Green Mountain Orchards Inc is a must-visit spot for those in the area. Visitors can enjoy picking their own fruits, indulge in delicious cider and donuts, and even observe the cider-making process. Although peach picking season had ended early for one visitor, they left with an unforgettable apple pie and raved about it months later. The friendly staff and delightful treats make this orchard a highly recommended destination.
This place was amazing! We actually found it thanks to the folks down at Hidden Springs Maple. Everyone here was so friendly, you can do pick your own and the cider and donuts are a must! They also have the area where they make the cider open so you can watch the process. The guy making the cider walked me through the process and was so nice to answer questions. Definitely reccomend this place if you're in the area.

Don’t want to leave a review because I love hidden gems like this! But this place was great!! We went on a weekday and we’re the only ones in the field it was so quiet, so many apples to choose from! Old cars inside, baking so many yummy goodies while you wait

Oh my God
The blueberry lemon corn muffins!!!
(Faint!). Best muffin EVER
I'm coming back for a couple dozen of those muffins next time!!
The cider donuts were the bomb tho too.
Traveled by side car for this trip...
The drive is beautiful too !!

We did the pick your own option. If you like honey crisp apples, they do charge more. They had someone selling freshly sliced cheese. They even had freshly made pies.
You pay before you pick. If you're thinking of going, I would go sooner rather than later because a lot of the trees were almost bare.
It was a great way to start our day.
Lynn Reynolds — Google review
Visited in August 2022 with the hopes of doing some peach picking. Unfortunately, the season ended early so no picking for us that day.
HOWEVER...we left with the most MINDBLOWING apple pie I've ever had. This was simply earth shatteringly good apple pie, I kid you not.
Their cider donuts were also amazing, BUT THAT APPLE PIE!! 6 months later and I still dream about it! Pity I don't live in the US.
Christian Johnatty — Google review
Great place to visit for PYO apples and apple cider in the season. The orchard is huge so it's also a nice walk with beautiful views. They also have delicious apple cider donuts and apple pies.

Great place for a hike . Delicious apple cider donuts also great apples .
Karen Brennan — Google review
The apple pie was ahhhhmazing! I don’t care for apple pie, but we brought one home for desert with company. It was the best I’ve ever had. The apple cider doughnuts were very good, the apple cider delicious.

The orchard is not just apples! They have blueberries, peaches and pies! Wonderful baked goods….love the smell when I walk into the barn!

Great place! Apple cider and Donuts were amazing...

Nice afternoon activities picking apples and blueberries. Beautiful scenery and ended the trip with awesome cinnamon sugar donuts and apple cider.
Hidden Springs Maple offers a unique experience for visitors to learn about different grades of maple syrup and taste them. Visitors can also indulge in a maple creemee, a delightful treat they may not have known existed. The staff is helpful and provides directions to other local attractions, including a quintessential New England covered bridge. Additionally, the beautiful scenery and the opportunity for a walk in the nearby marsh add to the overall experience at Hidden Springs Maple.
Organic maple syrup, absolutely delicious! Love that you can sample it too. They also had a wonderful selection of other local maple syrup, honeys, jams, candy's, VT made wooden toys and gifts and of course maple creamies!! So glad we found this place to stop at and stock up on our maple syrup.
Sarah Shoemaker — Google review
Hidden Springs Maple is a retail location for a family maple business. They have free tastings of their different types and really great prices so buy directly from the source!
Stacy Litchford — Google review
This was our first time having a maple creamy and it did not disappoint here at Hidden! So good and great price. We got two kiddies (good size) for six bucks. Beautiful scenery and you can go for a walk in the march around the corner.
Gemma Sole — Google review
We had a great time here. We learned about the different grades of maple syrup (we didn't know that existed), got to taste them (they were all amazing), then spiked our blood sugar some more with a maple creemee, which was another thing we didn't know existed. After inquiring about the area, the delightful lady that was working gave us directions to some other places in the area, and to the most quintessential New England covered bridge. We followed up by spending way too much money before we left, but everyone appreciated their gifts when we finally returned home. What a great place!
Nicholas Eisele — Google review
Very friendly and accommodating staff, and a wonderful family owned business. I stopped in with my bus group on short notice, and they couldn't be any nicer to us. They served up creamie after creamie, and we are all greatfull for them serving us. Best creamie in VT I tasted, and the maple syrup was good too.
Francis Sager — Google review
Awesome place. Liked all the maple syrup samples. Sales lady was great with lots of knowledge.
Joyce Clayton — Google review
If you're in the Putney area, and need maple products, this is the place to go. Other places try to be this place, but this place is that place and all other places just don't place.
Plenty of parking on a wonderful sunny day. Went inside and was immediately greeted by the nice young lady at the counter. Walked in and browsed first. Didn't want to seem greedy. Found a sale rack in the back, which was stocked, and went back up front to grab a basket. Found all kinds of items on that rack to give to friends.
FYI, I grew up here and am home visiting, so I'm bringing it all back so my southern friends can experience the real stuff.
While checking out, we observed the amazing food menu above the counter, and were enticed. I ordered the Diabolical Donut Bowl. Get it. Don't hesitate. Get it. Waffle bowl with a warmed apple cider donut on the bottom. Maple creemee on top. Drizzled with dark maple syrup. Dude. Wow. Less than $6 for this dessert from the gods.
Why are you still reading? Go. Get there. Now.
Timothy Albert — Google review
The perfect place to have our first ever maple creemees. Hidden Springs has reasonable pricing, a wide selection of maple-themed products, and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend the diabolical donut bowl, featuring a warmed donut, maple creemee, and a drizzle of syrup.

We stopped by Hidden Springs Maple on our way out of Vermont. Someone had told us about their Maple Creemees while we were staying in Smugglers Notch, so we made sure to stop by. Definitely worth it and will be visiting again next time we are in Vermont. The store had a lot of fun products and sauces, too. The ghost pepper Maple syrup is actually pretty spicy! Wasn't expecting that. The Maple candies melt in your mouth and are soooo delicious
Megan Zontek — Google review
This place is a must for any maple lovers. All things maple- stuff to read about, stuff to eat, stuff to drink, stuff to wear. Really tasty ice cream and friendly staff
Jaci Schneider — Google review
Absolutely amazing place! The owners are super friendly and willing to explain all the different kinds of syrup available at the store. Definitely a must see in Vermont.

I recently discovered a hidden gem – a delightful family-run maple store that captured my taste buds and heart. The atmosphere exudes warmth, and the aroma of fresh maple wafts through the air. What sets this place apart is their incredible creemee, a heavenly swirl of maple-infused soft serve that's an absolute delight. The perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess makes it an irresistible treat. The family's passion for quality is evident in every scoop. The cozy ambiance and friendly service create an inviting experience for families seeking a sweet escape. This maple store is a must-visit for anyone craving a uniquely delightful creemee experience.
Zach Smith — Google review
Best maple creemees we have ever had; mine with a donut and maple syrup as well. The ice cream is a homemade recipe and the whole place is quite special. There’s a nice area to sit where they make maple outside and it smells wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Great place for homemade candy. Assume selection. IF you have a sweet tooth you definitely need to check this place out. Been in Gardner for many many years and still going strong. I've been going here since I was a child and will continue to be a dedicated customer. Definitely recommend.

Delicious, creative chocolates and candies. Friendly and warm staff. Store layout is cozy and not overwhelming but still has a great selection. Highly recommend!
Mike Visconti — Google review
One of a kind old school candy shop. Chocolate is not cheap. But the quality is incredible. I have had truffles, filled chocolates, french roll, scotch kisses. All have been delicious. These family owned and operated homemade chocolate shops are few and far between!
Sean O'Dell — Google review
Lovely place with a awesome selection of chocolates and candles.
B Noble — Google review
This place is a little gem, but not so little! They pack a huge variety of candy, treats and gifts from chocolates, hard candies, mints and even some hard to find old fashioned candy. A side room features their kitchen where the elves were busy making home made candy canes this day but sometimes the smell of chocolate is dizzying! The canes were the reason we discovered this store! We got Maple, Vanilla, Molasses, and Peppermint. While we were there we picked up some cream filled home made chocolates and caramel. Trust me your will enjoy your visit!
Christopher Leger — Google review
What a fun, delicious place. There were 4 young women there and all were impressively friendly and professional. While I don't have a sweet tooth this is a place to go to for gifts.
Kremdal TheOrc — Google review
Great assortment of handmade candies. French roll is the specialty and a nice treat around the Holidays. Prices are not cheap, but for a special treat a few times of year it is great place to stop and pick from the assortment of quality chocolates.
Rich Howard — Google review
This is a hometown staple with reach! Every time I return to the area I drop in, if for no other reason than to breathe in the smell of this place but typically also to pick up mint patties, French rolls, or some assortment of tasty chocolates.
Tara Richards — Google review
There was a greeter/assistant right in the middle of the store offering to help me! Awesome and friendly service. Please bring back the nut sticks they had when I was kid. They were so delicious.

Absolutely the best chocolates I've ever had - tried a half pound mix of their peanut butterand maple filled varieties. We wish we'd gotten a full pound instead. VERY pricey but actually worth it!!!

Priscilla's is always a great experience. The absolute BEST chocolate and candy around and the loveliest staff to help you. I love their chocolates.

My father inlaw went and got me my annual chocolate cherries which are fantastic and he got me a bag of raspberry filled raspberries hard candy and holy cow they are fantastic I'll be up in the next couple weeks for more it's a must try
One of my favorite roadside attractions. I used to stop by every time I was traversing Route 2, and now I live close enough to visit it on my weekend bike rides. A must visit for fans of local history and/or traditional furniture.

The giant chair of Gardner.
Worth the detour if you are in the area. Easy to park on one of the side streets or the school when not in session.
Stairs lead down from the school to the grassy area the chair is on.
It is in pretty good shape and it is possible for some folks to climb up for a photo without much help, some might need an 8 foot ladder.
Other interesting sites nearby.

My husband took me here on the way to an inn we were staying at for my 61st birthday. He's such a romantic guy! Loved it. Just weird enough. I always make the going away plans. This time I let him make them. Very funny. It made me smile.
LJ O — Google review
Once the largest chair in the world, Gardner’s giant chair celebrates the history of what was the largest industry in the town. Like many of the surrounding towns (Toy Town, etc) Gardner was once nicknamed for its leading product- chairs. In the early 20th century this “largest chair in the world” was constructed and now sits in front of the High School. It’s a short detour off of Route 2 if you are passing through, and just a slight detour if you’re heading from Boston to Keene, NH or to hike Mount Monadnock.

We love how walkable Gardner is. Lots of little gems and small parks including this one!

