A very large and very impressive monastery in a beautiful setting, outside the cities and villages. Located by a river with many seating areas and open to the public for free. We drove there for an hour and it was definitely worth it if you like the architecture

Perhaps one of the most beautiful and popular monasteries in Moldova. Plenty of visitors on weekends mainly for wedding and christening purposes.
Venerable monastery, founded in 1429, with several buildings from different eras & a library.
Visited for the second time and spent more time this time. Got to the evening service at 17:00 and its divine. The pics are the usual, nothing new. Its the atmosphere there that needs to be felted.
P.s. no toilet paper in the wc so take with you in case of an emergency.

Beautiful monastery outside of Chișinău (30 minutes by bus).
It was founded by Stephan the Great during his time in Moldova.
It's a pretty big monastery with a place to stay overnight , a pretty big Mensa and 3 Churches that you can go to pray .
How to get to this monastery?
Take a bus from Topaz station Chișinău to either Căpriana or Strășeni. If you go to Strășeni take the next one to Căpriana.
Have a nice stay!

An impressive beautiful Monastery Site
Established in medieval Moldavia, Căpriana is situated in a picturesque forested area once called Codrii Lăpușnei.
There are three churches on the monastery site. The Church of the Dormition (a stone summer church) is the oldest extant church in Moldova. The winter church of St George is a twentieth century building. The nineteenth century church is dedicated to St Nicholas. The Church of the Dormition contains the tomb of Metropolitan Gavril Bănulescu-Bodoni.

Big monastery outside of Chișinău.
The monastery itself is not yet finished .
There are several areas that one can visit or chill in the park .
The monastery doesn't allow more than 1 night per person , you can enter at 20:00 and exit at 6:30 am .
You also have to pay 50 Moldavian lei per night .
Down the monastery there is a holy spring .

The Palace of Culture, constructed between 1906 and 1925, is a vast complex comprising of 365 rooms initially intended to accommodate government offices. It currently houses four museums and is a remarkable example of Gothic and Empire-style architecture reminiscent of French castles. The palace boasts around 300 windows that shimmer under the sun, adding to its allure. Visitors can explore different aspects of Moldavian history through uncommon artifacts, intriguing tours, making it an excellent destination for families with children.
A very nice place to visit with uncommon items and interesting tours. A place were childre will be able to see and explore different parts of the Moldavian history.

Discovering the Romanian culture is something that even a romanian person like me enjoyed. It's divided in four different museums to see and you'll be thrilled for each one of them. Highly recommended!
Marian Sebastian Fartade — Google review
Some of the exhibitions have only the temporary parts, not the main part (history). I have read in Internet about Cucuteni culture but it was not possible to watch it. It is disappointing that nobody tells you this in advance and you pay the whole price. Not fair.
The informations are scarce and some whole texts only in Romanian.

Even though I only visited a small part of the Palace of Culture, more specifically the History Museum of Moldova, it was a very unique and interesting experience. The museum is very clean and holds different objects of history like weapons, clothes and accessories from a different era, it truly felt like I was going back in time. The staff was polite and offered their help if I needed additional information about what I was going to visit.
Overall, I would recommend everyone to take some time of their everyday life and visit this architectural museum full of history.

Very nice palace (did not visit the museum inside)
It is well presented after a boulevard from which you can see it in distance.
The architecture looks like gothic and empire style, remembering something of french castles too.
Around 300 windows shine under the sunny days to make it nicer!

The Palace of Culture in Iasi stands as a testament to history, culture, and architectural grandeur. This iconic landmark has etched its presence onto the city's skyline, and as I had the privilege of exploring its corridors and chambers, I was entranced by the blend of artistic mastery and historical significance it embodies.
It is a true gem that stands as a testament to the city's rich heritage and artistic legacy. Its architectural beauty, historical significance, and cultural offerings make it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike. As I walked through its halls and explored its museums, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of reverence for the past and gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of its living history.

Stunning building. As the city's main point of interest, residing in the center of the city, it's a true masterpiece.
What to do:
• visit the museums (the castle hosts 4)
• explore the interior
• the palace is neighboured by the largest shopping center in the region, restaurants, and a garden for leisure, providing many options for spending your time in the area
Delta The Guide — Google review
This is a stunning building in its own right - a highlight of the whole region - and it’s worth going inside even if you don’t have time to visit the museums. You can go upstairs where a few of the rooms and features like stained glass windows are there for viewing, it’s lovely.
The museums cost 20 lei each, which is not unreasonable. Only open until 5pm though.

