Museo Federico Silva is a must-visit museum showcasing the work of Federico Silva, a beloved Mexican sculptor. Housed in a 17th-century building that was once a hospital and later a school, the museum seamlessly integrates its neoclassical finish with Silva's haunting monolithic sculptures. Great exposition of the Federico Silva's sculptures. The author is one of the best Mexican contemporary artists. I like all there, the modern style sculptures, how they are presented in the Museum (perfect lightning, colours environment, descriptions and visualization). The little patio inside the building is a gem of the architecture there. And particularly I loved the Silva's interpretation of Canto I, a journey into Dante's inferno. Wonderful!

I am a big fan of contemporary sculpture - this did not disappoint. Federico Silva's larger than life interpretation of Mexican traditions are fantastic. I particularly loved the journey into Dante's inferno. Wonderful!

The sculptures are very interesting, and it's a good place to see contemporary Mexican sculptures.
Sarah S — Google review
I was stunned by those sculptures, but a bit more information would have been nice :)

A collection of large-scale works by the famous sculptor. Most of them depict abstract humans extracted from large blocks of stone and made out of geometrical shapes, mainly cubes or rectangles. Rarely will you see a curved line.

I recently visited Dolores Hidalgo that had a beautiful church called Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores. The church was located near a lovely plaza in the center of town. It was a quick stop for me before I headed to San Miguel de Allende. The town had a charming atmosphere and I enjoyed my short stay there.
SIRLUNA (David) — Google review
Magnificent architecture! You can see bullet holes from a long time ago engraved in the front of the building. The inside is incredible and the design of this place is breath taking. So much history to be learned from this place. This is where Mexico fought for its independence long ago. The Cry of Dolores or “Grito de Dolores”, was when a priest rang the bells and triggered the start of the Mexican war on September 16, 1810.

It is a very large and well-preserved church. Walking through its corridors, one can see the care and maintenance dedicated to keeping it in such a great state. It's one of the most ostentatious churches I have seen while visiting Mexico.

Dolores hidalgo Is known as "la cuna de la independencia" or the cradle of Independence. This church is probably one of the more popular ones due to its importance in Mexican history.
Andy Martinez — Google review
Start of Independence for Mexico, great place to walk a little and take some pictures of the parish church.
Pedro Arellano — Google review
This beautiful church stands tall among the local buildings. Please keep an eye out for the intricate details found on the front facade, which are made of cantera. Construction first began in 1712, and three centuries later it still remains as a prime example of baroque churrigueresque style. Upon entering the facilities, gaze up to the ceiling and you will discover a taste of centuries past.
Vidal Ramirez — Google review
Magnificent Parroquia de Nuestra Senora marking the birthplace of the Mexican Revolution against Spain in September of 1810. Father Hidalgo made his famous call to war to the local population on this plaza. After over a decade of bloodshed the costly conflict gave way to Freedom for Mexico in 1821.
How To Feel Better About Yourself — Google review
A beautiful church, and since it's facing the main plaza, you can have some of Dolores Hidalgo's famous ice cream at the outdoor stands there after your visit. This church figured in the Mexican independence movement; there are several interesting, inexpensive museums a few paces away.

Nice place! We went without reservations but were welcome anyway. No tour though. But we loved the building, great wine and food. At almost 2000 meters in a peacefull surrounding. 👍🏼
Conny Broers — Google review
We have visited a couple of times for wine tasting and lunch. The vineyard is wonderful, some of the wines are very nice, in particular the Pago de Vega and Nebiollo, and the food is always great and freshly prepared. The reason for one star review is their sommelier. He does the wine tasting and presentation. He is moody, seemingly uninterested in his job and guests, and comes across as arrogant. He doesn't tell anything about the winery and their wine making process unless asked and then is annoyed with the questions. We don't understand that they allow a person with his arrogance and disinterest being the ambassador of the brand towards the guests.
Soren Lindstrom — Google review
Amazing food, wine, service, and views/ambiance. 10/10 would come back everytime.
Farid Habib — Google review
The wine tasting and the food was exceptional. The tour was very informative and this place exceeded our expectations on so many levels. We will certainly be back and highly recommend this place to everyone.
maria ponce — Google review
Not only was the vineyard great with an interesting tour, but the lunch we had was the best food we had on our entire trip. The chef here GETS it! My wife and I were BEYOND impressed. Don't worry about getting your reservations to Pujol or Quintonil, the food here was much better.
Jeremy Winter — Google review
We enjoyed a wine tasting plus charcuterie board. My husband choose the 5 premium reds. I choose regular tasting which included red table wine and 1 dry white. By far the red premium wines were excellent. I enjoyed the syrah the best. I also enjoyed the seared tuna tostada. Oscar, our host spoke English and gave us much information about the winery and what we were drinking. A very memorable experience. Recommend making a reservation.
Mary Schraven — Google review
I am a person that has traveled the world in search of great food and wine. I was very excited about exploring the emerging Mexican Wine market and hoping San Miguel, Mexico was on the path to being a real player in the wine world. Let's put aside the quality of the wine, because that is subjective to the individual. My complaint is with the winery, staff and experience. We were the only 2 people there. There must have been at least 7 winery staff floating around. We paid for a very expensive tasting with a paired charcuterie board. I'm talking above Napa Valley wineries tasting prices expensive in the middle of nowhere, Mexico. They poured us a few wines and threw down a plate of cheese and basically left. No interaction, not conversation, NO EXPERIENCE! I ask to speak with the manager and they came back to say he was busy and couldn't talk to us. Do not waste $100 in taxis driving out from San Miguel for this winery. Not to mention the wines were below average at best.
Tammy Jo Long — Google review
My girlfriend and I went to to experience the wine, knowing it’s very young and our expecatations where low . Saying that we where expecting a service! Nope.. it was the worst service I have ever experienced , over rated with service… our wine testing consisted of a 3 to 5 second with there so called wine connoisseur. San Miguel Allende has a great opportunity to improve there wine ! But…….. service is the worst ever….. sorry Mexico

If you're interested in art, then Fabrica Aurora is a great place to visit. It's home to a variety of different galleries and shops, all of which feature works by local artists. The space is really trendy, with lots of cafes and little shops inside. It's definitely worth spending some time here if you're in the city!
This place is awesome! The art is incredible. Take your time and look around. Everyone was kind and very pleasant except one Gallery owner. I won’t tell you who she is, I’ll let you find her on your own. Hint: after talking to her you might need to get a glass of wine that’s really close by.

Fantastic place to look for art and have a quick lunch.
We didn't realize it but there's about 30 different boutique art galleries in this one location.
There's also a great burger joint at the very entrance when you walk in and a cafe toward the back.
Bathrooms for super clean and everybody there was very helpful.

It is a beautiful place to walk around, and I normally do enjoy going to art galleries and museums but I felt it’s overrated. This is a place for tourists or foreigners with lots of money, so do not expect a local experience here.

The Biblioteca Pública de San Miguel de Allende, A.C. is a public library located in central San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. It has an extensive collection of Spanish and English language books as well as a beautiful courtyard and seating areas.
Great library with both English and Spanish books. Pretty courtyard with chairs around to take a rest or to read a book. People working there are friendly. Also there is a cafeteria. The restroom is very clean and no charge. Interesting murals in the gift shop. Worth to stop by.
Harry Zheng — Google review
Do not miss the incredible mural covering the ceiling and four walls of the library bookshop. There is also an incredible mural filling a room just next to the Teatro Santa Ana and the library cafe.

Very nice public library and a very good small restaurant. The murals are worth your time. It's all free and close to the zocolo, so just go and support the local public library. You can either just donate some money or buy something at the nice restaurant.

I took one of the public guided tours, which was thorough and professional, returned for two excellent evening musical performances hosted at the library, and ate at the cafe (fruit and yogurt plate) which is a hidden gem! The library has an extensive book collection in English and Spanish and provides a number of services to the local community. An outstanding community resource!

One of the world's most beautiful libraries, with hundreds of volunteers helping to deliver services to children, adults, and communities around San Miguel. Also a very good restaurant and coffee shop, and many musical and cultural events and movies are presented there. One of the most important parts of San Miguel.

Quiet place to get work done or read a book. Only the courtyard has public wifi and it’s not great for video calls but gets the job done. This place is run by volunteers and a great gift to SMA!

Insurgentes #25, Zona Centro, 37700 San Miguel de Allende, Gto., Mexico
The imposing pink spires of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel are a sight to behold, and this famous church is well known for its gothic architecture. Legend has it that the architect designed the place of worship based only on a postcard he had seen of a Gothic church in Belgium. The interior of the church is spacious and colorful, with images of local saints lining the walls and vivid scenes from the crucifixion depicted on them.
Impressed with this place! On the inside even better. A must see if you stop by San Miguel de Allende.
Leo Rodr?guez — Google review
The centre of San Miguel de Allende... always filled with tourists and locals enjoying the energy and spirit of the place. Evenings are especially busy as rival mariachi bands compete for the crowds attention and children dance and squeal with delight. Not very peaceful, but lots of fun.

Visit twice, once during the day and once at night.
Both squares are filled with people and have a fun atmosphere.
It looks like a real Cinderella Castle, and especially when it's lit up at night, it feels like you're at a theme park.
I definitely recommend stopping by when you come to SMA.

