After a great river adventure in Don Diego, we arrived to Palomino looking for a place to have lunch. We were passing by and enter Sua. The atmosphere was great, and a look at the menu convinced us. The SUA hamburguer was absolutely delicious. The shrimp casserole was fine, so was the sea bass. As dessert we had a lemon cheesecake and a chocolate volcano. Beware, black coffee is really strong!!!. Sua is definitely a great choice for good food in Palomino, but pricey. Not a budget restaurant. $$$$

What a cute, charming spot on the main street. We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed our visit very much. Loved the service from our waiter, he was funny and charismatic;)

It was our first restaurant we visited in Palomino. They had a few vegan options. For the price the food was very standard and the portion was not that big. Compared to other restaurants it is very pricy and you can get food that is more tasteful elsewhere. Maybe the meat options are better but we can just give our opinion for the vegan options

We went there twice because the food was really tasty. Also good vegetarian and vegan options. You really have to try the house dessert! It was really tasty! We can also recommend the cocktails even if they have a bit less alcohol in it.

Food is just delicious and served in a really beautiful form, an art on the plate. There is an abundance of good food, you may even get a feeling that is too much, as menu consists of 10 pages, so it may be difficult to choose some. Waiting time was normal, and during that time there was really pleasant live acustic music performance. Another time where we were passing this place we also saw somebody playing chilling music on the guitar, so it looks like it's a part of the food politic there 😉

Very nice exterior design. Tried the vegan Burger and Wrap, sadly didn't taste well at all. Barely any attention to spices or sauces and for what we got, rather quite pricy. Quite disappointed, maybe their vegan recipes could be improved.

The best fresh fish experience in all of Palomino. We had Corvina slightly pan fried then finished in the oven. Cooked to perfection. Husband and wife owner. So welcoming. Outstanding experience. Make sure its on your list for places to eat when in Palomino.

Good place and good food, a little overpriced being Palomino, but good option. For some reason their limonada de coco gave my friends and I a stomachache... Or at least that what we blame. Other than that, nice presentation and live shows.

By far the best restaurant in Palomino! The unique Fried Lion Fish and the Caribbean Trilogy were among the best dishes in the area!

Such a great pizza spot in Palomino. Very tasty, with a nice thin and crispy crust! Lots of yummy and interesting topping combinations. The table also has yummy oils and peppers etc.

Excellent pizzas at excellent prices. We went twice! The staff need to pay more attention to writing up the bill at the end though. The first time they forgot to charge for one of the pizzas (so we told them and paid the right amount), and the second time we were charged for a more expensive pasta than the one we had.

I love the thin crust pizza here. Simple and light the right amount to eat before surfing. Good flavor, and I love getting lemonade de Coco with pizza. Perfect.

Great little spot. Lovely pizza - super thin so feels light but sufficiently filling (for lunch at least!). Nice service and a lovely atmosphere (everyone seems happy to be there from a cooking and waiting staff point of view). Highly recommend!

Really delicious Italian style pizza with thin, crunchy crust and plenty of toppings. Ingredients are mostly sourced from Italy so the food tastes authentic. Decoration is also beautiful and staff are very friendly.

Great thin crust pizzas!! Service was very quick and it was super cheap. We also ordered a Nutella pizza as dessert which was just delicious.

I don’t want to call it a “thin crust pizza”, because it’s more of a flatbread than a pizza. Ingredients an ok quality from what I can say. The taste of the pizzas are ok, the bruschettas surprisingly good. Chorizo pizza not really spicy, but the hot sauce and extra chili flakes really are. Lulu juice fresh and drinks refreshing and tasty. All in all totally acceptable for the low prices (16-35ish K for pizzas)! PSA: they charge an extra 5% of the final price if you want to pay with card!

Really nice place. And not expensive. My salame pizza was 17000$. And it was really good. Some of the chairs are not tooo comfy, but we just changed to different ones. Update: I have been there again today. Staff was really unfriendly, it seemed like he neither spoke Spanish nor English. He was kind of annoyed by anything we sad. Pizza was still really good.

The pizzas were delicious! Very thin base but incredibly tasty. Bacon & caramelized red onion was our winner 😍so good. Beautifully decorated restaurant too. Servers were friendly and attentive 👏

We came here after being recommended their french press coffee by Jen at the Tabata gym next door (also highly recommend that place for workouts in Palomino..!) - and we fell in love with it! We came back every day after that for a delicious cafetiere of coffee (with coconut milk) and lunch. The prices are very reasonable, food is delicious and nutritious, the service is super warm and the ambience and setting of the place is beautiful.

The best vegetarian restaurant in the zone. I have been three times and I have try different dishes, form breakfast to lunch and all are really good. The people who work there are very kind and the atmosphere is good.

The food was merely delectable. The dishes are beautifully and meticulously styled. The setting is gorgeously garnished with many plants. We ordered many plates to share and devoured all of them. However, we’d like to raise two points that somewhat bugged us yet did not spoil the overall experience 🙂 - first, the time we waited before getting the food (approximately one hour) - second, the quantity of bread served with the hummus. We had a lot of hummus for a ridiculous tiny portion of bread. We asked for more, but we had to pay extra, which we totally understand. Indeed, the bread is to die for, though it would be more accommodating to serve a more significant portion and then charge for more.

