing place with valuable antique collection and very well organized introduction. Visited with my children, they enjoyed everything in there. Is is really very touching that not only entrance is free, but also they give you freedom to go around to explore and enjoy everything. ( nothing to campers with Hearst Castle visit). The architecture is beautiful, tasteful decor and you are free to organize your special day photo shopping.
Greatest place to visit.
P.S. You need to “book” your spot in advance online, make sure to include everyone ( even infants), and yes it’s free, you only pay $15 parking fee online or in the place. Parking is very safe and well organized, elevators are in every level.

Loved this. Had it recommended but a few people and am so glad we put it on our itinerary. The grounds are gorgeous and the collections are impressive. Definitely worth a visit.
Tickets are free but you'll need to pay for parking on location. Buy the parking online when you grab your tickets and it's a few bucks cheaper than buying at the gate.

A beautiful space and happy that it is open to the public. Lots of sculptures and artifacts to view and the gardens and pool fun to explore and relax. There is lots of parking and the online ticket system is easy to use. Tickets are free, but parking is $20. The restaurant has a nice selection and there are premade sandwiches at the cafe kiosk. You can't really see the ocean, but the sea breeze is still great!

Lovely place to visit and it’s free just go to their website and reserve a slot before visiting. The ocean view, the architecture, the pool, the museum everything is so beautiful. You are allowed to take pictures inside the museum too. They have a good cafe and the food was pretty fresh and decent for the price we paid. Very well maintained gardens. Guided tours are also available which is free. They also have a free guest shuttle from the main entrance up to the villa and down back if you are not taking your car up. Perfect place for a relaxed day out!

Visited in May 2023. Although it was a cloudy day, it was still a fantastic visit to the Getty Villa! The lush green surroundings, along with its captivating art collection, truly impressed me. The drive down the scenic Pacific Coast Highway added to the experience. While the parking fee was $20, the free entry made it a great value. I captured some stunning photos, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

The Getty Villa in LA is a captivating journey through Greek and Roman history. As you step inside, you're greeted by a mesmerizing collection of historical artifacts that truly astound. The architectural brilliance of the villa itself adds another layer of wonder to the experience. Whether you're a history enthusiast or simply appreciate stunning architecture, the Getty Villa is a must-visit destination that will leave you in awe. Make sure you go for sunset as the views were amazing. You’ll find restaurant on the top floor. Also, they ask you if you have reservations, but we didn’t have one but still could just walk in. So, no requirement for reservations. You can have plenty of parking place inside the villa.

What a wonderful place to visit. I was unexpected to see so many different items from 1st century AD and before like the marble statues or mosaics from the same time period. There's a even jewelry from 400BC and Byzantine jewelry, jewelry that was made in Alexandria.
Roman coins from 1st century AD. Roman glass from 1st century AD. I mean it's just incredible that these things survived until they ended up at the Getty Villa.
Just breath taking stuff from few thousand years ago and now everyone can see it and enjoy it. They even have marble figures from 2700-3000BC.
Currently there's an exhibit on loan from the British Museum in London of Assyria palace art of ancient Iraq. About a dozen or so huge pieces of carved Gypsum from 700BC.
Getty Villa is free but parking is not, it's 20 bucks. They have a huge multi level lot that was almost full on a Wednesday.
Come enjoy the ocean breeze and see some stuff from long long ago. And the gardens are beautiful.

So glad we tried this place. The best surprise was how good the Cafe food was. They have legit chefs and really good food choices. I highly recommend visiting this museum if you get the chance. Get a reservation for entry and pay for parking online. Plan for at least 2 hours to enjoy the place. If you catch it on a sunny day sit outside for lunch and enjoy the beauty of this place. Lots of people from all over visiting and really nice workers too. California has the best weather and high end places to visit. Don't forget to visit the big Getty Museum in LA as well. That one plan an entire day to see everything it has inside tho. This Getty Villa is much smaller scale compared to the big Getty.

This place is incredible. It’s been on LA adventure list for awhile. I haven’t been because I was thinking “eh, it’s just old stuff”. I was wrong. There was so much thought out into the Villa and the gardens. Meticulous details. The architecture is beautiful, and so are the grounds. The collection is very expansive. I did the self-guided audio tour that also recorded with great care. The docents are very polite and very helpful. It’s free, but you need a reservation time. Parking is $20. I didn’t go to the cafe, but when I walked through I saw what appeared to be quality food options and ample serving sizes. I walked through about 80% of the exhibits which took a little over 2 hours. I’ll be going back in November. I’m very glad I went. Nice outing.

So beautiful and fun ! Take your time through the sculptures and found jewelry and or perfume pots. Especially the garden. It’s a sight to see ! They even have an interaction room for the kiddos. Can’t wait to visit the other museums. This was a great start. We were sad to learn that all of the food and herbs grown on property get tossed in the trash because of FDA regulations. Growing food and herbs just to throw it away but overall still a good experience.

It was a beautiful first day of October 2023 in Malibu, Ca, It was also a wonderful time to visit the Getty Villa Museum. The museum is free but costs $20.00 to the park. You also need to make a reservation before you go. The grounds are gorgeous and picture-perfect scenes. I saw a couple having their engagement photos taken. My 16 year old granddaughter enjoyed seeing art in the Era she's studying in school.

Nice villa with a beautiful view. The place is relaxing. Greek and Roman art, as well as a small temporary exhibition on Ancient Egypt.
Only 4 stars because the villa feels a bit fake sometimes because it’s almost brand new but still a good imitation.

An absolutely beautiful institution in Santa Monica. Entrance is free with reservations; the only fee is the $20 parking fee.
Highly recommended to come here on a bright and sunny day, or even better, if you're lucky enough to come in the autumn after a light morning rain.
The art pieces are mostly focused from Mediterranean regions from the ancient eras.
The architecture of the villa seems heavily inspired by Greek and Roman stylings as can be seen by the long hallways and endless columns. It's recommended to take your take and enjoy the whole breadth of the villa as there's a lot to see.

A one of a kind, must see it to believe it place! Among the grandest and most opulent destinations to visit and revisit in Southern California!
The grounds and structures are visually magnificent to be able to pass thru and see. Viewing the ancient artifacts on display was an unexpected and exciting exploration I’ll always remember!
As with the Getty Center, I’d say the Getty Villa is a treasure trove of exhibits and information in an awesome place of eye pleasing aesthetics! I could go on and elaborate on the elaborate, tho after reading the good reviews of others, I couldn’t have said it better!
Photos posted with this review are just a glimpse of the vivid appeal that captures my experience, to see as I’ve seen, tho so much better in person!
Just a note of interest for visitors heading there via Pacific Coast Highway from Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades. When going northbound, look to pass the Sunset Blvd intersection, with a Chevron Station on the right and Gladstones Restaurant on the ocean side, or left. Continue under the pedestrian bridge and past the next traffic light at Porto Marina Way, then be ready to look for the turning lane to turn right at Getty Villa Drive, to check in at the entrance gate.
Walk-ins may arrive via the Metro-Transit Bus 534, or from vehicle drop offs and may also check in at the entrance.
All arrivals will be asked for their reservations along with prepaid parking passes if needed. Otherwise alternate arrangements may be made before proceeding.
All vehicle traffic departs at Coastline Drive, back to Pacific Coast Highway.

Free tickets available starting two weeks in advance of the day you visit. Best to visit first thing (10 AM) when not yet crowded.
Parking is $20 and queue can be long, mostly leaving, as the access road is at a very busy intersection. If you're there early, you can park for free along the beach side of the PCH, with a pedestrian entry near the vehicle access. The bonus of doing this is a van will take you to the villa and will bypass the cars waiting to get into the garage.
They offer three types of tours (art, garden, and architecture), but there's a limit of 10/tour. Get to the tour start area by the gift shop at least 15 minutes before the start time to ensure your spot. Once you get your wrist band (they give out 15 minutes before start) you can visit the gift shop, which is reasonably priced.

We didn’t book in advance but we got in. Tickets are free but parking is 15$. So you are actually paying for admission. I have been in Getty museum a lot of times. But it is my first time an villa. Nice location with beautiful view. Amazing collection of antiques. Great landscape. It even has a greek style amphitheater. But comparing to the museum is very small.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. If you do nothing else in LA you must go and see this villa and the art works within. The fact that this is made so authentically and true to the original with no expense spared. The museum of art was interesting and the audio phone app enhanced the experience as I am not one to stand and read captions for hours. I loved learning about how the villa was built, walking in the beautiful gardens and imagining how Romans would have lived. Absolutely gorgeous. And it is FREE! (except for parking).

Really well organized museum. They add a lot info (origin, materials, history, before and after the restoration, photos of the excavation…) of each piece. Also the whole Villa is well designed. I would recommend stop by at the family room for a fun break (even if you don’t have kids). After a few rooms you just need a break, take it in that, play with the activities, you wouldn’t regret!

This leisure experience is educational for all ages. Tho this cultural experience is open and free to the public, you will have to reserve a ticket, which ultimately saves a parking space for $20. The entrance to the museum from the PCH is quite narrow and steep. The road is a replica of an ancient Roman one. The parking garage is adequate with plenty of handicap parking on the first level. There's plenty of artifacts and interesting information around every corner. Concentration of displayed artifacts is limited to ancient Greek and Roman architecture and art; mainly statues. Everything is well displayed and clean. Everyone working here was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend taking advantage of the timed tours. There's different tours planned thru out the day. We had the same docent twice for two different tours. He was able to share a great amount of interesting knowledge. The grounds are well maintained and exuberant. The whole facility is easy to navigate, lots of stairs, but there are elevators too. The villa is actually larger than I had expected, I ended up staying the whole day. There is food and drink available for purchase, good quality food with high prices. I enjoyed my visit in winter, so I think any season would be just as enjoyable.

The Villa is an Art museum focusing on ancient Greek and Roman history and architecture. The design of the villa was modeled after Greek and Roman design. The outdoor areas are gorgeous!! The design is amazing, down to the small details. The museum portions were very informative and cool. There is a focus on statues from both ancient civilizations. The museum also includes a cafe and a theater for special shows.

For the first time, I visited this beautiful place. The entrance is free, but you need to reserve a free ticket in advance. A very nice girl greeted me at the entrance. Then, a shuttle took me to the museum itself. After that, museum staff welcomed me, showed me the map, and so on. Inside is very beautiful, and the friendly museum staff were always ready to help guests. There is a cafe where the food is delicious. Thank you.

Every inch of this property is beautiful manicured. The staff is located throughout the property to assist you. You will need to make your reservation prior to coming. Your reservation covers your entry into the museum. There is a fee for parking and the rate for parking is reduced after 3pm. No flash photography on the property. If you bring a purse or backpack be prepared to have it checked. There are elevators for usage.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in LA. There is a lot in the collection but I feel there are a select few pieces which are special. You will know when you see them!
The grounds are absolutely stunning and it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to architecturally. It can be tough to get to if you don't have a car but I would try to visit if you can manage it. If you like history, you won't regret the trip.

Excellent reconstruction of an ancient villa. Lots of exhibits. Very impressed. Take your time to see everything. Best viewing spot is on the balcony overlooking the Outer Peristyle (aka garden/pool area). If you are visiting the Getty Center and Getty Villa on the same day, you don't need to pay the $25.00 parking fee twice. Talk to a worker about how to avoid that. Enjoy!

The Getty Villa is situated near Malibu with a beautiful architecture and smaller exhibitions that you can check out. The place is so well maintained and everywhere you go, you get to learn something new or see something beautiful. It was busy and you can’t really take any photos with so many people around you.
There is a cafe where you can grab a meal during your visit and capture some views.
We thoroughly enjoyed walking around and taking in the views and learning about the exhibits. You can spend 1-2 hours walking around and viewing the sights.

