Very very beautiful beach and weather is lovely out here. Entry fee is $12 and there are two parking lots with 35 and 25 cars capacity respectively. The road are narrow and bumpy so keep speed in check. The beach area is awesome with many beautiful caves and formations. Sea is alive and violent in some parts and others are good for kids to play. Hike over the mountain in the evening and you will picture perfect views of sunset.

It is perfect place to spend your day. The beach is really beautiful and when we went it was not so crowded.
The entrance to this beach is off the main road, the road to the entrance of the beach is really narrow and hence we have to drive very careful and only 1 car can pass so often we have to give way. But I would like to really appreciate this state park staff who are always ready to help and are good with vehicles traffic on this narrow road.

Beautiful beach with lavender color sand. It has some breathtaking huge trees that branch out like an umbrella, it has a cave that is surrounded by seawater. Lastly has some beautiful orange-colored cliffs highly recommend taking this trip for a relaxing therapeutic experience at Pfeiffer Beach.

Oh what beauty. The beach was very less crowded when we went and very beautiful. We spent some peaceful time there.
The drive to the beach was through a curvy and narrow 2 mile road, just be careful.
Would definitely recommend to go for a picnic or dip in water if that’s your thing.

What an amazing beach! Purple sand and incredible views! Well worth the drive and $10.00 at the gate. Very windy, so definitely bring warm clothes. A really spectacular beach, I didn't want to leave this gem!!
Lindsay — Google review
Great little beach. Accessing the beach parking lot can get a little interesting. The road to the parking lot narrows and has plenty of twists and turns. A day pass was $12. Otherwise, there was plenty of parking and accessing the beach itself was very easy.
Miguel Bustillo — Google review
An amazingly beautiful beach that is really huge and has a characteristic purple sand that I have never seen anywhere else in the world!
Beware that the road down to the beach (Sycamore Canyon Road) is very narrow, windy, and very rough! In many places it is only one lane and you will find yourself searching for pullouts to avoid oncoming traffic. If you have a large vehicle, or a car with low ground clearance, the drive will be much more difficult.
There is a separate fee to enter of $12. They don’t accept ANY park passes for this beach.
Parking is fairly plentiful, but they will close access to the beach when the parking is full, so try to arrive early on weekends or holidays. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the parking area.
The beach is expansive and has plenty of room and soft sand. You will notice in places that the sand appears a dark purple color just below the surface or in areas where the waves have washed away the surface sand. It’s the only place in the world that I have seen sand this color, and it brings a lot of visitors down here to explore.
The water is very cold, and the waves can get rough, so be prepared if you plan to swim.

I grew up going to this beach and now I take my kids and family. Please respect the space, pack it in and pack it out. Observe local rules and clean up after yourself. Be safe and have fun!
Tobias McLeod — Google review
It’s a nice beach but not worth the drive. The drive was dangerous in my opinion and I wouldn’t want to drive here. There are so many nice beach with beautiful view along the California coast.
Cac Mai — Google review
The best scenic view I’ve ever seen in California. Most beaches look the same but trust me this one looks different and has a unique vibe. The path to this place is wild through forest and a narrow road. Not preferable for RV’s or big vehicles. $15 per vehicle and you get to spend a whole day here. I would suggest you to visit afternoon so that you can see vibrant sun colors and sun test if possible(as it’s foggy most of the times). Overall worth the time and adventure. It’s close to Big Sur and plan your trip ahead as this place has no network. I would highly suggest you to download maps for better navigation.

Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, located 26 miles south of Carmel, is a 1,000-acre gem offering a variety of outdoor activities amidst stunning surroundings. The park features hiking trails that lead through the impressive redwood forest and offer breathtaking views of the Big Sur coastline. Visitors can enjoy camping, swimming in the Big Sur River, and exploring the historic homesteading roots of the park.
Amazing park! Magical serene and gorgeous! Wonderful hiking trails. Giant redwoods and the Big Sur river. No beach at this park this is amongst the redwoods. One of my favorite state parks. Love this magical place.
Carlos Archuleta — Google review
Stunning redwood forest on one side and amazing Big Sur California coast line on the other. The views are spectacular. My family and I hiked up to Buzzard's Roost, not too challenging of a climb, but it definitely gets a little hot in the direct sunlight at the top. I wouldn't recommend the climb with small children. The visitor center was pretty neat. There were clean restrooms available, a gift shop with a variety of items for sale, and a mini ice cream parlor. We spent a full day here and could easily have spent another. The majesty of these trees are amazing. A Park Ranger shared with us that when the fires come through, the redwood trees fair better than most. She explained that because the redwoods are so hard, the fire doesn't destroy them as easily. However, she did say that because the heat of the fire outside the water held inside the trees will boil, causing the tops of the trees to explode. Can you believe that? Crazy!

We made a brief stop in November 2006 at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. Here large strong trees are impressive to look at. A hiking guide explained a lot to us about the park: The landscape with its large forests and beautiful stretches of coast is beautiful

Gorgeous!
I’ve been many times and love stopping.
McWay falls is one of my Big Sur faves!!!
Epic hike. Lots to enjoy.
Must do!!!

The nature is stunning. So many trees and plants. Very quiet on the trails I don’t hear the traffic from State Route (SR) 1. Very beautiful scenery and the water fall looks fantastic.
Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park is a four-square-mile park in Central California known for its stunning ocean views, including the iconic Bixby Creek Bridge and the breathtaking McWay Falls. The park offers a short hike to a waterfall, a redwood grove, and coastal vistas. Named after Julia Pfeiffer Burns, a prominent Big Sur resident, this coastal destination is popular among hikers seeking panoramic views.
Beautiful place. Can’t wait till it’s restored and opens back up fully would love to hike more thru the park. McWay falls is spectacular for a stop. But really want to explore the depths on next visit.

Recently visited during a rainy day, the waves were significantly higher than usual, but the sea otters didn’t seem to mind. Beautiful hike, fairly steep and wet so be sure to wear good shoes and wear a rain jacket as rain is inevitable and so is the moisture from the waves.

This is a beautiful park unfortunately we came during some major renovations. They were building new bathrooms and the trail down to the waterfall was closed. We were however able to see the waterfall from the top of the trail
bartellj — Google review
There is work going on, so only Porta-Potty's there and definitely need emptying.
The walk over to the waterfall is a smooth flat walk. The waterfall is iffy on visibility whether the weather cooperates. Second time to stop it was clear.
Rodney Williams — Google review
Totally worth the drive. Breathtaking view. This stop doesn’t take much of a time to see the fall. Must see spot on the Big Sur drive. Would definitely like to explore more such places.

Beautiful views! We loved our visit, but were disappointed that the trail was closed partially. The area is well maintained aside from this though. Definitely worth a trip.

For the longest time I’ve wanted to drive down highway 1 on the California coast. This year we finally did drive down from Big Sur to Santa Barbara mostly one highway one stopping whenever and wherever we felt inspired. This park was one of our stops with information on the area and many hiking trails available
RaMon McBride — Google review
It was really beautiful scenery to drive down to Big Sur and Los Angeles but unfortunately due to road closures we did have to turn back but still enjoyed the view.
Ebubekir DO?AN — Google review
Very short walk from the parking lot (entrance closes after sunset). Stunning views along the coast.

State of California is filled with many beautiful state parks located on Hwy 1 coast. Julia Pfeiffer Burns would sit on the top of the list. First and foremost, the drive along the coast is filled with coastal beauty and breathtaking views! Visitors wanting to stop every few yards to immerse in the nature and explore picture perfect spots.
Parking is available with self pay and they renovated restrooms, picnic area beautifully. Only disappointment is trails are not opened after recent years of natural disasters. Short trail takes one through a tunnell under highway, opens up to watch the stunning views of the cove and McWay falls. Amazing shades of blue pleasing the eyes. There is a hidden campsite on the cliff above the falls accomodating only two tents. Very private! Cliff area is blocked so there is no beach access.
Visited so many times, never get tired, it's pure delight. It's located pretty close to Lucia after Big Sur on Hwy1 south.

We were here to check out the Mc way falls trail. It was a short walk to the point. There were breathtaking sunset views and a waterfall if you look down. Suitable for Senior citizens. There is a short staircase at the start of the trail , so might not be wheelchair friendly . Theres a tunnel on the way that opens up to beautiful views. Definitely a place to checkout !!
Clean restrooms at the start of the park. There was limited parking.
Hiranmayi Upadhyayula — Google review
Located on California 1 highway this is one of the Must Go destinations is west coast. The view on the way to this park is something you will always remember. August is usually foggy here but if you are lucky you will have a sunny day when you can get the best view of McWay falls. Park entrance fee for vehicle is $10 and the same pass should work for any of the state parks in Cali.
Taofiq Hasan — Google review
Such a beautiful place. After a short walk from your parking spot, generally on the road outside the park. You can watch this marvelous miracle from God and nature. The waterfall comes pretty much from the stone and blends smoothly into the white sandy beach and the ocean. Relaxing and beautiful.
Charlie Rzz — Google review
McWay Falls is beautiful. The trail is a short walk from the Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park day use parking lot. The falls are in the shade in the morning & the marine layer often in the evening. Popular location so the falls overlook can be crowded mid-day.
The 80-foot tall McWay Falls cascades onto a small beach, with a short hiking trail. Located within Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park, this waterfall is an impressive sight and natural landmark. It flows throughout the year even in periods of drought, due to strong underground springs.
One of the most memorable and beautiful things you will see! It’s a short walk from the parking lot to this beautiful viewpoint of the waterfall.
Marcos Lopez — Google review
Wedding photographer who absolutely loves this location!
It has everything- waterfall views, ocean view, cool paths!
Shannon Montgomery — Google review
It was such a beautiful day, and I am happy about that. No fog, and the fall was easily visible from the viewing area. Unfortunately, the last part of the trail is still closed, but as you can see from the photos, the fall is visible.
The trail is super easy. It turned out to be a hotter day than I expected, so I didn't stay there long. There is a bench if you want to relax a bit before heading back.
***Parking is self registered. Pick up the cash envelope on your way in OR park to the side to complete. Remember to leave the top portion on dash. Park staff were present, checking and walking the trail as well.
If you pay for parking at any state park, keep your receipt because it will cover all state parks in the area for the entire day.
Restrooms available.

