Lofaki Bar Restaurant is located in Agios Nektarios, Kos Town, Greece. This restaurant offers takeout and outdoor seating with ample parking available. It also provides highchairs for families and is wheelchair accessible. Lofaki serves alcohol from a full bar and accepts various payment methods including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and digital payments. They offer free WiFi for customers along with the option to make reservations for private dining.
An incredibly great location with a magnificent view! The food is of top quality, but it has to be said that the wheel is not being reinvented here. The WOW effect did not materialize despite the great taste. The restaurant is in the slightly higher price range on Kos, but I would come again just for the view. In terms of finesse, work can still be done, then it would be perfect all round.

We went there for a romantic dinner with the hope of fine dining and breathtaking views of the beautiful Kos Island. The place is a bit outside of the town centre, but it's an advantage as the views from the restaurant are truly amazing! Staff members are customer-orientated and very professional. For dinner, we ordered a beef fillet stake and a lamb, and for a starter halloumi cheese, everything was so tasteful that it's hard to describe, you need to check it yourself. We were very impressed when at one stage live trumpet musician started to play just as the sun started to set down it completed the wow experience! Lofaki is a place to be when in Kos, so book a table and experience this gorgeous place. Thank you so much for a great time! Hope to visit you again, best of luck and keep on the high standard!

An amazing first night in Kos. The food here is perhaps 4/5, but the friendly family service and stellar view makes it an easy 5/5. Let me be clear as well our food standards are very high, and we had an amazing and delicious feast of Greek dips, bread, and cheeses. Local Kidonista wine was top.

Amazing 1st year wedding anniversary celebration!!!!!! the most Gorgeous view of the Sunset!!!! Had an amazing experience, at Lofaki restaurant. Was my 1st year wedding anniversary. Very romantic place to treat your misses. My wife was stunned. Staff very friendly and helpful, the view is just spectacular. The owner was very classy making the date special. Sorted out our taxi journeys at a very good price. The food was delicious. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant, best one in all of Kos!

Birthday meal for my daughter. The Hummus and jam and honey nest starters were delicious. We both had lamb chops, which were succulent. No room for a dessert. Thank you for the complimentary birthday drink. The taxi service booked for us was also excellent. We will certainly recommend and return

The owner and his family are kind and helpful! The best venue Ive ever seen. The wedding services are first class! The food is faultless! The beer us good! The views are beautiful! The staff are brilliant! This venue will do everything they can to make your visit special. Everytime we visit Kos, we come to Lofaki.

I proposed to my girlfriend on Saturday evening at this amazing restaurant. The owner Vasilis and his staff made sure the proposal went perfectly and me, my partner and little boy had the most incredible evening. The food, venue and service were impeccable- add the breathtaking scenery to the occasion and it’s a night we will never ever forget. If you are looking to propose to your partner I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Or just for a beautiful romantic evening meal with your partner, family or friends this restaurant will not disappoint. Thank you again Vasilis and Lofaki for the most special evening and one that will never be forgotten.

The owners are very considerate and stopped to see if we were OK on our motorbike. The views across the North of the island are spectacular. You can also see The Bodrum peninsular.

This place is absolutely amazing. The restaurant set up a transfer from Kos in pretty car and with a nice driver. The restaurant itself is just stunning, that view is spectacular! We have paid extra 20€ for the view table and it was absolutely worth it. I recommend to reserve this better table. The staff there is great, our waiter was very kind, funny and talkative in a good way. When it came to that gold 20 min of sunset he took a very nice pictures of us. They are obviously used to it so waiters know how to make pretty pics. Food is really really good and we enjoyed every bite of it. Especially steak was very good prepared. Wine is also perfect. We had 3 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, 4 glasses of wine and water and we paid 135€ so prices are very nice. At the end we have got shots of ouzo with coffee liquor. After we said it was surprisingly good we got another ones 😄 This place is very romantic so you can experience here someones birthday or anniversary or marriage proposal 😁 or better you can set up those special moments here ❤️. Thank you for this amazing evening guys, you are doing your job very well, love you!

