Restaurant
The Boat Landing Restaurant, situated along Myrtle Beach, offers delectable cuisine and breathtaking views due to its prime location. It is a highly accessible dining option following a day at the beach. The menu is diverse, featuring an array of fresh seafood as a homage to its name. Patrons can indulge in mouthwatering dishes such as brussel sprouts, crab dip, fried pickles, and blackened shrimp tacos that are guaranteed to leave them satiated and content.
A great view of the intracoastal invites you in. The decor inside is quaint and reminds me of a little bistro somewhere. The service is great. There were no complaint from my dinner party on the food. One ordered the jambalaya, two ordered the tile fish special, another the fried flounder sandwich. I ordered the shrimp and grits (photoed). I really have no complaints, it was very flavorful and could be in my top 5. It does hav e a fried egg on it, I just wish was runny and not over medium. But that’s hindsight, knowing that I’ll request it next time. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed when you choose this place.

It's a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. They have a good hand full wine, but with the food they need to upgrade their food. For me personally it was too greasy and a lot of fried. For that much money you could stop by Cook out and get better food! It made me also uncomfortable that some of the staff dressing up like they come from construction work... as a owner I would change that.

What a great view! Allowed us to wait in the park and Katie called our cellphone when our table was ready. Very reasonable wait on a Friday night, especially considering we left a place in Calabash because of being quoted two hours wait. Ashley was our server - very pleasant and attentive. I had the catch of the day, blackened grouper with the potatoes and vegetables. Presentation was acceptable, but nothing stunning, but the taste more than made up for it. My wife had grilled shrimp, potatoes and a salad. Good portions, nice deck to sit out on, doesn’t look like much, but we are very pleased with the overall experience. We certainly could have paid a LOT more and had a much worse experience. Oh, btw, if you like fresh, homemade key lime pie, theirs is great! Even if you don’t think you do, you will probably like theirs! We are very happy we supported a Sunset Beach local business!

Been here before. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes amazing other time mediocre. Atmosphere is great, and food servers are friendly. However, they need either a new bartender or get the girl some help as she is way over her head. Went for a drink last night and it took her about ten minutes for her to even acknowledge that we were even sitting at the bar. She finally said that she would be right with us. About ten minutes later she did not ask us for our order and didn’t even make eye contact with us. We finally left. We were so looking forward to a Pain Killer.

I want to first start off with how rude the waitress was because I was unsatisfied with my dish. After I complained about my meal, the entire staff was giving me an attitude. I guess this restaurant never had any formal training. This was the rudest waitress I ever encountered in my 63 years on this earth. The dish I ordered was so bad that my entire party commented on it and was in shock that instead of accommodating the customer, they became verbally abusive. If I owned this place, they would all be fired immediately. Horrible experience, awful meal and extremely unprofessional waitress and hostess. I Love a lot of restaurants in this area and can honestly say I never had a bad meal until now. I don’t need bad food and verbal abuse on top of it. Horrible experience and waste of money!

The staff was amazing and the food was great! We walked in way to late, and they treated us like we were the first customers of the night. Anyone who has waited tables before knows this is something you hate to do when you want to go home, but the fact that they handled us in this way speaks volumes to the staff they have and how amazing they are!

This place man.... I was scared I don't normally do upscale places but when your at the beach why not right? This place has amazing food we had the brussel sprouts crab dip and fried pickles to start all very very good. Then I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos also amazing. We all left full and happy. Service was fast and friendly I would recommend to anyone prices were well under what I expected as well... The food is amazing!

Little pricy but good food and atmosphere. Greeter and waitress were super friendly and did a great job getting me to a quiet spot for my alone dining. Scallops, green beans and seasoned potatoes were my meal choice for the evening. Again, food was good (potatoes were just a bit too salty, but scallops were grilled/cooked to perfection). I enjoyed my dining experience here very much.

With all the fantastic restaurants in the area, this one was horrific on so many levels. I live in Manhattan and have a second home here. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was impossible to find the uncooked chicken swimming In the sauce. I have dined at the finest restaurants in the world and just giving a little constructive criticism sent the unprofessional, untrained staff in a frenzy. The waitress was looking to pick a fight because my husband felt sick and couldn't eat his meal. When we were leaving, someone came to the window and gave us the middle finger. This place is beyond disgraceful. I am saying this without one bit of hyperbole. I have eaten all over North and South Carolina and this place was the worst. Save your money.

