The Saung Angklung Mang Udjo offers visitors a complete experience of Indonesian traditional musical instrument, the angklung. The centre showcases lively short performances that are informative and fun. This is a great way to learn about Bandung's culture and enjoy the arts.
Recommended place if you come to Bandung and wanna see some traditional performances. Most of their performers are children and they are so cute. You can also learn how to use angklung (Indonesian traditional instrument) and it's very interesting.

Love this place. A wonderful experience of Indonesian culture with dances from many of the different people groups from many of the islands. Also an interactive experience with an opportunity to learn to play the angklung.

The Great Traditional Bamboo Performance Saung Angklung Udjo. exploring Javanese local wisdom through its amazing art and culture
JAVA PRIVATE TOUR — Google review
Saung Angklung Udjo is a remarkable traditional music school located in Indonesia, offering a mesmerizing cultural experience that showcases the beauty of traditional Indonesian puppetry and the enchanting sounds of the angklung. My recent visit to Saung Angklung Udjo left me in awe of the rich cultural heritage and the incredible talent displayed by the performers. The first thing that struck me upon entering Saung Angklung Udjo was the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The traditional Indonesian architecture and lush green surroundings immediately transported me to a different world. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, ready to provide insights into the history and significance of the performances. The highlight of my visit was the traditional Indonesian puppetry show. The puppeteers skillfully brought the intricate puppets to life, narrating captivating stories from Indonesian folklore and mythology. The attention to detail in the puppets' craftsmanship and the puppeteers' precise movements showcased a deep understanding and respect for this ancient art form. The angklung performance was equally mesmerizing. The angklung, a traditional Indonesian musical instrument made of bamboo, produces enchanting melodies that resonate through the air. The musicians at Saung Angklung Udjo demonstrated exceptional skill and passion as they played harmoniously, creating a harmonious symphony of sound. The interactive nature of the performance allowed the audience to participate by playing the angklung themselves, fostering a sense of unity and connection. Saung Angklung Udjo goes beyond being just a performance venue; it is a true educational institution. They offer workshops and classes for visitors to learn how to play the angklung and understand the intricacies of Indonesian puppetry. These interactive sessions allow visitors to immerse themselves in the culture and gain a deeper appreciation for the traditional arts. The facilities at Saung Angklung Udjo were well-maintained and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for visitors. The outdoor amphitheater, surrounded by lush greenery, added to the overall charm of the place. The seating arrangement allowed for excellent visibility and acoustics, ensuring that every audience member could fully enjoy the performances. Additionally, the commitment of Saung Angklung Udjo to preserving and promoting Indonesian culture is truly commendable. They actively engage with local communities and schools, organizing outreach programs and cultural exchanges. Their dedication to passing down these age-old traditions to future generations is both inspiring and admirable. In conclusion, Saung Angklung Udjo offers an unforgettable cultural experience that celebrates the richness of Indonesian heritage. The combination of traditional puppetry and the enchanting sounds of the angklung creates a captivating and immersive journey into Indonesian culture. Whether you are a music enthusiast, a history lover, or simply curious about different cultures, a visit to Saung Angklung Udjo is an absolute must. Prepare to be transported to a world of beauty, artistry, and tradition that will leave a lasting impression on your heart and soul.

It's in the middle of Bandung and can be reached easily. We can see traditional puppet show. A live show. The street to this place is not wide enough. The parking space can accommodate a lot of buses. The place is fresh and cozy because it has a lot of bamboo trees.