Such a fun little photo op. Also there is a PokéStop here :-)
Fruitlands Museum is a historical museum located in a farmland setting dating back to around 1914. The museum houses an array of Native American artifacts, Shaker documents, paintings and more. The rolling views of the area are stunning with Wachusett mountain visible in the distance. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful greens that stretch for miles and miles surrounding the museum. Guests can dine and dance under a tent while enjoying bright warm light with unobstructed views of the surrounding scenery.
We have photographed several weddings at this stunning venue that's conveniently located about 50 minutes west of Boston. There are gorgeous rooms full of natural light for both members of the couple to prepare for the day. The Fruitlands Museum itself is housed in a quaint white classic New England style building, but the real star of the show at this venue is the spacious, luxury style wedding tent and the mountain view of Monadnock and Wachusett.
Couples who choose to have their outdoor ceremony here will treat their guests to stunning vista views of the Nashua River Valley as they say their vows in the fresh air. Cocktail hour typically happens next to the tent where guests can take in the views and enjoy a gorgeous sunset over the mountains.
This venue is part of the Trustees of MA group, and as all of their venues are, expertly operated! You will be in good hands at this venue and can be guaranteed a wonderful wedding day with an experienced team of talented folks.
Dreamlove Photography — Google review
Came here for a wedding. As a wedding venue, the scenery was beautiful and the dinner & reception set up (tent) was cute.
It would have been helpful if there was a larger restroom, and if the wooden canopy near the ceremony area had heated lamps.
Karina Chung — Google review
Great place to get some history and hiking in. Take a look at the childhood home of Louisa May Alcott and learn a little bit about the utopian movement of the 1840's at the same time. There are also sculpture and hiking trails. The views are amazing too! Need to tire out some young kids? This is the place.
Kevin Jennings — Google review
We photographed out first wedding here and it was perfect! Fuitlands has the most beautiful rolling views with Wachusett mountain in the distance. The colors were beginning to pop, and they had beautiful greens for what felt like miles and miles. As we headed into the tent for dinner and dancing, the light was bright and warm with openings all around to see the views. Fruitlands is a beautiful place to see and I hope we come back for more weddings!
Erica Ewing — Google review
Gorgeous vista from the entrance, modern and antiquarian art displays and tranquil woodland walk. Worth the scenic drive to get there.
Helen Higgins — Google review
We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Fruitlands Museum. The view alone is so stunning but the day-of staff made our wedding extraordinary. Throughout the planning process, we worked with Laura who is the coordinator through Fireside. She was very easy going and helped us create our dream wedding. The event manager Shaun and attendants who worked our 10/8 wedding provided the most incredible service. They were on-top of every single detail, organized and so kind. Everything ran so smoothly and it truly just felt like a dream. We had guests rave about the service that was truly the best we’ve experienced at any wedding. The food— phenomenal. It was so delicious, all of our guests raved about the quality of the meal. We all know the couple rarely gets to sit down and enjoy their meals but we got the opportunity to sit and eat because of how wonderful and timely the service was. our attendant Shannon brought us snacks and champagne to the bridal suite and appetizers during cocktail hour photos and worked tirelessly the whole night to make sure we had every thing we could possibly need. She was AMAZING. Her timing was impeccable and would meet us on the dance floor with a drink so we didn’t have to stop the fun. We are so grateful to the entire staff and couldn’t be happier with our experience of having our wedding at the Fruitlands museum.
Elena Giurleo — Google review
We had a guided tour, who explained about each and every exhibit. It was very interesting for the way if life of the community that lived there at the time. The gift shop area was nice, which also had an area to order food& non alcohol drinks. Tis is a great way to spend a family fun day.
Samuel Mandello — Google review
Very misleading name and disappointing experience. The 2 museums they have - an art museum and a Native American museum can NOT have the status of a museum. This is A BIG JOKE. The art museum has 3 rooms with a horrendous smell and about 5-6 contemporaty art objects. That is ALL.
The Native American museum had 2 rooms with 3! paintings, 3! rugs, a few bowls and 1 boat. That is ALL.
Look at my pictures. That is all you will see there.
The rest of that land can be called a farm, but there are no animals or gardens. There are a few hiking trails, but to enter this so-called "museum" you need to pay at least $10 per person. I wouldn't pay it for hiking. I wouldn't pay for anything there. A misleading name, unclear purpose, strange concept, 4! people working... I really would like to understand the purpose of this place and why people would pay to go there.
Add to this a location in the middle of nowhere and gas prices to get there. Worthless waste of time, money, anything you name it. Maybe views? I've seen much better views that do not require fees.
The ONLY thing I liked there were 2 statues of Native Americans. They were very good, however not worth the trip or money they charge.
Yulia Berry — Google review
Nice historic site with the farmhouse built in 1800’s where visitors can explore how people lived about two centuries ago. There is a few little galleries, hiking trails and cafe with a great views. We visited the place in August so there were lot of MOSQUITOES!!! Ok
Lena K — Google review
We had such a good time here today. The weather was perfect for walking the grounds, the staff were all friendly. We paid the extra $5 for the tour of the Shaker Museum and the Fruitlands Farmhouse, and it was totally worth it. Our guide for the tour, Amy, had so much knowledge to share. She was great!!
jessica jensen — Google review
The small museum buildings have interesting exhibits - we learned about the brief Transcendentalist and longer Shaker presences in Harvard. Hiking trails were nice, though we picked up a lot of (larger, non-deer) ticks.
Shaker Hills Country Club offers a challenging layout with undulating greens in good condition. It's advisable to play strategically rather than relying solely on power shots. Some visitors found the staff less friendly, but overall, it's a great course for experienced players and worth returning to despite some minor drawbacks. The course is described as beautiful and fast-paced, making it unsuitable for beginners but enjoyable for those seeking a challenge.
What a beautiful course. Practice green/driving range are great with range balls included in your green fees, which just feels classy. Support staff to ensure you have smooth start to the round. Very diverse course with lots of fun undulations. Good greens. The hot dog could be better, but other than that we had a great time.
Daniel Stone — Google review
Neat course, challenging layout. Greens have a lot of undulation in them. They rolled pretty true and were in good condition. I did notice a lot of spike marks on them though.
Definitely a course you want to play to landing spots instead of bashing driver every time.
Taking one star off because they wanted to charge my wife a full green and cart fee just to ride along with me. Staff wasn’t the friendliest, took my card and wished me on my way. All in all though I would absolutely come back to play here. Good course available to the public
Wayne Jordan — Google review
Not at all worth the hype. I will say the greens are phenomenal. Super fast but receptive. This place is nice from far, but truthfully it’s in kinda rough shape. Really disappointed in the tee boxes. They aren’t level, or anywhere close to it. Fairways were pretty thin, looks like they’ve struggled to grow and are in danger of losing some. Rough also very thin. Divots appear to never be fixed, anywhere. Layout is quite challenging. Not many remotely flat lies to be found. Lot of quirky holes. Also not a fan of the gimmicky tee shots on the par 3s. No reason to showcase that length of a par three, given the current pace of play issues the game has. Speaking of. 5 hours on a Monday mid day is insane. Never saw a ranger.
Clubhouse looks nice from a distance, but it’s in rough shape. Inside wasn’t much better with the bar and tables being mostly unclean.
Overall pretty disappointing considering what they’re charging. Not much value here.
T jW — Google review
Played Shaker for first time in many years on Saturday. Very disappointed. Course not what it used to be. Greens were horrible and bunkers looked like muni course. Not worth the $$ right now until they get it back in shape. Played Crosswinds in Plymouth on Sunday which was much less expensive and in awesome shape. Greens were spectacular. .
Rowland Burnett — Google review
Very poor experience today. Make no mistake, the course is beautiful and in excellent condition. It's too bad that after the first hole a ranger came racing out to accuse my friend of not paying for his round (which he immediately showed proof of on his e-receipt on his phone). At the turn the clubhouse crew pulled us off the course to accuse him of the same thing. Made him pay a SECOND green fee to continue despite showing the proof that he paid. Meanwhile, the starter at the turn is giving us a hard time that we're not keeping up - while we're being detained at the clubhouse until we pay again. This is a great course. But I'll take my business elsewhere where I'll be treated respectfully by the staff.
Steve Drowne — Google review
Incredible golf course. A little pricey in the morning but I would say it's worth it. We played in an absolute downpour. I would come back to play it in good weather.
Kelly McCaig — Google review
A lot of the areas around the greens were dry and burnt out, missing a green and hitting a burnt out area sends your ball flying. Greens look like they took a hit this year, I'll be going back for sure hopefully the course rebounds. Staff and restaurant are great, just three stars due to the course conditions. 5 stars for the staff
Matt DeJohn — Google review
This place has lost its fastball and is best to be avoided. Used to play 3-4 times a year, but won’t go back for a while after recent (May 2022) experience. The $120 price is outrageous for a place that has given up on its greens, with some kind of mold taking hold on most greens. Instead of address it, they spent an (estimated) $200k to $300k building a gimmicky stupid elevated tee on astroturf on the roof of a fake building for two holes near the on-course snack shack. (Snack shack opened 40 minutes late and was poorly run.) Bad decisions abound here. I’ll stick to other public courses in the area.
Michael J. Nichols — Google review
Great course to play. Beautiful layout & fast green. Not recommend for the beginners.
Hank Yoon — Google review
This place has gone downhill fast. I used to enjoy taking the 45 min drive north to play this course but now I will be finding other places to play. The entire staff is rude and unwelcoming, and the condition of the course is sub-par at best with rocky cart paths, unkept fairways, bunkers, etc. I recently visited there and when my guest asked for a double shot of bourbon to sip on the bartender rudely said she doesn't give out doubles, "not to you, not to anyone". She said, I can give you 2 singles which my guest agreed to but as anyone would, he combined the drinks into 1 glass and she took it away from him like he committed a crime. I guess Harvard is a dry town which is understandable but if they have certain rules they need to follow, maybe communicate those rules to your patrons and not make them feel like idiots for ordering drinks at the bar. I wanted to take a drink with me to the putting green and she said no, and said that they were not a "package store". I explained that I wanted to take a drink with me to putt and she got mad at me and would not allow me to get another drink unless I drank it at the bar. Made 0 sense to me but after playing the course and then experiencing that kind of treatment, I can think of 50 other places that I can go to that are better and where we will be treated as guests. Hard Pass on this place for the foreseeable future.
Roger Laplante — Google review
Having moved away from the area, I was excited to play this course again. Overall, the course was in good shape. Greens were average to quick. Looks like they have had a lot of rain so large divots on green entry. A few things were just not right! With all the land they own, the range is just not good enough. You cannot hit anything more than a 215 yard shot. So, no hybrid, 3 wood or driver to warm up. Second, similar to some other comments in here, we were stopped after 9 holes and accused of not paying for 1 golfer. I understand the need to be paid but the way that Michael in the pro shop held up his hand and then accused us was bang out of order. he could have brought it up in a different manner. Then, we were told to speed up and sat in the fairway fuming waiting for the group in front for the remainder of the round. On the green of the par 3 down the hill on the back, another ranger came around, we asked him about the payment issue and he fopped us off too. After the round, one of us went in and spoke to the pro shop. Again, didn't care. I will be taking my future rounds and friends to Red Tail. Good bye Shaker Hills, you hired poorly.
This restored circa-1926 venue offers musical, comedy & dramatic performances plus classes.
This show I seen at the stadium Theatre Woonsocket RI. Was absolutely fantastic 👍🏻 Best Tribute show I've ever seen!! The Beatle tribute group 1964 is something you should not miss. Myself I'm From the Beatle era. They performed identically too John, Paul, George and Ringo.. again fantastic 👍🏻 this place was packed!!

I'm from Massachusetts We were there for an 80's rock bands, it has the vintage look, which I find beautiful! It was amazing, seat were perfect, as you go further up in seat numbers, the seats set up a little higher than the seat in front of you, you don't get the tall person blocked view! Reasonable prices, absolutely clean, the employees are helpful, respectful, I had lost my phone, and one sweet lady helped me track it down, No luck at that point, but by the end of the night she had found me with my missing phone, I definitely will be back for more shows worth the drive, and every cent spent! Thank you Stadium Theater What A Good Time!!!

My friend & I attended Gunhild Carling’s show at this theater last night. The theater was amazing. Beautiful set up. Easy to find. There was a parking lot behind the theater, but it was full; however, we were able to find street parking. There was good signage to lead us to where we needed to go. There’s a certain vintage feel to the place & I absolutely loved it. We’ll be going back to see A Christmas Carol next month! They have concessions/drinks & the staff was very nice ❤️

Always great shows at the Stadium. Our most recent experience was seeing the Disco 54 Band from NYC, and they were so good!! We hope the theater gets them there again! What talent they had! We would see them again anytime. Even though they had to be rescheduled several times due to the pandemic it was worth it.
The theater handles everything well and professionally, too. Great staff, a lot of which might be volunteers. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy good shows, and not at exorbitant prices.

Been here numerous times for all types of shows and have always had a great time. Tickets are reasonably priced. This century old theatre is immaculately maintained. The mostly volunteer staff are all welcoming and friendly.

I loved this place! They have concerts and entertainment several days a week! I went to listen to a Yacht Rock band there called Boathouse Row, and they were OUTSTANDING!!! You can see well from anywhere you sit, because the venue is not huge. The workers there, from the ticket issuers(you CAN buy your tickets ahead of time), to the ushers, to the concession stand people were all nice. I can't wait to go and enjoy another show here again!!!

Stadium is an awesomely restored theater. I'd highly recommend taking in any show with the addition of viewing the finely restored architecture in this beautiful space. I've gone into this theater over the years and never fully realized how unique these places were then. I know now the countless hours and care that must have taken to keep this beautiful location looking and sounding like it does. Our visit focused an a revival band who embodied the soul of the band Bee Gees.
Recommend a center seat for the best view of the stage. Seats are tightly spaced, but the views are unmatched.

Great historical theater thank God they saved this place back in the 1980's from being demolished. A very classic sophisticated atmosphere, better than any modern theater could dream of recreating. Good prices for events & concessions. Overall it was well worth visiting for the Michael Franzese event!

The Stadium is a beautiful place! The ladies who help you locate your seat are so sweet and very helpful! The entertainment is outstanding! I used to go there as a child and it was a magical! We've been there once before the Pandemic and just about 3 weeks ago! We love it there! I would highly recommend the Stadium to everyone! You will love it! ♥️

Such a quaint little theater. We watched a private performance through a youth program. The Stadium Staff was quite helpful. Concessions were affordable. Plenty of parking. The theatre has been completely restored and has kept all of it's original artwork and tapestry. Comfortable seating and cozy feel. We will definitely be visiting for another performance.

What a great theater to see any play. Today we saw A Christmas Carol and what a performance! This theater is in amazing shape. The seating is stadium style and there's plenty of room in the seat. This was our first time at a the Stadium Theatre and it didn't disappoint. If you get a chance to see a play or musical this is the place to see it. The Stadium Theatre is a Woonsocket and Rhode Island treasure.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! I’ve seen over 10+ shows here and I haven’t been disappointed once yet!! All the artists the Stadium gets are top quality unlike other theaters in Rhode Island (Park Theatre for Example). I’ve seen everything from a Beatles tribute to a Bee Gees tribute and an Abba tribute. Though, the Stadium doesn’t only get tribute bands but they also get real original artists like Ace Frehley of KISS, Christopher Cross, & Dennis DeYoung of Styx. On top of that, the Stadium even gets your favorite comedians like Howie Mandel.
Come visit the Stadium and I think you will have a good time…

Great place for a show, I've been coming to the Stadium theater since I was a kid back then it was just a movie theater but now it's primarily just for concerts and plays I enjoy going to the house of Chan restaurant next door to it before going to a show there .

Great high end looking classic theater. Lots of character. Concessions staff very friendly. Most seats have good vantage point. Prices are greatly affordable, $30-$40 for most shows. Seats are a little tight if youre a tall person. But most of all the casts do an amazing job. I've seen newsies and rent there and plan to go back for many more.

We watched the Polar Express in this Vintage Theater! I LOVED it and so did my kids and friends we brought. There was pop corn and drinks for kids as well as some light liquor choices for adults. Truly a step back in time while enjoying the fine things of today's world. Everything was perfect!!! I recommend this place 10000times to anyone hope you all have fun!

The Rocky Horror Picture Show was a fabulous time. RKO Army killed it! Loved the theater. Comfy seats, spotless bathrooms, balcony seating, amphitheater layout, grand entrance. I will definitely be coming back to support them!
St Ann Arts & Cultural Center in Woonsocket is a hidden gem featuring the largest collection of fresco paintings in North America. The former Church of St. Ann now serves as a vibrant arts and cultural center, reminiscent of the Sistine Chapel in the Blackstone River Valley. Visitors can enjoy guided tours on Sundays and keep an eye on their website for upcoming events.
My husband and I showed up around 6pm on a Friday night - we are not from the area, and we were passing through and we wanted to see if we could grab a quick tour. They were kind enough to take time out of their night to allow us inside to take pictures and get a mini tour (as it was not the day/time for the normal tours). These individuals are wonderful people, so kind, and they are doing so much to keep this beautiful place open and maintained. More people need to know about this place, and make donations! This is hands down one of the most incredible places I have ever seen. The history is incredible, the architecture, the stained glass - it’s all so beautiful! I hope this place gets the recognition it truly deserves!

