Cabela's
Sporting goods store
Shopping
Retail mainstay stocking a huge inventory of hunting, fishing & camping supplies, plus boats & ATVs.
What more can I say other then we love you Cabela's they always have what I need when I need it. Lucky they just lifted the limits on 5.56 and 223. So I got as many as I could carry. Picked up a solid range bag can't wait for my first load out to give it a shot.

Great selection and service with a great variety of anything needed for an outdoor adventure. The store has some great displays. Service is great and it is very easy to get assistance with anything.

They have everything for hunting, fishing, camping and outdoors. Not to mention lots of really cool stuffed animals all over the place.
Lots of staff, Sean in guns was incredibly knowledge and took his time to explain everything thoroughly.

If you need to buy a gift for someone that loves the outdoors, this is the perfect store. It's a fun place to bring kids also since they can learn about animals. They have a mountain full of real, stuffed animals that you may never get a chance to see in the wild. I bought a beautiful plaid shirt for Fall that I could not resist.

I went in knowing nothing about archery at all. Associate Luis L. spent hours teaching me and one other proper compound bow technique, etiquette, and good rules of thumb. As someone coming in knowing nothing, I left feeling confident and well informed. Luis L. was very patient, kind, reassuring, and an amazing teacher. Anyone with no knowledge of a sport is lucky to find someone like that to guide them. Very happy with the overall experience and feel confident shopping there again. Again, thank you Luis.

A superstore in its own right. Plenty of associates to help service you. Good pricing. Holiday merch is now in stock.

I came in here to get a good pair of binoculars. Butch helped me choose the best pair for my needs. We had a great chat he was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Store was nice and clean with everything you need for a good time. Highly recommend.

I had to drop in for a set of binoculars & a range finder. My got stolen.
I went to the counter to look at some items & this customer service person - John L was the one who took care of me. He worked with me & gave me some great advice & allowed me to make my decision & was so good at his service, it was impressive.
He knew the product, knew how to advise without the pressure of sales.
It was a very good experience.
In fact, everytime I've walked into this store I have always had great service.
Whether it was Fly Fishing, shoes, apparel, ammunition, Guns, or whatever, it has ALWAYS been an experience of great customer service.
Highly recommended.
Enjoy

Great prices on handguns. Good selections
Jake from Real Estate — Google review
I would highly advise staying away from this store for hunting and gun needs. You will wait for 45 minutes just to have an employee ask what you need. I tried to get help and was rudely talked back to by “Dan”, an employee behind the counter in the gun department, about how busy he is with his one customer. If you can’t handle customers, maybe don’t work in customer service Dan. You prick. I’ll honestly drive 30 minutes away to Bass pro in Central Park just to have a good experience. This Cabela’s sucks, which is really unfortunate because they have had plenty of time to get things together and properly staff their departments.

The store itself is awesome. I went in today for the first time and they have a good selection of pretty much everything. There was a bunch of staff floating around except where we needed them which is my biggest concern and issue with our visit today. We went in to look at some guns and ammo. We walked around the counters and the gun library for about 20 minutes and none of the several employees greeted or offered any assistance. We kept browsing and noticed a QR code to scan in order to join a queue to be assisted. We added ourselves to that and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes without anyone calling our name or asking if we needed help despite the online queue saying we were coming up and to stick around the gun counter. We ended up leaving after waiting for about an hour all together which was a huge bummer because there were several handguns we were interested in.

There’s a reason online shopping has become more popular and this store is a prime
Example of that. Little to no inventory besides one size fits all items. Little to no staff. Don’t walk too far in the back or you’ll get verbally assaulted by random people selling vacations. Doesn’t seem like the business is doing all that great if you have to have another business inside selling what is basically the in person spam version of high pressured vacation sales. You should not let people harass your customers. They also pretended to be staff so when we were looking for something they said “yeah we work here” then proceeded to give the sales pitch. Very annoying when you’re trying to find someone who actually works there. If you need help on the floor maybe the 5 to 6 people working in the gun library could be dispersed into the actual store. Just an idea…
I’d would take an insane blow out sale for me to ever want to come back to this store as there is no one to really help and no items in stock to buy.
Definitely recommend going online verse in store because even if you wanted to try on items you’re interested in. Chances are it’s not an option. If you need guns or fishing poles, plenty of those in stock. Most other items, good luck.

I love their ladies clothes line.
naturals! They fit perfectly and are so flattering! Durable I go there to shop for clothes while my husband shops!! I can't say enough about how wonderful the naturals clothing is!

While I wasn't greeted (not that it matters to me, it does some people though) staff did answer questions. This Cabela's is wonderful for the 2nd amendment lovers. Although. The Kalashnikov list is lacking HUGE. Overall, it's a wonderful store.

They do actually have every thing you can imagine here for outdoors stuff. Very knowledgeable firearms staff as well! In fact, I was pretty blown away by this place! I have never seen so many fishing poles, accessories, clothes, hunting, camping, gear of every type and variety in my life, and I'm 53. No where I have ever witnessed has such an overwhelming volume of outdoors stuff! They have little wood stoves to warm your tent! They have everything you might even think of needing to tie flies. I can't even list everything! Surprisingly reasonable prices too.
Thomas Mills — Google review
I really like this place, as far as outdoor places, this place takes the cake, especially for hunting fishing and other such hobbies. They have a very nice selection of guns as well as knives, and as always at Cabela’s they are very knowledgeable, and everything that they do! A very well ran store by great employees! If you’ve never been in a Cabela’s, which is hopefully doubtful, then you should visit this one!

Love this place! Just purchased my first handgun and Junior helped me find the right gun for me. Can’t wait to buy another…and guess what…I’ll be buying it from Cabela’s.
This outdoor mall offers tree-lined pathways to shops & restaurants, plus a multiplex cinema.
America's Best at the Orchard was a good experience. The people there was friendly and very helpful. They have a good selection of frames to look at. The place was clean and uncluttered. Lots of room to wander around.
Close to restaurants for lunch after you pick up your glasses. :)

So family friendly! We love the splash pad in the summer and the playground is always a hit. But have you visited the family bathrooms? Amazing! Nursing room, changing table, small area with wall toys. Quiet, spacious, and super clean! Just what we needed for the kids and babies!

After all the horrible experiences I've had here and recently hearing some things from others, I had to post this. I stopped going here a few years ago because of security profiling people who don't dress "normal". It was a constant problem when I was in highschool, even though my group of friends and I were straight A students that never got into any sort of trouble. We were honestly the most straight edge, boring group around. And it was every single time we went. One incident I can recall very well is waiting with one friend for the others to show up. We waited on the bench and one other friend arrived. No sooner had we simply stood up and said hello before a security guard came over and yelled at us for "standing in a large intimidating group." We said we were waiting for another friend and he actually said that we'd have to sit back down on the bench or we'd have to leave. And things like this happened to us every single time we went to this place. We couldn't even stand quietly outside the theater and wait for our movie to start without being harassed about why we were there and when our movie was starting, even though there were many "normal" dressed people nearby actually screaming and running around. It was ridiculous. I had other friends and past boyfriends that would refuse to go here with our group because of this treatment. It continued even way after I went to college. The only time I wasn't yelled at, harassed, or followed around stores like I was a criminal by security was when I was with my mom or my one "normal dressed" friend. I've never received treatment like this at any other mall or actually any other place I've ever been to. I would never go back and I shudder to think of all the money I used to spend here. It's not even that good of a mall and definitely not worth it when there are better ones out there that don't treat people horribly just because they wear black and have piercings. So yeah, if you dress alternatively in any way, I don't recommend this place. And even if you don't... I still don't recommend it because literally every other mall is better anyways.

This apartment complex is great! The have common rooms in the floor for entertaining and private rooms for you to use your computer at. The pool is wonderful with the waterfall and great size, too! It's heated. So, it's a pleasant experience. The staff still hasn't decided what the ideal temperature should be. We say 85%. But others say, it should be lower. It's too hot. But for us, 76- 80% doesn't do it. The apartments are beautifully done!

I love coming here and now that its Christmas time it will be even more magical 🥰😍
Christina Peterman — Google review
It has lots of places to shop. It's out of my path so I definitely don't come here often. But when I do I find what I need.
Parking is a bit of a hassle. There are a few lots here and there. But then you have to find your way back to the shops you came for.
If you have mobility issues this may not be your first choice in shopping centers.
But if you have time and get around with ease your bed option is to park in the larger lot and walk to your location.
Jean Vilmenay — Google review
Nice shopping center with a wonderful play area for the kiddos and a really cool splash pad. Lots of nice shops and restaurants, plus lots of shade! Parallel parking a bit problematic for a Ford F150 as it barely fits in the painted lines but it's such s nice shopping center to walk around so I don't mind parking a bit further away when I find a spot my pickup fits in easily. Definitely recommend The Orchard Town Center!
Sheri Beeson — Google review
First, this is an outdoor mall, not a traditional enclosed mall, so weather is a factor. I like Orchard Town Center. It is a large complex containing the whole spectrum of retail outlets. Restaurants, retail, professional, and outdoor spaces. We don't live in walking distance but I'm sure those who do utilize this campus regularly. Driving through is a bit of a PITA but there is plenty of parking, just be prepared to walk. There are still some empty storefronts here, so new tenants are always a possibility. We've been here numerous times and have never dealt with any hooligans or rough situations and the campus is kept clean and neat. The coolest part is the live music/events that take place here. The area around the facility is still building up, so I'm sure it will get used more in the future but for now, we love coming here.

Tons of varieties of different stores ones I haven’t seen in forever everything from hot topic to just Rustic. The outside area with a lit fireplace for you to get warm by also very cute. All the metal work done very clean a very nice place to go walk around plenty of places to sit and talk. The parking is great. Definitely good for a date night especially since AMC theater is also right there.

