The charming and rustic Baita Rodella Hütte is the perfect place to take a break, adorned with an abundance of wood. This cozy hut offers regional specialties and serves delicious wines. On pleasant days, guests can enjoy the inviting sun terrace which provides breathtaking views of the Marmolada and Langkofel mountains. The ambiance is delightful, with friendly waiters providing quick service. The house specialty, Penne Rodella, is highly recommended.
The canederli with nocciola filling and fruit sauce is fantastic! Well worth the 15 min wait for it. The atmosphere is also very nice and cozy

Very friendly and fast service. The 'Penne Rodella' of the house is really worthwhile!
Maarten Trybou — Google review
The first thing i need to mention is ambient which is really nice, and view is amazing. Food is okay and waiters are very friendly. Location is great, because it’s standing literally on the ski slope.
Jakob — Google review
Great food, lovely atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent goulash soup, one of the best on the mountain!

Best. Period - worth the visit. Food is solid, service impeccable, and atmosphere ideal. This is truly a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the best that the Dolomites have to offer during your ski day. Generous portions, and local meats. Don’t miss it.
Christian Eckel — Google review
Super tasty, huge portions, nice Alpine interior, amazing location and views.

The Fienile Monte restaurant is situated on the outskirts of a ski resort near Sella Joch/Col Rodella. It offers exquisite cuisine and a wide selection of fine wines. Notably, it boasts one of the most extensive wine cellars in the Dolomites. Renowned for its exceptional quality, this establishment is highly regarded in the area. Visitors can enjoy delicious food and beverages while taking advantage of attentive and outstanding service from the staff.
We went around 1:30pm in January with no reservation and got a nice outdoor table in the sun guarded with a glass screen. Delicious food, fast and kind service even using walking talkie hidden mics to speed up the service. Really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go again. 20-30€ per person with a coffee for dessert.

It take a while before you have your lunch, but it is been worth. If you like a good piece of meat I can recommend this place! Also with an amazing vieuw.
Albert Brouwer — Google review
Excellent meat and mountain type cuisine, a fabulos wine list, deserts which waters ones mouth, served with a great smile, in a very cosy and welcoming environment. Reservation recommended.

Favourite coffee / bombardino break challet for our ladies. Friendly staff and top location. Definitely to stop by to fill up the batteries.

Skied in for elevensies. Beer, hot chocolate and apple strudel. Absolutely fabulous!
Mike Turff — Google review
It's definitely the best place in the area. We had so much fun stopping here for food and drinks during our ski vacation. The staff are amazing and super attentive. The food is tasty.. I loved everything I tried, but mostly their soup (magical) and the T-bone steak on hot stones. Hope to be back again one day
Sharon Arami — Google review
Great staff, amazing food and stunning location. The staff did their utmost best for a great experience! Much recommended for an amazing lunch on the slopes!
Mick — Google review
I really liked the food. If you come here you need to order their meet. It comes a little undercooked on a really hot stone and you can then cook it to your desired temperature.
Manca Blažič — Google review
Kinda became our favourite "coffee brake" place on the ski slopes. We loved the place, so cosy and the best sitting/tanning position was right and left to the entrance direct infront of the sun. Superfriendly staff.
Špela Dekleva — Google review
The vibes of the restaurant are the best I’ve found in the Dolomites. It is nice and comfortable but it would be helpful to make a reservation as it is relatively small and can get crowded. The food was very good even though there are limited options. My only gripe is that the beef tartare was a bit bland and could’ve used some salt and pepper. The steak on a hot board was a nice touch. The tiramisu was good and a bit different from past tiramisu’s but i respect the creativity. There was a small incident where the fire in the heater got a bit out of control but the waiters reacted quickly and we felt safe in their hands. My only issue with the restaurant was the steps down to the bathroom. It is steep, windy, and narrow, therefore it was hard and felt dangerous to walk down. Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping here for a lunch.

Baita Valeruz is a charming and intimate mountain hut that offers delightful surprises. Guests have the option to savor the traditional cuisine of rifugi or explore off-menu dishes for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. The appetizers were exquisite, featuring homemade tagliatelle infused with nettles picked around the baita and an exceptional deer tomahawk. The desserts, particularly the crumble cake, were top-notch as well.
Reconstructed restaurant with good service there is no problem.
Peter Luspai — Google review
Small and cosy baita full of surprises. You may decide to eat the traditional food of rifugi, and it would be reasonable or ask if they have some dishes off the menu and discover something unique. We had some beautiful antipasti, homemade tagliatelle with nettles that they collect around the baita and a sublime deer tomahawk. Desserts were first class as well (kudos for the crumble cake). Prices are in line with the quality of food and ingredients you get. We'll be back.