I've been here multiple times, and it's gorgeous. The buildings and art are amazing but not worth multiple revisits unless you want to see a particular rotating exhibit. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I went over to Galpin Auto Sports (GAS) and chatted it up with Tim who was SUPER helpful with quoting me for an exhaust and install, along with giving insight into a personal wiring project I was working on in my car (Sync 1 to Sync 3 in a Focus ST). They unfortunately couldn't locate a part that I was looking for (it's an obscure and relatively new part, so I wasn't surprised at this), but their insight was enough for me to plan some next steps to diagnose my project and get it working. His advice was enough for me to get it working the same night. I even told Tim I was sick and tired of my dealer plate frames on my car, so he hooked me up with a sweet pair of Galpin Auto Sports frames for free. Awesome! I’ve been coming to GAS for nearly 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by extremely friendly staff. Tim, Tommy, Steven, Jaime and Daniel have a been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their extensive knowledge of vehicles and aftermarket parts is evident and they will always steer you in the right direction, and make your wildest ideas come to life.

Eric Percifield is the best. It is easy to earn 5 stars when it all goes right. Eric turned what would have been a 1 star, not great service in the beginning into a life long fan. I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough. Professional, on time, and great customer service. Thank you :)

This review is based on 2 different interactions with the service center.
I drive a 2022 F350 diesel crew cab 4x4.
This is a very expensive truck.
On this unfortunate experience with the service center I was in for an emissions recall.
Nothing I did or have anything todo with.
The recall notification from Ford stated this was a software update that would take 1/2 day.
When I dropped off my truck Michelle told me they would need it overnight.
I questioned her about the time line.
I was told” an outside vendor is involved with fixing updating my truck.
First thought! What is a third party doing with my truck.
Why is this not handled at the dealer?
New 90g Ford truck. Should be worked on by Ford dealer not a third party.
No explanation given by Michelle.
Why this is the case.
Just a bunch of double talk.
I am now 3days deep in this 1/2 day repair.
Michelle dodges my phone calls. No call back after being told my truck would be done late in the day.
This dealership service center falls far of Galpin Fords expectation I am sure.
Sales side is fantastic. Avoid service. Find a different place to take your brand new expensive Ford vehicle to.
Galpin Service Center does not deserve your business.

I had a great experience dealing with Jaime from Galpin Auto Sports regarding the installation of a Ford trailer brake controller and tow mirrors. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. In addition he was able to make the installation appointment work around my hectic work schedule. I would definitely recommended them to friends/family and would come back again for my other truck needs!

The guys at GAS are awesome. Been going to them for years and take care of all my Raptor needs. Tim Fisher has been with me every step of the way. From planning things down the line to emergency fixes. Always there to take care of my needs even if he isn’t in the office that day. Tommy Rezaie is also a huge help in making things happen. If anyone needs anything. Get a hold of these two guys!

This iconic beach in Santa Monica is a must-see for anyone visiting the city. With its mild surf, wide range of businesses and easy access for visitors, it's perfect for all ages. The beach stretches 3.5 miles and can be divided by North of Pier and South of Pier so visitors can get their bearings. In winter, the beach becomes unrecognizable without the masses of people that flock to it in peak months, making it great for early morning walks.
Located just west of Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica Beach is a prime example of the famed Southern California state beaches.
With large expanses of beach, bike trails and many other things to do, Santa Monica Beach has everything you’re looking for:
Plenty of space–3.5 miles long
Soft, sandy shores for little feet
Walkable to hotels, shops and restaurants
Offers a variety of activities and attractions
Remember:
Santa Monica beach is not a dog beach. Leashed dogs are permitted along the boardwalk.

The beach is very big and clean. There are so many things to do at the pier. Various kind of rides and local food shops at the pier makes it a happening place. We tried coffee and veggie burger at two nearby shops and though little crowded, they were worth the wait. Be sure to keep masks with you, entrance in the shops without mask is restricted. There are also bicycle rentals just after the public parking area at the beach. The parking is available from sunrise to sunset with 7$ fee. There are many sand volleyball courts too. We loved our time there and will visit it soon.

Santa Monica is definitely one of our favorites beaches! 😍
It has really has golden sands, there is a huge area to enjoy sports, beach games, relax, rest, have drinks or simply lay down and enjoy the sun!
The beach is delicious, water temperature is just perfect (or at least it was in summer). The pier is beautiful and it has a great vibe and a lot of things to do and eat or drink 👍
There are many restaurant, bars and small stores in a huge side walk, perfect to ride bikes, rollerblades, or walk ;0)

There is always a moment in the day when you can relax on the beach. The best, in the morning with the fresh breeze of the sea or in the evening at sunset, magical, enchanting and sometimes cold!
You can swim, the water is surprising, be careful with the waves that can put the little ones on the sand. Otherwise it is magic a beach like this one in some miles of the city.

Nice place to relax, take a swim, watch the sunset or take a beautiful picture. Also pier is close by with some food options as well. I would recommend to plan 3-5 hours for this place, depending if you like the beach, waves and getting your feet wet.

A very huge and very famous beach in Los Angeles. It is well known from hollywood movies and others. I liked very much, that is clean and the sand is soft are bright. I was also swimming and Ocean in September was still warm.
The paths along the beach are very nice. Separated for bike and pedestrians. Of corse did I photos from the Rescue huts- famous from Baywatch.
The rescue guard gives a safety feeling, but I felt never in any danger or had any fear.

Santa Monica Pier is an iconic seaside destination in Santa Monica, California. The pier features a range of shops and cafes, as well as an amusement park and aquarium. It draws in visitors at sunset for its beautiful views of the sky bursting into fiery shades of red and orange. Apart from its stellar scenery, there are plenty of activities on offer at the pier such as amusement park Pacific Park and fish aquarium Santa Monica Pier Aquarium.
Lively place, full of entertainment with so many fun activities nearby happening. Amazing place to roam around in the evening time specially. Always remains crowded, mainly due to the pacific park in the pier which is super cool with tons of rides and games to enjoy. Ample parking places available nearby, so parking is not a problem here. Probably one of the most happening night beach in California. Highly recommended to visit while in LA.

Had a great time here! Be ready for the crowds of people that come here and bring your jacket because it can get pretty cold. There are many great spots to take pictures and spend time with family and friends here. We enjoyed the views entering the pier area and leading down to the actual pier. There are a variety of food options and many vendors providing custom gifts. We had some amazing funnel cakes and bought souvenir pictures for our group. This is a great spot for a day or night experience.

Santa Monica Pier is fantastic place to visit both for tourists and locals. I'm sure locals don't come here on a busy weekend evening but our friends who live in Malibu come here quite a bit when its not crowded. It really is a fun and historic place... from being the last stop on Iconic Route 66 to the food shops available, street food, street performers and fantastic sunsets, this pier is huge with tons of life and activities.. You can easily spend 4 hours here so plan accordingly. The parking can be tricky as the weekends are very very busy but there are many underground nearby parking lots and if you don't mind taking a walk there is lots of parking deeper into Santa Monica away from the beach. The pier is just lots of fun and easily top destination when visiting Southern California. Also, the cost of trinkets and souvenirs is not that high since there is a lot of competition. Overall people are very friendly and patient.. everyone is here to enjoy themselves and eventually wait for the beautiful sunset.. so plan to get your spot on the pier to record an amazing California sunset.

Santa Monica Pier is easily in my top 5 favourite places ever! I live in Canada, but I have made the effort to fly to LA at least once a year just to go to the pier, for the last 10+ years. The all-day wrist bands are priced well, and the rides are endlessly awesome! I highly recommend riding the roller coaster during sunset. It is breathtaking. The food options are great along the entire length of the pier, and the scenic views are lovely from all sides. This is a great place for a date night, family day out, or just a friends day! I even got a tattoo of Santa Monica Pier a couple of years ago; I really do love it!
Dylan H — Google review
It's a iconic location but beyond that there's little to experience in my opinion. The attractions are small (which is understandable on top of a pier) and pricy so you'd only ride them to be able to say you were there.
So the conclusion is that the ambiance on and around the pier is nice to experience and the real fun factor. The pier itself is not that special. After half an hour you've seen it all.
Glad to have walked on and around it, but no more than that.

Great food. Beautiful views. Lovely music. Lively atmosphere. High tourist concentration. Chaotic parking. Highly suggest parking in a cheaper garage and walking down here. We ate at the Albright before walking down to the end of the pier. We passed several musicians and singers along the way. The sunset from the end was stunning. Overall the entire experience was a chill, very relaxed walk down to the ocean. On the way back, we bought some churros from a lady selling them near the start of the pier. A great experience just to walk it. Didn’t do the amusement park.

Wonderful place. It was nice on a thanksgiving day but a few things you should consider visiting the pier. No business except the McDonalds offers guest access to restroom. So I recommend taking a pitstop well before you reach there. The multistory public parking was much cheaper than the surface parking (people with flags). Take your time, you will find the spot. Few well spent hours there!

This was definitely a pretty pier, but they didn't have as much "pier food" as I was expecting. They had a couple windows, but it was mostly actual restaurants. No milkshakes or fried dough or anything. Great view, great rides. Arcade is $2 a game (better than the $5 you see some places...what happened to 10 cents a game? The good old days...) Anyway, parking can be far and a bit pricey, so be prepared to walk. Like I said though, excellent views of the water even at night!

My family went to Santa Monica Pier, and the first thing that surprised me was the huge sandy beach. It was the first time it took so long to walk to the beach. It was really impressive. What's more impressive is that there was a small theme park, so I got on the ride, and when I went up high, the view of the pier in the night sky was so beautiful. It feels like a different world, and it seems like it was in a video game, so I think all of my family will leave a good memory.

What a great experience for people of all ages to experience! We've come from across the U.S. and this is one of the places we wanted to take our daughter. The people at the ticket booth and taking care of all the rides were kind, helpful, and energetic. My daughter really enjoyed her visit, and though she didn't meet the height requirements for all the rides, she loved the ones she could. We are grateful that was checked because many rides would have been unsafe for her had she been shorter and younger. Every ride was stable and secure. The seat belts were clean and new, and nothing we rode had frazzled or frayed threads. I watched the process of each ride controller, and I was impressed to see that it was clear, they were present, and focused. I appreciate the process and for the safety of my daughter and my husband. I'm grateful for it. There were several games to play, vending machines for drinks and food, vendors along the other end of the pier selling churros, art, handmade items, musicians playing music, people dancing, laughing, talking, and a beautiful array of people from all over the world participating. It was breathtaking. It was the Pacific shoreline, fun, joy, and loving art and living art in every way possible.

We had a nice time. We came later in the day, so the lights were fun for the kids. I asked when they closed, and they advised between 10-10:30. Unfortunately, they didn't clarify that the smaller rides closed at 9 pm, so my kids missed out on a lot of rides that they were wanting to ride. Other than that, it was lots of fun! The line for the rollercoaster took about an hour during the busy time, but at the end of the night, the kids ran right on, which was great!

This is an absolutely iconic little amusement park in a crazy location. Located on the pier, this park has some fun rides, nothing intense really, and offers great views of the surrounding beaches, city, and ocean. It was pretty crowded when I went. I would definitely recommend checking this place out it was really cool. Kind of chaotic but cool.

Perfect place for amusement by the Pacific Ocean. Famous for the wheel 🎡 and the roller coaster 🎢. Really worth visiting and paying for enjoying the facilities here. Always the perfect choice for visiting Santa Monica Beach.

It's been awhile since I've been to the pier. With Spring Break for my nieces and nephew I thought this would perfect place to go and it was. They had a blast. Costly but fun.

It's open until 10pm but I would definitely not recommend going after dark. Cold, very windy, obviously no ocean views. Also park employees gave off the vibe that they were stuck in purgatory.

This is an amazing beach, the waves can get pretty big but are pretty fun, i also highly recommend bringing water and a sun shade. Don't forget to have fun and make sand castles. The pier is pretty fun and the amusement rights are fun as well. All at all the pier is an amazing place to have fun.

We bought tickets in advance but it made no sense as we had to line up again to get wrist bands as their machines couldn't scan emailed barcodes.
The rides are not bad, even fun at times. But extremely over priced for the value.
Caution - on the way out a lady approached us asking for wrist bands. Only if she wasn't so intimidating I would've given her mine.

The Getty Museum is home to a vast and varied collection of art, ranging from ancient sculptures to modern paintings. The gardens are also popular with visitors, who can enjoy the lovely views while indulging in some delicious snacks or drinks at the on-site restaurant.
The Getty is one of the prettiest museums I’ve ever been to! The entrance is FREE but you do have to register online due to covid. Parking is $20 per vehicle but entrance per person is free. It is definitely worth it and the views are amazing! Their gardens are beautiful and the museums architecture is amazing! There is also these green areas were people just go and sit there to read a book or picnic! I could have stayed here the whole day! I went on a Friday early afternoon and there wasn’t a lot of people. So it was nice to enjoy it!