The Orchard has everything you need. Great place for a date, for family activities, and for solo "retail therapy" :) Nice restaurants, excellent major retailers and fun concerts and events year-round. It's very walkable and doesn't feel like a mall, it's more like a Disneyland of retail. I'm from L.A. and would compare it to The Grove in the 3rd & Fairfax area. Stop and enjoy the outdoor fireplaces! It's a pretty magical place at the Holiday Season as well, with beautiful Christmas trees and decorations, not to mention a lovely Hannukah display. The property is clean and well-managed, and there are increasingly more local businesses in the center, which is nice to see. My only complaint is that the streets are a bit narrow and very circuitous, which is really annoying. I feel like I'm gong in circles if I drive around too much. Certain shops can also be difficult to find because of that. That said, there's ample parking. Pay a visit!
Located in a small town, Bay Aquatic Park offers kids and families fun in the sun with slides, a pool, and concessions. The park is crowded during summertime, but it's worth it for the great recreation available.
Perfect place for families with younger kids. They loved the water slides and had fun in both pool areas. There was a good amount of space to setup blankets, chairs and sun shelter. Wish we lived closer because we would go every week.

We love that The Bay has multiple pools with activities at each one that cater to kids of all ages! There are also plenty of tables and grassy areas to set up your spot. It does get quite crowded, so you have to prepare for that, especially if you have young littles.
Sarah Giammaria — Google review
I can hardly put into words what a phenomenal time we had at the Bay! We arrived when the pool was at capacity (which could have been a major bummer) but they were in the midst of counting and assured us that they would let us know in the next ten minutes if we could enter. The staff was so patient and kind in repeating this information to the people who arrived after we did. We waited less than 15 minutes to get in and then proceeded to have a blast. It felt like a well-oiled machine. Waits were short for tubes and then short at the top of the stairs for the slide. Keeping the number of tubes smaller was a GREAT way to reduce lines and waiting - well done! Also the staff was phenomenal. One employee had so much fun splashing and playing with the kids as he did his job in the pool or at the top of the slide. All of the staff listened to my kids' wishes and didn't make them go fast if they wanted to go slow and didn't dunk them if they didn't want to be dunked. This means a LOT!
Others were so kind in how they explained if someone was breaking a rule. Whoever is managing and training, you are doing a phenomenal job and your team is great. Wish we lived closer because we would be here all the time.
Amy VanSlocum — Google review
A little over priced for what little they offer. Regardless the staff is usually friendly and the facility is clean. This particular place is always jam packed with families enjoying themselves and the atmosphere. In the mornings, before they open, gaggles of geese stop to enjoy the waters preferring the pools to the pond literally right next door. Which I think just speaks for itself
Stacy McFlairs — Google review
Awesome water park! They have a kids area for really small kids that's very shallow (like maybe a foot deep or so) with 3 mini slides side by side. They have a graduated pool that goes from zero to 5 feet deep, and the shallow side has a tunnel slide for kids to go down, and the deep end has a set of 5 straight slides side by side. Then they have 2 twisty long slides that fall into their own pool water at the bottom, and a large twisty slide for single or double inner tubes that falls into its own pool water at the bottom.. and all of those big slides were awesome because they allow young kids to sit on your lap and go with you or ride the double tube with you - this made the waterpark a lot more fun for our preschooler!

Great facility. I have a 4.5 yr old and she loved the kids areas. Also the adult rides were tame enough that she could fit in my lap. Overall highly recommend based on facility and well priced snack center.

They have a splash pad, kiddie pool, multiple slides, a wealth of life guards. Perfect for families and a relaxing day at the pool. We rented a table for my son's birthday, it was a nice setting.

This is a great water park with lots of fun slides and kids love it! I am in swim team and we got to go before everyone else and it looks so cool and is so fun and we were the only ones there. Lol 😆. Great place! 50 stars if the was an option. 😁

Perfect small town water park for our whole family. Friendly staff, safe environment, fun slides, big pool.
David Dumler — Google review
If you want to get in as soon as it opens without waiting in a long line, I suggest arriving at least 15 min early.
Kids love the place and it's small enough that you don't have to worry about where they are too much. Younger and shorter children can do all of the slides with an adult except one. Snack bar prices aren't too bad either

I would have to say this was a great place to stop by and visit. The volunteers that were there were extremely knowledgeable about the 1800's. We got to shoot a old gun it was awesome for the cub scout to see how guns were like in the old days.

The museum was gutted and replaced with stuff focusing on nearby towns. All that is left is the old Fort itself to see. So sad. It is crumbling and falling apart due to it's design and lack of maintenance.

The Colorado Model Railroad Museum is a historical institution that showcases exhibits of railway artifacts and features an impressive 3D model railroad exhibit. The museum displays intricate details and fun hidden surprises, such as tiny moving chickens. Visitors can easily spend several hours exploring the museum's vast collection and admiring the craftsmanship required to construct such a grand scale model railroad system. The different sections of the exhibit seamlessly blend together, allowing visitors to imagine themselves as passengers on the train while following its route.
Breathtaking details and fun little hidden gems are sure to be found at the Colorado Model Railroad Museum. (One of my favorites are the tiny little chickens that move. Reminded me of the chickens I had when I was little!) We spent about 2.5 hours here looking at everything and I know that there are tons of details that we probably missed! Just a great appreciation for the time, effort, and ingenuity it takes to design and build a grand scale model railroad system. Each section blends well with the one next to it and I found myself following the train and trying to imagine what it might be like if I were a passenger on the train. My imagination was soaring! We look forward to our next visit!

It was an incredible, one-of-a-kind experience! It's quite impressive to see the amount of work that went into construction of the model railroads.
Make sure you plan to spend over 2 hours exploring the museum. The staff were very polite and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place.

This museum was so much fun!! They've done an excellent job with their train layouts and they have created a really fun hidden items search that's great for the whole family. We ran all over for an hour trying you find all the items on the list. Don't miss this museum. It really was excellent!

I was in awe when I walked through the door. I did watch a few YouTube videos of the place before visiting and I must say the videos doesn’t do it justice. You have to experience it in person to appreciate the quality and effects put into this place. This is a must visit if you are visiting the Denver area. It’s only a 59 minute scenic drive.

I have waited for too many years before visiting this wonderland. I could have spent all day there. Although it is 59 miles from my home, I will visit it again. It has one of the best layouts that I have ever seen. The quality of the diorama is top notch. Don’t wait any longer. Go, you will not be disappointed. Sorry I moved all my pictures to my laptop to enjoy them on a bigger screen.

Very cool museum! This layout is massive. There is so much detail, and what a fun experience! The wife really enjoyed it, too. We drove an hour to see this place, spent 3 hours there, and can't wait to return. Well worth the trip!
Pat D — Google review
This is such an amazing museum! On Fridays and Saturdays, it is common to have one or two dozen volunteers operating trains. They all have radios, and obey over 150 signals on the layout. It takes about one hour for a train to go around the massive setup.
Check the museum's website as they have special themed events every few weeks. The place is expanding with outdoor exhibits coming soon.
Kids and adults will enjoy the scavenger hunt to see details in the scenery. Train enthusiasts will enjoy the realism of the historic trains.
I am a pilot, so I was fascinated with the Dispatcher and traffic controls required to operate so many trains at once.
Joel Rogers (CoasterGallery) — Google review
I'm a train guy.....and my expectations aren't high. I have been to plenty of model railroad exhibits, swap meets, and even some museums, none of which can't even come close to comparing to this piece of history circa 1970's in the northwest corridor and pushing a tad modern. These guys really know how to put on a really quality realistic show of extremely talented ho scale model train workmanship. This is definitely something every train lover should see. From wall to wall, it exhibits examples of different scale sizes to different manufacturers, to all kinds of railroadania. It also includes a train simulated style screen from a locomotive that is running a on the layout, that allows you to see first person viewing, and they have a real ctc system dispatched by a real dispatch opperater and it icludes a full sized real caboose you can climb up into and have a look around. This is a very big display not big enough to get lost in but definitely big enough to encompass such an amazing train display.
You won't be disappointed at all. Go have a look for yourself and enjoy!!
The Union Colony Civic Center is a versatile performance facility that boasts both a theatrical stage and a 1,686-seat concert hall. It serves as an ideal regional town theater, hosting acclaimed shows like Shen Yun with convenient shopping options on site. The main theater features good acoustics while the smaller second floor theater is perfect for concerts and recitals with even better sound quality. Ticket prices are fairly reasonable but seating can be cramped, potentially uncomfortable for larger or older individuals.
Have loved and enjoyed this venue for 35 years and still going! There's not a bad seat in the house; acoustics are phenomenal! You won't be disappointed. Building is beautifully designed and a true premier venue to experience in Northern Colorado. Still looks new inside; they really have taken great care of it. Home of Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra and so many wonderful events throughout the year. It's always a special and memorable time spent treating yourself to an afternoon or evening out; you forget you're in Greeley!
Gina Fischer — Google review
The union colony is an excellent facility for a regional town theater. Shows like Shen Yun have toured to excellent acclaim. The place is clean with shopping that often accompany a show. Acoustics are good in the main theater and even better in the smaller second floor theater used for events like concerts and recitals.
Seating is often reasonably priced.
The shows are a hybrid staff of volunteers and paid staff. This can result in an inconsistent experience as some of the volunteers are perhaps a bit aggressive in role.
Seating is small and tight which may be uncomfortable for older or larger patrons.
Wayne Anderson — Google review
This was my second concert there although my first concert wasn't with the dynamic conductor they have now. If you enjoy listening to classical music, your best bet is to go to this civic center to hear the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra perform by their new conductor, Lowell Graham. Saw the production of Disney's Beauty and The Beast tonight. The entire show was phenomenal. You're really getting an outstanding show for what you're paying. I would highly recommend watching this company as well as shows at this venue. The venue appears to be small from the outside but the theatre inside is really a decent size. We had comfortable seats and a wonderful view. There really isn't a bad seat in the house since it's not too big. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean. We'll definitely be back for more shows.

