Fantastic Portuguese family run restaurant in Gale. Food is amazing as are the staff. Prices are very reasonable for their 5 star menu. We return here every time we come to Portugal.

Was incredible. Staff was so attentive and food was amazing. So tasty. We got the pumpkin soup to start and I had the pork tenderloin. Tender-loin was right it was melt in your mouth and prices were not too bad!

One of our favorite place in this region. Good price/quality. Waiters are nice, warm envirement. Place is highly recommended.

Really nice staff, fast service and good options of traditional and not so traditional Portuguese food. We had “amêijoas à bulhão pato” , then salmon and “arroz the lingueirão “ . For dessert we had “delícia de limão “ and “torta de amêndoa” the staff was really nice and always available.

Best restaurant we tried here in Faro. Attentive and friendly staff and delicious food. The fish soup and monk fish and shrimp curry are delicious and the ribeye steak is well-seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Outstanding, just a delight for foodies like us. Been twice already and def going again before our holiday is up. Seriously cannot find a single fault. Make an effort to go if you can, you will not be disappointed.

A fabulous dining experience from start to finish. There was not a morsel left on the plate after each of the three courses I ordered. Equally delightful as the food was the presentation of each dish. This is a family-run business and it really shows in the the attentiveness and professional friendliness of the staff. An all round wonderful experience. I will be definately returning soon.

Sao Domingos.. what can I say? We've been there 4 times. If we'd know this place before, we would have eaten here every night. It's so good!! And the people.. wow!! Just wow! I've been here a couple of times, and I adore it each time. The food is delicious and I would definitely recommend the white wine sangria. The quality is top notch, so the prices end up being worth it. (Sorry I only took photos of the deserts ahah)

We were put off at first being an Italian restaurant, but the food was really good. Packed full of seafood :) We had the bruschetta (tomato and goats cheese), then the seafood linguine and lobster ravioli, then the fero richer and pistachio gelato. All was delicious.

Our server, Francesca, was fantastic. Made great menu suggestions. She was constantly watching over her section and made sure that all of her guests were happy. The food was excellent, and desserts were sublime. The view was fantastic . We visited three times on our trip because we enjoyed everything so much.

Exceptional meal with even better service. Catered perfectly to a large party and more specifically to a member with a severe allergy - he had the benefit of a personal server who communicated with the chef on the preparation of each meal. A warm welcoming aura and tactful service paired with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco made this the highlight of our holiday. This is a MUST VISIT!

Very good italian cuisine. Friendly staff. You often feel like part of the family. The only problem is that loudlevel can be a little high when the restaurant is full, which happens most days. Reservation can be recommended between 6 and 8 p.m.

This restaurant was such a lovely find for us I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such consistently wonderful service. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to be kind courteous and friendly. As non-Portuguese speakers people really tried hard to make our experience wonderful and they succeeded. Let the server pick the wine. You won’t be disappointed.

Its Michelin quality food, we were there by chance tonight and overblown by the quality of service, the taste of the food and the wine! Really really amazing steak tartare, the burrata is amazing too, even the olives were from another world and fantastic deserts!

Perfect food and great atmosphere for a dinner, however the service could be better, we waited 15 min for the bill. The day after we had lunch there and then the service was much better.

Swayed by the positive reviews we went to this restaurant while on holiday. I ordered the monkfish risotto which even when I was eating it felt cold and only had water to drink. My partner had pizza and enjoyed it. The next day I had awful food poisoning and it meant I missed out on a whole day of my holiday. It's shame I have to post this as the servers were very good but the fish dish I had I really don't think was cooked properly.

What a disappointment... Did I miss something? Based on the reviews and the price..the food should have been amazing. Was not impressed in the least. Had the risotto..not very tasty..yet such a wonderful small portion accompanied by a price that implied the quality would leave me yearning for more. Not the case. Definitely geared towards foreigners..can't imagine locals eating here unless to help the local economy. Lots of parking though and the ambiance is nice.

Have only had pizza here before. This time we had pizza and pasta. Both excellent Your sitting and eating while looking at a beautiful ocean.....can't beat it. As a plus when you are done eating there is a boardwalk close by yo walk off some calories

Positive Aspects: Alcoholic drinks were excellent. Tableware had a sophisticated appearance, above average, nice glasses etc Highlights: Breathtaking views. Areas for Improvement: Service was lacking; the waiter seemed unenthusiastic and required multiple prompts to notice us. Unwelcoming vibe overall. Limited communication skills among the three waitstaff, except for one with a ponytail who knew basic politeness. Culinary Feedback: The grilled chicken wrap received negative points; it resembled more of a cold, canned chicken than the advertised grilled version. Comparable to a supermarket wrap, but worse. Overall, the experience was mixed, with notable highs in drinks and ambiance, but service and culinary disappointments need attention. Overall i do not advice to visit this place for food, only for alcoholic drinks, bartender made really good one. About soft drinks nothing special for that price. Thank you, Secret shoper

It's very rare that I put either five star or one star. This time I have to put five star, because the restaurant was top notch in every department. The location was nice, the decoration were soothing and calming, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Last but not least the food was delicious (especially within that price range)! The location has stunning views right in front of the Atlantic Ocean! Situated up to the hill gives you the overlook of the area and it has the right position for a brake to refresh and rest before restarting your hike or walk! High prices as it’s also a specific fish restaurant too and you can enjoy delicacies too.

