Great place to come for a walk, run, sit and enjoy the breeze. I recommend bringing sanitizer if you're going to sit on any bench. Unfortunately people do sleep on the benches. Homelessness is REAL! Still great place to visit with family & friends and enjoy the day.

Beautiful park it has a water park for the hot days that you have to pay $2 each person to get in, a big play ground for small kids 2 basketball courts, you can also barbecue or reserve a section for a group activity and a beautiful views of the water they also have vendors ice cream treats and flavor shave ice.

Excellent drive way and a walkway... Must visit. This starting point is dedicated to World War Soldiers 🪖 Their dedication in war is mentioned with names carved. Also, various other wars like Korea, Vietnam are also remembered. The Eagle 🦅 and National Flag, flies high, always.

It’s a relaxing spot to go for a walk or bring your dog out for a walk. There’s a few interesting attractions there, including a playground, a little park, fishing areas and the famous tiny boat house
Alissa Hodge — Google review
Wonderful place to take a nice long walk. Peaceful, picturesque, and scenic. Just a block or 2 walk to downtown Sanford to visit your favorite restaurant or even a coffee shop. Plenty to do and enjoy. Great for family fun.
Kenny Firstenberg — Google review
This is a great well-kept paved trail. Lots of benches and seating along the way. Not much shade so take plenty of water in the summer time. We rode the Riverwalk as part of our ride around Lake Monroe. Great view of the lake. Lots of interesting stuff to look at if you ride around town a little bit.
Jay Baker — Google review
Beautiful, peaceful, clean and seems to be safe during daytime. Perfect place to unwind and burn calories after devouring the food from food trucks.
Richard Yu — Google review
This is a lovely area with lots of restaurants and an ambiance that is both upscale and small-town. Apart from the traffic, it was great.
R. Michael Burns — Google review
Sanford Riverwalk is definitely a hidden gem right outside of Orlando. It is an excellent place to capture magnificent views of wildlife. If you are a lover of nature, this is the perfect place to visit. There are parks, plenty of options for seating, you can even bring a picnic blanket to lay out and enjoy the views. There are plenty of restaurant options to choose from that you can easily walk to. There is a bike trail and a walking trail if you are looking to burn some calories while you visit. I included these gorgeous pictures that I captured while I was there. I cannot wait to return. “PBD: Portraits by Dominique”.

It was a pretty place to walk along the river and look at the nice boats. They had a few benches along the way. Had a nice covered swings for couples to sit. Along the walk way they had a nice playground for kids. Had a picnic area as well. People fished off side.
Karla Casteloes — Google review
Near the boat launch is a picnic area with covered tables and there are tons of birds that will come right up and eat out of your hand! They are really used to humans and if you're calm will come to you. Very cool for the kids to learn about birds and interact with them on the wild

Beautiful place to visit. Views are amazing and the nightlife and food are great as well!

Best place. I can never get tired walking here.

Nice view near downtown. It's a good place to walk off food. There was an elderly man singing songs with the voice of a muffler riding in circles on a mountain bike. I saw a kid catch a cat fish.

Beautiful! Peaceful place for a walk along the water or sit and just enjoy the view

Great spot to walk around and take in the view/atmosphere. Very peaceful and not much of a crowd. Plenty of free parking along the roadway. Definitely a must see spot if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

Zoo
Outdoor Activities
This zoo features a wide variety of animals from endangered species to primates. It also has an Insect Zoo and a Children's Area with animals that you can feed and pet. The zoo is located in Sanford, about 40 minutes north of main tourism districts.
My family has an annual pass here to the zoo, we have for the past few years. As a parent of a 6 & 3 year old, this place is wonderful and a great bang for the buck. The Sanford Zoo itself is not very large in comparison to other Zoo's but it does not takeaway from the awesomeness of it. They have enough exotic animals as well if you are wanting to see such animals. Giraffes, cheetahs, rhinos, black bear, and a few other cool ones. If anything, we like that it is small and quaint. They have a kids splash pad, which is a great thing in the summers. Best of all, they sell beer and wine at a few stalls!
Daniel Cha — Google review
Honestly we did not know what to expect coming here for the afternoon. Buying tickets in advance, like other reviewers have said, is a fantastic idea. It makes the check in to the zoo quick and painless. Parking is free and easy! So many spots and not far to walk to the entrance. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Just walking through the gardens and zoo was peaceful and relaxing. The zoo itself is great for the cost of admission. We even saw some of the snakes being fed, which was pretty cool! A lot of the bigger animals (bears, cheetahs, etc.) seemed to be taking it easy, so not sure if they are more active in the morning and that would be a better time to go? The facility was clean, no trash noted along the walking paths, and there is a splash zone for the kids, so bring swimwear or a change of clothes. Souvenirs (yes, because the kids will ask) were fairly priced for a facility that works on conservation; I think a toddler shirt was $22. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return when the little one is older, as I know he will love doing that zip line!
Stephanie Forbes — Google review
I LOVED IT! Extremely worthwhile. Sadly it was extremely hot when we got there so some of the animals were taking refugee inside their habitats. Please remember to wear sunscreen! The best part was that I got the chance to feed the giraffe, this comes at an extra cost of 6 usd apart of the entry fee. We got an ice cream before leaving, soft serve that was really good.
Stéphanie — Google review
Really nice zoo, the whole zoo took about 90 minutes to 2 hours to explore and that was taking it at a nice pace. They have a lot of birds that are relatively close to where you can stand, with a few of them not even fully enclosed so you can look at them without a fence in the way. During the morning the animals were relatively active. They have a splash park for children. The entire zoo is shaded, with tree cover absolutely everywhere. The entire walkway is wooden paths which is nice. They have a nice little botanical garden area. They have a wide selection of animals like black bears and cougars and cheetahs and monkeys, rhinos. A few things that the Jacksonville zoo doesn't have. There are plenty of benches situated all over so if you do get exhausted you can have a place to sit. Water costs $2 Gatorade cost $4 and any canned drinks from the vending machine cost $4. I won't say to bring your own water and drinks but probably a good idea. The snack bar is relatively fairly priced, they also have alcohol in case you want to drink when you get here that is 9 to 10 bucks per drink. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend heading over here if you are in the area. Tickets only cost about 20 bucks, 40 if you get the souvenir cup and a meal. A burger cost about 12 bucks and comes with fries.