Great museum with lot of amazing paintings from internationally renowned artists. The drive up the hill with the small „train“ is great fun, entry is free but good luck getting there without a car (parking available for a considerable fee). Narrow parking spaces underground.
It’s a great place to just walk around and let your mind wander, beautiful views over LA as well.

The Getty Museum is an absolute gem, and is an experience that combines stunning views, serene surroundings, captivating art, and remarkable architecture. During my visit, I discovered a multitude of reasons to fall in love with this place.
Sitting on top of a mountain offers gorgeous views and scenery that simply take your breath away. Finding a place to relax and unwind is never a challenge. With beautiful maintained lawns, gardens, water features and inviting benches scattered throughout the grounds, visitors can find tranquility. It's the perfect spot to sit back, soak up the sun, and revel in the beauty that surrounds you.
One cannot help but be captivated by the art and architecture within the Getty Museum. The exhibits showcase an impressive collection spanning various eras and genres. From classical sculptures and Renaissance paintings to contemporary installations, each piece tells a unique story, inviting visitors to delve into the world of artistic expression.
Exploring the museum's exhibits is a joy, as you have the freedom to stroll at your own pace. The convenience of the tram system for entering and exiting the museum is a thoughtful touch. Moreover, the fact that the Getty Museum offers free admission is commendable, as it provides access to art and culture for everyone.
However, it's worth noting that parking does cost but the experience and the amenities provided make it a reasonable investment.
I 1000% recommend visiting this place, I’ll be back for sure.

Amazing and huge museum. Can’t believe it’s free and even if it’s not- totally worth visiting. Parking fee is 20$ till 3pm and later it’s 15$. It was bit crowded when we visited, it took lot of time for parking so I’d recommend to plan visit accordingly. It has a great collection of European art, well maintained gardens, galleries and many more. Beautiful architecture. Very well designed and maintained. It’s built on a hill, from parking you can walk all the way to museum main entrance or they also have trains. It also has amazing views of LA from top. We had reserved it in advance however they were admitting people without reservations. Must visit place when in LA.

I have come at least 7 times since it’s close to my job. It’s so nice to see all the art but don’t expect to be able to finish it all within 4 hours. I think it would take a whole day to complete but that sounds awesome to me because all the art is so beautiful. Especially the French area. Love the gift shop and found my new favorite tea there. Anytime friends want to know something to do, I always recommend going here. Took my husband for his first time there as well. Great date, adventure, or just study and chill location. They have a cafe that has foods like sandwiches and chips as well as some sweet treats. They also serve beer/wine if that’s your thing. There are also 2 other restaurants on the premises but when I went it was a very limited menu so I didn’t end up trying anything. According to the servers the portions are about the size of a baby bowl but for the price of a feast yet also mediocre quality. So I personally don’t recommend but if you really want the Beverly Hills experience and to feel fancy, I’d recommend other places than this restaurant. However it doesn’t change my opinion on the museum itself. I never bought or reserved a ticket and never had issues going in. They always say that next time I will need to reserve but I’ve gone so often without doing that so go at your own risk if you don’t want to reserve a ticket.

Amazing place to spend time with your kids! I do admit that a 4 year old boy doesn’t really go with viewing art. But the Getty offers wide open park, where you can run around, let them explore in the safe environment. The admission is free but parking is $20. Do make sure to pack your own drinks and light meals like sandwiches because food there is quite expensive. Coming back definitely!!!

Visited Getty with my wife and young son of 3 months with a stroller. The views are fantastic and the architecture is lovely to stroll around and enjoy on your visit. The art work house at the Getty is great too.. We visited the cafe for a short snack and they had basic options salad, sandwiches etc.. I would probably recommend bringing some snacks as you could spend hours up there and food options although good quality were limited. But the photos were well worth it! I was surprised that entrance for me and the whole
Family was free excluding the $20 for parking.

Great art installation with immaculate grounds. The outdoor garden isn’t very big, but combined with the sweeping views it is awesome! Plenty of places to sit with shade to enjoy a nice day. The cafe outside near the entrance had a wonderful breakfast burrito plus many breakfast options if you decide to head over earlier than opening.

This place is simply amazing! There is plenty of parking but it does get very busy. The architecture and artwork is beautiful. The view is great. I would recommend you go to this place two hours before sunset so you get to see this place with light and nighttime. On your way back to the parking lot. I would walk down instead. The stroll is actually nice. Without a doubt you have to check this place when you are in the Los Angeles area!

The architecture of this building is gorgeous and the gardens are stunning. There are coffee shops here or you could do a little picnic on the garden. The entrance to the museum is free but you will have to reserve tickets online. Parking for the day is $15. There are busses that will take you from the entrance after security checks to the exhibition halls or you could also take a nice slow walk up the slope. The museum has lovely collection. You can spend the whole day here wondering through the collections and reading through his biography, grab a nice sandwich and coffee and just enjoy the garden.

Awesome cultural experience overall. Great mix of art and culture in four pavilions of two floors, including paths to incredible outdoor scenes and vistas to Los Angeles County and the Pacific Ocean. Beautiful outdoor gardens showcasing a variety of fauna. A beautiful day under the sun and inside galleries.
I don't know what's more inspiring, the artwork or the views!

Always an enjoyable experience visiting The Getty! They still require a reservation or timed-ticket entries at the time of this writing, but it was no hassle, just present it and you'll proceed through the line. I liked the Still life paintings, a lot of detail goes into it, reminds me of my art classes I took when I was younger except they were charcoal black/white drawings, dealing with colors is a whole another level. The outdoor panoramic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean to the west were spectacular. Went during the evening and watching the sunset was nice and gave the museum building a nice golden hue. Thanks for a great time!

Absolutely beautiful place to visit, amazing architecture, grassy areas to relax or have a picnic in the sun. The tram ride up is beautiful as well. They always have different museum exhibits going on. I happened to go on a day they had a special exhibit showcasing the Black community and culture. I really loved it! And the best part is it's always free to come. If you are visiting LA this should definitely be on your list of places to visit!

Wow! Definitely worth the visit. Park in the main garage and just follow the crowd for the free tram to transfer you the Getty museum. The tram ride is frequently so no worries. Once at the Getty first enjoy the incredible views. Than visit the expositions. Worth a day’s visit.

So much to see both in the gardens and the inside exhibits. You can easily make a day of it. Lots of elevators and bathrooms. There is a cafe and restaurant on site. If you want to go to the restaurant make sure you make a reservation because they do limit walk-ins. Free museum admission that you should reserve ahead of time, but parking was $20.

One for adults or children over the age of 12yrs. Amazing views of Santa Monica and L.A in the distance. Beautiful buildings and gardens. cool and fancy art. Great iconic tram ride and its Free. you only need to pay for parking and make sure you BOOK AHEAD, as there's no on the gate tickets. Freeway traffic can be well typically californian so give yourself plenty of time to arrive and park within your allocated time slot.
Epic location.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful architecture and views overlooking LA. The museum had a nice variety of exhibits that change periodically. We spent a total of 2.5 hours there but could have easily spent much more time! It’s recommended to register online for timed entry and a number of people did not know to do so but it wasn’t an issue.

This museum is truly an incredible place to visit. Honestly some of the exhibits were closed for maintenance or something but the architecture and views are really what is worth your time. Wandering around the gardens is fantastic and the tram to the museum from parking is really lovely. Definitely worth it. But also reserve your entry time. Tickets are free but you need to reserve entry time and have proof of vaccination.

Fun little tram ride up to the entrance of the Museum.
It was very interesting seeing all the historical art inside, and the staff were very friendly.

This museum is FREE. Parking depends on how long you're in the museum but the max is $20.
The tram takes you up to the museum from the parking structure is free and less than 5 minutes.
This museum is HUGE. I'd recommend to wear comfortable, shoes, a hat, a water bottle, and some snacks to save money. All the artworks are indoors but you do have to go outside to get to other buildings for more artworks. And, should definitely check out the garden.
The artworks are separated by different areas and time periods.
They provide umbrella for shade or for the rain which I found interesting.
Took around 4 hours with no tour guidance to walk around and (hopefully) see everything.
I want to add that you can bring big backpacks, but just have them in front of you to prevent any accidents.

Revisiting the Getty Museum was an absolutely awe-inspiring experience. The picturesque views from this hilltop location have the power to amaze anyone who visits. The architectural masterpiece that is the Getty Museum is a testament to human genius. It gracefully blends elements of the ancient world with a modern touch and a futuristic aesthetic, creating a harmonious fusion of art, culture, and innovation.
It's worth noting that to truly appreciate all that the Getty has to offer, it's essential to allocate sufficient time for your visit. Unfortunately, my recent visit was limited by time constraints, but I'm already planning to head back at the earliest opportunity, perhaps during a holiday, to explore it more thoroughly.
I must also extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the dedicated staff at the Getty Museum, who contribute to making this place a treasure trove of art and knowledge. Special kudos go to our enthusiastic tour guide, whose passion and expertise enriched our visit and added depth to our understanding of the museum's incredible collection. This revisit to the Getty has left an indelible mark, and I eagerly anticipate my next chance to immerse myself in its wonders.

Free ticket. Should book ticket 2-3 days in advance if you plan to visit on weekend. Plenty of parking space but it’ll cost you $20 for the whole day. It gets really traffic inside during weekend evening, so try to leave a bit early than others would be great. The arts were super varied. Check the map in advance to find your area pf interest and spend time there. The garden is beautiful, hot, and scenic spot, so don’t forget to spare some time for that

The Getty Center is a beautiful location for a museum with gorgeous landscape. You pay one price for a carload of people for parking with access to all the museums. A restaurant is on the property so you can stay all day. The artwork curated for the museum is usually smaller collections but it is worth it because these are the pieces you are dying to see. The modern architectural design of the buildings with the beautiful landscape make this a iconic location.

I don't understand art, but I still came to take a look. I was not disappointed. The items inside surprised me. It's very big and it takes about three hours to visit. If you are not in a hurry, you can bring some food and drinks and enjoy it slowly. There are many beautiful flowers in the garden, which you can enjoy and take pictures! It is worth a visit. Parking is $25 per time.

One of the most breathtaking museums around, the atmosphere surrounding the museum is just as magnificent as the artwork inside. The museum is free of charge, you pay for parking only.
The Wat Thai temple in Los Angeles is a place of worship where people from all over come to pray and eat. The prices have increased, but it's inflation so it wasn't a surprise. The food was great and the service was friendly.
Get the fried banana and meat ball on a stick because they are amazing here. I haven't stop by this Thai Temple in years but it all changed today. I wanted to get some food for my fiancée to try so I came here with my sister and parents. They have more parking than before because the old gas station is gone and they took that space for parking spots. We came around 9am and most of the food places were open. I got the Mango with sticky rice, fried banana, meatball on a stick, Thai Tea, their green dessert and the banana leaves wrapped with sticky rice and banana inside. The prices did increase but it's inflation so it wasn't a surprise. I got charge extra when I asked for no ice on the Thai Tea so I was surprise about that.