Please DO NOT GO to this place. Horrible and unfriendly stuff, Hours of waiting time, poor and basic food (they hit the meal in the microwave) and it’s also expensive!
arianna zaltron — Google review
Horrible experience! Everything is overpriced for the quality. We ordered a tagliere of salumi, €48! And it was worth 1/10 of that to be generous. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a dish of pasta. Never again!
Massimiliano Gasparroni — Google review
We really liked this restaurant. The food came out within 10 minutes of ordering and the staff were friendly. The hot chocolate was lovely and thick. The venison ragu was delicious and the portion was good. Lovely view of the nursery slope too, so we picked this restaurant to wait for our friend who was in ski school.
Claudia Cucker Martorell — Google review
Have been here twice in the last few days and enjoyed both times. Good pasta, nice coffee and one of my favourite strudels on these slopes! Always busy at peak times.
Marc Baladi — Google review
The meals were tasty but... However, be careful of the prices of products recommended by the staff that are not included in the menu. A portion of pasta with shrimps for 35 euros is a high price for food in this type of place. Clothes after leaving the restaurant are suitable for washing - the smell of food. Delicious bombardino !!!
Michał Roman — Google review
Cannot rate the food as after 1 hour i was not served yet and they said needed other 10mins then i left. After such a poor service they should have at the very least offered half litre bottle of water, but i had to pay 2.50€… customer care is not their strength definitely. Based on menu, food way too expensive (pasta 22€euro is out of mind).
alessandro costantino — Google review
Well situated restaurant with a nice view. Food is pretty ok. Only in the end of the season, the staff is tired, therefore the service is not that good as one would expect in Italy. Yet we are returning there, knowing that there are more pros than cons.

Leider ist diese Hütte nach unserem Letzten Besuch neu gebaut worden und ist jetzt nicht mehr unser Geschmack. Da wir es lieber urig und einfach haben. Jetzt gibt es hier Hummer und Austern..... Great location and view, I have been when the season just opened. Not many guests, very polite staff. I drank one glass of the🍷 they brought also snack as present. Thank you ) Again not big options about wine, but even if you have some positions, please put vintage at least ) #skiandwine https://t.me/Wineandme_AltoAdige/33?single

They mixed up my friend’s order and then called her names when she asked them to replace it. I came in later and they refused to serve me. When I came in to ask them what was the matter they started pushing me out. It was three of them pushing while I was asking for a manager. They didn’t stop pushing until I got my phone out to record the video. So, I can’t rate the food, only the behaviours. That is so disappointing that in such nice turist places there is no due diligence performed on the workers which were insanely rude.

Pretty busy lunch spot with staff working very hard to accommodate everybody. It was very full but we didn’t have to wait long. Cosy chalet style interior. Good Kaiserschmarren. Tiramisu was nice but could be a bit thicker with more cake.

Ich stelle mir was anderes unter Wasser mit Minze vor (Translated by Google) There was a lot of Kaiserschmarrn and it tasted okay. Afterwards, however, we had a really disgusting taste in our mouths. Bruschetta was good. Water with mint was incredibly bad and tasted like crap. I imagine something else under water with mint

La Stalla Del Nonno is a charming dining establishment that specializes in hearty local dishes. The vaulted dining room, adorned with wood highlights, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Situated next to the river with an outdoor seating area, this small restaurant offers stunning views of the mountains. The menu boasts a wide selection of delicious pizzas made with nice dough, the perfect amount of cheese, and good tomato sauce. The friendly staff adds to the pleasant experience of dining here.
Fantastic place, the pizzaiolo looks just like the owner whose picture is on the wall from 1955, so you know the guy has several generations of pizza makers in his family before him!

Great dinner here! I came to refuel after the day spent cycling the Sellaronda...so to say I was hungry is an understatement! I liked the location outside next to the stream. The Linzer cake was recommended by the waiter, I never tried it before and it was delicious. Grazie!

We arrive without a reservation and were really well received. We had some soups, delicious and full of flavor. Also the pizza was really good, some beers and some house wine and we had a beautiful evening. Thank you

Great small Restaurant with a view on the mountains (outdoor) next to the river. Great pizza (nice dough, perfect amount of cheese, good tomato sauce) and very friendly staff! Was a pleasure after a bike tour on the Sella Ronda.

Good food, good portions. Service very poor as we reserved at 21 and we sat at our table at 21.25. The waiter was also a bit rude asking us if we ever ate gulasch…(yes we did a lot…and their gulasch wasn’t what we were expecting) On a positive note they gave us a glass of wine while waiting… Try it if you like waiting and never ate gulasch!