Parking was easy and close. The lobby was very nice. The employees were great. There was good security and the drinks were great. Inside the venue felt a bit dated. I'm tall, but the seats were uncomfortable. The sound was perfect, but the show lighting wasn't coordinated well with the stage in my opinion. I was able to get front row seats at a very reasonable price. Overall it was a great way to see a band up close.

We went and saw Madagascar, The Musical last night at this theater. Very nice theater! We sat in row O, seats 21-24 and the view was perfect! The City of Longmont Museum is a small but impressive museum that showcases diverse exhibits with a regional focus on history and art. The museum offers all-ages interactive programs, including activities for children, classrooms, an auditorium and office space. One-half of the museum's space is dedicated to these facilities while the other half displays interesting artifacts from local history. The collection includes an intriguing picture in their history section that resembles Yoda from Star Wars.
A really well-done history museum with interesting displays and a clear narrative. And there are lots of old-school interactive elements that are great for kids. (I liked the one where you divert water to where it needs to go.)
The "Duality" gallery curated by Gregg Deal is really amazing - contemporary works by indigenous artists. Definitely a must-see. Then for kids, there is a treehouse play area up in the tower that's a lot of fun and had great views.

A hidden gem that has thoughtfully curated cultural exhibits, a film series, as well as a great historic overview of the area. Also - an awesome kid area/ "treehouse" on the top floor with an incredible view of the front range mountains. Reasonably priced ($5 - 8/adults). Not to be missed. 👍

I have performed twice in the theater of this museum and it's amazing! Beautiful place. All the piano players that had the chance to play the piano here are really lucky. Probably one of the best if not the best piano in the area.

Great place to take young children. The permanent exhibit does a very nice job explaining local history. The Ruckus Rodeo art exhibit by Fred Grooms, was a very nice surprise. We spent 20 minutes looking at the art exhibit, alone.

This is a neat small city museum. Half of the space is used for auditorium, classrooms and office. I found an interesting picture is their history section. Looks like Yoda was here before!!!

The 2013 flood photo exhibit was really disappointing. The museum neglected to include any pictures of LPD in this exhibit. LPD put in many hours assisting not only the Longmont community, but the surrounding communities as well.

This thoroughly modern museum and cultural center provides an engaging multi-media look at life on the high plains, just 35 miles north of Denver. It covers all bases, from the Plains indigenous people, the agricultural boom of the 19th to mid- 20th centuries and the role of factories and railroad. The challenges faced by Hispanic/Latino residents and workers, WW1 and WW2 are acknowledged, along with local “low-riders.” A knowledgeable local staff and archives are on-site to assist. COVID safety was observed (as of Aug. 2021)

What a really cool camp called Surviving in the West. Z learned how to make a fire (with bow drill, flint and matches), shelter, spear making, crawdaddy fishing, made a drum, made yarn out of Alpaca, made root beer, ice cream and butter. Also met new and old friends.
Now I know he can survive in the wild or go on the show Survivor. 😂

Left Hand Brewing Company is an exceptional independent brewery that offers a wide variety of microbrews, including stouts, IPAs and barrel-aged options. The tasting room features a patio and daily food trucks, with ample outdoor space for social distancing. Knowledgeable staff can assist with organizing flavors for tastings, and fair prices make it accessible to all. Visitors can bring their dogs along to enjoy the large lawn area near the main taproom.
Excellent independent brewery! Enough options that a flight is likely warranted even if focusing on a particular category (stout, IPA, barrel-aged, etc.). Knowledgeable staff can help match/organize flavors for it. Food trucks nightly. Heated outdoor space, good for social distancing. Many, many options to go at fair prices.

My friend wanted to try a beer at this Brewery for a while and since we were layover 24 hours why not?
Upon arrival, you had to wait for hostess to open the door as they're accepting only a certain capacity of customers at a time. The gentleman up front was extremely nice! We decided to sit outside as Colorado weather was perfect for outdoor seating.
Menu's are through scan code so perfect. They offer a variety of beers on tap to pick from as well as can ones. I decided to go with a flight of beer which includes 4 samples. I picked Good Juju (if you love Ginger then this is your type of beer, loved it!), White Russian (if you're a fan White Russian cocktail then flavors are on point and it will be your perfect beer), Milk Stout (it felt like a triple double espresso; if you're a coffee lover then this beer it's just for you) and Raspberry Milk Stout (my second favorite - loved it!).
We asked for food options and the waiter mentioned they had an agreement with two restaurants. Options were either Mexican or BBQ and off course we went with BBQ. Delivery time was extremely fast and their BBQ especially their Ribs and Briskett were to die for!
Super knowledgeable employees, extremely clean establishment, free parking in the front lot of the brewing, and best of all upon check in through Yelp you get a free pint of beer of your choice with what's available on the tap options.
Highly recommended!

Top notch brewery!
Beers are fantastic, service is off the hook!
Seriously a great place to enjoy a few drinks.
We’ve enjoyed a selection of their brews from afar and became a bigger fan after paying them a visit.
Great merch and a great selection to go!

Whether you are inside or outside in the huge garden area, the vibes at left hand are always good.
This past Monday we had a awesome bartender who gave us all kinds of tidbits. We could tell he cared about the beer he was pouring and the stuff he drank!
The juniper pale ale was spot on

If you know anything about Colorado Beer then you should know about Left Hand. Their Nitro Milk Stout is a classic.
I recommend visiting this taproom if you're into beer and wanna visit one of the Colorado OGs!
Great options for indoor and outdoor seating!

We had a family visit to The Left Hand Brewing Company yesterday in Longmont, Colorado. What a great experience it turned out to be. We sampled several of the stouts as well as a few others. We bought a pack of White Russians to take home. Bartender was very welcoming and helpful in choosing some of the beers. A great treat to visit for all beer lovers. Nice little fire-pit outside too.

Delicious Beer and awesome staff. They allow dogs which is amazing and they have a large lawn area that is not far from the main taproom. We come for the IPAs but always end up getting a delicious stout as well. Also the Irish guy behind the bar is super cute. I think his name might be Cody.

Beers were...OK & decent, guess. I sat inside at the bar to get a tasting & it was very stuffy (no air flow) & extremely loud. Really wanted to love it, but sadly I did not.

We love it here! Between the tap house and Biergarten, left hand is always a good time! We’ve been a bunch of times and it never disappoints. Recently we popped in with our toddler to enjoy my husbands birthday and they were so awesome! The outside area at the tap house is great and lots of fun seating areas! All of their beers are delicious but I really enjoyed their Oktoberfest this visit!

Some of the stouts where good. The ones with an adjunct, such as the French Toast had a very "fake" taste. The other beers where subpar. The staff didn't seem to like their jobs. The bartenders where short with you and I ran into a grey haired individual that was rather rude, I'm assuming he works there. Overall not a good experience and don't see a need to go back.

May have a national handprint but the trip to where it all happens explains why it’s national. Amazing that after winning GABF 2022 that there’s seat at the tap, hospitality and a atmosphere that no one is resting on its laurels or hops. Favorite start with Dry Irish Stout.

Great brewery. Lots of unique brews. Canned cocktails for non-beer drinkers. Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor patio has a fire pit. Outdoor beer garden hosts musical guests; some events are free. Nice gift store with Left Hand products and handmade art crafts.

If you get the chance take the brewery tour... its fantastic. I've been on several brewery tours across the country. This is in the top 3. Especially if you are a microbrew nerd and like to talk beer. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the process and the final product.
The tasting room has a great atmosphere. Almost reminds me of "Cheers" where everyone knows your name even if you are from out of town. We checked in at the bar for the tour and we started chatting with the guy at the end of the bar.
This has got to be one of my favorite farmers markets. Logistically, it has ample and free parking, making it easy to get to. It also has a great variety of produce plus all the other wonderful vendors that are there regularly. You could literally hit this up every week and never need to go to the grocery store. And I love that it supports local producers.

I drive to the Longmont Farmer’s Market from Boulder because the Longmont one feels more laid back and the parking is plentiful and free. Can get all the things I’d get at the Boulder market at Longmont.
There are vendors selling vegetable plants to plant in your garden, asparagus, greens, chocolate, salsa/sauces, hard cider, coffee, popcorn, gluten free bread and lots more. Also there are food trucks.

This would be one of the best farmers' markets you've ever been to. Very large array of vendors with a huge variety of items for sale. Excellent produce and bakery items.

Great place to get local produce. They also have local breads, pastas, cheeses, meats, hot sauce, etc.
They usually have someone playing music and a station for kids to do something fun.
Finally, they have some good local food pop-ups 5o grab a bite to eat. Great way to spend Saturday morning.

I love a good farmers market and whenever I’m out on my travels I always seek them out. I’m telling you this one did not disappoint! If I lived here I would come every Saturday. I think the sign said every 4th Saturday they have craft vendors. Well today was the Saturday for them. Which was an extra bonus. They have beautiful organic fruits and vegetables and salsas and honey and oils and dips and cheeses and bakery and the list goes on and on. They even had a band playing. If you’re in the area on a Saturday this is a must stop!

Definitely worth checking out.

So thankful for the convenient BCFM online ordering and pick-up service this year and holiday season (and hopefully for the foreseeable future). We ordered a bunch of local produce and a beautiful prime rib for Christmas. Not only was the food delicious it felt great to support our local farmers and purveyors. Also, the BCFM Team are special humans and great to interact with! Thank you BCFM!!

It was a magical time had by all <3. This was my son’s first ever theater experience - he laughed, he cried, he cheered, and he can’t wait for the next one. A big shout-out to the cast, crew, and chefs who made this experience possible. We’ll never forget you!

Dinner was okay — I’d describe it as above average banquet food. It’s not coming across on camera, but the salad was small and the lettuce was wilted, tomatoes shriveled. Chicken was moist. Veggies were bland. Roasted potatoes were good. Drink was tasty. The show and set was amazing! Will be back to see another show and keep expectations of dinner low.