Had lots of fun here ☺️ this is my 2nd time here. 1st time were around 5 to 7 years ago and 2nd time in Nov 2023. They maintain what they did right ie: the playing angklung session with the audience, improve what they can do better ie: to have a good and interactive performances accompanied by a multi lingual emcee that know what they’re talking about and very professional and passionate with what they’re doing. Had lots of fun here, except for the toilet HAHA there’s a school trip from Jakarta during my visit and lots of people using the toilet at 1 time - not enough water and the pressure is super low, too. Toilet became smelly after a while as some still need to continue doing their business with limited water supply. Nonetheless, they deserved 5⭐️ for this. U should include this place as a must visit place whenever you’re in Bandung ☺️

Saung Angklung Udjo offers a fun, interactive and engaging experience for all ages. I enjoyed my visit there. They present the performance in English and Indonesian. It ranges from traditional angklung, cultural dances, audience interaction to modern music performed with angklung.

Staffs are friendly, knowledgeable, and the show is very fun and interactive! They invite us to play angklung together and dance together at the end of the show. I took foreign tourists here and they love it so much! Souvenirs they sell is reasonably priced as well. Saung Angklung Udjo is a gem in Bandung.

Visited Saung Angklung Udjo in Bandung and was captivated by its blend of serene Sundanese ambiance, soulful angklung performances, and interactive sessions. Not just a show, it’s an enlightening journey into the heart of Sundanese culture. A must-visit for both music lovers and culture enthusiasts! Don't forget to pick up a handcrafted angklung as a keepsake.

Great Traditional Performances from Wayang, Angklung, Traditional Dances and Singing. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the performances. We were taught to play angklung together which was very nice. At the end of the performance, the spectators were asked to join dancing with the performers. There were onsite souvenir shops, restaurants and toilets. Carpark was huge and could accomodated buses. I strongly recommend to visit.

A great place to learn about traditional instruments, Angklung: it's a fantastic experience. A lot of things were learned. It's definitely a place to go when you are in Bandung. It would be better if they had some exhibition area for a visitor to see how Angklung is made as well as how the students there live and train for the show.
Ahmad Sambodo — Google review
Cultural Centre for a display of various dances from the many provinces. It is also a centre for training in Angklung (a traditional musical instrument). A local puppet show thrown in. Definitely worth a visit. Enjoy the free lesson and audience participation in playing the instrument.

Great experience! I enjoyed so much. You do not only watch but also participate in the show. You sing, dance, learn to play the instruments with the artists. The most hilight of the day in Bandung is here!

It a wonderful cultural show showcasing young talents performing traditional songs, dances, and the play of the famous traditional Sundanese musical instrument: Angklung. We the audience were give an Angklung to play along for several songs! My son loves it too!

Historical landmark
Sights & Landmarks
The Gedung Sate is a grand colonial administration building from the 1920s, now West Java's government house. The architecture is interesting, as it blends Italianate renaissance, Spanish Moorish and Balinesestyles with elements of Thai design. It is open to the public and has excellent views across Bandung and Mount Tangkubanperahu.
A good place to hang out if you are in Bandung. This is a historical building which now is using by the government as the government center of West Java Province.
Zikril Hakim — Google review
Superb historical landmark in Bandung. Very well maintained. The building become the West Java governor office.
Aganto Seno — Google review
Gedung Sate, an iconic landmark in Bandung, holds not only architectural significance but also a special place in the hearts of locals. This neoclassical-style building has a unique design with a central pinnacle resembling a skewer (sate) - hence its name. Gedung Sate is a popular tourist destination, and for good reason. The building’s historical value is evident, and it’s a must-visit for those interested in Indonesia’s colonial past. While the exterior is striking, the interior offers even more to explore, from historical exhibits to art galleries. The site’s location also adds to its appeal. With views of the surrounding city and nearby Gasibu Field, it’s a prime spot for taking photos and enjoying a leisurely stroll. Whether you’re an architecture enthusiast or someone who simply appreciates a piece of living history, Gedung Sate won’t disappoint. However, during peak times, it can get crowded, so planning your visit accordingly is wise. In conclusion, Gedung Sate stands as a testament to Bandung’s rich heritage and architectural brilliance.