Pretty, rather laid back. There are a lot of photo ops. Open a lot of hours I suggest going at different times of the day as the lighting the look. Sunset is especially pretty. Take time to find all the statues. The intubation of Jesus can be particularly bloody.
Pat V — Google review
One of the most if not the most beautiful church i have ever seen. So gothic. The city itself is a treasure. I see why they would call it the most beautiful city in the world.
Christian Molina — Google review
Beautiful and free. No entrance during services. Not as good to go mid day as the church is washed out for photos. Best photos can be taken from the left and right of the church inside the gate.
Jessica ?jnbowdoin? Bowdoin — Google review
The fact that the architect of this church was inspired by one that is located in Colony, Germany without having the opportunity to visit it, makes this site and its architecture a true masterpiece.
It is a perfect spot for weddings and social events. In my opinion, it is more beautiful outside than inside but giving it a chance is totally worth it. It’s height and gothic style make it stand out from any other building around. Definitely the most important and iconic stamp of San Miguel.
Jos? Miguel Fierros Ram?rez — Google review
One of the most beautiful places on this planet! We stayed at an Airbnb and it was in a great location to the church. Most places take credit cards but carry some cash for shopping and vendors. Can't wait to be back this October!

Wow what a beautiful church, both on the outside and inside. Has so many details for you to explore throughout if really is a dream. If you are a photographer you will also love this place, the architecture is incredible. We were lucky to be here for a wedding and the ceremony was wonderful.

The Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, located in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, is a stunning and iconic church known for its unique architecture and historical significance. Here are some key aspects:
Architectural Significance: The church is renowned for its neo-Gothic style, particularly its striking façade. The design is attributed to Zeferino Gutiérrez, a self-taught architect who was reportedly inspired by Gothic churches in Europe, particularly the great cathedrals of France. This inspiration is evident in the spires and intricate details of the exterior.
Historical Background: The original church on this site was built in the 17th century. However, the current iconic façade was constructed in the late 19th century. This period was marked by significant political and social changes in Mexico, and the church's evolution reflects some of this history.
Cultural and Religious Importance: San Miguel Arcángel holds a central place in the religious and cultural life of San Miguel de Allende. It's not only a place of worship but also a symbol of the city. Its image is often used in representations of the town and is a major draw for tourists.
Location and Community: Situated in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, the church contributes significantly to the town's status as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is known for its well-preserved historic center, vibrant arts scene, and cultural festivals, with the church often playing a role in these events.
Tourist Attraction: For visitors, the church is a must-see landmark. Its unique architecture stands out among the colonial buildings of San Miguel de Allende, making it a popular subject for photography and a central starting point for exploring the town.
In summary, the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel is not just a religious site but also an architectural marvel and a symbol deeply embedded in the cultural fabric of San Miguel de Allende. Its unique style and historical significance make it a highlight for both locals and tourists alike.

This church really makes this whole town even more special then it already is. The church was quite busy even on a weekday, there is a lovely square nearby with heaps of people. The design of the church is phenomenal, it is free to look Inside. We walked here from parking further away in a free parking area on the side of the road.

The Charco del Ingenio botanical garden is a vast nature preserve located on the edge of San Miguel de Allende. The gardens feature an extensive collection of cacti and other Mexican succulents, as well as hiking trails that lead deep into the surrounding trees, bush, brush and scrub. El Charco del Ingenio has even been declared a holy Peace Zone by the Dalai Lama himself!
Beautiful botanical garden. About 30 min walk from city center. Going is all up hill and pretty steep or take a taxi. Walk is through a very nice upscale neighborhood and beautiful houses. It’s a great place for a slow walk or nice hike. The grounds are very pretty. Lot of cacti and succulents. Very clean and well kept. Nice cafeteria for a cold drink and snack after a long walk. Pleasant staff and nice store with some art work and cacti for sale. Great peaceful getaway from the city. Very natural and peaceful , pretty canyon and lake at the bottom of trail.
KB Raif MD — Google review
Admission is $80MEX per person. I’d say it’s worth it. I arrived at around 10am and there was no line to enter and plenty of parking available — although I was on foot.
I took the trail over the dam to the furthest boundary at the top of the property and was impressed by the quiet and the bird life. The cactus were flowering too which was a joy. Also on the water there is a multitude of bird species, waders, ducks, and swallows.
The ruins are pretty cool and there’s plenty of interesting info.
There’s a small cafe and gift store.

This beautiful botanical garden is a must if cactus and succulents are your favorite plants. Is a quiet place to have a walk immersed in nature with stunning views of San Miguel de Allende. I recommend getting there by walking from the city center, it's 30 minutes away with some elevation but you will have the privilege to admire some of the most beautiful colonial villas of the city.
Valerie Sara Tonolli — Google review
Amazing place! A must visit, away from the business of the city. Beautiful architecture of the visitors' center and museum. The grounds are fantastic, with some interpretive signs. Make sure you get to the solar observatory!
Take a taxi here, about $M 70. Worth it.
Carol Warkoczewski — Google review
Admission is 80 MXN/ person. It took is about 2 hours to explore most of the stops on the map.
There are many species of cactus and nice views overlooking the canyon. The path is generally leveled and accessible. There is an alternative path into the canyon which is an adventurous experience for those who want to see more. Make sure to bring proper shoes, sun protection, and enough water.
The visitor's centre is beautiful and there is a lot of useful info about the history of the place. Highly recommended for a visit.
I El Banna — Google review
This place is so worth it! At first you think it's going to be just some out buildings with cactus samples inside, the dirt trails seem very low end, but once you get down near the lake edge and beyond you will see the most beautiful landscape along the dam and the beautiful rocky cliffs and a giant old aqueduct from who knows how long ago, the remains of an old mill from the 1500s!!! I even saw a juvenile Black crown night heron just sitting in a tree next to the path if you didn't notice him you'd walk right by. Make sure you go all the way in!
Marni H. — Google review
A tranquil, expansive park just a few minutes outside of the historical center. I came in the morning and was one of the only visitors. I enjoyed a peaceful walk along the water surrounded by birds and native plants. Definitely a highlight of my time in San Miguel!
Theresa Edwards — Google review
My family loves walking here. The views of he city are spectacular and the cactus ate gigantic. Go early because it can get really hot.
Ralph Poole — Google review
This botanical garden is almost all native plants and due to the climate, mostly cactus or similar types, however they do have a small lush area. The paths are dirt and wind through the garden. Bring something cool to drink as it can get very hot. Downside is you cannot meander on your own and have to go through with a group and a guide.
Ted Eckman — Google review
A bit out of the way from the city but very interesting place to visit if you want to see dessert plants. Plan around 2-3hrs to see everything that they have. Inside the garden it was a lot of walking and you can even cross the dam to explore the other side. If you go on the west loop you can see a gorgeous view of a canyon. One of the more interesting places to visit if you are tired of souvenir stores and restaurants.
We took a taxi there which should cost about $90 but to come back we had to walk back to the main road to flag down a taxi. The second taxi driver charged us $150 to go back to the city.
Alan Hu — Google review
A very beautiful place to visit. Peaceful and lovely to walk around. I give four stars only because it seemed to me like the woman at the reception/gift shop doesn’t like foreign tourists or maybe specifically Americans? I’ve been wondering all day if it’s us being American or maybe even my boyfriend being Asian. Anyway, I don’t think her animosity was deserved towards people who are just quietly visiting this place. My only interactions were buying admission and buying a few things from the gift shop but I just felt like she was upset we were there. Hostile and strange.
Danielle Espinosa — Google review
Love this little out of the way heaven...quiet and serene. Beautiful gardens, green houses, ponds with fish and tadpoles, fountains and a seemingly endless variety of high desert plants and animals...80 pesos to get in. Great gift shop, little food court, clean bathrooms, and nice little museums. Go during the cooler parts of the day. Have on walking shoes.
Rob Hunter — Google review
Photos don't do this park justice! It was the best 50 pesos I spent on my trip to San Miguel. The highlights for me were walking the trail closest to the majestic canyon and admiring the peaceful conservatory. We walked from downtown but I'd highly recommend going by car or taxi because it was steep uphill the whole way. The visitor center staff was very friendly and called a taxi for us when we left.
Lisa Carter — Google review
Had a lovely time walking around. The lunch was amazing and fresh orange juice delicious.

What an amazing place! Our visit to El Charco was a highlight of our time in San Miguel de Allende. The preserve is beautiful and the work happening here is very important. The visitor center is impressive and informative. The conservatory was gorgeous and there’s art to discover along the many trails. Helpful staff and an affordable entrance fee. Go in the morning if it is hot. And arrive by Uber or taxi and save your legs to walk around the preserve!

COST: 90 pesos
WORTH IT RATING: 6/10
The actual building that this museum is in, is an old convent several hundred years old. The architecture and the inner courtyard with a fountain are stunning and the best part of the visit. You can capture beautiful photos here.
The information in the museum is ALL in Spanish, and very information heavy. If you speak Spanish, and enjoy large blocks of text, then this could be an enjoyable experience for you.
It would take several hours to go through the entire museum and read everything.
If you are fine with just walking around and perusing the old artifacts, clothing, and paintings, it could also be somewhat interesting.
I felt the museum had a lot of potential and a lot of interesting info that i would have liked to learn, but the large quantities of text in Spanish made it feel overwhelming and dissatisfying.

Beautiful architecture and exposition, very clean and well maintained. In the heart of the city, can't be missed

Very well curated content. If you don't speak/read Spanish, the exhibit text can be intimidating... Bring a good translation app. The information is rich and you don't want to miss out on all the great content.

Since their website doesn't work it's hard to get much information.
It's sad that such a wealthy city doesn't maintain their websites or facilities.
Some of the reviews said it was free entry, but that's only on Sunday. When I went today it was 95 pesos. If you want to go just for the architecture, go to the museum of art which is Equally beautiful and free entry.