Had an amazing time and loved seeing the beautiful animals from other parts of the world I would never have otherwise seen! I got to feed a giraffe!! It was so beautiful and so cool to see! The rhino and cheetah was very neat as well! My son loved it, my daughter being only 3 months old I think loved it too hahaha but me and my husband enjoyed it as well and will definitely be going back! Beautiful wildlife.
Casey Rocco — Google review
Take a walk through the "jungle" and see all these amazing animals, birds, reptiles, and spiders. See a bear or two, a bald eagle, and otters. Take a ride on a zip line and have a bird's eye view of the zoo. You can feed a giraffe if you so desire, reasonably priced. If you have small kids there is a little play area, so they can burn off some steam. There is an opportunity to find snacks along the way. Don't miss out on an opportunity to see the Asian Luminary along your journey.
Jen G — Google review
Decent sized perimeter spaced zoo. Not as many animals as I thought but fun none the less. If you buy your tickets online; before heading over you save about $2 per ticket. The entry experience was quick, fast, and easy. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly. They have a zipping lining excursion and trolley. It’s about 30 minutes from east Orlando. Snacks are priced well. They have a park area for the kids to play as well as a splash pad. Very clean and easy to navigate. Many of the animals were sleeping but I’m sure the heat played a role in that. Please if you are visiting in the summer time come prepared for the sun. Bring your sunscreen , bug repellent, head coverings, plenty of water and portable fans if you have.

The Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens had an event on a Friday evening that my girlfriend and I attended. I've never been to this zoo but it was great to see the various animals they have here. The giraffes and cheetahs were a first time for me to see and so close in person. The parking could be better, and many people take up more space than necessary because there are no defined spaces. The parking lot also has many pot holes that could be better filled. The train wasn't running on my visit but it would have been fun to take a ride on depending on the views. It was raining and someone got a flat tire. Sadly, only 1 employee seemed to care to do anything to assist so me and a few others helped the individual change their tire in the pouring rain. That being said, I'll probably go back to enjoy a little more time without getting rained out.
Alex — Google review
Today was my families first time at this zoo. The Botanical Garden was great and the animals were great as well. It was a nice hot day which is perfect for an outside outing. The only negative side to the zoo is they have keeper shows all around the zoo but they aren’t very specific about the location and duration of the show. Thankfully one of the staff members, Dawn assisted us with some facts about the enclosures we were interested in. We also took the train ride which was super cute and we all enjoyed it. Overall it was a great visit.
L. A. Barnes — Google review
We bought our tickets online months ago, a little disappointed. We arrived at 9am when it is supposed to open. We were arriving as some employees looked like they were arriving. The parking confused me, entering the zoo confused me as well. Things were marked, but not clearly enough. Some animals weren't in their enclosures yet because staff members were cleaning enclosures out. And the whole African section of the zoo was closed for renovations. Which that is a good bit of the zoo. The reptile house was air conditioned which gave you a break from the humidity, but some enclosures at the corners were hard to see into and some things weren't in the correct exhibit. Restrooms were clean. Gift shop is small, but everything is reasonably priced. Took us about an hour to walk through the entire zoo.
Heidi Kuhn — Google review
Small zoo but nice seems like they are expanding most animals are close enough to get a great look at. There is a tree top obstacle, though it doesn't run through the zoo. There is also a train. Walking around is very easy they even have a splash park to play in. All in all it was a great zoo and we really enjoyed it. Purchase your tickets online you will save a few dollars, although it really was not expensive either way.
Karla Thompson — Google review
Beautiful quaint zoo. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals. Easy walk to get around and see everything. Even a small water zone for kids to run off energy and cool down. Highly recommend.
Doreen Trout — Google review
So didn't really get to go for the zoo itself but the Asian lantern festival that was being held. The lights were something to see. They were amazing! Even in the dark you can tell the actual zoo itself seems nice and decently sized though
Chabeli Montanez — Google review
Great wee zoo, not the biggest but packed with plenty to see. All the animals on show looked healthy and happy with clean and spacious cages. A nice touch was all the fans in the cages keeping the animals cool, which they were taking full advantage of. There are boardwalks all around the zoo, so no muddy or wet feet. They were replacing lots of the wooden fencing when we were there so it will look really nice when finished. There is a cafe and food booths in the zoo for food and drink. There are changing rooms available for the kids who get wet playing in the water fountains. Toilets are available. There is air conditioning in the gift shop, bear viewing room and exhibition centre. Lots of free parking outside the zoo. The highlight was getting to feed the giraffes ($5) for 3 lettuce leaves. There is also the chance to feed the animals in the petting zoo but this does run out quick so best do that early in the day.
Berglas71 — Google review
Beautiful place. Need more benches in shady spots for resting. Kids loved it but the heat kept animals inside (smart animals). Checker board in the rain was the best part kids said. Also snacks and drinks were crazy expensive!
Lottiefla — Google review
I love the zoo and botanical garden. I took my Grandson there, and he really enjoyed it. There are wooden walkways through the entire park, making it accessible for everyone. You are provided with a map at the entrance, and there are signs posted to guide you through the exhibits. I like the fact that everything is scaled to a child's eye view, so they can enjoy the exhibits all by themselves. There are plenty of areas to sit, rest, picnic, play, or buy food. There is a $2 discount if you buy tickets online. Seniors are $18.95, ages 3-12 are $16.95. Next visit,I will buy my tickets in advance.
Brenda Ruzbasan — Google review
It was great. Low key, lots of fun animals. The splash pads were a great idea for the kids to have some fun running around. A bit of a bummer the train is an up charge. One heck of a snake exhibit.

I went here for the Asian Lantern 🏮 Festival and was not disappointed. It’s so beautiful and so much though and time went into these light sculptures. I recommend going at the 7:00pm time slot because the lights are in their full glory and there are snacks and some food you can get there too if you’re hungry. By far worth the $22, amazing place to get some photos.

I purchased tickets to this event for yesterday. I ended up throwing out my back and was so upset that my family and I couldn't go. I gave them a call and replied to my ticket confirmation and asked if they could extend my tickets. Didn't think they would though. A short time later I received a call from a nice lady who was compassionate and kind. Told me they would allow us to come another day up until the display ends. I rescheduled to today with hopes my back would cooperate and was sent new tickets for today's show. How incredibly nice of them to allow a last minute reschedule. My husband , Mom and I had a Wonderful time. Thank you so much for being so accommodating 🙏.

