It's always the little spots that gets you and offer some of the best customer service. One such place is here. My sweet tooth beckoned to me and I went in to a smoothie. The two young ladies in the service area were very affable and attentive. Though small it was comfortable without a crowd. As I was waiting for my smoothie the lady ( I believe her name is Elm) said we could take a loaf or two bread as it was closing time. Imagine my surprise. Such a good gesture instead of throwing them out. Also suggesting that the breads are baked fresh everyday.

My kids and I loved our shopping experience at the Eastview Mall. It was clean and has a huge variety of stores and places to eat. It'll keep you busy all day for sure.

We love this mall! Plenty of stores, great staff in the stores, and each store was easy to locate. The LEGO store was great and the decorations were beautiful. The food court was great as well. We did spend at least a few hours at this mall for shopping and had a great time. Worth coming here for some Christmas shopping!

The stores and common areas were clean and cute. The selection had more quality than quantity which I particularly enjoyed. The lighting was perfect for pictures and label - reading.

Great, busy mall with lots of stores. One of the only thriving malls within hours. Has most everything you need for a typical mall outing. It is generally very clean and safe with multiple mall guards posted around the mall.

Eastview mall is located in Victor, NY. The mall has many diverse shopping options including unique stores like Anthropologie, Build-a-Bear, Free People, Eddie Bauer, Pottery Barn, Vera Bradley and many more high scale stores. The food court and sit down restaurants offer a wide variety of food choices, as well. The mall usually seems well maintained and clean.

This is what a mall should look like! Every storefront has a business in it. There are thriving plants, clean and active water features, and a general good vibe. I’d drive from Buffalo to Rochester just to shop here in this mall. We are looking forward to returning.

I love this mall. It's decorative for Christmas. You can visit Santa and take your own photos if you don't want to pay for a package.

My favorite place! This mall is located on route 96 in Victor ny. This parking lot is clean and safe with plenty of handicap spaces available. The mall is always clean and safe with many leather couches to rest. The mall has a variety of stores with a couple of anchor stores. This mall is still struggling to keep there stores and restaurants. They have loss many of the reasurant in the food court. Decent parking for a Sunday afternoon. Fairly clean and lit up, as it was sunny. Store staff was friendly in all the shops we went in. All in all, not a bad mall to visit. Will be great once the rest of the stores that are pending open.

WHBM Eastview Mall: The staff there is amazing. Yesterday the store was so busy with the sale going on. Victoria and Joan still made time for every customer. Making sure everyone was being helped in a timely matter. They are so helpful. Victoria knows me well and she picks out items for me that are always so beautiful. She knows my taste. These ladies are amazing. Cindy the new manager is wonderful. Victoria thank you for being a great personal stylist😉

Me and my 10 year old son had a blast this afternoon at the mall. I hadn't been there since before my mom passed away... He got his first fitted ball cap...and he looked in The Plug sneaker shop...and played some arcade games... It was really special.

I've went to many malls in my lifetime and this mall is ranked #1 to me! This mall is so much better than the mall at the Greece location. The atmosphere is relaxing! Whenever I see a group of people, or just a couple of 2, I can see lots of laughing and smiles! People are having a great time here at Eastview! I was only planing to go into a few stores and to make some purchases. I nearly went into all of them and coming out with bags galore! The food court is spacious and have a great variety of food available! I will definitely go to this mall more often!

The best mall in the Upstate New York area hands down. The variety of shopping opportunities makes for a great selection of products, with friendly staff in just about every store. The sheer size of the mall alone can give you a great workout if you're looking to get your steps in, and the atmosphere always makes wandering aimlessly through the corridors a pleasant experience. You can easily spend an entire afternoon here and not be bored.

Absolutely love love love this Mall!!!! Would highly recommend anyone to come and shop and enjoy the experience at any time of the year! My favorite personally is the Christmas 🎄 🎅❄️⛄️ season they go all out for decorating and it’s absolutely beautiful / breathtaking and they have a Santa and giant tree in the center of the mall! 🎄 If you are in the area and want to explore / have a wonderful shopping experience come to Eastview Mall it’s absolutely amazing! An expansive mall with lots of great stores. Very clean with plenty of natural light. Doing the shopping rounds here will definitely get you in pretty good shape! Fine places to eat as well. UPDATE: Still an impressive mall but sadly, many stores are permanently closed. There's still a good mix of standard to higher end shops.