Great restaurant. Not a large menu but adequate. My wife and I shared the coconut shrimp appetizer which was prepared differently from what you receive at most restaurants (fresh coconut sprinkled over the shrimp). For the entrée, my wife had the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was very meaty and larger than expected. I had the jambalaya, and was amazed with the quantity of shrimp, sausage and okra. A massive portion that was not overly spicy nor too soupy. Additionally, the jambalaya came with a piece of Texas toast, and a surprise, a chicken strip. Service was excellent, friendly and punctual. Highly recommend for a casual dinner.

Very tasty food for very reasonable prices. The "Fresh Catch" Tacos had two large (almost entree size) pieces of mahi mahi and were delicious. The wine pours were very generous. We'll definitely stop again next year.

Great food, great service, good portions, great price!!!!! LOVED!!!!!! The ahi tuna was delicious unexpectedly - loved the cucumber wasabi sauce paired with the sesame seeds crust!!

My son and I were just cruising around all the way from Myrtle Beach and just decided to stop in and try it out.. Service from Amber was great. We tried the crab dip and peel and eat shrimp. Both delish. I had the chefs special scallops and my son had the catch of the day Mahi. All the food and service was great.

Lunch restaurant
Sarah's Kitchen is a relaxed eatery that offers casual American dishes like eggs and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Located near Joey Os Brick Oven Pizza, this diner is popular among breakfast lovers for its wide range of options including pancakes, toast, hash, and delectable breakfast burritos. Locals specifically recommend the hearty breakfast platters and the Country Fried Steak. With a cozy ambiance and friendly staff, Sarah's Kitchen is a top choice for those seeking a satisfying morning meal.
Dog friendly establishment with outdoor seating. I loved the decor. The wait staff was super friendly. They are open EVERYDAY, including holidays. The food was good, and they have turkey sausage for breakfast folks that don't eat pork.
Felicia Forletta — Google review
Don't be in a hurry. They have signs posted everywhere that says they are short staffed. There were 2 waitresses one appeared to be the owner working when we went. Be warned. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30AM sharp. Zero exceptions. We were one of the last to order for breakfast at 10:25AM The food was pretty good so nothing to complain about there. It even came out in s reasonable amount of time. Expect a 4% surcharge if you don't pay cash. We've noticed fairly often in most retail/service establishments that at the end of the season the employees are worn out, short tempered and on the whole... Just over the tourist season!!!! Sarah's is no exception. We felt rushed and unappreciated. The unfortunate part for those visiting, it's our last chance for a summer vacation and hoping to enjoy and relax, which is in direct conflict with most of the employees who work at the beach. All in all. We won't be back to Sarah's kitchen as there are other places to spend our money without feeling like a burden.

My family is not from North Carolina and i’m so glad we stopped here! they have a great selection. very cozy and friendly. we had a blonde waitress, i didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet. overall this was definitely my favorite restaurant we went to. thank you for having us!!

So. Went here as a second option. Lucky us !! Sarah's Kitchen is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the old food Lion plaza, they feature heated outdoor service and indoor. There was a liveusic event happening. Nice place. The food was awesome and very well priced. Attentive service personal. And parking is at a premium!! Five stars.

***Edit*** visited 8/18/23 at 10am and I am happy to say that I had a 180° difference in service and quality of food! I ordered 1 egg scrambled, bacon and grits with sweet tea, my "only" complaint is the grits we very good and I would have liked a little more. I don't know what changed from May but it was the right move! I love supporting my local businesses, I do a lot of supporting! However I was just at Sarah's Kitchen around 8:30 this morning 5/12/23 and when I first walk in there is a woman with glasses that is taking care of the inside tables. This woman does not acknowledge me in any way, no hi how are you, no nothing! So I decided I'll just place a to go order and leave, this same woman takes my order 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and a sweet tea, total $10.16! I'm thinking that's got to be a huge biscuit for this amount cause my tea was probably only 12 oz. from all the ice. I get home and my biscuit doesn't look as if it's cooked completely and there is NO SAUSAGE! This working guy can't justify going back here again, this is ridiculous. Oh and biscuit just falls apart, I give zero stars to whoever made it. My mother and grandmother would roll over in their graves if I served them this.

