Pizza restaurant
Mr. Pizza Sports & Spirits is a relaxed dining establishment with a lounge and outdoor seating area. Their menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, including pizza, burgers, and seafood. One of their exceptional bartenders named Brody went above and beyond to accommodate a custom order that was not on the menu, resulting in an exquisitely delicious meal. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience truly enjoyable.
The food here is out of this world. Delicious food with several options in pizza, entrée as well as drinks to choose from. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are decent in size. It's a very cozy atmosphere, pleasant and soothing for a meal with family or friends or the special one. Recommend the evening meals Service is quick and staff are friendly. Plenty of parking.

Only gave a 4/5 because the service was so-so. We ate at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Had the ultimate chicken sandwich on a bulkie roll. This consisted of fried (my choice) chicken, bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato. The bacon was very thin and not crispy. But the rest of the sandwich was perfect. Has a side of loaded potato boats, which consisted of baked potato topped with salsa, bacon and cheese. Again very little bacon and not well cooked but still tasty. Came with a side of sour cream. Husband had a basic burger. ALWAYS order it medium Or medium rare because otherwise it WILL be well done and dry. Todays medium came out like medium well but he had no issue polishing the burger off. Service was so-so as she never came back to ask if we needed anything like steak sauce or ketchup for the food or ask us if we needed a beverage refill. The tip did reflect on it at 15% where we would usually leave 25-30%. Blaming the pandemic for service. We will be back though.

Please don’t go here if you’re expecting Mr. Pizza. It is not. The new owners are just trying to cash in on the name. Food is overpriced and small portion. Paid $25 for “Fried” scallops (shown in pic) they apparently use a single flour processes which all falls off in the fryer. There is no batter at all. What a waste of 25$. Plus the waitress told me that’s how they always look. Never in my life have I had fried food delivered to me without any batter/breading. Also even though there were only 5 of us. We were put as a party if 6 so 18% gratuity was included with no mention. Then they still showed a suggested tip at the bottom. No thank you. Not impressed. Save your money and go to a real Berlin/Gorham original. This place charges like a higher end restaurant while serving frozen sides and subpar entrees. Imitation restaurant trying to cash in on its previous history’s success.

OMG!!! Best pizza ever got a extra cheese pizza. Honestly if you eat the pizza the next day it's even better then the first day. The shrimp was so yummy as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. When I go back up to New Hampshire I will be coming here again.

Great place to stop for lunch, our server was friendly and helpful with the menu, and food came out quick. If you are in the area this place is definitely worth checking out.

Everything was great. The pizza crust was crispy and tasty. We ordered two 10" pizzas, the Fungi and the Mighty Meaty. They were beautiful and well prepared. We also ordered the Mexican Street Corn dip as an appetizer. We will definitely be back to try some other dishes.

Haddock bites were an amazing appetizer. The fried whole belly were worth the money for sure! Huge portion of clams! The stuffed potato skins my mom ordered were perfection. Mom said they were the best she ever had!

I had the pleasure of having an outstanding young man named Brody for my bartender. I asked for a custom order that was not on the menu. He followed up, his team made it happen, and it was exquisitely delicious! Was a super meal, and I can't say enough about how pleasant and accommodating Brody was, as well as every staff member I spoke with. Can't thank you all enough, I will definitely be back! You guys and gals are awesome! Keep up the great work please!😊

Pizza was fabulous! We got a fungi and a chicken pesto, and the flavors were top notch. Definitely coming back again!