Weekday visit was great. Not too many other guests. Although there were a number of school classes attending, the zoo staff kept them to one side of the paths. It was also interesting to listen in on the information they shared with the students regarding the various animals. Was delighted to see not only animals to view, but encounter experiences, a water splash for kids and playground area. We didn't dine at the zoo, but will add information after our next visit. The Asian Lantern Festival is currently taking place, so the displays were erected. It was a surprise to see how colorful they are before being lit. Can't wait to see them at night! It's easy to purchase tickets online, thus avoiding any lines at the ticket booth.

A Delightful Day at the Sanford Zoo! 😱 My recent visit to the Sanford Zoo left me thoroughly impressed and delighted. From the moment I stepped through the gates, I was greeted with a sense of excitement and wonder that continued throughout my entire experience. The zoo boasts a wide array of fascinating animals from around the world, each housed in spacious and well-maintained habitats that mimic their natural environments. From majestic lions to playful primates, every exhibit offered a unique opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures up close. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the dedication of the zoo staff to animal welfare and conservation efforts. It was evident that the animals were well cared for and that their health and happiness were top priorities. Additionally, the educational programs and signage throughout the zoo provided valuable insights into the importance of protecting wildlife and their habitats. Aside from the incredible animal exhibits, the Sanford Zoo also offers a variety of amenities for visitors to enjoy. From scenic walking paths to interactive experiences like feeding giraffes, there was never a dull moment during my visit. The on-site dining options were also excellent, offering delicious food and refreshments to fuel my adventure. Overall, my day at the Sanford Zoo was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of breathtaking animal exhibits, educational opportunities, and visitor amenities made for a memorable experience that I won't soon forget. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a family looking for a fun day out, or simply someone who appreciates the beauty of the natural world, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to the Sanford Zoo. It's a gem of a destination that offers something for everyone to enjoy.

We enjoyed our visit to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. The walk around the zoo was lovely and watching the Spider Monkeys interact with one another was a highlight. Unfortunately, some of the animals' habitats were empty when we went. Nevertheless, we liked what we did see. The Reptile House is great, and there is a nice water splash area for kids with changing rooms.
Carol Ann Jason — Google review
We had such a blast there. It definitely is a lot bigger than I thought. They are very military friendly and give a discount. Driving to the front may seem a little tricky. When you drive up you will see a train station for their adorable little train for the kids, that's where you park and go past the station and you will see the front entrance. Once inside you will be able to explore everywhere definitely take your time and there are many animals to see. The staff was super friendly and they are everywhere to help. You get to feed a giraffe which our son absolutely loved. Definitely a place we will go again.
John Camacho — Google review
Very nice place to visit with family. Very clean, well maintained. The collection of animals is small, and we only needed about 3 hours to see everything. For a small fee, you can feed giraffes or have a close up encounter with Indian rhinos. This is more of an attraction geared toward locals as opposed to the tourist giants that Orlando is famous for.
Louis Jones — Google review
4.5! 😉 Don't look for larger mammals at this zoo. No 🐘 Elephant. No 🦁 Tiger. No 🦓 Zebra. Check the website to be sure it's what you are expecting. However, it is still great for small kids and adults like me that ❤️ Zoo Exhibits either way! Otherwise, the park was BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, clean, and organized! The Herpetarium was a HUGE HIT with my group! We were able to get some great photos! Unfortunately, the 🦏 Rhinoceros on the roster was not available when we were there. 🥹 ❗️I feel like this kind of information should be provided before our money is accepted. ENJOY A FEW OF THE 📸 WE TOOK! 🥰

The Asian Lantern Festival is an experience that is truly out of this world! My recent visit to this event left me in awe and thoroughly entertained. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this festival is something special. The vibrant lantern displays and the magical atmosphere created an enchanting environment that captivated us from start to finish. My family and I had an amazing time exploring the festival. The intricate lantern designs and the artistry behind them were truly impressive. It's a visual feast that you won't find anywhere else. What sets this festival apart is the unique and otherworldly experience it offers. It's a journey into a different realm, and I felt transported to a place of wonder and delight. I highly recommend the Asian Lantern Festival to anyone seeking a one-of-a-kind experience that's truly extraordinary. It's a testament to creativity and artistry that will leave you with memories to cherish. Thank you to the organizers for bringing this incredible event to life!

Performing arts theater
Concerts & Shows
The Ritz Theater, a historic venue dating back to 1923, has been refurbished and converted into the Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center. This intimate theater hosts a variety of shows including plays, concerts, dance performances and other events. Although some attendees feel that the stage is large in comparison to the set design, it remains comfortable with ample seating options for all guests. The theater's convenient downtown Sanford location makes it easily accessible with plenty of parking available.
This historic theater is like going into time warp right back to the 1920s! It's a delightful place to enjoy a concert the seats are comfortable and it's a delightful atmosphere for a concert!
Sam Landow — Google review
The theater is organized, clean, staff are friendly, and the seating is the best. There isn't anyone directly in front of you, they're staggered seates so you're between someone's shoulders! You can see and hear the stage no matter where you sit! They put on Cowboy Bebop Live and i hope they do it again next year!
Michelle Whitlow — Google review
What a wonderful experience 🙂 The theater is small and cozy...no seat is bad. Amazing shows, great variety acts, musical tributes, comedy, etc. Full bar, located in downtown Sanford, many good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Gail Green — Google review
We saw a musical theater performance here and this building is awesome! We had a great view of the stage from our balcony seats. The size of this theater makes it so there isn't a bad seat in the house. I loved the decor, the "older" yet very clean vibe. It was just a very cool place to see a performance. I'm looking forward to going back soon - hopefully to see some of the classic movies that play there occasionally.
Sally Ann Cheyne — Google review
Neat old theatre restored for concerts and plays. Saw a play and set seemed dwarfed by cavernous stage. Maybe a curtain drawn behind set to block of back of deep space would make it easier to get into the world of the show. Comfortable, well placed seats. Easy to access, come early for parking.
Troy C. — Google review
Came here on Sunday to watch Murder on the Orient Express. The theater was clean and inviting. The bar had a good variety of options and was reasonably priced. The actors used microphone headsets which allowed us to hear them effortlessly. There are restrooms upstairs which help during the busy time during the intermission. The only concern I have is the seats are extremely narrow which cause people to rub shoulders while seated.
Bartley Settle — Google review
What a fabulous venue. We can't wait to catch more shows here!
Diane P — Google review
The music venue was excellent, sound a little off. Vendors at the bar were friendly and the theater was comfortable, clean, and a great location. 5 of us enjoyed the event.

