Tried this branch out as we've been to a number of different Hard Rock around the world. Nice enough, but missing the ambiance. Food is okay, but not quite worth the price in this particular branch.

Food was great but my rating is based on service. Our server came to check on us once after we got our order but after it just felt we were forgotten and was hoping to get a chance to ask for take out container. 25 minutes passed as we waited, I had to ask another server to help. My grand daughter was laying her head on the table.

The food is delicious and the design of the restuarant is very unique. The perfect place for the date. Must visit for rock lovers.

I like this place but I don’t really love it. Food is good but pricey. Service is very good at the evening but very slow at lunch (we tried couple of times to have lunch there and the service was really slow, it took so much time for us to get foods) they also have live music in the evening. Cool place to hang out if you are out of choice for being on the island.

Customer service needs improvement, food needs revamping, flavors, seasonings way off, live music was to touristy, expensive. I should of taken my family to Tony Romas for better food, more bang for your bucks. money well worth it. Hard Rock Cafe was terrible. I will not be returning to this establishment in the near future.

I would recommend this place only if you have money to burn. Other than the price, the food is great, the atmosphere is very cool and the service is very good. Various American style food.

The service and food is not worth any money. We ordered Hot Fudge Brownie and Oreo Cheese Cake. Hot Fudge Brownie was fine but not worth around $13. Oreo Cheese Cake was like WTF. It tasted like salted cake. It was so salty that we only took one bite and never wanted to try again. We called the server and told them that the cake was very salty. He took the cake back and came back after and told us that this is how it is supposed to be. We told him that it is toooooo salty to even take a bite. We told him that other oreo cheese cake from other places never tasted like this. Then he asked "are you sure it's made of real Oreo?" What???? Like doesn't he know what the conversation is about? Did anyone eat Oreo and thought that it was SALTY? Like is putting Oreo in cheesecake supposed to make it salty or either the cheese or the cake mix?? I wasn't going to write any negative review but how the server treated this situation made me to write this. Is it normal to ask customers if what you ate is real?? LOL. If that's the standard of Hardrock Cafe with hiring servers, then anyone who can just run their mouth can work here. Thanks for this that I will never comeback here. 서비스랑 음식 둘 다 정말 별로고 돈 아까워요. 핫퍼지 브라우니랑 오레오 치즈케익 시켰어요. 핫퍼지 브라우니는 $13불정도 했는데 그만한 맛은 아니고요, 오레오 치즈케익은 진짜... 말이 안나올 정도로 짜요. 케익이 왜 짜냐고요? 제가 그걸 묻고싶네요. 그냥 치즈라서 짭짤한 정도가 아니라 진짜 한입먹오 버릴정도로 짜요. 너무 짜서 못먹겠어서 웨이터한테 이거 너무 짜다고 원래 이런거냐 했더니 가져가더라고요. 나중에 다시 오더니 원래 이런맛이다 이게 오레오 치즈케익이다 그러더군요. 제가 평생 살면서 먹은 오레오 치즈케익중에 짜다고 느낄만한 치즈케익은 없었거든요. 그래서 제가 다른데서 먹은 오레오 치즈케익은 짠맛이 하나도 안나는데 왜그러나 했더니..거참... 말하는게 뭔줄 아세요? 진짜 오레오 써서 만든 케익이 맞냐고 물어보더라고요? 아니 뭐 제가 가짜 오레오 케익 먹고 따지는줄 아나봐요? 그게 여기 직원이 가져야될 태도인가요? 사과는 제가 바라지도 않았어요. 왜냐하면 그사람이 만든 음식이 아니기 때문이죠. 이 리뷰도 원래 안좋게 안쓸려고 했는데 직원 태도에 너무 화가 나서 쓰게되네요. 직원이 손님한테 그쪽이 먹은게 진짜 오레오 케익이 맞아요 라고 물어보는게 정상인가요? 그리고 누구 오레오 드셔보신분 중에서 오레오가 못먹을 정도로 짜다고 느끼신분 있나요? 진짜 말도 안되는걸 가지고 그렇게 물어보니 너무 화가 났어요. 아니 케익이 짜다면 치즈나 케익믹스가 잘못된거지 오레오가 원래 그렇다하는게 말이 되나요? 하드락 카페 이름있는 레스토랑인데 이런 직원 태도 너무 실망이네요. 그런 사람도 직원으로 일하면 그냥 입만 놀릴줄 아는사람이면 다 일할수 있겠네요. 그래도 고맙네요. 이일을 계기로 다시는 안올수 있게되어서요.