Excellent musical performance, great meal, and enthusiastically indefatigable service. The orange-pomegranate salmon entree was phenomenal with steamed sliced carrots and sweet potatoes cubes with a brown sugar butter, all of which was followed by a deliciously smooth raspberry sorbet. To somehow top their menu successes, the diligent cast members and every part of the crew that keeps these dinner theaters running so fluidly are unbelievably remarkable! Highly recommend checking Candlelight out! You won’t regret coming here to witness a performance of a lifetime; the actors are so jovial yet hardworking, talented yet easygoing, and hilarious yet dedicated. Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was the most wonderfully memorable form of entertainment I have come across in a long time!

Such a fun experience. We try to go a few times a year, depending on what the current show is. We saw "The Sound of Music" yesterday and it was fantastic! We were all so impressed by the show and the talent. Just WOW. The food is usually pretty good but the drinks and desserts are absolutely where it's at. Cannot wait to go back and enjoy another amazing day or evening here.

We are season ticket holders and absolutely love every show we see here. Our kids are developing a love of theater and adore their visits. The fact that the actors/actresses are also the serving staff is one of their favorite parts. After each shown they run around asking for autographs and have a few "favorites" already.
Tara Roehl — Google review
I really enjoyed my experience there, supporting people who really want to make a living at acting is difficult when they're starting out and really want to do the work. I'm impressed that they were able to have the actors as the wait staff as well, and that they could do both between acts. And it was fun to be able to interact with them in a more regular setting.
The theater is spacious! And nearly all the tables have good seats to watch. The food is okay! The salads were pretty fresh and cold and dressed appropriately, the dinners were of a select few things, that were done as well as they could be when prepared all at once and carried across a theater.
I actually really enjoyed the service, but maybe our waiter was just that personable, and they did all that needed to be done and didn't bother us when they were busy with show stuff. The clearing staff was quick and prompt, and the management of the service area asked for feedback, which was very nice. I think they want to improve, but we didn't have any problems at all with our service or food.
Some of the desserts were more disappointing than others, the cream puffs were pretty bland, even with the cute chocolate kiss mice. *laughs* More for the effect than the flavor/taste or texture. But the locally made cheesecake was delicious!

This place has Broadway caliber performances and service, the food is cafeteria quality. Even if you opted to upgrade your entree there is little improvement in the food quality. The best deal is to purchase the membership.
Nicole K — Google review
The show was excellent and if that was all that matters, this would be a five star review. The past three shows have had a marked decline in service as the actor-waiters are often unskilled at the waiter part.
The simplified menu and use of a mix of easy cook, pre cook, and warm from frozen food should make for an ok, if mediocre, dinner that can be executed efficiently.
In practice, you get the mediocre part without the speed.
I love the concept, my wife loves the shows. With a couple dedicated waiters they could speed service, reduce actor workload by a table or two each, and maybe even help with cross skill training.

The shows are always a great production. High energy, great voices, beautiful sets and dedicated performers. Every seat is a good seat. The cast and staff are very fun and accommodating. The play was incredibly well done, good acting, nice sound, and even decent dancing. We will definitely be coming back.
The food is a little bit like cafeteria style, with very small portions. Dessert wasn't worth it, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back for the musical and theater.
Parking was easy, and there was plenty of it.

Just saw another show here (Joseph) and the show was great. The actors do an amazing job and make the shows very enjoyable. The food is ok, the menus change with each show so that is nice. The bathrooms in this place are bizarre. The doors seem like they are put on wrong, so you cannot get out of them without climbing over the toilet. very strange indeed. Overall its a great local venue and they put on a great show for a fair price.
The Loveland Museum is a small attraction that displays a range of ever-changing artwork alongside a permanent exhibit detailing the local history. Despite its size and location, the museum offers an in-depth insight into both the art and the history of Loveland, Colorado. The knowledgeable staff are particularly engaging for children, as they provide an interactive experience that sheds light on how people lived in the past and how mountain men operated.
Despite its location and size this museum provides a deep look into the art and history of the wild west and loveland Colorado specifically. The knowledge and experience of the staff is wonderful, especially if you have children as it is really engaging to have them go over the historical way people lived and mountain men operated. A really delightful experience and a great family or class activity

Cute little museum with a ton of information on the history of Loveland. Weird musty smells in parts, but that’s part of the charm. I did not find the guitar exhibit to be well done and wish I had waited for the upcoming special exhibit. Who makes a guitar exhibit that’s completely silent?! Lovely staff members and cute little gift shop.

My 3 grandchildren, ages 5, 6, and 8, and I really enjoyed the museum. The kids spent a long time playing upstairs in the child sized mail truck "delivering" mail into the colorful mailboxes. They also enjoyed the art exhibit (Marmots) and the historical portion of the museum.
Cost for myself was $7, the kids were free!

Nice little museum that exhibited the history of Loveland along with work from various artists. We love to visit the museum for their new exhibits. The exhibits in the main gallery are quite varied and unique and they rotate every several months so there's usually something new to see. The core exhibit does an excellent job highlighting the local sugar beet industry history which is an amazing story of what contributed to the community's growth.
We return frequently and would highly recommend the exhibit that opened just recently - Ansel Adams photos at Manzanar interment camp in 1943. Just excellent work that truly captures life in the camp! A must see!

Great local historical museum! I live going to small town museums to learn about their history. It's always hit or miss on the quality. This one is well done and informative. Good information on the history of Loveland, and a devoted space to rotating exhibits - currently housing an Ansel Adams collection featuring Japanese Internment Camps. Also, located in the downtown area, so you have a lot of restaurant choices to round out the experience. Again, well done!
Ron Stewart Preserve at Rabbit Mountain Open Space is a natural sanctuary that offers hiking and biking trails, with a picnic shelter and an overlook. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views while exploring the information boards scattered throughout their hike. The trails are not too long or difficult, but some portions have rough and rocky terrain. Parking can be limited on busy days, but roadside parking is available as well. It's important to stay vigilant while hiking as mountain lions have been spotted in the area recently.
Love these trails. Short, not too hard. But terrain is rock, literally, and uneven. For one trail at least. We got there at 8 am on a Saturday and by the time we left around 11am parking was full. There were some spots on the road to park though.

Recently relocated. I was a little sad because I used to live right off the nature center and the Platte trail in Littleton and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find close trails when I didn't have hours to explore up the hill. These trails are great for not only a morning dog run but short mountain bike ride when you don't have 3 to 5 hours.

We did a mid-morning hike along the Eagle Wind Trail, which is a 2.5 mile loop. It is a moderate hike with a 159 ft. elevation change. Beautiful views of the front range on the western half of the loop and sweeping views of the flatland and lakes on the eastern half of the trail. The day we hiked, there was a nice breeze blowing from the east which made that half of the hike more pleasant, as it was a fairly hot morning.
We took our time and stopped a lot to take photos and enjoy the views, so out total time on the trail was close to three hours, but I'm sure we could have done it in a shorter time than that if we had kept up a steady pace.
Spotted a mule deer on the western half of the trail, but it saw us and quickly and quietly disappeared into the trees and underbrush. We also saw a raven hanging out in the top of a pine tree as well as many other birds that we couldn't identify. We're not really bird people. But we do like to observe them.
This is one of my favorite hikes along the front range. There's something about these big, open spaces and the mountains that really make this robot happy.

Well maintained trails lead to great views of the front range and surrounding plains! It’s a bit sad seeing the sprawl, but at least this place will preserve open space for generations to come. The parking lot is well laid out but always full when the weather is nice. There’s no sign on the bridge but don’t park there or you’ll get a ticket, rangers visit regularly! Dogs are not allowed off leash, and be sure to clean up after yours if you bring them. Friendly furries only, please! No one likes a trail scuffle, so don’t be that owner- you know who you are!

I've been in Loveland for a few days and passed the sign several times and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did. Over 10 acres of over 150 sculptures of various styles, subjects, and mediums, though most are bronze. I so enjoyed walking the trails and taking in this free art experience. Some are funny, others political, others historical and others whimsical. Many are placed in a specific setting relevant to the subject.
Every once in a while, you come across a place that you don't want to leave, and this was one of those places for me. If I had a molecule of imagination and an ounce of talent,I'd try to be a sculptor. This is the next best thing. Thank you for making this available for all to see.

Beautiful little spot for pictures. There's beautiful flowers, ponds, ducks, and of course the sculptures.
My family strolled around and pictures of each other and enjoyed ourselves here. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of space.
There was a pavilion where a little wedding was taking place while we were there.

Very cool park to walk around. Sculptures are great and the fall colors are gorgeous here. Great place for a picnic as well

This place is HUGE! And there is a whole other section across the street! It's such a neat place to visit and just leisurely walk & chat with your friends and loved ones! They keep the place so well maintained!

Neat park with trails surrounded by beautiful works of art, loved my walk through the area and excited to come back!
The trail was clean, and beautiful. I enjoyed a bit of the elevation, but not so intense. The sunset at the picnic area was breathtaking. In the afternoon, the rocks covered the trails makes it a bit cooler and some shade which helps with the temperature.

So you look here and see these rad rocks, but the trail doesn't go there. The rocks are in this rich neighborhood's backyard and the trail goes through the low points where you can't see them because they didn't want to build the trail through their landfill of construction trash. So disgusting what happened to this beautiful place. I encourage you to ignore the signs and go off trail to actually enjoy this place. The yucca plants will be just fine , trust me.

Really nice trail. Great for hiking or biking. Used to be free parking but now it's $10 which it's probably worth but seems a bit high. This trail connects to Coyote Ridge, Indian Summer, and Blue Sky which eventually ends up near Horsetooth Reservoir so you can get as much riding or hiking as you want. Do watch out for rattlesnakes.

Great, leisurely hike. Great for families, mountain bikers or individuals looking for an easy hike. I'd recommend this to anyone in the area looking for some exercise, a good view or just something to do to kill time.