It was great to see the old theater refurbished and being used. The show was great and nostalgic with big band music and patriotic!!! We need more shows like it! And kudos for having beer and wine at the concession stand!!!!

My partner and I went to see Rocky 2! I cannot put into words how wonderful this theater and all of the staff are! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I was wondering if perhaps you will eventually play Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter etc or are do you accept private viewings by reservation? Please let me know!

History museum
Sanford Museum is a long-standing establishment that showcases exhibits pertaining to the city's past. It boasts of a research archive and knowledgeable staff who are eager to share their insights with guests. The displays offer an insight into all aspects of Sanford's history, making it one of the area's best-kept secrets. The museum is small and easily navigable, with quality displays that are informative and engaging.
This museum is so important for Sanford's history. Docent Karen helped me a lot. She is knowledgable, easy to understand, polite, and perfect in her job. I enjoyed my visit and learned a lot of things. The museum is free. You don’t have to buy a ticket. If you like, you can donate money. The museum is also very clean and well maintained. The employees thought of every little detail, and they made that museum perfect.
Dicle Unal — Google review
It's free, there's no wait time and you learn the history of Sanford from its very beginning to what it is now. The indigenous people were killed so that the Europeans could take their land and profit from it. At least the museum sticks to the honest truth! The young lady was very knowledgeable about the history of Sanford. I really enjoyed the artifacts throughout the museum. Beautiful! There's even an entire room as it would have liked in 1800s era. Fun!

we stayed in Sanford for thanksgiving weekend as we visited family that lives in Sorrento. first time to sanford, a previous guest at our airbnb recommended the museum. We visited one morning and it was cute! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They spoke with us about Sanford for a bit and what to expect from each exhibit. We learned a lot of the history of Sanford and really appreciated learning the WHOLE truth about it, not sure if you'll get that in any other place in FLORIDA!

Playgrounds
Fort Mellon Park is a lakefront recreational area with fitness trails, BBQ grills, tennis courts and a playground. The park boasts clean public restrooms and multiple play structures suitable for all ages. Visitors can enjoy a splash pad, shaded pavilion and benches, basketball court and scenic views of the lake. However, caution should be exercised in the evening as it may feel unsafe. Some areas of the play structures can get too hot in the summer due to lack of shade.
Lovely park!! Great playground clean & new looking. Love that there is an abundance of seating around the play area. They have solar charging stations all you need is your cord. I love the proximity to the lake and the walking/bike path along the shore. Our nephew loved the playground and riding his bike there.

Was there with a large group that had reserved the Pavillion. Lots of picnic tables for food and seating. Great grassy area for outdoor games. There was also a beautiful view of the water and a nice walking path. Near by restrooms were clean and easily accessible.

Horrible! Lady at the front dest was very rude and very unprofessional! Highly ghetto and disrespectful. Never come here. (The splash pad) she made the entire water area uncomfortable.

A beautiful walk in the park. It's environment makes you feel like you've been transported to another place. The wildlife is pleasant but maintains a safe distance. Local fishery is seen along the water edge. The kids' playground is centralized for ideal security. Sidewalks take to anywhere you want to go including to downtown Sanford area.
Cathleen Schultz — Google review
Unfortunately all the playgrounds were closed. Big splash pad with clean bathrooms next to them. Nice picnic tables available if they aren’t already rented out. Some picnic pavilions were lakefront. Shaded picnic benches along the splash pad to sit and watch over our kids. A big field to throw a frisbee.

I ran this park at least three times a week. Nice trail , great view, courts also available with clean bathrooms. Careful where the ducks are lots of poop on the sidewalk but cool place to feed ducks with bread if with kids. Police and plenty of people always around.

This is one of my kids and my favorite playground. Pros: 1. Clean restrooms 2. Big playground with multiple play structures for all ages 3. Splash pad 4. Shaded pavilion and benches 5. Basketball court 6. Beautiful scenic view of the lake in the background 7. Walking/running trail around the park Cons: 1. It can get creepy in the evening here. 3. The slides and some areas of play structures get too hot in the summer due to lack of shade in the play area.

Great place to relax , the kids get to play around. It’s open to all and sundry so you have to be cautious with your children.

Great playground with rubber grounds to prevent kids injuries. An amazing view of the river walk. Splash pad available during the day weather permitting. Basketball courts light up in the evening for safety. Bathrooms are open I think until 5pm. Sitting area to have snacks with the kids or birthday parties on the weekend.

Nice small park, lots of rides for kids, splash area and 8-10 shaded bench areas for parties. Had fun. It gets crowded. 1-2 park staff are always there to keep a watch and take care of trash, well managed. Sufficient street parking on both sides of park. Awesome view of lake Monroe.

Beautiful park with plenty of room to roam or sit and read or just simply relax. We found some friendly birds the day we were there by the pond and museum. We spotted a small gator in the lake just across the street. Beautiful large trees to lounge under and lots of tables with grills. Definitely enjoy this park. There's playground equipment and a splash zone for the kiddos.

Bar
The District Eatery Tap & Barrel is a low-key dining establishment in Sanford, Florida that serves comforting American cuisine alongside a wide selection of beer taps, cocktails, and wine. This restaurant stands out from other chains by not requiring a down payment and only having a small minimum order requirement. With outstanding service and delicious food, The District earns a 5-star rating. The filet steak is particularly exceptional, while the generously sized chicken dish receives rave reviews from all guests.
We've been multiple times and everything we tried has been delicious. Huge fan of the Short rib and Trout. The pork chop is also fantastic, it's hard to decide what I want.

My husband and I really enjoyed our food. Very good service. Just be aware that their website has not been updated so they are not offering some of the items posted on their website. Also, the prices have gone up substantially. We would definitely go back.

It was packed and there was a wait. However, one of the bar tops opened up and we were able to sit right down. The food was amazing, our server knew just what menu items would tempt our pallets. Will definitely be coming here again!

I had my rehearsal dinner here for my wedding, and it was great! Unlike other chains they never required a down payment and only a small minimum to reach. The service and food were 5 stars. The filet was probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had and the chicken was a huge portion, all my guest loved it.

