Wrag Barn Golf Club offers an extensive array of amenities, including a practice facility and academy. The course is in satisfactory condition for the month of April, although the pro shop could be pricier. The bar features pleasant beers; however, food availability after 4pm is unclear. Despite facing challenges with winter weather conditions, Wrag Barn Golf Course remains an enjoyable location to play golf.

We first visited Wrag Barn in January 2019 with the possibility of having our wedding there in May 2020. Although we booked the beautiful venue Covid hit & we had to postpone to the following year.
Ben was amazing at transferring every detail across for us but with Covid rules we were only allowed 15 people for our ceremony in 2021. Although our ceremony was small & it tipped with rain Ben, Grant & the team were as professional as always. Ben then transferred all the details across for our reception this year (2022).
To show how much faith we have in Wrag Barn we never actually tried the food until we were served on the day & we were not disappointed!! Our guests commented on the variety & wonderful quality of the food too.
Over the past 3 years Ben & Grant have become friends rather than vendors & it is not often you can say that!!
So if you have any doubts about booking Wrag Barn for your event… don’t hesitate!

We had our wedding at Wrag barn last week and cannot speak highly enough of the service, support and hospitality received. Everyone enjoyed the food, all of the servers were polite and efficient. Ben and Tracey really took time to understand what we wanted from our wedding day and 100% delivered! They made it such a fun and relaxed day.
Good day of golf, lots of facilities got practice and an academy. Course in Ok condition. But it is still April. Pro shop not the cheapest. Nice beers at the bar but food was not available after 4pm. Not sure if that's everyday.
Good course to play need to come back another time as the greens was being treated ready for winter but the greens was soft which i did like.layout was good as the clubhouse/ pro shop also looked good.. As we know this summer has been a hot one the fairways needs the rain. Green fees for the weekend maybe a little high for me personally, still I did enjoy my round with some challenging holes
Its struggling with the weather this winter, but its still a great course to play.
We had our wedding here yesterday. Honestly, we are very impressed! Really good food servings (none of our guests said they was hungry after the sit down meal), the drinks was responsibly priced (we didn't buy any drinks 🤣) and Ben looked after us so well!
I highly recommend this venue to anyone!
We held Mum’s celebration of life at Wrag Barn in September 2023, we hired both rooms.
We were delighted by the kindness, enthusiasm and passion of everyone involved in the day, and in the lead up to the day. It was the perfect setting. The balcony was wonderful and we made full use of the September sunshine.
Ben, even on his day off, was willing to offer telephone support to connect our film show.
Food was absolutely brilliant, everyone commented on it!

First time playing golf for a while and Wrag barn was a good place to restart.
Course was a bit soggy in places but fully playable and all tees and greens in play.
Course was well maintained, did lose a ball in the rough but overall a good course.
No hot food at the half way house which would have made a 5*
Great golf course. It's not hard to understand why this is a good course. Slope rating of 133 and always plays above Par.
The 5th is the signature hole. A fantastic par 3 190 yards over water to a green with out of bounds over the back.
Thw 15th a long par 4 that is a definite driver 3 wood for any chance of par.
Club house has a really good vibe, and you're made very welcome. Lovely food and a great terrace to enjoy a beer as you watch those behind you play th3 18th.
It's a must try golf course.
Went to see an Adele tribute singer, was brilliant. Drinks are a little pricey though and the crisps!
Wonderful days golf, lovely facilities and friendly staff! ! Nice greens lovely fairways, all improved by a bit of rain 🌈😂🏌️♂️⛳🍺
The event, father in law birthday, was well served. The staff were polite, efficient and the food was very good, tasty and hot. Only one point of concern was lack of parking but luckily I managed to find a space on arrival as someone kindly left as I was arriving!
