Foodisiac Sotogrande is a dining spot that celebrates the finest products of Andalucia while adding its own modern twist to traditional cuisine. The service is professional and efficient without being intrusive. One unique feature is the option to access menus through QR codes on the table or their website.
Very tasty food and SUPER big portions - even the starters can be main dishes if you’re not a big eater - so a tip is to share!!! Also the personnel is also very nice&friendly.

Foodisiac Sotogrande is a top-notch dining destination that is sure to please any food lover. From the perfectly cooked mussels to the delicious caesar salad, every dish we tried was expertly prepared and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our entire meal. While the prices were a bit on the expensive side, the overall dining experience at Foodisiac Sotogrande was definitely worth it.

Amazing breakfast. Many fresh baked options daily. Everything is super delicious , you can enjoy your meal with a nice view. Also the staff is very friendly and especially kids friendly. We come again. Thanks for todays great service it was truly a 10/10

The location is nice, exotic looking restaurant and food is not bad. But nothing especial. I gave 3💫's because unfortunaltely. Some of the servers are ignorant. We waited sooo long just to ask for our bill, its because they do not look around them. A lot more room for improvement.
RoseMarie R. Lund — Google review
The plus is definitely the location and the view right on the Sotogrande port. Quality of food is good, maybe a little bit overpriced ( 25 euro for a burger, 6,5 euro for water) but again Sotogrande is more expensive than the surrounding towns. Service is very good and there’s no pressure to pay.

The food is ok but every time I’ve been here, I’ve had to wait ages for the food, it’s come out lukewarm and then it takes forever to get the staff’s attention. It’s a shame because the menu looks so good and the restaurant and setting is lovely.
Zero Forks Given — Google review
Lovely ambient restaurant, peaceful morning music playing in background. We were greeted by a smiling, friendly waiter who made us feel very welcome. Without hesitation, he approached our table with a spotless dog bowl and bottled water for our puppy; it was a very kind gesture. Food was delicious, fresh and timely. Coffee first rate. Very enjoyable morning. Will definitely return.

Delicious fresh tasting food that is a good portion size! Staff are attentive and very welcoming. It is on the pricey side but it's a lovely location in the fresh air to have a meal with a view.

Undoubtedly one of the best places for breakfast and branch at Sotogrande Port. Very international menu. The pastries are to die for.
Collect Corner SL — Google review
The place is nice and the location very convenient. We ordered the gyozas and they were tasty, the sauce made them nicer. I order the octopus as the main and even the sauce that it has was really good the octopus was very hard and chewy, my company ordered the salmon and said that didn’t have much flavour and also the green asparagus was a bit hard. We had a white chocolate mouse for dessert and it tastes more like caramel than white chocolate, and find it to be more like a pastry than a dessert for me. The waitresses were a bit slow and wasn’t many people on the tables for them not check if we needed anything. So I would say a bit overpriced for what we had.

Very good service, very friendly staff. Nice food, but very expensive.

Firstly the atmosphere here is great, sitting right out twords the water, plants and music sounding you, makes for a great experience. The service is also great, nice and professional waiters. Service while fast wasn't interruptive. The food did not disappoint, great food, nothing to complain about, not even the sizes. They've also made some neat and unique things to make them stand out. For an example: The menus, you can access the menus through the QR code on the table or though their website. Each item also has a picture of it. (Don't worry, there's even free wifi.) I would definitely recommend trying Foodisiac if you're in the Sotogrande area.

Came here once, then it became our favourite spot. The food is delicious, with varied options for every calories range. I recommend the local nachos that come with cheese, guacamole and (not for me) some beef on top - first time to eat it and it's something exquisite. Also the pancakes not only look tasty, but are indeed yummy - best way to start the day. The staff is cool, always there to help in any way. Most of them speak English fluently. I highly recommend this place for every meal - it has some dishes that will surprise you just like it surprised us every single time.

A staple for the sotograndee set. Nice breakfasts (have a cinnamon roll before they sell out). The team are helpful and friendly. They recently expanded the inside which is great for the few days in winter where you want to sit indoors.