Impressive palace
This is for many the landmark of Iași.
It is mandatory for any cultural visit of Moldova's capital.
It is huge, built for almost two decades to have 365 rooms, to house public offices.
It was reopened, after extensive restoration (not amazing work, that would've deserve) in 2016.
We visited in August 2022, with the nice direction of a very competent local guide, Irina.
You can stare for hours at the fine craftmanship that built this neo-gothic palace. Some other hours to visit the art exhibitions etc.
The photos speak by themselves about this gorgeous building.
Absolutely recommended!!!
Codin Coman — Google review
The building is simply breathtaking, from the outside and inside. Inside are a couple of museums, and lots of presentations and cultural things happen one after the other. Definitely the centre piece of Iasi, everyone should visit it if they come here.

Too beautiful to describe. The museums are great for both children and adults alike. You can easily spend an entire day here . The mall and food are conveniently located right next to the palace.

In the palace, there are 4 museums. I went to see the ethnographic. Pretty good and with QR codes if you want to know more about the objects. Wonderful views from the palace.
Marco Giustiniani — Google review
Definitely good value and worthwhile, quite a military focus initially but also brings to light valuable information about the origins of the Palace and its former iterations going back centuries. Even shows archaeological foundations.
▫️
It starts with the courtroom with impressive woodwork, then a few rooms of military items and history of the Palace. Next there is one room showing the aristocracy, which is maybe better than the ethnographic museum. Then you see the buildings foundations.
▫️
In the next two rooms the Constitution is shown, and the last room on this side has a lot of information in it, both on the video screen and opposite, which shows coinage, jewellery-making and more.
▫️
There is a whole extra section opposite, with items going back to 5000BC! Lots of pottery. I haven’t seen pottery and design quite like this before, not even in Greece or Italy.

Visited the clock tower for the third time. The view is wonderful and the sound of the bells when the clock turns is truly magnificent.
BEWARE if you want to visit the tower during the weekends, there were only 2-3 time slots on Sunday, between 10:40 and 12:40 (one hour apart each) and you nay end up not being able to visit if you don't book before!

The Golia Monastery is a grand religious structure, established in the 17th century by Vasile Lupu and his son in Moldova. The construction features a blend of Byzantine and Baroque architectural styles, with ornate frescoes decorating the nave and a tower offering stunning views of the city. The monastery boasts an expansive yard enclosed by a high wall, with a prominent 30-meter entrance tower. The most imposing church/monastery in the city it stands here since the 17th century when it was erected by Vasile Lupu and his son, Lords of Moldova
The construction is a mix of byzantine and baroque elements, it has a large yard, the whole ensemble being further surrounded by a thick, high wall with a 30 meter tower at the entrance. The painting inside is breathtaking in color and detail
The monastery was revamped a few years ago and is very well taken care of, so you will enjoy this place to the fullest

(Translated by Google) Dear people! The location of the Cathedral is really beautiful and full of piety... thanks to the holy songs heard in the church... but what made me permanently and irreparably lose my modest and pleasant vision of "Popi" was when after a discussion of approx., 15 minutes with the so-called Father Mihail (regarding a Christian advice) asked me to put the payment in money on the table... about as much as I like.
I answered short and clear as "next time"... which will definitely not be!!
Yes, yes, and I don't kiss them...
Is church business current or fashionable?!
It is current - and it will be the same, exactly as it is and a will be the exposure of individuals, representatives of the world of all times!!
So - God forgive them, I don't know what I'm doing!!

Dragi oameni!