Let’s cut to the chase: location is excellent but food pretty appalling. Beautiful location and excellent place to see the sunset, but let me warn you about the food in advance. I wish they would just serve good honest local food if they couldn’t master the art of pretentious fine dining. The food is so bad that I couldn’t finish them. The prawn Saganaki was too salty, the salmon carpaccio not fresh, the mushroom was cold, my steak was overcooked. Service was also pretty average. They were nice but couldn’t care much about your dining experience. Limited wine selection! It is such a shame, it could be a much better experience. Food 5/10, ambience 9/10, service 6/10, value for money 7/10.

Wow. What a fantastic location to watch the sun go down. The food is really good and the service excellent. The owner will order a return taxi to get you there. (Ours cost £35 from Psalidi) it's a way out but definitely worth the effort. We were given a table with unobstructed views. It was suggested we wait to order until the sun had set and to enjoy a drink whilst watching. This was an excellent suggestion. Our waiter was friendly without being overly familiar and very knowledgeable about the menu. He even offered to take photos of us. The food is excellent. Very tasty. The location is just perfect. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great time. The food was amazing! The garden is beautiful and the view breathtaking! Also the personnel is so kind. We had lunch in the shade, but asked if we could have our coffee in the sun. They put tables in the garden so we could enjoy the flowers even more. If we return to Kos, this will be our first stop!
Jolien Prooth — Google review
We had our wedding here in August 23. Despite having a small amount of guests (25) the atmosphere was perfect and the views stunning. Staff were great, food and views amazing and I am so glad I took a risk of booking without seeing it, it was perfect.
Billie Barlow — Google review
It would be tough for me to decide what was more beautiful, the food or the view. This meal was one of the highlights of my 10 days in Kos. The food was incredible, so so so worth the money, staff were fantastic and the view was just breathtaking. Would highly recommend just for the food but if you can, please go at sunset, it’s a meal I will never forget.

Elia is situated in the narrow streets of the Historic District of Kos, within a refurbished and aged structure from 1890. The spot is enriched with classic elements and antique decor to uphold its historical charm, providing guests with a nostalgic ambiance. Elia eatery is well-known for its assortment of delicious Greek appetizers known as mezedes, paired perfectly with ouzo and accompanied by friendly companions.
We visited as a group of five and we were very impressed with everything! The decor is traditional and rustic which we really liked. The drinks selection was great we had the red and white wine and the cocktails. The cocktails were very unique both of them were really tasty. To start we had the cheese balls and for mains we had the moussaka, lamb and squid risotto all of them were beautiful. Our favourite was the lamb it was so tender and the sauce so spiced and flavourful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return if in Kos again!

Nice restaurant with tasty food. Visited it with wife. Best seafood salad we have tried at Kos and great potatoes. We had big expectations for it, especially for olives therefore not 5 stars. Name of restaurant Olive, but for our taste olives were not so good. Olive triangles were good for my taste, wife didn't liked them. Overall if you choose right dishes worth visiting.
Andrejs L — Google review
An incredibly professional team served us a delicious family friendly dinner. But there was a little bit of Greek charm missing compared to some of the other meals we have enjoyed in Kos. I realized very quickly that I maybe should have gone home and put some trousers on as this is a "nice" restaurant not the sort of place that I felt comfortable stepping off the beach into. On top of that It's very early in the season and dining with a 5 year old often means we are the first sat down in a restaurant. The airy garden conservatory immediately charmed the little one, she took her seat and played as we decided what to eat. We ordered too much and it was all delicious. I didn't realize the kebabs would be served with fries and for me that doesn't feel right when you have also ordered taboulé and potatoes. Our waiter probably should have told us we ordered too much. The beef liver was excellent and a huge portion. The taboulé and cheese balls were banging. The meatballs and pork kebab lacked a bit of seasoning and depth to my palet but everything was well cooked. The wine list looked good but we opted for the house wine, which went down too well so we had to order another carafe. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints. A big clean restaurant with a very professional team. I just missed a tiny bit of charm and attention that some of the other kos restaurants have afforded us on your Stay.

Excellent food, nice location and kind staff. Great experience! Just order a view starters instead of a main meal, perfect to share with your family and friends. It's worth to try as much as possible.

Good atmosphere, delicious food. They have assorted souvlaki that you can have all pork, lamb, and chicken in one plate. Pork chop is also great, has a lot of portion.

Perfect food!!! Heaven is a place on earth 🥰 I've tried many restaurants on whole Kos island and this one is really the best! You won't regret, I promise! Plus beautiful garden, lovely service and normal prices! We were full anh happy and paid only 43 euros. Love this place!

