I was passing by this pub. Had no. Omey but desperately needed to take my epilepsy medication and had no cash to purchase a drink but I asked if it was possible for a small pop for free. And waitress Sabrina asked no questions straight away got me a can of pop. Didn't make me feel embarrassed. She deserves a mention. Great staff x

A great little spot for some food, had a really good steak and starter. They’ve always got a nice pint of Peroni too! Looking forward to the sun coming out to go and sit by the river too!

This place is a little jem, tucked away, word of mouth is how u get to hear about this restaurant. Went on New year's Eve, don't go expecting high gloss modern finishes it's old fashioned but that's what adds to its charm. The service was amazing I ordered lobster Thermidor and it was fantastic, my other half had steak just as amazing. Summer time it's beautiful to sit outside by the slow running river ear amazing food and just while away the time. If u haven't booked u should give it a go.

Can't speak to service or food as we didn't eat. Nice beer garden - open flowing water to rear of premise ( keep an eye on those dogs or kids - unless you don't want to bother ) Plenty of seating. Lunchtime restricted menu multi course offer 12-1600 Mon-Thurs. Seems value for money.

With ten minutes notice, the staff at Bella Vita welcomed 30 of us to dine at lunchtime today when we had an emergency! The staff were brilliant - the serving staff were friendly and so accommodating, everything was absolutely delicious and looked really impressive (a brilliant specials menu), and portion sizes were very generous. Despite our numbers everything came as ordered, at the same time and hot - amazing organisation. The staff also sang happy birthday for one of our guests! Would 100% recommend, thank you so much Bella Vita!

Not impressed. Used wet wipes and litter just outside the main entrance set the tone for the rest of the experience, drab decor inside. My pint glass had lipstick on it, every glass I looked at on other tables was dirty too. Everything was grubby and dirty. The starter was very poor (prawns and pineapple), which was just tinned pineapple chucked over some supermarket quality prawn cocktail with 2 massive random slices of cucumber. Meatballs in the main were overcooked and almost cold. Seafood was also very overcooked in my wife's main. Miserable staff. The only saving grace was linguine and the sauce which were very good. Nice enough outside space by the river to sit down and watch the water flow. Pricey, wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go back either.

We booked a week ago for christmas dinner yesterday after getting told by numerous people that the food and atmosphere was really good so we were very exited for christmas food as we have not been ouf for christmas dinner in a while . When we arrived at 3:30pm we noticed alot of people waiting and the customers at the tables looking tired and deppresed . When we were noticed by the staff they looked fed up and stressed which made us quite nervous about the service . They told us to wait and about 40 minutes later they forgot our drinks so we asked and they were left behind the bar. they kept asking if we were our name that showed that they were not confident at all . Once we were at our table they were not even finished setting it up and had no table cloths or christmas crackers ( decorations) whilst we were waiting they looked to only have 5 staff including the chef helping out which made orders slow . We finally got our starters after 30 minutes even though we pre ordered . The mussels tasted and looked like they were microwaved and the rest of the food was disapointing. We started to get fed ul with the service and our children were hungrg as they didnt like the starters so we left only lost £40 from deposit so atleast it wasnt £200 . We ended up going home and having a bad ending to christmas day but atleast we know not to return . Overall very poor service and quality of the food , and was there for 2 hours only having poor starters and the only christmas thing was the music that was to loud to think! They were just to greedy and shows that it wasnt worth the money.

Had a lovely evening at Bella vita very relaxed lovely staff and great food. I had the sea bass in lobster sauce which was fantastic. My friend had a pizza which was packed with toppings. The cost was reasonable.

We went to Bella Vita for Mothers Day. It was my daughters suggestion as she had been before and said the food and service were good. The food and service were very good indeed. The food was quite simply delicious. I had 2 x starters, a main and a pudding. It was that nice. Highly recommended! The service was also how it should be, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I'm definitely going again! I absolutely could not fault the place. Well done, Bella Vita!

2nd time at Bella Vita.. Wonderful meal for 5 both times. Service brill, Food out of this world. Really nice, we had 2 seafood platters, kids had pizza, which was also delicious! Beer garden has a lovely stream at back, great for a paddle on a hot day!

Was left waiting for an hour without anyone even taking our order. I understand valentines can be busy but all you have to do is at least take our order. We'd be happy to wait for the food itself but an hour to just be seen is poor service. Very unhappy. Usually a great place with great food but a terrible experience on what should have been a lovley evening.

We are four couples that met up for Christmas lunch. Five of us had the turkey, which was very tasty. The other three had various pasta dishes which were excellent. Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly with good humour. we all had a lovely time. will definitely be back again soon.

This was my first visit. The fish and chips were delicious. It's been a long time since I had such a tasty fish and chips meal. Plus it was freshly done so retained its heat on my journey home. The premises were extremely clean too.