Restaurant
Trocadero Sotogrande Beach Club is a contemporary tavern located on the beachfront of Sotogrande, offering grilled meat and seafood, rice dishes, and cocktails. Situated in an exclusive residential resort with a Balinese-style ambiance, this tranquil beach club provides a perfect setting for a day outing. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine from their wide selection of food options while relaxing by several pools or in the separate children's area.
A remarkable place to relax and enjoy life. The settings remind us of Dubai beach clubs, but the quality is much better. Even if you don't have time to enjoy the beach and pool, the restaurant is a must. It's one of the best in the area.
Stephen Daverio — Google review
Nice beach club and well decorated restaurant. Coffee is overpriced. I would visit next time just for the view. But not to eat.
Zhanna Dyachenko — Google review
Really lovely service and atmosphere here. And for the views, I’d say it’s very well-priced! Sushi was good too 🍣
Gemma Boothroyd — Google review
It’s nice. This is possibly one of the hardest places to evaluate as confusing how to?? Set in such beautiful grounds next to the beach. Great and super comfortable feel, no pretentiousness or bling bling. Receptionist was lovely but her colleague certainly seemed stressed. It appeals to every demographic and I think that is what is confusing? It is a resort and definitely not a ‘Beach Club’ with energy and zest. The music is just noise and does not add to the ambiance. The energy is low and certainly not any resemblance to a party feel. It is lethargic and will certainly appeal to some who enjoy relaxing and sunbathing. If you want a place to enjoy with high spirited friends and a beach club Ibiza music feel, this is definitely not the place. The food at the restaurant is OK, the burrata too salty, and service is good. Would return with friends for dinner but not an afternoon experience.
Darren AlpineBreaks — Google review
A unique atmosphere. The greenest grass, the high palm trees, the modern swimming pools, and the beach are making this place excellent. It is extremely expensive (40€ per sun bed, ~50€pp for food) but it is still worth it if you'll spend the whole day. Regarding the restaurant, the portions are very big and the variety is really good. All plates are delicious, and the only negative is the service. They are really slow, and just a few of them speak English.

Amazing beach and restaurant in one of the nicest e places around Marbella. Definitely recommended to go for the beach, to have a drink or even a nice paella. If you are around, visit it!

Fred BLONDET — Google review
Loved the place. Went there end May it wasn’t too crowded and everything was pretty and very well looked after. Lots of sun beds available and a few swimming pools. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Alberto, and spoiled us. The only thing to improve may be the menu as they are mainly serving sushi and I’m not a fun of rice. There could be more options, salads, deserts. Loved the cocktails though!

Each time we come here the service is a complete gamble - sadly the last few times have been bad and I am deeply disappointed with the service I received (or rather didn't receive!) yesterday. We waited over 30 minutes for our 3 drinks to arrive by the lounge chairs in the pool area and I had to chase the waiter to ask where our drinks were. We had indicated we wanted to have lunch as soon as we arrived but I was told they weren't serving lunch in the pool area at the moment and would need to eat inside. I asked for a table and was rudely told by a waiter to go to the reception to ask (even though there were empty tables everywhere). The receptionist brought me to a table but we had to move our own drinks from the pool area. We sat there for another 30+ mins, completely ignored by all staff despite us trying to get their attention to order. This is the second time in a row we have had an experience like this here. I looked around me and other people didn't seem to have the same issue - I am honestly beginning to wonder if it is discrimination for my ethnicity. We gave up, paid for our drinks and left. As we left, I told the receptionist we had been waiting to order food for over an hour and she looked at me blankly and shrugged. No apologies, nothing. If you are short staffed then you should manage your guests expectations. Let them know the wait times will be longer so we can choose to accept it or go somewhere else. Don't just waste peoples time like this. Such a shame because we enjoy bringing people here (when things work!) but after the treatment we received yesterday, I really don't want to come back.

I was quite disappointed with our experience at Trocadero today. Firstly, our initial drink order took around 15 minutes to arrive, after being seated for 15 minutes waiting for a waiter to take our order. When the food finally arrived after about 30 minutes, it was barely warm, and my meat was overcooked. Additionally, our sides were forgotten, and we had to remind the staff, which took an additional 7-10 minutes. Even a simple request for more bread took a while to fulfill. Overall, the service was poor, and the quality of the food was subpar. However, the lovely weather and views saved the day. Unfortunately, it seems that Trocadero has experienced a decline in quality lately, despite having visited multiple times in the past.

The service is nice, very friendly, but in general it can take really long time before you place your order

Lovely beach club with lots of sunbeds and a separate area for children! There are two adult pools and a large child’s pool. There isn’t much beach so it’s all about the pools! The cocktails are great but a tad pricey. Same with the food- it’s decent but a little overpriced in my opinion. However you are paying for the location, which is fabulous especially in the evenings! If you’re looking for somewhere with a romantic vibe- here is your place!

This is a super trendy and great place to visit! The restaurant has a fabulous seating area, right on the beach front, splendid sea views, with tables indoor as well as by swimming pool and frontline. Next to it they have Trocasia - Where you are welcome to have only drinks, rent hammocks, use the swimming pool. Fabulous staff. Great music. Great atmosphere, you'll want to go back!!

