Dinner at the buffet. Good variety. Clean. Pleasant staff. Efficiently served. Some food a bit salty for my taste. I don't gamble, but the game floor was spacious, clean and easy to navigate. At Remedy, the bar staff appeared overworked. My rum and coke was good although I would gave preferred a long island ice tea, which the don't make.

We had so much fun here! Came here with a large group of cousins and family. We played slots and had dinner. The place is clean and conveniently set up enough so when busy, it doesn't get congested. The food we ordered at the bar was delicious, in plentiful portions and very inexpensive. We want to go back on a nice day when the horses are running. They have a great track with plenty of seating. Next time I'm in Rochester, we plan to spend a day here.

Went for New years . Band was amazing. Bar tenders were rude! Told me they were to busy to make me a bloody Mary after I was giving $10 tips . Spent $800 in slots didn't win anything. Soda machines were out of ice and filthy.

Won $975 Wednesday, and then &1,600 Friday night, so yea it great, and also don't forget about the food "Delicious" , but don't take my word for it give it a try, but what do you have to loose beside a good time, and winning some money.

Always a good time! Friendly staff, especially the waitresses delivering drinks. Don't forget to tip them,that's how they make their money! I prefer the older games, but they're bringing in A LOT of new games. A fun night out!

Very nice gaming floor, with clean non-smoking areas with plenty of slots. Race betting area upstairs is a little dated and in need of a remodel, with newer TVs and lighting. Has a warehouse feel currently. Haven’t yet tried the food as the hours they are open are very strange.

Been to all the casinos of course... This one seems to be the best as far as actually winning. Money goes further here. Definitely won more here than the other 2 nearby ones. Really good food too! And drinks are decently priced for a casino

Clean, plenty of machines. Few if any are out of order. Valet parking is nice, often a little slow, but it's available. The buffet food is often luke warm, but it tastes fine. Love the pasta station. You choose your pasta, sauce, and toppings, & the portion is good.

Last time I came here was pretty covid and I liked coming here. Alot has changed since the pandemic. Doesn't seem like there's alot of winners on labor day. They were just doing rafles on free 20 dollar play for labor day. I don't think I'll be back here anytime soon.

Very nice atmosphere. Went to here a band play, they were pretty good but not super crowded. Plan on going back very soon to hear a big local band play. I expect that to be awesome. It's also fun walking around to watch people playing the slot machines.

For me, there was an interesting amount of games, but not nearly the amount of variety I had expected. Nonetheless, the experience was fun, staff was very helpful and friendly. A nice smaller casino experience.

Slot machines take your money fast. Me and friend have played here for many years when they first started slots. Never have won anything significant. The member card comps are laughable. We have stopped playing here and go to Indian owned casinos with free rooms, decent food vouchers and reasonable free slot play. It doesn't pay to be so greedy fingerlakes.

Yawner of a casino. No table games, no regular slots, just video lottery terminals. No hotel, nearest one is almost a mile away. No entertainment, no fast casual food, only one bar open with one bartender. A marked lack of cocktail waitstaff on the floor. The rare staff that you could interact with were friendly enough. Their player's club was pretty great. Super nice and efficient. Promotions weren't bad either, I received like $30 in free play with the $110 I lost. Bottomline: If it's on your way and you have some time to kill, it's not bad, but it's definitely not worth a special trip.

A large selection of machines to take your money but in a relaxed, friendly environment. The buffet and staff are excellent and outstanding. Food delicious!

The buffet was awful. The chicken was dry, and the meat station only offered one choice, prime rib The salad bar had few choices, and it wasn't maintained. Salad greens and dressings were empty. Others in my group thought it was good. I don't think they had any place to compare it to.

I would only go for daytime activities. It's too dangerous after dark. I hope security is there. I didn't see it in the parking area. The Casino is quiet so having fun is not noticeable. Maybe some music can help. I will try this again because it has to be a fun place. 💰🎉

The buffet has come a long way. Prune rib. Shrimp and taco bar. Finger lakes cares about the customers cuz it shows in how they do business on the floor. Bathrooms clean and smell like flowers, buffet has variety of items,the floor has employees to assist with beverages and clean machines. I would love to see more live entertainment.