I visited this spa yesterday with a group of girlfriends. I loved the atmosphere. Staff was great, especially the reception desk that helped me organize my group of 5. We even had our own private quiet room. Massage was excellent, my first hot stone! Robes were comfy. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately had a terrible experience at Relax Spa today. As a Mother's Day gift, I was scheduled for an 80 min massage. I checked in and was escorted to the locker room to change for my treatment. Once done, I sat in the quiet room awaiting my therapist. I watched as client after client was called. 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I went out to the front desk to inquire. Another 10-15 minutes later, whom, I am assuming is a manager, comes to tell me they were unaware my therapist was not in the building when I checked in and she was unable to make it due to an emergency. Unfortunately there was no one to fulfill my treatment. I completely understand that emergencies happen but how do you not know your employee is not in the building and that you have a client waiting for 40 minutes? I was provided a gift certificate for an 80 minute massage, which I believe should have been provided for compensation for the missed treatment but what about the 40 minutes I waited (which would have been longer had I not asked)? I believe more is owed than this. With it being Mother's Day weekend I am obviously unable to book a treatment anywhere else. I truly couldn't be more disappointed in Relax's customer service. There was nothing relaxing about today.

I had a great massage from Lorinda! She was very sweet and took time to thoroughly consult before the massage and also gave me many tips to use at home to help with any tension/pain. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and it was an overall calm & positive environment!

I worked here for 5 months. Stayed late, came in early, worked extra days whenever asked. Had returning clients and only 2 client complaints in the whole 5 months that I worked. I took time off for a family matter, and now the new manager is making it so I cannot pick up any clients and is blocking off my whole day without my consent. To any LMTs/nail techs/esthiticians that are looking to work here, DON'T!

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease. The place is absolutely beautiful. The quiet room is so relaxing. I had the seaweed wrap done with Becky and she was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was in heaven the entire time. I will be going back.

went here for a massage with Mary Elizabeth and it was amazing! she made sure i was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. will definitely be seeing her again. we also went here for manicures and pedicures. I would go back although i would request not to have irene. My cuticles were so irritated afterwards and my nails were not painted on the sides. however the other technicians were great!

My whole spa experience was excellent! My girlfriend and I booked a Spa day for our birthdays. The atmosphere was very tranquil and relaxing. Super friendly front desk staff. I had a brightening facial with the esthetician Tina. It was one of the best facials I ever had. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed. I had a Swedish message. My massage therapist asked me what were my needs, wants ect. I explained I need a total relaxation due to worry and stress of an upcoming surgery. My wife had two pregnancy massages and really enjoyed both. I have had two massages that were both very good. Most recently I had a deep tissue with MaryPat and it was exceptional: would highly recommend. The overall spa experience is also very nice.

RELAX The Spa and their amazing staff helped me plan an extra special day for my fiancés birthday and surprise proposal. They went above expectations by allowing me to reserve a guest lounge room and even took the time to decorate the space. The spa day included facials, massages and pedicures for both of us. The staff was professional and the experience as a whole was pleasant and relaxing!

Regarding nasty nail room + Management: I have no clue how the director can allow her employees to use broken and filthy pedicure chairs. Two staples were also found in the pedicure tubs during services. Overall, find somewhere else to go that is sanitary and has adequate management! This place affect clients health :(

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing morning at Relax the Spa. The staff was so welcoming and the atmosphere was very tranquil and cozy. We enjoyed a couple massage and both of us left wishing we had the 80 minutes instead of the 50!! I highly recommend this spa for massages in Rochester NY!

My husband and I love the massages at Relax. They are always nice and accommodating when we're there. My husband LOVES the deep tissue massage from Vincent. Only wish there were some other amenities we'd be able to take advantage of while we're there like a whirlpool, sauna, steam room, etc. Still highly recommend!