The restaurant, Restaurante Don Diego Sotogrande, offers an enjoyable dining experience. Despite the bad weather and low turnout, the food was exceptional with a unique blend of Japanese and Peruvian styles. They also provide a great vegan menu and kids menu. The dishes were fresh, hot, and paired well with Ribera wine. The staff were fantastic, and the two open kitchens added to the ambiance.
Super good food, the servive could bee more, il range it highly 😘

Ate here twice over the space of three or so days because the food was just that good! The sushi was delicious, be warned that the portions are large! The waiters were the most attentive we met in the area and the most personable too. They have two separate preparation areas, one in the front for the sushi and one towards the back for the rest of the food, you can see them hard at work. We ate outside for lunch on a day that they were quite quiet, there wasn’t much of an ambiance as there weren’t many other customers but we had no complaints as you’ve such gorgeous surroundings it made for a very relaxing lunch. We ate dinner inside and there was a lovely ambiance, intimate but not too quiet - would definitely serve well as a date night spot.

We went for an evening meal and I cannot fault anything. Weather was terrible so not many people were out but the food was excellent. Japanese/Peruvian style of food with a great vegan menu also for me and kids menu. Food was fresh, hot and we excellent Ribera wine. Staff were great and the 2 kitchens are fully open which I personally love. We ate inside as there was light rain but they have a lovely outside dining area right on the Sotogrande marina. Definitely go check it out !!!!

The really delicious restaurant in puerto de sotogrande. Most tasty seviche I ever eat. Roll crystal nikkei is too sweet for me. I tried balance this taste with lime or soy sauce. Soy sauce is better. Chinola was perfect end of supper. Greate place!

Juan the owner is constantly innovating and trying new dishes. The mix with Japaneses, Mexican and local produce mostly works very well. A place to go for sushi in Sotogrande.
Charles Gubbins (Charlie) — Google review
The whole place looks very nice on the outside and has a very varied menu to fit all the tastes, including vegetarian options. Unfortunately, those of us who got the vegetarian burger got a horrible stomach ache the next day. Also, when going to the bathroom, i saw cockroaches crawling around.

Bokana is a restaurant located in Sotogrande port, offering both indoor and outdoor seating with a unique style that catches the eye. The menu features a good selection of dishes, complemented by a fair wine list. Despite some comments about slow service, the food quality is highly praised, with dishes like shiitake mushrooms, shrimp salad, salmon, T-bone aged steak, tuna poke bowl and Thai salad receiving positive feedback. The staff is described as friendly and attentive.
Beautiful place with an amazing views. Food quality comparing to the price is spot on. I loved tuna poke bowl and thai salad. Staff is super friendly, altough they seem to forget things, but for me it doesn’t impact the overall score. 5 stars!

Slow service and mediocre food. The restaurant was half empty on a Sunday in October around 15:00 when we visited. We sat inside and the table and place mats were not clean and smelled like old dish rags. We ordered our food after picking up the menu QR code ourselves. After 50 minutes I complained and we got our food five minutes later… the restaurant was halp empty! We had croquetas (very poor and not warm), chicken wings cooked until they were soft like mashed potatoes in texture), the poke bowl (drenched in very salty soy sauce), the lupino (deep fried with a very odd aftertaste), the salmon (okay), and the cod (good). The servings are very small and most dishes are served in plastic bowls! We gave one additional star because the first waiter was okay. But just okay. We will obviously not go back - we live in Sotogrande and have many excellent options .

Situated in Sotogrande port (right side, under the bridge) you’ll come across various places to stop, eat and/or drink. Bokana have both indoor/outside seating. We decided to go to Sottogrande today just for the heck of it and went directly to the pier. Beautifully laid out and reminds me if Dubai and Aqaba, to a lesser extent. The menu was very pleasing and the quality of food was excellent. We ordered shitaki mushrooms and a shrimp salad for starters and Salmon and a T-bone aged steak for entree. Excellent food and a lovely setting underplayed the slowish service. Prices were extremely reasonable. The portions were really good and I took the photos after we started eating.

Very unfriendly and rude staff - our server never smiled and seemed annoyed. We didn‘t feel welcome at all, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. I asked for my hamburger meat to be well done, but it was still very pink inside and had no taste whatsoever. There’s a few positives - the croquetas and some other entrées were tasty, the decor of the restaurant is very stylish and clean. However, due to the bad service and lack of customer care (and ignoring special instructions) I definitely wouldn‘t recommend this place.