I was amazed by the beauty of this local gem! The fresco paintings that cover every inch of the church were created by an Italian trained artist. They are as impressive as those in European cathedrals. A team of volunteers has worked tirelessly to keep this treasure open and preserved. This place is worth a visit!

My family visited today for Breakfast with the Saints. We were astounded by the beauty of the building, inside and out! The frescoes inside were like heaven brought down to earth! Breakfast was served by the nicest people, and we enjoyed listening the beautiful flute music as we entered. My dad was asked to be a part of the music performances and had a wonderful time playing their piano. We all felt so blessed to be a part of this event and can't wait to return again!

This spot is amazingly beautiful, and the tour guide was fantastic--knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Not only is the space an artistic delight for the eyes and the mind, you learn a lot about Rhode Island and Woonsocket history just by learning about the church. Had an awesome time at their annual Christmas party. The food, entertainment, and raffles were great. 👍 👍 👍
Highly recommended! Tony & his crew were awesome! It did take us 3 tries for a flight due to weather, but the third time was the charm! It was totally worth the wait! Tony was very accommodating giving us priority once he had a cancellation since our previous flights didn’t happen due to weather. At the end of the flight, you get a flight certificate and a champagne toast in hot air balloon cups! There are t-shirts and pins available for purchase as well. The only down side to the whole experience was that there were no bathrooms at the meeting place that you go to at the beginning and end of your flight. Regardless of that, five star experience!!

My husband and I had a great experience on our balloon flight! Tony is obviously very experienced and careful. We had a beautiful day, and could see for a hundred miles or more in all directions! We had a soft landing in a grassy back yard which the residents were happy to see us! Lots of fun and laughs, and I got to take video of a marriage proposal! It's a very unique type of flying experience and I would recommend HIgh 5 as they are safe and fun.

Amazing experience and crew! Tony the pilot was a great air guide showing us all the notable sights and sharing fun facts about the art of hot air ballooning. Interactive experience as we got to help with the set up and take down of the balloon (optional of course but why wouldn't you) and shared a mimosa toast at the end per hot air ballooning tradition. Highly recommend!

Had the crazy idea to ride on a hot air balloon... Well the experience was amazing, we witnessed a beautiful sunrise and the beauty of NH. Tony is an excellent pilot and a resourceful historian. We learned all to be known about our surroundings and the history that has made New Hampshire what they are today. We had a great time and was able to celebrate later with some mimosas. I would recommend anyone to ride with Tony as you will not regret it. Another check on my bucket list for another great experience.

Had a great day floating with High 5 in Salem, NH. The basket was walk-in which made loading and unloading very easy. The support team was a key element to our success as they were at our landing spot ready to help during the landing. Tony is a capable and professional pilot who made us feel safe and in competent hand the whole trip. With the teamwork exhibited at High 5, we came to see why their safety record is so good.
Thanks for a great day!

America's Stonehenge
Historical place museum
Sights & Landmarks
4,000-year-old astronomical calendar featuring multiple manmade chambers, a gift shop & alpacas.
What an experience. This place is riddled with mystery and it echoes of the ways it was once occupied. I could spend months here just observing and trying to figure out why things were built and set up the way they were. I personally think there's a hidden chamber near the under ground hall way because the hall just ends but the mound it's under us big enough for another room and there's several holes into the hill that are like air vents or viewing ports.
So cool that it's right here in NH!

For starters, this place is amazing! There is a lot of history to see! As for the attraction itself, it is impressive to see how the people lived in that era. The trails to the sites were okay, but I suggest one wear a good pair of hiking boots or a good pair of tennis shoes with some good traction because I slipped on mud and fell. That said, I highly recommend visiting when the weather isn’t so frigid!
The cost to tour the site was $14.00 per adult. The price is less expensive for children, and a military discount is available. There is also a lovely gift shop with various items to purchase and a small museum connected to the gift shop. A tour map and audio information are available to download on a cell phone. The parking is free, but it is a dirt parking lot, so if it rains, there will be large puddles. Overall the site is worth seeing! You will be amazed.

Went to watch the eclipse. We enjoyed learning about the history of this site and seeing all the remnants of the past. They had a drum circle for the eclipse which was fun. Definitely get there early if they're having special events. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about the sites.

Very well done site, without being overdone. Research and site history is well presented. Walking tour with accompanying voice tour on the app is excellent. Would be nice to see more 4k yr. ago artifacts, though stone remnants and speculation as to historical context are fascinating!

A sacred place. Such a beautiful, humbling experience. Would highly recommend to anyone, anywhere, of any age- to adventure here. It's open year round, we went on a 97° day but the shade from the trees didn't make it feel as hot as it was. It's open year-round, so we will be going back in the fall when foliage is at peak! We would also love to see & feel it in the winter & spring as well. All times of year offer a different but breathtaking experience. They have alpacas that are adorable near a visitors center which has a small historical museum within it, an area to sit down and watch an informational video about it all, clean working bathrooms and a shop where everyone in the family can find a precious souvenir. My whole family LOVED the experience. 😌 We can't wait to return.

1st time ever visiting here and I've lived in NH for 37 years. I was a shaperone for my sons 7th grade trip. The staff was very polite and real helpful. There's a path u take with 32 attractions that u get to see and learn all about the history of Stonehenge. You get a little device that u play that acts as a private tour guide. The tour is about 90 mins long. After that they have a dig site that u can enjoy to dig up gems and pottery. Over all we were there for 3.5 hours with our lunch. Which they also had picnic tables to eat and a nice gift shop. If u like history and want to learn about Stonehenge its very cool.

Not bad. Good way to spend a couple of hours. I went during the off season so few if any people were around. Photos can look redundant because everything looks so similar but maybe that was because it was winter. Had fun walking on the trails in the area. Pretty in an austere way and serene.

Before heading out from the shop there's a nice video explaining the ruins. The pathways outside were a bit weird and winding. The ruins themselves are in good shape and intriguing.

The alpacas were busy eating, but the rest of the park was beautful. Views in every direction, the app guided tour was great and the map provided was very helpful for a general overview of the landmarks. The museum area and video were helpful for getting history of the site and areas nearby.

We had a great time exploring around the rocks and learning about the history. There wasn't a whole lot to do for the price but the app they have makes it easy to learn and explore on your own.

This was an interesting and amusing adventure. Keeping an open mind is key to this experience. If you are unfamiliar with the site, it may be worth reading the Wikipedia article on it before going. There is more than a touch of what I would call “Oak Island-like mystique.” Don’t take everything you see and read for granted :)
There was a nice welcome center with gift shop. The henge itself is up a hill and well signed for visitors. For the price point, there is not a lot to do. Good for a day-trip.

America's Stonehenge is an enigmatic and captivating archaeological site. Nestled in the scenic landscape of New Hampshire, it's a portal to an ancient past. The intricate stone structures, dating back over 4,000 years, spark curiosity and wonder. The site's natural beauty enhances the experience, making it a peaceful and reflective destination. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply seeking a place of intrigue, America's Stonehenge offers a unique and unforgettable journey into the mysteries of the past.

I didn't know what to expect. I just know it's a place we kept seeing signs for and it was something to do. Definitely not a disappointment. I held off on the 5 stars as there were some closed trails. I was amazed at the accuracy of the sun position statues and monoliths. The app makes it a lot more understandable. We are picture people, and got some beautiful shots.

Worth a visit.
The audio guide it great to help guide you around, the path is very uneven and steep so good footwear needed and less suitable for toddlers unless being worn. Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Lots of parking and restrooms available,
Would be great to have a few more things for kids on the way round like questions or quizzes or having to count the number of something to make it more engaging for them.
Alpacas there too but you can’t do anything with them, being able to buy food or even walk them for a fee would be an amazing addition.

What I refer to as a happy accident. We were traveling the back roads in MA and saw a sign saying America's Stonehenge, which we had never heard of, so we went to see what it was. Upon arrival was a site of many stones placed in astrological settings and done over 4000 years ago, Showing it had a connection to the well know Stonehenge in Great Britain, Nice hike and many photo ops.

Beautifully maintained trails and so much history. A little on the expensive side, but well worth it.
The gift store had so much inventory! Wonderful things!
Great place for a family time. Nice little hiking trail, beautiful koi pond, nice selection of wine altough i would love if they let us choose what ee want to taste rather than choosing the flight itself. The food is amazing. Don't forget to try their giant pretzel.

We were driving around NH with no plan, and wife saw this vineyard pop up on the map. Could all of these five star reviews really be accurate? Yes, they are.
This is a little vineyard; it is 80 total acres, but they only have 5 estate wines (everything else is from imported grapes) . We entered the main building, and it is very quaint. You are met immediately by very kind staff. They dont have tastings (from what we experienced), but they have a $15 flight that consists of your choice of 4x wines from their flight menu (approx 20 options to choose from). We also order some food (a delicious tomato bisque and amazing pretzel). After our wine and food, we strolled around the little vineyard; what a beautiful property. Definitely recommend.

Just a spir of the moment decision to stop by and check out the Zorvino Vineyards. It was a great choice as we checked out the many different wine choices with two flights of different wines. Also added a cheese and crackers appetizer plate that was great! The staff is super friendly and helpful... overall a wonderful experience!

Went to the valentines dinner last week. Beautiful venue. I think a little more effort could have gone into this event. For $200.00 a couple you could have offered one glass of your wine. The wait between courses was long. The main course was ice cold. No music. No dancing. As soon as desert was served and eaten the place emptied like a sporting event ended. Maybe more thought for next year. Nice place though.

We had such an amazing afternoon wine tasting here! The property is beautiful with flowers and the vineyard in the summer. We tried the wine flights and got the pretzel as an app. This was the best pretzel we had ever had. Next we shared a Flatbread and Caesar salad. The ingredients all tasted really fresh and they give you a lot of food we ended up taking a good amount home. We shared a bottle of wine outside and wondered around the trails and saw the alpacas on the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I like how they have unique flavors of wine and they're a decent price. Always coming back!

We went on a Friday night despite the rain we had a wonderful time. We got 3 dishes and shared the food and each had a flight. Staff were super friendly gave us lots of time and was there when we needed her. I did end up buying 2 bottles of wine, my girlfriend bought 1 and he bought 3. Have wanted to check this place out for a while. Reservation system was closed online so we decided to drive over anyways and see if we'd luck out, thankfully we did. 6 wine flight options to choose from, delicious food, and store to buy whatever wine you may have enjoyed. Bought a slush from the store and then walked the property where we discovered you can sit over by the pond to enjoy your wine (will do this next time). Then finished it up by visiting the friendly alpacas. Really cool spot and relaxing vibe.

UPDATE: Decided to give this park another chance. Wish i didnt. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Trash was everywhere. Gum and bandaids scattered throughout the park. Its so dirty the cushions are black. How lazy can employees and managers be? Clearly spending too much time on their phones and being paid to do nothing. Nice.
Not too pleased with the new manager here. I really enjoy going to this trampoline park and will most likely not return with the new manager in place. Very rude and lazy, bring back the old manager!

This place is great for families with small children. Plenty of seating, and play areas are very open and visible. Older kids might get a bit bored, as there aren't as many higher level jump/obstacle areas available compared to other bigger trampoline parks.

Concept of this place is obviously great. This specific location was absolutely filthy and gross. I went in at 10:15 today, which is 15 minutes after they opened. All of the trampolines were covered with crap like they needed to be vacuumed so badly. The floors throughout the place were also just disgusting with stains all over. I paid $30 for one hour of jumping with socks, and I think we stayed 20 minutes. It was that bad. I almost actually asked the lady to refund me, but she wasn’t at the desk when I left. Very disappointing.

How could this place be kids friendly when one of the only two family bathrooms was “staff only”? The staff refused to let us use the family bathroom on the right of that picture claiming it was for staff only. Despite I don’t see any signs that says so. I don’t understand why staff here (20+ year olds) can’t use the regular men/women’s room, instead they have to use a family restroom that is meant for ppl with little kids that need the changing table. What a shame.
Ting Qu — Google review
Please do not forget to ask for military discount. Unlike many other places that do not recognize military, this place actually gave my family a decent discount. I think it was supposed to cost around 50 bucks for two kids for 90 mins (with socks), however, with the discount, it was 35 bucks, I think... not so sure about the actual cost, but I was kind of surprised and happy to see the difference after the discount.
Saral Shrestha — Google review
The whole place is very large and has a lot of space for kids to jump and run around. My kids liked the pits (there are 2) and the main trampoline area. The place had a small arcade, which looks fun too. The two star rating is from the following: 1) the place was filthy: dirty socks, plastic wrapper, trash everywhere 2) i saw at least 4 employees just standing there chatting to each other, not watching kids and not trying to tidy up the place 3) bathrooms were very dirty as well: paper all over the floor, some didn't have toilet paper or proper supplies 4) they have an announcement system that does not work very well, it is hard to hear what they are saying and the speaker seams to be in a weird place. The front desk was efficient and the person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The place differently has potential if it was taken care of.

So my first time at this park, it was almost overwhelming when you walk in, but once you get going it's a lot of fun. Plenty of activities, Wall climb, ball and block pits, basket ball hoops, ball tag, video games, I have a2 year old, she slept like instantly out and stayed sleeping while getting her home. Great idea, thank you, look forward to next visit.
The Addison Gallery of American Art is a small yet impressive museum located in Andover that showcases a diverse collection of American artworks spanning from the 18th century to present day. The museum also boasts a permanent exhibit of model ships and offers activity packs for young children.

We saw the "Robert Frank and Todd Webb: Across America, 1955" and "A Long Arc, Photography and the American South since 1845" exhibits. The latter was the better of the two. It is organized historically, so you see a very interesting chronological retrospective on the complicated and not necessarily pretty history of the South. The photographs are almost universally spectacular. Spoiler alert, the exhibit emphasizes the negative, of which of course there is a lot. It would have been nice to see more emphasis on the majority of the lives of ordinary people in the South; i.e., when they were not oppressing or being oppressed.... But, all in all, well worth the time. The Frank and Webb exhibit is a lot more frustrating. First, while the photographs are very interesting (you certainly have seen quite a few Frank's, a couple of examples below), a number of them did not seem to have been digitized and printed in a particularly professional manner. More frustratingly, the commentary is resolutely, gratuitously, and in many cases condescendingly focused through the prism of today's identitarian sensibilities on everything that supposedly is awful about America. I suppose that is what one must expect these days from curators at museums that want to be taken seriously by their similarly minded peers. But it gets really tedious, and in many cases is neither justified by the picture nor, it appears, whatever it is Frank or Webb said was going on when they took the pictures. Instead, it reflects what the curators think should be said today about the picture. As only one example, I have attached one picture and its commentary.

