Very pleasant and delicious experience. Pork tenderloin was just perfect 👌 And the dessert was like a cherry on top (lava cake with ice cream). The service is attentive and extremely nice.

We had dinner there. There are options to either eat inside or outside in their cosy courtyard. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Each ingredient is attentively paired to create the dish. It's a food experience and portions are decent, I only had a main course and was full after that. I had slow cooked cod, the veg accompanying the dish was just perfect finishing with sauce and caviar. This place is worth a few visits as the food is well priced and so out of this world. We will be back again)

We dined here as a large family group for a milestone birthday. Warmly received by our hosts and seated in a beautifully lit courtyard. Very atmospheric. Some interesting options on the menu but I chose the much fabled Kleftiko. Our group made their choices and nobody was left in any doubt, upon being served, that this place was special. A good selection of wines and beers available and a children's menu too. Certainly worth the journey up to Pissouri if you are in the area to dine here.

Simply perfect! Service: great. Really made us feel welcome. Fast, efficient, friendly. Setting: lovely & quaint. Beautiful courtyard outside and nicely furnished inside. Food: 8 out of 10. We recommend the Chicken a la a creme, and Chicken Marsala. The lamb noisettes were a bit plain; the sauce needed more punch. The cocktails are amazing.

Had an evening meal with family. The staff were very accommodating, especially as we had two young children in the party. It's not the cheapest restaurant in the area, but the food is excellent. The menu is quite different to most of the restaurants in the area, but that's a compliment, not a negative appraisal. It's unique attractive setting is also a bonus, lending to its special atmosphere.

This place is by far the best restaurant we have been to during our stays in Cyprus. The location in Pissouri village is stunning, both with the views aswell as the quaintness of the village itself. The service is superb, the staff are extremely friendly and they cannot do enough for you. Professionalism & humour is intertwined in the service. The food - the menu provides so many options, the taste of the food is incredible, I am a pescatarian and there are several options for myself along with a number of options if you enjoy eating meat. Visit Pissouri, ensure you reserve a table and you will honestly enjoy this place as much as we, and others have done.

The highlight of the whole experience is the courtyard dining area, and of course the hospitality of the staff. The dishes are exceptional and well presented. I highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience.

We have arrived to this restaurant that is hidden to the tourist eye but when u will arrive to this restaurant you will be stunned by the beautiful flowers that are around this restaurant. I guess u don't care about flowers but the interior of the restaurant is very pleasant and elegant. I advise you to make reservation as there are many old comers that are going here so if you want go there after around 17:30 do make reservation. Portions are really large so if I can give you another advice go there hungry!! because you will not eat everything.. prices are around 12+€ so pretty good for the portion you will get.

The Food was Excelent!! Prices very very affordable and staff friendly. They also suggested us what to order for starters. When we first arrived they gave us a welcome sparking wine and then an amazing welcome vegetable soup. They continued with bread and 3 dips. Its a place that you SHOULD visit if you are a meat lover.

The best restaurant experiences I had in Cyprus. Kristos provided great service, was very attentive and always focused to provide the best possible service to all guests, the steak (juiciest rib eye I’ve had) was incredibly good and all sides were perfectly balanced towards the steak. Wine, dessert and Frappe were also very good. Make sure to visit this hidden gem when you drive from Limassol to Paphos.

This was our first visit here and we shared delicious scallops as a starter. We went on to share beef tenderloin on fettuccine with a gorgeous mushroom sauce and a lovely rare rib-eye steak. Service was excellent and we are already going back for another meal. Thank you Michael and your team!

An absolutely fantastic meal, we had a delightful Amuse-bouche from the kitchen whilst we had a look through the extensive menu. For starters we enjoyed the prawns and soup of the day which were both delicious. The steaks were fantastic for the main course, cooked to perfection! I enjoyed the Diana steak 🥩. We had some beautiful wine and the whole experience was wonderful. We will return definitely

A hidden gem in the village of Pissouri. A steak house with a terrace and an outdoor cocktail bar. A place to eat, drink and relax. Micheal, the owner,greets and welcomes the guests in person. Complementary champagne glass, soup, dips and bread are also offered to welcome you. Both the service and the food were excellent. Well worth a visit - Reasonable prices

The steaks are excellent - can confidently say that the chateaubriand is the best steak I have ever had; beating places in London and Paris etc. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the complimentary amuse-bouches from the kitchen are delectable.

Stopped here for lunch, a great place set in a lovely village square, service & food were excellent, we had local dips and bread to start, €2 each dip, and tuna salad as a main, €7.50, would recommend this place, and will definitely go back again.

A charming restaurant in the center of Kouklia. The food was really good and traditional. I recommend the Moussaka , it was awesome! Great food and excellent value. The service was first class until the end, when we ordered a desert wine and Cyprus coffee to end our meal. Perhaps it was because it was a Sunday and we got in just before the rush, but stayed when some guests were leaving and new customers were arriving. But we did give one prompt and were assured that our coffee was on its way. After another five plus minutes, we went to the bar and paid our bill - including the coffee and simply didn't leave a tip. Sometimes popularity is difficult to cope with.

Excellent, genuinely very very good, we went on a Saturday, we didn't book however it's probably advised. The food was great, atmosphere we lovely. They made a fuss of my wife for her birthday. Will certainly be back. Mixed grill hit the spot for me.

