Saputara Lake is a serene man-made reservoir that offers plenty of opportunities for recreation, including boating and relaxing in tree-shaded areas. The lake is surrounded by picturesque landscapes and provides a clean environment for visitors to enjoy. There are several food stalls nearby where one can grab a quick meal or snack, as well as hotels in close proximity to the lake.
🌄 Lake + Garden + Boating ⛵ ✨ Saputara Lake is the perfect destination for quality family time during the monsoon 🌧️. It's enveloped by lush trees 🌳, and both the lake and garden are well-maintained 🍃. Boating 🚣 is also an option here at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend trying it out. Enjoy a memorable day surrounded by nature at this lovely spot! 🤗 🌄 At sunset, the atmosphere becomes truly enchanting ✨, and you'll find the lake view to be particularly captivating. It's a great time to enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. 🌌

Pleasant view but boating experience was not good for solo person. But with a family of 4 or 6 will get a good condition paddle boat to enjoy the ride in Lake. Activities near Lake are good and variety of food options available.

Saputara Lake is the heart of Saputara. Mainly Pedal boats are there, and normal boats are also available. We took the pedal boat as they were in a better condition. Timing is from 8am to 7pm I will suggest visiting the lake in the morning (if u have a single day trip) to avoid the harsh sun. During the evening we mostly visit to see the sunset so it will not be manageable, better to go in morning itself. But if u have 2 evenings then go boating on 1st evening as Lake during evening is mesmerizing! Charges are fixed around 100 per head There are many small shops for refreshments around boating ticket counter where you can try lemon soda, tea etc. Kids games and entertainment is available over here. (2 seater decorated cycle for adults is preferable to ride here as compared to table point, since the road is plain in Boating club area.)
Ramay Rajeev — Google review
You can get boating facility here. Rs. 300 for 4 seater self pedal boats for 30 min. Pedalling Person with boats are also available. Food court is also available here. Night view is also fabulous.
Rahul Jagtap — Google review
Beautiful, calm, serene despite being a man made lake. Can be crowded with revellers boating as well as hordes flicking the surrounding garden, but a foggy weekday eve in monsoons or winter and you can find yourself lucky to have it all for yourself.

The museum and huge and requires sufficient time to visit. Also, photography and videos are not allowed. At a distance of 1 km from Saputara Bus Station, Saputara Tribal Museum. Established in 1970, this museum was built in order to portray the life history and the methods used by the Dang tribe in particular, but it also represents the culture of Bhils, Kunbis, Gamits, and Warlis amongst other tribal communities of the region. This unique museum has gained importance due to the large number of interesting artefacts and handicrafts put on display here.

A tribal museum located near circular junction in Saputara and is a must visit. The interior is simple, but a little bit dusty. It houses tribal artifacts, paintings etc. The entry fee is a small fee and an additional fee for photography. One can visit a small aquarium and grab a bite at the eateries nearby. However, it needs to be maintained.

I visited the museum today in 2023, hoping for a great historical experience, but I was disappointed. The museum's maintenance was poor, with water leaks and damaged tiles. Honestly, there wasn't anything captivating that you couldn't already find in books. I'd recommend considering other attractions instead.

Great Place For Viewing Sunset, I Went Through Rope Way From Table Land Point And Experience Was Amazing, There Are Shops There For Snacks, If U Are Going There Directly By Car Then U Have To Walk Around 1 K.m To Go There Best Way Is Go By Rope Way From Table Land Point.

As the name suggests, it is point to witness the beautiful moment of sun setting down. The shades of different colours appearing on the sky is mesmerizing. Also the aerial view of lake and the town visible from this point is awesome. There are two ways to reach the sunset point, one is through ropeway (which starts from Table point) and other one is by climbing up on the hill. It is almost close to 1 km strenuous climb, the vehicles are not allowed except for the bikes which are provided by the locals on chargeable basis (they charge Rs 100 one way). There are few stalls where water and food are available. For children, there are few recreational stuff such as RC cars, horse rides, etc. There is no entry charge if one decides to climb up while travel through ropeway is chargeable. It is located on height and we can only go by a walk by hiking on the hill. It will take some time. The view is amazing from there.
Rock Buddy — Google review
Pls don't go there by rope way. Pls don't waste your time & money to come here as Govt Construction work is in progress at present. After reaching at the opposite end, there is restriction to go out. You will not be allowed to go till Sunset point. They are running rope way only to benefit few food stalls here. There is no point visiting here till the time construction is over. They should actually stop running rope way business tilln construction is over. Tourists are misguided. If you want to visit sunset point, go by road till Toran Ambika hotel of Gujarat tourism. There is parking available at this place. From here you can go by walking to sunset point. But this is advised for those only who can walk on steep heel.
Jagdish Thadani — Google review
Beautiful place to visit and use Ropway to reach there.
Shahid Ahmad — Google review
If you reach there, it is amazing but first you have to reach there. There is a inclined climbing of atleast a km before you reach the top. BTW if you want to go to trolley, this is the same way. Cars are stopped below and then a inclined walk of almost a km to reach the top. You can take a small self driven scooter for 100/- to reach the top and Rs.50/- if you want to come down on it. It is a good point and worth to go. Be fit and save money.
Salim Kaydawala — Google review
The best view comes after the hardest climb.” “Stop staring at mountains. Climb them instead, yes, it's a harder process but it will lead you to a better view.”really it is very calm place that you can come for meditation

The serene atmosphere and cool breeze make it a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of sightseeing. There are a few small shops and vendors selling snacks and beverages near the Sunset Point, so you can enjoy some refreshments while taking in the view. Additionally, there are a few benches and seating areas where you can sit and enjoy the view at your leisure. The Nageshwar Mahadev Temple is situated very close to the Lake Garden in Saputara. It is a calm, clean, green and spiritual place dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva. There are some steps leading up to the platform where there is a small Nandi bull sitting outside the sanctum in which there is a lingam. The lingam is protected by the hood of a stone snake. The temple has a beautiful stone carved ceiling and is surrounded by many plants and an old peepul tree. We got nice spiritual vibes at the temple.