I had visited the
Addison Gallery one time before my recent visit.
It is a wonderful small Museum on a beautiful campus.
A friend and I were at the Museum to see the current exhibit of Rosamond Purcell.
It's an amazing exhibit.
I would watch the video before viewing the exhibit to really get a sense of Rosamond's work and career.
I personally found it difficult to enjoy my time there due to the acoustics in the museum.
It is like a echo chamber.
Along with visitors talking very loudly there was a group of young children having a class.
The children themselves were just being children but the three adults with them were making no effort to modulate their voices and were practically shouting at them.
I mentioned this to the rather unfriendly young woman at the entrance desk.
Her colleague in the gift shop across the way heard me and came out to speak with me.
She suggested as there is an issue with the acoustics and it is a teaching Museum I call ahead to see if there were going to be any groups visiting.
I would suggest doing so if you want to really engage with all of the wonderful art at the Museum.
If you would like to have a wonderful meal there's a great Thai restaurant in Andover.
Gati Thai Bistro,at 12 Post Office Ave.
A small street in downtown Andover.
We had not checked the hours.
We arrived as the lunch hour was almost finishing at 3:00.
They were about to close but they let us in.
It's a small intimate space with a lovely atmosphere and
very gracious owners.
The food was delicious.
It was a great way to end the afternoon.

The Addison Gallery of American Art is located on the campus of Phillips Andover, admission is free and the public is invited, check the website for current info and parking directions. The wide ranging exhibits change on a staggered monthly cycle with many covering current topics, here a few photos of well-known items on display by Homer, Hopper, Moll -- (1715, rare North American Map), and Saint-Gaudens.
Most of the items on display can be photographed, a rare opportunity when compared to several area museums, just ask the staff if there are any restrictions on display Items and remember no flash, (it can degrade many pigments).

I love this gallery. It is both spacious enough, as well as intimate in showcasing new exhibitions. I also love to see works from the permanent collection . I learn something new each visit. The gallery staff are very welcoming, and they also explain about the current exhibitions. Thank you for all of the benches and chairs. I'm disabled, and it's very helpful.

Great place to visit. Enterence is free. Modern and classic psintings. Library with modern and ancient books. Models of ships. It has a nice park around.
Went here for a birthday party and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and pretty much did everything. All the kids were under 11 and loved the 2 rooms with all the activities. The staff were awesome. Charlie did a great job with the kids. Definitely check this place out if you want to have fun.

Nice place for kids up to 12-13 years. We were put with 2 more families to get to 12 folks they need. Espionage was fun but a little short. The guide was nice and mentioned that there are 5 different endings so we may have gone longer if we solved few more things. You can buy both for $5 extra and use the second one within an year. They have a waiting area upstairs with lockers, coat racks and bathrooms.

Fun (and kinda cheesy) escape room adventure. You make your way from room to room and solve the puzzles to advance. The props are good and our guide was fun.

Went with my 9 year old daughter recently and did both adventures which were a lot of fun. Abby, I think, did the first one which was the spy adventure and the pace was good, with a lot of puzzles to solve and things to find. There are a number of outcomes for this one for replay value. The second was the 20,000 Leagues adventure, hosted by Nicole, who also was great. Enough tips to get people going and kept the pace nicely with the puzzles to solve.
Neither adventures were scary for the younger kids but there were a few moments of darkness.
Anyway, doing the two adventures is a great deal, but you don't have to do them both on the same day if you buy the two, as you can do the second one within a year of purchase, which we didn't realise at the time.

Great birthday party for my 9 year old! Kids loved the "Spy Mission" - especially navigating the laser security system. It was a bit challenging for them but our group leader Mallory helped them through the adventure. Mallory was a great party host and made my daughter's birthday a special one!

I brought seven 8 year old girls for a birthday adventure. Our host, Kit, was absolutely amazing. They helped the girls figure out what was needed and even noticed when some were feeling overwhelmed and showed them other interesting details about the room we were in. Kit tolerated a very excited, very loud, group incredibly well and they helped to make it a memorable celebration.

This was actually my first experience at an escape room establishment. They have two different options available right now. We did the espionage scenario, and were put into a group that was doing a birthday celebration. The kids were all in the 7-10 range, so it didn't go as smoothly as possible.
I had a good time and will be going back for the 18+ nights which are Thursday, Friday and Saturday after 5pm. When you buy your ticket, you can get a voucher for the other scenario, good for up to a year, for only 5 dollars. A good deal if you will be back.
They gave seating and lockers upstairs, which is very convenient. There's also a small gift shop.
This place is kid friendly and the staff were all very nice. Great for birthday parties as well.
As a first experience with escape rooms, I had a good time and will be coming back.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Staff were amazing and the puzzles were a blast. Each stage was different so even if one room stumps you hard chances are another one will be your shining moment. The immersion is something special with easy jokes and quips to keep people laughing and enjoying themselves. Cannot stress enough how perfect this place is for small groups (4) to really enjoy themselves with fun brain teasers and a fun storyline. 10/10 will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for more.
Technology-rich museum dedicated to the history & memorabilia of the New England Patriots.
My husband was born and raised in Boston but this was our first time visiting his home since we’ve been together. I surprised him with tickets to The Patriots Hall of Fame and it was the most amazing experience for us.
There was a greeter upon entering who was so helpful. He encouraged us to watch the historical film that was about to start in a few minutes and gave us some background on the exhibits in the meantime (you really do have to watch the film- it’s powerful). It was fun and exciting for us to talk to him as he was thoroughly educated on the exhibits but also showed genuine interest in sharing his knowledge with us. You can tell he is a true Patriots fan! We loved it.
Throughout the Hall, there are interactive exhibits and an extensive collection that walks you through the entire history of the Patriots to the now. You will leave with so much more than you expected- it’s truly inspirational and motivational. It was the highlight of our trip. I wouldn’t skip taking the time to visit this place.
I took tons of pictures but I’m only adding a few to this post because you really need to experience it for yourself. :)

They did a wonderful job with the New England Patriots hall of fame. The history of the early years is fantastic. We met Frank, and he is very knowledgeable on the Patriots history. We also went up in the lighthouse. It was overcast ☁️ 😪 so the view was not very clear.

You got to see the MVP trophies & most Impressive was the Lombardis and the championship rings. A must do for any pats fan. Home of the NFL’s New England Patriots, this jumbo stadium with coastal accents also hosts concerts.
Great Place, Staff was very Helpful especially for a person on crutches the view from the top level is Great as you can see from the pics. The venue is going under some renovations, likely to improve. Well connected with public transportation when there's an event! There lots of clean restrooms, and the services are very good. The acoustics for a concert are good, but not great. Looking forward to go back

People were so friendly even though I was wearing my Bills hat and my truck had a Bills fan license plate. It was a great experience for me.

Got to experience a snow game at Gillette, truly an incredible experience. Have been to three games now and really enjoy the stadium, but crazy as it sounds seeing it in the snow made it so much better.
Gillette is a unique NFL stadium as it’s located pretty far from a true urban area. You can really see this sitting in the nosebleeds, just forest in all directions. This means it can be challenging getting out of the area after the game if you drive. There is a train for $10 that goes here specifically for games and concerts from both Providence and Boston, this is personally my favorite way to get to and from Gillette.
Another cool aspect is the lighthouse, you can apparently pay to go up and see the field from that vantage. Additionally, Patriot Place Mall provides a lot of dining and shopping options for before and after the game. Definitely grateful to have had some memorable experiences at this iconic stadium!

Wicked nice stadium. Beautiful restaurants and "town" outside of the actual stadium with a large variety of shops.
The price for food and beer was absurdly expensive at Gillette. Clean facilities.
Went for Monster Jam, loved every second of it. This stadium is MASSIVE and has ample parking (price varies depending on the event being hosted)

One of the best experience watching Ed Sheeran perform with John Mayer. The stadium was full with 70 thousand people and were crazy the whole show. Have been to a few Patriots games the last few years. Some recent parking changes have made getting into Patriots games somewhat easier. General parking (across Rte 1) is now free! This makes getting into the stadium much quicker. They also now have delayed exit lots where they PAY YOU to park there (but you're not allowed to leave until 90 minutes AFTER the game ends). I would actually do this next time - a $75 Visa gift card is worth it to me.
The stadium itself is very good. No obstructed seats, and the suites are pretty roomy. Food in the suites is somewhat average but hey, you're in a suite being served food and drinks with a private bathroom, so who's to complain about average food. Entry through the stadium gates is simple - just scan your e-ticket and you're through. There is always ample stadium personnel available to help you and they are always VERY friendly. The lighthouse just opened and for $5, you can go up and get a great view of the field and surrounding areas.
Patriot Place is filled with various restaurants and shops (plenty to do especially if you're waiting to leave from those delayed exit parking lots).

Real nice stadium great views all around. No issues getting down near field for pregame warm-ups. Traffic to and from stadium not the best because you're on route 1 with limited access to get to the highway. Felt safe. All around good experience.

Excelente place to come with your family. Depend of the game, tickets are a little expensive, but the experience specialty with kids. I highly recommended. Great and very easy access to parking lot. I recommended at least you come to a New England Patriots game and a New England revolution soccer game. There is a lot of cleaned bathroom, a lot of places to buy food, all in good quality. Highly recommended a+++++++

Gillette is a great place to see Taylor Swift because Taylor Swift is epic and her production is fantastic. To that extent, my experiences there have been great. But the parking and road management leaving is absolutely stupid, and really badly designed. I'm pretty sure it is a safety hazard to funnel thousands of people exiting the main entrance up a stairwell (to the shopping area) to cross a road packed in like sardines. Thankfully no one fell, but the stairs in a crowd like that is just not safe and I'm pretty sure that has got to be some kind of code violation. It took 45 minutes just to walk across the street. Leaving the parking and getting onto the road was okay once we reached the car, but again they shut down any turns on the road for at least five miles if not more and it's bumper to bumper the whole time because no one can exit that road. It's the stupidest set-up imaginable. But, for the rare occasions Taylor performs there, I'll deal with it. There is literally no one else on earth I would endure the Gillette exit hellscape for. Obviously they should put in pedestrian bridges or tunnels to cross over/under the road to the satellite parking across the street. It's truly the stupidest stadium design I have ever seen.

Nice venue for a concert, though the sound was actually kind of s*%t--not sure if this was because of where our seats were. We were in section 129 and sound was very fuzzy. Bummer. Very easy to get into and out of. I expected it to be worse getting out. We did notice that people who paid $50 and $60 for parking in the private lots (gas stations, etc. along Rte. 1) had a longer walk to the stadium and back to their cars and still had to deal with traffic on the way out, possibly even more than those of us coming out of general parking. Save your money and use general parking.
Jennifer — Google review
Game was good seats are good, however if you have knee or hip problems and you want an elevator good luck, elevators are locked and you have to walk a 1/4 of the stadium to get to an elevator in the club section.

Went to a concert at this stadium. Although it was raining on the day we went the stadium was very nice. Lots of places to buy drinks, treats, and concert memorabilia. Easy to get in and out with lots of staff and state troopers to guide us along. You have to walk to and from the parking areas but it wasn't too far to go. At the end of the concert, the state troopers closed off part of the double highway. There were 5 lanes all going one way, so leaving was not as difficult as I thought it would be. I'd definitely like to go back someday.

The last two times I came to the Patriots game I had really great seats! but too bad they lost both times! but other than that it's always so fun to tailgate before the game, if you don't tailgate then you can walk around the outside shops. There's so many different things for you to do with your children if you have children & or go on a date night.

Very nice outdoor stadium. With the Patriots history here, it's nearly a historic monument. The stadium was opened in 2002, and it's home to the tallest lighthouse in America.

Able to go to Gillette for the first time. Stadium is beautiful and all the staff was incredible. Well run machine. Only negative for us was the no cash/ visa only. It's understandable with sponsorship ties. Seating, food, and everything was great. People who sat around us were super. Not one bad thing for the day.

Billy Joel & Stevie Nicks we’re amazing!! The whole show was awesome and they played all of the hits. Though, there was a huge problem with Gillette that should be spread to everyone if they buy tickets up in the 300’s. The view of the stage is nearly blurry and the screens don’t even help. Whole show it rained and everybody’s view was getting blocked as people kept walking up and down the aisle stairs. The pictures may look not that far away but it really was. Another complaint is that we tried to find our parking spot and an hour later we found it. Multiple security workers told us to go all different ways and one of them told us to go walk on the side of the road. The last complaint is that they didn’t even use the brand new big screens they just added in. Everyone was complaining. Felt like a wet dog after the show too. Bought food inside the venue and it was surprisingly cheap. $15 for a burger and French fry meal. Definitely a good venue to attend as long as it’s not raining and you gotta have good seats. Will be returning for Metallica next year, I hope I will be pleased….

We love going to Gillette stadium for Revs games. I am not a stadium expert by any measure, but the concrete looks really great, the seats all seem to fold nicely, and most importantly there is a really nice area in the middle for sporting and dancing. I think Taylor Swift loved it there briefly last summer, so if you are into dancing and singing then you may love it there too.