This venue is a fantastic wedding venue. Their property is very well thought out and the employees there are super attentive, detail-oriented, and super well respected within the wedding industry. The amount of compliments the Ravenwood facility and team got throughout my speaking with other vendors was insane, and ultimately one of the largest reasons why we signed with them. They have a very large inventory of décor items that you can use and include so much support during the wedding planning process.

I just got married and had my reception at Raven Wood golf course. Marissa, the coordinator, was hands-down the best person we worked with through our whole planning process. Marissa is kind, patient, and determined to make your day exactly how you envision it. She put up with numerous phone calls from myself and my family, made sure we Remembered to drink and eat! Set up the most beautiful centerpieces and tables. We wouldn’t change a thing. Marissa is amazing and Raven Wood is absolutely stunning not to mention the food is so delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

Played today. Course was in great shape. Some of the best kept bunkers I have seen anywhere. Greens came back nicely from being aerated. Very enjoyable

My daughter bought me a gift card from Ravenwood for $50.00 . With Covid and some health issues I was unable to use it until now . When I called to schedule a tee time for a foursome , I was told it was now only worth $15 dollars as they reduce the value if not used within their time period. We canceled our plans to ever play at Ravenwood and will tell everyone I know not to do business with them.

Great course! Electric carts with GPS, gorgeous clubhouse, extremely well kept course, and paved cart paths throughout. Course is challenging, and a great time to play.

Held my daughter's wedding there June 4th and was overwhelmed by the venue, the food, the ambiance and the professional staff, especially Bridget who was there 100pct from the planning stages throughout the special day. Not a detail was missed and her personality made everyone feel at ease. Many people commented how great the whole event was a tremendous experience.

Set the tee times too close, everyone was stacked up together. Felt rushed. Beautiful course, pricey food & drink. Only saw 1 cart girl on 18 and 0 water coolers on a 90+ degree day

The course is very well kept. It can play long if you want it to. The greens are not overly difficult in terms of slope, but they are in great shape always. If you are looking to play a well taken care course I would recommend playing here.

Despite being septuagenarians, most of my buddies and I walk our 18 holes. This is a very walkable course. The weather was beautiful the other day when we played, and so was the course. Everything was well maintained. The greens were immaculate and fast. Lots of options at the bar, so there is no need to go elsewhere for 19th hole discussions. Great course, highly recommend.

I enjoyed golfing here. It had a very well maintained course. The clubhouse is fantastic. Great hospitality. Now all I have to do is improve my golf game!

Nice course. A little smokey though. Everyone in our foursome was charged a different amount. Starter rushed us off 25mins early and kept mispronouncing our name. Carts are possessed, if you drive in the wrong spot you can only drive in reverse but super slow and for no reason whatsoever, you can't even push them. -Mr. Nickel

Ravenwood is a fantastic wedding venue space. The team and staff are so great to work with. The overall experience you get is amazing and I love photographing weddings there.

The reason I gave the low rating is due To the food that was served during my company's holiday party. Veggies, over cooked & soggy, pasta was sticky, heavy, & undercooked, the chicken french, soggy. The breaded coating was cominwsd g off. BUT, now the bread sticks & mashed potatoes were outstanding.. The club house it self was well appointed.

First out this morning and played in 2.5 hours. The course is in great shape. Very playable course. Everything is right in front of you. Attitude in the pro shop. Good value.

Have not been here in a few years sad to say it is not as luxurious as it used to be. Many reclining chairs broken or close to it, bathrooms have seen better days. Staff was friendly. Movie quality was good just could use a good once over.

I went to the Taylor Swift eras tour movie last night! first of all, it was AMAZING! singing , dancing, and trading friendship bracelets. There was a photo booth area set up, and a friendship bracelet area which was so creative and fun! props to you REGAL! the taylor flag hanging up was also so cool! the only reason for 3 stars is specifically in theatre 13 for the 8pm showing, it wasn’t loud at all, it was very quiet. i felt like i barely could hear anything. When i was leaving my movie, across the hall was another show time still in process and it was so loud i could hear it from the hallway. A little sad about that, but non the less, i had a great time!