I chose simple grilled meats and some wine. it was fresh, well-seasoned, tasty. The desert was an extra special touch and that Orange cake was with all its callories! If there was a way to bottle-up great service and sell in shops, this should be the place you source IT from!

Well, my friends, my wife and me visited this one in one of the cozy spring evening in May. It's a family business that's why I guess there is so cozy and staff/ family provide u a highest level of hospitality ♥️ It's a nice place with a good kitchen, authentic photos and some historical agriculture stuff in the restaurant area 🌻 I would like to recommend to visit this one P.S. The chicken was marinated nicely and not dry and tasteless which happens a lot in Cyprus. Beer glasses were chilled in the freezer and helped to cool us down in the sweltering heat. The halloumi salad was very tasty and well presented. Highly recommend a visit to the ancient sites nearby and lunch or dinner here. You can’t go wrong. Maria (?) the owner is lovely, she can take a joke and works hard - serving, cooking, cleaning etc. Will be back with more tourists soon!

Was passing thru and found this tavern by chance. We had the fried hallumni for starters and chicken kebab and beef stifado (stew), both of which came with chips. Food portions were generous and tasted very good. The fries were very tasty. The beef was tender, juicy and very flavourful. Coffee was also stong and lovely.

The finest example of Cypriot 🇨🇾 cuisine in the beautiful village of Kouklia, Efraim Tavern is my favourite in Paphos region. Located in the heart of the center square right in front of the church ⛪️ it is impossible to go unnoticed. During summertime the council forbids access to cars 🚘 giving the pass for the local restaurants to spread their tables to accommodate visitors, both locals & tourists. Parking is only 50m from the square. The place is usually packed, so arriving early might be essential, or even better, booking your table will give you the satisfaction of having a place to food 🍲 paradise. The best option recommended is meze 🫒 🫓 , but you really will have lots of dishes to choose from among the finest tastes. The souvlaki is immensely rich in taste 👅, tender but crispy, it places itself on top of the must-try dishes! One of my favourite appetizers is definitely zucchini with eggs 🥚 and is usually served in meze. Make sure you ask for it! Last but certainty not least, the ultimate and most distinguishing dish of the tavern is none other than the village salad 🥗 in-a-bun 🥯❣️ It is naturally served with meze and guarantees you the best appetite. The owner Maria is kind, polite, ready to assist in every way, she’s the soul of the business. I always feel relaxed when she greets me. The stuff, either family or not, is very friendly and expert in serving the most demanding customers. Visiting Kouklia is rewarding. The archaeological site is rich in texture, Palaipaphos museum, the Royal Manor, though finishing off should take you to Efraim. You surely will enjoy it!!!

A very charming place in the centre of the village. There is a very traditional interior and a lovely setting outdoors. I asked for a special dish, which wasn't on the menu made of grilled vegetables. It was delicious, and the veggies were freshly grilled. The other dish, which was a mixed kebab, was ok. The green olives were amazing! Good prices too. Bear in mind that some people showed up at 3pm and they were told that the kitchen is closed. I guess it reopens in the evening.

We had a special salad in bread and moussaka. We all liked everything, the moussaka was tender and tasty, fresh out of the oven. The salad in bread looks interesting, but doesn't really add anything to the taste of the dish, so I wouldn't order it next time, considering the cost of the dish. The portions are quite large, so not everyone will be able to eat it all at once. The place itself is quite authentic and cozy, in my opinion worth a visit if you're looking for a place to eat nearby.

It's a lovely chill place with a relaxing vibe. We stopped for brunch, which was very tasty and well priced. Coffee was really tasty as well. Service was excellent, with staff being very attentive. There's lots of seating, though it's all sectioned off, so it still feels intimate. Parking was easy and close by. Overall a really nice experience.

The place itself is lovely but the food was not. Probably we were just unlucky as it was 8 am: the bagel was so stale - could not bite/cut it, pancakes & waffles were also not freshly cooked. The lady was very nice though. Payed ~€20 eur for 2 cappuccino and 2 dishes.

Lovely visit to the Meeting Place in Kouklia today. Friendly service, delicious chocolate cake, and a nice coffee that came to €7.45. Well worth the money. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. I will have to go back to try the other cakes. They all look delicious.

The cafe is absolutely worth the visit! The chefs are very talented and the staff are super kind, fast and simply their service is excellent. The chicken pie (which was recommended by the staff) is just top notch! Its homemade as the staff said, the taste is indescribable, the combination of flavours in that pie will make your mouth water like mine did, the best part about it is the fact that its coming out hot and fresh unlike some other café’s I’ve been to. It’s a really unique place, more like a hidden Gem in Paphos. Oh and as for desserts i recommend the ek mek, From what the staff described, its a traditional greek dessert, its light and creamy. Which is perfect after having that chicken pie😋 As for the coffee, naturally, its very good, if i were to live in Kouklia id always pass by every morning and grab myself a coffee to start my day energetically! Its a 10/10, even the atmosphere is comfy and calm, which is also a great place for young students to study in peace.

Went for coffee and breakfast the other morning and it was fab! The staff were super friendly and service was fantastic. Coffee was that good we got another cup to take away afterwards. My partner enjoyed the breakfast that much that he returned the following morning for the same again. The woman even remembered his order and took coffee back to our villa for me. Will definitely return next time we are in Cyprus