I have mixed emotions about this restaurant. My husband and I went there for the first time without a reservation but we walked in because we saw the restaurant was EMPTY and because it had pretty good reviews. We went last Friday around 5pm. We walked in and they said we could only sit at the bar or outside (it was windy and raining)...confused, we sat at the bar. When I tell you the restaurant was fully EMPTY, I'M NOT EXAGGERATING. But then I thought "maybe they have like a big party coming or something..." FOOD: For appetizer we ordered the Shrimp Dip. It was a 10/10 ($16) We would come back just for this delicious dip. For Entrée, my husband ordered the special of the day Steak Diane with mashed potatoes. He said it was a 9/10 ($31) I ordered the Trout with risotto. The risotto and the vegetables were cold but the trout was really good. I give it a 7/10 ($28) For dessert we tried the Piña Colada Bread Pudding ($9.50) it was good, but it tasted like a churro with dulce de leche sauce. I have no idea why they called it a Piña Colada Bread Pudding 7/10 All that being said, we were probably there for 1 hour and 40 mins...only one family of 4 walked in and apparently they had a reservation. Two other couples came in but they also told them they could only seat outside or at the bar still with probably over 18 tables available. For me, that's just bad customer service. The two ladies at the bar were very nice and they did a great job taking care of us. Overall, I think the food is overpriced for what you get. Their shrimp dip was the highlight of the night but in my opinion there's better restaurants out there with better food, prices and customer service.

Great place for great drinks and an elevated dinner. We've dined here a few times now and they never disappoint. The atmosphere is great and the staff are always super helpful. Highly recommend for a date night 👍👍
Sean Richards — Google review
The food is absolutely amazing! Some of the best food I've ever had! And I love that they do a chefs special every day. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because service is just ok. When we've been here and sat at the bar, service was phenomenal. But sitting at a table, it seemed that our server only came once in a while. After eating, the rest of my party went to the car and I waited over 10 minutes trying to get the attention of our server for some to go boxes but it seemed she was avoiding me.. very odd and awkward.. We will probably come here again but will just sit at the bar.

My recent return to the District was nothing short of a culinary renaissance. Walking into the familiar yet always invigorating atmosphere, I was immediately enveloped by the warm, inviting ambiance that had drawn me in times before. The experience was heightened by the exquisite "Nawlins Style Sea Bass & Crawfish," a masterpiece priced at $29. This dish is a testament to the chef's finesse, avoiding the common overzealous blackening often seen elsewhere. The Branzino's perfectly crisped exterior gave way to tender, flaky flesh, married flawlessly with succulent crawfish. The Andouille grit cake was a revelation, its rich, spicy notes creating a harmonious dance with the subtle sweetness of roasted peppers and the tangy zing of artichoke hearts and capers. The lemon cream sauce was the pièce de résistance, adding a luxurious, creamy finish that elevated the dish to new heights. The thoughtfulness in the kitchen was evident in the detail of deshelling the crawfish beforehand, a gesture of culinary courtesy that allowed for uninterrupted enjoyment of the dish. Venturing next to the "Red Crab Arrabiata," also competitively priced at $29, this dish featured plump, sweet red lump crab ensconced in a bold Calabrian chili sauce. The vine-ripe tomato confit added a depth of flavor, and the fire-roasted tomato sauce enveloped the perfectly al dente pappardelle in a warm, comforting embrace. While delicious, it was clear that the Sea Bass was the true culinary showstopper, a dish that transcended the ordinary and entered the realm of the extraordinary. Service was exemplary, complementing the food's high standards. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, the staff ensured our dining experience was seamless and memorable. For those planning a visit, heed this advice: make a reservation to avoid disappointment. While the outside seating offers its own charm under the starlit Sanford sky, the indoor ambiance is a key part of the overall experience. In summary, my return to this Sanford gem has rekindled my passion for its culinary offerings. The Sea Bass, in particular, stands out as a dish not just to be eaten, but to be experienced and savored. It's a dish that beckons me back, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit. For anyone in search of a dining experience that combines exquisite flavors, impeccable service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, look no further than this downtown Sanford classic.

We came here after going to the distillery next door. There were only a few tables occupied. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful day. They had a fabulous special of the day that my husband and I shared. Winner, winner, not so chicken dinner, it was loved it. My mom had a burger that she enjoyed as qellm thw craft cocktaila are on pont. Will be back. Sorry, the post is a tad late 😉 and they may not have specials reflected in the photos.

Came the day after Christmas. Actually had reservations on at a different resturant on the water but sat there for over 15 min and no one acknowledged us so we took a walk in downtown Sanford and stumbled upon The District. While they admitted they were also understaffed at the moment, our server Jenna worked so had to give the BEST service and friendly suggestions! Our party had the chicken dish, beet salad, and burger also the burrata and the tuna apps...all delish...5 stars for the food and service!

The Breezeway Restaurant & Bar, located in historic downtown Sanford, offers a laid-back atmosphere with an open patio area where you can enjoy signature cocktails and Southern-inspired dishes. The restaurant features a scratch kitchen that prepares multi-course meals using fresh ingredients and raw foods. Guests can dine in a chic nautical interior or on the charming open-air patio surrounded by tropical greenery and a fountain while listening to jazz, country, or modern music.
Great vibe inside and out with good value for money! The outside seating was full on the sunny Saturday afternoon we visited - but we were happy to get a table inside with AC :-) We found the menu great for our needs and while service may not have been the fastest, it's a place to relax and the staff really friendly

Oh my gosh! This place was absolutely amazing and the food was to die for! So delicious! The shrimp was amazing, my burger was amazing, it was all amazing! Definitely no lack of flavor here! My drink, excellent! Highly recommend, hopefully will be dining here on my next visit!

What a pleasurable experience! First as smoker I appreciate the fact that you are allowed to smoke on the outside. I had the shrimp and grits it was AMAZING. You had choice of sides but very limited and nothing that really went with the shrimp and grits so I got fries. The wait staff was really nice. I would totally return again. Oh and they have proper pint size glasses unlike “The Station”

Came out on a Wednesday looking for a bite after exausting the Willow Tree (which I recommend if you haven't been yet.) Got the fresh catch grouper which was 1/2 pound for 15.99 and felt worth the price. The atmosphere was relaxed and the weather was good. There were a few patrons at the bar and the bar tenders were very lively and talkative and overall enjoyable to be near. Our waitress was nice if a bit relaxed. Food was good and the prices are pretty okay I think. The swamp water cocktail was great - tasted like a pina colada just like the waitress said. Its hard to find good grouper away from the coast but it was pretty good. Not the best but not bad. The tartar sauce was good but I wanted more lol.

