AdlerKeller is a charming restaurant in Dolomites, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere with its Tyrolean-style setting. The underground space is cozy and intimate, built with beams and wood. Guests rave about the fantastic starter cheese plate and perfect risotto. The wine selection is fabulous, with staff pouring at the table for tasting before buying. Visitors praise the friendly and helpful staff, describing their experience as fabulous from beginning to end.
Very good restaurant with typical food! The Tris (in the picture) was amazing! The price was also fair. If you want something typical in Corvara this place is recommended!

Quite possibly the best restaurant we ate in our Dolomites holiday. This restaurant is underground and built with beams and wood. The space is warm, intimate, and cozy. The starter cheese plate was fantastic with a varied selection. The risotto was just perfect and fresh. Fabulous wine selection and they pour at the table so you have a chance to taste before buying. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Just a word: gorgeous and beautiful. It’s my must have and favorite here in Alta Badia. The quality of food is absolutely incredible, the atmosphere is stunning.

Super delicious food in a very nice and cozy place. Staff is very nice too. It's probably a good idea to book a table.

Divine dining! Lovely alpine menu with incredible steaks and unique dishes. The service was lovely and charming. The interior is cosy and warm. Highly suggest the quatro of dumplings (beetroot dumpling was particularly different) and the steaks.

I'll be coming back here every time I'm in the area. I advise booking a day or two ahead as we couldn't get a table the first time we tried. Came with family and everyone LOVED their meals. Desserts were great too, especially the chocolate cake. The strudel was good but not the best I've had in the area (I'd give it a 4 out of 5) but this does not take anything away from this restaurant being a must visit for everyone. All staff were really friendly and polite. There's parking outside.

Elegant and cozy at the same time. Not pretentious but fine furnished. The personal is very kind and friendly, makes feel everyone comfortable. The food is carefully served and very delicious. There is a bright choice of home made dishes. We will come back again.

Truly a very good experience. The employees are dedicated, patience and nice. The food is great. At the beginning my meat arrived a bit undercooked but as soon as I told it it was replaced. The dessert was great! Worth the visit and the price, thank you very much.

Very good experience here. Love the lamb and steak, very tender and juicy. The portion is quite big.The waitresses all wear the cute traditional dress. About 140 euro for 1pasta, 1steak,1lamb, 1canederli,2 desserts, half bottle of red wine and two bottles of water. Thank you for giving us an amazing night.

Highly recommend! They have a wonderful selection of wine and we had a great rib eye steak to pair with it. Service was great and it’s a very cozy atmosphere.

This welcoming chalet-style hotel offers lovely views of the mountains, excellent service and delicious food. The staff are polite and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. This centrally located hotel was very quiet at night.
We visited the restaurant and it was awesome. Lamb ribs were perfect as well as grilled trout.

Review of restaurant. Best dining experience in Corvara/Colfosco. Tagliata Di Manzo a favourite. Wonderful service, high standard of cuisine for reasonable price. Faultless. We come here at least twice every year’s ski holiday
Helena K — Google review
Our third visit in 14 years and only wish we could have come more. La Tambra is run by the very welcoming and hospitable Dalponte family. Wide choice for breakfast and excellent four course dinners based on local Ladin recipes and locally sourced ingredients. Very attentive service. La Tambra has a large Wellness centre. Comfortable rooms. My photo is the view from our bathroom A 5 minute walk from the ski lifts, La Tambra is also served by the skibus. A fourth visit in March 2024. This year we chose a premium room with great views in two directions. Quality of food and service exemplary as ever and the Dalponte family are wonderful hosts.

The review is for the restaurant. Excellent food and service. Great quality and attention to detail. Extra kudos for the great photos that bedeck the walls.

Had the tasting menu, everything was great. Not five stars because it took too long between different dishes. (I know I was on holiday, but even so it could have been a little faster.) Other tables having regular menu dishes went in and out while we had our meal, so I'm planning on going back, because the food was very tasty. Changing from 4 to 5 stars: went back, had a mixed grill, very tasty, and a lot faster, even with appetisers and dessert. Very good.

Lovely hotel with very nice spa and good kitchen. The waiters on dinner were very helpful, and suggested alternatives to a given choice menu.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was very courteous, they have a large parking lot behind the hotel. The room was clean and included a small fridge and a lovely balcony overlooking the nearby mountains surrounding Corvara. The breakfast buffet was generous and had a lot of variety. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel by the same name which served excellent food. The hotel is centrally located, just off the main street in Corvara and our was quiet at night.

Reception: very friendly staff. Helpful. Rooms: very clean and nice view. No AC because no need the weather is very nice in summer. No ketel for hot water. Restaurant: friendly staff. Nice food. Our room was with half board. Nice breakfast. The menu change everyday but you have to stuck with the the menu. Location: very good location. Close to most attractions places in Corvara. Free parking in the side. Secure place for bicycles.

