It is a beautiful place but authorities need to look into the upkeep of the magnificent lake which is is being encroached by weeds and dirtying of it's waters. There is a small zoo that i liked more than many other zoos I have visited. You can see the few animals that it has, from very near. Calm place. There is ample , free parking area near the lake. Must visit place.

Rivalsar Lake and nearest places. Kunti sar, Mata Naina Devi Temple. Rivalsar is such a peaceful and beautiful place, that one must go there to experience by themself. It is a small buddhist town , with nice Monasteries and a couple of temple and a Gurdwara. significance of the place, it is a very beautiful place.Tibetan food and tea pakoras are available to eat here, which are very tasty.

It's a sacred, spritual and serene place.Must visit with your loved ones.Always carry some basic things like water bottle, umbrella, warm clothes, medicines, food items etc during these kind of trips. And if you are not habitual of trekking routes then put on your comfortable shoes.Do not throw non-biodegradable items here and there.

Visited this place 2 years before.It is around 14 Kms trek from the place called Rohanda. Hill is covered with Devdar trees and has amazing sights.On the top kamroonag temple & lake is situated.Very quite & peaceful atmosphere. A Must visit trek in Himachal.Any wish made with true heart in this temple comes true. People use to offer currency & ornaments into the lake.The lake is protected by dev kamrunag.Best time to visit from May to November.