Remember the school lunch pizza you had in elementary school? It was truly better than the Pizza here. Seriously. Not one for negative reviews but this without question is the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Sauce tastes like it came out of a can, meats were class B at best and the crust tasted as if it was a freezer store bought slab. Two large pizzas, both equally awful, 8 wings and a antipasto salad (we will skip further negativity) for $78.00.....wow is all I can say....walmart is 4 miles down get a red barron and you be happier....and that's saying something. Good note server was nice, restaurant was clean and for Gorham I'd say appealing. Sorry for the negativity but it's just that bad......and yes we ate it because we were hungry and after spending $78 on take out we had no choice.....
Thomas Gigliotti — Google review
Pizza was decent. I ordered the "mighty meaty" and it was pretty good. I think next time I go back which i definitely will be, I am going to order a plain cheese or a pepperoni. I think there was too much going on and I couldn't quite taste all the ingredients. The crust was really good, nice chew to it as well as the right amount of crust. Atmosphere was wonderful, our server was great. We will definitely be going back again soon

My boyfriend and I ordered for takeout. We were staying at Top Notch Inn right across the street, so it was extremely convenient. Calling to order was nice and simple, and it was ready when they said it would be. No extra waiting. We ordered fried clams, which were surprisingly very good, and the hot bbq pizza. It had fresh jalapeños. The pizza was pretty thick, which was also surprising. It was even better the next day for breakfast!

White Out Pizza was so delicious. Very good service and like the quiet atmosphere.

Great pizza place with ample vegetarian options! We loved the staff's openness to accommodate our dietary needs and the food was outstanding. We ordered Mexican corn chilli, veg out pizza, and a margarita pizza and we LOVED the food ❤️ Ambience of this place is also very welcoming! If you are on a road trip like us and wondering where you could find great food, Mr. Pizza in Gorham, NH is a place you MUST VISIT!
Pooja Srinivas — Google review
We sent back almost the whole 32.00 steak after we let the server know that it wasn't seasoned. Nothing was taken off the bill and the veggie of the day was almost all peppers and onions that I left on the plate. I don't consider those vegetables. I can say I won't be back. I expected a lot better.
Jessica Koskela — Google review
Seared scallops, fresh green beans, sweet potato fries, baked stuffed haddock, coleslaw, onion rings, bacon pizza, pastrami sandwich, and fries. All of our food was delicious, and the staff was great. This is a great place to eat, and our group enjoyed all of it. It's definitely a place we'll stop at again.

Nestled in a cozy and warm setting, J's Corner Restaurant & Lounge is a delightful spot known for its delectable steaks and seafood. The menu features an array of creative appetizers such as Buffalo Chicken Rangoons and Teriyaki Steak Skins, along with hearty entrees like the Fisherman's Stew. Visitors rave about the ultimate clubhouse sandwich paired with French onion soup, highlighting the high quality and great value of the meals.
This restaurant has one of the tastiest foods I have ever tried in the New England area. Everything starting from soups ending with the stakes is as good as you can get. And guess what? For the fraction of the price of those fancy restaurants. Good and very fast service, friendly with kids and great in general. Must try for all people who visit the area.

Steak tips were excellent. My wife had the chicken with cheddar and broccoli with an Alfredo sauce. She couldn't eat it all, so I am always willing to help. It was excellent, I would go back to have the chicken as it really impressed me! Plenty of parking with a lounge available. Easy wheelchair access.
Warren Bennett — Google review
This is a very unassuming and humble place and we had an awesome meal here. The flavors and portions along with the value were wonderful. We think the chicken items in particular were the stars of the menu for our group. Our service was nice and attentive and overall this is a great option for dinner or drinks (they did have a loud bar here just a heads up).

Cute hometown restaurant with separate lounge area. Very friendly servers and nice selections on the menu. Something for everyone. Reasonable prices and good food. Nice portions as well....We had the Shrimp Milano and the Fettuccini Alfredo with Broccoli and Chicken...and both were excellent. Great garlic bread came with each dish.

