Really good pizza restaurant and excellent customer service. I am highly recommending to visit this place whenever you are visiting Catania and surrounding areas! Food are delicious, a bit different from the classic Catanese pizza's, innovative and good quality products! I ordered "Maria si maritau"(Maria got married! In sicilian language) I have been impressed on the quality of service as well! Well trained and educated Staffs make customers feel really comfortable and valued! Products and price are well balanced.

The owners and staff here are incrediblely helpful to non Sicilian speakers. We ordered 11 pizzas to takeaway and they were truly incredible. Given the size of the order they gave us some free drinks too! The quality and flavours were phenomenal.

Good food, cheap and large portions (I had the grilled mixed meat and there was actually food for two). The colourful decorations are unique, unfortunately my level in Italian was not sufficient to understand all the old proverbs on the walls :-).

Simply amazing! The cuisine is remarkable, the service perfect. I loved everything in this place, from the authentic atmosphere to the incredible food. And on top of that, the prices are super affordable .

Good pizza and good food

The place on a Saturday night was packed. We had no reservation but did not struggle to find a table as one of the staff took our names and within 15 minutes gave us a table for two. The sitting area is large and the noise levels vary, depending on the number of families with children. Service is not fast but this is due to the fact that everything we ordered was prepared on the spot. Burgers were overwhelmingly large and the salad was very good too with lots of fresh and tasty ingredients. I would happily recommend visiting the place in a less busy time of day - but other than this everything was great. It misses the 5 stars because of the French fries that came with the burgers- they were nothing special... contrary to the burger buns that were super tasty.

Authentic Delight in Nicolosi's Finest Pizzeria! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the 7+ in Nicolosi, and it was a true culinary delight! The atmosphere in this restaurant is welcoming and familial, making our evening with friends even more enjoyable. The selection of pizzas was impressive, catering to every taste. We opted for various kinds, and each one was a culinary masterpiece. The crust was perfectly and crispy, the toppings fresh and of the highest quality. I could practically taste the chef's passion for authentic Italian cuisine. I was particularly impressed by the variety of vegetarian options, which were just as flavorful as the meaty ones. The "Frutti di Mare" pizza with fresh seafood was my personal favorite, a true palate pleaser. The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff contributed significantly to making our evening a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We had some really great pizzas here and the menu was fantastic. Service very good and lots of options for gluten free and other dietary restrictions. The pizzas were huge and very good value.

I chose a pizza 7 Oro with Bronte pistachio cream, cardoncelli mushrooms, bacon, red datterino tomatoes, burratina in the center, porcini mushrooms and chopped pistachios. This pizza is one of the best I’ve tried in Italy: the combination of ingredients is impressively relevant and suitable between each other. Must-try if you happen to visit Nicolosi or Etna surroundings. Cozy place with capability to place a big company.

This place is fire. Best pizza in Sicily. Had the Greco pizza and it was so good. The bell pepper and olives usually not my favorite ingredients were the best part. Wife got a burger and it was huge. Prizes are very reasonable for quality of food. Don't wait and give this a try now.

Very good pizza: nice dough and a good amount of toppings. It's a pretty big meal, so be hungry! They are maybe on the slightly expensive side, but the quality and quantity makes it worth it. Lots of options, including some pretty original ones (mine was pistacchio cream and burrata!). The lady who took our order wasn't very friendly, but I guess we can all have a bad day :)

Overall nice place with fine food. BUT Big minus for the waiter which recommended us a (fine) wine on the menu but at the end charged us almost the double of what he initially said!! Did not own his mistake at all and the owner pretended not to understand. We were in a rush so paid but felt cheated They also did not control our COVID pass … be careful!

We had a wonderful and memorable dinner tonight. The food was very good. We had a starter, main course and dessert in wonderful surroundings. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. As if that wasn't enough, when we were prevented from driving our car home - the owner of the restaurant himself drove us home. You won't find better service than this in Sicily! Thank you very much for us, we will be happy to return on a later occasion. We recommend this very pleasant restaurant with the exeptional service to everyone else.

Great service, very nice place. The waiters speak good English , they are quickly and polite. I had one delicious pasta. The meat for me is a bit salty. Highly recommend if you want have a peaceful and lovely lunch !