First of all, let me just say that as far as Thai temples go, my experience is pretty limited. Having said that, I liked this temple, the property, the food, people, and everything this location has to offer. My wife (Thai) enjoyed our visit, so that was enough for me.
Sean Sokolay — Google review
We came here during a Thai holiday so apparently it was much more crowded than usual. So things like having trouble finding a seat or some of the restaurants running out of certain food items may be a non-issue other times of the year.
All in all it’s a very cool experience. We did just fine with street parking and walking a little. We also really enjoyed looking at the beautiful temple and grounds.
When it comes to the food - everything was very good. I would highly recommend the papaya salad it’s made to order and you can get a sweeter la spicier version to your liking. We were able to watch as they ground together the chilies and sugar and tossed it with the papaya and vinegar. The chicken satay was very good as well. Next time, we would like to get there earlier so we can try more foods.
Lastly they do function on a token system but it’s very easy to get more and we barely had to wait in line - even as crowded as it was the day we went. So if you’re new out about having leftover tokens don’t be afraid to get a smaller exchange and just go back for more later on.
Kate Lyon — Google review
OMG best authentic Thai/Chinese food can be found here. Only available during the weekend, most serving is about $5, Asian portion, not American portions mind you, so you get to try out different items. My cravings are papaya salad, especially on hot summer days, the fried potatoes balls, yams, and bananas are definitely a crowd pleaser, the batter they used is ahmazing!
I believe they switch vendors every weekend, you can't go wrong with pad Thai, pad see ewe, and my favorite is the buffet style stall, it's not all you can eat, you can select 2 items with rice or alacarte for $5! Can't beat that, and oh so delicious, especially the pork in dark sauce. They really like it when you bring your own pyrex, Tupperware or containers.
The only slight inconvenience is you have to swap cash for tokens to purchase food, it's like a mini fare every weekend, absolutely love it! We usually get the food to go and buy extra for lunch next day, we don't particularly enjoy the open/like karaoke with loud speakers, it's fun in the beginning but can get annoying after a while haha
Parking can be also inconvenient if you arrive later in the day, it's usually within the temple but can spill out to the nearby residential neighborhood. Come early so you'll be in and out in a jiffy, or not!

Wide variety of foods and desserts and drinks. Love the Thai tea and BBQ sticks. Family enjoy all the variety of foods as well. Kids enjoyed the tokens for each store front eatery instead of cash. You will need to bring cash to exchange for tokens. Thai temple great sight to see.

It has been years since visiting LA Thai temple, I wanted to check out food court. I bought fresh Fried dough and coconut cakes. Exchanged money for their plastic coins. It is not cheap but part of money will go to temple. I went around 8:30 am when they just opened, parking space was easy to find but space was very compact. I did not have a chance to try food. Vendors were friendly. There are tables for eating.

Santa Monica Bay is a renowned destination known for its beautiful beaches, bustling piers, and opportunities for fishing and surfing. The bay offers a unique perspective of the Los Angeles Basin, extending from Santa Monica Bay to downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Mountains. Visitors can enjoy various activities such as walking, swimming, and playing volleyball on the expansive beach. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options available along with amusement rides at the pier.
A must...take Ocean Park west as far as you can go, plenty of parking (early in the day) and then walk north to the Santa Monica pier or south to the Venice pier...two totally different experiences. Places to get a bite to eat, for the kids to play, or just sit on the beach...and watch the sunset...perfect!

I live in Venice next to Muscle Beach, so I'm in the bay daily. Overall, it's really nice. It's very big and there's tons of sand. Rocks too on the edges, especially up north near Topanga. Go south and the inner edge into RPV is another planet. Back north and the hiking is world-class (with regard to day hikes). Probably never moving away from this bay. I love this bay so much. The Win~Dow Venice Boardwalk is a casual eatery that serves burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and grain bowls alongside shakes and ice cream. Located on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, it's surrounded by numerous street vendors, performers, restaurants, bars, juice spots and shops selling souvenirs like sunglasses and shirts. The boardwalk is also home to medical marijuana dispensaries and a considerable population of homeless people.
This place was recommended to us by a friend who said this had the best fried chicken sandwich. He was not exaggerating.
Their chicken sandwich is not only affordable, but may indeed be the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.
First of all, they give a good slaw on this sandwich that is sweet and vinegary which is always what you need with something fried. They also put a nice, mild , tangy sauce on the buns.
The buns are one of my favorites so soft and pillowy and made fresh.
The chicken itself is incredible. Crispiest piece of chicken I’ve maybe ever had. Incredible flavor, super juicy on the inside, and again so crispy on the outside.
I also got their cheeseburger which was amazing. If you like pickles, they load these up! They also use a potato bun which I really enjoy. The bun almost “melts” around the sandwich giving such a good bite of food that holds together. The beef itself is super well seasoned and a little charred to give a nice crunch.
Come here for the best fried chicken sandwich you’ll ever have and an amazing cheeseburger!

The window on Venice boardwalk is a delightful place to eat a hamburger. Often mistaken for a tourist trap the window on Venice boardwalk serves delicious Smash Burger Style sandwiches. But with a slightly thicker burger patty. The dance between the meat in the sauce it's awesome. Thick cut pickles add a different mouthfeel to the whole thing. It's a must-try went on Venice boardwalk and I highly recommend.

Delicious and reasonably priced!
Usually, food on the boardwalk is a tourist trap that is not tasty and expensive, but this was the complete opposite experience. Service was quick; burgers were juicy and fries were fresh. There is a section off to the side where you can sit and eat - we were able to watch the sunset while enjoying our meal. I will be back to try the other items. There was also a hand sanitizer pump by the pick up window.

The rundown...good and soft smash burger kind of like shake shack's. The fries are crispy, but a little over done for my taste. Still good regardless. The lemonade is very good... Really refreshing but without being too sweet.
Got that all for about ~$12 so it's a good deal in my opinion

Redondo Beach Pier is a well-known landmark that is popular for its scenic oceanfront dining options, shopping outlets and nightlife. Visitors can also enjoy music and festivals in the area. The atmosphere here is much more tranquil compared to nearby attractions such as Venice and Santa Monica, yet still offers an excellent experience for tourists. In addition to a variety of restaurants serving delicious meals, there are plenty of souvenir shops and other retail outlets in the vicinity.
A good place to check out! It has a much quieter feel compared to Venice and Santa Monica but nonetheless it’s still a great place to checkout! We spent the afternoon there and had a delicious meal as well! Place is clean and have a lot of choices from restaurants, souvenir shops and many more!

Nice boardwalk with a lot of stores and variety of food, they have a nice bike path all around the area, views of boats and ocean. There is a walkway that extends over the ocean, boat rides available. Pretty good place for anybody really. I had a great time!

Redondo Beach is a great place to go to whether your visiting or a local. Redondo has always been a lot calmer and relaxing than Venice and Santa Monica but still having the same great views of the ocean and the surrounding South Bay. Parking is hardly ever an issue and you can find plenty of free parking in the surrounding neighborhoods when it's not busy. The shopping area has plenty of great restaurants with Kalaveras probably being the best.

I haven't been to Tony's since the 90's when I celebrated two New Years eve's with my good friend Kay. I returned New Years day by myself to toast the New Year and watch my wonderful passengers, the University of Michigan Wolverines win the Rose Bowl! The bartender was fabulous and I ordered crab cakes with Chardonnay while watching the first sunset of the New Year. I will definitely return!

We went came her at night and never been here in all our time’s coming out here to California. It’s a very a beautiful pier and wish we could’ve brought our kids here last month when we were here. The view to the south is just beautiful and the nice cool ocean breeze during the night is so nice though do bring a sweater. Will definitely bring my family here the next time we are here.

Haven't visited this location for 20 years. It's changed for the better. The beaches surrounding are accessible. Lots of food choices at the pier. I wish they could fill up the empty stalls. Food choices are varied, with Chinese fast food, Japanese French fusion, Mexican, churros (try the churro affogato), Korean, American restaurants. Boat rentals, whale watching trips, and a seafood market, a fantastic view of the Pacific makes for a great visit.

my newest favorite discovery in California! Lol
As silly as that sounds , I don't hear many people mentioning how lovely this area is
It reminds me of a nicer Santa Monica beach (nicer because Redondo has less tourists and the best part, very little to no homeless !!)
I absolutely love how residential this area feels. Love the cute neighborhoods nearby the pier, walking and even driving through them is quite wonderful.
The bike trail and beach walk are both beautifully landscaped, paved, and well taken care of. There are many public bathrooms available along the paths as well as lifeguard towers and friendly people.
I did a 3 mile walk along the upper beach walk and came across many friendly people and dogs. The only thing I wished I had brought with me was better sun protection (hat and sunscreen) .
I would highly recommend this beach/pier for a beach stroll, a place to walk the dog(s) or even just to get some vitamin d.
I will be back to do the 44 mile bike ride from Redondo to Santa Monica :) stay tuned for photos! 🥰

Coming here as a kid to an adult is just memorable and I love that you can pretty much find parking of course the earlier you come but it’s conveniently located and it’s nice to just sit on the benches and take in the breeze and the smell of the ocean air. It’s a great place to walk you’re dog or jog up and down the pathway leading to the sand. It’s always clean and never packed it’s just a great little drive and you’re there. My family is from the area and it’s always nice to revisit and always stop on by and park at Ave C and just enjoy all of Gods beautiful creation.

This location as had a lot of changes especially with the new skate park being built a lot of the additions to the pier the main thing missing here, unfortunately is the arcade, but there's still lots of family friendly things to do here best part, though it would have to be the skate park. Newly designed by spohnranch come out and pick up your trash. Enjoy the scenery. Enjoy your family. Enjoy the community.

Exploring Rodando Beach Pier with my daughter and her friends was delightful. The evening walk had a charming atmosphere, and concluding the night with dinner at Old Tony's added a perfect touch to the experience. Highly recommend this scenic and enjoyable outing. There is also an excellent skateboard park located here.

Ok, so it doesn't have a 🎢 or a big wheel 🛞 but it truly is a spectacular landmark on the SoCal coastline. The shops, bars and restaurants are amazing and at night it comes alive with an awesome atmosphere and 1000s of happy faces.

Finally made it to the Redondo Beach Pier and would definitely recommend it for a weekend or even a weekday event with your partner or family. There was lots of fishing to watch or even bring a pole and partake in yourself. Which speaking the Quality Seafood Inc is a great place to pick up freshly caught eats or even get some to eat there. There are plenty of other restaurant options as well if seafood isn't your thing. Among the food, drinks & fishing...there was plenty of other things to do with the local (tourists style) shops, a skatepark, boat rides, street entertainers, some karaoke, nature to watch (saw some seals playing in the harbor by the boats), the beach right by the pier, it's also a great place to take your partner and watch the sunset! I'm already planning our next trip back soon!

Great little pier with a great selection of international food and shops. Fresh fish is sold here as well. Definitely stop at the World Famous Churros shop for a delicious and warm $3.75 churro! It was pretty chilly and windy on the pier. Watch out for the seagulls trying to steal your food from your hand!

Point Vicente Interpretive Center, located in Point Vicente Park, offers a fascinating experience for visitors interested in natural and local culture exhibits. The center provides a front-row seat to witness the epic ocean journey of gray whales as they complete their 10,000-mile round-trip from Mexico to Alaska. The surrounding area boasts stunning coastal views and well-maintained dirt trails that are perfect for leisurely walks.
If you are looking for a very pretty place to catch the sunset… this is it!!! The view was amazingggg!! They have picnic table so you can even sit and eat! I saw a birthday party happening! Which look so pretty with the sunset as background 😍 definitely coming back!

Great place to walk along the coastline, although you won’t get beach access, the trails across the coast have gorgeous views. Parking is free, and wasn’t too crowded on a weekday. There are a few picnic tables and chairs along with grassy places to spread a picnic blanket on. The trails are dirt trails but are well maintained, mostly flat with no high elevations. You can walk to the lighthouse or go northwest and walk the trail that connects to the sidewalk system. Easily can spend an hour or two exploring the place.

I had a pleasure of visiting Point Vicente in Palos Verdes again, and it exceeded all my expectations once again. This stunning coastal gem deserves every bit of its five-star rating. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The rugged cliffs, crashing waves, and vibrant marine life created an enchanting ambiance that was truly unforgettable. The Point Vicente Interpretive Center was a treasure trove of knowledge, providing fascinating insights into the area's rich history, marine conservation efforts, and wildlife. The knowledgeable and friendly staff enhanced the experience with their passion and dedication. The lighthouse, with its timeless beauty and historical significance, added an extra touch of charm to the surroundings. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a history buff, or simply seeking tranquility, Point Vicente is a must-visit destination. I left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and in awe of the natural wonders that abound in this remarkable place.

Today was more of a walking day. Previously I've gone into the center & explored thru the exhibits.
The trails are wide & well maintained. Ample parking at the center makes this a popular spot for walking along the top of the bluffs & picnicking.
Inside the center is a gift shop & very cool science/historical exhibits focused on the local area.
There is no fee for any of this. Donations are always welcome.
Restrooms are accessible both inside & out of the building.

Beautiful spot to whale watch or just to catch the sunset. Please be respectful and throw garbage where it belongs. As more people come, you start to notice the bad habits they bring with them. Parking can get full. You can see the Coast guard lighthouse, but no direct access.