Really nice place ti spend a cold day! Plus i won what i lost! Came home $50 ahead,lol. Clean and all employees very efficient and friendly. Wish they were racing love the track there! But it is to cold. Buffet not open on Thursday. So we didn't eat. We had a grwst day!

The Southwest Chicken Salad was great. Remedy was a nice place to Watch the UofM Football Game Against Maryland! The bartender was excellent. Very engaging and freadly to everyone.

We have visited Finger lakes a number of times and enjoyed it immensely. We normally visit the dinner buffet however, today we took a friend to the early Sunday Buffet for his birthday. There was no one in the line when we arrived. We walked up to the counter, and a lady asked for our gaming cards to check for any money on the cards for discounts. As we were checking in a gentleman and a lady came in, and we were asked to allow them to be checked in 1st as they were "diamond" members. Although, we were already at the counter and had already began checking in for the Buffet, we noticed that the lady had a walker and sat down as the man paid for their meals. No problem, was a pleasure to let them go ahead as it seemed the right thing to do. After the man left the counter, the lady behind the counter resumed checking us in, which took a few minutes for our party of 4. Other guests began coming in, and there was now a line behind us. Then another couple arrived, walked past the others in line, and again, the lady stopped checking us in and said that it was yet another "diamond" customer and we were asked to stop our transactions at the counter to allow them to go ahead of us. Now, that makes 2 times as we were checking in. We were told that "diamond " members have priority being diamond members. The problem we have with that is when we arrived, no one was there. We had already began the process of checking in (at the counter) when we were stopped and asked to move back and wait while the 1st "diamond" couple arrived but then after resuming our check-in and another "diamond" couple arrives, we're told again to step back. That was totally unfair to us or anyone else that experienced that sort of treatment. If we had not already been at the counter and were just next in line, perhaps it could have been understood. When we 1st arrived and walked up to the counter, there was still nobody else in line. We can understand that "diamond " members have some sort of priority however, there had been absolutely no one in line at all when we arrived and we were handling our business for 4 at the counter and were asked "twice" to stop and wait for 2 other couples who arrived minutes later, to jump ahead of us at the "counter". Was NOT a good experience, was embarrassing and unacceptable. Waiting on a call back from a Manager. I will add that the only pleasant part of this story is good staff in the dining area and especially a waitress named, "LU LU" that waited on us at the Buffet, who was absolutely AMAZING! She was extremely hospitable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We really loved talking with her, and she has a beautiful smile. She deserves a score of 10!! T :)

I really enjoy it it wasn't crowded at that time and the staff is very friendly and nice from the security guard all the way to the cash people that give the cash out thank you

Went here a few weeks ago with my grandparents and the food and service was not the best. They ran out of glasses and we had no problem with the small plastic cups. We did however have a problem with the Blue Moon that was served to us. It was thick and dark and was NOT Blue Moon. It was disgusting. The greens and beans looked like someone opened a can of soup and heated it up. It was not what you would expect or consider greens and beans by any standards. The waitress Kate apologized and said she wasn't sure what the problem was with lack of glasses, drink selections and food options.

Something has changed here recently. We generally go monthly and last time was horrible. We went on Saturday at 4:50pm. There was maybe 7 tables there so not busy at all for the amount of employees walking around. Apparently shift change is at 5pm and they all have a meeting at the host/hostess station. Order was not taken until 5:10. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks (not the bars fault, drinks were on the counter). We kept the special drink menu and the waitress came and took it, said she needed it for another table. We had to take one from a dirty table so my boyfriend could order a 2nd drink. Food came out made wrong and my wrap was old and hard. Waitress didn't ask if everything was fine and ignored the fact I took 1 bite out of my wrap. We felt as if we were rushed out when we had it planned to stay and have a few drinks after eating. I had 1 drink, him 2 and the bill was on our table before he was done eating, and my plate still had a full wrap on it with 1 bite missing.

What a great spot to enjoy a burger and a beer. The burgers are all amazing and outstanding. Cooked to perfection, the service was on point. Beer never made it to the bottom before another was offered. Great find! A must visit on your outings. Cool game room for the kiddies. Will definitely make it a point to return!