A really cool museum to visit guys! Only cost 85 pesos, spent almost 2 hours(like to take my time in museum) lot of things to read about the cultul and the history of Mexico. A must go if you come here to visit!! Enjoyyy

This is an unusually good museum. High quality exhibits and interesting interpretations. It takes you through the Spanish conquest with a rather gentle treatment of its cultural domination, especially the role of the church. The interpretation of the Reforma showed dramatizations of a conservative, liberal, and agrarian socialist, something you don’t often see. We spent 2 plus hours there and enjoyed every minute.

Went here to learn about Queretaro’s history but every sign is in Spanish, so we used google translate the best we could. It was 95 peso entry which is expensive compared to Mexico City Antropologia. If you cannot read spanish, then i would not recommend for the price.

The Plaza de Armas Querétaro is a charming historical plaza surrounded by colonial homes and restaurants with outdoor seating. The market can be accessed from a discreet building on one of the side streets and offers an array of sensory experiences. The plaza features beautiful gardens, shaded areas, and street vendors selling unique items. Additionally, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the cathedral and witness life-size puppets dancing in street parades if they're lucky.

The Templo de Santa Rosa de Viterbo is a stunning 18th-century Baroque church located in the historical center of Queretaro. It features an ornate interior, remarkable artworks, and relics. The pagoda-like bell tower, distinctive exterior paintwork, and lavish gold and marble decorations create a unique atmosphere. Outside the church's small vendors sell souvenirs and snacks. In the evening, visitors can enjoy a beautiful choreographed light show at the adjacent park's fountain.

The Acueducto de Querétaro is a renowned stone aqueduct constructed in the 18th century and measures over 28 meters tall, spanning almost 1,300 meters long. This impressive historical landmark offers a great opportunity for walking with your loved ones while enjoying the picturesque views and capturing excellent photo moments. The arches under this magnificent structure sometimes feature unique art displays that add to its beauty and cultural significance.
Impressive structure. I had to walk the length and was happy to be able to look at the top once I got to the other end.
Dave Mauk — Google review
The aqueduct stretches for a good while, over a kilometer, so your experience of it will vary depending on where you see it. To be honest, it's not that impressive. Five minutes after you get there you'll be done taking your pictures and looking for something else to do.

Great place to come for a walk with your partner or family. Site is excellent for pictures!
Jerry — Google review
In the middle of a very busy street in the middle of an equally hectic city is this astounding example of a historically significant piece of architecture and engineering. The Aqueduct of Queretaro runs a fair distance and although one could walk, bike, or drive the entire distance, it is not necessary. At the point on Google Maps where this pin is placed is a plaza with benches, some information boards, a few artistic bronze statues, and it is an excellent spot to take some photos of this engineering marvel. The fact that at the time of my visit there was a group of university grads taking photos in their grad gowns tells me this is a popular spot amongst locals for that special photo. I am really glad I came here to check out this gem and am awarding this with 5 stars.

Los Arcos" in Querétaro, Mexico, which is a natural monument and tourist attraction. Los Arcos is a rock formation located in the Sierra Gorda mountain range, about 22 kilometers northeast of the city of Querétaro.
Los Arcos consists of seven large rock arches that span a distance of approximately 300 meters. The arches were formed over millions of years by erosion from wind and water, and they are composed of sandstone and shale.
The site is considered a sacred place by the indigenous communities of the area, and it has been used for religious ceremonies for centuries. Today, Los Arcos is a popular destination for tourists and hikers who come to explore the natural beauty of the site and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
There are several hiking trails that lead to Los Arcos, and visitors can also enjoy activities such as rock climbing, rappelling, and zip-lining. There is also a small museum at the site that provides information about the history and geology of Los Arcos.
Overall, Los Arcos is a unique and fascinating natural wonder that offers visitors a glimpse into the geological and cultural history of the region.

Peña de Bernal is a well-known 350m-tall monolith that has a chapel near the top accessible through hiking. It is located in a wine region with numerous wineries to choose from, and the quaint town of Pena de Bernal offers friendly locals, clean streets, and a calm atmosphere. Visitors can hike for about an hour to reach the peak but must navigate narrow paths along the way.
Firstly this is an awesome place and must visit for anyone visiting Querétaro. We went on Sunday, I think the better way to go to this place is taking a bus, it goes every hour in "Flecha azul, section B, each ticket is 64 pesos and it it's 1 hour 15 minutes to get there. The challenge is that, bus leaves when it's full. So please be patient and there is a set time but rarely followed.
Other option is pay a tour but it costs 800-1000 per person.
Once you get there you walk to the first point and takes about 40 minutes. Then we paid 30 pesos per person and you are allowed to get further , the next climb takes 40 min to get to the top, some parts were difficult, it can be hands and knees crawling to get to the top.
Always wear comfortable shoes and clothes for the climb.
After climbing we went to the small downtown area. This is one that you cannot miss. It is on way down to catch return bus. Last bus is at 6 pm, there is another final bus at 8 pm to get back to Querétaro. On the streets there's some bread seller we tried mazapán bread, it was awesome taste.
Marycruz P?rez Arias — Google review
Nice mountain for climbing. Beautiful views onto monolith from the village as well as from the touristic rout (there is no access to the top). The rout is rather easy and available for all people with minor physical practice, including children. It usually takes one to two hours.

Wow what an experience and how beautiful! This place is incredible! Huge and you have to have to do the tour! It’s so amazing to see all the barrels and all the wine bottles just wow. Lots of cool spots to take pictures too! They have lots of wine of course and at the end of the tour you get a little taste of the wine and get to keep the glass!! The mark is on the bottom of the glass part so save the glass it’s worth it!! Bathrooms are very clean. They also take pictures of you around the area and then you can purchase them (great idea). They have a shop to buy everything. Very fancy and very cute! Must visit if you are in the area. Ps. They also sell ice cream!!

This is a pretty amazing experience. I knew nothing about wine and learned a lot in the tour. The staff is very helpful and the walkthrough is very complete. You can choose between 3 different walkthroughs, we took the UVA-Bus package. We got to see the grape vines up close, got a small photo break at a super cute spot with a view of Peña de Bernal. You can go into the factory and see how the wine is made. To top it off we got a cold glass of wine. You can also purchase wine in the gift shop. I had to get 6 bottles, the prices are a steal. It’s a must do if you are visiting Queretaro.

It was a beautiful place (we visited in December) & very packed. They give you a tour of their facility and the tour includes a history of how Freixenet got there. They explain the wine process as well. Great for wine lovers or just those who like exploring. They give you a sample at the end of the tour. And there is a lot of variety to purchase from. They have a roofed and open yard at the center of the entrance so you can sit, relax and enjoy some of their wine with snacks for purchase. The tours were in Spanish. I give them a four because I wish they were better managed, it was too crowded and a little all over the place but I am sure with a bit of management help this place could be a 5!

I will admit, I was hesitant to visit La Redonda because it's very popular and right off the main road, so I expected it to be quite commercialized and rather like the local Walmart of wineries. In this regard, I wasn't much off the mark, but my boyfriend wanted to go and, in all honesty, I am really happy we did. We arrived later - around 4pm, and after having been to 4 other wineries already during our winery tour weekend, we really didn't feel a need to do another tour or tasting or visit the restaurant. We just wanted to sit out in the vineyard and relax with some cheese and wine, and it is here that this place delivers. They have two separate buildings - one for food (mainly pizza and a plate of cheeses) and another for ordering wine by the bottle which they will open and cork for you. The line for the wine was a bit chaotic, but the girl who served me was very kind. The food was cash-only but I was able to use my credit card for the wine. We did the margarita pizza and the a cheese and meat plate (which comes in a plastic container), and two bottles of wine - the Redonda carbernet savignon and savignon blanc. And armed with food and wine, we had a magical experience. The pizza was actually quite good and definitely enough for two people to share, especially when paired with the cheese plate. We stayed until sunset and then left before it got too dark out so it would be easier to return home. I think it was perfect - if you visit, visit later, around 4pm, but keep in mind THEY STOP SERVING AT 5:30PM, so get your wine bottles before then. The wines were actually pretty good and in the mid-200 peso range. They had some that were cheaper and some that were more expensive, so we went mid-range and were not disappointed. They charge for classes (50 pesos each) but thankfully we had a car full of glasses from previous tours so we just used our own. Overall, I do highly recommend making this the last stop on your winery tours. We are certainly happy we did and would return again.

Sonia Perez — Google review
The place is very pleasant, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Wine is good and very tasty without being to strong or too sweet (we had the chances of tying 3 types of wine).
The guided tour was great and interesting even tho a bit pricy.
To note, when you want to buy wine to drink, they require you to also purchase their cheese platter ; and if you wanna seat a bit further (they have accessible seats where you crush the grapes, you'll need to pay extra), we didn't appreciate those details. Service wasn't that great at the restaurant as well.
Despite that in general we still appreciated the visit.
Théo — Google review
This vineyard is amazing. I highly recommend this place instead of Cava Bocanegra or Bodegas de conte. Let me tell you that we went to Bodegas de Conte first, they were charged us for a tour in a train through the Vineyards, with a 2 different types of wine tasting(just the cup) and cheese $450 p/p a total of $1,800 (pesos)because we were a party of 4, so we decide look for another place more affordable for us and we found La Redonda.
Monday through Friday the tour is free and on weekend is just $100 p/p. We get there at 1 pm and our tour was scheduled to 4 pm. We decided to walk around the vineyards and eat at the restaurant. We’ve ordered to share: Tapas, chesse, pizza, 2 bottles of wine, 4 coffees and we just paid $1,100 (pesos). We spend lest money, ate and we spend a great time there and definitely I’m coming back.