Very good place to sit and enjoy a meal. The building is small, or "cozy" but has been recently renovated and is very nice inside. The bathrooms are tiny. Service was excellent and the menu is solid. A little pricey for my taste, but it's on par with the better eateries.
Deryl Morley — Google review
Good food and service. I had the turkey blt, which was great. I upgraded to poutine instead of regular fries. The fries and cheese curds were really good, but I didn't care for the gravy. It had a weird taste to it. Kind of like a pumpkin or allspice flavoring. My friend enjoyed her BBQ bacon burger. I also got a piece of carrot cake and berry cake to go. The carrot cake was not too flavorful. The berry cake was fantastic.

Amazing food at a reasonable price. Service was great. We walked in without a reservation with a group of 7 and were seated right away. Wait time for the food to come out was minimal!! The ribeye was great, melts in your mouth.

Looking for a tasty meal? This is your spot. I had ultimate clubhouse with french onion soup. Perfect. Club sandwich was perfect! Toasted rye bread and large portions of deli cuts. The french onion soup is a measure of a restaurant. Simple ingredients but time consuming to get it right. This was done right. Chowder was great too. Apple crisp homemade and delicious. Oh ya, my club with french onion soup was $15. So good value, high quality meal. Sit at the bar. Perfect atmosphere. Bar keep was pleasant and helpful.

Nice food and fairly priced! Our server was lovely and attentive. Bonus points that it was located right nextdoor to the inn we stayed at and it was open during a snowstorm (gotta love a pow day). Great way to cap off a snow day.

Visited today the 27th Sep 2022. What an experience for a foreigner like me and missus. Love this very local, very cozy and warm place. Staff are fantastically nice and patient with foreigners like us. Most of all the food is fantastic 100% all-American fare. We had 3 meats lol lol - chicken, fish, steak. And the French onion soup is exceptional. Thank you J’s hope to be back someday again to visit this gem in the middle of nowhere.

Italian restaurant
Nonna's Kitchen is a charming Italian restaurant located in the White Mountains. Housed in a converted old house, it offers a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. The portions are generous, and the food is described as delicious, healthy, and made with high-quality ingredients. Guests recommend making reservations in advance due to its popularity but note that the staff is accommodating even without one. Diners enjoyed dishes like spaghetti and pizza, with some highlighting the soup and risotto as particularly outstanding.
Excellent, from the reservation to being welcomed. Staff phenomenal. Best espresso martini I have ever had, food tasted right out of my grandmas kitchen. Small dining room feels like grandmas house. Great find!!

What a gem in Northern New Hampshire! Its interior was that of a barber shop before it was transformed into an Italian restaurant, the metal wall/ceiling is very unique. The food here is great, besides the chicken marsala not being up to expectations. I would definitely recommend the fried mozzarella as an appetizer. The chicken parmigiana and gnocchi are very good as well. First time trying fried steak and it was very tasty. The waitress was okay. I've had cappuccinos here before but tonight was a disappointment . The Affagato (espresso poured over ice cream) was yummy. Everything else was good so we'll definitely be coming back!
Paul Rudinoff — Google review
Wow, for where we are and the price, this place knocks it out of the park. The quality was amazing and the portions were large and the setting was really charming. Our server was also very nice and attentive. Overall I’d highly recommend this spot for a great Italian meal
Mike — Google review
It’s a very Italian style restaurant. Through dining environment and the Italian music, they played, I felt I was in Italy. I had a Chicken Marsala tonight. The pasta was not my cup of tea because the sauce was light and noodles were undercooked. I was a little disappointed with that. However, I tried my family’s dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana and Eggplant Parmigiana were delicious. Btw, the rolls were great!

