We were sitting there for ten minutes, several members of their staff made an eye contact with us and then they just kept ignoring us. While we were waiting for someone to bring us menu, 3 other groups came and all of them were served immediately. After 10 minutes we decided to leave. Definitely don't recommend eating here.

The food was so amazing that we had dinner here three nights in a row. The seafood is fresh and the staff are very friendly!

Compliments to the chef, the food was outstanding. The tuna steak was superb, from the taste and freshness of the fish to the presentation of the dish. The waitress was really nice as well. Recommended it!

Hotel located in the centre of the tourist area. In the harbour itself. Close to boats, yachts that offer interesting excursions to remote beaches, caves or diving. Rooms with mountain and sea views. Rooms clean, cleaned daily. Possibility to buy breakfast, quite tasty. Next to the hotel a restaurant offering sweet desserts as well as dinner dishes. Very good pasta and seafood. Prices reasonable. Well worth a stay.

the hotel is directly in front of the port. i just took a granite in the restaurant. the taste was really chemical, and the prices are too high, though for a touristic zone it's normal. the service was okay, though the waitresses were gossiping about everyone arround when they thought people couldn't understand the language and talking bad about the guests. this is a no-go.

Service personell tried to charge us 3x more than we actually spent. Good that we noticed, that it was not our order... No apologies, so felt pretty sketchy. Be careful when eating in this restaurant!

So we came to this restaurant today after a great trip to Cala Luna, we were seated and we waited. In the meantime other guests (4) arrived and were seated about 5 minutes later. They were given the menu earlier and so was the company's attention in the form of pastries or something like that. We didn't even get a menu. Obviously we choose our customers based on how much they spend, don't we ? We stood up and left. Work on your restaurant philosophy 😉

We stayed 11 days at this magical place. The location is perfect as you are directly at the harp and can drive to all bays. After a boat trip does not have to walk for a long time and can jump directly into the air-conditioned room. In the evening you have a wonderful view directly on the sea. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this hospitality. We enjoyed every second and will be back. Best regards Musa and Peggy.

Absolute scam this restaurant. 126 euros for a grill seafood mix plate. Dry and not tasty at all. The service people lost interest because i gave them my honest feedback. He asked me from where I am coming from and was than insulting with my home country by saying that its no surprise and that I would not have any clue about seafood or gastronomy. Shame on me that I did not leave the restaurant at that moment. He consulted us completely wrong saying he will bring us a mixed plate than we’ve got way too much. The waiter never mentioned he will bring us a whole fish, therefore he also did not inform us about the weight and the price of this fish. Nothing was transparent. We’ve got a random price of 126 euros charged for the grill mix at the end. The ambitious and motivated waiter in the beginning never showed up again after he full-filled his scam mission. Please don’t go. Or if you go do not let the waiter (bald guy) take over your order. Order directly from the menu. Or just skip it too high prices for low quality anyway. Locals having special treatment. Tourists getting scammed. Classic tourist trap.

Way overpriced with waiters that take advantage of you and overcharge for gross food. If I could give them zero stars I would. Response to their comment: I have not stayed at the hotel, I was there for dinner with friends and was the worst experience of the trip. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had anywhere.

We had a five stars experience! All plates we ordered were exquisite, and the open air terrace directly next to the sea is really worth it! You will want to book ahead to have a place outside!

Not a great experience. The service, while pleasant, was tardy and full of mistakes. My pasta dish, a filled ravioli, was way too salty and I had to return it. The other dishes were ok but average. They then got my wife’s order wrong so I ate my main before she even got hers. Poor effort. Good views though, pleasant service, and nice wine.

Fish was overpriced, and we felt we were unfairly upsold - we were not told how much the cost of the fish would be all together - it came to around 80 euro for just a 'special' fish. Warning - ask how much your total bill will be beforehand! Edit after reply --- The cost of the fish is on the menu as per weight. But you should explain how much the full fish will cost. (and recommend a salad or potatoes with it). In addition to keep people outside, with cutlery and glasses flying everywhere in the the strong wind is unacceptable! We asked to be seated inside, yet no action was taken, and we sat in the cold, eating an overpriced fish.

One of the worst restaurants i visited in my stay in Sardinia. Bad service, the waitress trying to sell you what he wants from the menu, he laughs if you choose something that he don’t want, to make you feel uncomfortable. You won’t be able to sit outside because of the huge amounts of mosquitoes, and they have no solution for this. Very bad experience!

Save your money and skip this overpriced restaurant. Much better options in town. You have to wave at the waiter to order, wave again to get bread - while other locals have theirs already even coming after you. The seafood pasta is 48 € for 2 people though it’s not clearly mentioned in the menu. They have 2 versions of the menu which we found weird. The waiter has lazy weird attitude at some point he was yelling at the young bus girl who was getting the drinks. Overall value for money lead me to put 1 star.

Although our fish was really fresh, simple, and delicious, at the end of the day we were charged €30 for a small sea bream that still had A LOT of bones in it. On top of that, we were then charged €8 for what was essentially an under seasoned ratatouille and another €8 for “grilled vegetables” which was just a few slices of grilled courgette and aubergine. Not to mention, when we received the bill we noticed that we were charged €3 each as a “service charge” (and the service was not good/waiters were quite rude) AND a €10 fee to sit outside, which we were never informed of when making the reservation. Seriously? A charge to sit outside? In Italy? This is the first place we’ve come across this. Basically, this place is way overpriced, the staff were not nice, and there are lots of better options in Cala Gonone - specifically, I highly recommend Sa Lantia as the meal was half the price, it was absolutely delicious, and the service was unmatched.