Great hike to do, not very long, has great views and lots of grasshoppers!
Mitchell Eaton — Google review
Pretty audacious to charge $10 for a hike that used to be FREE for the past 35 plus years. Loveland must be very desperate of funding. Overcrowded and unkept. A $10 hike should be justified with improvements and beautiful scenery. For example Hanging Lake in Glenwood Springs Colorado is a $10 hike. This does not even touch that very disappointed. Not worth it!

Ominous rock formations jutting up from the plains gives this unique spot an amazing appeal. Short hike user friendly place.

Devils Backbone is a good scenic trail and I would qualify it as easy. If you want to bring family you can do so. Also the trails allow dirt biking.
If you do the extended hike which is 7 miles round trip there is some rock scrambling and a also very few people that far.
I think it's $11 to park, overall beautiful trail.

Great trail for walking/easy easy hiking. Good if you dont have time to reach the mountains but still want some trail time. Great place for bikers as well. Cool viewpoints overlooking the foothills and some of the nearby peaks. Easy enough for kids and dogs. Longest point is 5.5 miles out so round trip would get you near 11 miles if you wanted the full deal. Key hole lookout/viewpoint is awesome.

Beautiful hike near Loveland! After a couple of days hiking on some snowy trails in Rocky Mountain National Park, Devil's Backbone Open Space trails were a nice change for some sun, desert flora, greenery, and rocky cliffs. Definitely recommend!
Well-known brewery features draft microbrews, on-site food trucks, weekly live music & daily tours.
This was the most fun! I can highly recommend the tour here. It was more intimate and local feeling than the other tour I went on, so it was fun to contrast them. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and kind. Lots of people hanging out outside as well. Left with a souvenir glass of Sippin’ Pretty. The best beers and sours!

Nice beer brewing I don’t like beer but I advice to visit this place. We picked to go to the winery since most of the family drinks wine.
The winery is not that big. You have lots of choices of wine. The food is not complementary you have to pay extra for cheese and small bites of food.
The wine comes in cans and bottles made in iron.
The service was polite.
They have a nice car park

Short Description: Great beer, good variety, super friendly beer tenders, nicely designed inside and outside, dog friendly... can't wait to go again!
Long Description: When you arrive, you will notice the building has a stunning mix of elegant and industrial textures with a stacked stone turret on one side and exposed vertical tanks on the other.
After you park in the ample parking lot or get out of your Uber ride (highly recommended), you be greeted by welcoming friendly faces who are very helpful as you browse their awesome selection of beer. We recommend doing a flight so you can sort of speed date through the options to see which beer steals your heart.
I can't rave enough about how amazing each beer was! I personally LOVED their seasonal experimental IPA for 2022 called Wolf Picker. It was hop forward in the most elegant way. It was not too bitter and in your face. The fresh hop aroma was just heaven for my nose! My wife likes sours so she loved the Sippin' Pretty, Friek, and Sippin' Tropical Sour. Lastly, their flagship ale, 90 Shilling was just fantastic! It was an easy drinking beer with beautiful subtle flavors and not too bold in any way. 90 Shilling is just a lovely ale.
The inside seating areas where beautifully designed and very cozy. We opted to sit outside on the lovely patios because the sun was out. We quickly noticed that even though it was still super cold outside, it didn't stop the massive amount of customers from hanging out outside as well enjoying the scenery and the amazing beer!
Every other group of people had a dog or two on the patio. I love the dog friendly policy of dogs being welcomed outside but not in the main inside seating areas. I feel that is the most hygienic and fair. That being said, I enjoyed meeting the friendly people outside and petting their super friendly puppies and dogs.
Overall, it was the most fun and best beer I had during my stay in Fort Collins. If we find ourselves back in Fort Collins, Odell Brewing will be on the top of our list to revisit!

This place was crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon. We ended up going over to their wine garden as there was zero room in their beer garden. Everything we tried was on point.

We usually stick to small local breweries, but decided to visit an OG Colorado brewery while passing through Ft. Collins on a recent trip. We don't get Odell beers in NC. The outdoor seating area is really nice. I had the IPA flight and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

If you visit here, you'll see many people thoroughly enjoying themselves. The ambiance is enhanced by the good music of a fantastic band, and then the space becomes absolutely picturesque. People can relax, soak in the atmosphere, and savor delicious beer. If the weather is good, you won't envy anywhere else. I had a wonderful time here. Thank you :)

The atmosphere here is very fun and welcoming. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is really nice and helpful. The beer is great! Flights are $10 or $15 depending on your choice, and beers range from $6-$10, but $5 Monday afternoons. We had a great time here and can’t wait to go back!

WOW WOW WOW:
I rate 5 stars with sincerity and no exaggeration, especially on account of the QUALITY of products available, exceptional customer service from every staff member I have met here ( on both the brewery side and the winery side) Did you know!?! Odell has a winery now AND you can have wine and/or beer OUTSIDE on both patios!? Talk about #inclusion - gosh I just love the innovation at this place, from the beverages to the furniture! Just had to leave some love for my fave brewery in Fort Collins. Side note: they even have lawn games- I love their custom made corn-hole boards and the hilarious but relevant signage everywhere- definitely worth the read, don’t miss out!!!

Great vibes and awesome people. Odell supported Vindeket’s nonprofit event for the fight against food waste. The brewery has large open spaces, perfect corners for private convos, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and a stage outside for live music.

Beautiful patio. Dogs allowed on patio only (they are allowed inside only while you order).
Fantastic beer and there has always been a food truck when we visited too.

A completely changed brewery in the past few years. Service is very poor. On a warm day expect to wait outside the doors 10 minutes to get to the bar. I asked for a 6 pack of Good Behavior. $11.99. This is $10.99 in town. I asked for one .... $5 !!!. This would make for a $30 six pack. Brewery gone wild!
Tom Mackenzie — Google review
Odell Brewing has some awesome beers. However if you are a part of the Ft Collins biking community, there is a lot to be desired for their million dollar property. For a small amount of money, they could put some bike racks close to the area where you could watch your bike in the rack. Most all of the micro breweries have racks that you can keep a eye on your bike. If you own a bike worth several thousand dollars, it is worth this advantage. They have racks on the west side of the property and most of the seating is on the west end out of site of the racks. Come on, put some racks further east. Maybe between the brewery and the wine building.

Enjoyed a beer here. Their outdoor space is beautiful and spacious. There are also two food trucks outside.

Excellent brewery in Fort Collins!
Cool building, interior layout, outdoor space with a fireplace, and the selection of beers was impressive.
I chose the Cutthroat Porter, I typically go with a heavy beer. Would have been nice to also see a brown ale on the list, maybe another time. The porter was smooth and mellow. If it wasn't lunch I may have had another. I was interested in the Easy Tiger - Ginger Pale Ale and the 90 Schilling - Flagship Ale.
The reason we decided to go for a visit was the Momos food truck was there and did not disappoint! Great combo of beer and momo.
This brewery is popular for good reason and I love that they bring the food trucks in for customers. I will be back, especially for the beer and Momos!

I honestly like this brewery for the outdoor seating as well as the speed of service over new Belgium brewery which I’ve also reviewed. It was without question the fastest beer serving I’ve ever seen. And the staff was absolutely fantastic. The outdoor seating is, in a word, lovely. Ample shade beautiful trees and a beautiful view. I only saw one food truck here so I am on aware if there is more food options. There seems to be plenty of parking on the side of the building as well as a gravel lot which could hold several hundred cars.
When I do come back to Fort Collins I will definitely come here and spend much more time.
Shawn Toole — Google review
Good beer, awesome space, and tons of drink and food options make Odell an easy recommendation. The brewery is massive with many areas to grab a seat. Beers were of course solid, with Odell's mainstays on tap plus wine options available. The food truck options were nice to see as well. Fun time!
We were visiting again from Michigan, and I do enjoy this place. Great beer and wonderful atmosphere. The people here are great. I want to give a shout out to Dave, he is a fellow veteran that works at the brewery and he hooked a fellow retired veteran. Also I was spending my birthday there as well. They were having a concert that evening which was pretty cool. There was a food truck there that had killer Mac n cheese with smoked pork on the top. All in all a Great experience.

I just stopped for an hour on my way into town — perfect way to get a sense of Fort Collins from the get-go! All the outdoor seating was great and the weather was perfect, so the mood of the crowd was super happy, aided by great beers. I loved my pint of Voodoo Ranger Juicy Hazy IPA.
On a second visit, a Sunday afternoon with perfect weather, it looked as if the whole town had converged on the place! Every table was occupied, so we took our beers and sat on the edge of the stage, a perfect place to watch the Dads Mini-golf Open, which was a kick! Funny to watch the “gallery” moving from hole to hole and getting quiet for a shot! Like the other big brewery in town, this is a real, lively, thriving community center for Fort Collins.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Great people and great beer! They love talking about beer so if you have questions just ask. You’ll learn something and genuinely have a brewery experience unlike others. Take the tour, if you don’t want to walk sit and enjoy a flight and take a tour of the flight. Be positive, have fun, and the staff will guide you through!

We visited New Belgium in Fort Collins for the first time this past December and had an absolute blast! Our small group of four received a very personal tour from Caitlin and she provided a topnotch experience. I've been on probably 8-10 brewery tours in various states but this one was the best, by far, and a lot of that is attributable to our tour guide, Caitlin. She took us all around the brewery and let us sample each of the different beers on tap. We even got a chance to pour our own samples! In addition to providing all of the details and information on how the beers are produced, Caitlin was great about fielding our questions while walking us through each part of the brewery. We even had a chance to check out the barrel room, which was really cool. If you find yourself in Fort Collins and you have time to check out New Belgium, be sure to take the tour!

Wow- where to start!
New Belgium is an experience to behold by all! PROMISE!!
Great outside area to enjoy drinks, friends, family, food and maybe even meet new people.
There are games to play, kid friendly areas!
The drink options are plentiful.
There’s a food truck every day and it’s not always the same - you can check website beforehand.
Bathrooms are clean, plenty of seating. Handicap accessible.