Anastasie Fătu Botanical Garden, a spacious 19th-century green space, boasts an extensive variety of flora and fauna. Visitors can indulge in a leisurely stroll along the walking trails that meander through the garden's lush landscape, which is home to several species of plants, trees, flowers, and small birds. The garden features a picturesque duck pond and seasonal floral shows. Additionally, visitors have the option to explore the greenhouses when purchasing their ticket.
The botanical garden is the place where you can find many species of plants, flowers, trees and small birds. To be able to visit the whole garden, it takes a few hours to walk. Best place in Iasi for a walk, a run, biking, photo sessions or just for clearing your mind.
A bit crowded during the weekends, holidays and hot days in general.
Don't be afraid to explore the off paths, as they usually lead right to another trail.
You can sometimes spot deer, pheasants, foxes, hares, ducks and quite a few smaller birds.
Use anti tick spray if you're exploring tall grass zones.
Please remember to take your trash with you to the nearest bin. It's a desolate view after the snow melts and pieces of trash stand out before the vegetation covers them.
During the winter time, the lake freezes. You can sometimes spot children playing on it. Always be careful and do not leave children unsupervised on the ice.
Fishing is prohibited, but you can sometimes spot a fisherman doing his thing.
My favorite place in Iaşi.

Probably the most beautiful monastery in Moldova. Located in a scenic place between wood and the border of Nistru (Dnester) river. The site holds a rich history and numerous archeological artefacts including an ancient earth-clad circular fortress known under the name Farfuria Turcului (Turk's Plate). Learning about its pivotal role in events like the Siege of Khotyn in 1621 added depth to my exploration. Stepping into its storied grounds felt like journeying back in time, and exploring its corridors and towers was a truly enriching experience. The panoramic views from atop the fortress were breathtaking, offering a glimpse into Ukraine's picturesque countryside. Overall, my visit left me with a profound appreciation for the fortress's historical significance and architectural beauty, making it a highlight of my time in Eastern Europe.

Beautiful Fortress in Khotyn...
The city was set up in 1621... so it's celebrating 400th anniversary in 2021...
The Fortress has a grand vast and green area around it (but within its outer perimeter wall), a grand and beautiful cathedral located next to it... but the main attraction is the Fortress itself...
It has an impressive majestic look of a traditional European Fortress, a wooden drawbridge at the entrance, huge towering stone walls with conical towers giving an impressive look...
A great collection of old artifacts are on display along with various rooms and compartments that give a good picture of the life in the Fortress in the olden days...
We couldn't see any paid guide or audio guide... but during peak tourist season, there may be some... A tourist guide would have been a good help for us to understand the history better...
Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us.

Massive fortress overlooking the Dnister river in Khotyn. Inside the fortress walls you can see some historical artifacts. The territory is vast and you can roam alongside the fort walls for some time. You can bring a picnic and sit atop the hills for a spectacular view of the fort and river. There are also some crafts available for purchase from pottery to wooden goods near the entrance.

Historical old Fortress Indeed! Totally worth the 6.5 hour drive from Kiev to check out the fortresses in the area of Kamianets-Podilskyi! This one was in pretty good shape and maintenance and upkeep was being conducted during our visit. Crazy history of the different people who occupied the fortress over the years. I especially appreciated the old paintings and weapons cellar!

Smotrych Canyon - fantastic site for mesmerizing views. One of most popular places for rock-climbing and rafting in Ukraine. At places walls are as high as 160 feet. It especially looks gorgeous from hot air balloons which fly here quite often.

The whole canyon or gorge is amazing. But most of it is unused the way it could be. Be prepared for a lot of pebble roads, unmarked paths that lead to nowhere and no sigs whatsoever.

It is picturesq canyon around the ancient town that is situated at the peninsula. The depth of the canyon is about 200 metres. There are two bridges through which you may get to the ancient town. One of them connects the ancient town with a castle and the other bridge connects the ancient town with the modern part of the town Kamenets-Podilsky.
Inna Makhovych — Google review
The promenade on top the canyon walls could be special attraction with spectacular views. Instead it's just uneasy trail with rare glimpses through chaotic bushes.
The entranceway of the Peter and Paul Cathedral, located in the courtyard, leads to a unique Christian Church in Ukraine. This architectural ensemble includes a minaret adorned with a sculpture of the Holy Virgin, representing an intriguing blend of Muslim and Christian elements. The cathedral exudes tranquility and a pleasant ambiance, embodying its rich historical significance. With its grandeur and European style reminiscent of Italy, this monumental attraction is definitely worth visiting.

