1.We had reserve a table for 10 person. They did not have proper number of chairs for all to sit. We have call for the waiter and the did said that all chair are there 2. We did call and order the food in advance and specifically said that we have some person allergy to seafood. When we tell them that we did said so they said that they can't do anything. 3. The food was eatable but not good at all. 4. The place need some light as it was super dark. 5. Some plate were broken need to be replace

Only wanted to advise people not to take any fried rice or mine in take away. The food was a disaster and impossible to eat. Manager said that it cannot be kept anD shall be eaten immediately! Been ti this Chinese resto, i was treated as if i was a blind person by the waiter while asking about the main course which wasn’t in the menu.., he said there is a list of curry in the menu, those curry i can cook it st home itself i was at the resto to enjoy sme chinese dishes… spoiled our mood

Delicious Indian food. Great variety in the menu. Service was quick and efficient. Prices are quite decent. Toilets were.ok. It was a bit noisy because some of the guests were very noisy. But overall, it is an excellent place for good food and a nice dining experience. I'd go back.

Visited Flame and Grill last Wednesday for lunch with my girlfriends. We enjoyed momos, paneer 65, paneer briyani, dhall makhni and thali. Loved the plain naans - yummy 😋 the raasmalai was delicious unfortunately didn't like the kulfi that much. As we pre-ordered, service was done quickly. Location is good.

Went for a lunch with family, ordered a veg and a chicken thali. Their thali costs Rs 400 while most other restaurants in the area charge Rs 250 - 300 for the same. Moreover they gave only one chapati with the thali. The Owner should know that if someone is ordering a thali , he is supposed to eat it, not smell it. Or else the option should be removed entirely from the menu. Service was awful, waitress was behaving like she is doing some favour by serving us food. This place is definitely not worth the price

We generally order take away from flame and grill, we absolutely enjoyed the food. I happened to dine in at their restaurant, to my surprise the service was extremely slow for low occupancy. The place is kept well and clean, the staffs were welcoming. The portions were good and I have no complaints about the food. Can definitely give it a try but for me I will stick to ordering take away. Pani puri wasn't upto my taste, but their breads and side dishes especially their Biryanis are really tasty. Definitely recommend for the food 👍

Appetizing choices on menu. You can be adventurous on the tastes. Cosy atmosphere inside, makes you forget the dirty outside location due to it's close proximity with the QB fair & market. Service is good. Prices vary from affordable to somewhat expensive depending on your choice.

We have been there several times and we are always given a warm welcome. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is quite serene and the food is absolutely delicious. On top of that, the yummy, melt-in-the-mouth kebabs are completely worth it! We were so engrossed in savouring the dishes that we did not even think about taking a picture of the food... 😁 Totally recommend!

Ordered a pizza for home delivery. The person who took the order promised that the delivery will take place by latest 7:30 PM. Waited and waited. Even called back at the pizzeria to enquire and this time, the staff talked very rudely. Thankfully upon receipt the pizza was still warm. However, quite DISAPPOINTED with the service and the staff should definitely learn how to talk to customers.

We were two clients waiting for food.. They were interacting with the first client about her food and served her at her table. I waited 30 minutes and wondered what happened to my food. So basically it was ready and I didn't get the same treatment like the lady. The food wasn't as hot as it should be too. I agree they may have been waiting for me.. But it's quite not busy while all the time I was there, the was only me and a lady. Not much movement.. The employee has bad faith thats my conclusion.

Not to be rude or anything, i think Debonairs pizza should close down! Tried the 2 pizza for Rs600 on saturday, it was bad just like Pizza Hut tasted before it closed! Dried up chicken and bizzare melted chesse on top, not even sure if it was mozarella or something!

Update:2022 One of the worst place to eat pizza. Can’t give zero star. Very bad taste. Jumbo Debonairs still good. Not recommended at all. Non-veg is options are ok. Don't try to order on phone. Very bad service. Home delivery is always an hour or so. This review is for Quatre Bornes branch.

Worst red velvet cake. Spoke with Arlene that sponge cake is stale but she insisted that it was fresh. Service and cake both not recommended