Its a one of the gem in the Big Sur area on C A route 1 running parallel to the Pacific ocean.
It is inside the Pfeiffer Burns State Park And you see Falls falling into ocean
1. You have to enter and pay the parking fee $10.
2. Once you enter then park your car and then walk towards falls
3. There is tube kind of tunnel walk through it.
4. Best time to visit is during sunset so that you can get very good photos
5. Will be crowded during evening but you can see best views
6. You can not go down to beach but can see from top
Mahantesh Paramaj — Google review
Short walk to a view point that’s far from the falls. Limited parking. A stop if you are driving the HWY 1 and have a park pass for the day already. Or find street parking down the way and walk In
Ryan Kelley — Google review
The sunset in winter from this spot is spectacular! Although the day we went, the tide was low and waterfall looked funny as it was just to the “sand”, but still outstanding view!
Yuling Zheng — Google review
Without doubt the main attraction at Big Sur's Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park is McWay Creek falls, where the eponymous creek crashes 80 feet down the coastal cliffs and straight onto the picturesque beach. You'll probably recognize the McWay Creek Falls from the brochure of almost every California tourist publication you can find.
Located right next to Route 1 this is a convenient must-see side trip, and clocking in at a total hike length of just over half a mile makes this short journey accessible to everyone.
For those who prefer to stretch their legs on a longer hike, the 2,000 acre coastside Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park offers several great trails trails. We would recommend the 4½ mile Canyon Trail and Ewoldsen Trail loop, which is a great way to experience the diversity of this picturesque park - complete with wildflowers, steep canyons, and some of the biggest redwoods in the State.
Stuart Green — Google review
This is an amazing waterfall. The waterfall could be seen from the main road and the entrance to the vista point to have a better view of the fall is through the state park.
It is usually crowded but it is a MUST if you are the nearby . It is totally worth the visit
S S — Google review
A very nice and easy to get to spot for an amazing view! Coming from San Francisco, ,the drive to here makes for a fantastic day trip (with so many spots to stop along the way). It's a shame you can't get closer to the waterfall itself.
Nicholas Klein — Google review
Gorgeous short stroll to see the waterfall. Early morning afforded me the place to myself. No way to walk to the beach or falls but worth a stop to see from the trail.
Erin Howe — Google review
it seems that the path to get a closer view of the waterfall is still closed. despite this, this waterfall is a must-stop on a pacific coast highway drive! it takes around only 10 minutes to hike to the view point, and the trail usually isn't too busy. this is a classic PCH destination, although i do wish there was a trail open that led to a closer view of the waterfall.
RC — Google review
As far as I know this the only waterfall in the world which is found at the beach. I had seen many people posting photos and videos captured from the tunnel under the waterfall but looks like the path has been closed for the trekking. In a way its good, this view is more beautiful without humans 😊
There are limited parking spaces near the visitor center, parking inside charges around $10, the inside parking was full and we were asked by staff to park at parking areas away from the entrance. The center has public restrooms, entree is free. As the Route 1 was closed we had to come to this place from north which adds up 3 hrs drive one side. But if you are driving from LA then it adds to the advantage as when you drive from the North you get better views of the Pacific coast
You can trek to the view point which is easy and may take hardly 10 minutes. You might try to get the photos from the farthest view point. The view you get is astonishingly beautiful and you would love to stay there for longer time just to get more glance of the natural beauty. You can observe The waves swallowing all the water falling from the waterfall. A point where a sweet water loses its identity and meets into Ocean and becomes like it. Dont miss it.

Pictures taken June 18th. An incredible place to visit. The walkway / trail down to the beach was closed that day so if you plan to go to the bottom, try to find out about that before heading out. Otherwise nice views of the falls from top and the 10 minute walk from the lot to the end of the walkway overlooking the falls. Beautiful!
Anna D — Google review
It's one of the most beautiful sites you will ever witness. Breathtaking. This is paradise! We have traveled extensively, and this was at the top of our list with places like Lake Louise in Banff. WOW!
Susan Macbeth — Google review
I loved this place and its view. It was not crowded and transportation was easy. You can reach this beauty after a short walk.
Görkem Salcan — Google review
Yes, the falls are pretty cool but the state of disrepair of the trails meant that you can't see them very well. The small trail that is open is super crowded as is the parking lot. It was an expensive visit ($10) foe a 5 minute walk to a neat but underwhelming overlook.

What a beautiful view at a great winery after hiking 10+ miles at Pinnacles National Park. Host was amazing and gave us complimentary nuts and cheeses :)

The service and scenery are exceptional! If you like Pinot Noir, this is your winery. They also offer a wine club that includes other wineries in Napa. The views are also exceptional. Loved looking into the valley below!

We had the most amazing experience here! Mike walked us through the winery and vineyards history and different wines - the experince was elevated when we paired the wines with the charcuterie board. We enjoyed the laid back feel, the amazing views, and the cool breeze; will definetly return!

We were so pleased with our afternoon at Calera. Other than the stunning views, the service was personalized and authentically sincere (we were a bit nervous about bringing our 5 year old but the staff truly made all of us feel so welcome!) Being a huge Pinot fan, really enjoyed the trio on the tasting menu which was preceded by a lovely Chenin Blanc, my first in California. Finished with Carneros Merlot by Duckhorn, the parent company. Loved the warm sunlight on our necks with an occasional soft breeze.

Self proclaimed pinot experts, although the ones I sampled were okay. My palette is probably not refined enough. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff made the wine tasting more enjoyable. Doesn't have the same feel as a local winery since they were purchased by another large winery. All the wines I sampled had too many tannins for my taste.

Great Winery, very good wines, some excellent. Beautiful location. Building is ''Smart",using gravity to move wine and juice. Interesting fact, it was done before "Green" became popular .All people who love wine, interested to learn and taste excellent quality product need to put Chalera on "must visit" list.I am not working there, but like to make sure new wine enthusiasts not missing great opportunity. Remote Location can be an issue for people like me.
Wow! What a great place to taste good wines! This has one of the most beautiful settings for a tasting room we have been to. The view is fantastic and the wines added to the ambience.

Great place but hidden elevated above overlooking Soledad, very picturesque and wonderful. Wines are great and the deck is amazing to sit, relax, eat buy a bottle of wine and enjoy your stay. So nice we joined the wine club to come back with friends and enjoy.

Outstanding wine and outstanding wine tasting room. Sometimes music on the deck. Don't forget the wine and cheese. Oh did I mention the great views and the friendly service. Of course there is the wine, but I repeat myself.
Terry Bixler — Google review
Enjoyable experience, though the server seemed inexperienced and the wines were hit or miss. None of them were bad, but we came looking for a good SLH pinot and the one we tried here missed the mark (however, we did find their cuvee red blend interesting, so bought a bottle of that as well as another red they had.) Tasting fee/policy is reasonable and the outdoor seating is relaxing, with a nice little view across the valley (and even a peek at the Pinnacles off in the distance.)
Matthew Gudenius — Google review
Only thing great about this place was the view. The wine was just ok, didn't seem like anything special. Didn't like any of the wine enough to buy any bottles. Was also very chilly that day and 2 of their outdoor heaters weren't working/empty. All the staff were friendly and service was prompt.
Ellie M — Google review
I have had the opportunity to visit Hahn 4 times and each time is a great experience. Not only are the wines exciting and satisfying (regardless if you are a white or red wine lover), the views from the tasting room patio are wonderful. You can see the town of Soledad and the mountains in the background. I can’t wait for my 5th and counting future visits.

Limekiln State Park is a beautiful park in Big Sur, California with breathtaking views of the coast, redwood trees and stunning cliffs. The park boasts 24 camping sites where visitors can enjoy the tranquility of nature while surrounded by picturesque scenery. Other nearby state parks like Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park are also worth exploring for their stunning waterfalls and dramatic cliffs overlooking the ocean.
Best $35 bucks, ever spent. Stayed in campsite 13, in the forest with the river running a few feet away from the campfire. Every trip to the restroom doubled as an opportunity walk to the beach; where whales can be seen.
Jic, The showers require quarters. The larger restroom, which might be wheelchair accessible has a faucet with plenty of hot water. The campsites are small, but I saw plenty of vans parked on sites 1-12; which are closest to the beach.