Good food but very poor service. We were a party of five and they forgot one of our party’s order. It just never arrived and they kept saying it was coming. Even the orders that arrived took a long time to arrive. We received little in the way of apology and when we complained we were told mistakes happen. We felt like second class citizens, which does detract from the generally good food. We found Da Graziano il Pescatore in Cala Gonone had as good or better seafood and friendly service.

Excellent food and welcoming service The sea food mix was amazing ! The homemade orchiette with mussels and fish was delightful and the pulpo as well. Highly recommend!

Very good food with reasonable prices. The atmosphere right by the sea is very nice. We have been there 3 times during our stay in Cala Gonone. Unfortunately the service worsened as the time went on. We had to wait a very long for the bill the last two times we've been there. But except from that, everything was fine.

Delicious food in a very nice location. The staff were all men for some reason, but they were friendly and accommodating. You can tell it’s popular because the place is constantly crowded, and understandably so. I quite liked the Bock Rossa beer and the tiramisù!

Impressive good food and also some vegan possibilities. We had spaghetti with tomatoe souce and spaghetti aglio olio and everything taste really really good. Portion sizes are big, so plan that before ordering :) The best dinner we had in cala gonone.

I came on a few occasions while staying in Cala Gonone. As a solo traveller, going for dinner can be a bit daunting but I felt very welcome here and the food was great, hence why I came back! The pizzas are excellent and really good value. The Sarda pizza was amazing. I also tried some of their homemade pasta which was decent. The atmosphere is really nice on a garden terrace overlooking the sea. Service was brilliant, fast and professional.

Highly recommended, The food was so good and tasty. We were in 4 people but all of us were delighted from the courses. I took orecchiette pasta which is homemade with shellfish and the taste was great, also tuna fish at the grill is great. Friendly staff and fair price.

First and foremost, this is one of the best-run restaurants I have seen. It’s the “total football” of service. We ate here two nights in a row, and each time, we were waited on by all six of the servers, seamlessly. I can not recall seeing such efficiency in a wait staff. It was as though every server was our main server, and our food runner, and host. If a table needed bussing, whoever was closest would clear it, while another would set it, and still another would out down menus, while the fourth would seat the next couple. At no point does anyone seem rushed, yet everything is done instantly. Honestly just a 20/10 for service. Then the food. Omfg. Quattro formaggio pizza had me damn near crying, I was so happy. My wife said it was the best carbonara she’s ever had. And she orders it…a lot. We’ve been to pretty much every corner of Italy, as well, so plenty of good carbonara to compare it to. The desserts are basically perfect. Home made everything. Tiramisu was amazing. Cheesecake was even better. Soufflé was awesome. Bottom line is if and when we return to Sardinia, we will go out of our way to eat here again and again.

Did not rank this well, although it is a busy pizzaria place especially during Easter Monday, the pasta was bit hard to chew and the seafood was not fresh enough. I had diarrhoea after eating them. I guess for pizzas or pastas, this maybe a great place to be.

All the restaurants at the coast are very nice, but this is by far best restaurant in Cala gonone. Very relaxed atmosphere, nice view on the sea very welcoming and polite service, perfectly cooked food with nice presentation, good portions and good price. One of the best meals I've ever eaten is here.

The Snoopy is located directly on the beach road and the seats on the outside offer a view of the sea. The food was good but not exceptional and the atmosphere was not very cosy. The light was too bright in the evening and the tables were very close together. The service was friendly and fast, but just doing its job and not smiling. But that's always a matter of taste, so 4 stars for the cuisine and the quick service.

The restaurant located near the sea, so the view is wonderful, also the decorations of the terrace is nice- that’s why we choose this restaurant to have lunch. The food was quite good - we took pizza, grilled fish and salads - everything was delicious. But the service was bad - waiters ignored us when we asked to bring us menu for desserts/to pay/order one more bottle of water.. The one of waiters (bald, with a moustache - sorry I don’t know his name) was rude. English of the staff is bad.

Food was ok. Nothing special. I tried better food in other restaurants of the island. We waited 1 hour for the food. When I asked what was happening, they had forgot our order. After that, the food arrived in 10 min. In this sense, look like that the food were prepared fast. My pasta had some pieces burned. In general, not a good cost benefit in my opinion.

Very nice restaurant! We had to wait for 5 minutes to get a table. Totally worth it. The staff was very friendly and recommended some disses. The waitress spoke perfectly good English. The view was amazing too. We had the spicy Squid and it was amazing. Had dessert too, the creme brûlée, they say if thats good the restaurant is good. And it was amazing! Totally recommend!

Good location, but the service was indifferent, and the food was poor. The pizzas were soggy in the middle, and the tomato & mozzarella was served with rocket instead of basil. The steak was over-cooked. And when I complained about the pizza I was told "that is how it had to be, and if they remake it it will be the same". Wow.

We loved that restaurant so much that we went there almost every day during our stay. Staffs were fast taking orders and serving, everyone was very friendly and helpful. And of course, the food was amazing. The best Seafood Risotto ever. No mention to the sea view. Well done!
