It call Nagoya Hill Mall. U can get all ur needs here especially if u wanna buy a souvenir. Everything is in here from supermarket, mobile phone, restaurants, merchandise shop. Only 1 thing, ehailing cant pick up u at the entrance coz they dont allow, only taxi can.

It's huge but as a visitor the things on offer doesn't seem that interesting. There are plenty of food options however the options itself may seem quite repetitive. There is a huge hardware store and supermarket which can be of interest as they have some items that are cheaper there compared to Singapore.

I enjoyed the following things in Nagoya Shopping Mall: 1. Watching movie at Cinema 21 2. Shopping at the huge hypermart in the ground floor. 3. Tasting Layer cakes. 4. Shopping at the multiple stores in the mall. 5. Having Indonesian food at the several restaurants available in the mall. The outside of the mall does not look very pleasant. There are a lot of people sitting and smoking, mostly taxi drivers waiting for a pick-up. The mall has a good rated taxi queue as well. It costed 60,000 idr to be dropped off at Harbour Bay.

Mall, hypermart, food court,.. close to Nagoya hill hotel one area shopping n living,.. ace hardware,.. place to find something to buy,.. whiskey, beer, jackets, food, fruit, juice, indonesian food,. Accessories, etc

A very local mall with very affordable food options at the top level of the mall. There is a supermarket too for your grocery need.

One of the biggest mall / shopping plaza in Batam. Lots of nearby hotels. Very popular for tourist shopping destination. You could find gifts, branded shirts, bags and wallets with different grades and prices. This mall is usually very crowded in the weekend.

Very average, if u r looking for duplicate everything you can visit . Waste of time in my opinion.

We went on a 15th so there were many people praying there. There's a eateries next to the carpark, but only 1 stall is vegetarian food. The rest are dessert n drinks stalls or other food stalls. The veg stall was not open on the day we went.

Just like other religious places, this temple brings peacefulness in our mind when we are there. This temple will be flooded by people during specific occasions. Not only a place for prayer, it offers much more than that. We can see and learn things. I always feel cozy when being in a religious place like this temple.

Morning walk well spent. Garden and temple is well maintained. There is also a row of stalls where we can order food. The bakuteh has a generous serving of liver, “papas” (coagulated blood) with texture same as soft tofu.

Place for worship. Peaceful and with a small garden with some statues and a koi pond. People are friendly and helpful too.

This place of worship has been around for more than 50 years. I will drop by whenever I visit batam. It is located in the Winsor area. I stayed in Swissbel Hotel harbourbay. The taxi ride to this Chinese temple is estimated at +- 20 minutes. Then again, all depends on the road traffic too.

Extremely quiet place to put down and leave behind all the stress, troubles, and worries. A relatively good place to visit either for sightseeing or for praying. Not sure if it is due to Friday while we are visiting, the place is empty which makes it easy to pray, meditate, and take photos. However, they are renovating this place at the moment so a number of infrastructure thus limited access to some of the places.

One of the most important religious places in Batam, Indonesia to visit. The statues are really awesome. You can see a lot of people coming here to worship the god. You can see three main statues of Buddha inside the temple and the place is very clean. The cleaners clean it often. Also, you can chill near to the pond with a lot of color fishes.

A peaceful place of worship for Buddhists and Taoists and also who love exploring confucianism principles. There are many statues of figures in Buddhism and Taoism. There are also small ponds with pretty koi fishes and turtles. The principal statues inside the temple are three Buddhas - Buddha of past, present and future. Though some parts of the complex are still under renovation process, it's still worth exploring. The caretaker was telling there would be many rituals especially during CNY, we were not fortunate. Even if it's not a place of your beliefs, I recommend visiting it for the peacefulness and grandness of the compound. It's near Grand Batam Mall.

Gr8 place to visit, very spiritual and tranquil. A good place to reflect on life, past and present.

Its a good place for prayers. In this temple, you can find Tua Pek Kong. Behind this temple, it's near to a buddhist temple. If you are a buddhist/taoist, you can make your prayers in this temple.

One of the more prominent Chinese temple in Batam. A must visit if you are in batam for sightseeing and/or praying. Was there during weekdays so it was not crowded and quite tranquil

It was closed by the time I went but looks very beautiful from outside, really wish I had the opportunity of going in.

Great chinese temple to visit if you are in batam. Worth the visit. They are expanding. Some expansion going on but not affecting your visit. God bless all the vistors. 🙏

Huge temple 👍 and some part still under renovation

This temple is located at Nagoya area and it is worth visiting! It is also popularly known as Tua Pek Kong temple by the locals. It is very huge, and I particularly like the design of the temple, which is very spacious, airy and well-ventilated! It is very beautiful with many lanterns and huge josssticks outside the temple providing a magnificent view! It is also very serene inside the temple. There is a well kept and beautifully landscaped little garden beside the temple.

Beautiful temple! Good for relaxing and chilling. Right beside the temple there’s shop selling bak kut teh. Really amazing. Would recommend! This bak kut teh is better than many in sg/Malaysia! Try it, you won’t regret!!! Many thanks to the lady boss for whipping up such delicious food! Try this you won’t regret :)

Good place to get petai beans, Indonesia avocado 🥑, ginger, ginger powder etc... different stalls selling different prices. Be sure to go around the pasar compare prices 1st, before u decide on a stall to buy. Grand Batam mall is just across the road.

Good range of local supplies, grocery items, combination of wet and dry market. Available of local delicacies and snacks. Recommend to stopover for getting snacks and dried seafood.