The pch is open. Some facilities are temporarily closed or no access, lots of road construction, and hill repairs. It's still a beautiful drive!!!! The pch does close no detours.... 35 miles from elephant seal beach, and just a few miles past Goda

Pulled into our campground and realized that it wasn't no water in the bathrooms, there was NO WATER. Suggestion was made to send us to Limekiln to see if we could get water there and then come setup camp. The Ranger at the entrance did us a solid with helping us to find water and explaining where we could do a dump run at the end of our trip. Thanks so much for making our camping stay in Big Sur much more enjoyable!
Will be back to camp here!!
Laura ?BehaviorMomma? Matlock — Google review
Limekiln State Park is amazing. Situated between the redwoods of the central coast and the ocean, it is an amazingly beautiful camp site. There are two main types of camp, ocean and woods. We stayed in the ocean sites at space 10 under the shade of some beautiful old California live oak trees (which were great for hanging hammocks). It's one of the most unique places I've ever camped because there's both a steam running behind the space and the ocean waves only a small distance away. I've been lulled to sleep by both before, but never at the same time. While camping here the in the summer is likely challenging as finding any available space without book 6 months in advance is nearly impossible, winter camping is much easier and there were open empty sites around us each night. If you have a big camper this may not be the best place for you. We stayed in our tent trailer which is about 16' when towing. Anything later than 20' and your camping space options will be pretty limited. If you are tent camping it's wide open. And if you have to have a boat that can get you there I think they have space for people who sail to the campground. There are sites to see to the North, South and directly out of the camp itself, though it was closed for trail repairs when we were there. I would highly recommend spending a few nights. We were there for five days and I'm ready to go back.
I'm including some pictures from the camp site.
Things to note, very few sites have electric or water hook ups, so be prepared with your own power, make sure to secure your food at night, there are plenty of raccoons and other small animals all too happy to raid things while you are sleeping. They do have really hot showers!
Happy camping!

The main trail is nice but its too over crowded... once you get past the main trail and go off into the other ones its nice calm and a bit relaxing its a bit annoying tho that there's an area where a sign says enter quietly and people never did we literally sat close by and never saw a group walking up to it quietly... like can YA'LL not follow directions lol but over all its a nice place

No doubt the best campsite ever. I love this place! Can't say more because it's already hard enough to book reservations here, lol. Don't want too many people to find out about my secret spot 😝

Visited Limekiln for access to the beach and it was worth the $10 for day use. The beach is clean and private. The water was VERY cold but well worth the stop as it is hard to find beach access in Big Sur. It also has a small river that leads into the beach. Overall great time! If you visit, remember to keep it it clean or better than you found it. ✌️

We spent the day here while camping down the road at Kirk Creek. Staff was super friendly, and gave us info on what to do/ expect. We hiked up the the kilns, the waterfall, then back down to the beach. Not a taxing hike. Well worth the small creeks and logs to hurdle! Can't even describe the feeling of peace and tranquility these woods give you. You're in Big Sur, hiking, then there are redwoods! (Learned a lot from the signs!)

This place was wonderful for a camping vacation. Park staff was extremely friendly and the accommodations were top notch. Bathrooms were always clean and easily accessible. The 2 minute walk to the beach was one of the trip highlights, because the clear view of the sunrise and sunset was incredibly beautiful. I definitely recommend hiking up the waterfall trail. If you are feeling adventurous and don't mind a little brush in your path, try taking the left path up to the ridge. The views are breathtaking!

My favorite hike from my trip to Big Sur. At the trail head you can go left(to falls) or right (along the river) both of very easy hike. Some trees have fallen on the river hike so you do need to crawl over them. You have to cross thin bridges over the river on the falls hike. It was all around maybe about 4 miles there and back for both hikes. We took our time and were there for about 3 hours. The campsite is great. We did not stay there but did picnic on the beach after the hike. Bring picnic stuff and leave it in the car. You can do the hikes and go back to the car before the beach since they are on opposite sides of the park. Beautiful redwood forest hike!!!! We had the river hike all to ourselves and saw a few groups on the falls hike. It's a must do!!!! We did not do the hike to see the kilns.

Beautiful location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Day parking is $10 but worth it if you want to hike the trails. I had an amazing time. Bathrooms where clean and had clean running water. But you have to bring your own soap to wash your hands. Campsites range from Big to small my family managed to fit for tents on our site. Camp fire pits available at each site. We are definitely going back soon. Be sure to make reservations long before you plan on going because sites fill up quick.
Pinnacles National Park is an ancient volcanic field featuring fascinating geological formations, caves, and habitat for condors. Hikers planning to reach the peak should avoid doing so in temperatures exceeding 70F due to the sun exposure and need to carry sufficient water since none is available on the hike except at the base. Visitors can access a toilet near the peak and bring a flashlight when exploring through narrow, dark caves.
Wonderful family friendly hiking adventure! Fantastic and challenging caves, lots of stairs/steps but you will be rewarded with a picturesque view of the reservoir with the Wonderful views of the rocks formations on the backdrop. So much fun!

It's a nice little national park located not too far from the bay area. It's probably the smallest national park we have ever visited on the mainland. It is a perfect place to visit if you wanna spend a weekend in a beautiful not-so-crowded park (probably not the case on long weekends) and be able to cover most of it in that time. It has a couple of moderate-strenuous hikes that are probably a good fit for most people in decent shape and are well worth it.
We did the Balconies Cave Trail to High Peaks Trail from the West side of the park on one day and the Bear Cave to High Peaks to Condor Gulch Trail from the East side of the park on the next day. The High Peaks part of the two trails is the shared part and is probably the most beautiful too with amazing views and if you do it very early in the morning or in the late afternoon, with plenty of majestic California Condors to gawk at. The Balconies Cave and the Bear Cave are must dos if you can handle walking through a small dark narrow cave for some time. Flashlights, particularly headlamps, would be great (camera flashlights on our phones were good enough for us) and shoes might get wet - there is water running through the caves.
The West side of the park was a lot quieter and less crowded than the East. The East side also has a shuttle service on the weekends, which is great because it's hard to find parking in the Best Gulch parking lot.
The park has one campground and all spots were taken for the weekend we wanted to go, so we stayed at a hotel in King City, which is almost equidistant between the two park entrances. It was a good idea too because the only way you can go from the East side to the West is by driving out and around the park, which takes quite some time.
We went early May and, while it may have been past the wildflower peak, we saw plenty of those in patches on the hikes and lots on the green mountains and along the roads while driving towards the West Entrance.

Holy shoot it was hot here. Nearly 100 degrees. My husband and I stayed on a rather easy trail that happened to have a good deal of shade. It was nice. We came across some cave like spaces, a small reservoir with lots of dragonflies, and beautiful canyons. Despite the airid landscape, there was a lot of green vegetation. We didn't see any condors (they apparently are early risers) but saw lots of other birds and reptiles and small mammals. Not too crowded either. Bring food!! There is nothing close by. While there is water in a few places, it's hot in the summer and you will easily dehydrate if you aren't drinking a lot of water while you are here.

An amazing experience! We came to the park on a Monday morning late in August. The weather was a beautiful 70 degrees and the rock formations and caves were incredible! No traffic on the roads and barely any other hikers. The caves were great to climb through, but make sure you bring a flashlight!

Rising out of the chaparral-covered Gabilan Mountains, east of central California's Salinas Valley, are the spectacular remains of an ancient volcano you would want to spend 2 days in the park if you have the time. This way you can do hikes from both the East and West park entrances. However, I feel like one day in Pinnacles National Park is enough time to get a feel for the area and check out the awesome scenery.

We went on a week day and still parking was challenging. Parking was full near the bear gulch trail. If you need parking near the trail, need to wait until someone takes the car. As you start entering the caves , the adventure feeling kicks in. Make sure you carry the headlights as it really dark. Phone flashlight might help, but will not recommend as there is ankle level water in the caves and you might need to balance on the stone pathways to cross the creek there. The waterfalls and steps to reach reservoir is amazing..Finish caves, then reservoir, watch condors, white humming birds, sit at reservoir area for some time and then the trail which is down hill takes you to the parking lot along rim trail..and finally don’t miss the visitor center which is open near the campground area.

A fantastic park - especially if you can visit during a week day when the crowds aren’t there. I did the west side, parking at bear gulch, exploring the caves (bring a flashlight), the reservoir, and then the high peaks trail for a total walk of 6.2 miles. I was lucky enough to see multiple condors, both in the sky and hanging out on the rocks - truly beautiful birds.

Such a beautiful national park. Went on a trip here for my geology class. Be prepared to walk a lot. Bring comfortable shoes, water bottle, and a flash light. Give yourself at least two hours to get through the cave portion and back. If you wanted to walk the whole area, you'll need many more hours!
The view was almost too pretty to be real!

Went on Sunday morning late April 2023. Arrived at 9:45 am at east entrance. Waiting for about 20 minutes to get in.
Traffic control to bear gulch parking lot. Have to park at the visitor center and wait for the shuttle bus. 24 people at a time. Each shuttle is around 15 minutes wait.
The weather is so nice and still has plenty of water coming down but still able to manage to keep my shoes dry. We hike up to the reservoir and saw some water snake. Found a frog in the shallow water.
The weather is much better and cooler than July. Even stand under the sun in the middle of the day, the breezes are not so hot and still enjoyable.
Kids love the dark cave. Headlights is better than flashlight. You need your hand to keep you balance.
The traffic control was removed around noon.

Haven’t visit in 6 years while being in the area, thinking it doesn’t look very interesting. I was wrong! Landscape wise it’s not as unique as a lot of popular national parks, but it has big caves, water, and trail on ridges etc, a wide range of variety for Bay Area. Better than Joshua tree (approved by me and my friends). A lot of heat to hike the peak trail, would recommend in non summer. We definitely got heat exhaustion… but had a lot of fun!