Loved everything about this place! Great food, prices, and atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant was tastefully decorated with a beach theme, clean, and offered a nice variety on their menu. Patio seating available as well with entertainment, water bowls for the pups, and beautiful potted fllowers lining the perimeter. The owner was kind and genuinely cared about the customer's experience! Highly recommend!

Prompt frirndly service for a country breakfast. Indoor and outdoor seating. Flies are very annoying when eating outside. Outside is dog friendly. Water bowls out for the dogs. Prices are good. A popular spot. Lunch is aldo served. L

What an enjoyable breakfast. Come during a quiet time, as it is a small place, but you will love the coziness. I got the pancake combo, and it lives up to the price (7.95 for two huge plate-sized cakes) and comes with the sausage/bacon choice and eggs. The sausage is so good, has a little heat to it. Others who got the home fries combo and the grits also enjoyed it, and the server was great. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5

Seafood restaurant
Crabby Oddwaters Restaurant & Bar is a well-established waterfront eatery known for its locally sourced seafood and extensive seashell collection. Located in the coastal Sunset Beach area, it's a popular spot for turning fresh catches into delectable comfort dishes. Some of their crowd-pleasers include crab dip, hush puppies, and flounder specialties. The restaurant offers a homey atmosphere with friendly staff and charming waterside seating.
We went early (5:30 pm) and were seated at a table by the water. The crab balls were excellent! The shrimp were cooked to perfection. We ordered the Senior dinners of shrimp and scallops which were lightly battered and fried; again perfection! Our waitress was very nice as were all the staff we came in contact with. The atmosphere is homey and not fancy at all, but that makes this restaurant so charming. We will return’

Th reason for a three star review is the deviled crab had very little if any crab. It was mostly stuffing and bell peppers. Very disappointed. The other reason for three stars is my friend liked the shrimp. If it wasn’t for that I’d give less stars.
Mary Ercoli — Google review
Sorry to say the food was terrible! For the price ($20 a plate) I expected it to be edible. The flounder was mushy and dry, same with the fries. Didn’t even get any hush puppies with any of the 3 plates ordered for take out.
Lisa Harper Lerner — Google review
My partner and I ate here while on our vacation to sunset beach and we had a wonderful time! The food was delicous, they gave us hush puppies to start which were probably the best hush puppies I’ve ever had! We had the crab balls which were delicous although we thought they were going to be bigger. And we had the hellacious barge low country boil and it was fantastic, we were blown away with how good the shrimp were! Our server Caroline was absolutley delightful!!

Have to say this was a great place to get seafood. Got the crab legs and shrimp boil it was very good. All the food was very fresh and came out really fast would recommend this place

This was our best meal while visiting the Myrtle Beach area. It was about 40 minutes from where we were staying and well worth the drive. The staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our bartender Nikki went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our experience top notch. Besides the fact we had great conversation with her she really attended to our needs (saying needs lightly as we’re vacationers). When my husband ordered surf and turf he asked if they had horseradish sauce and the bartender said no, but i can make it for you. She went back and made it for him. All of our food was exquisite. The crab balls were amazing. The scallops were melting in my mouth. And holy Moses is the boil a lot of food!!! Well worth the drive and the money. Next time we come to this area of the country, we will for sure be back and recommending this place to every friend that comes down. Great staff. Great food. Great atmosphere.

The restaurant must’ve been bought by someone else because the menu has changed and the food isn’t good. Took over an hour for us to receive our food. It was all cold. It was very over priced. It wasn’t a good experience at all Reply to your comment: I’m not sure what to tell ya but we had a party of 4 Saturday night and was not busy at all, and this absolutely is a REAL review. We did wait an hour and half. Maybe go check with your wait staff and ask them about it. We come here every year and your menu did change. We were willing to come back but with the response like yours definitely not. Learn to take criticism since it comes with the business.
Avery Hagan — Google review
What a disappointment. My family and I have been coming to Sunset Beach for decades, and Crabby Oddwaters was one of our favorite restaurants. We missed last year so we’re excited and anticipating a great meal, as we only can afford to eat out once during our week vacation. We were seated after a short wait, and immediately realized this was not the place we fondly remembered. The beautiful seashell collection was gone (ok I understand the looks of a place change, but this was like a seashell museum they housed) and we were handed menus that had completely changed as well. Gone was the delicious grilled shrimp and scallops, replaced by fast food style fried everything. We swallowed our disappointment and decided to give it a try. I ordered a glass of Cabernet and was told they were out of red wine. Ok, unusual, but do you have a wine or beer list? No, I was told, but they had Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. No brand names offered. I ordered a glass of the Pinot Grigio and it was corked. In the meantime we asked for kids menus, and again we’re told there were no printed menus, but the waiter gave us a quick rundown of kids choices. Ok we ordered the kids chicken fingers and a hamburger with fries. They came out first and were overcooked and not edible. I ordered a Grouper sandwich (fried only choice). I’ve had better fish sandwiches at McDonalds, as it was overcooked and greasy. My wife and daughter ordered the she crab soup and clam chowder. What came out looked like sample cups you would taste at Sam’s Club. See photo. And these were 7.00 each. Soup was bland and uninteresting. On top of that, everything is served on paper plates, and if you ask for ketchup you’re going to get little packets. We asked for the manager or owner, neither were available. The bartender came over and was nice enough, but said they were moving away from fine dining and going with a fast fish camp style. He obviously comped our meal, as we had barely touched anything. I wish them well with their new direction, but they may have considered changing the name if they’re going to tarnish decades of high quality food and a pleasant dining experience.