What a gem! We stopped here for lunch before heading to the airport and we all loved our food. We had the cheese steak sandwich, fish and chips, mahi mahi sandwich and the fish sandwich. The servings were very generous and everything was delicious. We can't wait to go back. The decor is nothing fancy, but they have a beautiful bar and fantastic covered outside area.

One of the biggest and best Cobb salads I’ve ever had! The in-house made dressings are another selling point! If you’re looking for salad in Sanford, this should be on your shortlist.

Beautiful atmosphere in the later evening with the street lights. Super fast service and excellent food! I ordered the big fish sandwich meal with the blackened haddock (minus the bun), cole slaw and side salad. Their house ranch dressing was delicious! My husband ordered the blackened mahi over dirty rice. Highly recommend!

The food has frequently been hit and miss here but we thought we'd give it another try. The "chicken salad salad" was excellent as was the grilled chicken salad. Good beer selection and good people watching on the outside patio, Cool breeze blowing through, great food today.

OMG what an awesome experience! Our server was great! The food was delicious and jaw hit the floor when we saw the portion size. Sat outside and it was just great. Can't wait to return. Make sure you're hungry when you order the Sanford Special!

Wish I could give it a 4.5, but am considering to change it to a 5* if our next trip to the breezeway is better than this one. So the original beer I ordered was not in stock so I had to get second choice. My gf asked for the homemade potato chips but fries came out with her meal. A third round of unrequested drinks came to our table by “accident”, but we didn’t really have any place to go so we just took them anyways. There was a small bone in my fried chicken sandwich. A little annoying but I could tell it was very fresh. The food is always good when we come and the service is usually very solid. As you can see there’s big portions too. Will change to 5* if our next visit is better than this time around, which I’m sure it will be.

Came here for dinner while we were in the area. Great cocktails! I got the sangria and enjoyed it. For food we got the nachos with chicken. They were good, but a bit pricey. I've never had nachos with kettle chips so it was unique. We then got the Sanford Special with a couple extra set ups. Easily enough to feed 4 people, it's a huge amount of meat! The atmosphere is really nice sitting outside. Had a good time!

Been a patron for many years! Hadn't visited in over 2yrs, we live over an hour away. This place gets better every time we visit. Brought several friends from out of state-and we were thrilled that the quality of food and the service are still TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend! Our waiter, who reminded me of Benny from the movie Queens Gambit, was awesome! I'm positive he introduced himself, but because of his resemblance to Benny...I just can't remember what he said his name was!

It was a delight to have lunch with a friend (and her pup) at the Breezeway! We both had the fish and chips and they were delicious! (They do need a new coleslaw recipe, tho) We look forward to go there again when it's a bit cooler out! 😎

Loved the place. Gives off good ambience. The place has outdoor seating as well. The food was really great. The staff are friendly. Thumbs up for their service. Really decent seafood restaurant. Most of the dishes are at market price. Right in downtown Sanford. The streets outside have plenty of free parking.

Coming from Minnesota it is always a treat when we can have a seat outside for lunch. Heading back to Minnesota after a fairly chilly but still rewarding vacation with relatives. This will be our final meal in Florida until we return next year. Our wait staff Julie was very attentive and friendly. The cuisine was prepared properly and being able to sit outside was a bonus for sure.

Had a great lunch with family. We sat inside as it was a little cold. Had the sangria, which was very refreshing. Fried green tomatoes were great as well as the smoked fish dip. Staff was super friendly. Place was very clean. Downtown is a very nice Quaint shopping area and the breezeway is a great stopping point to enjoy a good meal at a decent price

Lively and cute place to enjoy a beer or swamp water with music playing and the little birds chirping. My waitress was such a doll and took good care of me. I got the curds which were okay. A burger, med rare with cheese, and fries, it was delicious. Both came out pretty quick and at a good temperatures.

I ordered the sausage gravy with two biscuits. I would not recommend this dish. It seems like they have tried to make it somewhat fancy and they would be better off just doing the regular sausage gravy with biscuits as I think it would be delicious that way. However , they added a spice of some sort and then it is slightly yellow looking. It was also very salty. My friends ordered a BLT, a grilled chicken sandwich, and french toast sticks and all of those were very good though. Very good service and nice ambiance.

This cute little ice cream shop offers a variety of homemade flavors, all with a unique twist. From Basil & Lavender to Smoresicle Ice Cream Pops, there's something for everyone to enjoy! The staff is friendly and inviting, and will help you choose the perfect flavor for your taste. Definitely worth checking out!
Various flavor options in both ice cream and marshmallows. Patient and friendly staff. Super sundae that consists of a custom smore and 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 toppings comes in at a great value and is a delicious and fun mix. May be too sweet for some, but I enjoyed everything about it.

Best waffle cone ever!! Intersting and different varieties. Coffee chocolate was good as well as banana pudding but the cornbread ice cream was the winner hands down. Worth the ride.

First visit today because the smell of fresh waffle cone drive us in. I order triple chocolate ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone and my husband order pineapple upside down cake ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone. Ice cream was okay I have had better but we really enjoyed the waffle cone! The service was great very helpful and friendly girls at the counter, the place is big so plenty space for people and enough chairs as well. They claim they do the ice cream and Marshmallows in house and they have a big menu on the s’mores department. Overall nice experience and okay pricing my next visit I’ll try the marshmallow to see if is better than the ice cream.
Maria Martinez — Google review
I can't say enough good things about this place. For basics this is a really cute place, the woman at the counter was friendly and absolutely fantastic, and the selection of ice cream and marshmallows is wildly creative and tastes amazing. They specialize in flavored marshmallows and unique flavors of ice cream. More than anywhere I've ever been, the flavors match the descriptions with uncanny precision. The banana pudding ice cream tastes exactly like it sounds. The other flavors were equally impressive. As weird as it sounds, the marshmallows are amazing and made by them. The selection looks like what you'd see in a place with gourmet chocolate truffles, and they will toast them with a torch if you want. They make an ice cream sandwich with rice crispy treats made by them, and made with their own flavor marshmallow, and then FILLED with a crazy amount of the ice cream flavor you choose. They have fantastic waffle cones, and you can get s'mores made right in front of you. They have a small selection of interesting chocolate bars and other things for sale in the lobby, and you can get basic sodas and several espresso-based drinks (and, of course, hot chocolate with marshmallows). The portions are huge (a small cup has two scoops of ice cream, which can be two different flavors), and the prices are downright cheap. Is day it's a quarter of the cost of going to Cold Stone. Being extremely nitpicky, they don't have decaf coffee and they really need to paint the front of their counter . . . but that's if I'm trying extremely hard to find something to counter how incredible this place is. If you are interested in something sweet to eat, don't even consider any place else, just go straight here as fast as you can
Scott Lucas — Google review
A unique shop that will leave your taste buds asking for another scoop. Unique favors, including vegan varieties. Freshly made marshmallows in wonderful crazy flavors. The prices are more than fair from the scoops that you get. There are cute shorts and sweatshirts as well. The vibe here is cool, you need to check it out.

