Great Greek food! Big portions and regular prices (I think). Everything seems to be fresh. Chicken gyros was better than pork.

The Greek salad was HUGE (order the large version only if you didn’t have any appetizers) and super tasty. I also had gyros with pork and it was superb

we came here last night for a surprise birthday dinner, and our whole experience was perfection. we were served by a kind and helpful waitress (i wish i had got her name!) who helped me with a birthday cake we brought in, brought it out and the team sung along which was fabulous. they also gave up birthday shots with cream which was so so kind. she also helped me make a vegan dish up which was beautiful. it was a mixture of roast potatoes, red pepper and onion in a tomato sauce, with a side of hummus and pita. gorgeous. my family got a mixture of meze (massive portion), moussaka, and a stuffed chicken dish. overall we loved the food, the portion sizes were fab, the staff were amazing and we hope to come back soon!

This is the second time in three days we have eaten here and it was even better the 2nd time. My wife had the Moussaka and she said it is the best she has ever had. I had the pork Gyros plate and OMG it was awesome. The portions are good without being too much

Worst place ever. I feel sorry I have pay for getting sick after. All oily and burned. You can find pieces from cleaning in your food. Nice staff, they deserved the star but the chef needs to boost or closes the business. I fell terrible that I have to write so much negative. Specialty restaurant. Lovely tables, cloth napkins, glassware sparkling, recipes I was unfamiliar with. Large plates with something edible in the middle swimming for dry land ..oil almost right up to the edge. Yes. Unusual. Glad I tried it. Slightly cookychef too ...all added to the fun

Most restaurants in gran canaria churn out the same English/German rubbish. If you want fresh fish and seafood cooked perfectly by a knowledgeable local chef then go here. Excellent food, with friendly welcoming staff. I'm only sad we went here on our last night before returning home. A real pleasure.

I ordered hake with clams. The waiter made an elaborate ploy of checking what I was after in Spanish. On reflection, this was a way of explaining the mistake later. The fish turned up without clams. I complained and was told that was what I'd ordered. It came with a potato. Other than that it looked exactly like my husband's cod pil pil which was also fish in butter/oil with some slices of garlic and some uncooked chillies. At every turn we were cajoled and persuaded to buy what they wanted to sell. This included half a bottle of Vino del Sol which the waiter described as a 'classic'. I'd call it cheap. The fish tasted.ok, though the staff loitering by the exit left a bad taste. It's easy to write a few good reviews for your sham restaurant. Remember that. Why take risks?

One of the best restaurant i ever been. Emiliano is a perfect host,friendly and full with positive energy. The food is excellent,Anna Lisa is not just a simple cook but also an artist with the plates and the decoration.

If you ever want to do a escape from the eclectic Maspalomas and create a romantic moment for your special one, if you like to treat yourself with the one of the most creative dishes and have first class service, then make sure you book the table and trust the chef and the stuff to recommend you pairing dishes and wine. This place becomes my tradition on how to close the vacation on a high note, and is something that we plan upfront for the trip, no wonder they are number 1 restaurant, already looking forward on my next visit. Congratulations again to the staff that keep everything on a such high standard.

I'm a little bit skeptical when a restaurant has exactly 5.0 stars, but Cibarvm definitely is deserving of the rating. Our waiter was fantastic, he was informative, attentive and entertaining. The food was exquisite, good portion size and absolutely delicious. I got the Iberico ham and my wife got the 12 Lunas risotto. To top it off we got the Pistaccio tiramisu, which was so good I almost ordered another despite being stuffed full.

Dinner at CIBARIVM was a great experience. The entrance of the restaurant is a bit hidden in the shopping mal. Already when entering it, it became clear that the place is a bit special for the area as it a not very touristy, more modern and a bit more pricy but totally worth it. The food was delicious, very aromatic, nicely decorated and big enough portions. Especially the waiter was super friendly and inviting and made our evening :) we can definitely recommend the place to spend an evening full of nice food and people in a great atmosphere.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We wish we had found this gem at the start of our holiday. Hands down the best meal we had on the island. The ladies tried the spiced duck with orange sweet potato puree, whilst the boys went off menu and experienced the Burgercalazone. We will be back!

The food was amazing. Can't fault them on that for a small island and 1000s of restaurants this place is in the top 3. The staff were fast and eager for the most part with a few mistakes. But they were all signs of miscommunication in their busiest hours and being an arrogant foreigner myself I can't blame them. The desserts were out of this world amazing I've never eaten anything better truly. The place was very clean to a standard held higher than anywhere else I'd been. 6 stars from me if I could. If you visit San Augustin. You must visit loopy's the restaurant name must be a local household name as the taxi driver even commented on how good it was.

To eat here is fun. The style of the restaurant like a western cartoon story. The staff are kind and the foods are incredible delicious. And of course the beers need in the big hot evenings.

The food here deserves 6 stars.. the deserts deserve 7 stars.. exceptional food.... The service seemed a bit wonky to start with, like they'd forgotten us.. but once things got going I couldn't fault anything about this place... I'd recommend anyone try here , you won't regret it..

I really enjoyed the time here. The place is very cosy. It is indeed a bit pricey, but the food was very tasty. It was served very quickly. I wouldn't recommend the dessert as it is a fancy plating for a maximum of 2 bites, but I think it depends on what you are expecting.

Fantastic restaurant, heard so many good recommendations so I thought I'd treat my family on the last day of our holiday. They didn't disappoint. One of the nicest burgers I've ever tried. Very good staff who were very welcoming l and great with our two little boys.

Disappointing. The food is below average and highly overpriced. My Simmental beef was stingy and cutting it was a piece of work! The few vegetables were completely overcooked and the potato was sadly the best part of the dish. The view is nice BUT this harsh, blue light destroys it all. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. It’s like sitting at the doctors. Not recommended.

Just returned from a dinner at Gorbea. Positives: the rooftop setting and the views at night are great… that’s it. Negatives: the service is atrocious. Very slow, lacking in attentiveness, not particularly friendly or welcoming. Arrived to find many empty tables that hadn’t been cleared from previous diners. Food is “ok”. Worth the money? No. There are better restaurants with much better service in the area.

Beautiful view with friendly sand attentive staff. Fair priced food -13 eur for a burger. 9 eur for mixed drinks. Some people in our party got food poisoning from the flavorless and mushy burgers. The mojito lacked sugar and was extremely sour. Disappointing dinner for such a beautiful restaurant and location.

Pros: the Iberian pork pluma (boneless flank) was delicious. The service was friendly. Cons: on a Monday night with few clients and with a reservation, we waited 30 min to order dinner and drinks.