This restaurant was recommended from someone back home in Morganton, NC. Glad we went the hushpuppies were very fresh and the entrees we order was very good. Pricey but you get lots of food. We got there right at 5pm when they opened was seated quickly. Our server was on top of things didn't have to wait long for anything. Will go back in the future.

First time, last time. Couple of greeters at the bottom of the staircase were jovial and polite. It was raining so we were super careful getting up the wooden steps…they are slick when wet. Not sure if there is an accessible entrance so hopefully the owner will chime in with a response. We made it safely to the top and opened the door to a “hostess counter” where we encountered a third staff member…this one seemed begrudged to be there and halfheartedly asked “what can I do for you”. Our party of two were seated with menus and sleeved silverware. It was early in the evening, 5pm-ish, and raining so it was not busy. Our waiter quickly took our drink orders and brought those right back with delicious hush puppies and honey butter spread. *napkins need to be on the table or brought with the first food item. We watched each table after us reach for the greasy hush puppies then realize there were no napkins😕 As for our entrees, portions were good but everything seemed to be over cooked and under seasoned if there was any seasoning at all. I ordered a crab boil at market price ($48) and it showed up with zero seasoning. It was not cooked with seasoning or butter and none was added afterwards. The pan was dry with a few small shriveled potatoes, mushy andouille sausage and overcooked frozen corn lying in the bottom under the snow crab. Why is everything dry and over cooked at 5pm? So disappointing. The vegetable medley was seasoned but grossly overcooked…mush. Flounder was the same😞 Fried shrimp was the highlight and worth having again. No napkins, sauces or condiments were offered…you must ask which I encourage you to do while you wait for your meal. Also, usually customary to offer moist towelettes with messy entrees like snow crab…not only were none offered, there are none available.

We arrived before opening hours which online said 4:30 to find out it was really 5. We decided to wait and glad we did. Food was amazing, unusual and flavorful. We ordered the helacious barge that contained everything from the sea plus veges and sausages. Be prepared to open oysters and clean your crab. Service was good and Madison was very attentive, she was glad to bring us napkins which you will need plenty of.

Mavericks Pointe is a popular spot located near Bills Seafood and Crabby Oddwaters at Sunset Beach. It's known for its delicious comfort food, especially the burgers and fries. As a sports bar, it's an ideal place to grab a drink while catching up on your favorite game. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it a great local watering hole in the area. The staff provides excellent service, and the menu offers tasty options like crab cakes and mozzarella sticks.
Mavericks is a local watering hole for sunset beach/calabash area. It's a great atmosphere and the people are great to be around. Couldn't ask for better service from the wait staff. Mozzarella sticks are absolutely delicious. You'll have to check the days and hours they are open as it varies.

The live music was good. We went as a group for 7 and nobody was impressed with the food and we all ordered different things. They need more help bc there were a lot of people in there and only one server/bartender. If they got more help I think it would be a good local bar but I will not be back.

This place hit the spot for us. We didn't know the area well, and took a shot as we were driving back to Myrtle Beach to catch a flight. The food was really good - I had the crab cake - and we were well taken care of by the staff. My boys enjoyed the kids' sliders, and my wife was impressed with the salad with grilled chicken. For a beachy bar and grill, this place nails it.

