Loved this beach, sandy and lots of space for dogs to run and kids to build sand castles. €60 for a lounger, a chair and parasol for the whole day. We paid €10 for an extra lounger. Especially loved that they give you a key for your own hut where you can change and leave your valuables. Loungers are well spaced out, plenty of shade for the dogs. We even managed to buy a ball for our dog there so he could chase a ball into the sea. Parking nearby (Margonara), we paid €6 for the whole day. We got the last spot when we arrived at 11.30am. Staff are friendly. Bar is well priced for drinks, €5 for glass of wine and €7 for an aperol spritz, €10 for a very strong a gin & tonic. We didn't eat there, as there are many options for restaurants along the sea front and nearby in town. Grass spots nearby if you leave the beach to let your dog do their business. We have been to Rintin Beach in Pietra Liguria and Zero Beach in Alassio and this is our favourite by far.

Very kind people.Lovely and friendly. Even our dog who is not always easy with new environment, felt comfortable. Really good atmosphere. Nice sandy beach, not too much wave which is good for beginner-doggies :) The best. Don't waste your time bringing your dogs elsewhere. We've tried 4 beaches started from Alassio and Bau bau village was the best one of all (based on our dog happiness :))ps: worth the entrance fee
Anoochtra Worakul — Google review
Very nice beach with nice some nice amenities. However, way overpriced. We arrived after 1pm, we paid 120€ for four people and a dog, which included 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. We got a bowl for water for the dog. It annoyed me that paying such a price, for using it only half a day, there was lack of flexibility, or better said: 120€ is just starting price, everything else was for a extra cost!! if you wanted 4 lounge chairs, pay 20€ more, warm water for you or your dog extra cost. Btw, the showers for humans and toilets were not cleaned/maintained enough
V Goico — Google review
Nice little stretch of beach if you're looking for a place to chill out with your dog.

Do you have a dog! Want to swim? Go here! It's expensive, but worth it! Make a day of it (€50 for a day is a lot)
Johan van Dijk — Google review
Very difficult to find, lots of beaches with no signs, and occasional dogs that apparently were enjoying the beach even though it was not really allowed. When we finally found Bau Bau Village it turned out to have a fee of €40 for two adults with one dog. The beach was incredibly crowded on a Friday in July, and was very small. No particular amenities for dogs either. The dogs had a good swim, though, but not recommended.
Mona Synnøve Hvattum — Google review
Absolutely wonderful for pet owners!!! Love the concept. Doggie beach were you are welcomed too!! You can pay by the hour or by the day. If you chose the day option you will be given two chairs and a doggie water bowl. At the entrance there are doggie treats, necklaces, water toys, and paw protection for your dogs. There's also a little place where they sell basic human food. When you are done, there's a designated area to remove the sand off your dog. My only criticism is NOT ABOUT THE PLACE BUT... some of the people. These are dogs people of you don't want a dog running near you, or barking... GET YOUR OWN BEACH. Dogs are there to have fun NOT TO SIT DOWN OBEDIENTLY ALL DAY. COME ON!!

To get there you have to be willing to walk there, taking via Bruciati and then continuing uphill with various steps that take you up to the house. The guide also told us that there is also a shuttle but I don't know where you get it from. Maybe there is more information on the site. The view from up there is stupendous and during the climb you can see those villas!! The peculiarity of this artist lies in the recovery of ceramics to make new uses for them and therefore Le Albisole was the right place for his art!! (Original) Ottima visita!! Jorn was the founder of the CoBrA group in 1948: an avant-garde group for anti-rationalist art. Visiting this house museum gives its visitors a dive into color and creativity. Purchased in 1957 by Jorn himself, this house became the expression of his idea of conceiving art and architecture. Walking through its rooms and external gardens you find yourself in an organic whole of space, shapes and spontaneous colours. Every work of art or decoration in the house was decided by him. At the corners of the garden, on the walls, and outside the Jorn doors there are anthropomorphic sculptures and superstitious reliefs to protect the house from negative energies by harmonizing the energies of nature with human ones. By visiting it several times you can grasp the artist's ideas and the harmonious magic between sculpture and architectural reality. Lovely Italian village. Nice long walks and plenty of restaurants. Only problem no English speaking. Food and coffee and the Italian bread was cheap. Lots of walking around the area where my father in law was stationed in the 1940's.if you want a laid back time then give it a go.

I attended a wedding in this location. Although the facade it's not so much well maintained, the internal spaces are astonishing. I loved it, especially its wonderful frescoes with depicted bucolic scenes of life. Unfortunately I guess it's not possible to wander through the italian style garden. It is to be noticed the fact that Villa Farraggiana was just the summer house of a noble family, don't be surprised if you can't find a lot of historical background on it. There is a large free parking at the bottom of the Villa.

Went out for diner as a group of 5, as we were told this place is amazing! One of the worst experience we had in Italy. The lady that looked after eas one of the most unfriendly persons I've met here. No hello, no welcome no nothing. We got past that, we got our menu, ordered food and drinks. The lady had the same unfriendly attitude with eyes rolling if we got a name wrong from the menu ( we are not the best italian speakers, but we try). Food was horrible!! The pizza dough was uncooked, the sea food was full of sand and had a bad smell, the mussels had seaweed and sand all over. A very bad experience for us, never to return!

Amazing food!! Fritto misto is incredible, and an enormous size. House wine alla spina was great, too. Really friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly. Highly recommend!

I really love this restaurant and have been a few times already. The frito misto is great and the portions are huge enough to share and if your a big eater you can always get a starter. We shared the mussels in a white sauce and this was fresh and also a huge portion, a kilo. Reasonable prices and always crowded it would be a good idea to make a reservation to he sure you can get in. This is a must try, although i have to admit I have not tried the pizza because the fish is so yummy! My advice is to go but don't tell anyone or I might not find space the next time we want to go! After another visit my feelings about this restaurant have not changed. One thing I noticed was the chairs and tables were really uncomfortable and perhaps there was a bug party but I couldn't hear people talking clearly and had to tell or repeat myself. Staff really friendly and helpful so if your in the mood for fish or pizza, go!