Great hidden Gem in the White Mtns. Cute old house converted into a traditional Italian eatery. We were taken to a room in the back of the house and had the area to ourselves the entire night. We listened to Dean Martin play while our Server described the menu items and suggested places for to see while we were in the area. We started with calamari which was good (could have used more small body pieces😏). I went with the Bayou Pasta for dinner (Andoullie Sausage, Shrimp, Chicken and Rigatoni in a spicy Alfredo sauce). It was beyond amazing. My wife had the fresh 4 cheese ravioli with homemade meatball and sausage which was also very good. We ended the night with chocolate rum cake and tiramisu which were good, but dinner itself was definitely much better. If you're ever in Gorham NH you should definitely give them a try.
Hank Stuart — Google review
This is one of the worst food I've eaten! I know good Italian food and have traveled to Italy. I was shocked at how the food was drowning in red sauce to hide the freezer burned taste. It reminded me of a really basic chain fast serve restaurant with the quality of food like it was straight from a food supplier like Sysco. Definitely not homemade. I hope locals don't believe this is how good Italian should taste. My water glass was empty for most of the meal. Service was not great. The kicker was the pull chain toilet that is very old that was leaking when trying to flush the toilet. Just an overall bad experience. Overpriced for the value. I would give it negative stars if it were an option.
Miss T — Google review
Try to get here while they have the wild mushroom ravioli special but come regardless! So glad we stopped in. If you are looking for charming, romantic, authentic Italian, Nonna's kitchen is a must. The decor feels like a warm hug. We all tried each other's dishes. And the gluten free options were amazing for my dad's gluten allergy. The Salmon Pesto with Risotto, Bayou Pasta and Eggplant Parmesan were standouts. The tiramisu, cheesecake (authentic ricotta pie) were divine. Will definitely be back!

This humble family restaurant in the White Mountains region of New Hampshire could easily compete with food quality of Italian restaurants in big cities. The superior food reflects both the skill of the chef using cherished family recipes and the quality of locally sourced ingredients. Prices are fair, atmosphere is quaint and intimate, and service is the right amount of attentive. Eating at Nonna’s Kitchen is a true pleasure and we never miss it when visiting the area. House-made wines are also excellent and highly recommended.

One of the best Italian food you can eat. From the bread to mains to dessert. Everything was top notch. Please don’t miss the tomato soup. That was one of the best or in fact the best tomato soup I ever had.

We loved the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend to reserve a table in advance as this place gets real busy real fast. We didn’t had a reservation but they were nice enough to accommodate us within minutes and I really appreciate it. The soup and the risotto (comes with the salmon) was no doubt some of the best that I have had. Highly recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant experience with your families and friends.

We got take out and it was amazing! So delicious, great, healthy & high quality ingredients, EVERYTHING was great, spaghetti is my favorite and this was the best spaghetti I've had! (That review about spaghetti being soggy like cafeteria is just not accurate at all) The pizza was like a personal pizza, yummy. Very good sized portions, I still have leftovers. It was still VERY warm when I got it (see picture with condensation on cover). I was only in there a few minutes but it had a warm, family atmosphere. would definitely recommend this place. Thanks to the kind staff, God bless :)

We had a great night dining here, the front desk was very kind to find us two seats during rush hours for I did not make reservations. We had the ravioli & Lasagna combo from the special menu and Maiale Brasato. Both were delicious and the portion were generous. The pulled pork in Maiale Brasato were tender and juicy. Will be coming back again when visiting Gorham.

The Notch Grille is a delightful dining spot with superb food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is lovely, especially when seated outside with a stunning view of Mount Washington. The menu offers a variety of delicious options such as chicken and waffles, cheese curds, lobster bisque, short ribs, and more. While some guests have mentioned longer wait times for service, the overall experience seems to be enjoyable for families and individuals alike.
I loved the food there. It was super fancy food. I wish we could come here more often. The food is delicious and I thank them for giving me such a nice time. They are so nice. The nice lady (Miss Leah) we had sang happy birthday to me with the best muffins ever and then a man (the cook) came and gave me cookies. He was so funny and cool. I couldnt give 6 stars. I would give this a million stars. They were all super nice and it made my day. From Lucas who is turning 8 tomorrow & Knox, his brother P.S from the parents: Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality. Miss Leah was an amazing server and we cannot thank her enough for the experience she gave our kids. Super patient and kind. They left so happy. And to the cook who gave him cookies - best birthday present ever! Please eat here. It is amazing food and amazing people!