I've often enjoyed beers from New Belgium Brewing Company and always found them delightful. Fortunately, during my trip to Fort Collins, I had the chance to visit their brewing house. From the stunning architecture and scenic squares to the people reveling in the moment amidst breathtaking natural surroundings — it was an enchanting experience. This visit truly transformed my perspective on drinking beer. It was both pleasurable and uplifting. Thank you for such a memorable time :)

I have always enjoyed this brewery. New Belgian brewery company has an awesome campus! I enjoy their beers, especially their 1554. It was excellent to have it fresh from the brewer! Being able to take my dog also made it fun. There were tons of dogs here! Absolutely aligns the Fort Collins dog vibe.
Definitely a great spot to check out and enjoy a beer. They also had a food truck here while I was there.
Enjoy!

Happy to say after almost a year New Belgium inside is open again. Very large property for a brewery with a full bar selection and gift selection inside.
Outside they have a food truck and a very large patio slave that can get really busy during the summer. At night they have outdoor fireplaces.
Overall just a great place to chill outside with a beer and friends.

Visiting FOCO for the weekend and had friends take us out for beer at some breweries and the second one today was New Belgium. The place was absolutely packed on a Friday mid-afternoon. Don't these people work? We ended up sitting outside. I went with a sour, Dominga Paloma, and it didn't disappoint. We would need to come back on a weekday as we were told it is usually not as busy.

This is a fine brewery. Not fine as in average fine as in fine like fine wine. They have a wonderfully large field that is great for field games or little ones to run around.
The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for.
There is a great selection of beers including the new Belgium bangers like fat tire and the 9 million iterations of voodoo ranger IPA but also a lot of exclusive and small batch beers that are not easily found.
They also have sparkling water on tap and not just normal sparkling water but flavored sparkling water that is purple and beautiful.
So if you’re looking for a fine time, with some fine brews, with fine company; come to this fine brewery. (Again all these fines are like fine wine not average fine)

Had a blast on the tour! Three samples and you get to ride a slide at the end. It was interesting hearing about the company and how they make their beer. We were on the tour with some people who went every time someone was in town. I thought that was so cool and I could see why they would do that.

One of the best breweries in Colorado. The staff is super cool and friendly. We enjoyed a fun tour of the brewery with Everton. Don't let the logo turn you away. This is an imperial IPA. Very smooth and thirst quenching. Knocked several back and was having a good time real fast. Lol. I say check it out at your local store if they have them. If they don't change your store or request that they start selling Voodoo beer.

We booked two private tours with them for our wedding guests the day after the wedding, and it was the most AMAZING experience! We love New Belgium! Everyone was so impressed, and our tour guides were so kind, personable, and informative! Our wedding guests said it was the best tour they’ve ever been on. Our tour started at noon, and we ended up staying until 6 PM and just hanging out on their amazing patio.😊 It was the best end to our wedding weekend!

Went on a 90 minute brewery tour and had a great time. Small group of about 10 people. The tour guide was energetic and friendly! She explained the history of the company and described all the steps in the beer making process. We also tasted about 4 different beers along the way. I would certainly recommend it. The tour costs $10 and you can buy tickets online in advance.
Fort Collins Museum of Discovery offers interactive displays showcasing both science and local history. Visitors can enjoy a Music Garage for recording sessions or try their hand at playing musical instruments through various tutorials. The taxidermy exhibit provides an interesting perspective on animal sizes, while live bees in a glass hive are a unique attraction. Local history items may not be as captivating as the rest, but they still offer insight into the area's past.
I took my two year old daughter and I have never seen eyes so wide. She was in awe of everything she saw. She had a blast with everything. The museum was busy but everything was well kept and clean. The staff were helpful and I saw many of them wandering around to keep everything looking neat and clean.

So much fun! We were gifted a year's family membership, so I took my 3 year old for the first time. We went straight to the tot spot (toddler area) where they had a giant water table, coloring pages, building toys, and a large interactive train track, among other things. She had a blast! The museum felt well-maintained and pretty clean. The only rough thing that happened was when my daughter face-planted on the floor because one of the carpet tiles was peeling up in the middle of the floor. They have outdoor and indoor seating for eating, interactive play rooms with visuals and music, and so many interesting exhibits to explore. They have a cafe and a free book shelf with retired library books, and a gift shop.

I loved the hands on musical instruments and tutorials. Can't play at all but had a hilarious time attempting to. Spent about 2 hours seeing everything. Taxidermy animals were very interesting. Really cool seeing sizes as compared to what you imagine their size to be in photos. Local history items were not as interesting to me as the above items but were pretty neat to see anyway. The live bees in their glass hive were a first time I'd seen anything like that. Cool!

10/10 would recommend. So many different music items. Huge water table, dress up, duplos, drawing, historic stuff, taxidermy animals, a giant toy train track, & so so many things that are impossible to describe, you just have to experience them. So many things to touch; very kid friendly!! Multiple restrooms. A cafe that is decently priced.
If you're from out of town, experience it while you're here.
If you live here, get a membership. Support this amazing place. If you're a family of 4 by the time you go two of three times, the membership has more than paid for itself!!
Love this place!

My son loves this place, we have a membership so we can go every day or once a month. It is fairly small but always entertaining for kiddos. I would imagine the thrill would be lost so we go at least once a month. I will have to give props to those who maintain this facility, most everything is always working. That in itself is a feat that needs acknowledgement due to the lack of parental supervision sometimes or even the lack of respect from parents and kids.

A great museum in the heart of Fort Collins.
The museum of discovery is a wonderful adventure for kids of all ages. They’ve taken a somewhat unassuming space and turned it into a series of little discoveries that will keep your family entertained for at least a couple of hours.
Discover Music. They have a variety of instruments, interactive stations and other hands on activities that will get your kids closer to the beautiful sounds of music. From DJ booths, drum kits, sound wave machines and more your kids will go into sonic bliss trying and testing all sorts of audio experiments.
Discover Play. The toddler area has train tracks, building blocks, a tree fort, coloring stations, costumes and a small water play area that will keep little ones engaged in fun playful activities.
Discover Wildlife. There are a few areas where you can interactive with the different wildlife that surrounds the Fort Collins area. Touch Buffalo hide, look at fish and even pose for pictures in front of a bear.
Discover Systems and Machines. They have a few interactive stations that allow your kids to experiment with engineering. From testing velocities to building ramps with balls your older more scientific centric children will love testing and experimenting with these exhibits.
Discover Fort Collins. In the back they have a nice little Fort Collins history session where your kids can learn the roots of Fort Collins and what it was before it become the craft brew capital of the world.
We’ve been coming here for years and even as our kids get older we always have a fun and memorable time at the Fort Collins Museum of Discover.

We have an annual membership and come here at least once per month, if not more in the winter so our 3 year old can play with other kids and explore all of the exhibits. They have a great “tot center” that is friendly for kids 5 and under including a train set, water table, and creative “tree” that our son loves to play in. Today we misplaced Woody’s hat at the cafe after a treat, and their entire team was aware an reunited Woody with his missing hat within 15 minutes of losing it. It was so funny and precious and one of the reasons why we’ll return and continue to encourage our friends to bring their kids here as well. Museum of Discovery saves the day! We love you guys!

We were staying in Boulder and drove to Laporte to whitewater with Wanderlust. The drive had beautiful views and the portion on the Poudre we tagged was great too! The rafting required a lot of river negotiating and a few great drops and rapids. The guides all had unique personalities and were fun to be with and you MUST eat at Vern’s, just upstairs from the Wanderlust office, after your trip!

Great place to enjoy adventures with family! Bob did an amazing job twice accommodating our party of 10+ including children who loved the entire experience from tutorial video, meeting tour guides, to splash wars in the river & everything in between we enjoyed every minute. Family from Texas visiting Colorado for family reunion absolutely loved it so much we returned twice in one week. Wanderlust adventures not only has best prices around, but it was very special to us knowing it is difficult to accommodate my nephew (Jacob)who has heart condition and is not allowed to go above 7,000ft. This brought smiles to my entire family thank you Wanderlust! Had an awesome time with this rafting trip! Tour guides were fun and upbeat. You could tell our safety was a priority for them. They had people all along the route watching the river and making sure that everyone was accounted for. Loved the vibe and the banter between the guides. They really seemed to love what they’re doing. Our tour guide, Taylor, had a lot of energy and enthusiasm. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions about rafting and the area. She gave good direction and was good humored about our joking and playing around. Really appreciated her role in the overall experience. Great company, great crew! Couldn’t be happier with this trip and will definitely be doing this again!

I was surprised with a rafting trip for my birthday and it was so amazing! We did the Blast trip which is class 4 rapids but there was an option for only class 3 for beginners or people wanting a less extreme trip. We have been rafting before in North Carolina and Colombia and this was by far the BEST!!! Our guide Nate was so great at helping us navigate and getting us to working as a team. My husband and I were paired with another group and by the end of the trip we felt like one big family! I will always recommend this company of any others on the Poudre!

We loved our time with Wanderlust Adventures! Our charismatic trip leader was Colin, who was very helpful, extremely capable and fun. We did the Taste of Whitewater and a patron fell from the raft on the first leg of the trip. Colin was very attentive to the man and was able to assess his injury and provide help quickly.
Our river guide was George who was so fun, easy going and a very pleasant guy to be around. His laid-back style really gave us a wonderful impression of the local river folk. He provided a lot of insightful information about the river and its history, plus also recommended some restaurants and bars in the area. He also made it look very easy to navigate the river, despite our feeble rowing techniques.
We loved our photo package and will treasure those pictures forever. The package also included a couple of really great videos of our experience and was worth the cost.
Our only complaint is that it was over too soon! We would love to return someday for the Blast of Whitewater trip.