La Salette Shrine is a beautiful church and retreat center for all. Father Giglio and other staff members are great, attentive, and wonderful to meet and learn from. I have been here several times, alone, with the family, and with friends; for Mass as well as to just stroll the grounds, for cultural events, and of course for workshops. It is a quality retreat center, a very beautiful church for worshipping, and a great place ti simply visit. I first heard of La Salette during Christmas season when I was told to visit their Nativities and Christmas lights, it was described as the main reason to visit. Though I agree that Christmas is a great time to visit La Salette, it has so much more to offer the rest of the year as well, from religious events to a well-stocked religiois Gift Shop. There are beautiful paths all around the grounds for a contemplative walk, including a Via Crucis, a Rosary Walk and hidden gems that you should discover on your own when visiting. It has enough to see and do to fill a long stay, alone or in a group. And there is a Retreat Center that offers fantastic workshops and retreats. La Salette is for any visitor, but Christians will especially find it a perfect site for inspiration, renewal, and spiritual communion

Visited this place to see the Christmas celebration of lights. This was so beautiful. This was the first time I visited this place and am glad to have done so. This has to be one of the best Christmas lights in MA in 2020.
We arrived at 5 pm but the main parking lot was already full and cars were moving in slow queues. However, beside the shrine, they have arranged for additional parking which saved the day as lots of people turn up during this time.
Masks are mandatory. Food stalls are also present. Loved the fried dough. This is a perfect place to spend an evening with family during the holidays. Kid rides like carousel and toy trains were popular.

Fenway Park is home to the Boston Red Sox and occasionally features big-name concerts. It's an historic, small-capacity ballpark with a kid-friendly Wallys Clubhouse that can be visited during between innings of a Red Sox game.
Walked up and booked the guided tour ($21) that started ten minutes later. Despite a slow start (it’s amazing how many adults need the bathroom), it was an enjoyable tour and a good chance to get inside the ballpark in the off season. It’s definitely made me want to see a game here, despite not being a fan.

My first visit here to this Beautiful Old Park. I was not disappointed, George an usher and our tour guide earlier shared some the the historical information of this stadium. Like the seats under the cover are the original seats from 1934. As I stood there and touch these seats I could feel the excitement from the fans that had sat in these very seats. Really enjoyed being at park, Boston Fans are fantastic and true to baseball.

We stopped by on Thanksgiving just to see the park whilst on our short stay. Even though we knew there was no games on, or bars open it was still a great trip to be able to walk around and see all of the great moments outside of the park as well as being able to take some great pictures. With all the different bars around, and food places I can imagine it's a great atmosphere when there is a game on. Would love to return and watch a Red Sox game.

So much history and one of the few stadiums left with all its history there. It was one of my best choices I made going to it. It's about an hour 35 to 40 bucks. Also a picture is taken between 40 and 50 for the set. No home clubhouse or anything on the field during the tour. But at least your allowed to go to the top of the Green Monster.

Great ballpark to visit with many services. Private tours are very conducive to children infusing interaction with historical education. Show up early because they are prompt, leaving the time they say. Rich in History and relatively rather clean for a ball park. Their service coordinators to set up the tours are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Be prepared to walk a mile or so from the parking garage or take a cycle taxi for a speedier arrival.

Who doesn’t like Fenway Park. It’s one of the best venues for a concert, smaller than Gillette and much more intimate. What a trip! I could never get enough of this wonderful, grand, beautiful treasure of a ballpark! Everything about this night was absolutely perfect! Boston knows how to celebrate baseball and this ballpark does it all just right. Parking was super convenient. Close enough by for just a 10 minute walk after the game, the game views in the stands were absolutely amazing, the crowd was fun-loving and passionate, the sunset that night was absolutely spellbinding, and the atmosphere was electric! What a homage to baseball and to just celebrating how life can be so beautiful and fun. ✌️👍🙂❤️🙂

Family friendly Fenway! Easy to access by the Kenmore T stop on the green line. Would not recommend parking near the stadium on game day. Fenway franks are a must try. Plenty to see if you’re in need of a stretch during the game. Bathrooms are clean and well kept (wish they would switch to auto faucets instead of push faucets, though). Great place for a family outing!

Picked this tour with our Go City pass. We love seeing different ball parks and the history here is something you could spend multiple days taking about. Our tour guide was thorough and did a great job for a large and diverse crowd. My only suggestion is they cap tour groups to 25 people as any more ends up costing time.
Would love if they took you to the dugout and other inside areas like many other ballparks. It would be so awesome to see the whole facility!

First time sitting in the green monster seats was an experience. The view is spectacular. I was afforded a cool breeze on a not so cool day sitting in those seats. Easy access to food and restrooms was a plus. I would suggest anyone to try these seats as it's a fabulous view not only of the game but of the city itself.

Took a tour of the ballpark to get a little history, movie trivia, and a look around. The tour covers a lot! You get to see a lot as well. The only thing is nowhere does it say where to meet up. So if you're on the tour, look for Gate D to go across the street inside the gift shop. Tour starts their. Look for the men in red jackets. Hope this helps.

The atmosphere and vibe here is lively and so much fun! I can see why it’s an iconic place to come to when visiting Boston. I’ve been here twice now and can definitely say it was worth paying the tickets for.
Food: They had stadium food such as hot dogs, fries, cotton candy, etc available. They also have a short selection of beer available to purchase.
Atmosphere: I’ve been lucky to sit in good seating both times I’ve been here and it was an awesome experience. The fans are fun to be around and it can get rowdy in here as well. It’s a very nostalgic place and I can see why people enjoy coming here. One thing to note is that the stadium and field itself are rather quite small. I was surprised to how small it feels in the stadium.
Price: The food and beer is pricey but it is normal for stadium food.
Parking: Parking is limited and I would suggest taking the T to get here.

This was a truly amazing experience. My friends and I got tickets for standing area up top. It was the best choice for us because there where a lot of us and we wanted to be able to talk and mingle. There's a bar up there that never really got super busy so it was easy to grab drinks. If you're coming to watch the game with a bunch of friends, this is definitely the best option.

Born in New York, I’m not a Red Sox fan. As a baseball fan, I think this stadium is great. Lots of history made here. We took the stadium tour before the game; in depth and very informative. Most seats have a good view. Typical baseball food and concessions.

Really cool place, even though I'm a Yankees fan I had a great time touring the park. and I got to see the history of the park. Really loved the museum, where they have a lot of signed memorabilia. Overall a great place to visit, not just for a baseball fan

Fenway Park Tour - it was really fun to tour the park and learn the history. I was a little disappointed we did not get to go in the locker room or inside the green monster. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind of funny!
Tips: go in the spring or summer. We went in February and it was a little too cold and the field was covered by a tarp and there was no grass. The tour meets in the pro shop across the street. We were the first ones there so we walked around the store a while. By the time the tour started there were so many people (about 50) that we had to split into 2 groups and we ended up at the end of the line so we were in the second group. So we had to stand outside for 10 or 15 minutes so the first group could get started. They will check your bags - backpacks are not allowed.

I was in Boston for the weekend so I caught the game. The atmosphere was incredible, very family friendly with lots of crowd engagement. The event is more than just a baseball game, it's an massive event and day out.
Accessing the stadium was fairly easy and it's easy to move around when you're inside.
An historic venue, definitely worth visiting if in town.

Just did the Fenway tour last week & it was wonderful! The tour guides were knowledgeable & took the time to make the experience enjoyable for everyone in the group! We got to see baseball history & experience the beauty of Fenway! Reasonably priced & well worth the trip! This is a must see! Can’t wait to travel up & see a game from the Green Monster!

Pretty good. I'm not a fan of baseball, but the wife is. Got a history tour of the stadium and that was slightly interesting. Having access to non-normal ares was pretty cool. I just wish we could've gone to an actual game after so I could have tried some of the food

The Fenway Park tour was better than we could have expected. We had a wonderful tour guide that explained everything well and despite us having a large group it was easy to hear her. The tour takes you through the history of the ballpark and gives you a lot of opportunities for photos. After going through different sitting areas including the oldest wooden seats in a MLB ballpark you get to go through the press box. They end the tour with a trip through a museum with lots of game used memorabilia. Outside of the ballpark there are statues and World Series signs to see. Finish the tour with the Fenway Park store filled with souvenirs.

Outstanding ball park. I've been to many new and some of the old parks that are torn down and Fenway is absolutely historic. It's like no other park. I can't wait to see Wrigley.

The park tour was a great experience, especially for being only $25 each! Despite it being quite cold and windy in February, the tour guide was friendly, welcoming, and just privded a great time overall. Unfortunately, the tour during the winter results in seeing a field under construction as they re-sod the field before every season, but that is to be expected. The tour gives you a nice overview of the history of the stadium and the Red Sox as a team while keeping a bit of humor to the story. If you're in town, this is a great use of time and money. The only weird thing we noticed is that they take a picture of your group for you, print it out, and then try to sell it to you, and if you choose not to take it, they just throw it out, which seems quite wasteful. Maybe we misunderstood, but both my wife and I were under the impression that the photos were available for purchase, not for free. Regardless, we had a great time and I highly recommend the tour!

Loved the tour.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and included the whole group from the start asking were people were from and what team they supported.
You start from underneath where they would sell food then you enter the stadium and you go all the way up the top and also into the press area. It was a great tour even if I am not a baseball fan but I really appreciated the history behind the place. It's a must if visiting g Biston. Account fir couple of hours minimum.
The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston is a world-renowned art museum with an extensive collection from ancient Egyptian to contemporary American. Kids will enjoy the clever touches, such as special family labels and games to help them explore the collection.
Huge art museum with an array of styles. Came here during the first weekend of the month, as they participate in Bank of America’s Museums on Us, so we got free entry as a result of being cardholders. There is public transportation line with the museum as a stop, but it also was a nice walk to get here from our hotel. Masks were recommended but not required. There is a cafe inside if you need food.
You can easily spend an entire day here looking through all the exhibits. We spent an afternoon until the museum closed at 5, and I wish we were able to spend more time. No flash photography. There were water bottle refilling stations by restrooms. Coat check is available. You’re in for a good time here.

I love this museum. Every time I go, it feels like a new experience. The only issue is that it can be a little hard to navigate. I definitely suggest bringing the map along. The cafe near the gift store makes excellent coffee too.

Exploring the Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) in Boston was a truly enriching experience that exceeded my expectations. The museum's extensive collection spans centuries and continents, offering a diverse array of artistic treasures. What drew me in, in particular, was the captivating world of the Asian exhibits.
Wandering through the halls dedicated to Asian art felt like embarking on a cultural journey. The carefully curated pieces showcased the beauty, history, and intricate craftsmanship of Asian cultures. From stunning traditional paintings to awe-inspiring sculptures, the collection truly captured the essence of the rich artistic traditions of Asia.
The MFA's commitment to providing a comprehensive narrative shone through in the way each exhibit was thoughtfully arranged. The detailed descriptions and historical context provided a deeper understanding of the pieces, turning each visit into a fascinating exploration.
The museum's ambiance enhanced the overall experience, with well-lit and spacious galleries that allowed for contemplation and appreciation. The staff's passion and knowledge were evident, contributing to a welcoming and educational atmosphere.
Visiting the MFA is not just a trip to a museum; it's a cultural immersion that transports you across time and space. Whether you're an art enthusiast or someone seeking to broaden your cultural horizons, the MFA in Boston, especially its Asian exhibits, is a must-visit destination that promises a truly memorable and enriching experience.

The MFA was surprisingly amazing! I knew it was a good art museum, yet I had no idea we had such an incredible bounty of art history and culture in Boston! The cafe and amenities were great and high-quality, and the displays were simply awe-inspiring. The Egyptian section is very thoughtful, and the European paintings almost made me cry with the effort and skill. The gift shop is also quite nice!! Haha!

They sell tickets at the front door but allocate time to lineup. If you are visiting on weekends, do it before noon. After noon line gets larger and larger.
You’ll need a full day if you’d like to see everything. However, it can be exhausting. There are some areas where you can sit if you need to rest.
Great experience, lots of exhibitions from Egypt, Americas, Asian… spectacular!
You also need to lineup to enter the cafeteria. Food is bit overpriced, but ambiance and service worth the extra bucks.
Parking in the back is plenty, so, no worries there.
Parking Max rate is $30.

The MFA is a must go. I’m assuming if you are looking at reviews you probably know this and you are really looking for information about parking and logistics. I got you.
PARKING: there are MFA garages and parking lots that are on Museum Rd. Additionally there is street parking but it’s limited and you must pay unless it’s Sunday. All museum parking accommodations are expensive but offer quick accessibility to the museum. You can also park on Forsyth Way. I recommend going early in the morning if you want an easy street parking spot. Again, Sunday is free. Lastly the museum website has information about parking. All in all it’s not bad so don’t let that deter your visit.
2. TICKETS: I would recommend getting advanced tickets if you are seeing a special exhibit, additionally an advanced ticket is just an easier experience overall. Again, if you are seeing something special that costs more then plan in advance to get a ticket with a specific time.
3. IF YOU HAVE KIDS: the museum is kid friendly and I was surprised that they did not ask us to check backpacks or our stroller. There were many families with their young kids and the strollers did not seem to be a problem. Made our lives easier so I am assuming that the museum is pretty accessible for wheelchairs too.
4. Check out my photos to get a sense of the space. Loved our trip here and I will be back! Highly recommend.

Went with my college-aged artist daughter and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent. It's great Tha MFA has a program for students get in free by presenting their student ID and email. We spent most of our short time with the Impressionists but they also had an impressive musical instrument exhibit. You could spend days here though our short visit was also worth the effort.

Amazing collection of modern art and history. You definitely need multiple visit to go around and appreciate all of it.
Art from ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome, Africa and the Americas… art from the Flemish and Dutch, Islamic art, contemporary art, and more. So much to see and be in awe of.

The Museum Of Fine Arts (MFA) was worth every cent! What a special surprise birthday gift from my fiance. The John Singer Sargent Exhibit was amazing! His paintings were/are so detailed, so clear as if the portraits of the people posing for his expertise painting session would have reached out or moved. Honestly his paintings are magnificent, just absolutely stunning! Each painting displayed was so large and placed in beautifully carved wooden frames with a plaque of a description. To think just how old each painting was truly set my mind into nostalgic mode. Honestly a will set you back and think before technology. I am still in awe!!! Also, the Cafe was delicious, plus musical entertainment with dancers and amazing Lime Green glass art by Dale Chihuly is next to the courtyard. I seriously didn't want to leave MFA, but we were there for 4 hours and had to move along to other plans. ⭐I highly recommend!

