Boating was fun !! Clean area around the lake.... Food stalls are there...

Visited while in hurry to reach Vyara. It was almost 7pm. Wasn't able to explore much. Liked the places to eat near the lake and hotels. Would visit someday.

It's wonderful experience too visit lake... Humadity makes more beautiful. We visited in rainy atmosphere. We enjoyed a lot. Near places are also nice. 😍😍 I would love to visit again.

Awsome place..Very refreshing views of Lake.. Also there are many activities near the lake..Boating is main attraction here..There is one train in which they take us on round trip on road..This was very different experience and very economical also..

It's so amazing lake. Cold Breeze around. Boating is very good experience. Food and tea all around. Ample parking area. So neat and clean. One can get to see decorative lighting at night. Must visit place.

Pleasant view but boating experience was not good for solo person. But with a family of 4 or 6 will get a good condition paddle boat to enjoy the ride in Lake. Activities near Lake are good and variety of food options available.

Very beautiful place for weekend.

Saputara Lake is the heart of Saputara. Mainly Pedal boats are there, and normal boats are also available. We took the pedal boat as they were in a better condition. Timing is from 8am to 7pm I will suggest visiting the lake in the morning (if u have a single day trip) to avoid the harsh sun. During the evening we mostly visit to see the sunset so it will not be manageable, better to go in morning itself. But if u have 2 evenings then go boating on 1st evening as Lake during evening is mesmerizing! Charges are fixed around 100 per head There are many small shops for refreshments around boating ticket counter where you can try lemon soda, tea etc. Kids games and entertainment is available over here. (2 seater decorated cycle for adults is preferable to ride here as compared to table point, since the road is plain in Boating club area.)

You can get boating facility here. Rs. 300 for 4 seater self pedal boats for 30 min. Pedalling Person with boats are also available. Food court is also available here. Night view is also fabulous.

Beautiful, calm, serene despite being a man made lake. Can be crowded with revellers boating as well as hordes flicking the surrounding garden, but a foggy weekday eve in monsoons or winter and you can find yourself lucky to have it all for yourself.

Hill station,you can go for boating, also adventures sports activities.You can visit acquarium for that you have to buy entry tickets at a minimum cost.You can also buy strawberries in streets at a very low cost.Most suited time to visit in Summer. Beautiful place to visit with family and friends.

The museum and huge and requires sufficient time to visit. Also, photography and videos are not allowed. However, a lot of educational and informative stuff can be found here regarding the local tribal community. Not an extraordinary place compared to huge city museums but a must visit from an educational perspective.

I visited the museum today in 2023, hoping for a great historical experience, but I was disappointed. The museum's maintenance was poor, with water leaks and damaged tiles. Honestly, there wasn't anything captivating that you couldn't already find in books. I'd recommend considering other attractions instead.

As the name suggests, it is point to witness the beautiful moment of sun setting down. The shades of different colours appearing on the sky is mesmerizing. Also the aerial view of lake and the town visible from this point is awesome. There are two ways to reach the sunset point, one is through ropeway (which starts from Table point) and other one is by climbing up on the hill. It is almost close to 1 km strenuous climb, the vehicles are not allowed except for the bikes which are provided by the locals on chargeable basis (they charge Rs 100 one way). There are few stalls where water and food are available. For children, there are few recreational stuff such as RC cars, horse rides, etc. There is no entry charge if one decides to climb up while travel through ropeway is chargeable. It is located on height and we can only go by a walk by hiking on the hill. It will take some time. The view is amazing from there.

Pls don't go there by rope way. Pls don't waste your time & money to come here as Govt Construction work is in progress at present. After reaching at the opposite end, there is restriction to go out. You will not be allowed to go till Sunset point. They are running rope way only to benefit few food stalls here. There is no point visiting here till the time construction is over. They should actually stop running rope way business tilln construction is over. Tourists are misguided. If you want to visit sunset point, go by road till Toran Ambika hotel of Gujarat tourism. There is parking available at this place. From here you can go by walking to sunset point. But this is advised for those only who can walk on steep heel.

Beautiful place to visit and use Ropway to reach there.

If you reach there, it is amazing but first you have to reach there. There is a inclined climbing of atleast a km before you reach the top. BTW if you want to go to trolley, this is the same way. Cars are stopped below and then a inclined walk of almost a km to reach the top. You can take a small self driven scooter for 100/- to reach the top and Rs.50/- if you want to come down on it. It is a good point and worth to go. Be fit and save money.