One of the worst chicken meats Iv ever had. Made me feel sick. Had to stop eating after 3 bites. Chicken was tough and dry

Passing through from Nottingham and fancied a Kebab with the wife. Came across Dolphin Fish bar. An absolutely gorgeous Kebab. Lovely fresh salad and soft Naan bread. Great food. A lack of happy faces though. Cheer up folks. You do great food so be proud of your work. Thank you so much.

Getting very lazy now been 2 time this week and the fish has been sat for hours it’s so dry it can’t be eaten like cardboard

Great little chippy to fulfil that chippy craving you sometimes get! Staff members very down to earth, patient and polite and helpful. Although the shop entrance isn’t disability friendly due to steep step, the staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are treat fairly and are given the same respect as the abled customers and will come out to you for your order etc. TRULY AMAZING STAFF and THANKYOU ALL!!!

Good quality food but feeling a tad taken for a mug Pie special and kids special is £10 in total, so ordered that. I was charged £12.80 because I had my peas in a pot, not on the food!! I'd a fair way to go and didn't want the other items soggying with the peas. I asked the staff behind the counter and wasn't told it would be any more money, and I didn't get any more peas than I would have had. The only difference was 2 X polystyrene pots with lids, how much would they come to? 20p max?? Separate these peas out and they work out around five quid!! But naughty, that. Tut tut.....

If you advertise shish chicken kebab you expect shish chicken kebab not a piece of chicken breast grilled with next to none seasoning and a bit of red colouring on it. The doner kebab meet so over cooked I could pass it off as very thin stick. Don't get be wrong their pizzas are lovely but the kebabs from this takeaway are abhorrent and should be avoided all costs.

I have been spoilt with some of the dishes from this lovely takeaway but tonight’s dish was just so so, House Special Kebab on Garlic bread. I think my expectations have been raised too high.

I ordered 2 potion of kebab WITH chips and pitta bread as its a meal and when i recieved my order it came with no chips loads of cold kebab so i rang up and asked if they could send out the part of the meal they forgot and then the guys started blaring off at me crazily so i repeated it and them he said we have to pay for chips again so im now going to milanos never ordering ftom here again

Ordered 2 pizzas, some fries and Jalapeños. Collected it. Got home and found they had not included the fries. Phoned them up and they swore blind they were not on the order. They were the first thing that was. So either their website ordering system is glitchy or they think stiffing people for £2,30 is a good business model.

Don't bother ordering for a specific time or expect an apology from the staff of your order is 17 minutes later than requested. Especially annoying as the app says it was ready to collect when it's clearly not 🤔

Ordered "Festive One" that is well known for cranberry sauce.. Guess what? Dominos forgot to put cranberry sauce on our pizza... It's like ordering pepperoni pizza but forget to put pepperoni - main ingredient that should be spotted missing straight away. Quality control does not exist at all in this place. Dominos really? Looking at the comments here I should expect this type of service to be honest. My last time using this branch, that's for sure.

Lovely pizzas and service. Delivery is usually quick apart from once they took longer than usual. They rang me next day to apologies and gave me a free garlic bread. Which was great. Normally a bit pricey but their deals are good

Domino's Pizza - New Ollerton needs new management as getting worse every time. Ordered at 9pm waited almost 2 hours for delivery. Came cold and without garlic dip. Use other branch or collect it if you can. Never again!

Could say at the start on their website that they don't accept cash. Do an entire order just to be told at checkout that you can't pay cash. Ordered from a different local takeaway instead.

Order was wrong upon collection. We had to wait but that could be avoided if dominos would rectify their mistake in the meantime (they've had enough time to do that).

Had no bacon on loaded fries , very sparse on meat on pizza and cookies were very soggy and undercooked, don’t think we will be ordering anything from there again

This place is shocking!! Shubam (manager) is very rude and unprofessional!! He could not care less when I phoned to complain about our pizzas. Ordered to collect in 10-15 minutes. Order went through fine. 45 minutes later my husband is still sat inside dominoes waiting for them to be cooked. Finally got them 1 hr later. All I got was “yeah well were busy” before he PUT THE PHONE DOWN on me 😡😡😡 Absolutely will not order from there again!!!

had a few domino's in past. this was great for opening day, quick collection after ordering online. 2 pizza's and 2 sides. pizza's tasted great so did the sides so will be going again.

Worst domino's I've eaten in my life definitely not value for money, I had the ultimate chicken mexicana which should of been called we don't put any chicken in this pizza. If I am in the area again I will 100% go to the pizza shop a few doors down and try that. Ripped off.

A recent discovery for us. The staff are lovely and the food is great. The onion rings got a big thumbs up from my daughter, and they even did some battered halloumi for us which was very tasty.

Very disappointing last few visits tbh mini fish all though told cod I doubt it was, chips were a definite reheat not even sure if it was last nights maybe reheated several times absolute rubbish and it’s not the cheapest place either, I doubt I will revisit as it’s a 10 mile drive