(Translated by Google) The temple was built in the 15th century. Construction lasted from 1428 to 1430. At that time it was the center of the diocese. The building was wooden. At the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, the temple was rebuilt into a stone one. It lasted from 1502 to 1517. In 1672, Kamianets-Podilskyi was captured by Turkish troops. A minaret was built during their reign. The main city mosque was arranged in the church.
During the Polish rule, the church became a Catholic church. Then its reconstruction was carried out. The Polish authorities did not destroy the minaret, but used it for the pedestal of the statue of the Mother of God, which was installed in 1756.
In 1781, an arch was built at the central entrance to the territory of the cathedral, in honor of the arrival of the King of Poland, Stanislaus Augustus. In 1935, a museum of atheism was opened in the Peter and Paul Church. But during the Second World War, services were held here.
Since 1978, the church has been used as an organ hall. In 1991, the re-consecration of the church took place. In 1993, new bells were installed on the side belfry.

Kamianets-Podilskyi Castle is a historic fortress that dates back to the 1300s. It features 12 original fortification towers, of which seven are well-preserved. The castle was originally built using wood in the 10th to 13th centuries but was later redesigned and rebuilt with stone by Italian military engineers in the 16th century.

What a picturesque Castle-Fortress both day and night! Like it was out of a fairytale! Amazing 15th century fortress that is in great condition! Amazing what people could engineer & construct so many centuries ago! Definitely worth the trip to see and also visit the town of Kamianets-Podilskyi! Highly Recommend!
In the first half of the XIV century. there was a defensive wooden-earthen castle. Since the XVI century. there were frequent attacks by the Tatars, in 1516 the castle was captured and burned to the ground. A few years later, repairs and reconstruction began, and soon everything was restored and improved. However, twice in its history, the castle was damaged in 1657 and 1672, respectively, but was never rebuilt. Inside the fortress in the XVIII century was restored a magnificent palace with large cellars. But in the chronicles it is noted that lightning struck the palace and destroyed much of it. To this day, only the remaining towers, defensive walls, four- tiered powder tower and the remains of the palace with beautiful ornaments around the windows and doors have survived.

Interesting place to visit. Ruins shows that it was well fortified palace, with huge i underground chambers. Hope the reconstructions will preserve what remains.
Crystal Cave is a fascinating underground labyrinth that evolved over millions of years, featuring narrow passageways, chambers and colonies of bats. The cave tour is led by an experienced guide who charges $450 for up to 15 visitors, resulting in more cost-effective rates for larger groups. The way to the entrance may be steep but the tour itself offers plenty of information about the caves' history and folklore, as well as showcasing noteworthy rock formations.
Tour guide cost 450 and takes groups up to 15 people (so the more people, the less it costs per person).
Steep hike to the cave entrance but the cave tour itself was great! Tour guide had lots of information and pointed out notable rock formations while telling about the caves history and folklore.
Doesn't hurt to bring a light jacket, and sneakers definitely recommended did to the rocky and somewhat tricky trail inside. Tour took about an hour.

Ternopil region
The construction of the town hall with shopping rows was carried out from 1905 onwards
1908 year.
Its main highlight is a half-timbered tower with a Swiss clock and four dials. The spire of the town hall tower is decorated with a weathervane in the form of a rooster.
The old town hall received this rather exotic structure in the territory of Ukraine thanks to the then burgomaster
Chortkov to Ludvik Noss (held this position from 1896 to 1914). Having received a brilliant education in Vienna, Berlin and Paris, he wanted to recreate a corner of Europe in his city.
Chortkov's old town hall has always been a place where, according to Noss, "the movement does not stop even at night." Lively trade was conducted here, deals were concluded, business meetings took place, and you could learn about all the city's affairs
news.
The burgomaster himself bought a clock for the Chertkiv town hall, ordering it from Switzerland in the city of Berni, from the well-known company "Aosta".
The old Chertkiv town hall can be seen in films

A beautiful historical place, with so much touristic potential. It would be great to actually have research and maintenance in the structure and surrounding area, it would certainly bring more historical value to the city and help its development. Excellent for pictures during the summer, but the gates were closed during winter, I guess for the risk of falling in slippery snow. Better go with a guide to explain its details, but the view is amazing on its own.

It's a nice open air museum, the entrance fee is not very large, and you need to pay a bit more for taking photos. In the same time no one will run after you and check on that. Though sometimes you can see a guard waking around, but not often. What you should know is that you can go only to the foot of the hill by car, then you will have to walk up to see the remains of the castle. There are couple of benches on the way where you can rest. Some parts of the castle walls survived, while others are almost totally ruined, which is said. There is no reconstruction going on. On one side there is also a monument and a park. The view from the top of the hill is really nice, too. Hopefully, one day the castle is restored and turns into a truly amazing place to visit.