The walk at Palos Verdes is a beautiful scenery that I think everyone should enjoy! The sound of waves (even though they are far), the bird watching experience is really good for your soul!
This last visit, there was an area where Goats were eating the grass, you could come close to them (behind the fence of course) and try to feed them with some extra dry grass.

I've used the restroom here. No complaints. Aside from that, I've never been inside. But there is a cool balcony deck on the back, overlooking the Pacific. Often there are dedicated whale watchers hanging out there with binoculars and spotting scopes pointed at the water, hoping to catch site of a cetacean (whale or dolphin). The ground are gorgeous.

The center covers everything you can think of (or can’t) about Palos Verdes, including a wide variety of marine life, fascinating geology, fossils, rich history (native, Spanish, whale economy, cattle business, farming business, sea world business) and lighthouse. I’d definitely visit again.

Great experience. we had a tour guide take us around the entire museum, giving us a history and explanation to all the things that we experienced. The kids absolutely loved it and asked 1,000,000 1/2 questions of our tour guide. It was really nice because our tour guide was obviously a retired lady who is doing this in her spare time and had a lot of connection to the historyshared within. Definitely recommended for all those kids who are interested in animals and geology.

Pointe Vincente Lighthouse is a Coast Guard station located in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. It offers stunning views of the LA Harbor and Los Angeles coastline. The lighthouse also features a museum with monthly open days for WWII history and ghost stories.
Beautiful area to catch a sunset. Bring binoculars during whale watching season, you may catch one close by. Nice trails, very easy walks. Picnic benches, and area to bring your folding chairs.

The best place to see the sunset! Parking spaces are enough and atmosphere is good. But the lighthouse closes very early so if you want to visit there, please get there before 3pm. However I think the best time to visit this area is around sunset time. There is also a very nice tracking track around this place. Highly recommend for a sunset!

What a wonderful place to take a walk along the cliffs. You can see peregrine falcons hunting, whales, dolphins, ravens playing drop and catch the flowers, red tail hawks. Have even seen the Palos Verdes blue butterfly once (smaller than expected), lots of wild flowers like the wild California lilac below. Always love being there and should visit more often. Great place to take pictures - so many visually rich vignettes and the rocky beach below providing a different perspective on how a beach sounds.

Beautiful location. The lighthouse is a beacon that draws you to the location, unlike other California beach destinations it can be quieter with views of cliffs & a wondeful trail that ends at a park. You can spot dolphins and some grey whales at certain times of year. Beautiful & worth it.

Very cool view of the ocean from Point Vicente. A short drive from other beautiful landmarks in the area and nearby cafe/shop. Worth the stop. Beautiful views, fresh ocean air, seemingly quiet and serene, has trails that you can walk along the ocean cliff side. Check out the light house run by the US Coast Guard. There's a cool little museum inside one of the main buildings. Strike up a conversation with one of the US Coast guards and they'll tell you all about the history of the light house and stuff in the museum .

An amazing park / lighthouse. This is one of the best places in Palos Verdes for a hike, nature walk or even run. There's a trail along the cliff with amazing ocean views. The park itself is not that big but overall it has picnic tables, a grassy area, restrooms which aren't clean and parking. The parking can be difficult especially during peak times and the lighthouse is only open once a month. I recommend going when the sun is setting or rising.

Point Vicente Lighthouse is not only a picturesque coastal landmark but also a vital navigational aid. Its unique feature is its distinctive three white flashes every 20 seconds, which help sailors distinguish it from other nearby lighthouses. You can’t go wrong with visiting this place. It’s one of the most beautiful trails you can walk on. The ocean views are breathtaking. Paved parking lot gets full fast on the weekends, but there’s usually plenty of parking on the dirt closed to the lighthouse. You can’t get access to the actual lighthouse area during the week, but I believe it’s open once a month on a Saturday (I think it’s the first Saturday of the month) There’s a park right next to the trails and you can find picnic tables there. Or you can just chill on one of the benches and enjoy the view.

Always a peaceful and beautiful visit. A great place to unwind and de-stress. Contrary to Google Maps chosen description, this is NOT a "Christian Church", but they won't let me modify their classification. This is a non-denominational Chapel for ALL, not just those of the Christian faith.

Situated close to the Pacific coast at Palos Verdes, Designed by son of Frank Lloyd Wright. Frank is one of the most well-known architects. The chapel feels so light and when inside the transparency of the building makes you feel you are outside in the nature.
Check website for the location and hours. There is free parking and visiting the building is free too but there are lots of ceremonies happening and you may need to wait for a gap between them to be able to go inside the building. So plan being around there for a couple of hours and make sure you go and check first to see when is the gap.

The Wayfarers Chapel offers a serene sanctuary that invites visitors to find solace and contemplation. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the chapel exudes a sense of tranquility and spirituality. While time has left its mark on some aspects of the chapel, the weathered charm adds to its character and historical appeal. The interior provides a peaceful space for personal reflection and prayer, allowing individuals to disconnect from the outside world. Whether seeking a moment of quiet introspection or a place to find inner peace, the Wayfarers Chapel delivers a unique and meaningful experience.

Amazing arena. If you get the chance to watch a team or someone perform here, definitely take it! Just like most stadiums, parking can sometimes be a pain but there are many parking structures beside it or around the area. I recommend parking a bit farther just so that you can get out of the traffic mess post-game though.

The LA Kings game was absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t realize how awesome of an experience it would be at a hockey game on the weekday. Not only was the purchasing of the tickets and easy process but also the parking as well. Of course the food was great. The drinks also. Although it is quite pricey it was still a great experience. I have to give a shout out to the hotdog vendors outside of the venue, those were amazing, and I highly recommend everyone to get some hotdogs before and after the game. I was even impressed with the waiters who came to service in our seats that was an interesting and very convenient feature. I’m definitely coming back and bringing more people with me to an LA Kings hockey game.

Iconic venue in the middle of downtown that plays host to a wide array of sports, concerts, and other events. Parking may be tough, but once inside, everything is clean and modern and there are tons of food choices (the prices, especially for alcohol, are quite inflated though). Even the cheap seats have a good view, although they're a little higher up than normal thanks to all the boxes.

Came for Hockey! LA Kings vs. The Maple Leafs.
Ate food at Salt and Char (their fries were perfectly crispy and good but burger was eh).
For such a frequently visited arena, I would think they would provide better food. Even the Dodger’s stadium has good food!
My husband and I found parking nearby and it was for $30. Didn’t have to walk far at all.
They do have plenty of restrooms so that was good cause them lines get LOOOONG!!
Inside, seating is kinda scary at the top (I feel I could easily topple over) but it’s pretty nice and when the bass is used, you can feel it to the point where it vibrates throughout your whole body and could make breathing feel different.
I’m sure the suites and closer seating is nice. Hopefully, one day can afford to experience that!

My first time there at the Crypt and it was very nice! Went to a Kings game. Kings lost to San Jose.
Since it was a Kings game it wasn't packed so getting drinks wasn't too long.
Bathrooms are a different issue. Long lines even though the arena was half empty. Go early if you can to beat the lines.

A historical place, feels surreal inside. The rafters, the retired jerseys and everything else you see on TV, just come to life. The arena feels much bigger compared to other ones I have been to. The arena does a good job of keeping the crowd energetic. Lots stars can be spotter during the game.
The merchandise store has long lines before the game, but they vwr fast. The store lacks in inventory of different sizes of different product.
There are lots of dining options, but they are all unrealistically expensive. You will easily spend $50 eating a hot dog and drinking a beer.
Overall the arena feels very safe and secure. Has lots of exits, so getting out after the game is convenient.

Check in was very efficient and the staff were very kind. Even in the cheap seats I had, it was still a good view. The huge screens help and add to it as well. I even won a jersey!

I have not been here since about 2013 and I must say it was still an amazing experience. Plenty of concession stands everywhere, restrooms available in short distances. Staff was very friendly and always available to help with any questions you may have. It was a full house and the energy was great, I will definitely make plans to come back. I might also do a different event all together.

It was clean in the public area, our seating in 300s was not, the entrance for American express holders was perfect to get in easily and parking was free if you go early enough. The down was that the food kiosks weren't open when we went in and Section 300s are way too high up.
They were kind to let us go out front to smoke, but having to have the original tickets to get back in was a pain, my husband had to come get me from the 300s. Maybe they need to find a balcony for the smokers there weren't many or stamp their hands with a different stamp every night.

As I am born in the 90s, this will still be Kobe's Staples for me. Just so nice to walk around on a good day and watch the game live. Great times for LA this season.

Loved the whole NBA experience. Very great arena, easy to access with public transportation, security check is very fast. There are lots of choices to eat inside.

My first experience to an NBA game, this stadium is really cool. From the entrance to the inside, everything is so organized. A lot of merchandise are sold here. More than i've ever seen elsewhere. Food and drink stations are everywhere. This franchise has been very successful through out the years. Great experience

Went to a Laker game. I liked the stadium. Big and new. But not much to see inside other than the mural. The parking situation is horrible. Paid online for a reserved parking spot for 80 dollars. But when we got into the garage we were just like everyone else. Except they paid 40 to park. We parked in the back area of the stadium. So we did see the little festival area in front for the game. No souvenir cups. Food prices about the normal. Cool area lots to do before and after.

First time at a kings hockey game! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought our children, the speakers are very loud. They offer free headphones for children, but you will need to give them a photo ID to hold. Very cool statues infront of the arena, enjoyed out time!

Awesome arena, first time here. Lots of parking. Parking was cheap (compared to what I am used to in Vancouver and Seattle).
Friendly workers, awesome fans. Kings lost though which was a bummer but my son was happy to see the red wings win. 😜
Great view despite being in section 327, row 4, seats 9-12. Pics show view from that section.

LA kings game was a phenomenal experience. Never been to a hockey game before, and was totally worth it. The light&sound show, the player entrances, and the breaks were so entertaining. We witnessed 3 fights in one game so the crowd was loud. We got a suite and the private viewing was cherry on the cake. Highly recommend the game and the experience!

If you are a Lakers fans or you root for the other team, this is the place to be! It bleeds purple and gold. Full with so much history and statues of Lakers legends, great ambience! Games are electric with passion flowing. LA Kings also play here. If you are willing to walk a couple of blocks, easy $15 parking available close by. Gets you away from crowds too.

It's totally amazing! I went to Lakers' game vs. Chicago Bulls last night. Great game 141/ 131 was the final score 😊. Easy to go in and out, no problem for parking. We paid $40 for parking. Seats were good, section 206, and we paid $400 for two tickets. I really recommend this place, staff everywhere and helpful. We enjoyed last night game.

I love going to games here but you definitely are not gonna save any money trying to have refreshments or food. Beers are $18 currently. Great view for many angle typically friendly staff and fun fun. Don’t miss the statues out front.
Charles H. Wilson Park is a comprehensive sports and recreation area that offers various activities like jogging, volleyball, basketball, tennis and roller hockey. It is equipped with essential facilities such as batting cages, indoor roller hockey rinks, baseball field, horseshoe pits and fitness equipment. The park also features playgrounds for kids and barbecue pits for family gatherings.
This is a great park that has a wide variety of recreation facilities. Two big baseball fields with four diamonds, tennis courts, baseball courts, picnic area, but also sports complex building that aren't common in other smaller rec centers.
What I like the most though, is that when I visit the park on a Sunday morning, there were people everywhere, in the fields, along the trail. I love it when a park is there for people.

Although small in size, this park is frequented by many people for leisurely walks. During our stay at a nearby hotel, we searched for a park to take a short stroll and discovered this park which was a mere 10-minute drive away. Despite its size, it proved to be a pleasant place for a walk. The only downside was the parking lot which had scattered bottles and food scraps that attracted large black birds.
In addition to its popularity among walkers, this park is also home to friendly squirrels. It seems that visitors often feed them, as they will run up to anyone standing nearby and stand on their hind legs, eagerly waiting for a snack. It's quite adorable!

My sweet dog Sunny and I walk through Wilson Park as often as we can. She's so happy to be there while trying to catch squirrels. Don't worry. The squirrels have the upper hand. We stay on the grass while walking, running, and trotting. The park is clean and safe. I love the farmer's market on Saturday and Tuesday. There's a good amount of organic produce, food stands, plants, and beautiful orchids. It's wonderful to see how many people utilize all the good stuff at the park, including the outdoor gym.