One of the icons of Bandung city still stands strong from time to time. Used as a West Java Provincial Government Office. Many visitors come here, filling in the moments of New Year's Eve. You can take a picture in front of the governor's office and it's free 📸📹🧳

A Great Place To Visit With Your Friends Or Family. It Is Used As West Java's Government Building As Well As A Museum That Shows The History Of Bandung And The Building Itself. There Is A Cafeteria Located Outside Of The Building And The Parking Is Quite Big. The Entry Fee Is Cheap.
Nicholas Ivan — Google review
This is the most well known building in Bandung and West Java and nowadays it becomes the tourist attraction. The place also becomes the Government Office of West Java Province. The building architecture is great because it was made as the combination of tropical and western architecture. Also many symbols of religion cultures can be seen as the part of the building. The place inside is spacious and you can find many parks and water fountains builded to make the place enjoyable. Inside this complex you can find two museums (Museum of Gedung Sate and Museum of Pos Indonesia) that can be accessed by the tourists.

They sell a small model of the building, but they showed aside a plastic piece one, what you get is a paper made model, full of mistakes on the design, and as material, not good for this purpose, do not mislead people, stop sell wrong models
Angeles Dewoor — Google review
It is one of historical places in Bandung which you have to visit if you have any chance to get inside it. The access is limited, but we can go inside if there is an event, just like today. I have a chance to visit it because the government celebrates the 72th of the West Java Province celebration and i can walk around the building, but not inside the building, because it is closed. But, still, I enjoy it much.

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Farmhouse Susu Lembang is a European-themed amusement park that features Dutch-style buildings, an animal exhibit with goats, cows, rabbits, and birds, as well as a chic restaurant. Recently renovated to include a new slide by the rabbit cage area, the park also offers visitors the opportunity to rent traditional Dutch costumes. A ticket costs Rp30.0000 and includes one cup of milk.
Nestled in the picturesque Lembang region, Farmhouse Susu Lembang is an absolute gem for those seeking a relaxing and whimsical retreat. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the delightful hobbit-themed setting, transporting you to a magical world right out of a fairytale. One of the best parts of the Farmhouse experience is the warm welcome at the front booth, where they offer complimentary milk fresh from their own farm. It's a lovely gesture that sets the tone for the rest of your visit. The hobbit-like structures and charming cottages scattered throughout the property make it an Instagram-worthy paradise. The attention to detail in the design and architecture is impressive, immersing visitors in the enchanting atmosphere of the mythical world. The farm is home to a menagerie of friendly and adorable animals. From gentle sheep and cows to playful rabbits and more, interacting with these lovable creatures is an absolute delight for both children and adults. It's a fantastic educational experience for kids, too, as they get to learn about farm life and animal care. The lush green surroundings and cool mountain air create a perfect environment for relaxation. Farmhouse Susu Lembang is an excellent place to unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Strolling through the serene landscapes and enjoying the natural beauty is a soothing experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. To top it all off, the friendly and accommodating staff make the visit even more enjoyable. They are always ready to assist and provide valuable information about the attractions and activities available.

Quite a good place. You're charged Rp30k for a glass of very yummy pure fresh milk per person and pay Rp10k parking for the first two hours, and Rp3k for the next following hours (if using car). It's small, seems a bit crowded, feels quite campy and also tacky, but in a fun way. It's a typical "local's attraction" that is made by the locals for the locals. It's thriving, though. Fun vibes. They have a Little Europe, Petting Zoo (lizards, sugarglider, foals, iguana, owls, tarantula, etc), photostudio with costumes, and lots of souvenir shops. The toilets smell awful, though. They reek and it spreads a bit through one small area but that's the only real complaint I have. It's not "wow" but it's not bad, either. It's worth coming if you're curious, bored, and looking for a good laugh.