A beautiful pedestrian plaza that makes you feel as though you are going back in time, to a simpler way of life. Untainted and holding true to the traditions of this country. There are nice boutiques, artesanal shops, and restaurants. It is representative of the innocent and warm essence of Mexico. Quiet during the week and vibrant with a deep sense of community on the weekends.
There's only one plea, for the church to tone down the recording they play 3 times per day. The distorted sound shatters the magical experience of being here.

Mexican water park. It's about a 2.5 hour drive from Mexico City.
There are dangerous roads along the way, so it is wise not to go through at night.
The parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry too much.
Pay at the entrance, wear a wristband and enter.
Re-entry is possible as long as you have a wristband.
There is a place to change into a bathing suit, but it's not clean, so you might want to change in your car.
Be sure to take a natural steam sauna.
It's natural, so if you're not careful, you may get burned, so please try it while watching the situation.
The rice in the garden is tasteless anyway.
It took a long time to come out even if I asked, so it would be better not to expect it.
There are usually hot springs.
However, since it smells, it seems that some people are worried about it.
Come visit us for a natural steam sauna in Mexico City.

It is a very fun and social spot for family and friends. A real water park attraction. They have hotels, restaurants, camping, food vendors, and bathroom / changing rooms on site. Multiple pools are heated and feel great! Fun little pools with kiddie play grounds. Separate pool areas amongst the whole place. Water slides, a zip line, and a great big bridge that overlook the entire scenery. Their main attraction was the natural vapors! Smelly but a great natural hot spring. It's really cool to look at and enjoy a nice sauna session.

You have little ones? I suggest don’t waste money energy and life with these people. I was on line to book a room at their hotel just 3 people before my turn as I waited with my 2 and a half girl she started crying. The guy that works at reception named “Juan Hernandez” I don’t even know if is the real name of that coward he told me to make my child stop crying in the worst possible manner. When I went back and asked for his name and to left minutes after I exit this same guy with another worker went across the street to intimidate me they started talking stuff out loud infront of my 2 year baby girl and my 11 year old boy then one of them hit a sign couple of times to make me feel afraid. Worst experience ever definitely NOT a FAMILY PLACE

Went when it wasn't busy and it was very relaxing. The fact that the water is heated by the geyser is awesome.

Feels like a little Oasis in this semi desertic area, counts with hotels or you can camp if you want to spend the night, food in restaurants need improvement you and your family can have lots of fun in the thermal waters and geyser steam.

This is a beautiful place with a hot spring and beautiful locations to take the photographs and the transit is also very nice. you can rental locker inside the place and you can store your phone mobile phone or any valuable things there you can get many options to eat inside and for hotel you might not get it inside but if you go out of the LL Hyzaar near to that place there will be few hotel which is quite affordable and Kesariya is good taco you can try

Incredible natural HOT WATER Geiser! Continuous spouting of this Geiser makes it a sight hard to believe. This location has been made into a "water attraction" like a resort / park built around this natural water source. People come from miles to sit in the Natural "Jacuzzi" water & the kids can play in the "cooled off" water pools.
It was once used to create an Electricity source but hasnt been used like that since the 1970s.
They even pipe this natural water source into their restrooms' Hot water faucets!! Nice park facility for a day with the family!

Beautiful place, will definitely be back. Very relaxing. Only thing don't plan on reservationsat hotel, because they won't hold them anyway. They will rent it out. The room we got because they had nothing left was ok if you like hard beds and no air conditioning. Plan on staying elsewhere.... everything else was great!

Great place to relax and enjoy company with your family. Be mindful of the temperature of the water as it is very hot.
The Tula archaeological site, located two kilometers north of the town center, boasts a pyramid and columns shaped like warriors made of basalt. Visitors can stand atop the pyramid and admire views of the surrounding countryside while gazing at the impressive Toltec warrior statues. The site is also home to two museums, both free with admission. In addition to explanatory signs in English, Spanish and Nahuatl throughout the area, souvenir markets are available on weekends near the entrance.
Short walk if nonstop. As of April 2024 the museum portion is closed due to a strike. Along the way to the pyramid site, there are paths of different giant cactuses and native trees. There are vendors along the path selling souvenirs, typical garments etc. The ruins cover a small area, so the walk is short. You can buy refreshments at the entrance and sun hats with the vendors.

Very nice archeological place, at the same place you can find a very old open chapel that was built to celebrate mass like the local costum at that time.
Just need little more maintenance.

This place is so amazing, not well known by tourist.
We arrived to the bus terminal Capu and got a taxi to the site.
We enjoyed this place because it's one of the few pyramids you can climb up to and once you are on the top you can see the 4 top warriors ( Atlantes de Tula).
Magical Place.

A very interesting site to visit. The ruins are a walk of about 500 meters or so, but level and well marked. There were vendors along the way with interesting trinkets, but NO water...bring a water bottle with you as there is little shade. The signs along the way are very informative. Plan on an hour and a half or so. You climb up the pyramid to see the statues...

This place is important historically, because the Toltecs influences the Aztecs. The Toltecs build large stone warrior columns, that were placed on top of the pyramid. A Spectacular wonder and site to see. Only downside is the place is distant from any major city. It can take 2 hours to get to, however the place is accessible and crowds are low in comparison to other sites. Only downside is the museum is closed, all the things were shipped to the National archaeological Museum on Mexico City. What a shame.

It is a good place for walking around, see the local tree(mostly cactus), birds and small spieces.
It is also an archaeology site of Totec culture.

Not very big, but very well preserved ruins of the Totlec empire. You can walk up the pyramid to see the big statues of the Toltec warriors.
It is about 1 km walk from the entrance to the ruins, but the walk is very pretty and you pass some vendors along the way selling keep-sakes and shirts and stones.
Bring some water and a hat and sunglasses, or an umbrella for the walk. Only 90 pesos to get in. But the museum was closed when we went.
Overall a great experience.

90 pesos is the admission fee. It is free for Mexican residents on Sundays. We were able to walk through most of the ruins, including climbing to the top of one pyramid to see the atlantes.

Amazing little site. And I mean little. About 5 structures to see, only a couple of which are impressive. Great carvings remain and the warrior statues are incredible. These are the guys the Aztecs based themselves on. Old, old site... well worth it if you're nearby.

The experience of walking among the buildings of this ancient civilization is amazing, however, it's very sad that the government reduced the budget that this area had to operate, the facilities are old and almost crumbling down. There are two museums that had awesome pieces of history and they are now closed since 4 years ago. There are sings of workers who are still fighting for a full opening of this archeological area. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean, although they are very old too. There are only bathrooms the entrance, so you may want to take precautions, since the whole walkthrough will take longer than 45min. Inside, there are many vendors who sell cheaper objects than in other places. It has a lot of history, but it's no Teotihuacán. On Sundays is free, the usual fee is 90 pesos. I suggest to pay for a guide, since the information on site is very little. A 30pesos handout is also recommended, so you can read more about the history of this ancient civilization.

One of the good places to visit in weekends. Safari ride is very nice to see all the animals and it's habitats. Inside zoo, more trees can be grown to increase the greenery and will help animals feel natural.

Having a toddler means visiting zoos. This is one of the best ones I've ever visited. Not only fun as it is VERY interactive, but also easy to manage as zoos can mean a lot of walking and it is hard on the parents as you end up carrying or strolling the kid. Driving for part of the sections makes it easy and toddler and grown ups friendly. I love Tuzofari.
Also, many lions and all of them are right there, visible and not just sleeping inside of a cave (as they usually are).

Some of the animals get too close to the car, at the point our vehicle ended with a bunch of scratches and I believe it will be expensive to get it repaired.
They sell carrots and some animal feed so you may give it to the animals, their prices are ok.
I noticed a Llama chased a person trying to get food, and at some point I think is dangerous ( the person could have fall by trying to run away from the Llama )
Most of the wild life they care about seems and look well maintained and in great shape.
This is a place I will go back to visit but, on someone else's car.

I would highly recommend them. Communication was easy. This was a relief as you are not a local and you are concerned about logistics. They were able to accommodate picking us and the rest of the party from 2 different locations. The driver was so nice. Once we get there, you get a litle backpack with water and a snack. Our tour guide, Jorge, was amazing. He is a local and has so much knowledge. You can tell the respect he has for his community. The cave tour was great too, make sure your phone is charge in case you need to use your phone light. The artisan family we visit was nice. Make sure you have enough pesos to spend. They accept card as well. You get to taste pulque, tequila, mezcal, some mermelade made our the fruit of the nopal, and a spice salsa, so tasty! You get to have lunch at a restaurant which is covered by your tour fee . It was nice, food was great for the meat eaters. For the vegetarian ones, food was ok. You have to pay for drinks though. Finally, you get dropped off at your hotel. I would do this tour again with this company!

This is an overall once in a life time experience. Seeing the sunrise as you gently graze through the sky over the pyramids is an amazing sight and memory to hold. I had an amazing tour around a fascinating area. Our local tour guide Ramon was very passionate, and had much information to share. The bike trip was also nice to gettto see the area around the pyramids a bit more. The only downside I can think of is the insane traffic in Mexico City, so be prepared for some delays. But that is completely out of their control obviously.

The Soumaya Museum is a vast and modern art museum in Plaza Carso, with a unique and innovative architecture. The museum houses an extensive art collection, much of it European, dating from the fifteenth to eighteenth centuries. Highlights include works by famous artists like Diego Rivera and Rufino Tamayo.
One of my favourite museums I’ve ever been to!! I would 100% recommend getting a guide that way you will not miss out on any precious knowledge!! The Rodin collection is simply fascinating and makes the trip to the museum worth it alone🤩

Gorgeous building and space! Personally more into contemporary art, so didn’t particularly enjoy the art here, however the space itself is phenomenal and worth checking out. The curved walls as you walk to the upper levels are beautiful, and the top floor has a bright naturally lit room filled with sculptures.