We were guests of hotel and dined here for dinner and breakfast as part of package. The dining room sadly reminds me of a dennys, very tacky cheap flowers on tables . The most irritating part of the restaurant is they won’t seat you until they book you a reservation in computer under you phone number.. the dining room can Be completely empty and they still won’t seat you.. delays the seating process and starts you off on wrong foot.. saw several guest irritated and older lady as host was very rude about it. Food was mediocre for price.

The food was really good. During my stay at the Glen House, I got the chicken and waffles, cheese curds, Chicken Statler, french toast with berries, bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with fruit, oatmeal raisin cookies, blueberry muffins, and lemonade. All of the food was delicious. The only complaint I have is with the service. It always took a long time to be given our bread, drinks, and food. Even when we were the only people there, it took over 2 hours to eat. I understand that we were a big party, but it was kind of ridiculous to see multiple other tables be seated after us and leave before us multiple times. The price was on the higher side, but the food was very good.

We stopped here for a bite after our drive up to the top of Mt Washington. The view, food and service were top notch. You get what you pay for here. Relax and enjoy.
Harper Voyages — Google review
Food was good. Service is questionable… We were sat right away. After placing our drink orders, someone who appeared to be a manager came out to our table to clarify the orders. Once clarified, we received a belittling lecture on bar terminology. It was incredibly inappropriate. Our food came out at the same time as our second beverage order. My drink was spilled all over the table and two of the guests with me. Our food sat next to us for several minutes while the mess was cleaned up. I expected at least 1 drink to be taken off the bill. We received the check and nothing was comped. I ordered the drink and had no problem paying for it. But no attempt was made to smooth over the spilled drink. Food was very good.

This location is beautiful. The restaurant is inside a hotel. The staff was super friendly and the waitress was very tentative. However, my wife and I both ordered the steak. This steak was so bland. I swear there were no seasonings. It was not what I expected for a 40.00 steak. The potatoes were good and so was the asparagus. Steak = total disappointment. I did mention it to the waitress. She apologized and I understand it's not her fault. She did comp my wife's dessert which was a nice gesture. The staff and service 5/5 Steak gets a 1/5.

Came here for Valentine's Day this year. The view, atmosphere and service were amazing. The crab cakes were also delicious, best I've had around and I've been to many restaurants along the coast of Maine. Cocktails were very good and worth the price. The only complaint I have is, I wish the French fries were hand-cut. Having frozen fries with my meal was a little disappointing. Everything else, amazing though!

Stunning views of Mount Washington to enjoy while eating your breakfast! Simple breakfast offerings along with some interesting mash-ups. Pricing is average for the area ($15-25pp) food was not bad but I can't say anything stood. The waitress was fantastic.

I had a wonderful dinner here with my family. The food was outstanding, the service was superb, and the atmosphere was lovely. We sat outside, and the view of Mount Washington was amazing. We ordered salad, lobster bisque, tomato bisque, short ribs, and spinach and artichoke dip. The prices were reasonable, and we had a great time. We really appreciated their kid-friendliness. Located in a convenient area, with amiable staff and delectable cuisine at reasonable prices, Dynasty Buffet is the perfect dining option. After an exhilarating 120-mile ride on Harleys through scenic back roads, this restaurant provided a satisfying meal. With an array of excellent choices and freshly prepared dishes served piping hot, it guarantees a pleasant dining experience. The comfortable booths enhance the overall ambiance.
Went here yesterday and did buffet take out. Everything was delicious. I moved here from NJ and couldn't find decent Chinese food anywhere up here until now! Very happy, my new spot. Staff was pleasant as well!