Really friendly waiters. Good advices. Good food. We had risotto with aspareges, octopus salad, goat gorgonzola sala for startes. All very nice. Then we had trout, chicken and nobile steak by weight. All very good. Took some time with the steak, but still all arrived at the table at the same time on warm plates and everything. Definitely worth a visit.

Located in an impressive location next to the cable car station, Col Alt is a modern restaurant with stunning views of the resort of Alta Badia. There is everything you could need for a cosy dining experience, including drinks and food. The terrace provides wonderful views across the resort, while the menu features both traditional Italian dishes and more unusual offerings.
The beef tartare, polenta, lobster paccheri, col alt salad, T-bone and the desserts were all amazing, we will be back!

In a stunning location, this refuge should be on everyone's to-do list. Upstairs is a cafe serving snacks and drinks. A row of deckchairs provides somewhere to enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a wonderful restaurant with many Michelin recognitions. It is very popular, and advisable to book especially if you want to sit outside. We arrived by chance and did not have a booking but were lucky enough to be given a table outside. The service was excellent, and very friendly. Menu was great and although more expensive than some other refuges, you can see why when the food is delivered. We enjoyed it so much we have reserved a table for tomorrow lunch. I highly recommend and will definitely look forward to more visits.

Amazing. View makes everything perfect. Even you are not ski or wait for your friend , you can take cable car up here and enjoy foods , drinks, and view. One trip up and down is around 10€.

Very nice cottage Col Alt located at an altitude of 2000 meters right next to the cable car number 1 leading from the village of Corvara to the resort of Alta Badia. The cottage provides everything what tourists need - drinks and food. There is a bar, restaurant, toilets, huge terrace with a lot of seats. There is also a wonderful view from this place to the whole resort Alta Badia and the neerby villages of Campolongo, Colfosco and La Villa.

Two of us waltzed in unannounced at just before 2pm to find the place, unsurprisingly packed but for a couple of large tables marked 'reserved'. Brief conflab and a quick scoot around: "we will have a table for you in 7 minutes". Curiously specific but Impressively accurate. We were taking a bit of a chance, being skiers wanting a light lunch and to be in and out fairly quickly: after all, this place has a Michelin Plat rating and the tables around us were showing strong indicators of Big Lunches being enjoyed. We needn't have worried! The service was lightening swift without being hurried, efficient without the slightest hint of impoliteness. We ordered a couple of starters but held off ordering anything else in case they proved to be ' enough'. They weren't enough, much to our delight, as they were absolutely delicious and it gave us the opportunity to try something else. We asked if we might share a venison burger. It arrived perfectly divided into 2, each half on its own plate with its own portion of chips and dip The clean slice meant you could see the layers in sharp relief, the salad, garnish and the venison burger itself, perfectly pink in the middle - frankly it was presented so well, it was as if it had been designed that way. If the coffee came any quicker, I wouldn't have had time to order it! We paid the bill and were swiftly on our way. Despite having, 'breezed through for a snack' we were given the same courtesy and respect as the prosecco swilling big hitters around the room. We will be back, that's for certain. The only question is whether we'll be stopping for a Big Lunch?

Mountain cabin
Piz Boè Alpine Lounge offers a modernist and ambitious dining experience with stunning panoramic views of the valley. The restaurant provides both self-service and fine dining options, with dishes prepared in front of customers. The atmosphere is classy and refined, and the staff is professional and pleasant. However, there are some areas for improvement such as better organization at the self-service area and the need for bins in the vicinity.
My boyfriend (now fiancé!) proposed to me here and it was so magical! He coordinated with the restaurant to plan the most perfect surprise. All of the employees were so welcoming and attentive. My fiancé said the employees were very communicative during his planning. They opened the restaurant early to give us access to the balcony where he proposed, and they let us sit at our table before they opened to allow us to soak in the moment. They even decorated our table with the most beautiful flowers, welcome cocktails, candles and a congratulations letter from the restaurant. The food — It was amazing. The servers explained the menu so thoughtfully which was an added bonus. We’ve eaten at many fine dining restaurants and the food here was the one of the best I’ve ever had. The bartender even came over and made us cocktails that paired with the menu. That was so special! The views — I mean, just unreal! We’ve never seen anything like it. Truly breathtaking. Experience — This restaurant was so much more than just a meal. They created such a special experience for us that we will remember forever. I can’t thank them enough for the lengths they went to to ensure a perfect day. We plan on creating and naming a signature cocktail at our wedding after Piz Boè. A special thanks to the receptionist that went above and beyond to make sure the scheduling of the days surprises went as planned. 🤍