Very warm greeting, I ordered take-out. 8oz Ribeye with the herb butter on top and clam chowder. Ate my order 20 minutes later. Absolutely delicious! Fries were still crisp (20 min enclosed and still crisp! How?!) Rice was not wet or mushed. Veggies complimented all the flavors provided. It was my best take-out experience. My last experience ordering steak "to-go" was in Japan, and today, I understand why some Japanese come to vacay in Saipan. Highly recommended!!

American style food . Fried . No frills just when you want some American food .

A nice restaurant with good food and an amazing atmosphere decorated in a western cowboy style. The waiters were polite. We ordered the cowboy steak, coconapple, beer, garlic bread, corn soup with salad and extra fries. The food had a pretty good taste although personally for me, the steak was missing some flavor and spices so we asked for sauce which the waiters offered us kindly. The coconapple was delicious and had a really rich coconut and pineapple mix flavor. As for the soup, it was honestly the best corn soup I ever had - creamy and just the way it’s supposed to be. I would recommend people to visit this place as the overall style and design of the place is a must see and the food fits the style with a good taste overall.

Mask is a must before you enter. But we can take off our mask when we get to our seat. Other than that, food and customer service is an A+++++. I rate it a 5 star, for me!

The menu had a variety of items to choose from. I chose the One Pound Knockout Dinner. It is a set meal. Started with a corn bisque and a salad with vinaigrette dressing. Then fried calamari with a tartar sauce. The main entree is a 16 ounce ribeye steak. It had french fries and mixed vegetables underneath. A plate with toasted bread and the dessert was strawberry swirled ice cream. Overall a good meal. I have had larger steaks for less money and they were skimpy with the ice cream.

4 stars cause i wish the veggies were fresh! And i wish that the steak was rare the hot skillet made it well done lol! Place is cool staff was friendly!

Great spot for blueberry cream cheese bread. The restaurant has some of the freshest fish. The store is packed with unique food.

Garlic / buttered Octopus was too sweet and salty at the same time. Would've been best if it was sautéd with light soy sauce so ingredients don't overpower the taste of the octopus. Felt like it was overdone. Price list is very affordable.

I like this restaurant so much, but I just get a very bad food today for Jump shrimp, it tast terrible. Please improve that!

Great prices and location! Went here for dinner with my family. Food tasted pretty good and we were quite a large group so there was something for even the fussiest eater. I feel like we totally forgot to order sake but will remember to go here the next time I'm in Saipan and do so.

Great restaurant with seating to accommodate a large group. Service is fast and friendly. The menu has a large selection. The sushi is great. Adjacent to the restaurant the Himawari grocery store and bakery. The store is clean and well organized. The bakery is really good. Definitely, worth trying.

Fried chicken and rolls are good. Server is friendly. Price is affordable. I'll recommend here.

Placed a special order of sushi platter the platter was not how it supposed to be.. There was large empty spaces.. Counted the pieces and it was short 10 nigiri pieces

I visited Saipan for 3 night and every night I go here and enjoy affordable and delicious Japanese food!!!

Himawari is my go to restaurant when I want to eat fresh seafood. The sashimi they serve is of high quality and they serve a variety of Japanese cuisine which all taste great. Although, it can get busy Himawari is still a great place to dine at.

Went here on New Year’s Eve. Had a 8oz steak special for $49. We both got it and it was awful. It was a flank steak that was so well done it was almost inedible. Brought this up to the waitress and she said “oh” and walked away. Soup tasted like a dirty water and the desert was a sliver of pie. Lighting is so bright that you can barely see outside at night, which was odd when going to a restaurant that’s main attraction is being able to see the views of the island. Hands down the worst $150 I’ve spent on island. Will say the wait staff was nice just not well trained.

I had dinner here on Christmas Eve. They offered a 5-course dinner, with 3 options for the entree. The waitress kept bringing out each course without us finishing the course in front of us. It was just too much food served in a very short time. I had to tell them twice to stop bringing the food out so fast. That's not how course-meals should be served. Overall, the food was very good!!

Worth going at least once. Currently, only open for dinner and special occasions. Go 1 hour before sunset for best view At first, it can be a bit dizzy but you'll adjust quite quickly.

I had the pesto chicken linguine and a mango margarita. The linguine was delightful. However, it did have too much going on at once. The sweetness of the dried tomatoes clashed a bit with the pesto. All in all, it was delicious. The mango margarita was spot on. It comes blended, they do not offer a choice. The staff is polite and attentive.

Great place, has an amazing view, but the restroom could use more attention, there was no soap and no paper towels. The burgers are great and have a good flavour.

American chained restaurant, so expect American portion which means huge. Two of us girls can actually share one main to be honest. $40usd for the steak set comes with 2 side dishes of your own choice. Average taste friendly service.

Love the Food and service. It's worth the dent in my wallet! Lol