We had such a great dinner at this restaurant. The food was to die for from antipasto to dessert and the staff was very kind and helpful. The ideal place for a nice typical sicilian meal with great atmosphere, delicious food and welcoming hosts. Worth a visit👌

Would give this restaurant 6 stars instead of 5 if I could. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice chill and cosy place and the food is very unique. Every dish we tried had it’s own touch and taste to it which is very different, unique and creative. All ingredients used are very fresh, prices are reasonable and they also cater and adapt for vegans and vegetarians. Highly recommend restaurant and book ahead as it’s usually fully booked since it’s quite small inside. Complimentary house liquer and bruschetta were really lovely:)

Beautiful setting, incredibly helpful and welcoming staff! The food is fantastically prepared with the freshest ingredients. Never knew Donkey would taste so good.

I can’t rave about this place enough! We only stopped for lunch and I wish I had a bigger appetite at the time. Everything was so delicious and the service was impeccable! We all said this was likely the best pasta we had while in Sicily. I would travel back just for this restaurant. Thank you for the amazing meal and bonus treats!

AMAZING restaurant for typical cuisine served in a refined and elegant way. Very typical ambience, exquisite food, wide and interesting wine selection. But the highlight is definitely the very attent service! RECOMMENDED

This restaurant came highly recommended by our B&B hosts. It did not disappoint. This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Sicily - the food was fantastic and the staff was amazing (attentive, fast and with a sense of humor :)). Definitely a must try! Come hungry... :)

Second visit to 'Osteria Garibaldi' in Nicolosi was another culinary delight. The 'Ravioli con pomodorino cifegino, funghi porcini, chiodini e ferla' offered a burst of freshness with cifegino tomatoes and the richness of porcini and chiodini mushrooms. The 'Semifreddo al pistacchio' dessert was a creamy pistachio dream. The harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and the cozy atmosphere made this dining experience truly exceptional. A must-try for food enthusiasts! 🍝🍰

What a gem! A must stop if you're coming back down from Mt.Etna. Amazing, truly Italian/Sicilian food. Generous portions, fair prices, welcoming service. Oh, and wonderful decor, inspirationally Italian.

Really nice service and the atmosphere is wonderful, lovely! Specialized on pasta foods, but also double pizza. Try the sparkling white house wine!

Had a pretty decent meal - ordered the pizzole which was nice and crispy and a huge portion. Ate the whole thing but definitely could have just had half. My wife ordered the bean, ricotta, and bacon soup and it was mediocre, if not bad. The staff was very friendly at the start of the meal but forgot to bring us waters that we ordered and it was very difficult to flag him down to get them and then once we got our food we were never able to flag him down again. We actually had to get up and go to the front to get the bill and pay. Not the most attentive service.

After coming down from Enta at sunset looking for some dinner we wanted to find something authentic for the area. This popped up highly rated on google and I’m glad we went! Right from the exterior all the way to the bathroom, plenty of thought has been placed in the inviting appearance of this restaurant. We ordered the faggotini pasta, burrata squares and their “fake” arancini. Both entrèe/antipasti sizes, as we quickly learned in Europe is more than enough for us! (While still allowing a little space to enjoy dessert). All 3 meals were beautifully plated and full of flavour, especially the faggotini! After we requested the wine list the waiter suggested a half bottle of the house red. Was a delicious locally sourced wine, we are quite picky wine drinkers and were extremely happy with it.

I was alone this time, but still got the same attention and good service as those previous times when I went with a group. I ordered my food which started with an arancina complete with mushrooms and other forest vegetables, followed by a bountiful pasta with homemade sauce which was very tasty. The last plate was a stinko complete with roasted potatoes and vegetables. The good was all exquisite, and served by attentive and cheerful staff which enhanced the eating experience.

Food was good and the service excellent. Ordered 2 pasta dishes and one chicken dish that came with 3 stuffed chicken breasts. We ate early so had the place to ourselves. They catered for kids, had a high chair, and overall we liked the place and the food was good.

Really great food, and very friendly staff! We enjoyed our visit there very much - beware though of the size of the dishes ;-) The starters and pizzas are nearly portions for two, although the friendly staff offered take-away boxes to take home any left overs (which we did).

Pretty place, it has a parking lot, staff is there to help you if you need, they're very kind, food is really good, I enjoyed the pizza more than the appetizers.