Great food fast and friendly service. Like the place and feel very comfortable inside. Just wish game room was better. Several games out of order and others would not take quarters. Lost over $4.00 dollars.

Food is good but good luck trying to get through if your placing your order over the phone. We have had to order from different places multiple times because we cannot get through on the phones. Would be great if you could place an order through their website.

Use to come here now and then and really liked the place, my husband and i went last night at about 5p and I've never had worse service at a restaurant. From the start the waitress was rude, we waited 50 minutes for our food; during this time she never came back to see if we wanted drink refills. My husbands salad that he ordered came after all of our other food came out, his sampler platter was cold. We asked the waitress for the check as she was dropping off the food and she didn't say anything just walked away. I had to ask the bartender to get her to cash us out so we could go somewhere else. She continued to take her sweet time. Never will be going back.

As staple of Victor/Farmington residents I always stop here when I’m in town. The breakfast is always delicious, the coffee hot and filled to the brim. They have a great lunch and dinner item menu as well. Just a great neighborhood spot where you’re likely to run into an old friend and have a great meal. Definitely check it out.

Went here Friday after Thanksgiving and was able to get a booth in a reasonable time. Got service quickly, they kept coffee full which is a plus. The food is really good and came really fast. The prices are reasonable too. It's my husband's favorite breakfast place!

My bf took me here for lunch. We both decided to have breakfast for lunch. That turned out to be an excellent choice. I had Eggs Benedict with hash browns and Tony had a Western Omelet with toast, both meals were delicious. The portions were large and the prices were excellent. The service was very good. Will definitely return in the future.

This place has the best breakfast!!! The service is great and the food comes out fast, hot and with generous portions. I don't live in Upstate NY anymore but everytime I come home I make sure to go to Park Place as much as I can. The biscuits and gravy are my absolute fave!!!

Every time we have to travel towards Rochester, We go there. Love their Greek Salad with chicken. If you're a fan of liver and onions, that's the place. Good place.

DELICIOUS!! Ate here 3 days in a row while visiting town for work. The food was excellent and staff was friendly and efficient. Diner was clean and had some fun decorations up for the Super Bowl. Well priced for the quality and quantity of food. I highly recommend the Mississippi Benny!

I work nearby and on days I dont pack a lunch I grab fast food from one of the many places in the area. Recently I decided to get takeout from the diner around the corner and was excited to get "real food". What a mistake. The guy who took my order on the phone kept talking over me and rushed the conversation so to no surprise my order was incorrect. I stood at the front counter for a lengthy time waiting for someone to cash me out, all the while my food was sitting right there in a bag ready for pick up even though I showed up early, so to no surprise my food was cold. The food itself was a huge disappointment. I had a chicken salad club with fries. The fries had no salt and were mush. The toast on the sandwich was dark. The chicken salad itself was so bland, had zero seasoning, absolutely nothing but chicken and mayo in it, and the chicken was minced up so tiny it resembled cat food. My lettuce was dripping wet and the tomato was under ripe. What a waste of $15...I put it all in the trash and learned a lesson about getting food from Park Place.

Food was great , our server was great but the owner who was working with gray hair was rude and horrible customer service. He’s a creep He entered the ladies restroom while customers were in it. Also, he treated the person I was with horrible and they have a disability .

Eggs Benedict done right! They have an option with spinach instead of ham, and it's amazing! Their hollandaise sauce is the best I've ever had, anywhere. Can't wait to go back, it's a favorite after this last visit!

Why closed today? This "new" management is not doing well for his customers or his staff. Burnt food (home fries sitting on grill overnight), dinner hours gone (bad menu). Gunna try one more time, but prices are getting crazy also. I understand the prices but....

Absolutely love this restaurant! Quality service every time and the food is very good. The owner is always moving around helping in every little way possible and greeting his customers as they come in. Nice old school diner feel with modern look and cleanliness! Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

It was a bustling Thursday night for Prosecco. We were seated immediately at about 7:15 after my son’s basketball game in Victor. The place was busy but they seemed to have enough staff for the tables. Unfortunately, service was so very slow in which the waiter apologized. I cannot count the number of times my 15 year old son told me that he was starving 😆 the bread should have been replenished for him and our wine fort husband and myself but there was a good 30 minutes where we didn’t see our waiter. The food was beyond delicious. I made sure to check in with my son to see if the wait was worth the delicious food and he said it was - his lasagna was devoured. I’d definitely go back and expect the wait next time. The location is beautiful and love the live music where the artist was mixing in some holiday tunes.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Showed up and was seated right away even with not having a reservation. Our server Kinsley was great, super friendly and the food OMG. Huge Portions and so so delicious. We try new restaurants every week and this was by far the best chicken Alfredo I've had. We definitely will be coming back again real soon!!