I don’t usually leave reviews.. but i would never recommend to ever go here. i wish i could review how the food was… an hour being there, they haven’t taken our order, starting to loose patience we left. It took us 20 minutes to get seated, we looked around and there were plenty open seats (at least 5 booths). Made eye contact with serval employees but none wanted to seat us. Finally we were rudely “greeted” and sat down after them throwing the menu down and asking us what we want to eat…since i never gone there before, i asked if we could have a second to pick something out of the small amount of choices, the server seemed immediately aggravated and said he’ll be back in acouple minutes. we watched our server walk around and completely ignore us for the next 30 minutes straight… it seemed a bit unreal. before going we looked at it’s reviews and thought people were just being too harsh… i promise you they aren’t being harsh one bit, this place has terrible service and i would never go back. i hope this helps anyone interested in going, save your time.

Everything about this place is well-below average. The location however is fantastic, it is close to the beach and within walking distance of Sunset Beach Park. But what a terrible shame that this kind of real estate is spoiled on such an outdated, tasteless restaurant like this.

Stopped there while we were down this October to watch our Lions play. They accommodated us with the game on one of their tvs, the waiter was so kind, we ordered some apps and drinks and then got into some dinner afterward. The food was pretty decent and the atmosphere was comfortable. Some of the locals were salty that we beat the Panthers this season but what can we say? Go Lions!

Wish I could leave a zero star rating! Visited for the weekend and decided to try this place out. Had a party of three, two of us got the bacon burger and the other got the shrimp basket. Took about 40 minutes to get our food, by the time it came out the food was cold, BACON burgers had about half of one piece of bacon on them, shrimp tasted as if it was frozen (had no flavor what so ever), NOT to mention the prices are ridiculous. $15 for a below average burger? Waitress didn’t seem too happy to be there either, but can’t say I blame her!!!

If providing passable customer service and half-decent food is such an inconvenience, maybe this place should just be a bar and not a restaurant. From the lazy, overpriced bar food to the rude treatment from the staff and owner, this place will leave you wishing you'd spent your money and time -they are inexplicably and unacceptably slow - somewhere else. When this place goes out of business, and it will the way it's run, I'll come by for a beer (but not a burger, you left those out of our order last time and called me a liar, and worse, over it) before close. Cheers!

Its Saturday night, and it's been a long 8am-5pm working week. I've just been on the beach for a few hours with my friend and we're hungry, didn't look at the menu online, just pull in, excited for a place. And we walk in and its wonderful. The decor is comforting and theres live music. I get the jalepeno burger, ordering it medium rare, even after reading on the menu that the kitchen only comfortably cooks their food medium well. Which is absolutely fair. It comes out medium well, per advistised on the menu, but the burger is still savory and spicy (only wish there was more hot sauce on the table) and the burger buns are also soft and holds a lot of flavor from the burger. My friend orders the chili cheese fries and they are EVERYTHING. Perfect end of long work week/long beach day food.

This is our second year coming to sunset, thought we would try this place out this time. The crab cake sandwich was decent, it had a fair amount of filler. I’ve had worst, so that’s a plus in my book. Seemed like a lot of the beer on the menu was not in stock. So, maybe keeping an updated draft menu could help. My wife got the onion rings as her side, they were pretty good. The service was above average, no real complaints.

We just had the most wonderful meal. We started with the mozzarella sticks and boom boom shrimp. The shrimp were big, fresh, crispy and the sauce was the perfect blend of spicy. For dinner our girls had chicken tenders and fries and a grilled cheese which were plentiful and they loved. The teriyaki wings were tangy, with a crispy skin, tender chicken and loaded with meat. The burger was actual cooked the way I requested it as medium rare and juicy. The house margarita hit the spot just right as well as the Bahama Mamma. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun and friendly. Service was exceptional. Whole place got singing together at one point. Such fun!