If you are here for the first time its a 5 star instagramable place. But you won't get the same excitement on next visit. I've been here about 5 years ago, and now when I came again with family, more or less still the same. Maybe if this place had very good restaurant or has a unique culinary options. At least people like me will love to come again at least for the food that's memorable
Vicky Valdi — Google review
I came here on a weekday. It wasn't really packed, though. It was a nice and enjoyable place for a short vacation, but it was too capitalistic even with the animals. You need to pay for everything. for example, you need to pay if you want to take a picture with the animals, the price range from 10k idr per animal. I think that's just ridiculous if we need to pay for ONE animal. there are various snacks, foods, or drinks that you can buy there at a reasonable price. Their signature milk is delicious and worth trying! One thing to note is that some places smell really bad and tons of flies even at the restaurant, but it's understandable since there are a lot of animals.
Ninda Andrea — Google review
It's a good place to spend with family or your lover. There are a lot of instagramable spot to take photo. The animals are cute and the "feeding the animal" is so attractive. Love it!

I visited at the end of 2022, the ticket price is Rp30.0000 and can be exchanged for one cup of milk. European-style farm house area, there is an area to get to know some animals such as goats, cows, rabbits, several types of birds, etc. Yesterday I came there was an area next to the rabbit cage that was being renovated, it looks like a slide. Oh, there is a Dutch-style costume rental too. The place is nice but if you say just 1 time to there yaps I can say that. Maybe it is necessary to maintain existing facilities and need new innovations to increase visitors again.
Liza Onafia Putri — Google review
We came on Friday afternoon and its quite jammed already. Once u bought entrance ticket, you will automaticly get milk voucher to be exchange at the milk counter and the milk taste also not bad! 3 flavors- original, choc & strawberry. Quite a big farmhouse comes with a few attraction to visit.
Mas 3014 — Google review
The name doesn't suit the situation 😂😂. I really thought it was a farmhouse full with cows 😂. It's more of the ootd ports with mostly on the hobbit and Swedish design. There's also a booth for tourists to get free strawberry milkshake. You can also buy food at the outlets in the farm which is rather expensive compared to the shops in town. There were also shops which sell avocados and other fruits along the roadside. The avocados are cheap 😘.. provided you come with a big 😊😊. There are some areas which were out of use and hopefully the management could repair them ASAP since it has breathtaking views. Feel like coming back? Maybe when some sections mention earlier has been repaired.
Norida Hanafiah — Google review
Well, the place is below my expectation. I am expecting it has a farm full of cow, sheep, etc. but in reality the cow only 3, and it is not treated well. In the contrary, the sheep farm bit exciting, we can buy carrot and feed them. it has manby place for taking photoshoot, but less in nature experience.
Chandra — Google review
Place is easy to get to and has good amount of parking space. There's a bridge to connect to The Great Asia Africa across the street. Good place to go with family to take pictures of the buildings and animals in the mini zoo. The ticket price also include an exchange ticket for a cup of milk that you can use inside.
Hans Wilsen Cahyadinata — Google review
The area is not too big with the restaurant and cafe in every spot mostly. The farmhouse concept is not bad that gives you a farm feeling from many places. And if you have already visited the one in Puncak Bogor, you will be a little bit disappointed.
Kahfianan — Google review
Farmhouse Lembang is located in an area that has quite cold temperatures. It is very suitable to enjoy the atmosphere by drinking warm milk which is quite cheap and you can choose several flavor variants. You can also take photos in many different aesthetic spots it's so family friendly, jadi jangan lupa mengajak keluarga kalian untuk mengunjungi destinasi ini, very recomended.
Raditya Bagus — Google review
Family Friendly spot with a lot of photo area. You could get mini water fountain, Hobbit house, Koi Lake, Rainbow Slide, Mini Zoo, Candy shop and many more. Paid 35k for my last visit in public holiday, and redeem the ticket with fresh cow milk. You could choose the flavor between strawberry, chocolate or original. Con: they should care more on the Balloon photo spot, since the view is pretty dry with arid plants.
Riska Dewi Barus — Google review
Nice open space place to visit when holiday, there are some nice spot for taking photo, and there is mini zoo where we can see some animals, like owl, goat, bunny, and so on. We can feed them too with their food that sold by the provider. Children are going to feel happy when they can feed the bunny, also the goat. When I came here, the situation was not so crowded, and the ticket price is not so high, also we can trade the entrance ticket with a glass of fresh milk, which is provided in 3 flavours, original (creamy), chocolate, and strawberry. So I think, this is a good place to visit, but the things that I do not like is we must pay again when we want to take photo at some good spot for taking photo, meanwhile, I agree with the provider that we must pay if we want to take photo with the animals because it is for helping to feed them. Overall, I recommend this place to visit, good place...😀😀👍🏻
Billy Aprianto — Google review
Nice little area to visit, some good picture spots and a restaurant too, lovers locks for the romantic kind, but not much more than that, some cute animals to see but I don't fully agree with the way/limited space they have so can only give this a 4/5.
Kapi — Google review
Place has lost her former glory days, reeking of urine smell and flies every where. Now have to pay for each individual attraction as well as photos. They should touch up this place with a new paint job. Most of them are rusty and worn out. What a letdown and major disappointment!