An amazing experience. The Egyptian hall has the most Egyptian artifacts outside of Cairo. The Greek and Roman halls were also extensive. The coins hall was also excellent. Definitely recommend coming early to have time to examine the museum with time.

If it had not one work of art within its walls, this museum is a beautiful work of art in and of itself. The experience was similar to that of being at the Smithsonian without the crowds and the field trips. I could spend a week here. There is a great restaurant in house and 2 gift shops. Would recommend the app for a self guided tour and if you're visiting Boston, buy a city pass that includes the admission to this and other worthy attractions. There is a separate cost for special/traveling exhibitions.

Large collection of fine art, very well curated, displayed, and maintained. You can buy tickets at the door, but you can also buy it online if you want to skip the queues. Expect the whole or half day if you want to savor the whole section.

There was so much too look at, they have a great collection of all kinds of different art from all over the world dating back thousands of years as well as more modern collections too. I wish I had more time to explore. I really enjoyed the ancient Egypt collections. Will definitely be back.

This is an absolutely fantastic museum to visit! It really is huge (even a day's not really enough) and is filled with little rooms, corridors, and nooks of artwork. Broadly split into American, European, and Ancient Art (and most other things too- I'd recommend the musical instrument room!), there are maps everywhere as well showing roughly where you are as well as an app too to give you a bit more depth on the artwork. I think everyone has their favourite section- I really like the recreated rooms from lost mansions in the New England area- and they have good examples from major artists such as Monet, Degas, and Copley.
They do great exhibitions- the current one is on Sargent and costume and was fantastic! So interesting to see the clothing worn in such famous portraits! There are also a lot of his paintings from private collections too that you may not have seen so worth going to if you're a fan!
Not surprisingly, it does get busy but I think it absorbs the numbers well and you can always find a quiet spot away from the crowds. The downstairs Garden Cafeteria is a good spot to get lunch and there's also the atrium restaurant too (this one does get busy, usually a queue!). There's multiple shops dotted around too with an exhibit one, a small one by the entrance and then a larger Main Shop. If you're into books- the main shop is great for them and they're very diverse, not just art!

This museum offers free admission for students with a valid student ID card, making it an excellent destination, especially for art enthusiasts. I was thrilled to discover a vast collection of Buddhist statues and artwork during my visit. As someone who appreciates art, this museum was truly a treasure trove worth exploring, especially considering the complimentary entry. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in experiencing a diverse range of artwork.

Whew! Oh yeah! You cannot see everything in one day. And that is how massive, impressive, and extensive this place is, which is an awesome testimony on how huge this place is. This is not an art gallery, it's a curated work of love and delightful experience that helped me understand and appreciate the world and people around me. By no means would I categorize myself as an arts person, I am far from that. I thought I'd would have been bored by going to the Boston MFA. My expectations where flipped upsidedown in the opposite direction. This was an amazing experience for me and my daughter. We could not see it all in one visit because we ran out of time after being there for hours, but we have been returning there because we're hooked. It's an outstanding place to go, to have fun while learning about many intriguing people, fascinating cultures, works of art, forgotten artifacts, along with historical and religious events and their stories. If you are in or near Boston, you must come and visit Boston's Museum of Fine Arts. Truly, a five star experience.

As I approached the museum, the grand neoclassical façade promised a world of treasures inside, and it did not disappoint. The museum is well-organized, with clear signage directing visitors to various exhibits—making the exploration both effortless and engaging.
Inside the museum, I was struck by the thoughtful presentation of art from across eras and continents. Notable was a bronze statue, possibly from the 15th-century, its verdigris patina lending an air of timelessness. The sculpture seemed to gaze at passersby, offering a silent narrative of history’s depth.
Equally impressive was a dramatic painting depicting what appeared to be a historic scene of chaos and grandeur, its dark, swirling sky looming over classical architecture. The painter’s mastery of light and shadow brought the scene to life, engulfing me in the depicted moment of turmoil and majesty.

The MFA is a great museum that has a varied selection of pieces and works. If you like Egyptian art, they have mummies. You like Roman statues, your in luck, they have some too. You like the impressionists? They have masterpieces from Degas, Monet, Van Gogh and Picasso? Absolutely a must! It's a nice size that can be visited in a day. Staff was helpful too. We visit every time we go to Boston.

Decent variety of artwork spanning across the ages. The general map they hand out is too high level so it’s hard to find specific artists and where they are located. Ex, John Singer Sargent. And the online search wasn’t efficient enough for this either. Cafe next to the store is available to sit and rest tired legs. Coat and bag check available. You can spend multiple hours here and not be able to see it all.

We did 5.25 miles in 2 hours and 15 minutes. A great trail, well maintained and wide but could be marked better. Lots of dog walkers. We saw two deer about 30' from us. We also saw a red squirrel, a chipmunk and a snake swimming in the pond. It was a nice breezy day with no bugs. Make sure to see the tree lined road, gardens, fountain and pet cemetery. Watch out for horse poop and dog poop bags. A nice view of the Merrimack River on top of the hill. The only downside is $5 to park for MA residents and $20 for out of state residents, however there are bathrooms in the parking area.

Absolutely beautiful park that I have been going to as a kid. It's about 400 acres in size so you could explore all day and still not see everything there is to see. Two fun facts: there was once a wooden castle on the property during the 19th century and there are Native American ceremonial mounds located on the property in the pine forest section near Pine Hill Road.

This is my happy place on a fall morning. Anyone who enjoys hiking, or even an easy stroll will love this place. Maudslay has trails, gardens, fields and other stuff to offer. Not playgrounds or picnics. I don’t need to go into its history, but it is indeed interesting. Walk beside the Merrimack River amongst some beautiful trees and listen to the birds and such. There are some pretty wonderful views. Bring bug spray because it’s the worst to be eaten alive by mosquitoes when you’re trying to have a pleasant walk. You can see a lot if you plan to walk a few miles. Parking is $5.

The public garden is a park located in the city of Boston that features a lagoon, fountains, and other sights. It is popular with children who have read Robert McCloskey's much-loved book, Make Way for Ducklings, as the Public Garden where it took place and the statues honoring Mrs. Mallard and her brood are located.

I was fortunate I got to see the colorful foliage. There are statues of historic US figures, a large pond called the lagoon, and a historic bridge that stretches over the lagoon with a scenic views of the water and the island in its center. The landscaped, 24-acre Boston Public Garden, established in 1837, was the first public botanical garden in the U.S. The Public Garden contains lovely manicured paths, the famous “Make Way for Ducklings” statues, a 4-acre pond with swans and a variety of other birds, and several memorable statues throughout. You can enjoy a leisurely ride aboard the Swan Boats, pedal-powered gondolas which have been in operation during the summer months since 1877.

Really has been cleaned up the past couple years. There used to be a bunch of druggies hanging out inside acting a fool, but now it’s returned to that old beauty. It’s always nice to see other people also having a great time whether it’s sitting out for a picnic, playing frisbee, taking pictures or just sitting and people watching. Boston Common is a historic public park located in the heart of downtown Boston. Originally used as a livestock feeder, the Common has been host to numerous historical events including the American Revolution and the Civil War. Today, it is a popular destination for concerts and protests.
So much to discover here. Easily accessible, and you can even buy parking online so you can use a QR code to scan on and out of the underground garage.
The park is rich with monuments, open space, lakes, bridges, vendors, and more. You are tucked in the heart of the city and food and coffee is a quick walk away.
Great place to run, relax, or bring the family. Stop by!

Really beautiful park. Me and my friends had a nice walk through the park. Really clean, pretty flowers, nice walkways and beautiful lake. There’s some fun things to do as will like boat riding on the lake, pictures by the status and mini carrousels ($4 per ride).

Beautiful big park with a nice long path to walk and even can go to the start of the freedom trail. The park has a ton of green space and so walking here is so enjoyable and relaxing

Boston Common should not be confused with Boston Public Gardens, which is right next to it. Boston Common is more likely to have homeless hanging around that the gardens and it also has no flower displays. It is more like a city green space than the public gardens beside it.
That being said, you can easily walk around the Commons in 30 minutes, and the Commons/Public garden in an hour. It is centrally located which can make the green space a nice break from the surrounding city. Beneath Boston Common is a parking garage. The red line T also drops you off below the park.
The visitors center is nice and clean with a public restroom and souvenirs you can buy. There is also a playground for kids.
There is also to do surrounding the park so it is a good jumping off point if you want to explore the Freedom trail, walk along Boylston street etc.
The commons also has events, plays are put on here, protests are held, movie nights etc. As mentioned it is utilized best as a gathering/even space with the Gardens next door being the nice, quiet, pretty attraction.

The park is very nice and from what I could see it was great for kids. Coming out of it you'll see the state house however the establishment was closed on the day I went which was kind of a bummer because it looked really interesting. Unfortunately, the face of the building was obscured by scaffolding but we could at least see the golden dome. The mural of the African American troops and the revolutionary war facing the building was very striking and quite moving. The artist was able to capture the poignant expressions on the faces of the soldiers which were a mix of resolve, resignation, courage, and strength.

A perfect place for morning jobs and evening strolls! I went there towards the end of fall and the trees were beautiful, all of the differently coloured. The pond is a perfect place to sit around and watch the ducks, you can even feed the ducks if you are into it. Suitable to take your toddler for a stroll, hang out with a bunch of friends, have summer picnics or even peaceful dates. Totally recommended.

Funny story about the first time going to the Boston Common. We walked through on 4/20 at 4:10 pm amazed at how vast the park was. We didn't realize after seeing a group of people and smelling something skunky; there was a countdown to 4:20 pm, then loud cheering, and a cloud of smoke. Apparently there was a 4/20 marijuana celebration. We walked out of there pretty fast since we had our children with us. A funny and memorable story to share going forward LOL.
This land is 50 acres and established as a public park in the 1830s. At one point, they held public executions there. Central Burying ground is also located on the property. We also walked by a very busy playground. This is a great open space for the people of Boston; also a solemn reminder of those who used to walk these grounds.

This is a very nice park suitable for both sports and leisure. This park is also the starting point of the Freedom Trail. You can follow the red brick road, and along the way, there are many historical and cultural attractions, as well as quite a few unique shops. It's worth allocating plenty of time to experience this city. If you're traveling with family, children should enjoy this kind of exploration, which has a bit of a treasure hunt and adventure feel along the way.

Mini Central Park lookalike. It is beautiful with a pond in the middle of the park with a bridge over it. They do offer boat rides to explore the park on water, which is nice. There are plenty of statues that are filled with historical information. The park looks well maintained and parking is, of course, paid street parking. Great place for a walk to enjoy nature.

Boston Common is the cherished heart of the city, offering a serene escape from the urban bustle. With its lush greenery, tranquil ponds, and historic monuments, it's a beloved gathering spot for locals and tourists alike. Boston Commons is the greener side of the city, a very spacious and bustling park allowing pedestrians a little space from the city skylines! Many amenities such as sidewalks, playground and (sport) fields. Also, you can have a look at the many local wildlife. (This includes squirrels, pigeons, and seagulls.) Definitely recommend for anyone in Boston, it’s quite a hard spot to miss!
The Freedom Trail in Boston is a 2.5-mile path that showcases important landmarks and historic sites, including meetinghouses, churches, burial grounds and museums. It's a comprehensive tour of the city's past that can take up most of your day to complete. Due to the extensive walking required throughout the trail, it's recommended as a standalone activity for visitors who want to fully immerse themselves in Boston's history and heritage.
The North End is a section of Boston known as Little Italy with narrow streets and some of the city's oldest buildings. It is part of the Freedom Trail where tourists can visit sites like the Paul Revere House and Old North Church, both significant during the Revolutionary War. The area is filled with Italian restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, and delis along lively Hanover Street. The historic neighborhood is at the heart of Boston's Italian community where one will hear both Italian and Boston accents spoken.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace is a popular shopping mall in Boston with many stores and restaurants. It was built in 1742 by wealthy businessman Peter Faneuil, and has been a part of American history since its inception. The hall is famous for being the site of important speeches and gatherings during the early days of the American Revolution.
Amazing food vendors. Awesome stores. Great foods. Wasn't too crowded but it was still crowded on a Friday afternoon. The entire market was surprisingly clean. But the bathrooms were not, especially in the men's bathroom. It is a public area so no surprise. Each vendor has their own unique type of foods as well. The clam chowder is excellent from any of the vendors. Didn't have a bad experience with any of the clam chowder. The lobster rolls were great but expect to pay $30+ for lobster rolls. The seafood here is expensive. Expect to spend easily over $50 for food. Overall, a cool place to check out but don't forget to budget in the parking lot fee if you're on a budget.

I went in here as a quick stop since we were just there for a day through a cruise, but I highly enjoyed myself and was wonderfully surprised at how educational it was. I didn't realize Boston was such a big part of our American history in more ways than one. It's truly inspirational; the spirit of revolution lingers in the air. The marketplace has an old structure, but it's pretty modern. I liked that I didn't really see a lot of big franchises or big brand names. Highly recommend this as a stop while in town.

A great shopping center to buy gifts or have a typical Boston meal.
In the surroundings of the Quincy market we have many stores that sell shirts, coats and other types of gifts in the city.
Inside, in addition to handicraft and local gift shops, we have several options for food, from natural juices and the famous lobster sandwich to pizzas and ice cream.
Whenever we go to Boston, the Quincy market is an almost mandatory stop on our itinerary.
Be prepared to spend good hours between shops and restaurants.
Or even just observe the architecture or artistic presentations in the surrounding streets.

My favorite place to go in Boston. We went late after returning from a trip to Spectacle Island so most of the food options were closed. Ice cream of course still available! Still always fun to walk around a bit and enjoy the scene. Definitely was a very good singer / guitar player performing which was nice. Best to go earlier in the day to enjoy all the many food options inside Quincy Market.