Pinnacles National Park is beautiful and we had a great time hiking here. There's so much to see and you can customize your hike to what you want because there are so many trails and they connect in multiple spots. If you're going in the summer months make sure to bring sunscreen and plenty of water. There are some spots to refill your water as well.

5 stars for this stunning and beautiful National Park. Enjoy the great American outdoors just 1.5hrs away from the bay area. We did the High Peak trail which offers fantastic views and some more challenging parts. Ensure to bring plenty of water and snacks as the trails can become a bit difficult and checkpoints with water are limited.

One of the best destinations for the Camping, trails. Here you can find trails for different difficulty levels for hiking. The trails path are mostly in the shed of trees and the caves and water reservoirs makes the destinations most worthy for the hikes. If you reach early morning then you will get car parking to the distant spots which will reduce the need of long walks to reach the caves and reservoirs.

Had an absolutely wonderful hike here. If you're going to the peak, I wouldn't recommend going if it's hotter than 70F as the hike is quite exposed to the sun and gets very hot. And bring lots of water - there's water at the base, but none along the hike, although there is an outhouse style toilet near the peak. And be sure to bring a flashlight if you're going to go through the caves which aren't challenging to walk through but are definitely dark and get quite narrow in places. Come quite early if you want to park close, but if not there's a free shuttle bus from the overflow lot to the trailheads.

Super fun hike. Take Bear Gulch Cave trail then continue up to the reservoir. Bring a bright headlamp or flashlight! I’m 6’4” and made it no problem. You’ll have to stoop or crawl just a little bit, but most is just walking. Handrails in the cave are a real help.

You can definitely visit all the great places in this park in a couple days. It's small but beautiful. If you only have one day I would recommend the condor gulch trail to high peaks loop. Bring lots of water especially in the summer months! It is HOT.

Great NP to visit. It was never really on my must see list but a recent road trip offered a good opportunity. Stayed at the campground the night and then in the morning did a nice 4 mile loop on the condor and bear trail. Weekday visit and 8am start offered us the route almost all to ourselves. We got quite a great display of young condors flying around. Gorgeous park and weather for this trip. I would highly recommend for bird watchers. Great hike with enough elevation and a nice scramble in the middle with some handrails. I would come back and stay here again making my way to coast if the route worked out. Also the camp store was one of the best curated camp shops I've ever been to.

This is a perfect example for an underrated national park! So much fun to take a tour around the entire park, including the caves. I would plan around 5-6 hours in total if you wanna do the round trip including the cave. The hike is pretty beginner friendly! Even the ones tagged as “expert” are really doable.
Finally: take the free shuttle up - parking is pretty much impossible unless you arrive really early

This national park is much smaller than the others we have visited on this trip (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon), but it’s amazing in its own way. The caves (Bear Gulch from the east and Balconies from the west) seem to be the main draw for most people, and they are very cool, but the hikes along the high ridges are even more impressive IMO. There are way way more visitors on the east side but I think I enjoyed the west side even more. Less crowded, better caves (Balconies > Bear Gulch), and larger pinnacle formations. The drive to the west entrance is a bit spicy with the curvy single lane section, but well worth the trouble.

Beautiful hike. No parking at the trailhead at Bear Gulch but taking the Sycamore trail up to bear gulch was beautiful. Went through the caves up to the reservoir and back on Rim Trail. Great day. Saw two condors and two tarantulas on the Rim trail. Thousands of ladybugs on the Sycamore trail.

Lovely smallish National Park. Balconies hike was quite interesting and currently knee deep water- despite the challenges I would still recommend it. Just make sure you have clothes to change into after. Saw an amazing hummingbird (colors I had never seen before), deer and condors.

Gorgeous place to view the California condors. The hike gets quite interesting with the steep trail design, but it's very well constructed. If you're a photographer, you may want to bring atleast a 500mm. Don't forget to check out the neat gulches at the bottom.

Great and probably the most underrated National Park to stop along the 101. The entrance price is steep at $30 per vehicle but the park offers some really nice and easy 2 hours hike in stunning nature. We saw some Condors as well! The West entrance is easy to reach from King City and Soledad. The East entrance requires some driving. Highly recommend break on your way to/from Los Angeles to San Francisco.

This is a great National Park. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This NP protects a mountainous region with a large cluster of rock pinnacles jutting out of the ground, which kind of look like the stones at Stonehenge. There are also two caves here you can hike through. This NP is pretty small and doesn’t have enough parking because it only became a NP a couple years ago. Before this it was a National Monument and it wasn’t nearly as crowded. I came here on Thanksgiving morning and when I left the park around 11 it was already full, so people had to take a shuttle into the park. When I came here in February it also got very busy later in the day. While here I hiked the Bear Cave, condor, and a portion of the High Peaks trail on the east side of the park along with the Balconies Cave trail on the west side of the park. Bear Cave trail is an easy trail that goes through some scenic hills and into a bat cave. The cave pas a small pond inside and there are some parts where you need to use a flashlight. It also has a couple staircases. After the cave it leads to a small, scenic reservoir. The High Peaks trail goes into the heart of park, where the majority of the pinnacles are located. The Condor trail goes up the side of a valley past some more pinnacles, and it’s quite scenic. The Balconies Cave trail goes through Balconies Cave, which has more dark sections than Bear Cave. It also has ladders inside instead of staircases. I gave this national park five stars because it has some great trails. Even though the park is small it still punches above its weight.

It was a very pretty and nice hike. It was quite challenging for someone who is out of shape, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. We're planning our next visit!
Moderate 0.3-mile route to a cave formed by huge boulders, home to a large colony of bats.
Bear Gulch Cave Trail is the most visited trail in the Pinnacles National Park. To enter the trail, you can start from any point. We started from the Moses Spring Parking Area to Bear Gulch Reservoir. It is a 1.2-mile out-and-back moderate-level trail. On the you pass through a few caves. The lower main section cave is open almost throughout the year (from mid-July through mid-May). Remember to bring flashlights to do the cave hike. The cave gets closed due to the pupping season of the endangered big-eared bats. We couldn't go through the lower cave since it was closed. But we finished the trail using the alternative side road of Moses Spring. The whole trail has specific places for rock climbers. Definitely recommend this hike.

The bear Gulch trail was a great find. When we arrived, the caves were closed due to the bats nesting. We made a pit stop at the reservoir to get a few photos. Overall a great experience and nice hike. Be sure to bring a head lamp if the caves are open with good hiking shoes. It gets slippery

Awesome hike. Made it a loop with the rim trail on the way back. Lower Bear Gulch Cave is almost always open. Upper cave was closed. My boys really enjoyed the cave.
Andrew Barch — Google review
The hike within the cave is nothing short of breathtaking. As you traverse through the labyrinth of passages, you’ll find yourself surrounded by towering boulders that create an otherworldly atmosphere.
One of the most intriguing aspects is the contrast between areas bathed in natural light and those that are pitch-black, requiring the use of flashlights or headlamps. Trust me, having both hands free thanks to a headlamp adds an extra level of convenience and enjoyment to the exploration.
This cave isn’t just a delight for adults; it’s a perfect outing for families as well. Bring your children along, as they’ll undoubtedly have a blast navigating the cave’s fascinating nooks and crannies. One highlight that captured my imagination was the hidden waterfall within the cave. The sight and sound of water cascading down in this underground world is a memory that will stay with you long after the adventure ends.
Bear Gulch Cave’s grandeur and diversity truly make it a must-visit destination for any avid adventurer or nature enthusiast. Be prepared to be amazed as you step into a world that seems plucked from the pages of a fantasy novel.

Amazing cave adventure. It was one of the greatest experiences. Because of the rain season, there was about 2in of water in the caves that we had to go through, which was fun to our group.

If you park your car and look at the trail sign, the distance is not too far, so it will be very difficult to see it easily.
The distance is close, but the road is so cute and fun that it reminds me of my childhood, but it's not easy in its own way.
First of all, a bulky backpack is very unsuitable to climb a canyon, so you have to carry a bag as small as possible, wear a trekking shoes, and bring a flash lantern.
You have to go through a steep and good canyon, go up very narrow and steep stairs, and cross the bumpy sea roads and water, but if you look at the lake near the summit, all fatigue disappears.
You can feel the feeling of childhood and a proud sense of conquest. I don't get a cellular phone signal at all, but I get a signal on the normal lake, so I can post an Instagram Story. You must bring enough water and a simple energy bar up.

An amazing hike at Pinnacles National Park: Bear Gulch Caves. An adventure.
Kids loved exploring these cool talus caves. We enjoyed cave-crawling, picnic by the beautiful bear gulch reservoir, even spotted a baby rattlesnake on Moses spring trail. Saw amazing views of the pinnacles.
The reservoir is so peaceful and refreshing.
Now the caves are fully open and March is the best time to visit when the caves are open and the park is still cool. Enjoy the hike!
We parked at the visitor center and took the park shuttle to bear gulch area.
Visit the bear center nature center and ask about the junior ranger program for kids, our kids loved the activity book. They had such fun exploring the caves and spotting wildlife, plants and rocks.
Don't forget packing headlamp or flashlight for the caves. Enjoy!

This is a 'must do' trail in Pinnacles. It goes right up through a cave to a small reservoir. You need a good torch (and a backup) not your phone. Its best to go up through the cave and then back down over the ridge on the rim trail.