Attended the park after going to Southern California Live Steamers. Parking was available. Bathrooms by parking have no doors except for one stall. Many birthday parties with bounce castles. I come to Wilson park with my family to walk our dog at least once a day 5-6 times a week. We like coming here because it’s a very people and pet friendly park, it’s fun to meet other dog owners and their dogs. The park itself is really big with 3 or 4 baseball fields, large exercise area with modern exercise equipment available to the public for free, a batting cage, ice skating rink, basketball courts, large picnic area with tables and bbq pits, a very big and nice tree house in the middle of the park(perfect for wedding pictures), a huge playground for kids, tennis courts, a big splash area for kids to play and get wet , a large fenced in area for horseshoe throwing(sometimes they have tournaments there), and a very nicely built concert stage where they often have live entertainment perform on some weekends(we got to watch a local symphony orchestra perform live this past Labor Day holiday it was great!) On the other side of the park they have a whole Farmer’s Market set up in the parking lot I’m not sure what days of the week but I know for sure they have it every Thursday. Wilson park is a great place to spend the day with your family or even if you just want to relax and read a good book by yourself in the shade! There’s lots to see and do here! I almost forgot about parking! Parking is usually not hard to find because although you might see a lot of cars there’s many parking lots to choose from and still easily access the park just steps away .
The Broad is a contemporary art museum located in DTLA, featuring a distinctive honeycomb-like exterior. The 120,000-square-foot space houses over 2,000 pieces of art including canvases, sculptures, and immersive installations. The collection includes works by renowned artists such as Jeff Koons and Andy Warhol. Visitors can explore new installations by artists like Roy Lichtenstein and Kara Walker.
Parking is easy and $17 all day on the weekends. You will need to request your tickets online. Masks are required and vaccinations cards are also checked. The museum architecture is really cool. If you do not like art don’t waste your time going here. The restrooms are nice and clean. Would not recommend taking young children here.

Art museum showcasing the Broad family collection. You have to make ticket reservations online in advance; note that the general admission ticket is separate from the infinity room tickets, so you need to make sure you select both things when reserving tickets. The infinity room tickets go fast, so you need to make them at least a month in advance. There’s a parking lot but it’s $17 for three hours; you can try your luck at city lot instead for $9/$10. Tickets are free but they do have special exhibitions which are paid-admission.
Masks were encouraged but not required when we went. No food or beverages allowed. Backpacks need to be worn in front of your body. Some of the art was not kid-friendly, and there are warning signs indicating such. There are restrooms on the second level. You take the escalator up to the third floor and work your way around. You can get a peek at storage while taking the stairs down to the second/first level. Overall, it’s a really fun way to spend a couple of hours to a full day looking at an eclectic mix of art.

Did you know that The Broad gives away free tickets every month? Check their website in the last Wednesday of each month to claim your tickets for a free visit in the upcoming month!
Whether you like the art or not it's clearly a beautiful space, well laid out, plenty of room for exhibits of all sizes, from intimate to enveloping. The staff are diligent in their commitment to keeping the art safe and secure but still allow for curious people to respectfully approach various works close up to admire the details of technique and materials used.
I personally love the collection as an introduction to contemporary art for anyone interested in the "broader" themes (intended) of the modern art world. Not every piece is to my taste but the cultural importance of the collections is undeniable.

Get tickets in advance. The queue can be around an hour if you don’t. The collection of works is great. All American: Warhol, Basquiat, Roy Lichtenstein and many more names are here. The museum is also very well designed and even when crowded, it didn’t feel too overwhelming. I had a great time here and recommend anyone in town to visit.

The Broad was a magnificent artistic landmark. A terrific way to spend the time in the center of Los Angeles. The museum exhibits both contemporary and traditional art.
It is extremely advised. The Infinity Mirror room is also complimentary, although it requires a separate reservation. Because the Infinity room has a limited capacity, booking in advance is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

Best to buy tickets in advance online to enjoy the whole experience that the museum provides. General admission was also very cool but will have to come back and buy tickets to see the special stuff. Would be cool if everyone could see everything, but I do understand business is business. We came here spontaneously while I was in town visiting a friend and definitely made some memories. The general admission line for people who didn't have reservations or tickets took us around 30 minutes to get through. Not a bad wait for the experience!

Have you heard of galleries with stuffy old people acting like prison guards? Think again then 😀 Charming and friendly informative staff. The building is a gem with great natural light which feels like it's through Venetian blinds. Then the exhibition which is jam packed full of iconic pop art on a monumental scale in a gallery built specifically for the purpose. And it's free! What are you waiting for? Go and visit

What a great modern art museum and in such a cool building. We got tickets for general admission + the infinity room about 3 weeks ahead of time, for free. You just have to remember to check at 10am on the last Wednesday of the month.
The tickets for the infinity room are timed but we showed up about an hour early and had time to go through the entire third floor and get in line for the infinity room, getting us to the front of the line at exactly our ticket time. We then went through the first floor room in about 15min. We loved the infinity rooms even if you only get 1min. The third floor rooms were more interesting than downstairs with larger pieces.
The building itself is great, with lots of cool dark concrete stairways. We spent about 90min here.

We booked tickets the morning of. They are free reservation tickets but I recommend getting them in advance because I believe they do "sell out". Firstly, the architecture of this building is incredible. The building itself is a work of art and was mind blowing just walking through the entrance. The art pieces are fascinating as well and so entertaining to look at and gain some inspiration from. It was not too crowded and was pretty easy to check everything out quickly. The exhibit is not huge and can most likely be looked through in about an hour. I highly recommend checking out The Broad as it is in a great spot of DTLA and has some iconic pieces.

A gem of an art museum that is more or less a storage facility for the massive BROAD COLLECTION. Just a small portion of the collection is on display at a time but there are some magnificent pieces to explore. Did I mention that it’s free? To get tickets just go online and select your time slot. The whole thing will take you about an hour so it’s a great way to have lunch and do a little adventure in downtown LA while you’re in town.

We enjoyed our visit, but the main draw was the Keith Haring exhibition, which is now gone. It's a small museum, it took us less than 2 hours to see everything.
Undergroung parking was plentiful, but rather expensive. They have a large crew of people directing you to your parking spot.

I visited The Broad with my daughter when she visited from Washington state recently. She had come to the art museum once before but it was my first time and I loved it! All different types of contemporary art- from literary pieces to sculptures- everything was amazing! They have paintings from well known artists like Picasso and Andy Warhol along with pieces by artists I was not familiar with .
You can visit The Broad for free and, although it doesn't require a reservation, I suggest making one online. When we arrived there were 2 sides sectioned off at the entrance. The side for people with reservations was clear and we were able to walk right up and go inside. The side for no reservations was backed up to the outside sidewalk. On the first floor there is also a section of art displayed but to see this part of the museum there is a fee. We didn't visit this part of The Broad but when I do go next time I'll pay the small fee to see this part as well!
I recommend visiting The Broad for anyone who enjoys contemporary art. The staff were all very kind and helpful as well!

I'm not usually a fan of art museums because its pretty hard for me to understand the creative vision. However, this one in particular was all over my Instagram feed, and it looked great. The most popular attraction is the Mirror Room Exhibit. Entry is free into the museum and the mirror exhibit, but you have to reserve your tickets on the museum website about a month in advance, and there are reservation options with and without the mirror room. There is about a 30 minute wait to get into the mirror room, and you only get to be in there for 1 min. That one minute is absolutely worth the wait, since the room is beautifully lit up. Great place to take pictures. Other places to get cute pictures is next to the giant metal balloon dog, and the oversized dining table. It takes about an hour to see the whole museum not including the wait time for the mirror room. Its a great display of modern art for people who love art and also for those that don't really understand it. There are also some other paid exhibits that require separate tickets on the website, but I did not see any of those.

This is a nice pop art museum in downtown LA. The tickets are free, but you need to reserve them online. The infinity mirror exhibit requires a different ticket, but also free. We came here last minute and could only secure the general admission. It's about 1.5 to 2 hours of leisurely walking with plenty of places to rest if you choose to do so. The parking is right under the museum and costs $17 (as of 2/6/24) for three hours and you will need your validate your ticket right inside of the exit door.
Note: you can check out the Miseum of Contemporary Art right across the street. It’s a bit smaller than the Broad, but for three hours of parking, you have enough time to see both very nice contemporary art museums.

I was unable to tour the inside for very long as they close at 2pm, however the upstairs garden is amazing. You are able to go through several different floral scenes and fountain. There are also a variety of places you are able to sit, which allows for some solitude in this busy LA area. I would often find myself reading or studying here as this is a great peaceful place to extend your break or stretch your legs. There are elevators available if you have a wheelchair which I found to be very useful! Great spot, glad we explored around even though it was close to closing time.

A very unique building, an iconic place in LA.
I did not attend a show or enter the building, but simply walking around the building and observing its curves, I was impressed at the architecture and design - unlike any other building I have seen.
An interesting fact is that the exterior was supposed to be built of stone, but because of budget shortcomings, it was decided to make of stainless steel. Having seen the steel, I think it looks better than what stone would have looked.
During opening hours, you are able to walk around the entire building. There is a lovely garden with shady trees at the rear of the building, and some nooks that make for a good photo opportunity.

Prices are at a premium yet all the choices look excellent- subs, salads, candy, cookies, chips, bar drinks. The concert hall is absolutely magical. Incredible, clean sound from the bohemian strings performance we listened to. The gift shop is filled with unique and cool items! Large, clean restrooms available. Directly across the road from The Broad Museum. The Walt Disney Concert Hall is an absolutely stunning work of architecture from Frank Gehry, who also designed (among others) The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. The sweeping metal exterior panels of the building are intended to portray the architects love of sailing.
The Concert Hall's stunning visuals (both interior and exterior)are matched by its amazing acoustics which can be experienced by its resident orchestra, The LA Philharmonic, among other performances by various artists throughout the year.

The building and grounds are stunning. It's worth to walk around and explore. To the left of the building (outside) there are stairs that leads to the gardens with views of downtown. It's a great place to experience the dimensions of the metal structures. A glimpse of Frank Gehry's designer's mind! Great place to watch the sunset and to take incrediable photos.

Awesome building inside and out. The signage inside could be a little better, but there were courteous ushers at every door, so finding your way around won't be very difficult. The seating is just roomy enough to be comfortable. It was a bit creaky though, and if people in the row above move, you will feel their movement. Sound was great, and views in the orchestra section were amazing. The gardens outside are a nice touch. I would love to come back soon to see another concert. Also, the store had wonderful novelties and gifts!

Visually beautiful building designed by Frank Garry. The patio outdoor spaces are great with lots of shade.
The interior is amazing. The accustics are really good, even at the very back balcony. The view to the orchestra and performance is great.
I came to see a musical with my kids. It was an amazing experience. They loved it and have lots of fun. It's something I had always wanted to do. Not many people visit this place as an attraction but let me tell you that you are missing out.
Most of the performances are from non commercial artists and that is probably why there is not of interest in attending. Hopefully with more reviews people can start attending and appreciate the building and experience it brings to LA travelers.
The Bradbury building is a five-story historic office building in downtown Los Angeles. It is the city's oldest commercial edifice and its ornate ironwork, brown brick walls, and skylight make it an architectural stunner.
Architecture pearl in DTLA. If you are enjoying unique buildings and their architecture - this place definitely must be visited. There is several reasons - it's real gem in DTLA, and as movie lovers you will find this building in a lot of legendary movies such as "Blade Runner" (1982), "The Unfaithful" (1947), "Shockproof" (1949), "D.O.A" (1950), "I, the Jury" (1953), "Good Neigbor Sam" (1964), "Lethal Weapons 4" (1998), "Pay it forward" (2000), "What Women Want" (2000), "500 Days of Summer" (2009) and famous winner of Oscar's "The Artist" (2011). And it's just small part of history of this architecture gem 💎

Another consistent tip on most LA recommended sights… this one was cool to see. Iconic building with very unique style and cool to see the reference to movies it has appeared in.
A working office building but you are allowed to access ground floor and take a look at the interior.
Definitely worth adding to your itinerary if you are in the area 🤙🏼

It's such a neat building to check out. You've probably seen it in many a movie over the years. Blade Runner is what I always think of when I see the Bradbury Building. We only got to walk around the ground floor since there are actual businesses on the other floors, but we still got some cool shots of the place. If you are downtown, this is a must stop. The architecture is definitely next level and futuristic for its day, to say the least.
Brandon Britt Smith (Travelin Smitty) — Google review
Historic architecture with this quiet downtown spot. Films such as Wolf, 500 Days of Summer, and others have used this landmark for th their location. Fair warning, you can't wander beyond floor one, since their our actual businesses their. However if you are looking for great architectural photos, this is the place.
Mary McNamara — Google review
Just a small building and you are only able to access the ground floor but I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The interior architecture design is amazing and you can see it for yourself from the pics. I wish they would have allowed us to use the old classic elevator and view upper floors, that would have been nice. :) 😀

Beautiful building to visit and check out if you’re in the area. The architecture within is really unique and although you only get to enter and stay on the ground level, but it’s really a site to see. There are old style elevators, mail chutes, and even the floored tiles are very vintage. You can take some photos of this building and be in and out within 10 minutes.