Best meal I've had in Kos. Went for a selection of mezes - smoked (cheese) saganaki, aunt's chicken (chicken with paprika, bacon, and ouzo), and aubergine rolls (filled with tomatoes and feta). Simply delicious - would highly recommend. Staff very nice also and food selection was based on their recommendations 😊

Good tasty food. I've ordered Elias salad, olive triangles and "billet doux"(which is melted feta cheese with peppers and tomatoes, it's spicy not a little spicy), and retsina wine which is better than house white wine

Lovely atmosphere in the garden, not too loud and amazing food. I tried the olive parcels which was really nice and the hummus which was also really good. The highlight was definitely the tomato, homey cinnamon lamb which was absolutely beautiful. Must go to if you are in Kos!!

Easily one of the best meals of my life. My friend and I ordered multiple dishes to share, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The garden seating in the back was lovely, and our server was kind and attentive.

My partner and I came across this charming place last night on our first night of holiday in Kos. The food was exceptionally good, the wine flowed and the staff were friendly. We ended up there again this evening, as it seems that there is nowhere to eat in Kos in April, apart from the touristic "fast-food" outlets. Yet again we enjoyed a splendid meal, good wine and great service. The value for money is great: 5 dishes and a couple of carafes of wine for less than €50! A* no wonder it's full of locals! Ευχαριστώ πολύ! Γειά μας!

Great place for Greek meat dishes. We had a couple of starters and a few mains and they were all very tasty and full of flavour. Mixed souvlaki was delicious especially Lamb. Very unusual but you should definitely try.

We can confirm all the good comments which you can find on the internet for this restaurant. It was super delicious, everything we had was great. Especially all of the waiters were very nice. The restaurant feels very authentic. They have a very sweet garden which you will not expect when you stay in front of it. If you wanna have a great greek experience you should go here.

Bread and olives+olive paste is on the house, we ordered the saganaki cheese and aubergines with Feta, a grilled squid as a main to share and yogurt with honey as dessert. Everything was delicious and the quantity was more than enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful, also the house wine is very good. An extra star for the mosquito's spray ❤️

Very nice place with amazing food! The baklava is made by their Greek mother and definitely worth a try. It is a big piece and fills you quickly. (in Dutch we call it "machtig") Definitely recommend coming here.

Lovely, traditional Greek taverna! When on my family holiday to kos, we ate here many times and never had a bad meal! The food was cooked using high quality, fresh ingredients and the atmosphere was a family and friendly feel. The menu offered a wide range of choice, with grilled meats, fish, pasta, specialty dishes and traditional Greek cuisine. Would highly recommend this taverna if you want to experience the traditional tastes of the island.

Situated in a fully restored Venetian Villa with an outdoor garden and a stunning view of the sea, Arena restaurant is regarded as one of the top dining establishments in Kos. Offering a menu inspired by various Greek dishes, it takes its guests on a vibrant journey of flavors and an extensive range of Mediterranean cuisine aromas. All dishes are prepared using only high-quality ingredients. The seafood here is exceptionally delectable, representing some of the best I have tasted recently.
We recommend this place soooo much! We had the special which was the lamb in rosemary sauce ..... The waiters were so attentive.... Smiling and positive .... The garlic bread plate was fantastic.... It came with olives and a tomato sauce.... We got a chef salad to share.... All in it was a perfect meal... We got the house wine that was really good... We went there after we went to the open air theater..... ( We recommend that too). We were on vacation but it felt like a date night....thanks to the terrific people and food.

Excellent food. Stifado is the best we've tasted on the island. The orange cake is also superb. The service was attentive without being in your face. Beautiful surroundings with fragrant pots of various herbs being grown around the tables which are used in the cooking. Great wine too & a steal at €7.50 for 0.5l Such a lovely location. A beautiful place to enjoy fabulous food in a gorgeous building/garden. The owner/waiter is a great chap. We would highly recommend eating here. Please leave your phones on silent and enjoy the night.