We went to Mavericks Pointe after we left Sunset Beach today, and enjoyed a great Bloody Mary and a fresh, delicious salad with grilled shrimp on top. Located within Sea Trail Resort on Royal Poste Road, Houses Place at the Beach is a hidden treasure offering delectable homestyle dishes. Whether you're a guest of the resort or not, it's hard to resist their flavor-packed meals, including clam chowders, chicken fingers, burgers, and wraps. The food here is surprisingly exceptional and I have personally visited about 20 times without ever being disappointed. The portions are so satisfying that I've never had to take any leftovers home.
We always hit up House’s when we are in Sea Trails, it’s great! It’s right next to the pool area which makes it very convenient for lunch. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. They even have live music some nights! There’s beer on tap, mixed drinks and they’ll even do frozen drinks, which are perfect for hot weather by the pool. We’ve never had any issue parking the stroller next to our table at lunch so the baby can join us too! (Haven’t ever tried at dinner) The food has never disappointed and anyone we’ve taken with us has also been happy. Our whole table agrees they have good ranch, which is a requirement for us 😂 The pictures are of the boneless wings (yum! Cajun and honey bbq), Philly wrap, burger and shrimp po boy. All of which we enjoyed! On other trips we’ve also enjoyed the seafood gumbo and crab cake sandwich.

His mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, beef tips, and chicken. 🤤🤤🤤 Go see House's the next time you're in town, I PROMISE you will not forget or regret this hidden gem of a restaurant.

My son are here visiting as we do yearly, love the pool, House's food is great, we just had boneless wings, sorry no pic, they were so good I ate them before thinking about it. Here's at the pool now!

Best food drinks and atmosphere in the Sunset Beach area! Chef House is excellent! Karaoke night is every Thursday from 6 to 9 and then on the weekends Saturday mostly they have bands!

We ordered 2 soups, 2 salads and 1 crab dip. Our condo is right across the street from the House. We were told it would take 25 mins. We arrived 30 mins after ordering and then waited another 30 mins before it was brought out to us. They said they were waiting on the soup. Took it home, opened it and everything was, at best , slightly warm. You could tell by the soggy croutons that everything was sitting for a while. Operations seems to be ruined by a very inexperienced staff. No adults were present. The food was ok but not worth the wait nor the money. Don’t think we’ll be going back to this place.

Worst seafood I have ever eaten. My friend and I were hungry and close by . TripAdvisor had good reviews, but we didn’t read carefully. So sorry we didn’t go to Calabash . The only reason I gave them one star was their seafood chowder was pretty good. I ordered the seafood platter which had founder , shrimp, and oysters . Supposedly , these were lightly battered and fried. The food arrived lukewarm . The flounder tasted almost spoiled . I could not eat it. The oysters were covered in this crusty , hard , and thick batter. You couldn’t taste the oysters and they were hard as a rock. The only edible seafood was the shrimp which was fair. The platter came with French fries that were swimming in grease and coleslaw. I am not a fan of coleslaw, but it wasn’t too bad. Service was ok, but there was hardly anyone else in there. This is more of a bar catering to those staying at SeaTrail condominiums. A group of golfers came in and were loud and drinking and definitely not ordering seafood . The place was setting up karaoke . I should have listened to the server when she said the best thing they had was their hamburger and she didn’t eat the seafood. I drank water , gave the server a 20% tip and spent almost $40 for the worst seafood I have ever eaten. I will never return.

The boneless chicken wings are as tender as they come. Try the bacon wrapped shrimp, you will not be dissapointed. Chef House came out and introduced himself and discussed his family run business.

The BEST seafood pasta I’ve ever had in my life. This is literally my death row meal. I think about it once a week. I will be driving 6 hours to eat it again.

The one eyed jack burger was great the fish tacos were amazing. And despite the fact the burger was over cooked (I ordered medium rare and there was 0 pink) it was still good. The service was good for what they had going on. Only 3 waiters with 0 bus boys or food runners. Also the food took almost an hour to come out (we were warned about the wait)

Food is surprisingly excellent! I have been here probably 20 times and i have never gotten food that i was not happy with nor brought any home in a take home box because i always finish it all- must be good! Thursday evenings at 7pm they have a live band that is always quite stellar. Prices are average. Parking is convenient and well lit. Its nice inside restaurant and its clean and bathrooms are nice as well. No complaints except that there is not a kids menu.

In town visiting. Some of the food was good and our waiter was cool, but the hostess yelled at the bar tender in front of the customers, the kitchen was slow, the seafood chowder was cold, one of our meals came out wrong, they laid fish on top of fries, making them soggy, and one of the kids’ pizzas came out with pepperoni that had gray spots on it. We got a different meal for the pizza, but let the rest go. After coming to this place a couple times now, the slowness and errors seem to be a theme. I think it’s fine for folks looking to swim in the pool and get a drink, but don’t expect much from the food or to be in and out quickly.