Astoning architecture, there are at least five floors full of amazing art and historic pieces representing centuries of art. Some of the sculptures in the entrance are replicas from the original 1:1 size. You're going to spend a couple of hours there for sure. Lovely experience. Note: wheelchair access available and there is a lift on each floor, look for it is a bit hidden.

Incredible museum. Unfortunately only had an hour and a half to spend here but could have easily visited for the whole day and still not had enough time to see and read everything. A remarkable collection and great that it is open and free to the public. Rivals many of the collections I’ve seen in parts of Europe. Highly recommend and would return.

Beautiful museum. We visited on a Tuesday and the entrance was free of charge. If you’re carrying a backpack you’ll have to leave it in a cloakroom at the entrance. It has six floors, each with their own theme. Loved the Mexican art selection.

Amazing free museum open on Mondays (when most CDMX museums are closed). Easy flow and the esthetics are beautiful. Not very busy and easy to spend lots of time on each floor. Highly recommended!

The most interesting aspect of this museum is perhaps it’s exterior design.
While also the interior design is interesting, it’s execution is below par. Lots of executional defects when it comes to construction.
The exhibition itself is so, so. Feels like lots of random stuff randomly arranged.
Zoltan Lukac — Google review
Excellent art museum located in the heart of Polanco. The entire collection is free to view, so it’s a perfect stop for any tourist or denizen of CDMX. There’s five floors of art, complete with works by Matisse, Chagall, Rodin, Van Gogh, Picasso, and Rivera (to name but a few). The museum is similar to the Guggenheim, as visitors can walk upstairs in a giant spiral, visiting each floor as they go. You’ll want more than an hour to make sure you see everything!

This is a free museum that intrigued me from the outside architectural work. I went with my Mexican friend, who made the experience better, because she explained different works of art that didn't have written description. Basically giving me a history lesson. If you have a backpack it'll need to be checked in their lockers. The one thing my family and I didn't like was the ceiling on the 6th floor. We expected more when we got to the top. I hope someone creates a mural or something in the future. Also we recommend starting from the top then working your way down

Come prepared to walk a lot, there are several floors with displays and you have to walk to get to them. We were super tired by the time we got to the fourth floor, luckily there are seats to take a break.

Though not my favorite museum in this city—that would be the National Museum of Anthropology—and not housing one of my favorite kinds of collections, this museum is nonetheless a remarkable achievement. Both innovative and informative, the creative use of space leads one up a spiral hallway, moving one through time and through the history of Mexican art and the collecting of art in a very effective way. The exuberant exterior of the museum speaks for itself.
Reginald Williams — Google review
Their collection is as impressive as the building! Lots of classic art and historic objects. Apparently it's one of the best private collections and that's obvious given the breadth, diversity and notoriety of many artists featured in it.
For non-Spanish speakers be aware didactics and information is not also displayed in English so have the Google Translate app ready.
Also, you will have to cloak larger bags.
Elliott Bledsoe — Google review
This museum has free entry to the public. The architecture of the building itself is a must see. The white interior adds so much character. The walls and ceiling are white from floor to floor. As we came in, we were directed to a section where we were to check in our bags and water bottles. This first floor is a large open space area with a few large exhibits that caught the attention of the visitors. There is also a souvenir shop in this same floor. We walked up from floor to floor through a spiraled walkway ramp situated around the perimeter of the structure. In the center, at each floor, we found so many collections ranging from coins to artwork to sculptures.

Recommend coming at sunset, the light reflecting off the building is really gorgeous.

The collection inside is great but the greatest work of art in my opinion is the building itself. Such a beautiful exterior that facilitates a great interior for viewing the art.
Large collection with free entry, definitely stop by when you have the chance

A widely eclectic range of art from around the world.
I'd honestly recommend taking the elevator to the highest floor you can then walk up one more to the top of the building and starting there.
As an art and event curator myself I felt the lighting of a lot of the works throughout the space left a lot to be desired as far as properly displaying the pieces. At times making it hard to see finer details and leaving larger pieces in shadows of themselves.
This however did not take away from my experience as the works contained within the amazing infrastructure of the building filled my partner and I with wonder.
Tldr/ start at the top and work your way down.

If you're going to book this experience, I highly recommend doing so through Sky Balloons! I booked a private balloon and transportation with the pandemic in mind for myself and a friend and we felt safe as two women who speak minimal Spanish.
The views were breath taking. Jorge (George) was our pilot and was professional, courteous and informative of our surroundings. There was a bit of a sticky situation when it came time to land and we landed off course. With that being said he was sharp, calm, collected and navigated us to safety while also communicating with his team on the ground. His demeanor ensured I felt we were in good hands despite the somewhat bumpy landing.
Also worth calling out that I had to rebook this 3 times due to family related emergencies, and the staff were very understanding! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for allowing us to do so. It was an incredibly difficult time and when we were finally in the clear, being able to take this vacation and being able to have this experience, meant the world to me.

Flying over the amazing and beautiful pyramids of Teotihuacan in Mexico will forever be one of the highlights of my life. This amazing company provided us with incredible customer service pre, during and after the flight. They answered all my silly questions over the Internet and were really transparent and candid about the security concerns that in the last months risen as consequence of a sad incident that another company had. I suffer of vertigo but the beauty of the pictures and post shared by friends on social media made me forget my fears. And I thank the Gods of Teotihuacan for that! I felt always safe, the pilot was so professional and savvy, the photographer made you feel as movie stars and it was neat to have a drone following us during the beginning of the flight. The picture package is a must. We really enjoyed every detail: the music at the base, the cold sparkly bottle that we shared still on the basket after we returned to land. Once again, thank you Sky Balloons Mexico for an amazing and safe experience.

Phenomenal service. Booked through Airbnb experiences. They took care of everything. Pickup, drop off, coffee and snacks, gas fires and blankets to keep you warm in the cool mornings.
During the ride, observed breathtaking views. Very smooth take off and landing. Felt very safe from start to finish.
Overall extremely professional team. Unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.
I would recommend taking your own photos and videos. Staff provides a few photos and videos for free, but some extra photos and videos have a cost of 1500 MXN.

I have mixed feelings.
We booked for a private trip and we were fooled at its best. We were in a basket, together with other 3 baskets all of them glued together. We passed from a 4 people trip to a shared one with 11 more guys.
But we decided to enjoyed it anyway and had an excellent time. The experience was really cool.

The ride was so worth the price and the commute. Oscar was our pilot. He was amazing! Very polite, well mannered and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this excursion.

Beautiful experience. It was a very smooth flight and marvellous scenery from the sky, especially when you got to see the pyramids of Teotihuacan from above. They also offer breakfast before you go on the flight and lunch after you land.

Incredible experience! This was worth every single penny! Our balloon was Pegasus and the captain Agustin was amazing! I’d highly recommend this as part of your trip to Teotihuacán.
We found Sky Balloons through our hotel, the payment was in Mexican pesos. They offer transportation to/from your hotel, they give you coffee while the balloon is getting ready, and even a champagne toast when you land! They have this down to a science 😄
Yessica Pacheco — Google review
Our flight was amazing. They are really the best group and it was obvious when we were flying. Agustin was our captain and I would suggest trying to get him as your pilot. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and an expert. I didn’t think the balloons could have direction, but he knew the best way to go. While other balloons went off course he brought us perfectly to the pyramids. He was awesome. It was an excellent tour and education of the pyramids. I can’t stress enough that this is the best group to fly with and Augustin is the best pilot!!!
Garrett O'Sullivan — Google review
Overall a nice experience but we were utterly disappointed when on the previous night of the booking they pushed our pick up time to a little later which meant we missed the sunrise. It was almost 9am when we had a lift off and there were only a couple of balloons in the sky at that time. The main joy of this experience is all the balloons lifting off together around sunrise which we didn’t get to experience. No explanation given why they pushed our pick up time. We were looking forward to this and these excursions aren’t cheap.
We won’t be recommending them to others unfortunately.

The tour was flawless, from the pickup to the location for the hot air balloon ride, then to the tours, pyramids, and finally back to our hotel. Staff made sure you enjoyed every moment and made it very personalized for us.

We flew in a private (2pax) tour with the Balloon „Konfetti” and our pilot was Jorge. It could not have been better: our balloon flew right over the pyramid and was there before all the other balloons. We had the best views. We had booked it all just the day before via WhatsApp (also very attentive service). I highly recommend this company.

Such an amazing experience to be on a hot air balloon to greet the morning sun then fly over the pyramids, the staff are friendly and professional and we certainly had a great time!

No words to describe the feeling. The service is amazing from the first second. This is an experience that you should live, definitely a MUST. You can be picked up from CDMX in El Angel de la Independencia, there is always a guide explaining you and taking you around the place. I highly recommend to pay a guide when in the pyramids, so you can understand the Inca culture and all the things that happened over there. The experience 1000/10.

We had a great experience and recommend going through them for an air balloon ride across the pyramids.
The photo package was great, with quality drone shots as well as what felt like a full professional photo shoot. Content was delivered through a usb.
An early morning but beyond worth it.