The place, the views are amazing, 5 stars, the service is comparable: nice and helpful, but the food is scant and overly expensive for a mini portion. I understand that you want to bring a culinary level, but then just make it a full restaurant. Self-service like in a school cafeteria, instead of table service.
Axel Gr — Google review
Delicious, imaginative contemporary food rooted in Ladin tradition, in an impossibly beautiful location. Friendly and faultless service. This really is a different kind of mountain hut. Highly recommended for discerning foodies.
Marco Anastasi — Google review
Very modernist, a little austere but we liked the ambition! And the views on the valley side are just wonderful. But maybe not a place to pop in for a quick lunch at the self-service as we did. The staff seemed pleasant enough but unsure of what they should be doing and that confusion slowed things down. Our lunches were OK but at these prices you need better than OK. But a few tweaks and it could be a destination, providing an interesting alternative to the traditional alpine style.
Jonathan Chapman — Google review
The restaurant here is fabulous if you can get a table. Views are gorgeous. The self service restaurant is very slow, you can easily queue for 20 mins. The upside is for is cooked to order...so it's pretty good just annoying to wait so long for it. There is a pizza hut outside for a quicker bite. This is pretty accessible for non skiiers too, so great place to meet friends who have been skiing.
Tracey Nichols — Google review
Had the pleasure of having breakfast here courtesy of Ciasa de Mundt! An incredible experience. A very well curated menu complemented with a spectacular view of the Dolomites. Service was 10/10 and the food as well!
Daria Zlobinskaya — Google review
Very modern and spacious restaurant. The food is good but the queueing system for self service is very poor. Not somewhere to go if you are in a rush.
Jeff Bulled — Google review
One of the finest restaurants in the area. There is a canteen, as well as a “fine dine” option. This is a review of the canteen. Positive: Stunning, panoramic view. Access by cable car lift from Corvara or by path. Dishes prepared in front of the customers. Many gluten-free dishes available. World-class dishes. Classy, refined atmosphere. Clean environment (dining area, bathrooms). Very professional, pleasant staff. To be improved: There are no bins in the vicinity.

The best gourmet experience in an Alpine Lounge, food and drinks at the best high level with a touch of unmissable tradition ⛰ vegetarian and vegan choices. Eat, drink, rest, read, admire the majestic view. Don’t forget to taste an illy espresso coffee ☕️ before leaving.

I’ve been here two moths ago, it is a very nice place to go during a break from the ski session. Very kind, friendly and attentive waiters. Beautiful location facing the mountains and very tasty food.

One of the most unbelievable alpine dining, if not dining, experiences I have ever had! I do not need antlers and Tyrollean chic every meal and this was exceptional modern cuisine with a world class view & service! Make this a 1:30/2 late lunch and forget the amateur reviews saying the food was terrible. This is the best restaurant in Alta Badia!

La Stüa de Michil is a high-end restaurant in the heart of New York City with a diverse menu that features regional specialties from Italy, France, Spain, Austria and more. The restaurant offers both a prix fixe meal option as well as a more casual wine bar. Staff are professional and attentive, making this an excellent choice for a special night out.
From the start of the night it was amazing. The staff are amazing and the kitchen is incredible. All of the food was out of this world and the wine was so delicious. The experience was amazing as the staff walked us through each dish and we learnt about each food Tour of the Michelin star kitchen is a MUST!!

We didn't go to this restaurant but we went to the Bistrot Stua (the pictures I posted refer to that but I wasn't able to find it on maps). Very nice and fancy place with top service and wine list! Pricey but worth the money.

Fantastic meal, excellent representation of various regional ingredients from Italy. We had the chef special menu with the wine pairing, and everything was fantastic. Probably one of the most impressive library of wines I’ve ever seen in a restaurant.

Yesterday (8/2/23) It was my first experience in a Michelin Star restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. The service was amazing, the staff gave us everything in English, I noticed a different couple (Germans) and their menu and details were in German (amazing touch and detail). We did the 8 course presentation and it was amazing completely justifying the price. The combination of favors and textures were bold, original and perfectly complimented with an excellently paired wines.
Fernando Ullate — Google review
One of my favorite dining experiences of all time. The pre-fixe menu, with about 10 courses included the small bites, is well orchestrated like a performance — the waiters manage each course transition seamlessly. The whole experience is 3 hours. We had a group meal here on the last night of ski safari and felt incredibly pampered. The highlight for me was sea bass and the pastry for desert. The vibe of the restaurant is a cozy farmhouse with private rooms/spaces for each party. Each dish has Italian and Korean influence.

This restaurant deserves the Michelin star. Here everything is perfect, great food, wel educated staff and a great ambience, typical for Südtirol.

Beautiful and delicious meal with perfect service. We loved all the ways the region is incorporated into the meal. Definitely one of the most memorable set menus we have had! Highly recommend for a special occasion in Alta Badia!

One of a kind experience! We were here at NYE welcoming 2020 and we enjoyed every part of the Michelin experience. We had 7-8 courses, they showed us the kitchen, the wine cellar, the service was exceptional and all every dish was prepared with love and sense of perfection.
Silvia Marinova — Google review
Great experience! Liked the calabrian and japonese touches of the Chef. However, the main dessert had a very neutral taste and no caractère.
valeria cojocari — Google review
I have a seafood and nut allergy. They acknowledged this at the start of a 8 course tasting menu and then proceeded to serve me 2 plates with fish and 1 plate with nuts. There could have been more but that's just going off what was explained to us. Not sure its worth the 1 star Mitchell. We got there at 7pm and the served first course 7.10 and they served last course at 11.10