Had a great dinner here! Service was fantastic, the waitress was so good and checked on us occasionally asking if we would like anything. The food was professional and extremely good! The chicken french was one of the best I have ever had at a restaurant and was able to pair it with their very delicious gnocchi! The arancini was flavorful and packed with very good rice! Definitely coming back for seconds soon!

The best Italian Food in town. Fast servers, amazing sauces, and an expansive menu! We were seated and had water and bread instantly. The waitress even offered to take our hats. Got appetizers nearly as fast as we could order them, and when they were done, the food was ready and amazing. Will definitely have to stay for desert next time!

We came here for a date night and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Our server was very attentive, though it did take a long time for food... We would come back as all the food was amazing. Make sure to try the Meatballs and their good selection of wine.

WOW!! I am at a loss for words: everything was so fabulous. So many restaurants make you pay extra for a salad, but here it was included. And the salad was very nice. The portions were huge. I didn’t have just enough for lunch the next day, I had enough for another dinner. Everyone is so friendly, and everyone helps everyone else. And, it’s the little things… the to go container is microwavable and packed beautifully. I won’t wait for a special occasion to go back again.

Prompt service that’s friendly and engaging. Cocktails are very good and reasonably priced. Good selection of wines also available. The food is very good and always enough to bring home leftovers. Desert is also fresh and delicious.

Terrible experience....service could care less about us. I watched multiple people walking around not doing anything yet it took over an hour to get our food. We waited about 20 minutes after being seated to get water and they still didn't take any kind of order from us. Waited about another 10 minutes before they asked us our drink order. We ordered the drunken clams for an appetizer half the clams were empty. I also ordered the fettuccine con fungi which was more of a soup than pasta. The bread was cold. We could hear the manager clearly talking negatively about customers. Paid almost $100 to take home goulash. The one positive however was the drinks. I do not recommend.

Our first time at Prosecco was wonderful and we found it quite by accident. We ordered Drunken Clams, which was amazing, served with hot fresh bread. For the main course; chicken parmesan - which my husband loved. I had Lobster and clam ravioli topped with large shrimp and it was delicious. We both had enough to take home. For dessert the best cannoli we ever had. The atmosphere was friendly, the waitress very courteous, and the food was delicious. We shared a bottle Montepulciano d'abruzzo wine which was discounted on Wednesday. We will make this a destination for special occasions whenever possible.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The cashier was friendly as we ordered at the counter. The menu consisted of typical pizza shop fare, and also offered salads and wraps. Prices are typical. It's obviously more of a take out place, given that there are very few booths. But there was a large TV, so you could be entertained. The subs we had were delicious. They offer 8 and 12 inch subs. Overall a good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

They just opened up a location last week in Marion New York and I finally had the chance to try it. I went with a slice of original cheese pizza which is a good litmus test. Overall, I'd say it was very good to excellent, the best part was the crust. It's unusual to have a decent char on the bottom that gives it a good crunch and they seem to have mastered it!

Wife and I ordered lunch over here today and she asked for no onions or black olives. Both were left on and she didn’t get any silverware for her salad. Other then that the food was good. Best wings around this area for sure!

Fantastic extra large thin crust garlic pizza! We were searching for another pizza place to try and based on the reviews decided to give Dario’s a shot. Can’t wait to try more from their menu. Prices were really good too! It was about $24.00 for an extra large build your own (16 good sized triangle slices) with extra cheese.

I had the pleasure of trying numerous items this week being in orientation at my new job. 2 slice pizza and drink combo is clutch. The wings are perfect I had 3 flavors. The small grilled chicken salad and the large grilled chicken salad is good as well when you don’t want anything fried and tonight I tried the fish dinner with macaroni salad it was good too