Located in the north of Mexico City, the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is one of the most sacred Catholic churches in the country and a pilgrimage site for Catholics around the world. The church houses an image of Virgin Mary on a cloak from the 1500s, which is said to have miraculous powers. Even if you're not religious, visiting this amazing sight is still an experience worth having.
Iconic basicila that has to be visited by everyone. Regardless of your faith, Catholics and non Catholics alike can admire the beauty of the architecture and history of the area. The culture is amazing to learn about and how it shaped the Mexico of today. It'll be more interesting if you have a guide showing you around and explaining everything to you, however going alone is still very interesting to do and you will admire everything the same. Entry is free so you don't have to pay to enter but you can always donate while inside if you'd like. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend for everyone to visit and experience in your own

The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is an extraordinary sanctuary that captivates the soul. Steeped in centuries of devotion, its beauty and significance transcend words. I urge everyone to visit this sacred place, to witness its grandeur and feel the spiritual embrace of Our Lady of Guadalupe. It's an experience of profound reverence and inspiration that will stay with you forever.

We arrived on a Sunday holiday weekend and it was packed. In all honesty, it was a wonderful experience to see so many people spend their Sunday at services. An incredible pilgrimage site. My wife and I are by no means religious, however the sheer presence and overwhelming feeling from so many people is nothing short of incredible.

A visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is an immersive and deeply spiritual experience. Whether you are a religious pilgrim, a history enthusiast, or simply a curious traveler, this iconic site offers a profound connection to Mexican culture, faith, and tradition. The beauty, history, and devotion found within the basilica make it a truly remarkable destination that leaves a lasting impression on all who visit.

It was an amazing experience!!!
If you're in the area go!!!
You can also purchase souvenirs and have them blessed to take home. I recommend purchasing inside the basilica and not in the stores nearby. Or you could if you so choose and then tale them to get blessed
We got rained on during our visit but it was still so worth it !
Definitely a must visit if you're in Mexico City

Amazing to see the scale of this place with five different churches and room for tens of thousands of pilgrims. None of the churches seem particularly spectacular, especially the newest one; quite a miss from an architectural standpoint. But if you have religious feelings, it could be a deeply moving experience to visit here.
Dean McCauley — Google review
Such a profound experience to know that the image inside of the basilica was a gift from God himself. It has not been scientifically proven to be man made.

If you have the opportunity to travel to Mexico City stop by this beautiful and famous place in the whole world Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. You can get peace, harmony on your soul-spirit while you have a walk around it. You have to live it!
Also there are local businesses of religious items to get souvenirs for your friends and family. Very nice, peaceful and sacred place.

Even if not being a devote catholic it is worth visiting.
It is moving to see people paying tribute based on their faith, fulfilling promises, and also enjoying with their fams.
There are multiple churches and all of them worth visiting. It is impressive how much earthquakes and soft ground has cracked/sunk them.
Nicolas Bernardo Arbeletche — Google review
If you are here for the spiritual part then there is nothing to complain about. However if you are expecting something similar to Fatima or Lourdes you may get a bit disappointed. The architecture of the new basilica is not my favourite. Also there is this massive concrete square that makes the place feel less welcoming. The old basilica and the other facilities are beautiful.
Petre Diaz — Google review
Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe and it was absolutely stunning. The old basilica had a 2.7% tilt, which was corrected to 2% in 2002, stabilizing the structure. The architecture and design of the church left me gasping and gave me chills all over my skin. However, I do recommend having a guide with you to explain the rich history behind this incredible landmark. It can get quite crowded, so plan accordingly. If you're planning a visit to Mexico City, this is a must-see destination!

Beautiful basilica. Intricate and meticulous decoration within. Very crowded and busy with both local visitors and tourists. Worth a visit

A really interesting piece of architecture that is well worth the journey outside of the centre of Mexico City to visit. You can get here by using the Hop On Hop Off bus which is the cheapest option and it is a great spot to visit and have a look around.

Very beautiful place, really recommend getting your picture taken when going up to the original church. The pictures are cheap and very beautiful. There’s a store on top that is very affordable. Very beautiful view. I also recommend staying for the entire mass.
WARNING: if you go to the mercado to get food go in a group there’s a restaurant that will basically surround you a pressure you into their food when there is much cleaner and better options behind them. There’s much better food out of the basilica to but just don’t go to that group.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in Mexico City. With over 20 million visitors making the pilgrimage each year, god surely looks down upon this place with good favor. The virgin mary made appearances five times since the 1500s. Must visit in CDMX

As a good catholic you have to visit this church , it is another icon of Mexico and of the world . It is very interesting to see all churches built before the actual one. You can feel the energy and the atmosphere of all religious people visiting the place everyday . It is a must seen place while you visit Mexico City

A must visit in Mexico City. Provides everything you need to organize your spiritual life. Lots to see and do. It’s kinda like a Catholic theme park.

This is a most when visiting Mexico City even if you are not Catholic! A beautiful church, the hsitory the new and old chruches are awesome, there is s sense of something special. The only downside ( as in too many places in Mexico City) is as the surrounding areas, which are dirty, the traffic is bad, street vendors obstructing the streets, etc. I have not seen the shape of the parking lot of the Basilica, but it is a plus, they also have a nice selction if souvenirs at their store, and you can have your purchaes blesed right there on one side.of the main basilica. In any case, I'd rather taking and uber and ask to be dropped off at one of the entrances. Either way is worth the visit.

Beautiful Church. Most definitely something every believer should experience at least once in their life time. Feels very peaceful and spiritual. They do have parking near by. We went on a tour during the week and it was a lot less crowded than when we went on actual Sunday. They do the blessings on the side of the church for all your items and yourself as well. Mass its almost every hour and taking a walk to the chapel on the hill its a most.
J.C Ramirez — Google review
I went with a group of about 7 as a tour group. The Basilica is an amazing place and very well maintained. If you are Catholic there is the obvious spiritual connection you will feel visiting here. Also there is mass offered every hour on the hour when the shrine is open.
If you are not Catholic the architecture and art are still very much worth the trip. As with many buildings in Mexico City, some of the structures here are sinking and you can see this very clearly from the main square.
Finally crowds- crowds will be at their highest on Sunday mornings and of course on certain Holy Days. The feast day of December 12th will probably be mobbed as I was told as many as 2 million pilgrims show up on that day.

Fray Juan de Zumárraga No. 2, Villa Gustavo A. Madero, Gustavo A. Madero, 07050 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico
Paseo de la Reforma is a major boulevard in Mexico City, modeled after the Champs-Elysees in Paris. The street is lined with monuments and skyscrapers, and is a short walk from the Museum of Modern Art. The park at its center is one of the largest inner city green spaces in Latin America.
Fantastic and several kilometer long tree-lined avenue, ideal to stroll any time of the day and admire its monuments, exhibits, skyscrapers, parks and manicured gardens. It is also the place where social demonstrations, protests and popular parades concentrate, and every Sunday half of it is pedestrianized for the massively popular ciclovia, a weekly local event in its own right.
The National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City is a must-see for anyone interested in pre-Hispanic civilizations. The museum contains some of the most beautiful and impressive artifacts from across Mexico, dating back to the Olmecs, Totonacs, Huastecs, and Classic Veracruz periods. The displays are arranged chronologically and are filled with interesting information on each civilization. There is also a good section on contemporary indigenous cultures in Mexico.
Prepare to spend all day here, it is a huge establishment that has so many artifacts, sculptures and monuments. I love that it has indoor and outdoor parts that allow you to see lots of different things. I spent 2 hours here and i barely got through 1/3 of the exhibits! I think this is a must-see, one of the best museums I’ve ever been to.
Also, most of the exhibits have English translations as well!
Wilson Tsang — Google review
A great museum, large site and much to see. Clearly had some real thought put into the design and layout, including some outside spaces you can walk through which was lovely and shielded the view of the road which was nice.
The price is very reasonable at 85 pesos per person and they take card which is useful (national museum of art only took cash and charges c20% more if using US dollars)
Bag storage area if you’re carrying a rucksack which is well organised, and mandatory - you can keep small bags but not rucksacks around nor water bottles.
Really enjoyed this and spent a couple of hours there, didn’t use the restaurant but is one for a break.
Would recommend getting here early, we were there for 10am opening as by the time we came out around noon there were queues to get in and a wait. We also went in a week day as we could.
There were translations into English on not all, but many sections so we were able to read quite a bit to understand the context of the pieces

This museum is absolutely gorgeous. It has a really good collection of prehispanic artifacts and shows the cultural richness of Mexico. Even if museums is not your thing, I’d still recommend going to this one. It has inside and outside exhibits. It would take you at least half a day to go through it. If you’re a nerdy type and like reading everything - then add a few hours more. A few tips: they have a nice gift shop, not very expensive with nice souvenirs. If you going to eat there, I’d opt for a cafeteria. Restaurant is expensive for Mexican measures and not good. The waiter that served us was pushy and borderline rude. The food is mediocre. So get a sandwich in the cafeteria, check out the museum and then eat something decent outside.

Amazing! This museum has so many displays. We were here for three hours and did not get to see the entire museum. It is so large, beautiful and clean with much history.
There is no need to pre purchase your tickets or to even have to hire a tour guide to take you here. It sits on the Chapultepec park. We took an Uber there and it dropped us off right next to the entrance. We just went up a short flight of stairs after turning the corner. We purchased the tickets upon arrival. We had to check in our umbrella bags and water bottles. Then we proceeded to explore the museum.
Amy De Leon — Google review
The collection is rich and interesting but user experience and customer service of the museum are lacking.
-1 star for monolingual captions. In a place so tourist-centric surely all descriptions could be bilingual? At the moment only the introductory boards are. I’m writing this as a person for whom English is NOT a native language.
-1 star for digital equipment - when I visited nothing was working. It’s not a major flaw because there was still plenty to see, however for an institution like this it shows bad planning.
Overall: definitely worth visiting despite the inaccessible exhibition design.