I'm writing my experiences during my stay at the camp at Lodge Maribaya. It was an excellent and memorable experience. The only minus is that the tent size is only 4 square meter, filled with a double single size bed. During the first day, hot water at the toilet didn't work because the gas was not installed. The water on the shower was icy cold, and the power was weak. However, there are many instagrammable sites, including 1.5 hour tracking at the pine forest, and art activities here.

Everything was enjoyable. A nice place to spend time with your dearest family. Just Don't bring your elderly parents or elderly family here. Not suitable for them as after you ride the elevators, there is no easy place for wheelchairs to go through. A bit dangerous. The stairs are quite steep and dangerous. Even the railings for the stairs are not all installed there for grip. Apart from that, the security for each ride is good. Feels safe. Recommended for picture lovers. Varieties of food.

Expensive. 50k per person, only have attraction for taking pictures and need to pay more. Nothing to see. The restaurant also very slow, foods not fresh

It located in Lembang and quite many attractions there. We took the package for the lodge and fairy garden which costs only rp115000 (which supposed to be rp125000) but given discount as 1 place is close for reno.. Its really worth it to go and the scenery is really nice and also nice to take pics here

Real Hot Air Balloon you can step into, but don't expect it to fly midair while you are enjoying a beautiful view. It's just a property for photo. While the Hot Air Balloon experience may feel underwhelming, it's still an enjoyable place to visit. I stayed there two nights and it was really cold in the night and the morning after. The view is really tempting. Facilities are not so good though, there are 2 floors "Rumah Pohon" you can stay on but you need to share floor with others, and you can clearly hear voice outside. There is just 1 bathroom for each Rumah Pohon. There are also public toilets but it's not well maintained. Overall it was a good experience. Just ignore their marketing about Cappadocia experiences, xixi.

Went here in June 2016. This review taken from my Tripadvisor. This place is such an exquisite piece of writing. It is a great idea to have a short getaway from a crazy place like Jakarta in Lodge Maribaya for us. LM provides you with a lot of activities like ARCHERY (GEEZ WE LOVE IT!), trekking and bicycling. A tremendous amount of thank-you to Edi because he's a charming man; one of those prettiest souls you've ever met. My suggestion: kindly provide the guests with sandal like other places-to-rest do. At least, from my experience, we forgot to bring our own sandals and chose to took a shower barefoot. Overall, A++ for Lodge Maribaya. Pretty sure I'm gonna come back to this place again!

I have heard Lodge Maribaya quite long time and we visited this just because our first destination was closed in Lembang, we tought that its close in lembang area, turn out it was 9km from lembang and the place was remote. We bought ticket online and it includes access to 3 places. The lodge itself, its under small renovation. They offered great view but its getting outdated, only had places to take photos, bicycle, baloon, etc. I believe they started this. As located in hills, the place had many steeps, beware for seniors. The photographers are not taking serious photo. 10 out of 40 pictures are blurry and not in best pose, ended in only taking 2 picture.