The Ternopil Castle is a stronghold which gave birth to the city of Ternopil. It was built in the 16th century to protect the southern border of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The castle originated as the residence of a Polish nobleman, Jan Amor Tarnowski, in 1540. Construction works (1540–1548) on the marshy bank of the Seret River were authorized by King Sigismund the Old. The castle, around which the modern town has developed, was encircled by a wooden fence and a deep moat. The latter was connected in 1548 to the castle pond (see Ternopil Pond).

(Translated by Google) A true gem of the glorious hero city of Ternopil. Why is this lake so great? Firstly, it fits extremely harmoniously into the urban appearance of the city. Secondly, there are very few such landscapes (a lake in the center of the city) around the world. And in Europe it is only Geneva. Thirdly, there is a huge selection of ways to relax, which the lake gives to Ternopolyans - walks or runs along the beautiful embankment, sunbathing or swimming on two beaches. Fourth, enjoy food and drinks in several excellent restaurants and bars right on the coast. Fifth - boat trips with extremely beautiful views. Sixth - fishing. Seventh - sports and entertainment on the water.

Vyshnivets is a rural settlement in Kremenets Raion, Ternopil Oblast, western Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Vyshnivets settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: 3,179. Wikipedia.
Huge religious complex with a lavish Baroque and a more modern Revivalist cathedral & cave churches.
One of the best Christian monasteries globally. Very impressive unforgettable experience. Not possible to see anything like this in Western Europe. Everyone in our group felt very grateful that we were able to stay over for a few days. Well worth to go the extra distance for a stay or visit.

Every orthodox person should visit these holy lavra. Blessing of holy Jov abbot of Pochayiv... Monastery is breathtaking. Lavra is organised perfectly. Many rooms for pilgrims. It is good to reserve room...
Big dining room, not expensive food.
Everyone is helpful.
But U must to come here to see, to feel the spirit, the blessing. There is no words and photos that can replace it... I will come again, aко је воља Божија.

As you enter the place, understand, that this is the concentration of big money. Excelent order, nice building, clean and beutiful paths. No photos inside the churches are allowed. Ladies can enter only with covers of head and skirts (can rent locally). All begging places are by rent also. :)

Best place in the world to connect to God and reflect.
Fort built in the 1630s for Polish royals with restored interiors & artifacts like inscribed stones.
Very cool castle. Big territory, many exhibits inside buildings, interesting landscape.
Recommended!!! Tickets 150grn( family 2+1 or 2+2)

Not a big premise with the interesting authentic interior and an exhibition of cultural items from all around the world - Asia, Egypt, Turkey. Worth visiting in a shiny summer day.

Interesting castle if you enjoy history but still needs a lot of renovation to show it's original beauty. Maybe it was just the gloomy weather but I felt the staff could be nicer as well.

Beautiful and interesting castle built by a Polish warrior when this part of Ukraine was Poland. Easy to find, not expensive.

Nice castle. Has few museums inside (Chinese palace, castle itself) and really nice views.
There is a park nearby so that you can have a walk or picnic there (no fire allowed).
Really nice small chapel in the park
Large castle built from 1635 to 1640 & burned in a fire, offering tours of the pared-down interior.
It was odd to find this beautiful castle in Ukraine’s country side. It is a nice place to explore. Apparently it is popular among ghost hunters.
What’s impressive is it’s fortification structures that are best seen on the model inside the castle.
Very beautiful panoramic views from the balcony.

It is very nice palace, and very impressive if to take into consideration there is almost a ruin, lots of stuff just been robed, the government doesn't give any money for years and decades already to make a renovation. It is really nothing inside, so why the admission is 90 uah the same as for another two palaces around here it's a mistery. It's used to be a movie scene for "Three musketeers" and now it's a sad place. 4 stars is for overpriced admission, and such sad ruin inside.

This place is really interesting to see.
We were 2 backpackers with my cousin, coming from Lviv to Loutsk.
It appears that finally a car drop us in Pidhirtsi and then we decided to go to this castle.
Warning: it's 2-3km from the road, and it's much higher. At the moment it was 33+ degree + our heavy bags 😄😅
The way by foot to arrive till the castle was a real adventure.
Do it!
About the castle itself, the inside got burn. So the main reason to go there is to admire the view and take wonderful pictures :)

Very cool and eye appealing place. Nothing interesting to see inside a castle. Guys charge you for visiting the castle inside, but actually you pay for viewing the pictures of some gallery there.
Those place is nice spot for beautiful photos, especially if there's not much people around.
Restoration of this object is so poor, so many years and no change at all..