It’s a local wet market where you can get fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits and many cook food stalls and dried food. There are many other wholesale shops around the market too where you can get their local snacks and other daily stuff like bags, shoes, stationeries and children’s toy to name a few. Do try their Chinese stir fried carrot cake it’s yummy!

Busy fresh local wet market with many hustling vendors. Reasonably priced items and good for a walk around this market.

I think this place not to be missed and a must visit place if you come to Batam! Why, because you can get first hand experience of the local culture and the lifestyle of local peoples. The food stalls by the market sell many delicious and cheap local foods! There are also many shops by the wet market selling many local produce, dried sea produce, crackers and souvenirs. Inside the central of the market is where you get fishes, meat and vegetables. I feel Penuin is the best place to stay because of this market, and there are many good hotels nearby too,like Aston Gideon, Artotel..Grand Batam Mall and A2 food courts also within walking distance from here..Besides, there are many massage shops around here providing authentic and good massage.

A place to get all your dried goods and crackers. We went to one of the shops (refer to photo) the staff was a bit pushy to ask us to buy their stuff, but the stuff there was pretty expensive. For example, one packet of lobster cracker is S$5. Some shop selling S$2.50. Overall, prefer to shop at "SNACK HOUSE 98" because there are more varieties to choose from. For both dried goods and crackers, free sample to try. And the staffs there are very friendly, most of them know how to communicate in Hokkien if your Malay words are limited. Anchovy is about 500g S$9 if I remember correctly.

Experience how a real market should be - As local as it gets. The smell, sights and the sound. Hawkers selling their fruits, vegetable, seafood and meat, all in a single stretch under this roof. You can grab your breakfast there before your wet market run. Interesting even if you're not planning to buy anything.

Almost 90% Singaporean.... Mall has plenty of restaurants, nice and clean.... Aespa newly opened free months ago just outside the mall has fantastic services !! Must try!!

One of the better mall for high end product or retail goods. Problem is crossing the road if you coming from nearby hotel. No traffic light in sight. Good thing is the mall security guard is very nice. He help mall customers to cross the road by stopping the vehicles and walking with you. Very nice guy. Hope the mall recognise his efforts.

Visited the mall on 18 Apr 23 @ 1120 hrs. A modern mall with many retail shops, eatery & cafe. If you are a vegetarian lover, there are 2 stalls selling vegetarian food. One at basement selling local food at a very affordable price, did not try the food but look delicious. The other one is at level 4 selling vegetarian Vietnamese cuisine, food is nice and price is very affordable. Recommended.

Huge mall with many restaurants and shops. Many people here when we were there. There's few levels and 2 lobbies. Good to shop here. There's also small shops selling kueh lapis in the 1st floor.

Its one of the new mall in Batam. Mall not so big. Not my prefered place to shop even its new. There's not much choices. E-hailing can pick & drop u here.

It's a classic shopping mall similar to many others that you'll find in Singapore. It's more like a heartland mall, than a luxury mall. Vis a vis comparing this mall to BCS, this has better quality, better brands, and better consistency. Would I spend too much time there, not really. But would I come here, probably for a movie, some good food at a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere, before heading back home.

Really modern and fancy mall in Batam, they have a lot of renowned brands like Koi, H&M, Genki Sushi, Pizza Hut, etc. Price wise, H&M is the same as Singapore prices, but Koi was half the Singaporean prices! :p They also had a lot of things going on - there were stalls, games, booths and even a Comic-Con fest kinda thing, so a very happening place for sure.

Really huge mall with tons of food options and occasionally some events on the floors there’s a arcade and a movie theatre as well and other stalls from fashion to daily needs. Would recommend as it’s rather new also.

One of the biggest mall at Batam. Plenty of shops, F&B restaurants here. Also here is TOP100 supermarket which is one of my must go places whenever I come Batam. TOP100 here has one of the biggest supermarket floor area and large variety of products to look for. From groceries, household, toiletries, electrical appliances and even apparels available. Shouldn’t miss this mall when you are at Batam. 🤗👍👍👍

Grand Batam mall is new mall very expensive n I don’t see any difference from other currency like USD or SGD or AED Avoid shopping in this mall unless required for clothings Kids toys are good but expensive n same as other countries Super art is good with wide variety of local stuff must check n can buy There in the basement got lots of food n coffee shops affordable Although discounts available but still did not see worth of spending money in the mall . Just nice to hang around n go for shopping opposite to the mall which u get the solar small small items over there at reasonable price unless you think u want to get only in mall n not on road side shops

New mall in Batam and definitely worth the trip! Nice restaurants and dessert places available. Arcade and train rides to keep the kids entertained! Theres also Bohopanna where you can find really cute kids' clothes!

Very big mall with many shops & stores like Uniqlo, H&M, Skechers, Adidas etc. Things are pricey here. There is a supermarket at the lower ground. There are many restaurants at the highest level. Kek lapis is sold in the mall too.

The Grand Batam Mall is one of the bigger and more sophisticated malls in Batam. If you're trying to book a grab taxi you will probably have to indicate to the driver the lobby where you will be waiting at. The mall has a fantastic Cineplex which should be a delightful treat for movie buffs on the topmost floor. There is a huge Top 100 supermarket in this mall. It's so big that it takes quite some time to get from one side of the supermarket to the other or even just to find a product. In addition the supermarket was heavily crowded at the time of my visit. Many branded retail stores are located in this mall. There are a few traditional clothing shops however they are a little pricey. The mall is spacious and seems to be popular there are a few spots that are currently vacant but will soon be occupied. The mall was fairly clean and had a fresh smell. The ACE hardware store is quite big and should be amongst the anchor tenants of the mall. The lower floor of the mall has a few property agents trying to sell properties.