Hello! This's my first time coming here, during the journey to this location was very memorable because we only trusted google maps and indeed the route chosen was a shortcut with a very narrow and steep road with a travel time of 1.5 hours to get there from where we stayed at the villa, but when we arrived there all our tiredness paid off with beautiful scenery and exciting experiences with the rides provided and cool photo spots. The cleanliness here is also very good, all the staff are very skilful and friendly, it's worth it to come here! Lego invite your family or friends to spend holiday time to come here!

Really nice atmosphere. The gardens are so beautiful. The vibe is really calm. Lots of trees and there are 2 playgrounds for children. I only ate breakfast food and they were great. Worth the price. Cake was heavenly.

Nice environment with lots of tress and plants.Food taste fantastic and quality. Tried the dark chocolate cake and pindang Asam daging which taste so delicious 😋. It's a good place for friends gathering with cold wind breezy. Definitely will come back next time to try other food.

Beautiful, cozy, and well-designed restaurant. Various western, Italian, and Indonesian-inspired food. The Indonesian food was a modernized version, not 100% authentic. But still, they were delicious. Every seating has its own unique view, friendly staff, and clean area. There was also a nice small children playground.

If you have kids, you'll love this restaurant. It has a playground where they can have fun while you relax and enjoy your food. The staff is friendly and the menu has something for everyone. It's a great place to spend a family day out.
Muhammad Indra — Google review
Cozy place. I like it’s semi- outdoor, so green and relaxing. The only thing I give 3 stars is because a lot of tables there are smoking free while they supposed to be kids friendly. They have swings in the center of the place, they have small park too. But I’ll probably not coming back since the place pretty small and how the smokes are all over the place. The management should be more aware of this. I would not let my family esp little children to inhale all the toxin while we are eating. Food is delicious, including the beverage and dessert.

very cozy restaurant, especially for dine in with friends and family. Outdoor and indoor tables provide a different experience: natural and fresh, on the other hand a classic aristocratic nuances; where the restaurant is located in a Dutch colonial era building compound. If you want to experience how sinyo and noni live while enjoying western dishes in beautiful and green park and fresh air of Bandung, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place. Of course the foods are good.

This restaurant had a nice ambiance and a spacious area. This restaurant has two areas indoor and outdoor. Also it has a kid’s area to play. A good place to work, hangout, or meet with partner. They offer various menus from Indonesia, western, and Italian. I ordered cheese fries, portobello fries, mushroom carbonara, and fish and chips. The pasta is nothing special but the fish and chips are more delicious than the famous restaurant in the mall. The bathroom is clean. Their staff is nice and helpful. The best tine to come to this restaurant is at brunch time or at the afternoon before dinner time.

The ambience is nice, lots of greenery and fresh air due to slightly high altitude in the city. We ordered several foods and all are delicious. Taco's and salad are fresh and good. I also recommend their fresh juice.

Went here on weekend, arrived around 10pm and many people are here already, but not really crowded (maybe it's because Ramadhan month?) Not having a heavy food here, just lookin for a place to chill with my bf to kill the time. I ordered Matcha Latte and my bf Mango Sparkling Coffee. Matcha Latte is just ok. Mango Sparkling Coffee surprisingly tastes nice and has a unique flavour. Like the combination between mango syrup, coffee and soda! Service was great , the place is quite spacious, has outdoor and indoor areas.

Beautiful place, would be my dream home actually haha. Menu has many choices, and tastes so good. I ordered the BFC burger and strawberry juice (one of the best and refreshing strawberry juices I've ever tasted). In terms of menu, service, and atmosphere, so recommended. The only reason I gave 4 stars for food is because of the price which is a tad expensive. But drink prices are fine.