Gorgeous, Italian - French castle, you should definitely visit!! Sadly, there's no interior preserved due to 20 century fires, yet you will still totally enjoy it's remarkable view, gorgeous garden and a Catholic chapel 🥰

The castle is looking great from the outside. And great landscapes around. One of my favorite among all others in Lviv region.
Unfortunately that's almost all that you can get from this castle - look from outside.
But I would really advise you too go there and spend some time here and around: nice cathedral nearby, also monastery and leftovers of medieval slavic town near monastery.
I wish this place to get funding and become great attraction soon.

This place is amazingly picturesque: both castle and surroundings. Must see place of this region!
The road is in much better condition (March 2019).
Entrance ticket: 30 UAH - adults, 9 UAH - kids.

It could be much better if it was taken care of. It looks beautiful from a far. But when you get closer, the building is totally destroyed and needs some renovation ☹️ the tickets are cheap, it’s hard to get there if you are with the baby and need to use a stroller. Inside there is nothing much to look at, just paintings and that’s all.
Castle with 16th- to 18th-century Ukrainian icons & other painting, sculpture, furniture & tapestry.
The castle is not very large and fascinating, but still, there are some things to see. It is kept well and the entrance fee is low. It is surrounded by a beautiful Park, where you can stroll and relax. It is good to go there for a couple of hours, as it is not far from Lviv. The territory of the complex isn't crowded even on weekends.

Great views from the wall and windows instead. Some very interesting artwork inside although none of the art is original to the castle, but it is the oldest castle in Ukraine and has seen it's share of conflicts and tragedies, like a large earthquake in the 1800's so you can't expect perfection.
The restaurant serves great traditional food and the staff were very friendly.

Not very big but cute castle, full of history, with a museum inside, and magical view from the top of the hill to the valley. The museum still has some pieces of historical furniture, and some paintings. Nice place for family visit.

They manage to keep castle at pretty good condition. Been here 4 times during past 20 years, always nice impression. Its quite small comparing to others, but it has it's charm. Lovely place for weekend tour

If you are in the area or passing by definitely come visit this castle. Make sure to check out the water well. They also have very beautiful old stoves that are work of art.

An impressive medieval castle-fortress, overlooking the nearby green valley! You will find a splendid art work collection dating back to many centuries! Totally love it! 🏰

A good place to visit in summer, it's located nearby Lviv. The nice exhibition of medieval icons and pictures is located inside. You can make a picnic in the garden beside the castle

It's great. People take care of this castle. Also, they made a restaurant in castle. It is said, that it was real dining room.
Dating to the 1400s & rebuilt in the 17th century, this nobleman's fortress sits amid ponds & moats.
Really nice place even if the weather is bad. Castle is in good shape, there is no furniture, but overall it is quite a good place to spend a couple of hours. It's near a very beautiful lake, and you can bring your blanket for small picnic near it. It's not big, but it has quite interesting story. Try to call in advance for some excursion. Definitely will come back)

It is admirable that they union of architects that is running the castle as of right now has so many plans and are trying to renovate the castle. But to be fair 100 uah (plus the time of driving there) for visiting it is just not worth it - it is just a ruin. The excursion is boring coz the guide has no visual aid at all (there are no exhibit but for 5 chairs), there are no pieces of art as well. The whole tour is based on gossips and some irrelevant information of some random people. But still excited to see how ot will change after renovation. Good luck guys.
P.S. there is no infrastructure for tourists their at all, just keep that un mind if you decide to go there with kids. They will be bored.

The castle is being partially restored. The excursion is interesting. The view is beautiful. Easy to get to. Recommend visiting.

Very beautiful place. Not only the castle, but the landscape around it. One of the best preserved castles around. Restoration is underway but many internal rooms are open to the public.

Once the castle is restored in 2025 it will become a great spot to visit

I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to come here just yet (September 2021). A lot of renovation still going on. However, when it's done I can easily see it becoming your favorite retreat near Lviv. Special thanks to the awesome staff who were super friendly to us!