If you're looking for delicious food, friendly staff and a warm atmosphere, Stadium is the place to be in Kos! The food is delicious and homemade. The service is perfect, the waiters always have a friendly attention. The setting is relaxed and beautiful at the same time. Wonderful address. I ate there 5 times in 7 days! I recommend it 100%. Thanks again! PS : I recommend the chicken souvlaki and of course a baklava for the dessert 😍
Dall'Aglio Célia — Google review
The building is beautiful and warm. But that's about it. If you fancy bland starters that are most likely products of deep freeze and the most basic-uninspired salad you can imagine this is the place for you. The menu is very limited, it doesn't mention anything about wine and if you are naive enough to order one you ll get water with some wine in it. The only positive is that you won't pay much for a shameful dining experience maybe because the portions are half of what they should be.
George Tsikrikas — Google review
By far the best restaurant on the whole island Kos, we ate here nearly every evening- the foods are authentic, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is beautiful, and so on.. thanks a lot for this great experience. We will remember this for a long time.

Platanos restaurant, located in the historical Platanos square of Kos Town, has a fascinating past. Since 1979, this establishment has been serving customers in a restored Venetian building dating back to 1935. This building once served as the headquarters for Italian officers during World War II. Offering a diverse menu filled with Mediterranean and Greek dishes, Platanos specializes in seafood and meat-based options.
This is a lovely place to sit, with an amazing view of the plane tree. The menu here offers a lot more modern foods (more vegan options, salads, brunch items), making it unique to other places around here. The staff are lovely and I would definitely recommend this restaurant

Outstanding. Before arrival fantastic service, wonderful hosts fantastic food. A little more expensive than the restaurants nearby but superior product and worth every penny. Spent a very enjoyable 4 hours. Music was lovely.
Sarah Lennox — Google review
The Veal cheek and goat cheese brûlée were outstanding. The vibe in the evening was also lovely, pretty quite, live music on the square. Good selection of wines and coktails. There’s some questionable stuff on the menue, just pick the nice stuff and you’re good to go, and avoid the touristy American dishes. There’s quite a few couples that picked just that (burgers and cesar salads), when the menue had so much more to offer!

Platanos Restaurant opened on 1979 in the historical Platanos square, between the perennial Hippocrates tree, Lotzias mosque, the Italian headquarter and the ancient agora. It has been accommodated in an old Italian building of 1935's that during the Italian domination used to be, Officers Club and it has been renovated recently. From early in the morning on the ancient agora view side, long drinks, coffees and sweets are served. On the other part where you can see Hippocrates tree you can taste dishes, always based on fresh raw materials, seafood, meat and vegetables from our Mediterranean and Greek creative kitchen. Kitchen opens from 12 o'clock in the evening for lunch. During the night you can enjoy your dinner except downstairs also on the ‘’secret balcony’’ with the panoramic view of ancient Agora and Neratzia Castle. Dinner is served accompanied by live music. Except dinner you can enjoy till late your drink or a cocktail always with the quality that Platanos is known about .

A lovely cafe near Kos Town Castle. The atmosphere is great and relaxing. A good choice to have some snacks and a coffee under a historical building. It is also nice to have a break under tints at noon time.
Sibel C — Google review
I have a simple rule when I travel: - I do not visit a restaurant twice; after all there is only limited amount of food one could eat, and I usually only eat once a day. However, this restaurant is an exception, for I visited here twice during my visit to Kos. This restaurant faces the Hippocrates Tree: the place where they have live popular music in the evenings. This restaurant offers European style of cuisine with a Greek twist. It’s beautiful and romantic with all the lights lit up in the evening. The main focus is of course the food. I would highly recommend the crab cake, the grilled octopus was cooked really well as starters. The seafood risotto was amazing: the sweetness of the seafood, in generous proportion, well balanced with the risotto being al dente (not something the Greek are good at, I am afraid to say). The steak I had on my second visit was the best steak I had in Kos during my trip. The Mille-feuille for our dessert was a creative experience from the chef - playful and rebellious. It was fruity and creamy but without losing the puffiness and crunchiness of the pastry. They also serve Sigalas - Assyrtiko from Santorini which I highly recommend. This is one fine dining experience I had in Kos with solid standard of food, excellent service without any air of pretentiousness. Great music and ambience and these are the reasons that I returned to this restaurant again despite my “no more than once rule”. Some say this restaurant is a bit pricey than the others, but I would say it offers far better value for money than most other restaurants I visited with a slightly lower price tag. It is all about value for money to me and this restaurant is well worth your money. Food 9/10, ambience 9/10, service 8.5/10, value for money 9/10. What a gem and well deserved to be on my saved list of restaurants.
