They have good parking space, the atmosphere feels like home, nice place to eat, tidy and clean toilets and praying room, good for your rest area around Pasir Jambu. You can eat using tables or you can sit in the lesehan. I ordered Frying Gurame and karedok. Taste was good and the fish also crunchy. There's also sate maranggi, grilled fish, grilled chicken, and other sundanese menus. I spend about 175k for 3 people. Very recommended place for lunch around Ciwidey area.

Service is okay and we waited just a little bit before the food served, I'd categorized as good serving time.. The only downside perhaps is their grilled fish.. Not quite the grill we expected.. Since the fish seemed to be mostly fried first then quickly grilled afterward..

I love this westjava-indonesian restaurant because it has traditional foods and also the Atmosphere is very cold. I say this is my favorite Javanese Restaurant,but its too many hundreds of flies.

Price to value is not worth it. Because the service's taking a lot of time to serve. In my case, The side dishes came early, but the rice took about 15 minutes (we came here to eat lunch while hungry, But the service is really slow). At least I like the taste of the food.

First time here, the food is amazing, waitress is friendly and helpfull.. Order ayam bakakak & gurame bakar.. the chicken is great, it took 6 hour to process it ( we dont have to wait that long .. lol..)

We take lunch on Sindang Reret restaurant. Food is okay. Sayur asem is unique where melinjo is already cut into 2 pcs. Daging Gepuk is quite good. Nasi Liwet is okay. Lalapan is served with different leaves that are not common. Mango Juice is good. But strawberry juice is served with taste as jam, not as fresh juice.

There is not many options for decent resto in Ciwidey area but Sindang Reret is a must visit. The view is great. You can get paddy field view and also fish pond. You must try their signature menu which is ayam bakakak and sambal dadak!

This is a great looking restaurant in Ciwidey and we were hopeful of having a great lunch as we had friends from Europe visiting. The food is typical Sundanese food and we ordered gurami goreng, gurami bakar, chicken sate, lotek, kangkung, vegetarian fried noodles, fried noodles with fried eggs, tempe bacem and white rice. For drinks we ordered quite a lot that included avocado juice, vanilla milkshake, lime juice, es jeruk etc. We were disappointed because the gurami goreng and gurami bakar were very thin fish and had very little meat on them. We regularly eat gurami as we live in Bandung so were surprised at paying around Rp100k for a fish with almost no meat. The other foods were also a bit disappointing - the lotek was not too good, the kangkung was very good, the tempe bacem less than good, the fried noodles were very disappointing but the white rice was fine. For the drinks, the es jeruk and ice lemon tea had about 40% liquid sugar at the bottom of the glass which was not very good. Our bill came to about Rp780k and we found is much too expensive for such disappointing food. In Bandung we can find much better Sundanese food in good restaurants for around half this price. So we will not be back here and cannot recommend this restaurant. Conclusion is this is a restaurant for people from Jakarta, biasa quality but nice setting. Much nicer food in Bandung.

Really nice hotel for family's to stay. They do a lot of renovation so I think later maybe in a couple of months this will be oasis of peace and relaxation. When u want to have breakfast here u will be annoyed with lots of cats 🤣I am a animal lover but in one time to be attack with 10cats asking for food is too much to handle 🤣🤭

Very bad experience for first timer like me. I stayed here with my husband and 1yo son. We booked the suite room and turned out it’s in the same building with the main hall. There’s a window in my room and I couldn’t really close it and it faces towards the main hall. That night someone threw party at the main hall and they did a karaoke session. So can you image that very loud music from the main hall? And it didn’t stop until 10PM. They said because it’s weekend so the event can run until 10PM. Omg my son was really cranky. Not gonna recommend this suite room for anyone who needs privacy or better sleep quality. Big no. I, myself, can’t even get a proper sleep.

We had lunch on Bulan Ramadhan. A lot of menu unavailable. We were waiting so long until the food was finally served. Two portion nasi timbel ( 1 pcs chicken leg, tempe, tahu, peyek, pepes something we don't know , sambal , sayur for each ) for 110k total. The toilet needs to cleaned up more, hands dryer were not function. There were a family rejected their meals because they were waited too long, and finally cancelled. So sorry, we'd rather dine in somewhere else next time. Btw, sindang reret at Lembang is better than ciwidey's

Bright, airy, roofed, semi-outdoor space with a strawberry field beside it. The food is so good, especially gurame bakar and ayam bakar, incredible seasoning. There’s a barista here that makes the coffee. Also clean toilet and musholla/surau available.

A roadside café with a scenic hillside view. Small portions but delicious. Fair price. Nasi Liwet or aromatic Sundanese rice cooked with lemongrass and bay leaf is unique. Advisable to sit indoors to avoid swarms of annoying flies destroying the appetite.

Quite nice place. 10k for enterrance ticket, 80k for 1kg of strawberry. You can pick all that you want then pay it later. There is also restaurant in here. So, it is a complete package.

Quite a nice place, with good view (if you get the seat by the window). Good parking spot. Some of the drinks are too sweet for me. And too bad "nasi tutug oncom" was a bit too salty. They have musholla for praying and the toilet is clean. I like the nasi liwet, too bad they dont serve packages so we must order rice and dishes separately. Chicken with strawberry chilly sauce was quite unique.

I had a lunch here. I cant comment anything about the food because I just had a few from their menu. But for me it is just normal. Price is still affordable considering that here is the tourist place. The environment is very nice because you can eat while enjoying the pond with full of fish under you leg and around you.