Friendly staff, nice decor and atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. Very spacious outdoor patio area with lots of sunshade options, a bocce ball court, lots of quality wooden tables and chairs, a large jenga set. They offer a variety of events at the property such as wine & paint night, summer bbq and market festival, etc. They make a large variety of wines, 39 varietals from across 4 AVAs. And even within a single varietal, such as Chardonnay: they make different types to appeal to different taste preferences (100% stainless steel, 100% oak, and a 60/40 blend). Two tasting flight options: $20 for Estate (more varietals), $30 for Reserve (Char, 3 Pinot Noirs, Cab Sauv)

A Winery with Untapped Potential Hindered by Excessive Rules
I recently paid a visit to this winery, initially drawn by its reputed wines and promising ambiance. While the winery displayed a great level of hospitality by the hosts, I couldn't help but feel that its numerous rules and restrictions hindered its ability to captivate and attract visitors. It's unfortunate because the wine is truly enjoyable, but the overall experience falls short due to an overwhelming sense of rigidity.
I must acknowledge that the winery does offer a certain level of hospitality, and the staff is polite and accommodating. However, it's difficult to fully embrace the experience when confronted with an abundance of rules and restrictions. Unlike other wineries in the area, which embrace a more relaxed and inclusive approach, this winery's strict policies create a sense of unease and inhibit the opportunity for visitors to fully enjoy themselves.
The most notable drawback is the prohibition on bringing outside food. While I understand the need for certain regulations, the freedom to enjoy a personal picnic or indulge in a favorite snack alongside the wine can greatly enhance the overall experience. Other wineries in the vicinity have successfully struck a balance, welcoming guests to bring their own food or hosting food-related events that create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
To truly thrive and stand out from the competition, I encourage this winery to reconsider its approach to rules and restrictions. By adopting a more flexible and inclusive mindset, they can create an atmosphere that resonates with a wider audience and cultivates a sense of relaxation and enjoyment. Allowing guests to bring their own food or organizing events that celebrate local cuisine can help break down the barriers and transform the winery into a more welcoming and appealing destination.
In conclusion, while the winery does display some degree of hospitality, it falls short due to an excess of rules and restrictions. The wines themselves are enjoyable, but the overall experience lacks the allure found in wineries that embrace a more open-minded approach. I sincerely urge the winery to reassess its policies and consider creating an environment that is both inviting and accommodating, ensuring that visitors feel truly welcomed and enticed to return.
Jacqueline Pizano — Google review
Terrible experience. The employee made absolutely no effort to explain or make our experience memorable. When we asked him to explain what varietals were in the white blend, he literally responded with “I don’t actually know what is in this” and made no effort to find out. To charge $25/person is thievery. Also, the quality of the wines we tasted were very low especially given the reputation of wine in nearby. Overall, I feel cheated and will caution that this winery is to be avoided.
It should be noted that the winery followed up with me privately and gave a satisfactory response. I am happy with their follow-up.

You pass through an active military base (no check in required) and keep going 1/4 mile past what looks like a replica of a mission. That was William Randolph Hearst's hotel that is on the base. Contact the mission in advance, the mission rents rooms. They say they are a retreat not a hotel. Would love to stay here next time we visit.

The Friends Of The Elephant Seal Visitor Center and Gift Shop is a non-profit organization that provides information and souvenirs for visitors to observe elephant seals. The center has a boardwalk and viewing areas, as well as knowledgeable volunteers who are passionate about these animals. They offer valuable information on the behaviors of elephant seals, including what to watch for if a female is giving birth.
This is not the actual viewing spot for elephant seals. Those who come for elephant seals should go to the vista point instead. It’s about 8 miles drive from here up north. PLEASE NOTE: THE ADDRESS SHOWN IS NOT THE LOCATION OF THE ELEPHANT SEALS. You will find the bulls, cows and pups about six miles North on Highway 1, about four miles past Hearst Castle.
The experience of birth fascinates children and adults. New life emerges during the winter months, just a few feet below the boardwalk, and the deliveries are easily visible. Sea birds clean the placenta as the aproxmately four thousand pound (2,000 kg) bull guards his harem of about fifty, petite, fifteen hundred pound (600 kg) cows.
Elephant seals use their flippers to toss sand. Covering their body, it cools them down and acts as a sunblock.
The cold Pacific ocean, hugs the rookery. The cows neither eat nor drink while on the beach, they just nurse and protect their pups.
Be sure to bring a camera The shoreline is serpentine, so good lighting is available throughout the day.
My granddaughter loved the experience. The audience, on the block long, observation boardwalk seems to have no effect on the renewal of a species, happening below their feet.
While viewing elephant seals in their natural habitat, remember they are unpredictable and potentially dangerous. For your and their safety, stay on the walkway and boardwalk.
Easy, free parking in a unpaved lot. Wheelchair accessible with some difficulty. A knowledgeable docent, recognizable in a blue jacket, is present. There is no change, however donations are appreciated.

You can stop by and get information about the elephant seals, before going to see them in person. See the seal skulls and buy gift items too!

Eberle Winery is a family-run winery located in Paso Robles, CA. It features a modern production facility and tasting room, as well as vast underground wine caves. The winery offers complimentary wine tastings and public tours of the production facility and caves.
One-of-a-kind experience that I imagine is the perfect place to start in Paso. Yes, owner Gary really does hang out around the tasting room, yes, tastings and tours are complimentary, and yes, the wine is awesome! I especially enjoyed the Rouge blend and the Cabernet (of course). Look forward to coming back and bringing more friends and family to Eberle!

We had been wanting to stop here on our business travels, and finally had a chance to. Lovely tour of the cave. They recommend reservations, but we popped in and they fit us in. Great, FREE wine tasting and our tour guide Fiomma, was our tasting guide too. Very good wines. I left with 3 bottles and I desire to come back again!

First make sure you make a reservation as not to miss the most unique experience in the area: the visit to the caves. Lisa guided us through some informative tour and the history of the wine maker. Then Stephanie took care of the tasting and conversation in the tasting room. This was a wonderful experience. Thanks to all staff.

This winery is beautiful, and the staff are amazing--They gave us great recommendations about things to do and see in the area, and were incredibly nice. The cave tour was very neat and informative (and free!) And of course, the wine was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back!

Cave tour and the wine tasting was complimentary. The hostess was very informative and even offered to take our pictures during the cave tour. The tasting deck had such wonderful views of the vineyard. Definitely a place to relax and sip some amazing wines!.

Such a great winery in Paso Robles. Eberle has been here since the 70’s or 80’s making it one of the OG’s. They are known for their great red wines and their caves. You can take a cave tour, which I highly recommend. Tastings are still complimentary, which is truly a rarity, unfortunately, in the Paso area. Stop buy for a tasting and pick up a bottle or two.

We wanted to do some wine tasting and watch the sun set and we did just that at Eberle Winery. Customer service was great, wine tasting tour was very nice. We had a lovely time watching the sun set. Our experience at Eberle was 5 stars. Thank you!

Amazing wines. I have never loved all the white and red wines at a winery before. All were velvety smooth. I was amazed! Very reasonably priced too. The grounds are beautiful. Caves are amazing. Must see. And they give big military discounts. Highly recommended stop if you are in Paso

Made reservations online prior to visiting is highly suggested. Enjoyed a table on the outdoor patio and received amazing service from Jennifer who was running around everywhere making sure our glasses were always filled and gave the best recommendations. Walked away with a membership using my veterans discount of %50 off. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one and can't wait to come back and indulge in more great tasting wines.

Lovely winery near Pasa Robles with a free wine tasting (with a guitar serenade!) and cave tour with a fascinating look at their history and business. The people are so sweet. They also do great charity work- 100% of donations / select bottle purchases on Memorial Day weekend went to veteran related orgs. Just an awesome place.

I've been an Eberle wine club member for several years and didn't hesitate to book our destination wedding at Eberle Winery! Oralia and Cara were amazing event hosts! Our ceremony overlooking the vineyard was spectacular and our reception in the wine cave was so unique and romantic! I highly recommend Eberle for any special event. Their wines are all delicious!

We happened upon this local winery on our way through Paso today. What a lovely stop. Kirk was a wonderful sommelier who introduced us to 7 of the wineries current offerings. We purchased a bottle of the Chardonnay, the 2020 Cabernet and the newly introduced port. Definitely worth a stop. We did not tour the caves, but it sure would be fun to! Worth your time to stop.

What a great experience! It's so hard to decide which wineries to go to by just doing online research, and I'm very glad that we booked a tour and tasting at Eberle. Our guide was really amazing. The tour was very interesting and informative, and it was nice to see such a big production. It's amazing to hear about the history of the winery, and how significant of an impact Eberle had for the area. The tasting area is beautiful, and Eberle has got to be one of the only places around where the basic tasting is actually free. The wines are priced very well too, so it's easy to take home at least a couple of bottles. I do think we've visited some places in Paso Robles where they're doing more interesting things with wine, but everything that we tasted at Eberle was solid. My wife and I would highly recommend Eberle and will stop again on our next trip.

We walked in without an appointment, but we were able to do a tasting with Michael, who was very knowledgeable. Afterwards Michael gave us a tour of the caves, which are worth seeing.
We ended up buying a case of Muscat Canelli.

Amazing experience and wine. Tour of the “caves” was fun and informative, Chardonnay was amazing - got a bottle. They have a cave room you can reserve -need to find an occasion to do so. Highly recommend.

Great tasting and tour.
If this is your first time visiting Paso, this is a great starting place. Book the tasting and tour online. The process is very easy. And the follow up emails are good.
Tasting is free. They have a wide rang of offerings. My personal favorite is Muscat Canelli. (think of it as the sweet fruity dessert Wine for a hot summer day)
The tour to the cave is very fun as well.