Came here for healthy and non healthy bfast 😀, and tried to manage my expectations but it blowed me away✨ the food, cofee and its presentation is just excellent. It's open air and semi open air or you can choose to sit with AC if that's your preference. Try the hot chocolate, you will enjoy it with smile😊😊. Miss Bee Providore you rocks 🐝🌹

The best cafe in town for those who brings children. There are indoor & outdoor playground, rabbit's park and area to run around. The food was good with quite big portion. Some price a lil' bit expensive, but yeah you buy the atmosphere in here. The service was excellent.

First time to dine-in here. Nice resto with nature around. There is playground for children.

First of all, I dont understand the concept of the restaurant. Best time to visit if its not raining. It felt like Im in a birdhouse that is spacious. Anyway, presentation is straight 5 stars. I like how they present the dish however, nothing special about the taste. Pizza crust is somehow uncooked, the roasted chicken is hard, the lasagna noodles is overcooked. The worst part is that it took us 30 mins to receive our order of soft tacos. Took me two times to follow up. Need to improve on this part. Overall, I’m quite disappointed on my visit. It was recommended to me, but not happy with my meal

The kitchen closed too soon, I don't know maybe due to pandemic or this place has always closed early. The vibe is good to have meals in. I love their lawn, and the lightning also nice in the evening especially the garden's lamps. For the dish and beverage, honestly I expected more. but of course they were good enough, just can't say it's my favourite.

I recently had a wonderful lunch experience with my family at Kapulaga Indonesian Bistro. Although the flavors of the food were average, the restaurant's inviting atmosphere, spacious garden, dedicated playground for kids, and convenient parking lot made it a convenient and enjoyable choice for a family outing. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that Kapulaga Indonesian Bistro offers a spacious parking lot. This made it hassle-free for our large family to find parking spaces and ensured that we could easily access the restaurant without any parking-related concerns. Once inside, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming ambiance. The spacious garden area provided a relaxing and peaceful setting, allowing us to enjoy our meal. The presence of a dedicated playground was a major highlight for our family gathering. The kids had a fantastic time playing on the playground. It was a thoughtful addition that enhanced the overall family-friendly experience. While the flavors of the food at Kapulaga Indonesian Bistro were ordinary, the menu offered a range of traditional Indonesian dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, further contributing to our positive experience. In conclusion, Kapulaga Indonesian Bistro provides a convenient and family-friendly dining experience. Despite the average taste of the food, the inviting atmosphere, spacious garden, dedicated playground, and ample parking lot make it an appealing choice for families looking to enjoy a pleasant meal together.

According to my opinion, the food is so ordinary. Indonesian food is not only Sundanese food. So, I think they should improve the variant and taste of the food. I can say the price is affordable, except for the rice. For a portion of rice, you have to pay IDR 9k. I got a little bit disappointed with their presentation of food since they weren't look the same like in the pics. The place is huge. There are indoor and outdoor areas. Suitable for groups of family, friends, or colleagues. There is a quite large garden and I have to admit the ambience is good. It is cozy and instagrammable as well. The staff are friendly. Kapulaga is under the same group as Bee Hive and its boutique hotel. It is connected to the hotel.

A recommended place to relax with family or friends. There are various food, meals, drink and coffee menus with affordable prices. From here, you can see the beautiful view of the city of Bandung. If you want to visit here, it's better on weekdays so there aren't too many crowds. However, during a pandemic, the management implemented health protocols for visitors such as checking body temperature, mandatory use of masks, and availability hand washing facilities at several points.

Visited the place while breakfasting event with cousins. The place quite crowded and full booking. There are some different cafes with different decorations offered. Most of the cafes have outside area. The price for food and drink are reasonable since they have a good view and ambience, but taste so so. One of the restaurant has like a castle decoration. Comfort enough to having a good time with your friends and family.