The restaurant is beautifully situated right by the beach, offering a picturesque view of the sunset from your table. They offer a variety of dishes, with a focus on seafood, including fresh fish and locally sourced seafood. The food was well made and tastefull.

Yet another amazing spot on the Gale' beach. The location and view is 5 stars. Food is great, we usualy go for prawns in garlic and/or the chicken wrap. Staff is kind and service minded. I recommend this place.

We loved this restaurant so much we returned twice in 1 week! Their frozen mango margaritas are utter heaven, would highly recommend their cod and tuna belly for mains. Staff also are super friendly and welcoming.

We came down without a reso and got a table on the patio looking out over the beach. Our waiter Marco was excellent. Friendly, warm, informative, all the things you would want. The meal was outstanding. Had the cod fish pedras amarelas and grilled octopus. This was probably our best meal in our 3 weeks here. Highly recommend

We forgot about our anniversary which happened to be during our trip to Portugal. We booked a reservation online late in the day for a time within 2 hours. We were seated immediately. We had never mentioned that it was our anniversary. We enjoyed a great dinner and ocean view. The staff was very accommodating.

Food here was absolutely amazing 😍 highly recommend the baked cod and the monkfish & prawn kebab. Both cooked to perfection. Had our son with us, there are child options too and they prioritized his meal to come out first! Lovely location right on the beach, would highly recommend. Only negative was the service a bit slow on getting our order and then paying the bill after!

I'd recommend here primarily for the view of the sunset and the little cliff by the entrance that's an amazing spot for pictures! For food we got the mix seafood and it was great! Nice mix of fresh and delicious sea creatures. Enjoyed a bottle of wine w the sunset, and had a lovely time.

Fantastic staff, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had tagliatelle with monkfish, prawns and mussels. Slightly differently served in a paper wrap. I would have preferred a deep plate instead. Nice veranda with a view of the beach, sea and sunset. Somewhat high price but worth the money.

Stayed in this area for 7 days. Best place we dined in. Fantastic fish! Waiter was very attentive (think his name was Dimitri - a credit to your restaurant). A little bit pricey compared to some of the other venues but the location on the sea front is fantastic. When I return to the Algarve this restaurant will be at the top of the list. Highly recommended!

Best sunset place experience! The food was ok… not more than ok BUT the place, the surrounding and the service & the atmosphere was perfect!

We visited 3 times during our week stay in the area and each time we enjoyed the staff, food and value for money. Eggs benedict with salmon was really nice and the kids kept going back for the crapes. Vast menu and a choice for everyone.

What an amazing spot. Amazing atmosphere and some lovely outside seating. This place has everything you could want, in my opinion. Breakfast/lunch/dinner and all made to a super high standard. The staff are incredibly helpful, patient and kind. Food was knockout across the board. We have been to Portugal a lot and have just found our go to place to eat around Galé. We has brunch of French toast and pancakes and eggs and the lot. So good we came back for dinner the same night... pizza, pasta, burgers and more 😋 Anybody thinking of going... Do Not Hestiate! 10/10

Nice cute café, with parking and outdoor sitting. The menu is neverending, with several breakfast choices, from english to continental, light meal choices, as salads, omlets, sandwiches, etc., a few day lunch options, but mostly, desserts, their specialty. The indoor space is well decorated in a light, feminine way, and outdoor sitting is conveniently surrounded by bushes and small trees. Space is super clean. It has a polite and friendly service. I do recommend their orange bread, which gives a nice twist to whatever dish it comes with. Or the traditional desserts. Or natural juices... The "tomatadas algarvias" are a no-no, as they use canned tomato. In a land of tasteful tonate, that should go as a public offense. Access to the car park is kind of hidden so one must pay attention not to miss it.

This was such a beautiful, simple little bistro. They nailed our order (no dietary restrictions but we can be a bit…particular…and they handled us with such grace and care). The vibe of the place was perfect for a 0915 breakfast. The coffee was amazing and the service was outstanding. The food was also lovely and exceeded expectations. For the first time ever I tried a custard tart and I literally danced with joy at how absolutely amazing it tasted. Hands down the best pastry I’ve ever had. Such a lovely, romantic, and delicious place to enjoy a post sunrise meal.