The Estrella Warbirds Museum is an aviation museum located in Paso Robles, California that specializes in restoring and preserving military aircraft, vehicles, and memorabilia.
This is a very kid friendly place to visit. We went with 3 kids under 2 and one 3 y/o and they had an absolute blast. All the airplanes, tanks, and vehicles outside are hands on and the kids can climb into many of the attractions. They have an indoor car museum that is no touching but there is one little car to climb in there too. Overall I highly recommend for a mixed aged audience, everyone loved it from youngest to oldest and it was worth the price of admission.

We went to the Smoke and Rust BBQ, Antiques and Car show there and really enjoyed that venue. The planes are beautiful, and people brought some really nice cars for the show too. This event was a fundraiser for a pediatric cancer charity and was very nice to attend and vend at. I can't wait to go back and visit again.

A really amazing museum. The staff is really friendly and are happy to answer your questions. Seeing the jets and planes up close is really an experience that no picture can justify. Take a visit, you will not be disappointed.

This place is awesome! If you want to see some history of what our soldiers flew, drove, shot, or operated, then this place is a must see. I loved the aircraft, and military exhibits. Honor our veterans by stopping by and donating to this museum! There are displays of ammunition, radios, pieces of the Japanese zero aircraft, German Messerschmitt instrument panels... the list goes on. I hope to stop by this museum again. Remember, we would be speaking German and Japanese if our soldiers had not fought and sacrificed their lives for you and I!

Fabulous museum! We spent about 2 hours here enjoying all the cars, planes and WW2 memorabilia. So much to see and learn with cars that we had never seen before. Well worth the time.
Wendy “The Traveling Squirrel” — Google review
This place is amazing. Plan to spend many hours to take it all in. Besides all the planes outside, there are 3 buildings full of war memorabilia, military weapons and gear, and even a building full of classic cars.
Terence Curren — Google review
What an amazing place in a nicely semi secluded location. The people at the museum were very welcoming and took us in quickly. The wait was virtually none. You start in the gift shop and move onto the interior portion of the museum where there is so much to see and read. The description on their website is typically a four hour visit with a potential for a second day...that's very correct. If you stop to read everything and fully immerse yourself, it will take a while to leave the first portion of the museum. Once out onto the outdoor section, the places are spectacular. Some with their engines intact, other with their engines gotten, either one lends itself to great views. You can get up close and personal with the planes, just don't touch. Wheel bays are open and you can stick your head up there and look at the components that makes everything tic, but watch your head! You can essentially walk the entire ground with some exceptions that are roped off. There are planes, engines, tanks, missiles, munitions, plane restorations in progress, classic car/race car section and general reading. It is a blast for those who love wartime history and wartime relics. The classic car collection is massive, that was a pleasant surprise. I understand the preservation of the planes, but I would have loved to be able to enter one of their larger planes and just take it all in. As an aerospace tech, this was a great time. I'd definitely love to visit again. Great experience for my father and I. Great job Estrella Warbird Museum.

Such a hidden gem in Paso! We’ve been Paso Robles so many times never found it until this trip, and so glad we went! You can feel they put a lot of love into this museum, and did their best for maintenance. It’s much bigger than it looked like, I thought we were only going to spend 1 hour max here, but ended up staying about 2 hours!

A hidden gem! My husband and I love history and so museums are always on our agenda. This place is amazing and I could see us coming back to check it out again. The docents are friendly and available, but let you go at your own pace. You could spend hours here and still not see everything! You never know how big these machines are until they are towering over you. A great day here and so much history you can feel and touch!

A must see when visiting Paso, but also a must revisit for those of us that live in Paso. They update the museum and rotate in New planes etc often. Very knowledgeable staff and guides. Everyone is super nice, and it's all for a great cause.
They have a great mission statement too. Be sure to ALWAYS donate more than just the entry fee. This is to preserve our great history, and educate! Love the Warbirds Museum!
The Frankel family has created a beautiful estate that fuses wine and art together to create an Instagram-worthy experience for wine aficionados and art lovers. Sculpture gardens meander through landscaped gardens featuring sculptures by well-known artists, and the winery has even developed its own pistachios which can be enjoyed at the tasting room or in snacks like mini pizzas. Truly one of Paso's top attractions, Sculpterra is definitely worth a visit!
Great place to taste wine, knowledgeable staff and fantastic grounds. Plan on spending time viewing metal sculptures on the grounds.

What a delightful experience. The staff that served us was extremely knowledgeable about wine and coffee. He walks us through each of the wine and explains it thoroughly. I appreciate the information that is provided with the wine tasting. The setting is nice. The tasting is done with you standing but the place is real comfortable. You can also bring your lunch or order from the food truck and sit in the picnic area. The sculptures are fun to watch. There re live music performance on some days.
Justin Lee — Google review
Visited Sculpterra on our way to the Sierras. While I did not partake in the wine tasting, my wife enjoyed it quite a bit. The woman serving us and assisting us with the tasting and selection was very knowledgeable and really helpful. We bought a bottle to enjoy in our hotel later. To be brutally honest, it wasn't the greatest pinot noir I've had and it wasn't cheap. Although there were other samples on the tasting menu that were far better, but twice the price. So there's that.
Outside, the sculpture garden is fantastic. We spent a couple of hours wandering the grounds. Some of the art is truly excellent. So even if wine isnt your thing, this place is worth a visit if you are in the area just to get some fresh air and stretch your legs. Make sure to walk through the vineyard up to the hammocks in 'Pauls Forest' for a very relaxing time-out in a wonderfully tranquil location.
We'll be back and try a different bottle next time.

Maybe my favorite winery in Paso. Incredible wines, over-the-top service from Iddy, tasty pistachios grown on-site, and beautiful art all around. What more could you want in a tasting? I’ve bought the Mega Focus at Costco since tasting, it’s especially great.

I was completely immersed in the atmosphere from the very entrance to the territory of the winery. Huge beautiful territory with unique sculptures, around vineyards and pistachio gardens, hiking trails. There is a playground for children and adults. The staff is passionate about what they do. There are many tables with comfortable chairs in the shade of the trees, where you can sit and enjoy the wine. If you wish, you can buy one of the sculptures. Spent several hours there. Everything is very atmospheric. You can try the grapes of different varieties from which wine is made. I have no regrets, I can only recommend that you definitely visit this winery. Many wines are presented, I liked Primitivo. I wish prosperity Sculpterra Winery

Came here on Black Friday after randomly looking on Google Maps for a place to visit - we were surprised at how nice and lively it is. The grounds are very large and open for people to hike around. The sculpture garden would be interesting for kids to wander around and there’s food and drinks for everyone. Definitely worth a visit when in town.

For sure it’s very unique place which was made with a big live to the art! Definitely, it’s like a live museum with many spectacular sculptures. The garden is with different sort of plants, there is play ground for the kids. It’s a very first place where I was able to taste not only wine, but also the grapes from which these wines were made. The staff is super friendly and one man told us a lot about this winery and grapes and wines. There are shaded seats and tables around the park. You can easy to find enough clean WC around.

We cannot rave about this winery enough! We walked in at 4pm on 3/22/23, an hour before closing. We were greeted kindly and even got to do a private wine tasting with Bruce. Bruce was a FANTASTIC wine steward. He was an excellent conversationalist and knew so much about the wine, sculptures, the history of the winery, the staff and employees, and more. Without a doubt, the price of the tasting was worth it 5 times over, with a well-curated wine list, pleasant and accommodating staff, and a stunning location along with the beautiful sculpture gardens to walk through. Bruce made our experience so lovely and we will have great memories to bring home. We highly recommend stopping at this winery for anyone on a central California coast trip! 5++ stars.

Great winery with sculptures. In the Labor Day weekend, there is a food truck and live music in the garden. The wine tasting is $20 for 5 different wines. Great deal. Good place for friends and family gathering.
The Tobin James Cellars Winery is a winery located in the heart of Paso Robles wine region, featuring an inviting tasting room with a grand, 150-year-old bar. The winery crafts intense fruit driven wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrahs, Zinfandel, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Dessert Zinfandel.
Tobin James is one of me favorite wineries. There Reseve Chardonnay is fantastic. Can't leave here without a case everytime. There are so many wonderful tasting wines. I really wanted to love this place, in fact at first we wanted to stay for two days. It is that beautiful. Our plan was to do a photo shoot on the second day, as there are so many unique buildings, antique fixtures, and just overall lovely scenery. The ladies who checked us in were so friendly too. As Harvest Host members it is 'requested' that we spend $20 at a property, and we always spend much more than that. This particular property, however 'required' that we spend $20 per person. The wines were mediocre, which I could have lived with. What turned us sour on our stay was the bartender. I literally felt as though I was a waste of his time. I tried to communicate with him, but all I ever got in return was, "which one do you want to try" There was no verbal communication of what the wines were like, what they paired well with, or upsell of any sort. At one point the bar tender left us to talk to a fellow employee. I witnessed him whisper to her as he pointed at me and my husband. I could go on but I think you get the picture. We wasted no time leaving.