Excellent food! There are great options, and the food is fresh and hot. The booths are quite comfortable as well. I have never in my life tried peanut butter chicken before. My mind was blown. Peanut butter chicken is my new reason to never be vegan. This place is 5 stars for sure. Update 02/22/24 Came back to NH and this was the first food stop. It's still 5 stars, and the PB chicken is still the best, and I'm still not a vegan.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent food, decent prices. After riding our Harleys for about 120 miles of awesome, winding back roads and scenery, we had both worked up an appetite. Dynasty buffet fit the bill perfectly. Would certainly stop there again, and recommend it to anyone in the area.

This buffet is wonderful. No matter your taste, you'll always find something to your liking. They don't let the trays empty out, but they do bring items out in small quantities to keep the food fresh and hot. Always willing to help out with your dietary needs.

A very nice American style Chinese buffet. The food is hot and fresh. The buffet is regularly restocked fresh from the kitchen. The restaurant is clean and well lit. You can eat like a pig for a reasonable price!
Arthur C. — Google review
This place is such a hidden gem. We attended our son's hockey game & stumbled upon this place on our way home. We know our kiddos can be a bit picky when is comes to Chinese buffets so we didn't expect them to eat much. Dynasty Buffet did such a great job that both of our children (yes both of them, for all you parents out there that struggle with the different food tastes of each child) loved the food selection and ate several plates. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We will make it a point to visit again next time we are in the area.
Brandon Schuster — Google review
I give this 2 stars because I did not get sick after eating here, but I went in to friendly staff and clean tables but all the food was very bland and was barely luke warm, generals chicken tasted like orange concentrate with pepper flakes and lo mien noodles were overcooked. I went in starving and left after only one plate. I feel like they have the potential to be very good, but it just seems like there is no passion coming out of the kitchen.
Jason Coulter — Google review
After learning that Salt (a restaurant in town) closed down ,we were starving and didn’t know where to go with Gorham having limited dining options like pizza places or BBQ restaurants to choose from, lacking cultural cuisine. We decided to try the Dynasty Buffet. The atmosphere was very plain with booth and table style seating, not decorative at all. This was a smaller buffet establishment with two hot buffets to choose from. The Pan Fried Dumplings were the best out of what I tried. The Crab Rangoons were very flavorful, but they were the smallest Rangoons I’ve ever had (not triangular) but tiny pouches like half a teaspoon or less of filling. They did not have Boneless Spare Ribs on the buffet which I thought was odd. The Egg Rolls were super small like they’re frozen and not freshly made. The service was not bad, but not super personable. Wasn’t impressed but not disappointed…it felt mediocre. Some of the people eating there looked a tad slobbish which probably didn’t help out the overall experience and people stared at us like they weren’t used to seeing women get dressed up for dinner (wore sundresses and sandals). There were big gallons of hand sanitizer visible in front of the buffets but customers didn’t use them. The couple times I got up to get different foods, I had sanitizer on the table that I used when sitting down. Give it a try, maybe you’ll have a better time than we did. Some food was tasty.
Greecian Koukla — Google review
I have been going here for decades. The food has gotten better this last time. The service people are always pleasant and helpful. The price has gone up like everything else. I enjoy myself every time we go.
Mark Lavoie — Google review
Do NOT come here during off peak times. The food is left to sit out and is cold. They then turn the tables on to warm the food up and keep repeating the process. This is a cause for concern and is a perfect environment for bacteria. They have been reported to the health department.
Betty Petty — Google review
Good quality typical American Chinese Buffett. Food is fresh. The staff is always putting out fresh hot food in the buffet trays. The Golden Fingers are made perfectly. The ratio of chicken to batter is spot on. Crab Rangoon is good. Fried shrimp is crispy and cooked well. Egg rolls are tasty. Pot stickers made with pork have the best ratio of pork and cooked well. Good selection of vegetables. Everything is cooked well. I always stop here when I am visiting Gorham and have not been disappointed. Dinner mid week cost me $20 bucks with a soda. The alcoholic beverages seems to be about average, but I cannot comment on the quality.