What a great place to visit! It was busy and bustling with lots of booths offering different crafts and wares. Got some high quality Boston memorabilia here to bring back home with me. Better than all the cheap touristy stuff you could find elsewhere. Plus there's lots of history to look at after you shop!
Heather Rose Morris — Google review
Maybe it's because I was tired after a long day of travel or I didn't quite know what to expect. For some reason, I assumed to have all of this shopping within different layers of the hall. Instead, inside the actual historical site is a lot of souvenir shops and then there's two rows; one on either side of the hall with all the shops. I'm going to go back when I have more energy to people and I'm sure I'll have a better time.

Was not exactly what I was expecting. While the history being Faneuil Hall is interesting, most of the marketplace is across the courtyard in the Quincy Maket.
They have a display that encircles the middle of the hall describing what slavery was like in Boston during the Colonial period and stories of former slaves. I found that every educational.
There are a few shops that line the outsides of the hall.
Still worth the visit though.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace is a huge market in Boston. Unfortunately, The Great Hall was closed in Faneuil Hall so I didn't get to check it out. Since 1742, this marketplace was a meeting place for business. Quincy Market is also located there and the first food hall in the U.S.!
There are cobblestone throughout outside and so many people out and about. When we went on a Saturday, there were street performers singing and playing instruments. We were enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells. There's so much history! Across the street, there is the Boston Harbor. The Freedom Trail also goes through here. Overall, a spot you cannot miss when you're in Boston.

It's definitely a "festival marketplace."
During the urban renewal of Boston, led by mall developer James Rouse, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market is a tale of urban revitalization through globalized capitalism. It is certainly more for tourists than locals.
It is a beautiful set of buildings and has a lot of history, but most of the tenants of Quincy Market are the same chains you'll see in other nationalized festival marketplaces like Saint Augustine or Chattanooga. Still, go and view it, it's pretty and lively.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston proved to be a winter wonderland during my recent visit, despite the icy and snowy conditions that enveloped the city. The historic charm of the marketplace, coupled with the festive atmosphere, created a magical experience.
Navigating through the cobblestone streets and historic buildings adorned with twinkling lights, I discovered a bustling hub of activity. The market's diverse array of shops and eateries offered a warm respite from the chilly weather outside. From sipping hot cocoa to indulging in local treats, the marketplace became a delightful refuge from the winter elements.
The Quincy Market building, with its iconic architecture, provided shelter from the snowfall while offering an eclectic mix of shops and food stalls. Even in the midst of wintry conditions, street performers and lively crowds added an energetic vibe to the scene.
Faneuil Hall Marketplace's ability to transform into a festive haven, even in icy weather, showcases its timeless appeal. It's not just a shopping destination; it's an immersive experience that weaves together history, culture, and the resilience of Bostonians in the face of winter's embrace.
This aquarium is a huge attraction with an amazing glass tank that spirals. It has different habitats for marine life including the Caribbean reef, and there are also seals and sharks on display. There is also a Giant Ocean Tank where you can see coral and fish.
We went on a Wednesday and it was pretty busy but, decent room to move around. The concept of the enormous single tank with a wrap around spiral is pretty cool. As you walk up each level has additional tanks and exhibits around. Nice to see a giant octopus on exhibit, definitely my favorite. Some cool infographics around, geared more towards conservation rather than just stats. Nice to see the creatures with large areas of space to live. The penguins have a lot of space and the open air exhibit is unique at least in the aquariums I've visited. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area and enjoy sea life.
Jayson Auterino — Google review
Overall, this is a really nice aquarium. The primary wow factor is realizing it's virtually all contained in one large atrium with a spiral walkway up the center and an open-air penguin exhibit across the entire bottom of the room. I love penguins, so being able to see them up close and from slightly above with no glass between us was really fascinating. I also loved the seal and sea lion exhibits being outside (yet covered). It adds a more natural feel to the area, which I'm sure the animals enjoy.
I think my only complaint would be that it seems a little small for the ticket price, especially compared to other aquariums across the country. If you purchase a combo pass with other attractions, I'm sure it's a better value. However, all that being said, I was impressed with the number of displays they were able to fit into the space. They made good use of the building's height. I could have probably spent hours watching the center tank - especially the giant sea turtle!
Zoe O'Haillin-Berne — Google review
The aquarium is quite compact and spans over 4 floors upwards, centered by a huge round middle tank. Its very easy to navigate and the amount of fish and other creatures is amazing. I do recommend going in the week if possible as I went on a Sunday and it was incredibly busy.

A super fun aquarium although it was a bit crowded, we went during the winter holiday season though so that is to be expected. Lots of interesting animals and things to look at. We did run into some trouble because we bought entry tickets and we got there early and were told we could come back around 10 minutes prior to our entry time but when we came back we were told to wait until our exact entry time. I would recommend getting tickets a couple days in advance and picking a time you know you will be able to go in.

This place is fantastic, my niece and nephew loved it. They loved seeing the penguins and how they interact with each other. The sea lions were very cool to look at. The central tank is amazing with many different types of fish and large turtles, it is like a mini reef. I also liked seeing the bioluminescent jellyfish and fish. The fish and other animals were very easy to spot within the exhibit. The information next to the exhibit was good to read. I hope this place continues to flourish for many years to come.

A fantastic aquarium and easily walkable from our hotel. We came here in the afternoon after doing a Duck Tour in the morning. We have been several times and my husband and I agree that the penguin exhibit at the entrance is the most memorable aquarium entrance we both remember. It is worth walking the four floors up and then following the huge tank down the ramp in the middle of the museum. We also enjoyed the sea lion area outdoors.

Gorgeous aquarium with an amazing pillar tank housing a spiral ramp to ascend levels. Fun Penguins play at the base while the iconic whale skeleton looms over head. The outdoor sea lion show is fun for the kids along with a "touching tank" of stingrays ain't tiny sharks. Clean and easily accessible this aquarium will not disappoint. Buy your tickets by appointment online and it is smooth sailing upon arrival. Parking is relatively close with a small walk along the harbor to the aquarium. Great family fun and memorable experience.

Great aquarium experience! There is a massive center aquarium with a walkway that goes around it, and then several floors of smaller aquariums, and a penguin habitat at the bottom.

Took the kids on a day they had off school expecting it to be VERY crowded, but it wasn't. This was most likely due to COVID capacity restrictions, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. We were able to stroll through easily and there was almost no wait to look at all the things we wanted. More places to sit down on the upper floors would be helpful; little feet get tired quickly. The gift shop and food court were reasonable.
Crystal Kirkirt — Google review
Three stars as I went with great expectations. I expected the aquarium to be big, have shows and more exhibits. After been to sea world, I was expecting to see more interactive programs that educate about marine life, how it's in danger and more variety of the marine life. It's good but not great. Approx. 2-3 hours are sufficient to cover entire aquarium with a break for snacks at a very relaxed pace.
Nishith Jain — Google review
Amazing aquarium! The exhibits are beautiful and educational, and the aquatic life is so diverse. The staff truly makes this place inviting and there is plenty of space full of nooks and crannies with different wildlife and viewpoints.
Word of warning, buy your tickets in advance for a quick and easy entrance.
Second word of warning, if you are a guest and you can't live without a cigarette, then leave, don't find some hidden corner of the aquarium and light up thinking no one can see you or smell your stink - it's rude to everyone else attending, and it's rude to the employees.

I love aquariums and I think they do a great job at this one! The ticket agents monitor how many tickets get sold so that the place isn’t overly crowded. We went on Veterans Day so there were a lot of family’s and kids but it wasn’t over the top because of the monitoring. The shark and ray touch tank is temporarily closed so keep that in mind.

The first time I came to this place I was about 14 years old and I know this place had more animals to see. I remember we when downstairs and walk to the other side to get back upstairs wild we see all the animals. It is less now. This time I when with my kids and we first when to the so call movie. The ticket for the movie was about the same price of the tickets from the movie theaters but this so called movie was 20 mins. Yea it is 3D but the price is crazy and the price for the parking too. I had a good time because I was with my kids and they enjoyed. That’s all it matters.

The New England Aquarium is a great place for all ages. You can see lots of cool fish and even touch some in the tanks. The big tank with fish and turtles is awesome. They teach you about taking care of the ocean too. Tickets can be pricey, but it's worth it for all the cool stuff you see. The citypass include the aquarium, combined with other attractions may be a little cheaper option. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a fun day out. My wife and I love going to museums, zoos, and aquariums. It's very peaceful and captivating in the aquarium. Perfect mix of education and wonder. Loved that they had lockers to store our stuff while we explore. Highly recommend this place. Great way to spend 2 to 3 hours especially if you enjoy taking photos

I love this place! The penguins take up the ground floor. There are all kinds of sea creatures to see as you use the ramps that hug the walls. There is a round, cylindrical aquarium that is in the center of the building and a ramp that spirals around it.

Overall a great experience! The octopus was the highlight of our trip - he was super active while we were there. Gift shop had a nice selection of items and all of the staff were super friendly. Giving it 4 stars because honestly it’s kind of a small aquarium compared to others I’ve been to. Lots of walking to each floor for not a ton of exhibits (especially the top floor). Nearby parking a garage is super close at least and not too long of a walk.
This museum tells the story of the Boston Tea Party with live re-enactments and full-sized replica 18th century ships. It is located in the heart of the citys Seaport District, and provides a fully immersive tour led by passionate team of historical actors.
Absolutely worth the money! Loved the actors in costume and being given a character to play. Photos are ok to be taken everywhere except in the museum. The story is animated in various ways and media. So cool. The tea is delicious- I bought some and other treats at the gift shop. Really spent a very enjoyable two hours here.

As soon as the doors opened 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour, each person was given a card describing someone who was present at the original Boston tea party. The actors are dressed in colonial attire and are kind, well-mannered, well-informed, and fun! Children as well as adults all seemed to have a great time; there was a great sense of camaraderie is though we were all in on the plot together! I appreciated the blend of hands-on experience, creative presentation and short films. There isn’t a lot to see in the museum in terms of quantity, but I felt I got my money’s worth in terms of the overall experience. I’m glad that I made the time for it. I did also pay just under four dollars for the tea tasting experience, sampling the five types of teas that were tossed overboard that fateful night. I enjoyed the novelty of the tea tasting.

The actor and actress here are doing the fabulous job to bring you back the America’s history event. The cafe food were served in cold and doesn’t taste good but the museum shop and overall experiences were excellent! Get to know the details of America’s history event in person it’s really special experience.

We took a group of 135 students and chaperones there today, and had a wonderful experience! The staff there is truly dedicated to each and every tour. Our sales manager Scott Harris truly went above and beyond to ensure that our group had dedicated tour times, and accommodated our large party with great customer service.
The place itself is really cool, as it makes you step back in time to Colonial days. The reenactments are very good, and "throwing" tea in the harbor a great tradition. The gift shop had many great items, including all sorts of teas. The upstairs restaurant/cafeteria also has good food option, and multiple tea you can sample! Great overall experience thanks to Scott and his dedicated team!

We had a great time... All the employees stayed in character the whole time. So we weren't able to get their actual names. But this is a fantastic interactive experience! We loved being assigned characters, being able to dump the tea, and the history! The museum which we were unable to film or take pictures is very unique and informative. It definitely makes you feel very patriotic! We went with adults & teens and it was fun for us all!

Amazing! Some actors dressed in colonial-era clothing relive and recount the historic moments that marked the Boston tea party revolt. Really very interesting to have the opportunity to relive this moment and learn a little more about one of the first historical moments that led to the American revolution and the country's independence. Really, the most interesting thing is the work of the guides who make the story come alive and during the entire tour they participate in the staging, making you feel like you are living in that historic moment. My son really loved tossing the tea box overboard! As I said, this way of making the visitor participate in the historic moment is very exciting and lively! I really recommend it! A museum with a proposal very different from many I've visited!

We took two friends from the UK with us and they Loved it as much as we did! Great interactive live action environment with costumes!! We went into the belly of an old ship! Ridiculously cool! The media was high tech and well done… the Tea afterwards was delicious and the dining hall was just delightful. Loved all of the amazing things for sale in the gift shop! All around WELL worth the money, especially if you have kids, they Loved throwing the big tea boxes over the side of the ship! FUN!

Wonderful historical tour! These actors are amazing! They put so much effort into giving a fun, informative tour! The kids in our tour group had so much fun throwing the boxes of tea overboard! Puts a lot into perspective. Definitely buy your tickets to this tour & enjoy! The tea room is also cute & they have a nice gift shop!

Loved the performance and overall immersion into the past. The actors really made you feel part of the history. And to stand on the actual ships was pretty cool too. Tour takes about 1 hour and is well worth the price of admission.

Recommended. One must participate to have fun, and also learn. It is a one-hour experience all together. It offers dramatization that informs about the historical event. I'd say it's a little pricey, but I was more than satisfied with the experience. I even purchased souvenirs (very unlikely from my part...lol.). Maybe if the tea tasting, something that one must do during a rainy afternoon anyway, were included it'd be a different feeling. Please take your kids and participate. My favorite part was the assembly, though others in my party didn't like it...lol. There is a moment on the ship replica (nice), some screening and museum, and finally a short movie. Well now, I'm off for a cup of tea.

Very nice experience. The staff made it so much fun and played their characters so perfectly. Museum was so impressive. The way the paintings came to life to tell their stories blew me away. It was very interactive and so indescribably a good experience. Highly recommend.

Definitely too pricey ($32 x adult) for the 1 hour tour. A special shout out to the actor (4/22 2PM East meeting tour), he was so passionate and professional with the speech, it felt so real. Great job!
There are plenty of souvenir options at the Gift shop, make sure to stop by before leaving. It was also worth it the tea tasting experience, you pay $8 something and they give you a cup so you can try all the 5 different teas, and you also take home a souvenir mug of the museum!

So, at face value, the tickets seem a bit pricey for what might be a cheesy experience—but the hour you will spend going through the experience they offer is worth it! Take a walk back through the Boston Tea Party event with talented and interactive actors and learn new things about this country’s history unless you are already a deep history buff—and even then you might learn something new, even if just a new perspective! The snacks were tasty and the gift shop had a nice offering of different items for all budgets. Make sure and schedule your reservation ahead and show up about 15 min early.