Just finished my first wine tasting experience at Tobin James… AMAZING atmosphere. I absolutely LOVED Veronica, and her recommendations were spot on. You don’t always find a place that has great wine AND great people. If you haven’t checked them out, I HIGHLY recommend making this a top place to stop if you’re coming to Paso Robles. Added bonus is they are visibly supportive of our nation’s military. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited Tobin James Winery, excited to use a wine passport I earned after completing a marathon. This passport was supposed to grant me a complimentary visit, and Tobin James was explicitly listed as a participating winery. Unfortunately, they did not uphold their end of the agreement. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, pointing out that other wineries had accepted the passport without question the same day, the staff simply dismissed its validity.
Despite this disappointment, there were some highlights to my visit. A few of the wines were delightful, and one server was particularly helpful, enriching my experience with his deep knowledge of their wines. His passion for sharing and educating was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience.
However, the situation soured again when I tried to leave. I hoped for some understanding or a solution regarding the passport issue, but instead, I met with dismissiveness from the staff. This lack of support and customer service left me feeling overlooked and undervalued.
While I enjoyed the wines, my visit was overshadowed by the winery's failure to honor their commitment and their poor handling of the situation.

A must visit on your wine tasting trip! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing wines across the board. While the trend in Paso seems to be to raise tasting fees, increased bottle prices and higher bottle limits to wave tasting fees, TJ has kept their prices on the ground. If you want a really great atmosphere and wines that are very reasonable, this is the place to visit!

9/18/22 We visited here when we vacationed in the central coast. It hasn't changed since our last visit in May. No masks required. They do reservation for busy weekends and holidays. Very popular winery. The receptionist up front was very nice. We didn't have a reservation but she let us in. Luckily it wasn't busy. The pourer selected samples of what I would like. He was great. The charming and wonderful ladies who rang up the sale were very helpful. Nice surprise was the discount for buying 6 bottles. This is our favorite place to visit. There is a grassy doggie area for the furry travelers.
We stopped here on the way to the coast and back. Lots of free parking with handicap access. Tall shady trees with patio seating. Very friendly and extremely helpful hostesses. They fill in the list of the wines you want to sample and or puchase at the entrance. I came here to purchase specific wines that luckily were available. You take the list to the cashier inside. They get the wines from the back and ring up the sales. They accept credit cards. My last visit here was 10 years ago. The staff are as helpful and friendly as ever. The interior is the same western decor. Their wines are world renowned. This is our favorite winery in Paso Robles. We will return.

The location is convenient and good, but there is no winery vibe. I missed the attention of the staff. If you don't ask anything, you won't hear anything. It seems to me that more work needs to be done to prepare the customer for the purchase. Today there are a lot of offers, so it is important not just to give a try for money

Historic street with 19th-century buildings developed by early Chinese immigrants to the area.
I'd rather not show photos of china alley but I will. It's not like I remember it from years back when the famous Imperial Dynasty was at its peak when only the rich and famous who would visit from all over the world could afford to sit at a table on the continental side I can't remember which but a president ate there once , I don't remember the exact price but to sit at a table back in 1983 would put you back $400 or $ 500 at the least I know this because sometimes after school (I attended Hanford High ) I would help my mother set all the tables , I liked helping because there was so much too see I was fortunate to step into the huge wine room with the most expensive bottles of wine not to mention the price of a glass of wine , my mother worked there for a few years, and another impressive area there i don't know why I remember it was the ladies powder room or bathroom i walked in to help clean it and I have never seen a bathroom so huge and all the chairs that were placed throughout the waiting area in the room also all the mirrors with there own chair and table decorated throughout out . today there is an area right across on the same lot where people take there plastic and aluminum for recycle , the wing family closed the restraunt a few years back and it has never been the same .The building is still there but to have witnessed it with your own eyes are the only memories good memories one has , most people nowadays have no clue how famous that alley once use to be . I was told a few years back that the building is now used for storage. So sad ! It will always be 5 🌟 for me.

I love this place. It has lost a lot of it's amazing luster over the years. It still stands as a monument to the history of the Chinese community who once lived here 100+ years ago. The alley is famed for it's restaurants as well. The Imperial Dynasty used to host famous actors and politicians. Now it is a quiet little area that doesn't have much going on except a Tea shop, and grocery, but you can still appreciate the ambiance of what was once there.

Carrizo Plain National Monument is an incredible experience that's well worth the trip.
The camping here is great and the Soda Lake is something special - it's always beautiful, empty with its salt deposits or full after a winter of heavy rain.
This place feels remote and truly out of this world. If you're lucky enough to visit during a springtime super bloom, you're in for a real treat.
About 1-2 hours from the central coast depending on where you're located.
There are no services once you get out there. Make sure you fill up with gas/battery, plenty of drinking water and snacks before you go.
This place is worth the trip for anyone looking to experience the beauty of nature in a unique and unforgettable way.
Highly recommended!

Super bloom is here as of 4.7.2023 and not too crowded. On the way from entrance towards Soda lake, there is many spots where you can see mountain covered with wildflowers. There is few spots that are accessible too. There is some off-road which can take you to more secluded but majestic view points. You will have to take a high clearance car or hike to those points. Also, don’t miss the drive from soda lake to CA58 via 7mile road. Please be careful and don’t damage the flowers.

The super blood moon eclipse also rose during our stay, which was other worldly. Coyotes howled in the distance, and we were lucky to see no rattlesnakes or scorpions. While there was not a bloom this year, there were a few vibrant flowers. The foxtails were trimmed in our immediate camp area — lucky for our dogs — though grew taller and thicker further away from the dirt road. We brought an ATV and electric motorcycle to explore the nearby mountain range. Our vehicles had no difficulty accessing the campsite, which is just off the dirt road. Wide vehicles and/or vehicles without off-road capabilities will find it impossible to explore the mountains.
Try to find yourself a campsite with a tree. Trees are in extremely short supply, so good luck. Best time of year to visit is during a cosmic events, especially during late October through early May. So look up your full moons, new moons, eclipses, meteor showers, comet passings, and so on. No matter what, it’ll be lovely.

On 4/11/2023 we drove through the Carrizo Plain and visited the National Monument while searching the Plains for this years super bloom. We came in off of highway 101 just North of San Luis Obispo and drove through Santa Margarita to the Monument and then to Goodwin Education Center. It was a fantastic trip and due to the record breaking rains there was a profusion of wildflowers. It was simply breathtaking and it seemed at times like we were driving through a landscape of impressionistic paintings. There were plenty of places to pull off of the road and see the wide variety of flowers. The drive takes you past Soda Lake which is now full due to the rain. The profusion of wildflowers among the foothills behind Soda Lake was breathtaking and not to be missed. We stayed on paved roads and found the road conditions to be very good. There are a number unpaved roads to explore some in decent shape and other more appropriate for 4-wheel drive vehicles. This vast plain offers magnificent views of our rugged California landscape and as an added bonus offers simply fantastic wildflower viewing, at least for now. The views will be very different with each season. There are no gas stations or restaurants or other services so come prepared. Pack your own food, water and other necessities. Cell phone service is very poor and nonexistent in many areas. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys natural landscapes, rugged countryside, and a profusion of native wildflowers. Add this to your bucket list.

This spectacular landscape is a remnant of the grasslands of the Central Valley. I visited 20th April 2023 when the flowers were in full bloom and the normally dry Soda Lake and ponds were full of water. The sections with unpaved roads aren’t for the faint-hearted, but there was plenty to dazzle the senses entering from State Route 58 (the north entrance). Do the short hike at Wallace Creek to see the San Andreas Fault!
Christopher Smee — Google review
Visited in time for the peak of the super bloom and it was spectacular. We came in from the Santa Margarita side and stopped first at the overlook. Then we ventured to the visitor center. The best part was taking the unpaved road on the other side of soda lake. The flowers were covering the hillsides like a patchwork quilt. Bring water and snacks there are no services out here.

Mid March. Camping. If it wasn’t dry washboard, it was impassible deep mud. However, it was so lush and green and no one else was there…I would do it all over again. 30’ camper with Jeep.

Too cold, not a superbloom but it was pretty. The drive out from slo was spectacular. The docent said wait till the weather is warmer , they'll be more flowers. This was 4/6/24.

Bring a four wheeler if you come when it's wet. The main road is mostly dirt and sometimes mud. There is a visitor center with a provided outhouse. Don't leave trash, there's no trash pickup.

Beautiful but missed the bloom because it's been too cold! Also zero trash cans so be prepared to pack it in, then out! The park Rangers were friendly and helpful. They had a nice museum that was informative and a gift shop. Dog friendly but leashed only!

Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park is a renowned state park situated near Delano, CA. The park boasts restored landmark buildings from the early 20th century and offers camping facilities along with educational tours. The park serves as a homage to Allen Allensworth and other black pioneers who had established the town as an ideal model for modern black communities in the future.
Beautiful park! Great history. Rebuilt historic town. Cleanest bathrooms we came across. Ranger Tim is friendly and informative 👍

What a unique and wonderful historic park with an adjacent campground! Nice paved back in sites. Site 10 is best with lots of shade during the late afternoon sun. Easy 9 miles off rt 99. Has 2 FHU sites and others are dry camp with water spigots around the park. There is a bath house and private shower rooms. Has dump station for $ that takes CCs. Quiet except for RR nearby but did not bother us at all. We did drive in with no rez but we were here off season and not during any special event at the historic site. The historic town buildings are wonderfully preserved. They are not open unless there is a special event happening but most have windows you can look thru to see the well done interpretive furnishings and accouterments appropriate for that building. Each building also has an interpretive sign and also a QR code activated recorded blurb about each building. Both were excellent and very well done. The town has an amazing history. I only wish we had been traveling by during a special event time.