Overall great trip on "blast", highly recommend going. Our raft flipped twice so keep in mind this is not a theme park and there are no safety buttons to stop the ride. Pay attention to guides, be prepared to paddle, and it's like motorcycle rules, "dress for the fall not the ride". Get a good pair of shoes that will stay on your feet and cover your toes, they are better for rocks and everyone with open toes had the same complaints of " ow we flipped and hit rocks and ow my toes hurt from sticking them under the seat to hold myself in". Also, long sleeves/pants provide sun protection but they also hold cold water against your skin longer, take your pick.
Great job from the raft guides on all the rescues today, that rope throwing could use some practice though 😅.
Our raft guide was Dakota and he was awesome!

The store is renowned for its mouthwatering cinnamon rolls, which are so popular that customers need to order them a day in advance. Despite the drive from Estes Park, visitors rave about the fluffy and flavorful cinnamon rolls, claiming they are the best in the state.
When visiting Estes Park, one must stop is Glen Haven for the cinnamon rolls. They are super delicious and even better when you are able to enjoy looking at the beauty. Be sure to call the day before to order your dozen so everyone can enjoy one or two. Friendly staff too. Thanks

I was told I had to come here and get a cinnamon roll since I was staying in Estes Park. We had some time to kill so we made the 20 minute trek out to give it a shot. The drive was great, very scenic. Once we got there, I got the feeling of being unwanted. So we ordered and left. It was not the best cinnamon roll I have ever had but it was good. The drive to get here was the best part.

Worth the quick drive on devils gulch. We didn't try the famous cinnamon rolls, instead had delicious peach cobbler and homemade cheesecake!

I died and went to Heaven after trying these cinnamon rolls- fluffy, fresh, incredible texture, flavor, and frosting. Seriously the best in the state! They put Johnson’s Corner to shame. The store has new ownership, talk about KIND and welcoming folks. The drive from Estes Park to get there is scenic and beautiful. You gotta stop here!

A friend told me it would be worth the 8.2 mile drive from Estes Park down Devil's Gulch to Glen Haven General Store for the "best cinnamon rolls on earth". Well, we made the short drive and they were absolutely right! These cinnamon rolls were unquestionably the best I've ever had. There's a reason they won't sell you more than 5 unless you order them the day before. The owner told me that she'd bake us "6 dozen" if I wanted them, but I'd need to call her a day in advance. If you are reading this review, I'd recommend doing just that.... call in advance and order as many as will fit in your car!

We hiked Gem Lake Trail and had just enough time to get there before it closed. I called ahead and confirmed they had cinnamon rolls and I was planning on buying 2. Well I walked out with 6 🤣. My kids who didn't come on the hike were happy! I however wasn't happy because the next day they had only left me one roll, which by the way, delicious 😋. The owners are LOVELY humans and gave me directions to go a different route that I thoroughly enjoyed. It was a good thing she gave me written instructions because I didn't have cell phone service. I will pop by again with more time to shop at their store.

It's a must-stop if you are driving thru Glen Haven, they have the best homemade cinnamon rolls in the state. Besides snacks, you can also pick up some souvenirs.

Not a place to grab a bite to eat. they had a bunch of miscellaneous gift items and camp items like salt and pepper.
However when we did walk in they had just made fresh cinnamon rolls which smelled amazing! Cinnamon rolls are a local favorite around there. So we recommend trying one of those!
We did buy some fresh homemade fudge. The peanut butter chocolate is amazing and definitely worth the purchase.

The Cheyenne Depot Museum is an all-ages museum dedicated to the Union Pacific Railroad. The museum showcases photographs and models of various aspects of the Union Pacific history, including surveying, track-laying, and steam engines such as Big Boy. Visitors can explore the historic depot and listen to audio recordings from men who worked on trains in different capacities. The museum also houses the Cheyenne Visitor Center, making it a one-stop destination for tourists interested in learning about railroad history.
Cool little museum with a lot of railroad and Cheyenne history! The model trains dioramas were cool but it’s a shame they weren’t operating. We didn’t have kids with us but it seems like they might get a little bored since there’s limited things for them to interact with. Lots of awesome detailed reading and history for adults though. The audio tour was cool too since it uses your phone and you just dial in for each area. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Cheyenne.
Ellie Hassan — Google review
We had a great time, the guy running the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. It took our family of 6 about 2 hours. The train room upstairs was amazing. Pet friendly as well, we had our 2 dogs with us and they let us through with them, awesome experience.

One of the best train museums we have ever been to and we go to lots of them. Every aspect of the Cheyenne part of Union Pacific history is covered from the surveyors, to laying the tracks, to Big Boy and everything you can think of related to steam engines. The history was excellent and displays were great. It’s located in the historic depot and is quite beautiful. The rooms have audios of men who worked in the train yards and on the trains in various capacities there is an audio tour. The Cheyenne Visitor Center is also located there. A wonderful experience, give yourself several hours. And thank you Michelle for being such a kind and informative staff member.

Wonderful for train enthusiasts! Learned a lot about the region and trains. Great activities for kids and adults with displays set up for a wonderful experience. Upstairs is the model trains exhibit where there are very knowledgeable staff waiting to answer any and all questions. It's a fantastic spot as it's location is right next to the railroad tracks and we got to see Union Pacific's Big Boy 4014 coming back from Denver Colorado.

Cheyenne depot museum and plaza is one of the main attractions of Cheyenne downtown. The depot museum is great place preserving the history of this city. Outside plaza is decorated with some great bronze sculptures. I would recommend this place to everyone. pParking could be difficult so find your place before this place get crowded. The museum timings are different so call them before you go.

We decided to drive into Cheyenne and check out their train museum there. The place is priced well and full of great docents to answer questions. There is a nice model train area upstairs that is well worth the time to visit. The layout took more than 30‘years to create/assemble and a marvelous jo!

Who knew there would be so much more to learn about the history of trains coming to and from Cheyenne! Here's a fun fact, when I was there, there was a video of a train going from Golden, Colorado to Black Hawk, Colorado. I'm from that area and had zero idea! Who knew I would learn about my own backyard in a city 120 miles away!
Teresa Schmidt — Google review
It was entertaining, but not what I expected. I wanted to see real trains and hoped to see the railroad roundhouse out back, but we couldn't because of buildings and fencing in the way. The elevator to the top floor of the main lobby also didn't work which I was hoping would give me a chance at a view of it with no luck. The main floor had a lot of history of the town and train station and how they used to make and fix things. There was also a kid play area and a little shop with shirts, toys, postcards, etc. If you like train dioramas though then the second floor is definitely for you. There was also a penny squish machine which made me happy.
Rose Green — Google review
Great museum for kids and adults - many exhibits and photos with interesting info (there was an article from the 19th century about a new miracle invention - telephone:) )
There is an area for kids to play with wooden train tracks and a place on the second floor where kids can control a model train. The museum run model train is impressive although it wasn't on when we visited. The gift shop has many options for train lovers and Wyoming visitors.

I LOVE trains!
I loved the diversity of displays to view in this train museum! I liked getting to view vintage uniforms, tools, books, and accessories. Another thing I enjoyed viewing was the second floor of miniature trains. The dinosaur scavenger hunt was a cute touch to the experience. And how fun is it to watch trains go by as you tour? Excellent experience.
Bastardo Adventures — Google review
Beautiful museum. Details the history of the railroad system in the United States. The second floor displays a very detail miniature landscape of Colorado with train and mini towns. The person who put it together, Mr. Harry Brunk, took 30 years in the making, past away this May (2023) at the age of 82. He made this huge project possible by dismantling a manufactured home.

A neat place to go to if you're in town! Definitely worth it. Kids would love this place. If you like trains in any way, or have a kid that does, this is the place to go! If you're lucky, actual trains will roll past, since it is still an official train depot. Upstairs (there are large elevators, so wheelchair accessible) there is a large room with a long, continuous model train and railroad. Due to the time of year we went (winter) it was not running, but in summer it is supposed to.
Additionally there was a smaller remote control train that you could turn on yourself. There is also a movie that replays upstairs to watch, if you wanted. It is an older movie.
There are some children-safe things to interact with, such as a wooden caboose and train car that they can play in and take pictures.

Very cool places to learn about, see, and play with TRAINS! Learn about the history of Cheyenne and how the train depot played a big part in helping to establish it. It also has a lot of history information about Union Pacific.
Took us about 2 hours to go through the whole thing. Lots to read and learn about. They also have different spots to sit and watch short videos. You can call a phone number and get a free audio tour through the whole thing.
It costs $10 per adult, but kids 12 and under are free. I think 13-17 was about $7? It's definitely worth it. They also have a cool gift shop too. There are two floors to go through, and the second floor has a whole model set up. Look for dinosaurs. 🦖
Also, be sure to check out the Big Boy 4004 down the street after you go through the museum. It's awesome. It's at a park and it's free.

We were here on weekend and there was a craft fair/farmers market taking place; lots of interesting items on sale.
The museum cost 10.00 a person to go in, we did not visit the museum, but walked around the train depot. The painted boots around the depot are extremely nice to view.

What a fun and informative museum. The model railroad museum upstairs is really fun. The detail in the buildings and surrounding forests, rivers and rock formations is phenomenal. The conductors are great and provide you with information. There are also 4 tiny dinosaurs hidden throughout the display, which adds to the adventure! Definitely a must see!

There is a wonderful HOn3 narrow gauge model train layout on the second floor of the museum,I love it!
Cheyenne Depot Plaza is a well-known public space located in downtown Cheyenne, which serves as an open-air venue for various local events such as music performances and farmers' markets. The plaza also hosts several community gatherings and activities like the Frontier Days pancake breakfast, kids splash pads, and holiday tree lighting. It is conveniently situated near restaurants and shopping areas with easy access and ample parking nearby.
Great during the summer time, the kiddos get a refresher from the water and a time for us parents to play with them. Boots are so amazing too. We visited for a few hours before returning to our home state and it was a good experience.