Pretty comfortable recliners. Service is adequate but nothing special. Theatre prices for snacks are up there like theater prices. Good time with a good movie.

My gf and I went to the early fantastic beast showing yesterday and both got sick from the popcorn/butter. It's the only thing we both ate yesterday so it had to be that. We had to be the first people there, so maybe the way the butter was stored or something. Wondering if it happened to anyone else. Movie was good. Don't eat the popcorn though.

I wish i could give zero stars, i cant believe how bad the service was i went with my buddy to see the TMNT: mutant mayhem 8/13/23 the 9:40 show. went up to spend money and buy food and drinks but to be greeted by 6 very rude employees that saw us there waiting but didn't want to help just sat there and talked among themselves giving looks at us till one finally helped but no help till after being asked to be cashed out they made fun of my necklace my dead grandpa gave me, hearing them in the background making smart remarks about it. my buddy asked if they take tap to pay and some rude teen laugh at us saying "nope we only take cash or card up in here" its sad to see a good movie theater go down hill. never going back and i will let everyone know to not come.

Went to see The Equalizer with Denzel Washington. Wow! Excellent move but, very graphic. The theater was quiet, very few people. That's fine with me. My bf and I enjoyed the move and the popcorn.

The staff is friendly and the reclining seats comfortable. The volume was great, which I most appreciated, as I've been in many theaters where it was excessively loud. I gave 4 stars because the bathrooms are outdated and small, but most importantly they are clean. If I could give 4.5* I would. We will definitely return here.

Not too busy, it was wonderful to see a movie like TopGun in the theater. I didnt realize how much I truly missed fhis experience. I will say that price are ridiculous for popcorn and a soda. Plan on spending over fifty for a movie and popcorn. I will say the prezel and cheese not too bad of a deal! Only one manager in charge and it seemed like no one knew what was happening and anytime i asked a question I had to wait for the manager to answer the question ir fix the problem with our gift certificates.

Okay theatre. Some of the recliner seats are getting a little tired. Also, they have very primitive cash registers to buy concessions that don’t take tap to pay. Which means that if you want to buy anything you need to actually bring cash or old fashioned cards and can’t use your phone. Savage.

Reserved seats ahead of time, they are big comfy recliners, ample space. Screen was kinda small. Nothing crazy high tech, but it was still a cinematic big screen experience. Clean. Popcorn was good. Expensive, but aren't they all nowadays?

This is my favorite movie theater. I've been coming here since I was a child. Always clean and the seats are the best. Nothing bad to say about good ol' Regal Eastview.

The theater was small and well maintained, the options for snacks, beer and wine are great! The reclining seats however are a necessity because (at least in my theater) there are maybe 7 rows all by the screen. You have to either crane your neck or recline to enjoy the movie. Personal preference but be aware.

Reclining seats are awesome. Refills are limited since the pop machine is behind the counter. I go on Tuesdays when everything is half off with free club membership.

The staff was very friendly here. The manager helped me out with an adjustment when I misunderstood how the half price tickets worked. We enjoyed the comfortable recliner chairs and found that the theater was pretty clean. The bathrooms looked clean but smelled very bad.

I’ve been going to theaters much better than this regal and it makes me jealous. This regal is so outdated. It’s only worth going cause of unlimited, I know this theater can’t have 4dx since it doesn’t have stadium seating but I just wish they would renovate it a little more so we could at least have rpx. This has been the only theater I’ve been to in the last year that doesn’t have stadium seating. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaa I take back what I said, I’ve only gone to PLF movies for the other theaters I went to and I rarely go to standard movies when im out and when I do the screens and seats are always so bad and recliners are actually rare. The eastview mall regal is better than most theaters.

Cooper went above and beyond to help figure out our e-tickets. He was kind and patient. He was also very personable and we chatted about the film we were going to see. This is my neighborhood theater and I will be coming back soon!