First Time and Last Time Attitude Attitude and Attitude The lady that was at front was very rude to me and my kids,I felt so disrespected by her She did not have any costumer service training whatsoever, her face says it all, instead of having a nice time with my family, it turn out to be super sour for us, the ice cream was not good at all We ended up throwing it all to the trash. If you want to have to spend a nice time with your family or friends avoid this place at all cost I prefer to drive a little be more farther than to come to this place again.

Good Morning Wondermade We are winery owners, and we aimed to find a selection of marshmallows that would pair with our current offerings. Last night, 18 Nov 2023, we visited your store looking to find that selection. It was around 6 pm, and a set of immature young women were working behind the counter; they said come on in and look around; we also have free samples on the counter. We thanked them and started to browse. There was no one in the store other than myself, my wife, and our pairing selection team members. I found the area where the samples were provided; I saw them labeled in small Tupperware containers. I was there for quite a while, and no one offered to help me. This is where I made a mistake, which I apologized for. I opened a Cookie & cream and tried one, then did the same for the salted caramel. (I must have gotten the attention of the occupied teenagers). My wife asked how the marshmallows were when one of the teenage employees approached and scolded me for touching and rearranging the Tupperware containers. I apologized and explained that I did not know the sampling procedure, I have a vision impairment, and no one offered to help me. Another teenage employee began whispering to the other, telling her I had tasted the samples. I may not be able to see well, but my hearing is exceptional. IF SHE SAW I WAS INTERESTED, WHY DID SHE NOT HELP ME? Regardless, my wife then saw the 1x2 inch red folded paper with a printed label stating do not touch boxes. It is what happened next that was uncalled for, rude and embarrassing. Your teenage employee demanded that I leave the premises! I apologized, asked what I could do to make it right, and once again, she told me to go. Moral of the story. I will never assume that I will be welcomed in your store when I visit the City of Sanford. Nor will I ever consider buying your products for our winery & stocking our tasting rooms with your treats. My suggestion: If you continue to have your business staffed with teenagers, properly train them in customer service. If you want to avoid customers picking up the Tupperware of marshmallows so they can read them, put them behind the counters. If you allow sampling, ensure that your employees are attentive and proactive, and most importantly, don't insinuate that a customer is a thief for tasting the goods. It could cost you dearly in a civil lawsuit for defamation of character, wrongful accusation, discrimination of the visual handicap, and a list that I'm sure our legal team could assemble. My apology: Once again, I made a wrong choice to pick up what was in front of me to read it, more so to sample without demanding that some teenage employee take time out of their socializing with each other to help me. Good day and good luck.

After an evening stroll by the river walk in Sanford we stopped in to check out this cute place. I had the Basil & Lavender (yes, you read that right) ice cream drizzled with dark chocolate fudge on top. It was rich, creamy and delicious! The Tennessee Truffle is a charming eatery in Sanford, FL that offers inventive Southern cuisine sourced from local farmers and growers. The restaurant's relaxed atmosphere and limited seating make it essential to book reservations in advance. Guests rave about the unforgettable twists on Southern dishes, such as the Southern Panzanella with unique ingredients like Olde Hearth Bread Company pumpernickel dust and Humboldt Fog chevre panna cotta.
A great example of a chef and their team focusing on doing a few things exceptionally well! It's a small, cozy place, so be sure to get your reservations in ahead of time. The appetizers were delicious and for entrees, we had the lamb chops, seared salmon, shrimp & grits, and the special red snapper. All were excellent and we can't wait to be back!

Dinner at The Tennessee Truffle was delicious! The chef inspired menu is unique and changes often. I had the skirt steak and it was tender, delicious and the flavors were well balanced. The chef combined cheese curds in my fine dining dinner and the flavors melded perfectly. We ended the experience with a slice of the cornmeal pie and buttermilk ice cream. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic dinner.

Always something exciting on the TT menu. The salmon was truly prefect. The chef put the most perfect sear on the fish while keeping it moist and tender and was seasoned perfectly. Who knew that Sanford, FL had incredible food?! I went to Sanford on a Friday evening to see a show at Theatre West End. A friend recommended The Tennessee Truffle and I could not have enjoyed it more! Between the four of us, we split 5 appetizers and two entrees to create a sort of shared meal experience. Every single dish that came out was incredible. Pork Belly, Watermelon Salad, Chicken Liver Mousse, Hoecakes, cheddar biscuits (can't remember exactly), Lobster Rissotto, and Pork Loin. Each bite was better than the next. The menu sounded intriguing, but I never imagined it to be as delicious as it was. I live about an hour away from this venue, and it would easily be worth the drive. I left a voicemail for a reservation request and received a phone call to confirm. They were very easy to work with. The Chef was working and chatted with our table. He seemed hospitable and genuinely appreciative of our business. I always like when venues are sincere - its the little things for me :) They do only serve beer and wine, not a full liquor bar. That didn't take away from our experience as we had wine with dinner. I'm just adding as a point of reference for anyone that may be more particular. Street parking was very easy, even on a Friday night. Downtown Sanford is charming and very walkable between multiple places to check things out.

BEST meal I’ve had in ages!!! The cheddar biscuits were to die for!!! We had the spareribs (OMGOSH SO GOOD!!) and the salmon over cabbage slaw and an amazing gruyere kale bread pudding. The salmon was cooked to perfection, lightly crisp on top and tender inside! WOW!!! We weren’t sure what to expect but everything was so outstanding we went for the cornbread pie for dessert and we’re not disappointed ! It was served with homemade brown butter ice cream (Can you say YUM!!!). A unique and outstanding grand finale. Every single thing was a culinary masterpiece! Bravo!!!