The Wyoming Historic Governors' Mansion State Historic Site is a must-visit location for those interested in architecture and history. Perhaps the most interesting & eclectic governor's mansion in the USA. Different rooms evoct the furniture, style & memories of different eras from the the early 1900s to the 70s/80s when the last first family moved out. A fascinating series of time capsules. Plus a warm Wyoming welcome & it's free! Thank you WY!.

I travel around the country a lot and visit tons of historical places. This ranked among the top I have seen. They took great care in the detail of the decor, and the varied periods in time they reflect in the different rooms was great. Even down to period music playing in many room. The fallout shelter was my favorite. Old bulk food boxes, etc. And it’s voluntary donation, when most places charge. Definitely worth a visit.

The Wyoming State Museum offers educational, historical and cultural displays that showcase life in Wyoming from prehistoric times to the present. The museum features excellent dioramas of wildlife, exhibits on sheep ranching, mining, cowboys and pioneer life. Visitors of all ages can enjoy interactive exhibits such as touching hides of various animals. The Native American exhibits provide valuable insights into the region's history and culture. Additionally, there are informative displays about Yellowstone National Park and its wildlife.
Very interesting, some of the scenes were realistic. If you go up to one of the scenes that have a coyote in it you can see I believe pheasants on the other side. That made my day because no one else noticed.

Got here as they were setting up for family day. We were in a bit of a hurry but they didn't seem to mind at all, and left us to our own to explore. This place is absolutely interesting, and had I the time I would absolutely spend more time here. My favorite exhibit was the national parks exhibit, which was filled with so many interesting facts about the parks around this beautiful state. I was mainly here for the state capitol stamp passport booklet, but they sold out so they stamped a paper for me to add to my travel notebook. The amazing volunteers here are so welcoming and lovely! I will have to return to Cheyenne to enjoy more. Expect to spend 45 minutes here for adults, an hour to an hour and a half if you've kids (however, with how many activity stations I saw, I could see this being a 2-3 hour endeavor with kids). For two adults in a hurry, we spent 25 minutes running through, and I wish we had 15 minutes more to spare so I could look and read more, this is such a great free museum. 5/5 would return!

It was a free museum with relatively easy parking (free) on the road. The sites were fantastic and truly covered the whole state. There was a elementary class while we went and they seemed to be having the time of their lives!
Additionally, I was very glad to see a wall about how Indigenous women are going missing at an alarming rate across the US, but also Wyoming. It is important to bring attention to the problem.

The Wyoming State Capitol is an impressive government office, constructed in the late 1800s and featuring grand columns and a dome-shaped top. Recently renovated, visitors can enjoy an orientation movie and admire the superb Tiffany-style stained glass in three locations. The cherry wood balustrades are beautiful, and the gold leaf dome is particularly stunning. Visitors can also view statues of four sisters placed in niches on the stairs.
While driving through the state I found myself with some extra time. I made the stop and toured the state building.

We are snowbirds and spend the summers in Fort Collins. We have devoted one day to visiting Cheyenne for the last several years, and this year was a visit to the state museum and the capitol building. We highly recommend both. We spent about one hour in the capitol just exploring the architecture and furnishings. The docent gave us pointers, directed us to the 20 minute video, and we were on our own to explore the building and grounds. The 2019 restoration produced a gorgeous building. We were free to roam the entire building, including the Senate and House Chambers as the legislature was not in session. Free parking on the streets was plentiful. We highly recommend it.

This is a great easy, trail with a great view of the falls. Adams Falls IS within the boundaries of RMNP so you WILL NEED a national park pass. AND between 9am-2pm , a timed-entry reservation is required. There IS a park ranger at the trailhead. If you arrive before 9am or after 2pm, you do not need the timed-entry. There is something magical about this land. Staying here is always an uplifting and spiritual experience. An unexpected bonus, the food is PHENOMENAL. Seriously some of the best food I have had, and there is always vegan and gluten-free food options for every meal.
The staff is friendly, approachable, and knowledgable about the land. There are walking trails all over the place that provide some spectacular views.
There are a wide variety of accommodations available, from private rooms with private baths, to cabins a good few minutes away from the central campus, and even tent stands (I've seen them around, and believe they are still in use but have admittedly not seen anyone using them on my visits).
Wifi is limited unless you are in one of the main lodges, and there is absolutely no cell service.

Drala is an amazing place. I’ve visited twice now and the second time was better considering the first time was in the winter and the walk to the stupa was a little brutal. The scenic and winding trail with a creek and hidden landmarks along the way is very tranquil and is home to plenty of wildlife if you’re looking closely enough. Wanted to know more about nuns and the abbey. No one was willing to talk.
Their gift shop was quaint, with a nice selection of religious things, mostly from outside of the abbey. The nun at the register wasn't sure which rosaries were made by the nuns at this abbey.
We were going to make a purchase (a rosary and a lb. of the meat they raise), but her lack of care and her absolute disregard for interaction made us extremely uncomfortable and we changed our minds.
The property is beautiful, but you cannot walk dogs on it. Just a heads up. Thought we were going to spend a few hours there, especially since the nuns have a farm here. Sadly, we weren't allowed access to the farm.
Not the best trip. My fiance was raised in the Catholic church and he said to me, "I thought this visit would help renew my faith. But, it has done the opposite."

Very peaceful. I came up from Greeley with my church for a day retreat a few years ago, and it was an experience I'll never forget ❤️

Beautiful, clean, quiet, gracious/friendly sisters. A perfect place for a personal retreat for reflection and rest.
My boyfriend and I recently went horseback riding with Clara as our guide. We really wanted to go while the leaves were changing for fall, and we were lucky enough to go at just the right time and see some gorgeous colors! Clara was extremely kind, knowledgable, and patient, which we were especially grateful for as this was my boyfriend's first time riding and my first time in a few years. The beautiful setting, Clara, and of course the horses themselves made it a wonderful experience! We highly, highly recommend!

Great experience. Our guide Taylor was very accommodating with my daughters, 10 & 6 years old, neither had riding experience and she was able to use a rope to guide my 6 year old's horse. She had them ride at the front, just behind her, with 4 adults behind them, and kept them entertained and safe for 90 minutes! Stopped for a nice photo of the group. The kids loved trotting, and Taylor honored their multiple requests to do so. We were 10 minutes late, but still received the full 90 minute ride we reserved. Would visit again for sure.

What an amazing adventure we got to go on with our trail ride guide! We chose the 1.5 hour ride and got to go through the stream, which was a huge highlight!
The one downside was the cost. Not including the tip, it was $356. It was worth it as a birthday present for my daughter, but it’s not something we could do often.
The campsite is GORGEOUS, and it made us interested in coming back to stay for a few nights. They definitely have a good thing going there!
Thanks for a great trail ride, Taylor!

The best stable trail experience yet! My sister and I grew up riding and I continue to ride. She visited me and we scheduled a private ride with Josh. He was so personable and quickly assessed our ability, so we were able to trot and lope in safe areas. The trail itself is beautiful and the horses are far healthier and responsive than other trail outfits I’ve tried. We’ll definitely return for another experience!

What an amazing adventure to end our stay at Beaver Meadows over the long Memorial Day Weekend. We have a 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 year old that we know wanted to go horseback riding. Our youngest we were hesitant as she can be a little emotional and attitude triggered by random events so we were a little concerned that this was not a good idea due to age. After speaking with the gentleman and Clara we were so comfortable with trying this out as they stated that they are experienced in dealing with kids and unique needs of the kids as they have horses especially for that. Our little ones horse was cookie and was just perfect. We did a little over an hour ride and Clara was so attentive which was more than we could ever hope for. Additionally, she gave confidence to our little ones that kept a smile on their faces the whole time. I would recommend Beaver Meadow Stables to anyone with kids or not as its a beautiful location with a great patient staff. We will be back to do more rides and learn more about horses and the scenery from this A+ facility. Our horses where cookie for our littlest, sunshine for our next child, breezy for my wife, sally for me the husband, and muffin for my nephew. Was an amazing ride and time!

We had a great time riding with Cindy and Clara. My niece and I rode Texas Belle and Danny Boy. It was such a gorgeous day.
We took the 1.5 hour ride which was wonderful. The water was flowing nicely and the trails were well groomed. The horses were also very well trained. That was my first ride ever and Danny Boy responded beautifully to my beginner abilities. He was truly fun to ride. My niece claims she now wants to buy a horse. 😏
Thank you, Clara for having such trustworthy horses for us to enjoy! Highly recommend it! 🐴

Absolutely loved this ride. Helpful and courteous staff and lovely horses. Wasn't certain what to expect, but when we finally arrived we were pleasently surprised. Beautiful grounds and trails! I'd recommend the 1.5 - 2 hour ride, because one hour alone wouldn't be enough 😉

Amazing Experience!
Our family of seven had a great time horse back riding. One of our daughters is big into animals and horses. So we made a stop by Beaver Meadows sables on our summer vacation to go for a 3 hour ride. Sara, our guide was great and just a really nice caring person. The horses were great and knew where to go and very tame (no experience necessary). The trails and area were gorgeous! We crossed streams several times, climbed rocky trails that I didn’t know a horse could do so easily. It was a really great time! A little pricy for seven of us, but the memories will last a lifetime.

This is such a wonderful place to go horseback riding. The staff is kind, informative and patient and the horses are so beautiful! You can tell how well cared and well trained the horses are! The trails are absolutely beautiful, well maintained and there is abundant wildlife around. My boyfriend was given a perfect, kind and gentle horse for his first time ever riding! Thank you, Clara, for the awesome experience we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our ride especially the river crossing. The only downside was the guide correcting my wife for leaning to the right in the saddle. She has pronounced scoliosis and really can't sit up straight. She told the guide that it caused her pain to sit up straighter and the guide said it caused the horse pain if she didn't. My wife weighs 90 lbs. soaking wet and 90 minutes on the horses back would likely not be an issue for the horse. We have been on several trail rides over the years and no guide has ever mentioned this as a problem. People have disabilities and do the best they can. My niece from Michigan loved the ride. Only her second time on a horse. Overall it was a positive experience.