Probably the best place for vegan food in Palomino. I wish it would be open for dinner time as well. My advice to the owner (if you read this) is to put more fans in the place. Overall experience is 9/10, but I will give it 5 stars, because you deserve it!

This place is amazing! No longer called Cafe Holss it is Casa de Guadua (something like that). Delicious vegetarian/vegan food, we went twice on our four day stay in Palomino. Both times we got the meal of the day, a whole plate of fresh, healthy food + juice for only 20.000. We also tried a smoothie which was super tasty too. The breakfast options looked unique as well. We didn’t find another place like this in Palomino. Highly recommend!

Incredible vegetarian food spot. We came for brunch and pretty much tried everything on the menu. Gluten free bread was interesting, pancakes were Incredible, and the arepas had wonderful sauces on them. We also got coffee, wellness shots and smoothies. Very chill and beautiful restraunt.

Amazing restaurant, we loved it so much we came everyday. Lovely relaxing atmosphere with super tasty food. Lots of different options to try and all vegetarian which was great.

Best cafe/restaurant in Palomino. I came here almost every day of my stay in Palomino. The food is great, everything I’ve had here tastes amazing. Matcha lattes are great. There’s little tables where you can sit on the floor. It’s a great place to work as well since it’s quiet (they play chill music), is it’s away from the Main Street. Its surrounded by lush trees and plants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are also fans to help with the heat

Delicious gluten free brunch! Entire menu is gluten free. I had the gluten free sour dough and it was very tasty and large portions for all the meals I saw. Smoothie was good too. Edit: came back 3 more times and every meal was tasty :)

We ate here twice, for dinner and breakfast. The food is very good, high quality and special. Everything is lactose and gluten free, but they have eggs. So not fully vegan but lots of vegan options! The prices are definitely on the higher end but so is the quality. My highlights are the taco and the bowl Tropicana. Definitely something for a special lunch :)

Holss is a must in Palomino. It’s great for brunch, lunch or an afternoon coffee stop. Good ambience and great foot. We recommend trying their coffees, teas and toast options.

Best place in Palomino! We came back the next day because we wanted to try the other items on the menu. The staff is so kind and the restaurant space itself is also lovely. Must visit !

We were the only ones in the restaurant and the card machine wasn’t working so we paid by cash. Other than that the decor and nachos we had were great!

Just so bad. A tourist trap without the tourists. No care shown to the food, no care shown to the customers. Microwaved tacos (including wrap) feeling damp and tasting worse. No tequila for cocktails in a mexican restaurant? Go anywhere else and value your time

- hello one nachos con guagamole. - sorry we don't have guacamole! The average to bad food and drinks were not so much of a problem. We had to wait more than 35 mins to pay - as the waiter had forgotten the pin machine at home and had to go get it. And during this wait we just had to wait at the entrance. Avoid at all costs !

I don’t usually review, but this was such a hilariously bad restaurant. Un-eatable burrito, staff possibly on drugs (not necessarily an issue, but distracting nonetheless), and made to pay a tip, despite it being voluntary on the bill. We saw many people in the restaurant complain whilst we were there and, although we saw them receive free food, we didn’t want to waste any more time there than necessary. Great decor, terrible food. Avoid at all costs, if not, good luck! We’ll see if we have food poisoning in the morning…

The food came fast, even though there were many people. It was very good Mexican food and not expensive. The decor is colorful and the staff friendly.

Well priced vegetarian burritos here, and lots to choose from which was great! Service wasn’t super friendly and we unfortunately couldn’t pay on card at the end which was an issue for some of the people I was travelling with.

I ate twice at this place. Both times i ordered rice with shrimps. First experience wasnt really bad, the food was ok, but very few shrimps and extremely slow service. Then I went back because nothing else was open, ordered the same dish again, i got even less shrimps and very average taste. But Palomino has very low standard for restaurants, so thats why ***, otherwise i would have given **.

The veggie fajitas was just two small tortillas with some coleslaw inside. Didn’t taste anything. Fried rice had no taste either. My juice had plastic from the berry bag inside, and the guy working there didn’t even say sorry.. at least I didn’t have to pay for the juice. We had to get more food from another place after, cause the meals were so small, and too expensive for that! There are so many good restaurants palomino, but this one is on the bottom..

Very delicious food, everything we ordered was really tasty. We definetly recomend Mojitos - awesome and cheap (5k).

Broodje kip besteld. Oud wit broodje met veel sla en saus. Kip was wel ok. Toiletten verstopt en zeer onhygiënisch. Niet de moeite waard om te komen (Translated by Google) Ordered a chicken sandwich. Old white bun with lots of lettuce and sauce. Chicken was ok. Toilets clogged and very unsanitary. Not worth coming

the food was delicious! had rice with shrimps. also passion fruit mojito for 5000 cop was amazing! he told us it might take little longer to get the food but we had time so we didn’t mind waiting.

We had a fabulous meal here, starter and main course with delicious drinks. Even with a power cut the staff managed to provide excellent food and service. Is a must visit while in Palomino, you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much!

Very beautiful place and great food with cheap prices, I stayed in palomino for 2 weeks and went to this restaurant every single day! Shrimp Ceviche, the fish of the day, the rices and the double meat burger are just amazing! :D