Currently closed to the public but you can appreciate the building from the street. It's great.

Beautiful building and architecture, a must-stop if you're visiting Grand Central Market (or vice versa). You can only visit the first floor but it's free to just walk in and enjoy the space. Photography is only allowed with a cell phone.

Architecturally nice building,
Restored since the filming of Blade Runner Movie.
However no access beyond the Lobby .

Definitely stop by if you’re in the area. The building architecture is amazing. You can access the lobby area only. The upstairs is not open to the public and elevators cannot be used.
We parked down the street at a parking garage. It’s $22 for 8 hours. We ate at a restaurant that validated $6 for us.

Amazing beauty inside !
This historical, beautiful and unique building, is a true hidden treasure !
When you look at this building from outside, or walking by, you would have never imagined how amazing it is inside!
It is truly a piece of treasure from last century, but it is still standing and running like years before.
It has been used for many movie scenes. When you walk inside, you feel like the time has stopped at 1930'. How wonderful and mysterious the feeling can be!
Unfortunately, it is only open to the public for its front lobby and hallway, since it has been rented out for normal business office use.
It has been kept in very clean and very functional conditions. It is like a piece of antique left in downtown Los Angeles, for people to look at it and to imagine how people used to look like and to come out this real treasure.
jasmine xu — Google review
Definitely worth visiting once. Looks exactly like the photos. Don’t expect more. You cannot go up the stairs it’s not worth driving to to visit but if you’re in the area definitely worth stopping by! Perfect way to walk off your lunch after going to Grand Central Market.

I visited because I saw it in the song "say something" and I am happy that did it. Casual building from outside, hiding architectural gem inside.
Andrejs L — Google review
I only got to take a sneak peek at the inside of the building. I have wanted to see if for a long time. It didn’t disappoint. I wish I could have stayed longer. Hopefully I’ll get to go back. This was not a vacation trip so I had to grab all the little moments I could to see the landmarks.

Amazing to see JF Sebastian's apartment building front the original Blade Runner movie! Iconic building worth a visit, especially if you're visiting the Grand Central Market or Angel's Flight.

Lovely architecture and a historic place. But not having access beyond the lobby area was disappointing. Would have loved to access the elevators and the top of the building.

The architecture of this building is astonishing and the open bird-cage Otis elevators are pure fine art. Only the lobby is open to the public and can be visited freely. The building is also a setting in the film Blade Runner and many others.
Dodger Stadium is the third-oldest stadium in MLB and was opened in 1962. It is located in Elysian Park, in Los Angeles, and has a seating capacity of 56,000. The Dodger Stadium has seen many successful years for the Dodgers since its opening and has been home to an MVP (Clayton Kershaw) and 3 World Series titles.
What can you say , it’s a historic landmark! I love coming to the stadium ⚾️🧢 the culture the team and just the overall excitement of attending a Dodgers game. I find the staff to be always helpful and super friendly. Pricing it is relatively very very inexpensive for what you get tickets range from anywhere between $10-$80 depending on which seats you would like, in my opinion I think they’re all pretty good seats it’s all about the experience. Parking is about $20 and it’s a bit of a walk to the stadium but look at it this way you can walk off your dodger dog and nachos and get your steps all at the same time.
Now, Play Ball 🏟⚾️

Fun, fun, fun. Great crowds, lots of parking, good staffing, interesting photo op areas inside the gates, stores for souvenirs, family activities, game day food of a great variety, dodger dogs of course, and drinks for the young and old. Note- cash is not the payment of choice in the stands, cards are preferred if not only allowed. The stadium is well kept & the mature plants on the grounds are beautiful. The sky above the stadium dances with those famous southern California clouds as you enjoy the day at the Ball game, performing "the Wave" with the crowd in the stands. Take YOURSELF to the ball game, and enjoy!!!!
Pamela Flinn Schanuel — Google review
Great place to watch a baseball game but there are some shortfalls. Good selection of concessions and food items especially Dodger Dogs. Due to it being an older Stadium, it is difficult to get around to find your seats as you need to find the correct stairs or elevator to reach your level. Right and left field pavilion seats are on benches. Parking at the stadium is a mess after games. Takes forever to leave the parking area as you are sitting in traffic for over 30 minutes not moving. I suggest you use the Metro Dodger Express Shuttle from Union Station or South Bay Station for a much easier experience getting to and from the stadium.

I went to the stadium tour and learned so many things about dodgers’ history and how beautiful their stadium is! You can also go into the field and that made me so excited! The dodgers is stadium is one of the most amazing stadiums I’ve ever been to! The season has started and I’ll come back to their games next time! I love LA and dodgers. Let’s go dodgers!!

I love baseball and I've been to about a dozen parks, this is one of the best. Where most clubs tear down the old and build new, the Dodgers have meticulously maintained and augmented this wonderful art Deco Park. Make sure to take the tour - yes there is a tour - before the game to get the full impact. Dodgers fans will appreciate the extensive exhibitions throughout the ballpark. Go Braves!

What can you say about an icon that turns 60 this year? I hope I look that good when I'm that old. All of the staff that our little group interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The prices for the food and drinks were a little more than I thought it should of been, but just figured it's LA. The food was very good the garlic fries smelled great.

A beautiful ballpark and awesome environment for any sports/baseball fan. Even if you're not a fan, check out the park for a nice time in the scenic outdoor park.
Some advice: If you do go to a game, definitely go early to beat the traffic or... consider parking outside the stadium to avoid the traffic after the game. Parking is also $20-30!
Jason — Google review
Such a great time! All of the workers were friendly. The parking lot staff had traffic moving in and out with ease. You do have to pre pay for parking. Also they don't allow purses or bags, but you can bring see threw back packs. I saw a ton of people that brought snacks in them. And, we bought smart water for $7 bucks a piece. When the lady checked us out, she told us that they allow you to bring water bottles in the stadium.

We❤️everything Dodgers, including the crowds, the noise, and the stadium BUT they've changed 🌭 vendors (Stick with veggie dogs), and food/drink prices will set you back like Disney. BE SMART=Fill your clear tote with plastic water bottles you can refill for free and a few snacks like🥜,🍿, and cotton candy from the Dollar Store. Then, when you splurge on $20 nachos,🍻, and maybe the (all beef, grilled) Dodger Dog, it won't hurt too much. 😉😋💙GO DODGERS!💙

This is my first time ever in a stadium and I have to say it was an enjoyable experience. Although I am not a baseball fan, I did like the game... besides, the Dodgers won that evening! The stadium has capacity for 56,000 people but it doesn't feel crowded. The seats are well spaced, and the rows are not too narrow. The food was OK. The Dodger Dogs were tasty, but the fries were too salty, and a bottle of water is $7, so a bit expensive (somewhat like airport bottled water, ha ha!). I will say that I look forward to coming back!

Well what can I say, dodger stadium. Attended a game here on our first trip to Los Angeles and of course it was an incredible experience. I read a little bit about the best gate to enter we found proceeded into the stadium. The stadium itself is incredible tons of food and drink options. We're able to get some dodgers clothing for relatively cheap and make our way to the upper portion to find our Seats. The choices of food were a little lacking in the upper portion so I suggest getting what you want to eat on the ground level there is way more options. The view was absolutely picturesque. The game was incredible Dodgers won the game. We left one inning early to beat the traffic and had no trouble getting out. Police everywhere directing traffic and stopping traffic it was a breeze. Yes remember coming in and out there are residential areas so it can be a little tight.

It's a very clean stadium. The atmosphere is amazing. Sadly, the dodgers lost, but it was a fun game. The food options are good. Their was a drone show at the end, and it was awesome it was so cool. Overall, a good experience would be recommended.

I love Dodger stadium! Great food, great views, and so much fun! Make sure to get there early (30 min to an hour at least) because parking and the line to get in can take a lot of time. Also, make sure to get a Dodger Dog!

Amazing venue!
Great place to experience a concert under the LA stars. Concession stands also offered really cool Dodgers souvenir drink options worth checking out. We purchased a cool wine carafe with built in cups, all reusable and practical. Staff was also very friendly. Great experience all in all.

Dodger Stadium has really changed since I was a kid! Downside: Farmer John no longer makes the Dodger Dogs, which seems like a sin. Upside: the Pavilion is a great place to experience the love game but still keep the kids entertained (jungle gym), keep up with other sports (the sports bars) and you don't miss the game because of the large screens and unassigned seating. Make sure you get a pic at field level under the "Blue Heaven on Earth" sign!
Roslynn Reese — Google review
My first experience at Dodger Stadium was as vibrant as I've seen on TV. An early setback for the Dodgers sucked the energy out of the place.
Transportation was a breeze, thanks to the Dodger shuttle from Union Station. Despite the queue, the frequent buses ensure an effective boarding experience.
I arrived ahead of game time to snap some photos and enjoy a brief stadium tour. Entry was efficient and hassle-free.
While there was a notable line for refreshments outside, it thins out during the game — a tip for those wanting to avoid the wait.
The Dodger fans were gracious hosts to some Arizona fans I spotted on the bus.

Rick the supervisor was very unkind, I noticed another customer open and extend their shirt and the XL was extremely big. I went up to Rick and told him I didn't realize the XL shirt was so big and if he could do a one time exception that the shirt was still packaged and unopen. He proceeded that he couldn't make that exception that if he did it for me he had to do it for everyone. Now, if you're only going to offer the customers medium or XL jerseys they why don't you mention that before people purchase the tickets. And make sure the fit size chart is available for the customer. Such an inconvenience.

Attending my first game at Dodgers Stadium was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was electric, and being surrounded by fellow fans made it even more exhilarating. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff.
From the moment I arrived, the staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whether it was directing me to my seat or answering my questions, they did so with a smile, adding to the overall enjoyment of the game.
However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the bathrooms left something to be desired. While I understand the challenges of maintaining high traffic areas during events, I hope the stadium management can address this issue to enhance the overall experience for attendees.
Additionally, while the food options were decent, I would have loved to see a larger variety available. While classic stadium fare is always appreciated, offering a wider range of culinary options would cater to a broader audience and enhance the dining experience for all.
Overall, despite a few minor areas for improvement, my time at Dodgers Stadium was fantastic thanks to the wonderful staff and the electric atmosphere. I look forward to returning for future games and witnessing more unforgettable moments.

The DodgerFest was a really fun event. There were many activities and booths to purchase Dodger memorabilia. It is a fun filled day for kids and adults. The food booths were open and serving all your favorite Dodger grub and beverages. There is free parking and you can sit in the stadium to take a break from all the fun. This is a great event geared towards kids and fans having fun enjoying all things Dodgers

Well it is the Dodgers stadium, a fan friendly home baseball field for the Dodgers. The food fare is great, Seats positioned well, views are great. Some parking situation that can be remedied but who doesn’t have a parking problem with thousands odd cars flocking the area during a game. Well balanced staff for each area.

Finally, I got to see the Dodgers play here not long ago, and they did not disappoint! The stadium is huge and has some of the best dogs ever!
We enjoyed the game and the atmosphere here. I can't wait to come back next year and do it all again, Lord willing! The parking was the only thing a bit dodgy here. We expected that, though, so no real surprise.
Thanks for a fantastic day of baseball!