Saputara is nice hill station in Gujarat. For staying many Hotels available. Lake is nice for boating, quiet and calm. Sunrise point and Sunset points are worth to visit. Good attraction is Rope way - But avoid going after 6 pm. Nageshwar mahadev and Nawagam Ganesh temple is also good. Wonderful experience for 2-3 days outing.

On going construction at this time (28 December 2023) , a long steep hill to climb but there are people on whose motorcycles u can sit and go for some fare, the point to reach by walking makes u tired, approx 1Km long walk, the point is good but

Very good view for sunset. You can opt for ropeway or you have to climb from parking.I personally recommend that if you are young and capable climb the way as there are very good view in the way too. Also the inclination of road is more so it will be fun and challenging. I went in November so as per time I started from 5pm and was the best time, you can advise your time according to season

Nice view of Sunset point in Saputara. It is on the hill, after car parking you need to walk for 1 km. Rental bikes are also available at 100 Rs. For bikes for 2 people, one-way charges.

There is a roadway to the point however no vehicles are allowed. There are some private bike riders who take you to the top for 50/100 Rs. ( Bargaining helps ) Best spot in Saputara to witness Sunset :)

Could reach there only after the sunset. Even at that time, the view was really good. You have to cover around 1 km by foot to reach the top. There is provision for bike rental which costs around 150 to and fro. Construction work was going on when I went.

Best point to see the sunset at Saputara, road is nice but the construction is going on and there is no.proper place to sit and enjoy sunset. Also one need to walk for 1km around or hire a local bike as cars are not allowed from certain point.

One of the good places for Saputara visit. SUNSET point is good but the way to there is a bit rough, your vehicles doesn't go to the top. You have to walk for a Kilometre but you can get 2 wheeler moped on rent.

In one word ... Fantastic. When you enter the temple premise you will feel divine as the place is serene and the temple is well-built with greenary surrounding and lake beside. Both the days in Saputara we as a family started the day worshipping Bolenath in the morning.

A small beautiful peaceful place to relax. There's a pathway from the lake garden leading upto the temple which is a nice way to reach this place.

Nageshwar Mahadev Temple is famous location in Saputara. Its small but beautiful and peaceful location. Situated near Bank of Lake Saputara it's very photogenic location in morning time. Even though sma temple, it's maintained and has ample parking space available. Everyone should visit on there tour to Saputara.

The Nageshwar Mahadev Temple is situated very close to the Lake Garden in Saputara. It is a calm, clean, green and spiritual place dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva. There are some steps leading up to the platform where there is a small Nandi bull sitting outside the sanctum in which there is a lingam. The lingam is protected by the hood of a stone snake. The temple has a beautiful stone carved ceiling and is surrounded by many plants and an old peepul tree. We got nice spiritual vibes at the temple.

Visited again within a month. Had excellent darshan of SHIVJI in the month of Shravan. No crowd, no hassle, just me and god almighty. Bless all. HAR HAR MAHADEV

A small, peaceful temple with a lake view. There was nobody here when we visited (March 26, 2021) It has a great energy, there is a lake-facing seat beside the temple that I could spend hours on just soaking in the view and energy.

Good place to get some unique collections of ornaments, showpiece, paintings which are handmade and inspired by local culture..Person who is making and handling this place is very humble and knowledgeable..

Currently this place is closed due to rain moisture. The canvas painting and bamboo things get spoiled due to the moisture. Will open in mid September, so we couldn't see the art work. But I'm sure the art work must be really amazing. Hopefully I will be able to visit the artist village in the winters.

Went to check out the local artist work here ( pottery, jewelry, bags, etc.). The artwork was beautiful, however, the prices are fairly high if you plan to buy anything there

Artist village can be mentioned as a place that matkets hand crafted items. The items varies from ear rings to statues. You can have a view or purchase ear rings, rings, key chains, paintings, frames, arts, wooden statues, clay idols, etc. Nice place to visit, a sad thing is that the place has very low no of visitors. These people should be appreciated really, but we, the society, are not..!!

This place has some amazing art work ranging from painting to handcrafted work. I had the opportunity to meet the artist who owns the place. If you love art, you gotta visit the place.

Nice place to spend time for art lovers.It is a small place where they hold various art workshops.The art work is displayed like a gallery.There are small jewellery and artifacts kept for sale at reasonable prices as memorabilia.

If I ever get a chance to go back to Saputara, I will spend time at Artist Village as much as possible. I want to learn all the beautiful things they make. Especially the ones made from paper. Its sad to know that not many tourists visit this place. Its a rather beautiful place to see some traditional art forms that are struggling to survive.