This is a gem of a location. It is a must to call for reservations because there is limited seating. The food was incredible and used ingredients that I've never eaten before. If you're near Sanford it's 100% worth coming out here for a memorable dinner. My wife and i had pork belly appetizer, shared a Mac & cheese with tomatoes (adds a nice sweet touch), and I had the pan seared salmon. Absolutely no complaints.

This restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star! The food was full of taste and creativity, and even the simplest salad was with amazing touch! We enjoyed every part of the experience, starting with a salad, followed by two appetizers - beef tartar and lemon ricotta angolotti, and two mains - pan seared salmon and maple leaf duck breast. The chef Nat served the mains himself and he is really having a talent. Both professionally plated and amazing in taste. Highly recommended!

I'd have never thought to have French Toast with Scallions and Radishes, but it was pretty good. Excellent even. Topped with Smoked Syrup. I also had a Poached Egg. I normally don't review eggs, but this was really good. My wife got the Waffle without the Strawberry Jam, as she hates Strawberries. I tried it too. It was really, really good. She also got a Scrambled Egg. We got Bacon and Grits for sides. The bacon was cooked perfectly for me. The Grits had Pecans and Radishes. Unusual but they were great, and being a Yankee, I'm not normally a fan of Grits. The Coffee was also pretty good. Service was a little slow but it was pretty busy. They're only open a couple days a week for dinner and Saturday for Brunch. You should try this place.

Sanford Brewing Company, located at 400 Sanford Ave in Sanford, FL, is a popular brewpub with a great atmosphere and a wide selection of delicious beverages. They offer an impressive variety of beers and other drinks for customers to choose from. The food menu is also excellent, featuring dishes like the Cuban sandwich that comes highly recommended by the waitstaff. I personally enjoyed the beer cheese Philly sandwich which was incredibly satisfying.
Well, that was amazing! We tried the Black and Blue Burger and the Tuscan Mac, and both were amazing, especially the mac! We also had a flight to try some beer and cider at the help of one of the brewers who helped us decide. The Key Lime cider was great and some nice beers too. Staff and food were great!

First of all, great beers! Second pretty good food. I ordered the Beer Bang Shrimp as my meal and my son in law had the Beer Cheese Philly and Brussels Sprouts. The food was good. The service was really slow and we never did get silverware or napkins. I told the waitress and she said "Whoops" laughed and went away. Still didn't come back with silverware or napkins. I ate the shrimp with my fingers and my son in law ate his Brussels Sprouts with the knife they gave him with his sandwich. We ordered a second beer and after a while asked the waitress. She said she had then and set them down but she'd go get them. What? Over all the food was very good but the service was very bad.

Good place with a nice atmosphere. Fun and experienced staff with lots of knowledge about there brewery. Small menu but very tasty. We had the pretzel, Greek salad, and Philly Mac with 2 ciders total came to $49 not un reasonable. Kind of a long drive but we may make the trek again.

Sanford Brewing may not have been the first brewer in Sanford, but they got here as fast as they could. Open since 2016, they have quickly created a loyal clientele in what has arguably become one of the cooler little towns to visit and hang out in Central Florida. Before the four breweries and tap room that are there today, Sanford was that sleepy little town where they filmed scenes from the 1991 hit movie My Girl. SBC always has a steady supply of core and rotating brews on tap, along with some guest cans and wine. These complement a nice array of pub food, with lots of burgers and sandwiches from which to choose. I went with an open-faced Beyond Burger and broccoli, while my wife chose the Caesar Chicken Wrap and fries. As much as she raved over a similar sandwich the day before at an Orlando brewery, she raved even more over this one. And my Beyond was cooked to perfection. To wash it all down, wife drank the house Pinot Nor, while I was my usual promiscuous craft beer drinking self. I started with The City Crew-tiful, a light and refreshing pale ale (5.2% ABV; 11 IBU), and then slowly ramped up with St Johns River IPA (6.8% ABV; 100 IBU) and a pint of FLipa (Florida IPA; 6.4% ABV; 55 IBU). I also got a crowler of the FLipa to take away. Part of the magic at SBC is the building, which was erected in 1911. Through the 113 years since, it served as a grocery for many years, then a furniture store, TV shop, and a plumbing business. Roll-up doors allow for the space to extend seamlessly to sidewalk tables. Definitely two thumbs up for SBC, both the original Sanford location and their other in Maitland!

Came here for lunch and a beer last week. We really liked it here! Very nice.vibe with lots of good beers and other drinks to choose from. The food menu was also great! My waiter recommended I order the Cuban which looked great. I went with the beer cheese Philly and man am I glad I did. It was so good! The fries were crispy, fluffy and fresh. We also had wings and they were good sized, seasoned well and tasted very good. I'd recommend anyone try this place out! Lots of good beers and the food is wonderful. Only letdown was they took beer battered onion rings off the menu and the spot is a little cramped. Other than that, this is a must if you're in Sanford!

We really enjoyed lunch with a tasty IPA Draft beer at Sanford Brewing Company. Brennen suggested the IPA for us, took our lunch order and served our food with a smile. It’s a great place to visit!

Nice place for a beer. Can’t say anything about the food we ate before hand. Good selection on hand. They had live music on Sunday.

A great brewery in downtown Sanford. They have a nice beer selection, as well as a kitchen. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

Nice place! The food is pretty good! The pretzels were a hit with the kids and adults! The beer selection is great obviously! They do have live music on the weekends although I haven’t seen it yet. The service is good overall.

Got a flight and pretzel bites. Overall was pretty good. Seemed like a lot of IPAs and ales when I came, more of a sour fan. Pretzel bites were pretty good too. Strawberri sunshine was definitely my favorite of the ones I tried. Definitely would come back!

My experience at Sanford brewing Company was spectacular! From the moment I walked in I noticed how clean and inviting the whole brewery was, and I even got to see where the beer was made through the window into the brew room. They had lots of really awesome beer choices to pick from, but I went with the “drinkin beer” on draft and it was a perfect blend of taste and not too heavy. The wings and burgers that my group ordered were also super fresh and delicious! The bartenders, Stephanie and Jaycie were super cool and made sure we were taking care of all night. I highly recommend this place, and I will certainly be returning!

Been to this Sanford staple a few times now and it has been fantastic each time. May have to make this a regular Sunday stop. If you are looking at breweries in Sanford then look no further cause they have it all. Enormous selection of brews from here, there, and everywhere in between. Can’t go wrong and make sure to ask for Steph cause she is the bomb for service!