I'll reiterate the other thousands of reviews already posted - definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Lots of history and interesting things to see. Place is huge and will probably need half a day or more to see it all. Was here 3 hours (they were closing so had to leave) and definitely didn't get through it all. Paid at the entrance at the ticketing window with card, 95 pesos per person, no wait on a Wednesday afternoon. Bags have to be checked in at a desk near the gift shop.

Other-worldly trip inside a world-class museum. Stunning collection of artifacts and history. Beautiful space with prudent Covid restrictions (at the moment). Fun to walk around on a nice day. Like most amazing museums, it would take days or more to properly appreciate it all. Fans of the Mayans and Aztecs won’t be disappointed. Bucket list stuff.

Super cool place that is very worth the visit!
The ticket is 90 Pesos ~ 6$ for an adult.
There are many interesting exhibitions, that can overwhelm even the toughest museum goers.
Kids will have fun there, but have in mind that it's a long long walk there.
Amazing exhibits, breathtaking history, worth visiting!

If you visit Mexico City, make this museum a MUST SEE! Give yourself several hours for it. We were there for 3 hours and only saw the 1st floor. This is a good way to experience and learn about the history and culture of the city you are visiting. It's fascinating and beautiful. There was no line, and tickets were very inexpensive.

A stunning and amazing museum with great and interesting exhibits that are bound to take up your attention for several hours. Displays were well presented and laid out. The rich and comprehensive collection well presented the different civilizations in Central America. The largest museum in Mexico and one of the best in the world. A must see in Mexico
CK Cheong — Google review
What can I add? The place is a must if you're interested in Mexican history. The exhibits are designed well, which makes you feel welcome. The description of the items is mostly in Spanish so get ready to use a translator app.
Spent about four hours here but could have easily stay longer.
Pablo Zayas — Google review
I definitely recommend visiting this museum to everyone, especially if you want to know more about Mexican history and culture. The only upsetting thing was that the second floor was almost completely closed. However, as I understand, the exposition on the second floor tells more about modern history and culture. Also, keep in mind that the museum is quite popular. During weekends there are big queues to enter. Probably, the best time to visit is Wednesday morning. And it seems that it is only possible to buy tickets with cash. I did not see card terminals. So, get 95 pesos before going to the museum.
Alina Desyatnikova — Google review
Great museum with unique artifacts but there is a lot of room for improvement. The placement of items inside each exhibit seems random and does not follow any chronological order, which makes following the story of any specific civilization unnecessarily confusing. Virtually all the descriptions are written in Spanish so get ready to use translate apps all the time and make sure to have a battery pack for your phone.
They provide an app that has some audio description in English, however, the app is not maintained well and is extremely buggy. Moreover, there is no good way to figure out which items are included and the app or how to find them aside from a couple of pre-planned tours that the app offers.
I would love to see a number displayed on each item, which then can be typed in the app to get relevant text/audio of each specific item.
With a bit more English and some work on the app this place can be incredible!

I loved this museum. Very clean, spacious, and educational. You can spend the entire day there appreciating all the displays. Most of the information plaques are only in Spanish which was a disappointment for me since I couldn't learn about those particular pieces. I recommend adding English plaques as well or a digital recorded guide system. Regardless I'm sure I'll return if I'm back in the area.

It is an amazing museum with a great collection. It was a pleasure to discover the different cultures with much information in spanish as well in english. They also have some structures of the different cultures outside. There you can take amazing photos.
It was pity that the upper floor with the additional mayan stuff was closed.
We went there on a late Friday afternoon. It has a lot of people, but it wasn't too much. For buying the tickets we had to wait about 5 minutes.
For going in you have to pay an entrance fee of 90 pesos (about 5 $). You can pay it by card. It was worth it to go there. Calculate enough time for seeing the stuff, I can recommend at least 2.5 hours. If you are interested in history, then you should go to this museum.

I recently visited the Anthropology Museum in Mexico City, and I must say that it was an absolutely incredible experience. Having traveled to museums worldwide, particularly those focusing on anthropology, I can confidently say that this museum stands out in a league of its own. The museum's grandeur is immediately evident, and it's incredibly well-organized and spotlessly clean, making the visit all the more enjoyable.
One aspect that truly sets the Anthropology Museum apart is the way it skillfully narrates the history and stories of this fascinating region. They employ a unique approach by blending photography with lifelike depictions of indigenous people. This creative combination, alongside authentic tools and elements from the region, immerses visitors in a realistic portrayal of the area's rich history.
To add some background, the Anthropology Museum in Mexico City is renowned worldwide for its comprehensive collection of artifacts and exhibits related to the indigenous cultures of Mexico. Established in 1964, the museum's purpose is to preserve and showcase the incredible cultural diversity of Mexico's native peoples. It's situated in Chapultepec Park, a beautiful and sprawling green space, and it's housed in an architecturally impressive building. To get there from downtown Mexico City, you can easily take a taxi or public transportation, with various bus and metro lines serving the area.
The museum's vast size means that a full exploration can take at least a day, but it's time well spent. The exhibits are not only informative but also beautifully presented, offering visitors a deep understanding of the history and culture of the region. In my opinion, the Anthropology Museum in Mexico City is a must-visit for anyone interested in the rich and diverse heritage of this part of the world.

Excellent museum, not too big not too small, you should definitely be able to see it in one day. I went on Sunday it was very crowded as I think it is free for residents of Mexico. The metro system is very interesting for some reason they will empty the train and you have to figure out how to get to your final destination.

Incredible. I would suggest to put aside at least 5 hours to visit this museum.

An incredible museum! We had a tour guide who took us thru three rooms in three hours. Then we had time to ourselves. There is so much to see, I recommend doing a morning tour and then having the afternoon to explore independently. One of the best collections I've seen and the organization of the rooms and displays is outstanding. A must see!

The most amazing museum I've been to in my life. Absolutely beautiful and very well organized with indoor and outdoor exhibits. Huge exhibits on display everywhere that just blow your mind. Definitely makes you want to learn more about the history of civilizations in Mexico.

Lovely museum that shows the anthropological history of various cultures and eras in Mesoamerica's history. The ticket is reasonably priced at 85$ pesos and the security goes by very quick. There's lots of exhibitions, but one thing you might notice is that all of the exhibitions share many similarities in the objects displayed. I myself found it boring at times walking through another clay figurine display.
Nevertheless the museum features most signs in both English and Spanish, as well as some spectacular displays that you can't miss.

What an amazing place! This has been one of the most memorable places to visit in all of Mexico. The exhibition of 23 rooms is impressive, to say the least. Plan on spending half the day, at the very least, to see some of its gems. We had limited time and saw the exhibits in three rooms in four hours. With the exception of the Tenochtitlan room, we flew through the other rooms. There's that much to see. The Tenochtitlan room was the most impressive to me given the fact that you can see THE Aztec "calendar," which really isn't a calendar. Other pieces are just as impressive, especially if you know your history. If you only have a couple of hours, go. You can get through the Tenochtitlan room in 2 hours. It's well worth it. I will return to see more of these remarkable gems.

This is one of the prime attractions in Mexico City. The museum is huge and it’s not possible to cover it in a day or two. So good idea to first pick the sections that you would like to visit and focus on them.
The entrance is free for locals but they charge visitors. They use a casual look and see approach. If you kind of look Mexican you can go else they will wave you to the ticket booth.
The outside of the museum is a lively picnic area. They have water fountains that are used by kids to play and bathe in. Many food vendors and a small market for local items.
Parking is huge but they also run out of it and then they will not let you enter. One has to drive around to get some other paid parking.

Very well made place. Just the architecture itself is amazing!
As I said when I was there, one of the most beautiful man made things I have seen. I am not exaggerating.
Like every museum of this category, you need more than one visit to fully appreciate all the exhibition halls. There is a lot to see and it could be a little overwhelming, even for a one day visit. I mainly gave my attention to the architecture of the place and walked through some of the expositions that I wanted to visit.
Do not hesitate to visit this Museum, it's 100% worth it.

Chapultepec Park is a large urban park in Mexico City that features many attractions such as a zoo and museums. It is one of the lungs of the city and locals love spending their weekends there walking, visiting one of the museums, or just relaxing.

This is a huge park smack in the middle of the city! I loved all the greenery. I was so impressed at how clean it was. There were tons of vendors down walkways set up under their blue tents. It closed at dawn and the security guards manning the gates won’t let you in. It’s definitely a must!

On this occasion I only visited the Zoo. I recommend arriving early to explore it calmly since the place is quite large. Admission is free but the main attractions and souvenir photos do have a cost.

Great big park. The "Lungs of CDMX". Just over 2x the size of Central Park. Tons of stuff to do and see, only went to the Castle 🏰.
Hope to check out more if I can, like the zoo and lake, as well as other parts of the park

This park is amazing, it’s huge and they also have a little train inside to drive you around, there is also a small market and a lake where you can rent some boats. You can spend easily the whole day in the park. The nearest train station is Chapultepec.

It’s a great park in the heart of Mexico City. You can easily spend the whole day there and not see it all. You can jog or walk there like in any park, but this one also has two museums, a zoo, a lake, a castle, former presidencial palace and much more. Either as a resident, or a tourist, this park is definitely worth a day.

Bosque de Chapultepec is a vibrant urban oasis in Mexico City. This expansive park offers diverse attractions, from historical landmarks like Chapultepec Castle to serene lakes and lush greenery. It's a favorite for locals and tourists alike, providing a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The park's blend of culture, nature, and recreational spaces makes it a must-visit destination.

I'm in awe at the size and beauty of this park.
Before going I read it didn't have anything to envy to other famous parks and it's completely true
This part has a lot of important places, lots of green areas, countless activities, it's easy to arrive and you feel completely safe while in there
Something I will say is that there are a lot of informal and street businesses all around. I don't want to mind people that want to earn their bread but some areas get loud, crowded, and unpleasant to walk into
Overall, a beautiful place. Mexico must be proud to have that green zone and I command how well treated it is.