Really great tour / show. Great value for money. Must do when visiting Boston. Also enjoy their tea room where you can taste the 5 teas that were thrown over board and inexpensive soups, sandwiches and homemade cookies.

As a history buff, I was so excited to visit. The staff were friendly. The price did not match the experience for me. The only thing I learned was that the building does not stand in the location where the event actually happened. It was nice to walk in a replica of the ship that was part of the event. In addition there is no actual tea dumping. If you do not know anything about the event then I would recommend it.

It was a wonderful interactive experience. The staff/characters were fantastic and made the experience all the better. Bringing History alive the way the Boston Tea Party Ship Museum does is a great way to learn about history. Being able to take part in the "town meeting" and "throwing tea" overboard was a real highlight. Keep up the great work team Huzzah!

It was a nice interactive experience to visit the place, along with family and guests from Canada. The historical characters and events, like throwing tea, are narrated innovatively, as if live. I was assigned as Henry Prentiss, a merchant, operating a shop near Boston Massacre venue Abigail's Tea Room and the tour of the various sections of the ship was fantastic. The tickets are expensive; being part of American Independence history should be subsidized to induce interest in the young generation.

We had an unplanned visit to the museum - we actually just wanted to see where the Boston Tea Party happened, and stumbled upon this museum! There's a tour that takes about 45 minutes, but completely worth it - you get the full history of why the Boston Tea Party happened, the events leading up to it, and why it was important to the American Revolution. It's a combination of re-enactment, movies and some other cool tech stuff. You also get to throw some boxes of tea into the harbor! Kids had a great time, and so did we!

We had an awesome experience! The museum and event was so informative. Our guide Mr. Moses Grant was a great actor. He was the best I have experienced in this type of venue. He never dropped.chsracter throughout the whole of the event. There is quite a bit of humor mixed in with the history. The audience is encouraged to participate as well. The connected gift shop had lots of tea related items, tshirts, Boston memorabilia, etc. I was surprised that the prices were much more reasonable than you usually see at these type of gift shops. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a pressed penny machine inside the gift shop. This is one of the type that you need .51 for and hand crank.

This was the coolest "museum" I have ever been to! It was super fun and educational.
There are actors dressed in the time period who stay in character the whole time and lead you through the story that led to the Revolutionary War as though you are one of the residents of Boston back then. I can't even tell you how cool this experience was - you just need to go and see it for yourself!
You start off in a town meeting room and get to experience what it would have been like to decide to do this protest, and during this "show" you are entertained while learning the history of it.
You then get to go onto a replica of a ship, chuck some fake tea into the water, and get a tour of the ship (all with an actor who is staying in character) all of which was interesting.
Then you move to another room where they have one of the original wooden boxes the tea was in but not just that! No! They also know that box's entire history and what it went through to end up at the museum, which is super interesting especially how they give you this information! And they even have a little vial of the original tea (which I think would make for a great "thing" in some movie like they discover it can give a person super powers or something and so everyone's trying to get to it.)
The end is a big screen reenactment of the start of the Revolutionary War which I found to be quite moving.
This is definitely my all-time favorite tourist/historic site ever.

I visited the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum as part of an office outing/training. I wasn't sure what to expect exactly, but I was leaning toward the experience being hokey.
Boy, was I wrong! It was energetic and educational. Our particular tour experience was led by Mr. Grant, and he knew his stuff and how to get the Bostonian Rebels rabble-roused!
We each were able to "throw tea into the harbor", walked through the replica ship to see what it was actually like below deck, and we were treated to live and recorded accounts of the events around Dec 1773.
And to top it off, after the tour ended, there were sweets, pastries and beverages available for purchase. The gift shop is huge and the prices are reasonable considering it's a (souvenir) gift shop. I highly recommend!

All i could say is that the fee you pay here is totally worth it! Experience for yourself to be more patriotic and see how america has started. Has a restaurant inside. No parking. Not really a stroller friendly place. Accepts credit/debit. Has a souvenir shop too. Buy your ticket in advance for convenience, they could move you earlier or later as long as the crowd allows, they are really accommodating.

This place was AMAZING.
Not only is there a fantastic performance, you have the interactive portion where visitors get to throw tea into the harbor, there’s informative re-enactments, and ACTUAL pieces of history preserved at this amazing museum. 10/10 across the board.
Honestly the price is phenomenal for the experience.

I think the last time I had done one of the tours was in Elementary school. After being let down by a prior engagement, I decided to give the museum a try since I was closeby and $35 seemed reasonable for an hour+ and throwing tea. I always walked by the ship and area, so wanted to see what it was like as an adult. Got the last ticket before a tour last week, and enjoyed my experience through each section. I wish we had had a bit more time or the audience was more involved, but everything was lively and moving. Even myself, I'm not a history buff, but I found the subject matter fascinating, including the movie and original chest. Also, great time at the tea room with their snacks and tea. Very spaced out. And probably one of the best museum gift shops I've seen. I'd definitely go back or take someone from out of state

Great place to learn in an immersive experience more about the Boston tea party. Actors were good fun and throughly in character. Full of interesting facts and a few original items from the time.
Did feel a little rushed, once you’ve been on the clipper boat before heading indoors, there’s a deck with more information and again inside there were bits to read, and no time to read.
Overall a good experience.
Cafe had a few nice choices for pastries and drinks.
Sprawling indoor water park featuring waterslides, an arcade & cabanas, plus an adjacent hotel.
Great place to take the kids on a boring winter weekend. We visited this place on Saturday. Despite the crowd, the line for the water slides lasted 10 minutes maximum. The food is delicious, but try to buy in advance. At some point, a very long line is formed. Come early to borrow the chairs. There is no swimwear shop here so don't forget your swimsuits. We did not notice any shortcomings. The children were happy.

I went last weekend with my kids and family I believe this is the old coco keys. Let’s start with the prices they are crazy high between the entrance ticket and food , candy and snacks. I also noticed the hot tub was not that clean and had like sand or I don’t know what in the bottom and my feet was touching that. My kids had a lot of fun so did I and my family but I won’t be coming back again due to the prices. I just would like to add that I did get an ear infection after going here and I never get ear infections so I don’t know if that means they don’t clean very good.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to give this place try. My 4 and 5 year old boys had an absolute blast in the water park! The water slides were perfect for them! This water park is always fun and clean - we’ve been coming for year's! This is my first review though because I wanted to make sure my experience gets acknowledged, and also wanted to share with others who are considering a visit to the park how amazing the manager Jose is. I have no idea if there are multiple managers but on the day we visited Jose was in charge. We had a strange gift card scenario as Jose worked it out with ease - he actually went above and beyond. If you think like me, then you know an establishment is only as good as it's service. The you for everything Jose!!

Had a blast taking my kids here for the thanksgiving weekend. This place is really good for small kids under 10 yo. My kids are 1.5 yo and 4yo. They both have fun. Although the highest slide they couldn’t take , the 4 yo were able to take all the other activities. The ticket price is fare. $30 for night time from 4-9 which not many people. However the locker is a rip off. $10 for such a small locker and $15 for a bigger one which is just enough for winter time for 2 peoples belongings. They only open on weekends otherwise we will definitely sign up for membership.

The waterpark is fun for the kids, the small children area is large enough to have babies and toddlers even big kids play safely together. The middle Parrot Perch area is fun going up and down, waiting your turn for the water slides and unexpectedly being dumped a huge bucket of water. There is an activity for all ages. Minus two stars because yesterday and today, both day we visited, the hot tub/jacuzzi was room temperature, the bar drinks are juice in an ice filled cup and a splash of alcohol not worth the amount of money charged and the food is less than ideal for the prices. I'm yet to find an attraction like this that have decent food though, it's like since you are obligated to buy from them they won't even try to give you good food for the expected expensive price they charge.

Great place to bring the kids for a full day of fun. Bar for adults to drink 🍸the food is meh and over priced but it's to be expected lol there is a splash area for toddlers/babies. 4 large water slides for older kids and adults. About 4 slides for younger kids. The lazy river is pretty cool! The hot tub area is pretty big, which is great. Tables go fast, so arrive earlier to ensure you get one. They have towels rentals. The lockers are 10 bucks each time you use it, so I recommend bringing a bag with towels, snacks, and drinks to sit at your table while you play and clip your car key inside swimsuit if possible to avoid using one. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the staff is cranky, and you'd expect them to at least try to be excited for the kids. The bar and restaurant close an hour before the park closes. The changing room is very small and has dips on the floor, so puddles form everywhere. Highly recommend water shoes!

this water park is a lot of fun. there was a little bit of something for every age. including the adults. from a lazy river to jacuzzi, to splash pad with a slide which made it extra cool. there was also a swimming area for kids to play basketball and swim around. it was cool. there were different levels of slides. honestly i thought they would be more terrifying then they were but my seven year old and i went on every single one. i think i was more nervous then him. LOL. the water was also about 2 ft deep which was reassuring. you could smell the chemicals in the water which i’m sure is a good sign because we want to make sure we’re not spreading germs. the water even had a sting to it in your eyes. so if you’re someone with sensitive eyes, maybe wear goggles or even have the kiddos wear them also. i could see how it could irritate younger children. my reason for the 3 star is because the staff were all children and that wasn’t the most pleasant thing. a lot of them were really rude. some of the life guards were really kind and others not so much. the kids in the food court in my opinion shouldn’t be all working in there. their customer service skills lacked tremendously. we ordered mozzarella sticks and french fries. both were the lowest quality you could think of. i know you have to start somewhere but at least have a responsible adult overseeing them. also the lockers over charged me by $60.00 which wasn’t cool. hopefully they fix it and will refund me. mackenzie at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. i wish they had a first timer greeting to guide you and tell you more about the park and directions. i had to keep asking questions. which was slightly annoying. the bathrooms were also all very dirty. no stall was clean. idk if it’s because of school vacation or what but heads up. overall we enjoyed ourselves. i don’t think it’ll be our number one choice but maybe when we have nothing to do. for now we’ll continue browsing other options. i will say they do have potential to be a five star but in my opinion it’s a 2.5/3.

One good thing, my grandsons had a great time. For the amount of money I paid, I wish I would have gone back to Great Wolfe Lodge. Never ever in my life have I heard that the adults have to pay $80.00 per adult to be there with the children. One the website they just want the children’s names and that was that. But then once you get there and you put the bracelet on the kids they pop on you that you have to also pay for yourself as the guardian. I understand fully I could have gone in the water but I did not want to. And many grownups were there that were sitting there enjoying themselves but you can enjoy yourself as an adult at Great Wolfe Lodge and not have to pay a cent because you are an adult.

This is a smaller water park than I'm used to, but not overly priced ($45) was not packed when we got there. Lazy river, small play pool with basketball hoops, kiddie pool section, large water slides with and without tubes to use, bigger water playground with slides that adults can use with children, hot tub but signs do say must be 15 years or older to use. You can buy food or swimwear if need be, and they do have table and chairs available, but first come, first grab, or you may only have chairs available. The pool area during the winter months is only open from 11a.m. to 7 p.m., but you can get tired out in these 8 hours.

Great place to bring your kids . If not cap codder, definitely bring them here. Drinks are lil expensive, pack some in advance, or there's other options within a 15-minute drive from here. They also have a mini arcade before entering the water park.
Historic farm for pick-your-own-fruit summer through fall, animals & shop, plus hayrides.
We LOVE coming here - we can get all our fall activities done in one trip, from apple picking to apple cider doughnuts and all the treats from the shop, it never disappoints. We went fairly late in the picking season and were pleasantly surprised at how full the trees still were. Definitely dress for the occasion-especially shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. I love the way their hot apple cider and cider doughnut station is set up now, super convenient and quick and always tasty.

WAY better than Connor's farm !!! Apple tree's full and ready to be picked. A pumpkin area off to the side if you need a pumpkin. A hot cider donut stand, $6.99 for 6. And for .50 cents you can get a cup of carrots to feed the animals. My toddler had a blast. His favorite was the old time tractor. Thank you, Brooksby for a great day out.

We came here on a Sunday morning in September for apple picking. We found more than that: the farm’s store sells their own honey, vegetables and fruits. This farm has corn and peppers that smell exactly like the one from my grandparents garden. That says a lot! The taste of the vegetables we bought from here I have only found in small, local gardens and this to me is a gift to the community. If we lived closer I would buy our vegetables from this farm weekly.
Other things we loved: the staff was friendly, the flowers and animals were great for kids, the apple orchard was picture perfect with small trees that our kids could easily reach.
Overall we had a beautiful day and would come again in the future.

Very cute farm. Pretty small. Nice to spend a couple of hours here. Little store with cider donuts, pies, jams, etc and etc. Lots of good stuff in the store (loved the hot apple cider). Cider donuts were a little on the dry side for my taste. They have some cute animals here, chickens, an alpaca, turkeys, sheep, an ostritch and etc. There was a little pumpkin patch. And then the apple picking (small but cute). I think theres definitely better farms and apple picking if you drive further from this area but Brooksby isnt bad!

Great apple picking with a cheerful family vibe. My only complaints were that the donut line was very long and slow moving, and that the apple types in the orchard were not clearly marked

Besides being magical in the fall, Brooksby has farm animals we love to feed all year long. We grab some veggies from Trader Joe’s up the street and come feed Lola the donkey, sweet goats, an awesome alpaca, sheep, and a voracious emu.

The store was good and the orchard is large with a big selection. But I fear the animals aren’t well taken care of.
We found the poor donkey eating garbage in its pen, couldn’t reach it so we told the staff.
Waited 10 minutes for them to do something, nothing was done so I managed to coax the animal over so I could revise the trash from its mouth. It also appears to have a wound of some sort that doesn’t seem to be very high on the priority list.

We went to this farm to pick flowers, green beans, and blueberries. This farm is pretty close to the city so quite a lot of people visit. Make sure to go in the morning so that you don't miss out on picking! Though it seems that things here tend to get overpicked, the prices of picking here are definitely cheaper than other locations. There's also a small animal farm and store on site where you can buy a variety of farm goods.