It's all in the little details, and this classic stadium has them in spades. From the sun, surf, and sand colored seating...to the beautifully curated landscaping, this place is a jewel. I adore coming here to watch baseball and have fun with other fans. It's always a great time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the parking is plentiful and there are plenty of options for food. Getting in and out of the parking can be busy and tricky, but you should expect that with so many people navigating around it at the same time. I suggest parking farther away from the stadium near an exit for the best experience. Also a good idea to study a map of the stadium before you go so you know which parking lot to use for your seating, so you can avoid having to climb all the stairs to get to your level. Go Dodgers! Blue Heaven!

The Battleship USS Iowa Museum is a beautiful and fascinating maritime museum that features exhibits about the ship's history and that of the United States Navy. It is permanently moored in San Pedro Bay and can be explored by visitors from its decks, bridges, and cabins. The museum was built in 1943 and served during various wars including World War II, the Korean War, and the Cold War.
A quick stop 2 hour tour of this magnificent battleship that plied the waters in service of the United States from World War 2 to its final decommissioning in 2011 to become the floating museum it is today.
The self guided tour takes you to nearly every quarter of the ship. There are other exhibits not associated with the Iowa aboard.
Aside from various small bits aboard screwed down to avoid breakage by guests...the Iowa looks as though she could set sail with a hardy crew ready to helm the ship.
Docents roam the deck ready with history and facts.
The cost for 4 adults is a healthy $95 + change. There is of course discounts for students, seniors and veterans.
Is it worth it?
I say yes. The amount of history aboard alone is worth the cost of a few hours, the friendliness of the docents is more than worth the money and time.
There is a gift shop at the end of the tour... The amount of goodies and curios will keep battle ship fans for another 30 minutes....

As an Iowan and a Navy family, this was a must-see on our trip. To start, if you are from Iowa, you get free admittance, so that was a great perk. The view from the ship is breathtaking. The ship is breathtaking. It has been very well maintained and each of the individuals along our self guided tour were insightful and more than welcoming. It was a great piece of history that all of my kids enjoyed (9 years old to 18). I was blown away by its size alone, but seeing how our service men and women are "housed" at sea was even more interesting. One part that surprised me were the living quarters for the women, and how they were separate at the time of this ship's service. I would highly recommend stopping here!!

The incredible history behind this ship and all those who served in it is indescribable. It draws you in to stay forever in the ship! As you approach the deck, some of the veterans will greet you and be available for questions. Throughout the ship, you'll find yellow arrows as a guide with professional posts describing the areas being visited. These arrows will also lead you to an awesome bookstore full of items to cherish forever. All in all, one visit won't be enough to totally make justice to this important and most awesome part of the United States history. You'll be thrilled by it.

The Iowa is history well preserved. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. Self guided tour routes are well marked. Would liked to have seen more placards describing what it was I was looking at as far as some inner rooms. Saw no mention of a medical facility. Having now seen both the Iowa and the Missouri, the Iowa has more detailed restoration. Very well done. A heart felt salute to all that served on her.

The battleship history is amazing. Good way to know the technology, dimensions and equipment used in that time. I recommend to visit this on a weekday.
You can see free the exterior, but I recommend to visit it. If you never have been in a similar battleship.
There is a big parking lot close to the battleship.
There is access for stroller but you can't access to the tour with this, because there are many stairs.

Adults, kids, & teens in our group all agreed that this battleship tour was more enjoyable than they expected. As a military veteran, I was pleased to see that our young folks found the ship and its hands-on history appealing and interesting. My cousin stopped by from the boat he was in from San Francisco before going to Florida on Nov 02, 2023 so we passed by to meet him for lunch. Next to their boat was the Battleship USS Iowa and it looked incredible. People who worked in the area were nice and friendly as well. We wanted to come inside and buy tickets but we didn't have the time, I will come back here and see when I get the chance and update my review.

This was such an interesting tour and very informative. We purchased the tickets at the gate and proceeded to walk through the various areas of the ship. They have so many signs to read and there are also several volunteers around the ship who are willing to answer your questions.
They have a neat museum as well with different interactive exhibits, a gift shop and the most delicious hot dog stand!
Such a great reminder of the sacrifices our service members make for us daily, especially those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.
Well worth the ticket price to see such amazing history and being able to be aboard a ship that has also seen three US President's.

I really enjoyed my tour of the Iowa. We had the chance to view the Captain's berth and see the tub that had been installed for FDR. The tour guides were friendly and informative. We had lunch on the fantail of the ship. The hot dogs they sell there are delicious. There's a good amount of container ship traffic so you can sit, eat your lunch and watch the ships go by. Schedule half a day for your tour.

Very big ship. Expect 3 hours for this visit.
Used the gocity pass for this attraction. Totally worth it.
History, photo opportunities (look outside the shop too), and look at the life of sailing with different aspects (eating, tailor, barber etc.)
It's quite a long attraction (with lots of printed material) so time yourself well in case you need to visit other attractions nearby.
Follow the markers and you are ready. There's an app but note that the AR experience is difficult given the poor network.

This is really an amzing ship. The tour is a bit tiring with the up and down ladders... but its part of the journey. One can really feel how hard is the life of the navy men ans women wbo live in this ship.
What i find very important is the significance of the ship during world war 2. Its interesting to learn more about the men and women who shared their lives in order to maintain the ship and delivered strategic goals for security and peace.
Though we wanted to have the presidential tour... it was just fully book at the time. Must book days ahead next time

Great place to experience history! Unfortunately we visited on a day when it was raining and experienced standing water that soaked our shoes. Someone pushing water out of these area would be nice. Also, there are some pretty steep stairs you must go up & down. Be aware if touring with the very young, seniors or those with mobility issues.

My brother in law, my father, and I had an incredible time aboard the USS Iowa, and with our excellent tour guide. We spent a scant four hours aboard and nearly got the whole run of the ship on our $75 guided tour. And we all concluded we have to return to see even more. What a great experience to see such a ship like that, and go through it in such detail. Special commendations to our tour guide, Bob Abelson, for letting us go in, out, up, down, and all around this great ship! A very worthwhile experience.
That said, the website is a mess, and something must be done about the experience. The site says the general access pass must be bought before the tours, but it doesn't say that the page will take you to the add-on page following checkout. Clear as mud overall. Same with scheduling for the tours; not the most clear. Also, the hot dog stand was closed early. But everyone aboard the ship was nice, we bought our add-on tour once we there, and everything is in fairly good condition. Will return again!

A visit to the USS Iowa is a treat for people who are interested in local and global history. The docent who relayed the stories about the construction and use of this massive ship was very knowledgeable and interesting. His enthusiasm was contagious. It is important for people to wear walking shoes that are not slippery or high heels. The steps are steep on the ship, but the safety reminders at the start of the tour were very helpful on how to negotiate the steps. All in all the ship tour was well marked, great with explanations of each room, and very interesting.
The only downside was the lack of a real place to eat that wasn't a hotdog stand. But, that didn't really matter with the number of local restaurants within walking distance.

It was a very nice experience.
The ship was huge and it gives such a good opportunity n experience to visit a battleship which otherwise you can't anywhere.
It is a self-guided tour of the entire ship and shows how sailors life is, on the ship.
The view is spectacular from the ship and it actually is an enriched experience that u get while walking through the entire ship, There are no restrictions on taking pictures
I really loved it.

I've been to this ship a couple of times now and always have a great time. The first time me and the wife and I went and checked it out and loved it. This is the second time we've been back to its current location, and we brought my daughter to this time, and we all had a blast. Prior to this, I saw her when she was in Oakland being renovated before being put down where she is now. Highly recommend for any families.

This ship is spectacular, hands down one of the highlights of my road trip. I have visited aircraft carriers and this is maybe even more fun. Very interactive, super hands on, for all ages. If you like boats, you will love coming here.

They do not care about your health - AT ALL. They sometimes pretend to care about your wellbeing, but they also do not care about that. Also, you have to fight for your autonomy with them. They know that you are dealing with them reluctantly because you do not have enough money to get by in the current state of the economy. They know that if residents at their sites had enough money, the residents would not be dealing with how they treat people. The United States government does not make sure that its residents have enough money for food and housing. Union Station Services is not the cause, but is a symptom of a nasty problem.

Trust some of the staff faculties (Watchers day/night I call them) favorites certain people, certain Staffs wash their laundry for them while the client (person)ain't doing anything, some becomes chummy chummy (Very close) in the office with certain clients (person's ). Be prepared to get sicknesses here too they will place you in a room in the middle of the night while other people who passed it on to you don't receive it at all. Nobody Respects Nobody even if you keep urself (if your friends with them/not).Some of the Staffs or Watchers give certain people a pass to do as they want while other's are obedient to obey by the rules. The WATCHERS WON'T CARE NOR HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WIT H ANYBODYThe service here SUCKS they can't Really help you to get Permanent Housing because they can not provide a Notice nor Vouchers like they use to to back then to back your words you up with Rental Services that they supposedly provide. If you people like more info you can look me up. Please send Prayers 🙏 Thank You.. Nor Respect

Today is November 26th 2021 the same date that is posted for the Thanksgiving event I showed up and the event was on Wednesday the 24th 2021 I have to say that I am not surprised the majority of the employees that work for homeless services around Los Angeles California are in incompetent, basically receiving a free check for the fourth quarter of the year because all of the funds have ran out for services

We were living in a motel and my husband just started a new job but didn't make enough for an apartment or weekly rent for motel. My mother just passed also so we had no where else to go and I didn't want my autistic son living in a tent in the streets so I heard of this place through 211 and was the best decision I made. They gave us a place to sleep. Also help us get a place to live with the help of door of hope. Thanks Union station pasadena.

I keep getting unsolicited junk mail, requested to get off their mailing list, to no avail. Added to the fact I live 3000 miles away.
The historical landmark Rancho Los Cerritos is an 1844 adobe home and gardens in a Monterey-style setting that is open for tours every Wednesday through Sunday. It features trails, gardens, and one of the oldest adobe buildings in California. The site also has access to the Dominguez Gap Wetlands which offer birdwatching opportunities as well as a variety of native plants and trees.
WOW this place is gorgeous! I'm a wedding photographer and I have to say - this place is perfect for wedding photos! My couple got married in their backyard but they chose to do their first look, wedding portraits, and family photos at Rancho Los Cerritos. It was the perfect backdrop for their photos! I am absolutely obsessed and hope to be back in the future for other weddings!

A very large 2 story adobe completely restored. The house is furnished, the blacksmith shop is stocked up, the laundry is prepared for work, the storage room is full. Tours of the house and gardens are available. Small gift shop. Lots of parking. Large native plant garden.

I cannot believe I just discovered this place after living in OC most of my life. I don't know what it's like during other seasons but spring is absolutely gorgeous here. The gardens are so well groomed and the flowers are all in bloom. They have picnic tables for you to rest and have a quick snack. The actual adobe is so well maintained. It's fascinating to get a glimpse of life in the past. Restrooms are at the entrance. The grounds aren't THAT big but you should wear comfortable shoes. Entrance is free with reservations. They do take walk ins but they might limit if it's crowded. They do close fir private events so make sure you check the website. And lastly they do take donations. Please bring some cash and support.
I took my mom who loves flowers and gardens and she really enjoyed herself. It's now on our list of things to do in OC. I would love to come back on my own and take a tour to learn about the property and the history of SoCal. Can't wait to be back;)

Beautiful old historic rancho dating back to the mid-1800s, with free guided docent tours as well as self-guided tours. Entrance and parking are free. There are donation boxes, but that is optional. The surrounding lovely grounds make for a relaxing walk. It's tucked away behind a golf course in Long Beach and most people don't even know it's there. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our docent guide, John, was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. It was a great way to spend a nice afternoon.

Such a beautiful place and a piece of history not to be missed. Everyone was very welcoming and my volunteer guide Raúl was very knowledgeable and generous with his time.
The gardens are a wonderful place to spend some time and although I ran out of time, there is an exhibition about the Home, as well.

A relatively undiscovered gem in the city. Rancho Los Cerritos is historic site with the most impressive adobe residence, beautiful landscaped grounds. This place offers an informative look about the rich history of Spanish, Mexican and American California. They also offer educational programs.