This park is beautiful and huge so much to do and see and so many vendors. You can spend hours here and just enjoy the park. They have a trolley train for 40 pesos that also takes u around though we did not do it bc we went to castle first and went towards the lagoon… it’s a nice break from walking the park as it is again huge. The lagoon looked fun as well and right near lagoon towards exit there was Bambi ice cream it was yummy the Mexican flavor one is what I had.

Beautiful enormous park that is especially fun for running on Sundays when the roads are closed and the park is jammed with happy families enjoying the festivities. It is so large that ist great for long runs. Dogs do not seem to be allowed.

A really nice park to explore and wander around to enjoy being outside with nature. The park is filled with interesting statues and features that make exploring it a journey of discovery, it really is a nice place to enjoy and spend a day.

El Bosque is a beautiful outdoor space in the midst of the Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City. You could spend an entire day walking through it, enjoying the Museo de Nacional Antropología and the cultural and shopping activities going on outside of it, the Museo de Arte Moderno, and other fabulous museums and outdoor exhibits. I recommend purchasing the Turibus it is a tour bus that begins in the Zocalo and makes its way all over the city. One of the stops is at this park. There is some walking involved towards the Castle. You go up a hill and there is a small fee to enter if you are a foreigner, unless you are a college student just show proof and you can enter for free. When you need to investigate someone for legal or personal reasons, detect infidelity, find a missing person, acquire information for court cases, track and monitor kids, family members, furry companions, cars, retrieve lost or stolen items and data, McRae Investigation agency is your go-to guy. See mcraespy at outlook dot com for a free consultation. Highly recommend. As friends told me, this is the Golden Gate Park or Central Park of Mexico City.

Great park to run, walk, picnic. A must if you are visiting Mexico City. It's huge, there are so many activities you can choose from, including visiting el Castillo de Chapultepec. On Sundays especially it gets crowded but totally worth it

Wonderful large park in Mexico City. There are so many things to do here. There are a few museums and monuments to visit here. If you want a more tranquil quiet time away from the crowds, there are many places you can enjoy that here.

This is one of the biggest natural park in Latin-America.
You will need about 4 to 5 days if you want to visit all sections, museums, and lakes.

This whole park is phenomenal. You can do a lot here from just taking a nice stroll seeing the greenery, lakes and statues. You can also run safely here! There are markets, places to have a picnic and the FREE ZOO! This was the highlight of the whole park, the zoo was so cool. We spent a lot of time in this park just walking around.

The Chapultepec Castle overlooks Bosques de Chapultepec and is a regal site in Mexico City. The castle was home to Emperor Maximilian and Empress Carlota in the 19th century. Today, the castle houses the Museo Nacional de Historia.
A genuine castle on a hill with real history. Fun fact: when the USA won the war, they briefly occupied the castle. Unfortunately if that piques your curiosity, you won’t find any information in the Mexican museum.
You can access the main castle body on the back of the area, through the horse carriage stable/garage. Seeing the opulence makes your imagination spin for what things must have been like for the well connected in the 19th century. Worth a visit!

Loved this castle!!! The views are incredible and all rooms made to enjoy it. It is beautifully maintained. Many rooms well preserved. The terraces are stunning and gardens lovely. The walk up is some effort but there is a handicap entrance for those need it. The parks surrounding below the castle is wide and expansive. Entry is dirt cheap at 85 pesos. Take cash they ask for exact change

Loved my visit to the castle, and gardens. It’s fabulous! I visited the palace of Versailles in Paris and was let down by how little of the palace was available for tourists. This Castillo by contrast is completely opened up and offers not just a view into royal life in Mexico, but also a terrific collection of historical art, and a great summary overview of Mexican history following the Conquistadores. If you’re a Canadian like me you probably didn’t learn any of this is school and I suspect you’ll be very interested in digging i to this topic more deeply.
Tickets were reasonably priced IMO and great value. The walk up the hill is not too difficult though it is made worse by the masking requirement (seriously… they want you to mask up outside which seems insane to me, but what can you do). Just take a few breaks along the way if you need to. There are some great views of the park along your way up.
Remember to come at least 90 minutes before closing (last entry is 430) or you won’t even scratch the surface.
Not all of the objects provide descriptions in English. Many are Spanish only but it didn’t take away from the experience for me. The day we went we were only allowed to pay cash which was odd. Hopefully a one-off issue with the WIFI
I highly recommend this attraction. Attached to this review are some of my highlights

This is a beautiful, well maintained monument to history. This building is very well persevered along with a lot of elements from its past days. You can see into various rooms and learn about the lifestyles of the then-elite (while acknowledging the role it played to Mexican history. The view from the top is great, but get ready to walk a bit! I went on a Friday and there was an impressive queue already there, but thankfully, it moved rather quickly.

This castle is a must see if you are visiting CDMX. It’s on a hill, so be prepared for an uphill hike. It it has gorgeous views on the city. The castle itself is very interesting with good insight into Mexican history. Give yourself plenty of time for a visit so you can see the castle, the expositions inside it and the garden.

Beautiful castle and surrounds- make sure you bring cash for the ticket, they didn’t accept credit card when I visited. The main section of the castle does not have English translation but is still worth exploring, while the living quarters has excellent translations outlining the history over the past 300 years or so. Overall very well curated and maintained museum!

Came here on a Thursday at 9, which is when it opens because we wanted to avoid the crowds, and it worked - except for one school trip but we only ran into them once at the beginning. Tickets are sold down at the hill (the castle is on top of the hill so it is a bit of a trek) but there are not really any signs as to where to purchase the tickets. We only knew because shortly after we started up the hill, a kind soul told us that we need to purchase the tickets in the little house first because if you get up there and you don't have a ticket, they'll send you right back down. For the tickets, you have to pay cash and they want you to pay in exact change. We didn't have exact change (I mean who does, nowadays?) so we had to pay with a bigger bill and we realized that she shorted us our change. And she knew exactly what she was doing because as soon as we went back to the window, she immediately gave us the correct amount. You also can't bring water and they make you spill it out once you get to the top.
Other than that, the castle is very beautiful and there are lots of details. You can look at each room behind ropes and each room has an information plaque telling you what the room was used for. Overall, it took us about an hour to walk through everthing, once we were up there.
It also looked like they were setting up for some kind of event here. A wedding here would be beautiful (though probably very expensive).
Definitely worth a visit. Just remember to go early, buy tickets, and count your change!

A beautiful castle in the heart of Mexico City. Be prepared to walk a lot! Buy your ticket at the building at the very bottom of the hill (before security). Tickets currently cost 90 pesos a person, which is a great deal.
The walk up the hill to the castle is quite the trek and not for the out of shape. Once you get to the top, there’s a number of spots where you can check out the views of the city and parks below.
Beautiful rooms to peek into, and some signs are also in English which was great.
There are some elevators in the castle so people who can’t do the stairs can see the second floor.
Worth a visit! Expect to spend around a hour here. Great spot for solo travelers!

Great views, may be a guided tour works best to have a route inside the place as it is big and there is a lost of information and history that might be better digested if someone is explaining it in a certain order. I went on a regular Saturday and there were 2 people in line before me. Try to be early around 9 or 10 am it got crowded afterwards.
There castle is between 2 to 3 hours + depending on your own approach.
Remember there is a Zoo and the forest to walk through if you like.

Great tourist attraction in the main park. Lovely views of the city in all directions. Interesting exhibits too. Tourists are charged to enter on Sundays.

Beautiful castle that’s definitely worth a visit if you have the opportunity. Students get tickets for free, even from other countries. If you do visit, highly recommend wearing comfy shoes as it’s quite a hike to get to the actual castle. Also, buy your tickets beforehand at the bottom or you’ll have to walk down and up again.

Such a beautiful and historical place. The walk up to the castle is a long one, but definitely worth it. Reminder: you can’t enter with drinks, so make sure you drink them prior to getting to the castle or they’ll make you either drink it or throw it away.

This was an amazing experience. Having a giraffe literally eating out of your hand was the coolest thing. The animals all looked great, it was very clean, staff was knowledgeable and it really was a terrific day.

Was a very nice experience!!! , tickets are cheaper buying then online. Animals are well feed and very active , I recommend to bring caps and sunglasses due the sun and the dust they have. Also I preferred to arrive at the opening hours, so you can enjoy all the attractions.

Discount buying tickets online. Took us four hours to see every stop and show. The food was amazing with many options available. Animals are in top conditions and common areas are perfectly cleaned and sanitized.

It's a super nice place, there were not many people, some activities were closed due to the pandemic or were limited, Although they do not have monkeys🦧 or elephants🐘, you can see giraffes🦒, zebras🦓, lions🦁, tigers 🐅...

Was great but the safari wasn't that good... Not too many animals and the ones that we see were sleeping... For me was a lil. Expensive for not too many animals and inside on the gift shop was expensive too, and you need to pay parking. They didn't let you pass food or drinks because they sale everything inside and expensive...

We had an awesome time at Reino Animal. Great place to spend the day outdoors with your children enjoying the animal shows, milking the cows, feeding the baby animals, going on a safari ride to see giraffes, zebras, yamas, even lions and jaguar. It was great! Only down side was the quality of the food sold inside. It was very bad!

A beautiful place all green and full of animals. If you enjoy seing nature and appreciate animals in their natural habitat that's what you'll find there. There are places to learn about the animals, to get in touch with them and there's even the possibility to go to a safari. Fantastic.