This is an interesting stop about 45 minutes north of Bakersfield. Several of the buildings are recreations and none were open so you could go inside. The visitor’s center has a couple of exhibits. Give it about an hour to see it all. Free entrance and clean restrooms. Overall, an interesting stop for a look at a unique place in history.

Just a few miles west of Delano, CA. Col. Allensworth State Park on CA state Hwy 43 is a snapshot in time of a 19th century farm town. A model envisioned by its founder as a modern black community for the future. Definitely worth the stop. The restored homes and furnishing are as authentic as it gets. It's a quiet beautiful place in the spring when I was there. Spring flower line the roads and yards with checkerboards of the many crops grown in the area surrounding it.

We stayed in the small campground attached to the historic park. We were the only occupied spot, so we had wonderful morning and evening walks. Sunsets were awesome. If you really want to get away from it all, this is the place. We would give it 5 stars if it had hookups and dependable water supply.

This is an awesome place to visit. So much history and so we'll maintained. Definitely gives over a taste of what love was like back in the late 1800s/early 1900s. We had so much fun exploring and even did some ghost hunting. Definitely going back with friends to show it off to others!
Took a different road on the way to L.A. and ended up in Taft (I'm not a big fan of Hwy 5)
This was a spur of the moment trip so we ended up staying in Taft. At our hotel, we asked the receptionist what is something cool to do in Taft and the oil museum came highly recommended. On Saturday morning we went to the museum and let me tell you it's a historical treasure. You not only learn about the oil history in the area but you also learn about Taft, Maricopa, and all the nearby towns. The staff, all volunteers, are super friendly and they took the time and explained everything to us. I highly recommend stopping here if you like to learn about history and see the evolution of oil pumping machines. This is a must see in my books!

Cool small town style museum. Lots of displays exhibits and artifacts. You could spend several hours here and not see everything. The museum is run by a dedicated group of volunteers. It shows local history and a lot of information about how oil production has affected this area.

Always a good time at Famoso.
Legendary track with plenty of good seating.
I attended the Division 7 event as a spectator in early October. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a hot day, so I asked if there was any inside parking available, as its always nice to take a break in the AC when it's as hot as it was. They asked that I just stayed out of the way and didn't block anyone in...lol.
I was able to park in the Grove, right behind the bleacher I was sitting in. 👍Nice😀
The racing was great!
Tons of cars and dragsters.
Bikes too!
Take a walk through the pits and ask questions, most will be glad to let you take a look and answer any questions you might have. Just be mindful of where you're standing and don't get in their way.
The drag racing community is very family-friendly and a great place to take the kids.

It's awesome they have stands all the way down to the finish line. The bigger tracks I've been to don't have stands that far down.
Definitely a track to go to. I will be back.

Travelled from the UK to the Oct Hot Rod Reunion meeting and was pleasantly surprised with the organisation and size of the meeting. I used to do the timing at Santa Pod raceway in England and this meeting was like going back into the 1980's and earlier, it is amazing the quantity and quality of cars that ran and particularly enjoyed the Fuel Altered's that put on a hell of a show. If you want to see racing the way it used to be then you really should come here. If you can't take too much sun try and find a friendly person who may share their shade if asked nicely, the people almost all seemed to be part of the drag racing in one way or another, fantastic knowledge!
Nice spot to play or watch volleyball and Frisbee Golf. Lots of squirrels, but no moose. 😁

The Kern County Museum boasts an array of exhibits and artifacts showcasing the region's rich history, including its indigenous peoples, pioneer era, and significant role in the oil industry. The majority of the museum is situated outdoors, with various buildings available for visitors to explore. In addition to educational signage tailored for adults, there are also many kid-friendly displays. Visitors can expect a unique and enjoyable experience at this expansive museum, which may require multiple visits to fully appreciate everything it has to offer.
My dad and I just visited and we were both very impressed. We could have easily spent many hours here, but felt that two was about right given our timing constraints. Most of the museum is outdoors, with buildings that you can peek into. They have many kid-oriented signs along with the standard adult-oriented signs.

It is more like a historical park with lots of historical buildings with old furniture moved/rebuilt there. There is also a small museum with interactive exhibits about petroleum exploration and a small kids museum. We spent around 3 hours going through everything. Kids had a great time peaking into each house to see what it looked like in the old times. We were there on a Saturday but no one was at the ticket window so we got in for free.

Their event for Halloween 🎃 this year was great! Not too long of lines to get candy, not too scary for the younger kids, tickets were five dollars each and five dollars more to get a bag for candy. No buckets allowed since they give you the bags and you have to pay per person to get candy. Most of the museums attractions were open to view and walk through. There were some vendors there for food, coffee, popcorn and tacos. They had a projector playing a Halloween 👻 movie and they had some bounce houses for the kids. Parking was a little intense but we ended up getting super lucky with a good spot. Highly recommend for next year if you want to do something other than stay in or go house to house.

I hadn't been to Pioneer Village in about 3 decades. I had a friend visiting from out of town and decided to take him there. I was delightfully surprised to see how much it has changed and grown. At least from my faint memory from elementary school! Even though he's not from Bakersfield, he also quite enjoyed the experience.
I loved the interactive displays to show how the equipment works. The transportation exhibit is really cool. I loved being able to see such a wide range of vehicles from different eras.
It was very peaceful to meander through and enjoy the park-like environment on top of seeing all of the houses and buildings.
The only "complaint" I have is that I didn't have access to quite a few of the different buildings since I was in a wheelchair. I understand limitations due to the nature of the historic nature of the buildings, but I was just a little bummed out.
Otherwise I hope to introduce more people to this lovely little haven. 😁

The Bakersfield Fox Theater is a classic performing arts venue that opened in 1930 and has since been restored to its former grandeur. The theater boasts an ornate interior and recognizable clock tower exterior, serving as a historic landmark with unique architecture. While the main auditorium may not be massive in size, it's sufficient for hosting various performances such as comedy acts, music concerts, and dance shows.
Love coming here. Saw Clint Black for my second time. What a great show. He jammed on the guitar and was engaging and funny. His wife and daughter were also here and they sang beautifully as well. Will be coming back in February to see wild man Steve-O 🥳

Great venue. Lots of history, and there are good reasons why. Starting with the external "Hotel California" vibe with the neon, white masonry and palm 🌴. Cool and somewhat decadent inside architectural features may have contributed to the fantastic sound. Sightlines are good and ticket prices are decent. Entry and exit were quick. Went to see Blackberry Smoke. Awesome show from the Smoke as always. Miles Miller opened. I'd go see that act again. I'd not hesitate to go see another show at the Fox.

A beautiful old-fashioned theater that was restored and refurbished with its ornately designed interior. The exterior is the familiar clock tower with "Fox" theater on the front. It's a historic landmark, the design is an architectural signature that's fairly uncommon now. Glad to see that it's been repaired and restored to its former beauty and stature. The main auditorium isn't large, but it's more than enough for current performances and shows.

A smaller sized theater venue which kind of reminded me of my old high school auditorium, actually. The seats are T I N Y. Very much like old school auditoriums. The sound is good though! The views are pretty good all around I think. I was in Terrace level G at first row CC. The rails are kind of in the way, but could easily sit up to bypass them. I drove from LA up to Bakersfield for the first time to see Colter Wall and it was a great experience! The parking is easy and everyone helps easily point you the right way. Would recommend making the drive from LA to see your favorite artist or band here!

Good venue. View is especially good from the 200 sections on the long sides of the arena. I sat in section 215 and I had a great view! I'd definitely go to another concert here. Got in and out quickly.

Condor games are always fun with family and friends! I’m grateful for my friends inviting me to these events, especially to check out our local team. I’ve also been to the convention center for concerts, usually parking is easily assessable. And if you’re like me and running late and have to park away from the venue there’s usually spots at a close walking distance.

We went to see Toto and Journey last weekend at this venue. It was big with lots of seating. The bands were awesome!

Great venue! I didn't get food but it looked and smelled really good. I saw one of my favorite bands of all time, Matchbox Twenty. My seat was in the first row of the stands, just off center in front of the stage. I felt so close! I felt like I had fantastic seats for a HUGE band and they weren't that expensive. And honestly better than the floor seats unless you're front row, I couldn't stand up the whole time.

Went to a Condor's game and had a lot of fun. The seats were really affordable and there were some decent drink options; some were way overpriced. We got some pretzels also, but they were horrible. Very stale and too much salt

Awesome venue!
Nice & cool inside the venue, when outside the temperature was close to 100 & very humid.
The skybox was a good place to see the stage. The attendant/server Geo was awesome. he made sure we had everything we needed & there was plenty of food & drinks.
It was a plus that we did not have to wait in line in the bathroom. As there was a bathroom in the skybox.

My oldest son and I went to NXT No Mercy and enjoyed it from a suite. We had friends, family, food, drinks a private bathroom, and luxurious seats facing the ring. Highly recommend!

Attended for a Cheer event for our granddaughter. Staff was friendly. The lobby and main theater was clean . The seats were stadium style so the view from each section was great!

First time here. Came to see the Bakersfield Blaze Concert with Ice Cube, Cypress Hill and a few others. Had a good time. I purchased floor seats, not really knowing what that meant. I was a little harder to see the stage, I'd definitely recommend getting seating in the upper levels just to get a better view of the stage without having to stand up. The floor seats did feel a little close together, i felt like i kept bumping into my neighbors lol. I liked that there was many restrooms, because the lines can get very long. Paid for parking so that made it super easy. Had a great time over all.