I got here at a rainy night. It's cold. But this cafe provides a nice light, warm seat, and hot drinks so I felt comfort. I saw a view of Bandung city lights from my outdoor seat. It has many variants of main meal, light meal, and beverages in standard price and tasted good. That's suitable for youngster to get together a chat since the room is set so chic and romantic. But I think people will have a better moment at sunset, so it's better to come here in the afternoon.
Estetika Jami'ati — Google review
I came here to celebrate new year. It had a good firework show and nice live music. The meal was considered as OK, but not worth the price. You need to wait around 30-45 minutes just for one menu to come. It's hard to find staff here, not enough staff to serve all the customer. Just come to enjoy the atmosphere but don't expect great foods from this place.
Vitorio Santosa — Google review
Affordable price (20-50k) with just ok food, you can see city view. lots of stairs(!!!). The transport is quite challenging(!!!), if you dont drive. Because its hard to get grab car or go car to go back to town. Free 1x hot water refill for the drinks. Find your seat first by going down the stairs, go up the stairs and settle the payment, then go down the stairs again to wait for your food. Umbrella needed when its raining, to walk the stairs.

Quite unique concept of cafe mixed with art space, you even can have the painting session for healing here. I like the industrial theme in this place, perfect for art people to gather and discuss ideas. The food was OK, ordered fish n chip, fried rice and mixed platter. For drinks we ordered dragon fruit mixed with banana juice and orchid tea which were very nice.

A very nice place to appreciate local arts, ruined by a bad dining experience. I ordered oxtail soup, it was fine, but the problem is, it took 1.5 hours for it to arrive. It's a good place to enjoy seeing arts, but definitely not for dining.
Bella A — Google review
I did not have a pleasant experience here. While the artworks and the view is trully gorgeous, the dining experience is awful. The waiting time on the food is abysmal, and the place is not even that crowded. I ordered chicken quesadillas and waited for 2 hours, and it's not like I didn't follow-up with the waiter/waitress for the food. I recommend this place if you want to see the art and paintings, but I do not recommend the restaurant. Trully a one-trick pony place.

This is my first time to go Lawangwangi Creative Space Dago Bandung. For creative space this is nice not crowded, full of arts and instagram spot selfie. Enjoy the ambiance and the artwork 5/5 At the top floor is restaurant, the view from the restaurant is so good, there’s so many instagram spot selfie and they have painting set so you can make ur artwork. BUT, for the food is so-so and the waiters aren’t helpful, minus communication with the kitchen staff. I ordered dim-sum at first they said they’re out of dim-sum. Then after more than 5 mins they told me they have the dim sum 🙄🙄 They need to increase the team work. But, will back later maybe? Thank you 🙏🏻

A fun and mesmerising place with a generous dose of indoor greenery. The pool area is definitely the star attraction of the place. Dining tables are set up in the pool area, so that diners will have the unique experience of getting their feet wet while having a meal or coffee. The water in the pool was refreshingly cool, perfect for a hot day or just to have some fun. The food was decent, mostly western, and a few local choices. Prices are reasonable. I really love the vibes and the ambiance of the Cafe. The food and beverage was really worth it as well. Quite nice if you all want to go to WFC. Considering that I was here during the weekend, there was some live music. They provide a diverse menu. Quite plenty of power sockets. The toilet was clean and there was Musholla as well. I ordered Scotch Butter Coffee and Hainan Roasted Chicken. I would have never expected it would be that much, but i was glad both the quality and quantity were excellent.

Written on Jan 13, 2024. Cozy dining spot/ cafe, offering various light and heavy meals, as well as bakery, coffee and tea. The interior is a bit dimmed, creating a comfortable nuance. There's a clean and space-y musholla, inside. They have a unique concept of dining in the pool. Tables are set in a pool with calf-high water. They provide hot towels to wipe and clean your feet, after. I didn't experience it, though.. It would be a problem once the rain starts pouring. I ordered the Yakimeshi Katsu and Honey Berry Berry Tea. The food tasted OK, while the beverage was too sweet, even for me. The Honey Berry Iced Tea was one of the "Chef's recommended" options, but, I wouldn't recommend it without asking for less sugar.
